Starting point is 00:01:19 hello hotties of the world and welcome back to another episode of smoke sesh my name is hannah your host and i'm sick you guys i'm so sick right now i'm managing the best i can but truly it feels like it feels like i have sandpaper in the back of my throat i can't breathe through my nose i feel like a snotty little child and I feel that way because I know I know for a fact my niece and my nephew got me sick literally love them down cutest little kids ever so smart so hilarious so funny but I spent a lot of time this week with them obviously because of the holidays going on by the way happy holidays hope you had a fantastic one hope you ate enough food for 10 people I know i did i made so much goddamn mac and cheese i ate it for four days afterwards have yet to clean up
Starting point is 00:02:17 my fridge from all that mentally preparing for that war zone anyways my niece and my nephew they're two and they're five so they're prime illness years if you've ever been around children or ever spent time around children or have children of you your own you know those little monsters are patient zero always if you ever get sick and you're around kids it's always because of the kids and I can't blame them their immune systems are new you know they are busy bodies they're putting rocks in their mouths they're licking their fingers after touching you know a public door handle you can't blame them you live you learn they're young they don't give a fuck but I care and I got sick because one of them I knew it was gonna happen fuck literally
Starting point is 00:02:58 post Thanksgiving meal we just ate one of them goes I don't feel good I was like fuck get away from me I've I'm already exposed but get away from me oh so yeah I woke up I think yesterday and I was like this is the beginning of the end it's so funny when you catch like I think it's just a common cold I don't think it's anything like super bad or serious honestly it feels like could be strep but we're gonna give it some time but it sucks because you're like oh I can feel it coming on the night before I was like I'm my head feels weird oh no go to bed I sleep longer than unusual which is my body telling me like we are fighting off something whether it's illness or mental illness who knows wake up in the morning can't breathe out of my nose throat scratchy it's
Starting point is 00:03:43 like oh my god and this is day one day two is just gonna be worse usually after day three or four I start feeling a little bit better a little bit more back on track but I hate getting sick because I feel like it throws me out of my loop like I've been doing so good with my winter arc my winter our routine so far is like wake up in the morning take care of the animals of course i make myself a little tea tray yeah yes a tea tray bitch i am that bitch now i fear it is warding off the mental illness demons best believe i've been making um like a little chai tea in the morning or recently a little illness remedy tea i have like a couple little espresso coffee beans like chocolate covered coffee beans maybe some apple slices a hard-boiled egg then i have my coffee i have
Starting point is 00:04:33 plenty of water obviously eight vitamin c pills and then i do a little stretch routine on the ground little five minute ten minute yoga flow yoga stretch journaling get into my day yeah uh-huh i also recently just downloaded class pass again so i've been going to two classes a week whether it's yoga um pilates i also try to lagree class girl i i've never been in more pain in my entire life in a good way can't wait to go back and get my ass beat but i hate getting sick because it's like yes i'm on track i'm on track i'm doing the things i'm feeling good we're going i'm living my dream life and then it's like bam the universe is like and let me humble you let me humble you real quick and now as an adult i'm kind of just trying to persevere through the illness and not
Starting point is 00:05:20 like succumb to it where I'm like I don't feel good so I'm not going to do anything with my life it's like no I don't feel good but I'm going to try and like keep it keep it rolling maybe I won't do the legree class when I'm sick you know because I can't breathe through my nose and I can only imagine the amount of snop that would be dripping out of my face during it but you know I'll stay on routine with my tea with my stretching with my journaling and maybe just do a little extra self-care in the meantime. Do a little face mask, do a little hot bath, whatever feels good, whatever will help me get back on track faster. So if you are also falling victim to the winter blues, whether it's mentally, physically, spiritually, whatever it may be, or you're
Starting point is 00:06:02 getting a cold, a common cold, COVID girl, who knows what's going around right now. it's okay to take a pause on what was your usual life to kind of you know help yourself heal and get back on track you're not working backwards you're still working forwards even though you're having to deviate from the original plan don't get too in your head about it or you're going to become real avoidant and you're not going to get anything done okay so just accept the situation for what it is manage the best you can take care of yourself you'll be back to normal as soon as possible now with that being said i think i am gonna make myself some pho this week just to heal all ailments i've never made pho before and i want to challenge myself so if you want to see that
Starting point is 00:06:51 recipe follow me on instagram at hannah marlene i'm hoping to have it up by friday i did upload two recipes last week if you're interested they're great for seasonal holidays parties friends giving family giving whatever the fuck you're going to um one is a not yo mama's banana pudding shout out miss paula dean it is the easiest recipe you could ever possibly make in your entire life and everybody will scarf it down i know my family did and then also i made my million dollar brussels sprouts brussels sprouts fantastic they're always in season in the winter these are savory delicious crunchy little bacon little balsamic oh my goodness girl it does not get better than that check those out on instagram uh but truly nothing heals like a good bowl of
Starting point is 00:07:36 pho and i can't wait to make a massive batch that i get to eat for like nine days straight that's my favorite kind of way to cook for myself i actually had someone on the patreon this is a great um great side side note someone on the patreon was like listen i'm a young 20 something girl I need to start cooking for myself I don't know how to cook what the fuck do I do help me please I've been starving for days and it's like oh girl okay let's lock in I will say you know I sit up here and I'm like I made myself this and I made myself that and I'm making recipes and blah blah blah you're like Hannah you be cooking you've always been cooking no no no no no when you were in your early 20s I don't remember even eating in my early 20s and not in a cute ed way not the
Starting point is 00:08:22 Edie's cute but you know how it is with this pro-Anna rise like no not like that it's more so like there's so much going on and you've no idea what's happening ever it's like if you manage to eat amazing and usually it's always a chipotle bowl but if you manage to cook on top of that like crazy props to you so I did not cook a lot when I was in my early 20s until I got a little bit more settled down so if you're in your early 20s and you're like life is a little crazy I can't cook right now for myself i get it but there's a way that you can manage it to be a little bit easier on yourself and also like a little bit more approachable i love a hyper fixation meal me personally if i can make one meal and eat it for eight days that's my dream i don't have to
Starting point is 00:09:09 think about it i know it's always in the fridge i put in a lot of work at one point in time and then i get to reap the benefits for many many many days perfect so you have to find a good hyper fixation meal I do this for lunches usually because lunch is something I don't like to think about dinners I have a little bit more time but I think just starting off it's a great place to start with dinner make one big pot of something eat it for the rest of the week here's some great options a big pot of like chicken pasta with cheese sun-dried tomatoes and a little bit of spinach bam that's practically a full meal right there all right make a massive batch of it so then you can eat it all week maybe it's a big pot of like mashed potatoes and roasted chicken and
Starting point is 00:09:54 roasted green beans on the side maybe it's a pot roast with like diced carrots and potatoes maybe it's mac and cheese girl i don't care it doesn't have to be healthy how healthy you want it to be is completely up to you but if you can just cook in large quantities maybe every sunday you make yourself a big meal and then you eat it all week i love a hyper fixation meal i don't know if you're the kind of person who's like no i need a different meal every day that's crazy once i find something i like i'm sold until i'm like physically sick of it physically ill of it speaking of my hyper fixation meal last year was japanese curry talk about yum yum delicious very easy to make potatoes carrots curry cubes boil it up put it on a bed of rice with two fried eggs over the top
Starting point is 00:10:39 perfect truly nothing better so yeah if you're a young 20 something person and you're like bitch i can't fucking cook i don't know where i don't i don't have time i get it absolutely i would start with a hyper fixation meal it'll help you ease into the process of learning how to cook for yourself cook often for yourself maybe even cook daily for yourself because cooking is an underrated skill no you don't have to be a trad wife to cook but girl in this economy we all better be in that goddamn kitchen cooking for ourselves a chipotle bowl oh my god you guys i went to chipotle the other day and japan ruined me because i'm like oh a fantastic homemade bowl of ramen is three dollars and fifty cents i got back to the states and i was like how much is a iced coffee girl mental
Starting point is 00:11:27 illness truly is what america is based on chipotle bowl nothing added extra regular meat no extra regular portions no guac on top side of small chips and guac bitch this shit was almost 30 dollars 30 dollars huh 30 dollars i can make homemade chipotle bowls in my the comfort of my own home no pants on and eat it for seven days like please healthier for you cheaper for you you don't have to leave the comfort of your own home like literally what's better and with cooking practice makes perfect now you guys it's snowing today we had our first snow day i'm so excited i feel like winter is like i'm suffering in winter when it's like bleak and gray and you know it's just like death around me in all forms of nature i'm like oh i don't like this like can the sun
Starting point is 00:12:26 come out a little bit but if it's cold and dreary and beautiful white snow outside i'm like yes it's time as mariah carey would say like i love it it makes me feel like i'm a little bit more in tune with the season and that i actually can enjoy the holiday do i like the cold am i going outside in the snow am i gonna go play in the snow absolutely not but am i gonna look out out it from my window and be like oh beautiful yes yes and it's so nice just waking up on a chilly little morning looking outside to see the fresh snow falling nothing better farmer's almanac did say it's going to be a really really snowy wet winter and i think they're right i think they ate that up i talked about breaking up my therapist last episode um and i actually found a new therapist
Starting point is 00:13:13 which is very interesting for me and a new route that i've never taken but um i actually went to go get my cards read by this um spiritual woman in my area she puts on like full moon meetings she puts on all these different events for just like witchy women in the space um just to hold space for everybody and to just be a community organizer and I've been going to them for a while probably for like five years now not consistently but anytime I feel like I really need to get in touch with the moon or maybe in touch with my community I always pop into one whenever they're happening and I was like oh yeah let's go check out more of what she does I was going through a pretty rough patch a couple months ago and so I went to go get my cards read by her and she was
Starting point is 00:13:59 fantastic just like I love an older wiser bad bitch woman because I'm like oh yes I can't wait to grow up and be exactly like you like it's really really nice to surround yourself by older wise wonderful women I think they have a lot to teach us and a lot of like hope to give us and so I'll never take that for granted but she was like oh yeah I do intuitive counseling if you're interested I was like intuitive counseling I've never heard about this and so I thought it over I thought it over I looked into it and it's not just like oh I'm gonna sit down with this random lady and she's gonna give me advice kind of like what we do on this podcast and I'm gonna pay her $170 now no no no girl you get this for free congratulations no she has like her PhD and
Starting point is 00:14:45 she used to be a like longtime counselor like real therapist but she felt like the impersonal nature of it was just like not nice and fun at it in any sort of way like she felt like she couldn't give real advice and feedback and so she started doing this intuitive counseling I was like you know what fuck it I broke up with my last therapist because she gave me some dog shit advice like let me go give let me go talk to somebody who can actually give me good advice and I'm happy to pay for and also maybe get my cards read and you guys it was it was fantastic I was blown away I feel like one thing let's talk mommy issues here I feel like one thing I've just never had in my life is like an older woman to or just anybody specifically a woman I don't know there's
Starting point is 00:15:32 something about being a feminine individual and seeking out feminine advice you know if I wanted real advice I go to my dad my dad he's not gonna he doesn't give a fuck like he's like no I don't care I'm telling you exactly how it is straightforward take it or leave it and that is really helpful when it comes to like very meticulous more mathematical decisions in my life but when it comes to more like spiritual decisions or just like navigating feelings and emotions I really do seek out more of like a motherly figure or a wise woman figure and I just don't have that in my mom I don't and I even tried to like come to her and be like hey girl what what do you think about this and it was very much so so like she's just uncomfortable with emotions and thus she's
Starting point is 00:16:24 unable to give like real solid advice like she does give the same kind of mathematical advice my dad would give but it's just like oh damn okay well let me go pay somebody to do it for me and she was great she was so good like I love a woo-woo individual because I am very woo-woo myself obviously like you guys know I'm very spiritual I'm into astrology I'm into all these things and you know maybe going into a clinical setting wasn't good for me because when I talked about the woo-woo or how I felt and maybe a odd way it was very much so giving mental illness whereas when I talk about it with her who's also understanding and into the same things she gets it it was just so incredibly nice I am approaching my Saturn return but you know
Starting point is 00:17:07 what let's talk Saturn returns okay a lot of you guys are listening to this and you're young you're in your early 20s you're doing your own things that's fantastic your early 20s are for you just kind of like fumbling around you're not supposed to be that CEO you're not supposed to be you know whatever if you are congratulations 99 of the population isn't early 20s is for like fumbling around and going i don't know what i'm doing but i'm just gonna do it anyway it's gonna feel weird it's gonna feel awkward i'm gonna try it out it probably won't work that's okay we can adjust like it's a lot of like bouncing around here there okay i'm gonna do this okay i'm navigating emotions i'm navigating learning how to cook like it's foundation building now your saturn return
Starting point is 00:17:58 happens usually in your late 20s 27 28 is when it begins and it usually lasts until you're 30 31 so it's a span of usually a couple years where i mean astrologically saturn returns to the same position it was in at the time of your birth approximately it changes position every 30 ish years saturn just left pisces okay and is now stationed direct goddamn thank god oh my god because saturn being in pisces retrograding at pisces while also going through this mercury retrograde too goddamn much too much for me oh my god what a tumultuous time on top of that scorpio new moon we had, I'm losing my goddamn mind. Thank God things are changing, but also my Saturn return is coming up. Two in five Canadians will hear the words, you have cancer. That's why every step

And the thing about growing older is we all get to look forward to our Saturn return. And the beautiful thing about the Saturn return is we're like, yes, we put the work in our early 20s we built the foundation and then saturn comes in and is like bitch you thought you thought you thought you're making the right decision congratulations you're not and i'm changing it forcefully for you oh you thought you were living in the right place you're not and now i'm moving you across the country oh you thought you had that under control you don't let's switch it up let's change it up it's kind of a trials and tribulations um time in your life and wherever
Starting point is 00:20:27 Saturn falls in your chart whatever house and also like whatever planet it sits in kind of you're able to look into and see what foundations is going to be really shaking up it doesn't shake up every aspect but definitely where it's sitting in your chart and the thing is you will get so many beautiful things out of your Saturn return like any sort of challenge people face any sort of like time people go through that is hard it will bring you out on top because ultimately through challenge we were able to grow stronger and become better people but also it's like bitch you gotta face that challenge girl you have no choice the challenge is in front of you the race is about to start you better lock in and run as fast as your little feet can carry you and yeah
Starting point is 00:21:16 some crazy shit's gonna happen so you better just do the best you can to get through it and you'll get you will get through it and you will become a better more stronger individual that's why so many people in their early 30s are like wow i was so different in my 20s and 30s i finally feel stable is because we go through that foundation building of our early 20s then we go through the trials and tribulations of our late 20s and then we come out on top in our early 30s feeling like brand new newly born babies and more understanding of ourselves so ultimately get excited about it but also like be aware well i'm approaching mine and i'm like oh i can feel it the ground is shaking beneath me i can feel it and i'm spooked magooped and i fear i just need to be like a brave
Starting point is 00:22:02 girl and fucking lace up those goddamn boots and get to work and i don't want to do it but but we have to it's time ladies working on ourselves ew healthy coping mechanisms ew moving ew and i i post about this on tiktok i've been spam posting on tiktok recently but it is very much so like a period of your life where like you're ready to burn everything down and start from scratch like you truly are ready to just like fuck it what do you have to lose let me go move let me go pick up everything and do this like there is no more time to wait whatever you want you are able to go out and get but you have to be brave enough to do it and i'm definitely been feeling those vibes heavy heavy recently so I'm like I'm ready to move girls like I'm ready to pack up my shit and get to
Starting point is 00:22:49 California I'm ready to go travel I'm ready to do this I'm ready to do that I know it's all of like a waiting game and planning and I will get there but it is kind of nice to have this newfound inspiration and desire to completely 360 your life now here's something you can do at home if you are also feeling this way winter of course is going to bring up these feelings um this time of like newness and desire for change and desire to come out next year and be a whole different human being so this is something that i shared on the patreon you guys if you're not a part of the patreon you are missing out we have a lot of good times over there seriously come join the patreon patreon.com slash smoke says shawty i answer every single one of your questions we chat i upload um
Starting point is 00:23:33 sunday spirit which this is a part of which is just like life tips journal prompts um maybe even like spells things like that but this is called a life audit and i think it's very important to do this especially now at the end of the year but every quarter of your year if possible or at least every semester it's like twice a year but a life audit is crucial for pinpointing where to make adjustments and how to jump start your new journey in your life so start by figuring out where you stand in these the eight areas of life health finances personal development career relationships self-care home life free time what changes would make the biggest impact in your life for each area and specifically for each area what is holding you back and what is helping you what can
Starting point is 00:24:25 you release what do you have attachments to that are just not serving you versus what is actually adding to your life making it better or just making it more stable it's important to do this because it's so easy to be like oh yeah i'll just stay in this place because it's okay and it's like okay is okay but like is it good is it actually holding you back in a way that you never thought it would relationships health money whatever it may be making those adjustments that are necessary or being aware of the adjustments you need to make so they're easier to make them in the future is a necessary step that we have to take
Starting point is 00:25:02 before we get on that path of, okay, let's change everything. Start with the bad and then work your way into the good. She's such a baddie though. She was literally like, you need to live according to the moon cycles a little bit more. And I'm like, yes, thank you.
Starting point is 00:25:15 That's exactly what I needed to hear because you're so right. Because hello, we are made of water and they are pulling me in every which direction. and maybe that's too woo woo for you i mean period but that's what i'm going through maybe i'll go back to a clinical psychologist one of these days but for now the woo woo is serving me in a way that it's nothing else has you guys let you like my robe we're back to the og smoke sesh days where i would just lounge in a robe all day and smoke 18 dabs a day minus the dabs
Starting point is 00:25:45 because my fucking throat is on fire and sometimes it's like that especially when you're sick drop the weed girl you don't need that maybe eat an edible instead but like your body is doing enough it doesn't need to fight off the weed demons while also fighting off like covid that's too much for it to deal with but this winter lounging around the house matching sets have changed my life oh my god a comfy cozy pair of pjs a fluffy little robe oh there's nothing better truly peak luxury and I was meant to live a cozy comfy lifestyle so I cannot wait to buy 18 pairs of matching pjs just kidding I don't need that many but uh it just makes you know feeling a little sick more diva-esque anyways Hannah enough of you let's get into your guys's questions what are
Starting point is 00:26:35 your best tips for keeping your house space clean and fresh and cozy okay number one get rid of your stuff I'm not even kidding you guys talk about Saturn return something about your brain fully forming is you're like get rid of it all get rid of it all i have been on a massive purge i talked about this on the last episode i've been on a massive house purge because i realized how hard it is to clean when there's so many things around me and i like my trinkets i like my knickknacks i like my books obviously but like if it's not serving you it's not meant to be around you so of course like purge your house a little bit so you have more room to enjoy um for me personally i always do like one day a week where i do a deep clean such as like sweeping mopping vacuuming
Starting point is 00:27:22 whatever it may be usually on a sunday i don't know sundays are like the perfect reset days and you're like oh that takes you all day no bitch no ma'am it takes me mostly probably like two hours to do all of those things if you smoke a little bowl and lock in put on a good ass playlist or podcast maybe it's the smoke sesh podcast with hannah marlene um and you lock in like that house will be sparkling clean in two hours i'm not even kidding all the cleaning you're thinking about takes way less time than you could ever possibly imagine every day i do like one good sweep of like okay laundry or dishes i feel like every day you have to do at least one of those things sometimes i'll just save my laundry until the end of the week like a sunday
Starting point is 00:28:08 and then do it all in one big batch. Clean how makes sense to you. You know, if you don't have time every single day, I get it, absolutely. Maybe do like a five minute cleanup as soon as you get home while you're still in like kind of like that go, go, go mood. You'd be surprised how much you can do in five minutes.
Starting point is 00:28:25 But if you don't have time every single day, if you're so exhausted, you're tired, I get it, absolutely. Pick one day a week to just do like one big deep clean. Yes, that includes vacuum, mopping, sweeping, whatever it is. that's how i find i stay on top of things pretty good now when it comes to making it cozier so now you have everything clean how do you make it cozier sense feeling fabric and look that's how
Starting point is 00:28:53 you get around that okay so i love a candle i love a little crackling fire candle in the corner i love this i love that something that is just like beautiful scents um whether it's like a body oil scent or like a room spray fantastic I have to be really careful about what I use with my cat though because I know essential oils aren't good for him so I don't use a lot of scents in my house but when I do I am intentional about it and I'm very picky about the scents I use incense is fantastic even just burning a little like palo santo or whatever it is that you're into something that feels um refreshing cleaning and just resetting is fantastic sensor everything to me um fabric is important to me like what makes a place cozy is like a fluffy blanket or a really
Starting point is 00:29:44 good pillow or a nice set of sheets a nice set of linens that's really important to me like when I'm crawling into bed I need to feel like an 1800s princess crawling into sheets that were hand woven for me and I know that's not how it is but that's what it needs to feel like in my head also lighting turn those goddamn overhead lights off oh my god I'm not in a hospital turn the overhead lights off get some lamps get as many lamps as you can fit in your house it is the best way to curate a cozy comfy more inviting vibe but hopefully that works for you I feel like that's just what I stay on top of to make sure my home feels inviting specifically to me and it's very easy to manage how to get my spark back hmm I don't think you've lost it I think it's kind of
Starting point is 00:30:32 like um whatever I feel like I lose my spark I'm not actually losing it I've just outgrown the last spark I had you know it's like okay achieved it now I feel like I've lost it because I've done everything but in fact now I need more you know which just kind of raises the bar a little bit it makes you feel behind I don't think you've lost your spark congratulations I think you've grown out of it and you're ready to adjust a little bit so let's kind of reform that frame of thinking so you can build a little bit more momentum inside of you to work forward because the thing is like even if you feel like you've lost your spark you've fallen behind on everything um you shaming yourself and being like oh I just am so behind blah blah blah is not going to get
Starting point is 00:31:18 you to get up and do those things but being like you know what i have been doing those things i have been keeping up with things i have been achieving goals maybe i just feel a little bit behind means you need to add more things and i'm so sorry to stress you out because i know more things is not what you need but more like fun things you know um what builds up someone's spark what builds up that like internal flame is like the fun of life the um indulgence of life and yes life should be indulgent i think we are meant to play up our senses and indulge in our senses we have so much time to do so why would you not now what makes your spark your spark is very different for everybody um some people base their spark on their career valid okay that's that's up to you
Starting point is 00:32:03 some people base their spark on their spiritual practice some people base their spark on their appearance some people base their spark on um just like their personal feeling towards themselves so what i would ask you is like what ignites that spark what is where is it burning in your head um you know what do you feel like you are missing out on so then you can pinpoint the area to add to depending on what you want to like you know build up depends on the actions you need to do but me personally I feel like my spark is very much so self-driven so I feel better and I feel like I have my spark when I feel like cozy in my body comfortable in my body more connected to my body when I am honoring myself when I'm uplifting myself when I'm doing the hard things despite it
Starting point is 00:32:53 all when I'm staying busy when I'm you know some of it is a little surface level some of it's a little deeper to keep that spark alive. I recently have kind of added a couple things that really burn eternally inside of me and keep that spark burning eternally inside of me. Number one is a good routine. And I think a good routine will help you no matter what you are trying to accomplish. Like maybe you are more career oriented. A good daily routine will help build up that career. maybe you're more appearance oriented okay a good daily routine will help you stay true to that spiritually a good daily routine will help you stay true to that whatever it may be I think a good daily routine is necessary and it is life-changing because you understand what's
Starting point is 00:33:41 coming next you've built up a good routine that makes you feel good and it is stability it's stability in your life it is that ever-burning flame in your life now the key to staying on a routine is making sure it's achievable it's got to be a routine you can do every single day if you're not that bitch who journals every single day that's okay you don't have to be her if you want to be her girl saddle up like you can be her you just have to start doing it and then all of a sudden you are her so you have to understand what's important to you what actually makes you feel good what do you need in the morning what helps you actually wake up if it's that hot cup of coffee congratulations go ahead and make that for yourself maybe make two maybe it's like oh my
Starting point is 00:34:22 god I always forget to eat lunch and it's just like a mess okay think ahead a little bit so you don't start crashing in the afternoon and becoming like evil because you're not eating enough like plan ahead stay on track make sure you have a good routine that you really don't have to think about but implemented so many different things and so many good things that help you be a full cognizant complete human every single day. It's what will keep that that flame burning, maybe at a low dole, but still burning nonetheless. Now, if you want it to spark up and you want that flame to get bigger, you have to add things that build up your spirit. And by spirit, I mean not going to church. Maybe that's what it is for you. And I don't mean to shame that. But I mean things that
Starting point is 00:35:12 make you feel more than just human, things that make you feel spiritual. For me, here's some great examples, like my hobbies. These make me feel more than just a human in the human world. These make me feel like I am indulging in myself, that I'm connecting to the world around me, that I'm connecting to my inspiration, that I'm connecting to my spirit. You know, it exists outside of just like oh being alive and it makes you feel more like you were living horseback riding going and doing pottery going to the gym going to a workout class getting some dopamine is fantastic doing my little yoga stretch in the morning making myself a hot cup of tea uninterrupted tending to my aquascaping in my fish tank crazy I know but it is just so nice to like focus on something else
Starting point is 00:36:10 that isn't me and my problems and everything else going on these are things outside of you that connect you to yourself and make you feel like you're living this will brighten your spark and this will make you feel like you are more so a living being in the world not just being shoved around by the world and happen to be living you know an active participant perhaps you need hobbies you need activities maybe it's painting maybe it's crocheting maybe it's um i don't know building legos maybe it's puzzling these are necessary and important and you need to pick these up so we get off the goddamn phone the phone is not going to help you bring your spark back no no no no no but activities participating in life getting a little burst of dopamine while also having a good
Starting point is 00:37:01 base of a routine you will have that eternal flame burning brightly for the rest of your days and that's how you get your spark back you naturally if you indulge in these things by having a a good routine that makes you feel nice it makes you feel alive that makes you feel like you know you can handle things while also indulging in like the mysticism of the world it will make you feel like not just like a human being but a divine spirit it really will and you all deserve that you do it takes a little bit of work to get into that routine but not a lot of work honestly maybe more bravery than work if anything and commitment to self but commitment to self will always pay off so get to work ladies how do i spiritually protect myself
Starting point is 00:37:48 i mean personally i'm a massive fan of the i mean not a massive fan but like any sort of evil eye amulet is fantastic and great massive protection it immediately is kind of like I view evil eyes as like a force field in a sense where it's like whatever hate is projected at you bounces off of you and then it's projected at whoever is in front of you you know tenfold so I think that's a fantastic way to spiritually protect yourself like amulets crystals you know there's so many different ways me personally i wear a lot of gold for that reason i literally have an evil eye tattooed on the back of my neck like even if i can't make eye contact with you like i am protected for real so there are like physical ways you can protect yourself such as
Starting point is 00:38:35 that um amulets crystals evil eye protection um words are very powerful my um the owner of the restaurant I worked at used to use the word mashallah a lot which is like um when I'm giving a compliment I don't want to give you evil eye accidentally so mashallah is what you use as a way of like protecting your words and making sure your best interest is at hand so even just like um you know not speaking illy about yourself not speaking wrongly about other people um because you don't know if they're spiritually protected and then it bounces off of them and comes back to you you know being very careful with your words and how you use them and how you speak on other individuals and yourself will spiritually protect you I also think just like knowing who
Starting point is 00:39:25 you are is the biggest spiritual protector because if you think like evil people or mean people or people who want to get to you they can only get to you if you are weak in the understanding of yourself they can only get in your head and change up your view of yourself if you are not confident in who you are already like I have dealt with many people who yes I literally consider them evil I'm not even kidding like recently I dealt with this girl who was older than me and I could tell it was like quite literally every time she spoke to me she was testing to see if that connection to myself was strong enough and if she could change it and if she could warp it into something negative and bad and make me feel bad about myself and she couldn't she got very
Starting point is 00:40:10 frustrated with me as an individual because she couldn't get in my head and like convince me that I was like evil or awful or ugly or mean because I knew who I was and I stand strongly in who I am good bad ugly beautiful whatever it is I understand I'm an individual with many different you know aspects of myself no matter those aspects I know who I am and you can't tell me who I am because ultimately you don't know me like that and also you only view me in a negative light so why would I even listen to anything you say I think the biggest spiritual protector you could do to yourself is simply put knowing who the fuck you are and standing beside that no one will ever be able to get in your head no one will ever be able to convince you of something that you're not
Starting point is 00:40:53 no one will ever be able to tell you who you are and that's what I think most like evil people are trying to do so if you really stand strong in who you are I think you can avoid a lot of spiritual negativity um and just like people trying to convince you um that you are something you're not stay true to yourself stay strong in yourself that's the best spiritual practice how do i not feel guilty when calling in sick for work help oh girl you got to get over that that's just a company that is just a company whether you're calling in sick because you're actually sick or you just don't want to go in either way it's like you got to get over that they will be fine without you literally and if anything will tell you that it's the restaurant industry girl i used to be so
Starting point is 00:41:36 scared of calling out until i started working in the restaurant industry and it's like every shift you work three people are calling out so don't even worry and if anything that means more money for you um they're not gonna fire you for calling out i mean if you call out every single day maybe but like if you're sick who cares and like they can't pry into your personal information i love it this is my routine when i'm calling in sick hey i'm sick here's why sorry and then i put my phone on do not disturb for the rest of the day easy peasy lemon squeezy literally that's all you need to do um you don't owe them an explanation you don't owe them a doctor's note as you work for like a big corporation but i think asking for a doctor's note is
Starting point is 00:42:15 psycho crazy and i think that's more of a sign of bad management than a bad worker um and they will be fine without you I literally used to pay people like $20 to pick up my shifts I'm not even kidding if you really feel bad yeah like make an incentive or like when you come back in bring cookies be like sorry or whatever work we're not supposed to die for work we are not supposed to suffer and die for work that is not how we are supposed to be that is such a bad way to live life you are allowed to take a day off if you are sick you are allowed to take a day off if you need like mental health help or you need a mental health day i think that's very important and i think if anything you should always come before your work your well-being your health your mental
Starting point is 00:43:00 health should always come before your work we are not meant to live and die by the corporations please they want us to think that they want us to be like yes snowy day get on the road and drive 30 minutes and risk your life to come in for an eight hour shift hell no if it's not safe it's not good for you if you're not feeling good if you can't make it that's okay you gotta get the corporations out of your brain okay the corporations want us to die for them and i fear that will not be happening tips on embracing chance when you're super scared moving from the midwest to new york city soon oh it'll work out for you all it will always work out for you i truly have this belief in myself at this point in time too um and that just comes from like life experience where the
Starting point is 00:43:48 more trust you put in yourself the more you challenge yourself the more you realize like good or bad shit always works out it really does i'm thinking back like um uh me dropping out of college sure not a great idea but like quickly found another job as a server boom bam like 19 i was really like i don't know what to do but it'll work out for me like i'll make money somehow immediately bam server job it could be something like simple like that or maybe something big when my car got stolen earlier in the year and it was like what the actual fuck my car's gone I can't find it I have no way to get to work I have no way to get around like how dare they just steal it and it was like I've been thinking about getting a new car for a while so oh my gosh okay let me take
Starting point is 00:44:32 this as an opportunity like let me get a new car and then guess what bam I get my dream car my dream car I've been searching for for years with the exact interior I want like it will always work out it might be a challenge it might be tough it might be a little you know awkward at first especially moving you know it might be weird to try and make new friends or even just get settled in a new environment it might feel a little overwhelming that's okay that's a temporary situation. Your uncomfortability in newness and change is a temporary situation. It's a temporary experience because with time, you will feel settled no matter where you are. And that's the thing. You have to be careful about what you choose. Not that I think you're choosing the
Starting point is 00:45:20 wrong thing, but you can make the wrong decisions and start feeling settled in the wrong decisions over time if you give into those feelings of like disappointment or you know lack or any of those things like i see people especially like older people in the restaurant industry and there's no shame of older people in the restaurant industry if you're a career server like i'm not even kidding if you're a career server in new york city you can have a four-bedroom apartment and afford to send all your kids to private school you can make hella money as a career server period but these aren't career servers these are adults who got stuck in the service industry because they were like oh this sucks but I'm too afraid to make a change you know like I'm too scared to make that
Starting point is 00:46:00 leap so I'll settle for what's in front of me because I'm comfortable with it that's the thing if you are brave enough to make newness and change in your life it'll be uncomfortable at first but you will eventually feel comfortable in the decision you make and you will feel cozy in the decision you make as long as you are making the decision for newness and betterment and actual your dreams and your goals and all those things that you want even if they're big and they're lofty make that decision take on that uncomfortable change for a moment in time for long-term comfortability because it will eventually get that way okay yes it's new it's a little scary it's a little uncomfortable it's a little odd it's a little awkward that's okay with time you
Starting point is 00:46:45 will feel comfortable in your situation so make sure you are going after your dreams even if they are big and scary and lofty because you will feel comfortable in that environment eventually and you got to just understand that and like i seriously am like i love kansas city i do i've completely outgrown this city i have i it's nice it's cool it's fun but it's like all my friends are moving i like don't really have many friends here the only thing i'm staying around for is like my parents but also they're moving soon to oregon so it's like okay do i really want to stay in the city for the rest of my life or do I want to make a big change and like take a risk and the thing is like I want to take a risk and I will take a risk and I am gonna move
Starting point is 00:47:25 to California I just need to kind of like explore I think I'm gonna this summer I'm gonna do a big road trip up the California coast to see like what areas I like more my California girlies let me know down below where I should move but it's like I know that's coming I know it will happen eventually and I know I will take that big change that big risk it will be scary it will be a little unsettling unnerving it'll be new but it will be so worth it to go through that temporary uncomfortability for long-term comfort and gain and just like being able to achieve my goals so congratulations you've already made the first step which is the hardest which is deciding to do it now you just need to stay true beside yourself stay calm in the chaos take on those challenges
Starting point is 00:48:08 head first understand that everything will work out for you and ultimately it will it really will best winter skincare tips the dryness is giving me sensory issues as fuck and makeup looks like shit you gotta be oiling your body girl are we not oiling our bodies you have to oil your body i even have like adult acne and it's like oh my god adding more oil not good no no no no in this dry weather we need as much oil as possible um there's a shower oil that i really love it's called loccitane l-o-c-c-i-t-a-n-e it's like an almond shower oil and you just rub it on your body before you get out of the shower so it locks in all the water and the moisture you will not be dry like you you will not be dry all winter i promise you we need to be oiling our bodies
Starting point is 00:49:00 oiling our skin oiling our hair oil is very important especially because all the dry all the water is getting sucked out the air in the winter with our heaters on things like that and then also um dry brushing or exfoliating in any sort of way some sort of brush where you can kind of scrape off any dead skin that's happening on your body and give yourself a refresh some newness fantastic you need a good moisturizer whatever moisturizer you use is completely up to you but in the summer i would do like a pea-sized amount of moisturizer for my face no i'm smothering my face in moisturizer every night like more than i've ever used before because my skin is practically drinking it up don't forget to moisturize your neck your chest like we need
Starting point is 00:49:43 to be moisturizing everything our hands it's important and also it makes you feel like a goddess getting out of the shower covered in almond body oil okay fluffy robe immediately put on matching pj set i have never felt more like a queen and also i'm never dry so highly recommend oh and i also just tried out this face mask i got it in japan the medicube overnight collagen face mask it's a peel-off face mask so if you have some sensory issues not great i actually have really bad sensory issues and i i was able to manage i woke up in the morning and i was like oh my god get this thing off me but it was really nice it's a overnight mask so you slather it on and it really just locks in moisture so make sure you're putting on a good amount of moisturizer
Starting point is 00:50:31 beforehand you sleep with it on overnight and it dries on your face but it really just helps everything lock in place oh my god i woke up this morning and i was glowing so highly recommend that one too it's very cheap it's in one of the reusable bottles so it's not like a one and done face mask love those two but also it feels wasteful i want to spend my money on something that i can use multiple times so this one's a great option detachment 101 oh detachment detachment detachment okay i think nowadays if you get online and you look up detachment and you watch the videos on tiktok on instagram on youtube whatever it may be i think detachment is coming from a the detachment conversation it's coming from a very selfish place where it's still self-oriented and in fact it's
Starting point is 00:51:21 honestly still attachment where it's like oh you should never do a b and c in a relationship because like you should never give all of your power to this person it's like okay and that's still very attached like you're very you're very attached to the situation you're trying to control it to like a a science and although you think that's detachment it's actually still attachment or even if you're trying to like detach from men's you're like i denounce all men and i hate them and i refuse to engage with them it's like that's still attachment because you're still basing your motives on that thing or um i need to detach from my obligations so i'm gonna avoid all of them when in fact you're just reinforcing the negative by still being attached by not doing it true
Starting point is 00:52:14 detachment isn't based in fear or control emotion really true detachment is based in acceptance okay acceptance of the situation acceptance of what's going on acceptance of the environment acceptance doesn't mean you need to agree or disagree with it it's just you're sitting in that place and it is what it is that's what true detachment is looking at it from an unclouded lens okay listen if you really want to detach go to youtube and look up bashar b-a-s-h-a-r uh the way he talks about detachment is so like peaceful understanding kind of like buddhist in a way of like um acceptance of life and understanding the good and the bad and the balance of it all and i learned from him true detachment comes with clear definition and
Starting point is 00:53:11 understanding and desire of yourself and yes maybe that is a little bit like um self-centered But like I talked about with the spiritual protection, nobody can tell you who you are if you have a clear definition of who you are. Also, it's impossible to get attached to things that don't serve you when you know what you want and you desire. You have to have those strong feelings of self in order to make those healthy detachments and make those unhealthy unattachments. okay so this is why i talk about getting a clear definition of who you are and clear understanding of who you are and why it's so powerful it's because you will feel comfortable saying no to things that don't serve you you will feel comfortable knowing this person is not right for me this place isn't right for me this job isn't right for me and instead of sitting there and
Starting point is 00:54:05 suffering in your decision making and suffering in in your environment and putting up with it you will have the clear empty-headedness honestly of this isn't good for me i need to move on do abcd okay that in my opinion is clear healthy detachment like i said if you look up detachment nowadays in the unhealthy sphere of the internet and all of these people preaching that you need to do this if you don't want him if you want him to like you or you need to do this if you want a b c d no no no no it all revolves around you and it all comes back to you if you do not know who you are and what you want and what you desire you will not be able to make those decisions you will be consumed all consumed by the idea of making decisions and the idea of making the right
Starting point is 00:55:01 and the wrong decision or the desire to attach yourself to things and thoughts and feelings that you know don't serve you but are addicting nonetheless you're putting yourself aside you gotta understand who you are and from that comes discernment and detachment in a very healthy well-rounded understanding way now you're like bitch how do i know myself how do i get to know myself there's three things that i think you can do a time alone time alone is very important if you don't know who you are girl lock yourself inside all weekend put your phone down and force yourself to sit with yourself you'll figure out who the fuck you are very quickly okay journaling fantastic way to get to know yourself sitting with your thoughts fantastic way to get to know
Starting point is 00:55:50 yourself you gotta be careful with distractions because it's very easy to run from yourself when there's so many distractions around you so spend time with yourself be alone with yourself go on that date with yourself do that journaling work do some meditation be without distraction and be alone with who you are next challenge yourself okay this can be a safe challenge through hobbies or getting out alone being alone in a restaurant being alone in a coffee shop trying a new thing going to a workout class you have to challenge yourself healthfully and you got to do this in kind of like a safe manner so you're not creating more chaos I think some people are like oh I need to challenge myself I'm going to do something really big and bold and hard and it's like you
Starting point is 00:56:35 could go that way or you could go kind of like the safe route the more balanced route and just pick up some hobbies try something new put yourself in a new environment challenge yourself that way it will build up the confidence and trust that you have in yourself to put yourself in new situations and environments and to also be brave enough to do that in the future last but not least imagination you have to have imagination for yourself if you're unable to dream of the big things you'll be unable to make that next step towards the future if you don't dare to dream of newer and bigger things you will not live a newer and bigger life you have to be able to step into your imagination to practice living in your imagination and this is important because like
Starting point is 00:57:22 When I was really depressed, I could not imagine a life, I'm not even kidding, past 19. I refused to allow myself to imagine those things, so I was unable to even build up that inspiration in myself to build a big life. I felt like, oh, this is the most I will live up to, and that's what I accepted for myself. No, you have to have imagination. You have to dream. You have to have big goals, big lofty goals. Who cares if you achieve them or not?
Starting point is 00:57:47 it just simply is paving the road in front of you to keep moving forward and that's what is important if you do those three things okay challenge yourself to understand yourself and be alone in yourself challenge yourself to try new things and put yourself into uncomfortable situations and stand beside yourself no matter what and challenge yourself to imagination you will have the discernment to attach detach and to detach most importantly from things that aren't serving you things that aren't good for you things that aren't healthy for you and to attach to the things that are good for you that are important to you and to have the discernment to know between the two to not concern yourself with the what ifs the oh but what about this but
Starting point is 00:58:31 what about that but but am i making the right decision it's like no when you know what's good for you and you know how you feel in your heart and in your true self you will know the right path in front of you and you will know the right steps to make might there might be a little fear there there might be a little you know oh but what if sure but ultimately deep down in your heart you will know the answer actually you know what while we're here this is a this is a great topic to talk about this is a great little interlude let's talk selfishness selfishness yes babe because this fucking saturn return has me real selfish and not in a way where i'm like because like listen i brought this up with my intuitive counselor um and I was like I I think I'm a pretty selfish person
Starting point is 00:59:16 and she was like what do you mean by that because I when I hear selfish I hear negative connotations so are you painting yourself in a negative light or like expand on that a little bit and I was like well I do think I am pretty like self-centered like genuinely I think I'm a bad bitch I think I'm hot I think I'm sexy I know what I want and I want to go after it and I understand I'm I don't want to settle for less than I deserve I have big dreams I have big goals I have lofty ideas I have a life that I want to live and I need to go after it like I think I'm selfish in a way where it's like I'm in my car and I'm driving and I need to keep fucking driving whoever gets in gets in whoever gets out gets out but like I see the road that's clear in front of me and I have to stay
Starting point is 01:00:05 true to it or i feel like i'm staying not staying true to myself like i think i'm selfish in that manner and she was like i don't think that's selfishness i think you just know what you want and i was like damn and then she was like and i think you deserve everything you want i was like damn you are so right queen she was like don't settle never settle you can have your cake and eat it too everything you want is everything you deserve if you think you can receive more out there you can because you can create it for yourself she agreed selfishness may be the wrong word but i think it's something that we as women need to indulge in a little bit more we are i mean taught growing up literally i'm not even kidding oh all the women in the family cook dinner on
Starting point is 01:00:53 thanksgiving are you kidding me i grew up learning how to make mashed potatoes at two years old i grew up learning how to make a turkey i grew up cooking for my family i grew up oh it's sunday we all have to clean oh yeah your brother's out mowing the yard and then he gets to go play with friends but no we gotta stay inside and we gotta clean all day it's like we are like quite literally groomed to grow up serving other people and serving other people around us and it's just like that's the old school way of thinking and I find myself very privileged and very thankful that I am now in a generation where it's like I'm the first woman in my bloodline to be like no I don't want to do it i'm the first woman in my bloodline to not be married by 25 huh yeah breaking
Starting point is 01:01:40 generational curses over here i'm the first woman in my bloodline to say no i want to go get a job i want to go do this for myself i want to do this i don't want a man i don't want this i don't blah blah blah like how thankful am i to be in this position and how ungrateful i would be to not live it to its fullest that's how i'm feeling that's how i've been feeling where it's like no we as women have not had this opportunity to actually like prioritize ourselves and look forward to ourselves and set ourselves first in a long time so we better run it up girls we better take advantage of this and i want you guys being selfish i want you guys living your life to your fullest i want you going no actually i know what i want and i deserve and i'm not settling for less
Starting point is 01:02:29 out of fear girl we don't have time for fear i know what i want and i'm going after it wholeheartedly because at the end of the day yeah we can have our cake and eat it too we want to be a ceo a mother literally give birth we are a portal like we are magic individuals and anything we set our sights on i genuinely believe we could create okay so us wasting our time on like cheap dopamine cheap ideas cheap love cheap whatever it is is such a waste of time and like i girl we don't have that much time to waste i understand i'm young and i'm bold and i'm you know i'm still learning i'm still living i understand i have plenty of time in the grand scheme of things but ultimately it's like the clock is ticking bitch and it's okay to get a little selfish i wish there was a different word
Starting point is 01:03:15 even self-centered can maybe be consumed in a negative light but I want to start painting it in a positive light because it is kind of like selfish yes I am focused on me and I think it's important to be focused on me to not give into the distractions not give into the things that are lesser than or things that aren't on par with the big dreams that I have for myself like it's okay to have that discernment to have that detachment where it's like no I know who I am and I know what I want so it's very easy for me to understand that this is the wrong situation because I would be somewhere else if it was the right one to detach from the negative to detach from the wrong situations the wrong people the wrong ideas whatever it may be and so honestly this
Starting point is 01:03:56 year if I can convince any of you guys to do anything it's get a little more selfish get a little more self-centered get clear with who you are get clear with your ideas get clear with the goals and the dreams and the aspirations that you do have so you are able to stay on track with those things to reach for the stars to go after them because I know all of us are able to create the life of our dreams it is just like the bravery and trust in self to do so and it was very inspiring to have you know an older woman who was able to create a beautiful life for herself to sit down with me and be like go for them don't let anything hold you back don't let anything stop you you are deserving you are worthy you are a willing participant you just have to be brave
Starting point is 01:04:38 enough to go forth and you can have your cake and eat it too that felt so nice to hear so if i can be that person in your life that's telling you that as well i'm happy to do so go after your dreams accomplish everything you want you deserve it how to be less relationship driven you need to be you driven yeah you're relationship driven because it's an easy distraction from the world around you it's also an easy distraction from yourself when you are stepping into somebody else's world and becoming all consumed by somebody else their thoughts their feelings towards you their understanding of you how do they view you blah blah blah blah yeah very easy to be a detached from yourself okay and very easy to get all consumed in somebody else's life you want to
Starting point is 01:05:18 become less relationship driven you actually stay relationship driven stay relationship driven to yourself become attached to yourself a lot of these relationships out here whether it's situationships or whatever it may be these confusing relationships people get so sucked up into them because they are tumultuous they keep you second guessing they keep you on your toes and they keep you distracted from yourself which like listen that's the whole reason i smoke weed i love a quick distraction from myself sometimes i get it but if we're gonna do distraction don't do one that's gonna distract you from your entire life i'm not kidding i've in relationships where i'm like oh my god i lost the plot for two years i was so pre-consumed with
Starting point is 01:06:02 somebody else's fucking life and their thoughts and their feelings i completely lost myself i lost the plot i lost who i was i lost how i was feeling and it's confusing and scary getting out of those relationships and being like i haven't thought about myself in years that's crazy and that's the last thing i want any of you guys to settle for because that is settling that's settling for cheap dopamine it's setting settling for cheap entertainment you might as well sit down and watch housewives if you want that kind of high energy high craziness drama don't create it in your own life watch it on in other people's lives and keep a healthy balance in your own drama is fun i get it but it is goddamn exhausting and tiring and wasteful of your own life and even
Starting point is 01:06:46 if these relationships are good i understand getting into a good relationship and wanting it to blossom and grow it will naturally if you are on the right path for yourself and focused on yourself while also like entertaining a healthy relationship it will naturally grow and blossom as you do it's not something that you have to like fight and work for and oh this is so hard and what if they like me what if they don't that's that's a waste of time right there that is not worth your time and energy pretty girl because my god we have so many limited years on this planet and the last thing you need to be pre-consumed by is if somebody likes you or doesn't pre-consumed is that a word it's giving pre-com anyways if they like you it's not something you have to think about it isn't you
Starting point is 01:07:36 will know it'll be clear sure i would get like relationship ocd where you're like ah but i'm just an anxious individual yeah but there will be facts and real life scenarios to back up the truth of no i shouldn't worry about this if it's something you actually have to worry about you will have a b c d as reasons why you should be worrying about it fact of the matter is if they're the right person for you and if they like you it's not something you'll have to think about there will not even be a factor of why they won't they don't like you you won't be able to make a list because you'll be like no they see me they understand me they show up for me they love me and that is that i think there are perfect relationships out there like that but they
Starting point is 01:08:17 aren't going to come from you gripping and holding and maybe if i'm this way they'll like me but maybe if i present myself this way they'll like me no that's a waste of time you are a circus clown performing for the entertainment of the audience and i don't need you guys putting on face makeup like that that's crazy unless that's what you're into fantastic at least don't perform the only person you should be performing for is yourself stay self-driven get your cheap dopamine somewhere else okay i see so many young women settling for oh but i'm i'm a relationship girl i'm meant to be in a relationship so they put all of their hard work every single ounce that they have that they could be putting into their self and their dreams they put it all towards okay i need to
Starting point is 01:08:59 find a partner oh thank god i found a partner thank god i found somebody to love me okay now we need to have kids now we need to get married and all of a sudden 20 years from now they are in a loveless lifeless relationship with four children they're getting divorced and they have no plan for themselves they realize oh wow i spent all this time doing something for somebody else when i could have been living for myself and i don't want any of you guys to get caught up in that and i also get being a lover girl you should be a lover girl you should want to be in love and want to be in a relationship all those things that's fantastic you know I understand desiring a partner and that's important and good and healthy but it shouldn't be all you're focused on
Starting point is 01:09:44 that is a surface level life that you're living for somebody else and I need you to be brave enough to live for yourself and to live for the dream of something bigger than just someone else desiring you and you can fix that need of desire for someone else with a desire for yourself want yourself more than somebody wants you that'll detach you real quick real quick anyways with that being said this is the end of our episode i know i know we're gonna have a fun little girls episode next week we're gonna talk drama we're gonna talk like nothing deep we're gonna talk like sucking dick i don't know we're gonna talk like fun silly crazy shit giving real housewives episode of spokes ash um i think we're all in just desperate need of like a silly little fun
