hello hotties of the world and welcome back to another fun little sexy episode of
smoke sesh my name is hannah your host and i'm so excited to be back again with you guys today
sorry if i look a mess listen listen it's one of my days off i woke up this morning and i was like
you know what maybe i'll put on like a cute outfit and sit down with the girls and do my makeup
yeah no listen this is a true girlies hanging out so i don't feel judged here and i apologize for
showing up in the same outfit every single week with no makeup on but today listen today that is
just the vibe it was snowing last night it snowed last week and we're about to get another like six
to nine inches tonight so truly i am just trying to manage through this last little bout of winter
that we have until we get to spring i am grasping on as tight as i can and trying to just manage
through uh the best i can but we did do some celebrating you know to kind of bring our spirits
up as you guys know we had our valentine's day episode last week i hope you guys enjoyed
everybody was very sweet thank you for the feedback like when i was asking about ads
you guys are literally the best you're like girl make that money make that money and also some of
you very valid we're like you know i do really enjoy this podcast because you know there are
no ads there are no interruptions very valid as well i do hear you it's still something i'm
thinking over so i don't think it's something you're gonna have to really worry about also i'm
not going to be that greedy ass bitch that's like let me put an ad every 15 fucking seconds
hell no hell no because it just ruins the integrity like i hate hate listening to things
with too much ads like a couple here and there you know whatever like when i'm putting on a little
podcast or youtube video and there's like one in the middle or maybe one in the beginning one at
the end it's like all right whatever you know but when it's like interrupting people's sentences
that shit pisses me off which is why i'm thinking so much about it um and yeah nothing you really
have to worry about but i do really appreciate your guys's support you were so incredibly sweet
if you want to support come join the patreon uh we have a lot of fun there like i said i have an
extra episode every week and it's not like our usual episodes where i kind of like pick and
choose the question based on like intentionality and intuition or just like what people are asking
the most about um i answer every single question last week i answered 44 questions like we are
clocked in locked in if you need a question answered come join all right we have so much
fun i post like a weekly inspo just straight from my pinterest or my tumblr board so if you're
interested in like what's inspiring me or quotes things like that we do a monthly book club um i
usually do a sunday spirit guide where we usually we did like journal prompts last week or we'll do
like rituals astrology updates things like that we have a lot of fun but if you want to support
and also just like get some extra content i would love to have you on the patreon you guys are just
like the best girl group and i appreciate every single one of you but yes we had a little valentine's
day celebration last week i didn't really do a whole lot um valentine's day working weekend
enjoyment that's really all i had to do but valentine's day was so great like i said we did
not celebrate the day of i feel like celebrating the day of is just so stressful and i was going
to be clocked in anyways so might as well just focus on mentally preparing for that so we
celebrated the day before on thursday um my only goal was to go to the art museum go to a photo
booth and eat chicken parm and best believe we did all three we did all three all i asked for
for valentine's day were pink roses so thursday danger had like one more checkup at the vet so i
woke up it was like a 9 15 vet visit um they were like you're up early and you're here again
yeah yeah yeah poor little baby usually usually when they're doing the like expressions they're
like all right say goodbye to mama and they take him like to the back you know to do that but this
time like the vet was like all right hold him still and literally i feel so bad i feel like he
got like assaulted because that man gloved up and pulled out a bottle of lube and i was like oh no
my poor baby my poor baby but he's doing better he's doing good please everybody keep danger in
your prayers um hopefully this kind of naturally goes away we're not really sure what caused it or
what's happening um i just i know he's definitely feeling better after antibiotics um and and that
wound fully healing so that was a fun little celebration that morning um and then i came home
and so sweet my boyfriend surprised me with pink roses which is what i asked for um and then we
got ready and we went to the art museum i love the art museum it's so fun it's so nice um i've
grown up going there it's completely free they have amazing exhibits and community events if you
are ever in kansas city i highly recommend going to the nelson atkins and checking it out
so like an hour there and then i heard a rumor that there was a photo booth at the kemper museum
which is right across the street um it's like a modern art museum we went there checked out
you know their new exhibit and then i couldn't find the photo booth so i went to the
guest shop and i was like hey girls do you guys still have that photo booth not to be like that
bitch but it was so cute and they were like no we don't we miss it i was like oh tragic and then
they were like i listened to your podcast you're so sweet girl you were the sweetest i love it that
made my day i i run into the baddies like in the best places possible i was like of course you're
working at the art museum gift shop i am obsessed i'm obsessed of course you'd be here um but shout
out to you um and then we ended up just coming home chilling out for the rest of the day and
then we did gifts not my boyfriend being actually 80 years old and asking for orthopedic shoes
but he got me solid gold hoop earrings i finally feel like myself again i got solid gold hoop
earrings i got my nails done that night yes finally um shout out to my girl nails by meg
so i missed her endlessly i was like girl i really really hope you didn't think i was just
like ditching you these past two months i said how to cancel because first of all it was like
my cat's issues and then my car wasn't working it was just a hot mess i couldn't make it and
she's like no no you know life gets crazy it's totally fine god bless her thank god so we got
my nails done and then we went out we went to the wise guy which is in the crossroads it's like a
kind of old school italian spot fantastic food we got a bottle of wine yes um chicken parm mozzarella
sticks spaghetti meatballs what's better than that honestly true romantic day um and then and
i ended up dragging him to the up down which is like an arcade bar because i know that they had
a photo booth there and we always take photo booth pictures but we hadn't in like a year so i was like
it's time for it's time for an upgrade time for some new ones so we went there literally just ran
inside took five of them and then dipped out came home and yeah that was my valentine's day it was
honestly really great it was the day before so like nothing was really packed we had the whole
city to ourselves the museum was fairly empty but 10 out of 10 i loved it i hope you all had a
fantastic valentine's day as well whether you were celebrating with a partner or with yourself
with yourself i hope you felt seen and loved no matter what now on the actual valentine's day
i was clocked in and working work was not as busy as i thought it was going to be usually valentine's
days in the past it's like hectic craziness like someone's crying in the walk-in everybody's
sweating the food is not good like just just chaos ultimate chaos and this year honestly i didn't
feel like a lot of people were out and about i don't know if maybe valentine's day plans changed
or i do know a lot of people like make reservations and only go to that reservation you're not not
inclined to just like walk into a restaurant on valentine's day because you actually want to sit
down and eat you know um but it wasn't as hectic as possible maybe it's just because i was working
with the girls and they were on their shit and love them for that i love working with them but
fairly chill still a late night made some good money had some good drinks ate some good food
got the fuck out of there tens across the board and then the ultimate surprise this week was that
my boyfriend ended up having two days off i was like oh my god we never get to spend this much
time together literally i rarely see him like i'm not even kidding maybe twice a week and so we have
just been indulging in that um yesterday i forced him to go run errands with me we need like cat food
and we got some really good lunch we went to this vietnamese spot and i got some jajangmyung it's
my favorite favorite noodle it's like a black bean pork belly mushroom noodle uh from cafe v
in overland park love it fantastic got some groceries came home and then i was like you
know what let's just keep this party rolling i don't want to cook let's go out to eat and we
ended up at ponax which is like notorious for having the world's strongest margaritas last
time i went there with like my girlfriend we had two two pitchers which should not have happened
i ended up stealing a pitcher and two glasses we came home keep in mind this was like the afternoon
like three or four o'clock came home and then we're just like throwing ass to britney spears
on the tv and fantastic but also like so incredibly drunk but we went there we split like a mini
pitcher and then i got my go-to which is the chili rellano and then a guacamole tostada oh it was
fantastic great way to end the night and he has today off too so let me get this podcast done i
think we're gonna force him to clean a little bit and yeah just enjoy our little snow day this
fucking groundhog please please we deserve some sunshine like i physically cannot do this winter
anymore this is the most snow i think we've gotten in the past five years like from what i've seen
this winter has been so incredibly cold and so snowy i don't know i mean i remember when i was
a child and we got pretty much the same amount of snow now um but yeah the past five years have
been pretty dry so this is kind of new ish for me and mentally i am attempting to deal with it
the best i can but i hope you're all doing well i love you all so much enough of me rambling
i know you're like girl let's get into the questions we also haven't smoked in a while
So low-key, I'm like, let's smoke.
Let's light one up, babes.
Cheers, baddies.

All right, let's dive into your questions. This is a great one to start with. Feel like I'm going
insane and I don't know how to get better and move forward to the next chapter. Listen, listen,
i'm low-key i've had many uh insane moments as i'm sure you guys can tell and low-key i'm pro
insane girls i am pro insane girls i think we as women are so convinced to like sit up straight
bottle it up you don't have those negative emotions smile smile smile and like talk about
going fucking insane I think we as women are should be allowed to have like at least one
major crash out a year like people really be testing us putting us through it treating us
like trash and when you don't allow yourself to kind of like purge those emotions and when you
just force yourself to smile through it it's going to make it harder to get over so I'm pro
going insane i'm pro insane girls if you feel like you're going insane it's probably because
you need to it's probably because you deserve a little bit of a crash out and i'm also pro crash
out in the way of please don't ruin your life please don't do anything that's going to cause
irreparable damage please be kind to people that deserve it and yourself of course but like if you
need to tell that person off because they've overstepped your boundaries for the hundredth
fucking time please i'm begging you go for it go for it if it's a worthy crash out like i think
sometimes it is deserved this also naturally will help push you to the next level help you
move on and elevate to that next more sane level that i'm sure you're seeking but truly if you
don't let yourself like feel these emotions and then exert them you're not going to be able to
make new space for those new emotions for a calmer better peaceful future but yeah i am a pro insane
girls please if you're going insane it's for a reason please look into why you're feeling this
way what's overwhelming you is it multiple things is it one thing pinpoint it and figure out how you
can kind of ease that pain how you can crash out in a healthy way what's something like almost
utilize that insane crazy energy that you do have bottled up inside you to help push yourself
into that next level naturally you're going to flow that way anyways but when you really kind
of like force yourself to hold those emotions in to not allow yourself to feel the insanity that
you should be feeling right now then it's going to be harder for you to kind of push forward move
forward you're going to feel stagnant and stuck because this energy these feelings this frustration
is also stagnant and stuck within you so yeah honestly all of my crash outs have been worthwhile
um really helped me kind of just clear that negative energy i'm thinking back to like two
instances where it just like involved people one would be like my last breakup where i was just
like i can't fucking do it anymore i can't fucking do it anymore and just like practically running
away like that was just so freeing and felt so nice um and then also like i'm thinking back to
like when i had a big friendship breakup um a lot a big part of me like as a woman wanted me to like
keep that inside and oh don't tell them maybe it's not their fault you know maybe you're just
overreacting and then i was like wait a minute no fuck them and then just being like i can't do it
anymore the bullying is too much I just can't handle it I have to leave like physically I'm
literally leaving the school I will not be here next semester thank you thank you to you girls
and yeah honestly getting those things off my chest I mean there's been many more but those
are like the two instances that come to mind um getting those things after my off my chest and
allowing myself to kind of have that you know what what I would describe a crash out but what
most men just call confrontation is very normal in their lives but allowing myself to enter that
insane crazy mentality um that we diverge from or don't inherently want to indulge in allowing
myself to finally do those things wow wow truly i felt wings grow out of my back so if you feel
like you're going insane it's because you need to be preparing for spring and getting through
these last winter months illy my queen i love you honestly wow wow wow wow wow this winter has felt
like it has been eight months eight months like I know it's February I get it but as soon as March
rolls around I'm assuming the sun should be shining and we should be having at least a little
bit more warm days I don't know the six to nine inches of snow might dictate something else but
truly like I said I am just holding on to hope a lot of that hope is instilled in just like
having plans making future like engagements coming up with ideas oh in the spring i want to do this
i want to go to this in the summer having plans what am i doing for my birthday that really keeps
me looking forward and getting excited for things and right now i'm not planning any like big costly
things i'm planning small little things that maybe my city is throwing for free small things that
you know i always do during the spring finally getting to go back to the river go on hikes put
on like hiking boots and shorts and just get out into nature i do think a lot of my examples last
year were like i'm going on this big western road trip with my girlfriends and that was fantastic
if you do have the time and energy to plan those things do so like you're young go after it please
i'm begging you like you should be traveling and experiencing the world it does broaden your
horizons and really make you almost more motivated for the future but now i'm kind of like maybe i
don't have anything big planned but that doesn't mean i shouldn't be planning and persevering and
getting excited for what is to come so if you feel like there's no future ahead maybe it's because
you haven't planned it yet you know when you live the same day every day every day every day wake
up work wake up work go to sleep wake up work go to sleep like of course your life's gonna be feel
pretty monotonous and uh that the future feels endless but if you have little tiny things to
shake it up to make it exciting to you know utilize that time off that you do have it will
generally make your life a little bit better with the snow i feel like i'm finding myself inside a
lot more than usual when it is nice just getting out and even like running errands you know going
to a third place that's not work or home broadening your horizons locally that way um also like doing
activities and indoors i've been found finding myself wanting to do more art recently i've like
been called to go paint more i went to the art museum which inspired me a lot you know just
seeing different art different examples finding inspiration that way specifically i kind of became
obsessed with this new artist oddly enough didn't really see any of their art physically but there
was an art book sitting out so I felt compelled to just look through it and if you're an art nerd
like I am their name is Henny Alfton and they do these like really beautiful snapshot images
in many different mediums and honestly love I'm hopefully going to do some art inspired by them
soon but yeah making the best of it making the best of it smiling through it like I said doing
what we can it will eventually be over and you know holding on to hope that very soon i will be
like laying in the sunshine in a tank top in short shorts sweating my ass off like genuinely i cannot
wait oh what's your advice for someone who's graduating soon and never has never been out of
education i feel like this is a major jump scare for young adults i kind of like i took a very
untraditional path do i recommend it no was i kind of stumbling around trying to figure out
what works for me yes you know we all have different journeys or whatever um but i think
for most people it's elementary school middle school high school college and then you are what
22 entering the real world and it's like a major jump scare you know it's gonna be a very major
jump scare and i don't mean to fear monger here but the jump scare is just that it's new so find
peace and understanding that like you will figure it out you're basically a toddler trying to learn
to walk again and I think if you embody that and embrace it instead of constantly comparing or
telling yourself I should have this figured out I should know how to do this I should have a job
instead just understanding that it's going to feel a little awkward and a little bit wobbly at first
it'll make that transition period way easier I think if you're also in that like young adult
phase and you're still in college where you still have routines trying to make those really good
friendships right now will help that awkward um adult years because you'll have people who are
similar to you going through the same things to kind of rely on and fall back on and seek advice
from i think that kind of support group is really really important um and also don't box yourself
into a bubble adulthood is kind of like the gates of heaven opening and like so many options are in
front of you like it's so vast and bright and you don't really know where to go but that's okay
um kind of take every opportunity that comes to you whether it's an internship maybe the pay is
not as good as you'd like but you know it's really good learning opportunity maybe you move maybe you
travel whatever it is that you feel called to do it young do it during those awkward stages i think
it really builds a healthy solid ground for those later adult years more trust in self you know
confidence in self understanding that no matter what comes your way you can't do it so it's saying
yes to those things and following your gut following your heart but yes i think the overall
um major theme here is it's gonna be a little weird it's gonna be a little awkward a little
weird at first it's supposed to be you're doing everything wrong in the right way does that make
sense i feel like somebody really needed to tell me that when i was younger because i just put too
much pressure on myself and it's like bitch you are not supposed to know you're not supposed to
know but you will know eventually and that comes through action so trust how to find yourself again
after getting lost in the wrong path in life hmm may i submit an argument here that maybe it wasn't
the wrong path you can always take something to learn from it and i think that kind of helps with
the acceptance phase of it and then persevering into something new um maybe just outgrew it you
know what i mean um i mean i've definitely fallen down so past where it was like maybe it wasn't the
best choice but also i wouldn't be who i am now without it i also think as soon as you realize
like i am on a path that maybe i'm not enjoying anymore or i need to switch up i'm not you know
really going in the direction that I want to go having that realization and also listening to it
using that as motivation to find a new path is really important because I know a lot of people
especially working in the restaurant industry who it's like my 45 year old coke addict manager is
like living in his mom's basement and being like I don't want to be here I don't want to be here I
don't want to be here and it's like well you're 45 and you've been saying that since you were 25
i think physically having that to kind of like scare me and shock me into being like okay no girl
like i can't be like them i can't be the person who just sits and complains and does nothing
use that motivation use that need and that desire to change up your routine to go after it like what
do you have to lose you know what i mean if you're already on quote unquote the wrong path take those
opportunities take those chances take those wild ideas and run with them because you have no idea
aware it'll land you and most likely it will land you on that quote-unquote right path in life
something that feels a little bit more natural to you something that feels a little bit healthier
i don't know i feel like we were kind of fed this idea that life is linear um i mean from a societal
standpoint it is linear you know like i said elementary middle high school college first job
dating engagement marriage babies raising kids doing the same thing with the kids
retirement dying like i feel like we are really sold that linear path so when people find
themselves kind of like finally realizing that it's not a linear path and that you can move any
direction possible when they find themselves straying from that linear path they kind of
start having a freak out or they feel like they're like a bad person or doing something wrong
there is no right way to do life that's what's really beautiful is you truly can go any direction
you want um but yes when you do find yourself kind of going in a direction that maybe doesn't
feel as natural to you it's okay to pause and be like all right bitch time to turn around time to
use this as a realizing matter to get my shit together and find a new path that does suit me
i think that's going to happen a lot for everybody and the sooner you realize like you're not
necessarily doing anything wrong and you do have that option to change the easier the change will
be the less you will be inclined to just sit and complain and do nothing you know the whole
compliancy in being unhappy truly i think just comes from um like self-hate and feeling so down
and out about not being on the right path um that you kind of just get stuck you get so caught up in
the negative emotions of not doing it right i'm not doing it right i'm not where i want to be
you know there's no time to sit and dwell as soon as you have that realization that's the only time
you should really feel that and then everything else going forward should be okay so where do i
want to go how do i change okay let me take this opportunity let me try something new that's kind
of how you beat that stuck phase you know but yes i hope you find the right path soon um you will
i know the girls here have the motivation the desire to do so trust in that um but it don't
naturally come to you i mean to make you feel a little bit better i don't think i'm in the place
that i need to be either so i think we're all kind of in that awkward phase like i said the awkward
early adult years um you probably won't feel like you're on the right path fully it's gonna take
time it's gonna take trial and error but you know we'll all get there eventually
this is interesting do you agree with cancel culture slash do you think it pushes people
away from learning this is interesting i think like in an overall grand sense do i like believe
in cancel culture do i actually think it does anything no but i will argue that like when it
first came around the whole kind of like i mean i've been on the internet for such a long time
not i'm not talking as like an influencer or whatever you want to call me more so i'm talking
about just like as an engager with the internet like I mean I've been on it since I was born but
to be fair like it was on a family home computer and the only access I had was to like maybe
YouTube when I was like 12 years old and then also all of the like online games so it wasn't
necessarily like raised with social media or that kind of insane algorithm but I did notice that
like the whole thematic aspect of canceling, you know, canceling people did mostly, mostly,
mostly come around during the Me Too movement. And I do think that was like really important.
I think that aspect was really important where it was like, these people are monsters. Like these
people are horrible, awful people who quite frankly deserve jail time and no one's saying
anything. No one's doing anything. And then by not saying or doing anything, it just keeps allowing
it to happen. I think when it came around at that time, like where it was like literally going after
like Harvey Weinstein and crazy, horrible, awful predators that that was okay. That's okay. That's
okay but I think it kind of inflated this feeling of like okay so we do have these power over this
people and then we went into lockdown and then I think it got a little bit out of control where I
think everybody who had anything that they didn't like even just a little bit about somebody they
started like using it as an excuse to denounce their whole being and their whole personality
their whole life you know they shouldn't be here they don't deserve to be here and i think that's
a little crazy like i would like to tell you all it's okay to to not like somebody like that is
okay that is fine not everybody's going to be your cup of tea you're not going to naturally
like everybody that's just not going to happen but that doesn't mean that people need to go out
and like make it their goal to then ruin their lives now i know if you've committed like a crime
or if you are a awful sexual predator like you know what you're predator you're being a predator
to these women like we can go after you like i feel like that's worthwhile of your time but i
think when it comes to just like generally not liking people on the internet the best thing you
can do is just not engage when you create these whole like campaigns these reddit threads these
you know tiktok's 52 part story times it's like you're still feeding into that you're still
allowing it to exist and truly like what i've noticed from being on the internet from such a
long time and seeing people like genuinely disappear off the internet is that came from
lack of engagement that came from people just not feeding into them anymore not talking about them
oh i just don't want to talk i don't want to talk about this person they're not a good person
it's not worth my time those people genuinely like fell off truly i think that cancel culture
you know or at least the goal of cancel culture which is to kind of like get rid of people i think
it worked then um but what what is formed into now i think is just people like feeding their
egos they like feeling higher and mightier than thou it's the same reason like people go into
mormonism or catholicism it's like well i'm better than you because i do this this this and you are
worse than me because you do this this this and talking about it over and over and over again it
truly is like a like an ego trip definitely and i highly encourage like anybody who's listening now
of course like be aware of the content you're engaging in like is this worth my time is this
somebody i should actually like give my time and energy to um and then also if you feel like you
don't like somebody you don't have to engage with them you know um in fact feeding into it even if
it's like a hatefulness or a negativity feeding into it in any sort of way emotionally is going
to uplift that person um it's going to give them more attention more feedback and genuinely it's
not worth it i don't know i feel like my relationship with the internet is fairly healthy
where it's just like you are on my phone and i paid a lot of fucking money for this thing so
why am i gonna let people bother me on my phone you know i'm very quick to block and not in a
sense of like followers um more so in a sense of like if i don't like someone's content like i
don't want to see it i'm not gonna hit i don't want to see it little button on the bottom i'm
definitely going to block them and just like keep it pushing how are you going to bother me on my
$1,400 iPhone oh definitely definitely but yeah I think it's definitely gotten a little bit out of
control I don't mean to say that as like a Joe Rogan red-pilled man kind of way who just wants
to get away with their sexual escapades and their awful habits I say that as a person who like
genuinely sees the effect and I think it's kind of spiraled into something that's not healthy and I
think it's making a lot of people engage in egotistical like hateful behavior if you don't
like the way catholics and mormon treats the outsiders like ask yourself why do you also
engage in the behaviors of mightier than thou bigger than thou you know help i'm an inspiring
influencer but afraid of men online any advice ps love the pod i guess like i talked about with
blocking i love a block i love a block i do i don't know anytime i see like any sort of man
and i think i've blocked a lot of gay men because of this i'm genuinely so sorry that's my fault
but anytime i see any sort of man on like any sort of platform i immediately am blocking them just
because it's like like i said again how are you gonna bother me on my 1400 iphone like
i have no remorse and it is something that i love to engage in because it's like if i could
protect me why would i not like this is this is truly a space for the girls and the gays no matter
the platform like i am curating a very specific vibe here um and if i don't want you here i don't
want you here but also like if your job is to be seen if your job is to be on the stage then you
really can't overthink it you know everybody's going to see you eventually um you can really
try and curate it by what you're putting out there and what you engage with but truly like i said
like to be on the stage is to be seen and you have to understand that just as a part of the job you
know omitting the truth versus lying or is there no difference oh this is interesting i don't know
i guess it depends on your um your motivations behind it like if you're trying to hide something
if you're omitting the truth by trying to hide something then that is lying in my opinion but
i do think it's important to omit the truth sometimes like if your friend is like is this
do i look ugly today and you're like yeah it's like that you didn't have to say that you really
didn't have to say that i hate hate the people who are like well i'm just supposed to be truthful so
i say everything on my mind like no bitch you're just mean and ugly like no one likes that you
know like i understand that truthfulness is an important factor and you should like you should
be truthful in a healthy nature but like genuinely there's some times where you're supposed to lie
like i said if your friend's like oh my god i'm breaking out do i look like so ugly today you're
like yeah like girl what what does this outfit look bad yeah like there are times where you're
supposed to lie obviously i think everybody knows that but most of the time like if you're emitting
the truth in a healthy way then i think it's fine but if you're emitting the truth as in like um
i have something to hide or in a malicious sense then that's still lying and i think it's honestly
sometimes worse how to trust the universe more and lean into the unknown love the pod and you
are so slay oh love you oh this is interesting trust the universe more and lean into the unknown
i don't know i talk a lot about like my non-traditional life path that truly just felt
like a series of me jumping off a cliff and just trusting that everything would work out
um and I think it really kind of like broke that fear very quickly in me um and when you do come
out of that like college experience straight into the real world you don't have a lot of that sense
of trust because you're not forced to take as many risks I don't think I mean college is not
really for the risk taking it truly is for like being studious and learning and becoming an adult
in a safe environment and learning how to make friends and learning how to persevere through
knowledge and i think that is a very very important set of skills to learn i'm not here to
like demean college in any sort of way actually i think one of my biggest regrets is probably not
finishing college um i mean did it make sense for me to finish no but i do i do like miss the
education aspect of it a lot especially as an older adult um older adult girl you're 25 like
what the fuck not me like genuinely thinking i'm 80 but yeah i think you're not used to taking
those risks so you don't realize that there is like a safety net underneath you always i'm not
saying once again go and implode your entire life and just assume everything's gonna work out for
you no i do think it is about calculated risks calculated risks are very important you know
weighing the option pros and cons and truly understanding you know like i do need to go in
this direction it's going to be hard it's going to be a little bit scary but the more you take
those opportunities and the more you kind of like test your patience and test the universe in that
sort of sense test your calculated risks the more aware of like the security blanket of being
like eventually finding the right path is that the universe does have you that everything truly
will work out for you um because i've been in some crazy places crazy places where it's like
all right girl like genuinely what the fuck are we gonna do now oh my god i saw this tiktok
it was like living life with lofty goals kind of exciting af like wow how am i gonna make this
happen loki and truly like that is how i um have been living my life pretty consistently since i've
been younger um and just being aware of this is what i want it's gonna be hard fuck it let's try
it and then through the process of putting yourself out there trying new things switching
up your goals switching careers moving finding new friends whatever it is whatever that hard
thing is standing by yourself and seeing it through will make you realize like oh my god a
it is up to me like whatever i want i can create how bad do i fucking want it and b if you listen
to that gut feeling that gut instinct and the desire to go after it the universe will have your
back no matter what um it will always show up for you it does see that positive energy output and
does reflect it with positive energy put in um now like i said if you go into something with fear you
know it's not right you know you're doing the wrong thing i think the universe will then kind
of forcefully even push you back into the right direction so truly trusting that no matter what
decision you make you will eventually find yourself into the right place um and that genuinely i mean
like I can sit here and tell you that but you will not learn that until you have the experience in it
so if you don't have the belief maybe you're not doing enough maybe you're not testing yourself
enough you know if you sit inside and think and don't actually do it's hard to truly believe
until you see it with your own eyes so get out there achieve your dreams achieve your goals go
after everything you want I guarantee it will work out 10 times better than you ever could have
imagined what's your vitamin routine love you mother i don't have a vitamin routine the best
vitamin routine is just eating healthy whole foods and like you're like girl healthy whole
foods i don't want to eat a salad every day no girl like i had bacon and eggs for breakfast i
got hella protein in this morning probably gonna have like something a little bit lighter for lunch
even if i go out to eat it's like cool my body needed those carbs my body needed that bread my
body needed these different foods to feel fueled but like if i'm not switching up the meals i'm
eating and i'm not at least cooking a little bit for myself i find myself kind of like getting
duller less energized i do think through food can be very powerful and i'm not gonna sit here
and be like the crazy fucking food blogger who's like you need to eat 12 bananas a day to feel
full you need to only eat raw greens i don't think that's healthy i think there is balance
in everything and the more you do try and incorporate whole foods out your diet the
better you truly will feel but i i completely chalk up me finally getting enough protein in
my diet to my hair growth my hair was not growing i'm talking it was probably like down to here like
where my hand starts for two three years would not grow would not grow now okay inches okay high
i wore my hair down at work for the first time i think ever usually it's like up tight in a
claw clip and i pinned my bangs back but i wore it down i wore my bangs out because i already had
my hair done and everybody was like oh my god oh my god i didn't know you had so much hair
it's like yeah girl i'm at work i am not dressing up i'll do that on my own time but to clock in
and to work a shift and be sweaty like i'm not the kind of girl who puts in that kind of effort
you know but yeah vitamin routine eating good food and eating enough of it how do i feel more
confident when i'm not wearing makeup illy okay so i went through a huge phase in my life where
i constantly was wearing fake eyelashes like i either a slept with them glued to my fucking eyes
or the first thing i did in the morning when i woke up was glue fake eyelashes onto my face and
then wear them for 12 hours straight because i could not stand the look of my face without them
and I do think I just naturally through wearing them so much conditioned myself to see myself
that way so when I took them off I did not think I looked like myself and the way that I fixed that
was to stop wearing them oh my god girl what what how did you fix it you just stopped wearing them
yeah yeah I kind of like jump scare myself into recognizing what my face looked like again
and realizing like oh no no that's my true self and what i did was like i just stopped wearing
makeup completely i would wear it occasionally you know like going out or going to work whatever
but when i was just home alone doing nothing instead of like literally gluing fake eyelashes
on myself to just sit around and do nothing i was like barefaced i was like all right we gotta get
used to this you gotta get used to it and what's fucked up is it probably took me over a month to
fully get used to it like it finally took me over a month for me to be like feeling clean from the
fake eyelash addiction so if you're having a hard time like i do think you kind of have to go major
cold turkey i think whenever you're alone or whenever you genuinely don't need to be wearing
makeup don't wear it look at your face understand this is who you are and like very much so observe
yourself in a neutral sense not in a good or bad sense not in a oh i look ugly without it just in a
very neutral this is who I am at this moment let's observe let's enjoy let's keep it pushing
you know but yeah I do think it took me over a month to fully get aware of it and then also it
kind of changed up how I did my makeup in the future where I truly do keep it fairly simple
I don't wear a lot I don't like the feeling of like my face being weighed down I do enjoy the
natural sense of my face and the feeling of like you know my face being a little more a little bit
more natural of course every once in a while i'll go crazy and do like a full beat but i can't do
that every day oh my god do you guys remember 2016 where people were waking up to do a full
full copper toned smoky eye glitter lid with like full contour cut crease craziness to go to high
school at 6 a.m oh my god oh my god we were you know what one thing about us in 2016 2017 we were
going all out that's for sure but yeah i just can't be that girl anymore and it is gonna have
to be you just kind of going cold turkey getting used to yourself like i said in a very neutral
sense it'll happen naturally been thinking about getting on meds again and therapy but it's
expensive alternatives this is not advice but this is just funny the other day at work the shots we
have after we get through the first like um wave of a rush i started calling them mood stabilizers
so we all started calling them mood stabilizers so i was downstairs with the bartenders like can
we get some mood stabilizers please me and the girls need them and my fucking like 70 year old
like the owner of the restaurant came up to me he goes no you like you guys don't need those
pharmaceuticals you girls like you don't need to be involved with those pharmaceuticals you guys
just need to smoke way more weed i was like dude i mean true but also like that is definitely like
an old head kind of vibe that is definitely like an old head thought process i am not anti-medication
in fact when i found myself at the lowest i think medication so i was like like negative points okay
like when i was at my lowest like literally locked up like girl you can't be trusted with yourself
negative negative okay and then as soon as they put me on that 20 milligram lexapro and a mood
stabilizer it doesn't think about medication it doesn't bring you up to a hundred percent
it just puts you at that like neutral base level that you need so when you do do the work you are
able to actually get to that hundred percent but i do think like when you're first starting off or
if you are in a really bad place i do think medicine and therapy should go hand in hand
they do have such a good component for each other they work very very well together and work very
quickly so if you find yourself at that very very low I can't get to neutral place I think
medication is fantastic I think it is something you should discuss with your pharmacist you know
I know there are grants and maybe different insurance companies that can provide better
co-pays or less co-pays for you so really like look into the options if you think it's something
you need I think it is something you should research I am not anti-medicine at all I am not
smoke more weed don't take medicine if you need it you need it I've been on it so I understand
but also I think if you are at that neutral place but you're having a hard time getting to a hundred
that's when therapy can be very beneficial and I don't think you necessarily need like two therapy
sessions a week I mean when I was at my lowest that's definitely what I was doing but I think
one or two a month can be very beneficial like I said there's different grants there's different
opportunities definitely if you've health care provided through your job look into like maybe
they provide six to twelve free sessions so like if you get six to twelve free sessions if you do
one a month like that can be really helpful and really help you grow as well and if you're going
to do therapy and you're going to pay the money for it don't waste your fucking time in there like
get in there have notes get to work like i used to waste so much time in therapy like sitting there
smiling pretending like everything was okay when truly like there was serious shit that i needed
to talk about i just didn't like have the guts to do so yet girl if you're paying 150 dollars for
one hour of time with somebody best believe you need to be in there like getting work done getting
answers getting homework you know what i mean like addressing shit so don't waste your time if you do
go there but yeah i think you know medicine can be very fantastic um i think it was really great
for me to really get myself to a level that i simply could function um and then therapy was
really great for diving into those deep topics those deep understandings of myself and getting
to know myself a little bit more but highly recommend both if you can afford it and you can
figure it out or you know you can work out a health insurance plan that works for you you can
budget so you can afford it whatever it is i definitely definitely think it's worth it and
also like if your mental health is so so low that you are not going to be here anymore fuck the
finances get help period you can figure out the finances later you know what i mean but like if
you need serious help go and get it do not think twice like girl i need you here i need you here
please please i'm begging all right be kind to yourself seek help if you need it i think
seeking help and getting help is the strongest thing a person can do you know girl i had the
wildest v-day and now my pussy is in pain sense help oh my god i remember and my boyfriend's in
the other room so i wonder if you can hear me but i remember um when me and my boyfriend were first
dating and i'm talking we would have sex like nine times a day like craziness craziness i remember
one day i literally had to facetime one of my really good um nursing friends and like literally
like show her my pussy because i was so afraid because it was bruised like the inside of my
thighs were like literally black and blue i had to sit on like an ice pack like it was crazy and
she was like no girl you're good like of course crazy isn't like i had a really really fun time
but afterwards you're like damn we were going hard why am i having to literally ice pack my
pussy right now that's crazy but yeah um i'm glad you had fun at least i do highly recommend the ice
packs and have you heard of those like honey pot pads have you honey pads whatever they're called
i've been wanting to try those for a while i feel like back when i had a bruised puss like that
could have been really nice where it's like that i don't know it's like almost like an icy hot pack
for your puss you might enjoy that i highly recommend but please be safe you don't need to
be going that crazy at least it was for valentine's day and most importantly hope you had fun well so
i moved to japan from the u.s and it's been a time so far but one of my main issues that i've
been struggling with is that my friends back home they all have been continuing to hang out
and do fun things together which of course is normal and I expect it but when they talk to me
about it and share it with me it makes me feel sad that I'm missing out and I feel like lonely here
that I don't have the community that I had back home so I was just wondering if you had any advice
for that or just any wisdom let me know oh babe first of all i think i'm going to japan this year
so i'm gonna need your tips and tricks please i'm begging you will naturally find that new circle
there like you just moved there you got to give yourself time like literally to a different
country different language like it's probably gonna take you a full year to naturally acclimate
and then also it's gonna take you probably more time as well to have those friendships build those
friendships i mean keep putting yourself out there but you will build the same kind of circle you had
back home there as well trust in that um i think something that could maybe really help with this
like not jealousy problem not like foma more so just like you you're homesick you like miss your
friends very normal very natural is maybe you guys can plan like little weekly or maybe like
once a month or we all get on zoom all together like maybe they're all at the house together and
then you're on zoom and you can kind of hang out that way a little virtual hangout session maybe
you all watch a movie together and maybe like you plan a little trip whether it's like going back
home to visit them or they come visit you i think there's different ways that you can kind of feel
a little bit less left out um but yeah that has to be very it has to be very hard I also think
making new memories with new people around you will help with the FOMO going for a beer by yourself
how do people do it I don't know I feel like since I worked in the restaurant industry for so long it
has seemed so normal because half the customers I had when I was a bartender were people who just
like came in alone and I really appreciated that about them they were like no I don't want somebody
with me like i just want to go to this bar alone get a bowl of ramen eat it have a beer maybe talk
to the person next to me get the fuck out of there and i don't know it just seemed so normal to me
that i wasn't afraid because i knew genuinely so many people that did it yeah it didn't really make
me afraid to go to like bars or places restaurants whatever it is alone um i think once you truly do
get out there and like go sit at a bar by yourself you'll realize just how common it is for people
um just because you're alone doesn't mean you deserve to not go out into the world you know
what i mean um and i think it really shows true confidence and true like appreciation of self the
people who do go to a restaurant and are like fuck it i just need a good meal and i'm gonna sit and
hang out by myself and talk to the bartender and chit chat with the person next to me you know
i mean i think meeting people especially people that you don't know from your regular circle and
having a little conversation with them where are you from what do you do um i think that's the next
best thing to travel to truly understanding the world it's connection to people getting to know
people getting to you know live through them and travel the world through experiences and
conversations with different people from different places i think not engaging with people outside of
your usual bubble does hold a lot of people back and i think that's where we see a lot of the like
um the trumpism like otherness mindset is from people who just like don't expand their world
horizons they don't know what's outside of their little church bubble their little suburban bubble
right now i think conversation and talking to people is a great act of resistance as well
broadening broadening your horizons that way of course if you're going to any bar or club by
yourself please please be careful like you need to at least have somebody who has your location
like don't get so inebriated that you can't get home if you're alone safety is priority number
one but if you are a person who has never been to a restaurant by yourself never been to like a
small little bar by yourself and you are thinking about doing it i highly recommend doing so also
what feels so freeing about it is like you could be anyone you could be anyone you don't have to be
you out there i mean like don't lie to people but like oh you don't have confidence well great the
person who's going to this bar you can pretend that you do have confidence for a night and strike
up a conversation next to you there's nothing holding you back but yourself these people don't
know you they have no experience of you and i kind of think that's beautiful i think it's really
freeing in a way you know whatever ideas that you have you're the one holding yourself back not the
people around you so free yourself experience conversate I think it's important speaking of
will I really find my soulmate if I'm picky what happens if I don't I don't know like I said there
is something to be said about you know uplifting yourself and de-centering men in that sort of way
also like having boundaries knowing what you want having non-negotiables and being aware of those
things I think that's very important when you're like relationship shopping or about to go into a
relationship but I do think a lot of people are single because it's like almost like the ick
phenomenon where it's like they are not the perfect amazing prince charming they are not a storybook
character so you don't want to be in with them like reality is we're all human we're all gonna
be a little weird we're all gonna make mistakes you know what I mean and a lot of relationships
is like compromise in the sense of like understanding each other and standing by each
other in that sort of way and I think if you're too picky if you have too many like way high
unreachable standards then like yeah no one is ever going to be able to check all those boxes
because like we're not robots we're not storybook characters but if you allow that sense of
humanness while also having an understanding of like genuinely like what you want and what you
deserve while also like being willing to open that space in your heart for humanness i think it does
make finding relationships and relationships easier for sure is living with your parents at
22 okay if i support myself yes i have friends who still live with their parents and they're 25
and honestly i'm so jealous of them i'm so jealous of them like i know it's in the trenches because
you're like around your parents and like oh my god it makes you want to rip your hair out or
whatever but not paying rent oh my god like literally pussy wet like you're not paying rent
how amazing how amazing and the longer you can put off paying rent especially like if you have a
good relationship with your family like of course they're gonna drive you crazy like a normal family
um but like it's a good home you have your own room they give you semi a little bit amount of
space like they're buying groceries whatever it is like if you're living that kind of lifestyle
girl stay there as long as possible I do think there's something freeing about being alone but
I think financial stability is really important and I started paying rent at 19 19 no no 20 I
started paying rent at 20 that's when I finally moved out and I think back all the time on how
much I've paid for rent and how much I could have saved if I stayed with my parents another year or
two years and i'm like girl you should have just held on you should have just held on and done your
best i get wanting to move out though but like if you're still at your parents please understand
that as a blessing in disguise you are saving so much money and what would be smart here is like
the you know if you had a roommate i'm thinking about like what the first person kind of pays
rent i would say maybe like six seven hundred dollars um not for like a one bedroom living
alone that's gonna be way more but the normal average human being moves out with someone else
splits rent you know um maybe 800s max if you have like the money you would pay for rent take that
and save that chunk like if you can't afford an 800 rent but you're staying at your parents you're
saving this money like put that aside really start saving really invest in your future in that sort
of way i mean you're eventually going to need it when you move out so take that chunk and set it
decide now i i wish i would have done that i really wish oh god boyfriend said he'd let his
girl bff eat me out oh my god girl i fear he wants to fuck her i fear he wants to fuck her
and the only way he'd get it off his chest is if he brought it up in a sense of like
well maybe you could I fear that would send me into a spiral oh my god unless you're like
freaky and you're like okay like let's do it then shit girl go for it I guess but like
I that would send me into a spiral that would be I would be having a conversation with both parties
and not in a fun sexy way in a what the fuck is going on kind of way we're getting through a lot
of questions you guys i love this okay question roulette we are back dating this guy who's so
perfect but the sex is so bad what do i do uh i don't know sex is important i think it's important
i think it's like a lot of chemistry um and like i don't know if he checks every single other box
and maybe like sex is not that important to you then like i get it and you can you can work you
know like you can do some work you can definitely do some communication you can do some i don't know
like involve toys go to the sex store together like go shopping you can get crazy you can have
these conversations you can talk about fantasy whatever it is build that up you can build
chemistry for sure but like if it's really really important to you and you just have no sexual
chemistry i don't know i don't know i think it's okay to be like this isn't gonna work you know
what i mean because what are you gonna do have bad sex for the rest of your life like hello but
like for now if he's literally checking every other box and you're like we just he's gotta
get that stroke game down practice practice practice practice don't be afraid to involve
little toys here and there little fantasy little outfits i don't know maybe he's into role play
girl who knows i know he has something deep down that like probably is like really kinky for him
so like have those conversations it's gonna be a little awkward at first like go to dinner split
a bottle of wine and then like talk it over you know go home try it out have a good time tips on
how to switch my mentality from being men-centered to me-centered oh this is i like that question i
like the way you worded that okay me-centered i don't know i think there's some truth in
knowing that like a man will never give you everything you want period and i think a lot
of women rely on that and then find themselves in relationships because they're desperate with
a man who genuinely will never give them what they want and then kind of find themselves in
this like really bad cycle and i don't want you falling into that please i'm begging when you're
me centered you get everything you want you know you even get the guy you want because you had
standards you had understanding of yourself you know you get the job you want you have your own
money you have your own goals you can buy your own things you can go out to dinner alone you have
that self-confidence when you're men-centered it's almost like you're like walking on your
hands and knees trying to appease another person and you will constantly be putting yourself last
and i just don't think that's a way to live life i don't know i talk a lot about de-centering men
but truly i think the best way to de-center men is to just center yourself get a little selfish
what do you want you know especially now more than ever with the way this country is going
it is like a radical act self-love self-lifting understanding what you want and fighting for it
and going after it and really de-centering men from your perspective and yeah i do think it's
a radical act i think it's really important i think every woman should use it and learn how
to use it as a safety tool i think pepper spray is great but like de-centering men is the safest
way to live you know i don't know most men are stupid and only care about themselves so like
why should you care about what they think about you love will find you and the best love the best
relationships will find you when you do have those standards you have that understanding of self you
know you aren't desperate for anything there's nothing they can give you that's going to
ultimately change your life so you're not willing to settle it's like you either fit here next to
me as a partner as an equal or you get the fuck out and i think there's something very powerful

girl happy sunday um not a question but i just want to share what happened to me
last night so i met this guy at the bar we've met before but like we met up
and we were vibing and um he came he ended up coming home with me um but we get to my house
and he's like really drunk like i'm like oh fuck um so i go to the bathroom because um i needed to
empty my period disc and i go back into my room and he is snoring on my bed and i'm like fuck
no so i call him an uber and i'm like hey like you need to go home and so whatever he leaves
the uber's outside and he walked right past the uber and just started walking down the street
and i'm watching him through my window i'm like what so i call him doesn't answer his phone i'm
actively watching him outside my window walk down the street so i just canceled the uber
smoked some weed and went to bed um so yeah i hope he got home safe but you know he's living
his true destiny hopefully he didn't have a long walk but yeah i just thought that was really funny
and not a woman calling an uber for a man but also i get it like get out get out my fucking house
right now you know what he's a man he'll be fine he'll get home safe you know what i mean
that's so funny though i need help deciding if i'm actually into the man i've been seeing
talking to i don't know girl if you're having to ask us i don't think you like him
like i think undeniably like when you meet somebody and there's chemistry there you get along
it's like you know you honestly like feel it a little bit too much like it becomes a little bit
over consuming the crush psychosis of it all i talk about that a lot but if you're sitting here
like i don't know like he's cool i guess like i'm just you know he's here oh girl i fear you don't
like him if you're having to ask people like i don't know do you think he's good then he's
definitely not the one for you how to help friend with substance abuse plus codependent boyfriend
we almost never see her now i was kind of talking to my nail tech about this um not to air out her
business actually it's not really airing out her business she was just like not really going
through something like this but you know the phenomenon of like okay friend gets boyfriend
and then disappears um like kind of becomes so involved in that relationship that they disappear
and how conflicting it can be for people um me and her were kind of on the same page because
we understood we've been in relationships we know how it is but some of her other friends who
haven't been in relationships were like oh my god she's ditching us you know she doesn't want to be
with us and truly i think when you first get yourself into a relationship any sort of relationship
especially when it's with substance abuse and a codependent boyfriend like that world is so
tumultuous and insane and scary it literally is like a prison asylum and you as a friend
genuinely the best thing that you can do is just keep reaching out hey how are you how are you
doing do you want to hang out hey you want to come over the thing is i will be honest here
they're gonna say no they're gonna say no they're not gonna respond they're probably gonna do that
for like a year they're gonna be like oh my boyfriend can't come well i can't come it's
gonna happen it is what it is i think the best thing you can do as a friend to another friend
in this position is just not give up all right keep hitting them up what are you doing do you
want to come over eventually she will have that realization where oh my god what the fuck is going
on why am i with this shitty man why am i addicted to these substances and if she doesn't have any
friends around her who are hitting her up or she doesn't have anybody to fall back on or she
doesn't have that you know random text come through that she needs to save herself that's
hey girl you want to hang out she doesn't have those to fall back on she's never going to escape
so truly like i think as a friend there's only so much you can get involved in there's only only so
much advice you can give there's only so much worry you can give before you got to accept like
some people you know they make their own beds and they lay in them and the best thing you can do
as a friend is just be consistent and stable in there you know and maybe that's not the like the
work that you want to put in maybe you don't want a friendship like that maybe that friendship's not
for you but those people that you really ride or die for um and the people that I've had around
were the people who were just like present consistent you know not like showing up in my
house going above and beyond I don't think that's the kind of friendship like I needed during that
time i think genuinely i just needed those um little check-ins and then finally when i was
ready to break free from the cage i was in um i had those people you know in my life that i knew
were consistent and stable that i could reach out to that i could you know fall back on so yeah
best thing you can really do is just be there hitting her up hey girl miss you want to come
hang out i will say like i said she's gonna say no a lot but eventually she will say yes
and it will be you know the time that'll truly change your life hey I hope you can hear me I'm
using my like Bluetooth headphones um anyways so um my boyfriend and I live together and it's
beautiful fantastic chef's kiss um but I've noticed that especially around the time of my
period I get this sense of like insecurity and like feeling like I'm a bad roommate not like
doing enough but it's mostly because of like you know I just like have low energy levels with
I'm PMSing my period coming up and I don't know just like tips and tricks on how to feel like
a good roommate to your partner and also how to like keep things interesting and
you know fun when you're living with your partner anyways love you so much and yeah
love you okay so I don't know maybe I'm like a bitch but like when I'm like going through a
period of like all right I just can't keep up with the cleaning I can't do all this like
I just maybe I'm not being the best roommate possible the thing about like relationships
it's gonna ebb and flow in a very natural sense and like yeah the week before my period if i'm
feeling crazy and i don't want to do shit i don't want to do the dishes the dishes are piling up
no offense i'm that bitch who's just like it's not gonna get done until i get the motivation
or until you do it like i hate to say it i mean am i making him do all the things all the time
no is he making me do all the things all the time no but like we're gonna have to pick up after each
other every once in a while whether it's like physically with like doing the laundry or maybe
emotionally financially whatever it is like you know relationships naturally ebb and flow that way
so the best thing you can really do during that period where you're already like kind of pmsing
kind of going through it just low energy is like be kind to yourself if you can't do the dishes
you can't do the dishes sure they're still gonna be there don't stress yourself out about it
honestly i hate to say it but the best way i get chores done is if i just smoke so much weed that
i get like scary like i get scared and then in order to um not be scared anymore is to run away
from the demons and start cleaning as much as i possibly can i get so much done get so much done
not to mention like weed really helps with my period cramps oddly enough i don't know i feel
like it just in like a sensual sort of sense like it really just eases ailments and pains um so yeah
maybe you try that where you just smoke and get the scaries and then need to run from the demons
so you start cleaning but tbh like it is what it is you're a good roommate i promise if you're like
worried about how clean you're being you're a good roommate trust um and yeah living with your
partner can be really nice it can be a little frustrating at first if you guys are kind of
learning how to um navigate that transition but ultimately the best way to kind of like
keep that spark alive and not like fall into the whole okay well we're just roommates is you got
to be intentional about time like you got to plan dates you got to go out you got to like
have those special moments together you can't just like same way life gets monotonous i think
like relationships can get monotonous um and you can turn into like just roommates by just like
okay we'll wake up work come home cook dinner do chores go to bed wake up work come home cook
dinner do chores go to bed you know like that's it's gonna get boring naturally um so be intentional
about time plan things if you guys both have the same night off randomly like fuck it do something
special like me and my boyfriend last night i'm like we never like get a hangout and like go out
to dinner so instead of like cooking the groceries that we just got like fuck it let's just go out
let's get a picture let's have some tacos and have a good time um take advantage of those moments i
think it really helps but yeah anyways you guys with that being said it's the end of the episode
i know i want more call-ins you guys i'm requesting more call-ins i had someone comment on the one of
