Starting point is 00:00:01 listen everybody needs a fairy godmother you know just somebody to look out for them some people call me their fairy smoke mother others their internet big sister but you can call me hannah the host of smoke sash so come hang out let's light up and talk everything there is to life the good the bad the ugly the embarrassing i've got a story for it all hello hotties of the world welcome back to another beautiful episode of smoke sash my name is hannah your host and i'm so excited to be back with you guys do you like this red juicy tracksuit if you're a audio listener i just i've been doing finally finally some fall shopping um just because all of a sudden it's 50 degrees outside hello hello what is going on we had the
Starting point is 00:00:46 fall equinox yesterday all of a sudden i'm like okay why is everything orange and why is it freezing outside and raining constantly we'll get into that a little bit but first let's talk about the juicy tracksuit i have been on a constant hunt for a good tracksuit for a long time first of all you want to be the hottest lazy girl ever just get a matching two-piece set okay just a matching two-piece set this was like i want to say 80 on ebay oh god i love ebay but i had been hunting for a good juicy tracksuit for a while and finally got my hands on one thank god i went with red i was thinking maybe pink but i think red really suits me um i'm giving like hot sexy mrs claus in the best possible way shout out to juicy thank you um literally did not send this to me but i'm
Starting point is 00:01:34 obsessed i have been converted fully but i think fall is finally here you guys of course we had the fall equinox yesterday and the week before truly felt like the last hurrah of summer but it was a hot hectic chaotic week for me okay as summer is and listen I love summer I am a summer child I was born in June if it was up to me I'd be running hot sweaty and free all year long but ultimately you know although I don't live in my ideal reality we do have to face the reality of nature and the changes of the seasons and I have never been a fan of fall okay I always want to run run run play play play outside do my thing and fall really forces us to like pause and slow the fuck down winter slowing down more than we ever have and i've never been a fan okay i've
Starting point is 00:02:29 never been a fan i've never been like i love winter i love fall i love being inside it's never been a great time for me mentally either just because i do struggle with the changes and the forced internalization that we do have to take but I do think nature is our greatest teacher and we can learn some amazing lessons from it and the more that we avoid our natural side the harder we're going to have with accepting it because ultimately we're human we're animals we are influenced by nature in so many different aspects and when you try and fight that natural part of ourselves it's going to be challenging and I think that's why winters and falls have not been as exciting for me and have not been as easy as they should be especially with like
Starting point is 00:03:16 seasonal depression affecting me um because I fought that natural change I didn't want to do the internalized work I didn't want to focus on myself I didn't want to take accountability for my life and really hone in on the details that I think fall and winter make us really focus on because I just wanted to run away and be free and hot and sweaty all year long like I said summer child I didn't want to focus on the serious aspects of life let alone myself and when you are forced to do so especially being a midwest baby and having pretty harsh falls and winters it can be a challenging time but I do think I've really done the work this year and I think this is the first year I can say I've been excited for fall I'm so excited you guys I mean this last week was
Starting point is 00:04:03 one last week of celebration i was busy all fucking week constantly doing things pilates gym errands i'm still watching my parents dog they're in alaska living their best fall life i'm like taking care of so many different things there's so many changes happening in my internal world as well that i think are very necessary and important not necessarily stressful but just another thing on the pile and it truly felt like the last little celebration of summer but also as soon as the fall equinox hit it was rainy here 50 degrees gorgeous outside I had to put on a little jacket a little coat to keep myself warm I made this cinnamon simple syrup at work and it was just rainy we lit candles it was gorgeous and it was a great transition
Starting point is 00:04:49 because my god was I so fucking busy and I completely welcomed that change and that calmness and that introspection with open arms this time around and it is a fantastic change of pace if you're someone who's maybe a little bit more afraid of fall and of winter I challenge you to ask yourself like where do you need pruning you know I mean naturally all the leaves are changing colors they're losing leaves they're going into hibernation the animals are prepping and preparing for winter ask yourself what do you need to do to prepare I uploaded some journal prompts on the patreon if you're interested of just like more ways to ask yourself like how can i do this internal work in a healthy way what do i want to keep what do i want to get rid of where are
Starting point is 00:05:38 different ways that we can prune before we go into this hibernation mode that we enter every year and how can we make it less of a struggle i think it's important to kind of do that seasonal transformational work in order to have an easier time um but yes it's going to be a great fall it's gonna be so good oh my gosh big changes i'm no longer working brunch thank you god for releasing me from the grips that brunch had on me because working brunch is oh my god if any of my girlies out there work a brunch shift as a server host whatever line cook i don't care you understand the chaos of it all you see some of the worst people at brunch actually like some of the worst people some of the worst attitudes some of the worst couples at brunch i don't know
Starting point is 00:06:22 what brunch brings out in people but it is scary safe to say so finally God has released me from the shackles of brunch and I'm just working dinners now I got a new opportunity I'm excited about the people that I work for are amazing and provide me inspiration daily just like for like community-based inspiration it's so nice to have like people around you that you know like ride for you and really want to see you succeed I think there are so many blessings in that and I think we've lost community a lot especially with the pandemic where we've become more like self-focused and we haven't been focused on the people around us or we don't care to focus on the people around us and I think that's a really big downfall and I think it's a downfall that people don't really
Starting point is 00:07:11 think about they think me me me especially here in America me me me but like never about the people around us and when you actually want to succeed as an individual individual it's not from you propelling yourself up alone it's from having a good team of people around you propelling yourself up and that's what really builds that strong support is having a good community around you to constantly provide inspiration and provide just strength and stability I think that's so important and it's something that I've really been focusing on it's something that will also help us all get through this transformational change of fall and winter and the changing of seasons. So it's been really nice to see that reflected in my life and just a good community
Starting point is 00:07:52 and good routine and new projects, new ideas and following through on them, taking care of myself and doing the internal work while also pruning and preening my home and getting it ready to be a comfortable space when winter comes around and we can't leave the house because there's 12 feet of snow it'll be here it's gonna be here before you know it but I'm celebrating fall I'm gonna make a simmer pot I just made these oh my god amazing pumpkin cinnamon rolls the best thing I've ever made if you want the recipe it's in my Instagram I made a reel and all of my recipes are just like in the not in the comments in the caption of all my reels if you want the details of it all but I am still munching on the cinnamon rolls I eat like half of one every morning and
Starting point is 00:08:37 it's just been so amazing and so wonderful so like heartwarming I love food that makes you feel like oh my god my grandma cooked this for me and I'm all of a sudden eight years old again like that's the kind of food experience that I want to have and those cinnamon rolls definitely provided that for me I've been drinking hot coffee oh my god in my hot coffee era again no more iced coffee it's too cold I'm ready to go like pumpkin patch picking I'm ready to go buy some apple cider i'm ready to go to the halloween haunted houses i'm working on my halloween costumes as we speak i think me and the girls are gonna go on like a girl's cabin trip somewhere to celebrate fall kind of get outside one last time so it's gonna be a good season i'm very excited to see what it
Starting point is 00:09:21 brings for us all it's so nice and gloomy and chill and there's no more hi hi enthralling energy anymore I feel like everybody around me is really focused on the stability aspect and the calmness and the quiet and I think that is such a nice energy to indulge on especially during this season so cheers to fall I hope you're all doing so very well that's really all I have to catch you guys up on I haven't really done anything crazy this week if I'm being honest trying to think back but enough about me let's get into all of you guys's questions because I know you have a lot on your mind someone said i think this man might be lying to me but i don't know he won't admit it how do i solve this so i forget which law it is but humans have the natural
Starting point is 00:10:10 urge to correct people to get the facts straight to be right and if you understand that human behavior and use it to your advantage i think you'll be able to figure out if he is lying to you or not so if there's something that you think he's lying to you about maybe it's like where he's going after work or who he's talking to or things like that i think the sane thing to do would be just to ask him but if you're dealing with a chronic insane man of course he's not going to tell you the truth so instead of asking him to tell you the truth or asking him the straightforward question you essentially have to ask him the opposite or state the opposite so if you're like okay well where is he going to after work um you know oh he he's saying he's going to the grocery
Starting point is 00:10:58 store or whatever so you say oh did you have fun at the gym obviously he's not the gym he says at the grocery store if you say oh did you have fun at the gym and then he corrects you and says something completely different that's how you know that's how you know he's lying that's how you know he can't follow his own lies you know what i mean what are some of your favorite ways to self-care oh i feel like fall is a very self-care season um once again a lot of introspection pruning preening taking care of ourselves um my favorite ways of self-care i mean i've been trying to get out of the crazy self-care where it's like let me go online shopping let me buy all these random things let me do the hundred dollar facial treatment like that can be self-care but it's
Starting point is 00:11:41 not a sustainable form of self-care so some of my favorite sustainable forms of self-care that are pretty like low cost low energy in that sort of sense are a cooking as you guys know I love cooking if you're like a chronic dissociator dissociative person whatever the word is but cooking is great for you you're gonna love cooking okay the way I'll go into my kitchen and all of a sudden three hours has passed and I don't I had zero thoughts at all and now I have something yummy in front of me oh my god what's better than that you know what I mean making those cinnamon rolls was so nice because I was making them on a day where I was just like going through it like about to put my fist through a wall metaphorically I've never actually done that but I needed to kind of just
Starting point is 00:12:25 like get into a zone where I was kind of detached from the world in that sort of sense but in like a healthy productive way um and so kneading that dough by hand for 15 minutes and really just like putting my all into kneading that dough and making these cinnamon rolls was so nice because now all week i've had something beautiful and amazing to munch on or to have from having the low moment i don't think cooking has to be so scary i think it'd be something easy i think it'd be something hard whatever it is i love just a good like recipe just simply something yummy to eat that's my favorite way of self-care sometimes the best form of self-care honestly is just doing the hard things I think you'll feel way better doing the hard things that are on your list that you really
Starting point is 00:13:12 don't want to do versus just like spending a hundred dollars online the dopamine burst that you're going to have spending a hundred dollars online is going to be pretty automatic of course but also it's not going to be sustainable in that sort of way it'll be like a junkie hit like a like that felt good but then it's going to be a quick downhill fall right after that when you take care of the hard things in your life and you actually like put some work into doing the things that maybe you don't want to fucking do but still know you need to do ultimately by the time you sit down after you know doing those dishes or doing those chores or finally folding the laundry which is on my list of things to do today it's going to feel so much better and then that alone time that you
Starting point is 00:13:54 have afterwards to kind of fuck off and scroll on your phone or you know do the things that are quote-unquote unhealthy in that sort of sense are going to feel much more like relaxing and actually beneficial that time that you spend actually relaxing after doing the hard things is going to feel so much nicer and you're going to feel that wave of dopamine for like honestly a couple days because you're going to wake up in the morning and be like oh I have nothing to do today I got it all out of the way I know that sounds dumb but ultimately like that is the best form of like adult self-care in that sort of sense also i'm a very creative person like i said a lot of my self-care although it can be physical and i love a face mask and i love a bubble bath
Starting point is 00:14:36 um a lot of my self-care is like kind of just indulging in that dissociative state and removing myself from the world in a healthy way and entering that kind of like flow state that gives me like permission to check out for a little bit especially after the world gets so overwhelming I'm a very creative person so I love painting I love painting I love drawing I love reading I love escaping into a healthy area where I can utilize that dissociative state to my benefit and really just check the fuck out and do a two-hour painting or check out and just read half a book all of a sudden or completely check out and you know knit a sweater whatever it is I think especially if you're a creative person having those hobbies that you do with your hands
Starting point is 00:15:27 or things that you can escape into are also a great form of self-care so ultimately a cooking but that's a personal thing be doing the hard things that's probably the best way to self-care as an adult and see if you're a creative person remember to indulge in those creative practices and even if you're not a creative person I do think indulging in creative ways and putting your brain into new different kind of avenues in that sort of way is really healthy and is great for the psyche how do I glow up in my 20s slash the whole second puberty thing okay real so I remember I genuinely believe and maybe this is because of a big fucking head but I genuinely believe I brought the attention of second puberty to people's minds okay i made a tiktok video probably like two years
Starting point is 00:16:16 ago maybe three being like listen ladies if you did not get to these in high school that's fine because most of your development is going to occur in your mid-20s straight up like don't be scared when this shit happens because it's natural and no one fucking told me so i'm telling everybody and then everybody was like oh my god second puberty that's what's happening i i had no idea i may be a big head but i do believe i brought that to the internet discourse and it's real it's very real my body has completely changed completely changed okay i'm putting on weight in different areas that i've never put on weight before my titties have gone up like two cup sizes at least my acne is different the way my body processes things is different my metabolism is
Starting point is 00:17:08 slower my mood swings are lessened which is a great change love that thank you of course my brain is a little bit more stable than it was maybe in my first puberty when I was going through those emotional mood swings for the first time ever in life in my teenage years but it is real and if you do not embrace it you're going to have a hard time changing because everybody thinks oh my god you know you get your first period you're going through your first puberty now you're a woman no no no that is still a child that is you are literally still a child i don't give a fuck what other people say i don't give a fuck about it you're still a child although you're going through puberty and you're developing and maybe you look more quote-unquote womanly i don't believe
Starting point is 00:17:55 you get that womanly figure and quality until you go through that second puberty because of course i developed more when i was going through that first puberty but my second puberty is where i genuinely feel like i am a woman now okay i feel like back then you know at the health courses and classes in high school they'd be like you're becoming a woman and it's beautiful you're flourishing and flowering like a flower and it's like okay but shut up i feel like i'm going insane don't tell me that bullshit like no I'm not a woman I'm 16 hello I'm still a girl I am still a girl let me indulge in my teenage years don't push that bullshit on me but now now I genuinely feel like a woman and I do think I became more aware of these things so I did embrace it more
Starting point is 00:18:42 but I do see people my age especially women kind of having these conniptions because they're like what the fuck i thought i was done changing i thought i was done i didn't know this would happen i they think something is wrong with them because they're developing in different ways and they're just not aware that that is natural that is normal that's going to happen it's not your fault it is a normal process of the human body and yes you will become more womanly in your mid-20s but also you will become more stable straight up you will become more stable i feel like my mind has developed into more of that womanhood mindset where i'm just more focused i'm a little more driven as well i'm a little more organized i have like a routine down routine is very important
Starting point is 00:19:31 i'm indulging in new behaviors and activities that are helping me become a better human being and i'm loving those like activities and those hobbies and those things like pilates oh my god at 16 i would have never been doing pilates but now i'm like i have to go twice a week or i'm gonna lose my fucking mind where the fuck that come from second puberty your body's changing you're developing hips your hips are widening a little bit more your metabolism is slowing down a little bit more it's very normal it's very real and the best way to get through it is to accept it okay i also think a lot of my acceptance didn't come from the focusing on the generalized idea of how women develop but more so focusing on how did my mom developed and I never really had this
Starting point is 00:20:20 conversation with her because I don't think this is a conversation she would really want to have but I did ask myself you know what does my mom look like you know what kind of characteristics and figures does she have because I'm probably gonna have the same fucking thing hello I'm literally her daughter I'm literally she birthed me of course we're gonna develop in same in the same similar ways so I started paying attention to that and then I saw so many similarities that it became more I became more accepting of those similarities and more accepting of those changes because it was natural my mom looks this way I'm going to look this way it's just how it is and I do think it is a glow up I do think it is ultimately the biggest glow up I have had in my
Starting point is 00:21:03 entire life is this second puberty I think at first I kind of was a little bit more unaccepting of it but then once I leaned into it and really leaned into the whole goddess woman I'm amazing I'm beautiful I'm sexy I'm gorgeous like I'm officially I finally feel like a woman it felt so transformational and it felt so nice and so good to see like fuck it I don't give a fuck if I'm gaining weight I don't give a fuck if my ass is fatter I don't care about all that bullshit because it's kind of beautiful like what our bodies are able to accomplish and do and I would like to uphold and respect that in my life and I think the best way to really glow up during that time is fully with how you accept it and the mindset that you embrace during that time you
Starting point is 00:21:54 know are you gonna fight it and cry and be so mad that you're not as skinny as you were when you were 16 because guess what that's not going to happen it's you're not going to be the same 16 year old you were for the rest of your life you're not going to have that same childlike body for the rest of your life that's not how it works that's not how human nature works are you going to constantly mourn that and constantly chase that or are you going to accept womanhood for what it is and accept your developing body for what it is and accept those changes wholeheartedly the difference between struggling and the glow up is simply just your mindset about it are you going to accept it or are you going to fight it ultimately your body's going to change either way you have
Starting point is 00:22:37 like no choice in the matter so are you going to really lean into the woman-ness of it all or are you going to constantly seek that if I'm being honest male-dominated opinion of wanting to stay childlike forever you know you know I also think accepting your womanhoodness if you would like to is like very radical of you I think not a lot of women want to lean into it and I do think it is a radical act of accepting yourself fully and loving yourself through it all no matter what and surrounding yourself with women who do so as well and especially older women who fully accept themselves and have been through those things and you know love themselves through it all I think all of those things are very important and beneficial but if you want it to be more of a
Starting point is 00:23:27 glow up rather than a struggle you need to accept that change is going to occur and the best way to embrace change is to open your arms fully to it and support yourself through it but yeah no now I'm like okay sexy woman okay hi okay hi juicy tracksuit hey girl like wow I love it and yeah ultimately I don't think it's anything to be afraid of because I just keep getting hotter and sexier every year and that's fantastic that's amazing if 16 year old Hannah saw me now she'd be like okay the acne and the small titties and the mental struggles will be worth it like stay strong maybe we don't need the psych ward oh crazy crazy but yeah second second puberty is real pay attention in your mid-20s about how you change and how you develop and accept it okay be kind
Starting point is 00:24:16 to yourself be patient with yourself look at the generational history of maybe how women in your family physically look and act and understand that you're probably going to have those same qualities and learning to love i think your mother and your grandmother for those qualities will help you love yourself as well but yeah cheers to second puberty we love womanhood how lovely someone said men always come back true okay so i had this conversation with my boyfriend he's a skater so I always get like all the skate tea and skate drama about the boys which is so funny not like he's airing out everybody's business but like of course he's gonna be like this was psycho behavior like what and one of the big things that he that we were talking about the
Starting point is 00:25:02 other day is how most of these skaters girlfriends are like fucking around on them and like dming their best friends behind their backs but for some reason i was like well do like men not conversate with each other about this like do men not tell each other those things and it's like no like there is no loyalty in like the male dominated space there is no loyalty like where girls have that loyalty where it's like i'm gonna send that hey girly text because i would want somebody to do that to me like we have that kind of loyalty to each other there is none of that in the male dominated space because i'm like what the fuck why the fuck do like all these people know that his girlfriend is dming them but like no one's telling him but also he's staying he's
Starting point is 00:25:56 saying he knows but he's staying and he my boyfriend was like it's because this is like toxic but like men love a crazy bitch men will stick around men will stick around men love to be fucked on okay they kind of love to be the victim in that sort of way and i know many men who are chasing women who do not give a fuck about them at all and in fact are are more enthralled with the woman who is focused on herself and doing whatever makes her happy more than the woman who wants to like be on her knees sucking him off constantly you know what i mean that is why i get so frustrated when women resort to like no but i need to please him i need to do everything for him like he's not gonna stick around like i need to be you know the one for him i need to do all these
Starting point is 00:26:48 things for him like babe that is going to scare him away like genuinely i think that's going to scare him away i don't know why i think men are just toxic in general but like men will come back especially if you're focused on yourself men will come running and crawling back to you if you leave them because you're like nah fuck you like you're not treating me right i don't want to do this stop getting in these situationships with this men where you're like laying down to be a doormat because they don't want that okay that's not hot and sexy focus on you do you go off fuck whoever you want do whatever you want ultimately I think that's like the like the weird toxic psychology of it all that I have noticed in male behavior recently and specifically like within my friends
Starting point is 00:27:40 like dating pool and how they go about men is they do not give a fuck they're there they'll give you an opportunity if you don't secure the opportunity if you don't treat them right they're gone they don't care okay they're wonderful amazing hot sexy women they know that they know they have power in that they know that there is power in pussy and they support that ideal and they hold themselves to that standard and if men aren't gonna meet that bullshit then they're gonna leave them right at the curb they don't give a fuck no hug bye i don't care about you i'm not gonna respond to your text and every single time that happens those men are fucking fiending after them fiending absolutely drooling rolling on the floor because that woman knows
Starting point is 00:28:31 that there's power in their pussy that woman knows that there's power in themselves and that is ultimately like psychologically the hottest sexiest thing ever ever honestly okay if you want this man to be in love with you uphold your boundaries and your standards and stick to them be a fierce loyal woman the owner of my restaurant we were chatting and he's like i love a fierce woman i love a woman who speaks her mind i love a woman who is not afraid to be herself and say it as it is he's like my wife is the is the most aggressive woman i know and i love her for that i think there is power in that i think it is like such a sexy attribute to have because these men notice that and they will come back after that they will not come back to a doormat they will
Starting point is 00:29:22 come back to a fierce woman so all of these situationships that you guys find yourself in where it's like but i'm sleeping with him seven days a week and i'm cooking him home cooked meals why won't he wife me up it's because he knows he doesn't have to you're already doing those things have standards hold yourself to those standards hold these men those fucking standards do what you desire to do do what drives you to be a whole individual follow those passion follow those dreams the right man will find his way in there somewhere but also if you want them to be enthralled and you want them to be fiending practically crawling across the desert for that pussy be you focus on you be a fierce woman okay they will be absolutely obsessed absolutely i
Starting point is 00:30:10 think my relationship works so well because i'm fucking insane and crazy and i say it how it is and i don't put up with that bullshit at all there's anything on my mind that's pissing me off about you i'm gonna say it okay i'm not gonna let you walk all over me as a doormat i'm not gonna let you string me along I'm not gonna let you lie to me it's either we're real and we're here and you're my partner or I'm gone and he knows that someone said I'm nervous to take a tea break but I feel like I need one honestly whenever I've taken tea breaks in my life they've been scary of course but genuinely so beneficial that at this point anytime I need one I'm not scared to do them anymore because I did take that hard step the first time and understood I listened
Starting point is 00:30:55 to myself I knew it was what I needed I did the hard thing and I felt so fucking good about it um I don't think it needs to be as much of a struggle as most people say it is I think if you slowly cut back and then stop altogether while replacing that downtime with activities it can be very easy to literally take a tea break when I tell you when I was taking my tea break I was waking up 8 a.m class next class next class okay clocking in working a shift it's 10 p.m I'm getting off my shift I'm grabbing taco bell I'm going home I'm eating my taco bell I'm going to bed there was no time to even think about smoking because I was busy as fuck and I think that's the best way to really go through a tea a tea break but once you go through it I think you will realize
Starting point is 00:31:39 how beneficial it was for you you also build that strength within yourself of understanding and knowing what you needed and doing it and I really think there's nothing wrong with that I think tea breaks are the best thing stoners can do for themselves especially when you're a pretty constant smoker like right now i'm kind of going through a mini tea break it's mostly just i'm cutting back on smoking during the day and focusing on smoking at night and smoking less dabs so it's like tea break adjacent but still i understood what i needed i'm doing what i'm needing and it feels good always hannah you work in the service industry tips on how to open a wine bottle with a cork so i used to struggle with opening wine so much because i was just like
Starting point is 00:32:22 fumbling the whole time and then it was like silent at the table and i'd be like oh it's just you know it was a struggle i have found that even if you're fumbling which i'm still not the best at opening a wine bottle at a table even if you're fumbling as long as you're talking and laughing and oh what are you guys doing today this date night blah blah blah like is there any entrees you have questions about like what can i do while you're opening the bottle they will not notice you struggling you know what i mean you kind of just have to like push the focus in a different direction then all of a sudden pop you have the wine open also when you're uncorking a wine bottle it should never make that popping noise that's how you know you're opening it wrong especially
Starting point is 00:33:01 with reds you want to just like slowly slightly twist it out of the bottle it shouldn't make a popping noise how to handle a guy that was looking at women's profile pictures on social media was over a hundred profiles. Ooh. Okay. So what the fuck is his name? This is like, I feel like deep internet lore that the girlies just aren't going to know about, but I did see like one clip of it on Tik TOK and men were shitting on him for talking about it. Maybe it was just for like admitting it, but I do think this is a genuine issue that a lot of men, especially young men in this day and age fall into which is simply just like porn and sex addiction i think a lot of young men in this day and age have too much unrestricted internet access especially at a
Starting point is 00:33:48 young age and especially with video games develop a dopamine addiction and then they chase that wherever they can find it which mostly is in yes video games and yes women sex porn things like that and i think it is probably the most unhealthy thing for a woman to be around especially in a relationship so oh his name is jinxie i think that's his name jinxie right and he got broken up with and he he you know was vulnerable about why he got broken up with on his stream about he said well i was watching too much porn and i was stalking women and i was looking at all of these women constantly and it was making her insecure and i recognize that it is my fault and i should not be doing this this much and that it is very negative and it's like a bad habit and
Starting point is 00:34:39 it's very awful to my brain and i'm so sad that i keep indulging in these things ultimately it's because he has a dopamine addiction to it but he was very vulnerable like and of course he's like a bro-y streamer to all these other young men so all of these men were clowning on him for saying this shit but honestly that is exactly what they fucking need to hear especially coming out of the mouth of somebody that is popular and that they watch i think it is so important for other men to be honest about things that are downfalls of them as men because we see this too often where it's perpetuated in like male relationships that it's like no it's okay to be a sex addict no it's okay to go do awful things to women we see p diddy coming out and he's fucking drugging women and
Starting point is 00:35:29 doing all these horrible things to them oh my god that's because he's surrounded by a system of other men that tell him it's okay there's a big issue with men being addicted to sex it's it's because it's a dopamine hit it's addicting it's very addicting I understand that when you can just log on to Pornhub and see whatever the fuck you want to see and get off however much you want to get off in a day have full access to all of these women and all of these vulnerable things it's going to be an addicting thing naturally and it sucks to see so many people falling into it I do think a lot of it has to do with unrestricted internet access at a young age and developing those unhealthy coping mechanisms but having men be vulnerable about this and being open about this
Starting point is 00:36:14 is so important because it means other men are going to maybe think about their addiction within themselves if you find yourself as a woman in a relationship with a man who is dealing with a sex love porn addiction not gonna lie the best thing you can do for yourself for your brain and for you know your peace of mind is to leave personally i feel like that is a battle that that man needs to fight alone that is not something that i can hold your hand through because ultimately i'm going to take on way too much baggage and i'm too young to fucking do that if you find yourself in a relationship where yeah he's looking and stalking over a hundred different women constantly i think you need to get the fuck out of there if you're trying to
Starting point is 00:36:57 build a relationship on trust and on loyalty he's already broken both of those and those are the two basis of relationships two basis ideals that you need in any sort of relationship whether it's romantic whether it's interpersonal whether it's a business partnership you need to understand that no matter you know what we do during the day no matter how many fights we have at the end of the day we're going to get together and we're going to have dinner together because we have that trust for each other and we have that loyalty for each other and if you do not have a relationship based on those things it is simply not going to work you are going to keep throwing yourself into a fire for a man who does not give a fuck whether you live or die and that is not fair to you especially
Starting point is 00:37:38 a lover girl at heart who wants to fix and solve everything i don't think this is a job for you okay you're not bob the builder you can't keep building these men up for what but yes i think what jinx he said on his stream i think it was very important i think a lot of young men just clowned on him but also probably went a little went to bed probably watched a million different porn videos and then thought to themselves like wow I'm doing the same thing and I think that's something that men need to reflect on a lot okay I think they need to ask themselves like why am I indulging in this behavior and is it actually beneficial to me and let's be real men don't really have that kind of thought process I don't think they think about that that much but when
Starting point is 00:38:17 other men talk about it I think it's important and it's probably the most important thing that they can do is admit their faults admits where they went wrong especially in relationships bad habits they take on and be open and vulnerable with their community I mean I've done that with you guys about like toxic behaviors things like that and I think it's just good to have that reflection maybe like a personal mirror for yourself where it's like okay am I doing those things you know like is it affecting me negatively in my relationship negatively the same way it's affecting him like am I being the bad boyfriend I think men need to put themselves in check like that more often and other men need to put themselves in check like that more often I think
Starting point is 00:38:55 too often men are like yeah we're men you can just do whatever the fuck you want you can you know have those addictions to sex and to porn and to women and it's just part of being a man you know that shit's fucked up and it's so enabling and then we see such a spiral and behavior that then you get pddy who is actually the devil reincarnated and i hope he goes to jail forever forever forever forever horrible awful human being bitch a thousand bottles of baby oil that's not for pleasure that's so you can't get away that's so you can't get away bitch try getting away from somebody covered in body oil and you're on a linoleum floor it's not happening that shit's scary that shit is awful that shit's horrible also you want to talk about P. Diddy I saw the
Starting point is 00:39:45 um blink twice movie and then i heard about all the pd pd stuff and i was like oh oh everybody in my in my life needs to watch the blink twice movie and everybody needs to watch it especially with men in their lives and see how they react go watch the reaction to that movie i think it's important to like observe and to see how men perceive women in your life because i think it's important to build your safety and to prioritize your safety as a woman who has been drugged who has had things done to her without her consent i will never ever ever give men the benefit of the doubt in my world you have to earn my respect and sure call me a misinterest or whatever it is i call it protecting myself and taking myself seriously and setting boundaries your safety as
Starting point is 00:40:40 a woman is the most important thing in your life your mental health as a woman is the most important thing in your life don't let these men fuck with either of it ever okay protect yourself uplift yourself support yourself oh my god i remember when we went to la and we were staying in this like hollywood hills house right next to p diddy's like la house and i remember talking to the airbnb be host she was like oh yeah you see that house next door like that's pd's house everybody hates him in the neighborhood because he throws all these parties and all these women end up wandering off into our yards and falling asleep and it's like at the moment i was like oh wow he must have crazy parties no it's because all these women are drugged and wandering off and don't know where
Starting point is 00:41:26 they are be safe protect yourself yes sex addiction and porn addiction is very real and i think it's important for men to be representative and to be able to voice their faults especially if you have a platform because ultimately yeah he did fuck up his relationship by having these addictions and by stalking women these relationships are a quick way for women to kind of start to feel really bad about themselves and i just don't think that's fair for anybody involved so if you find yourself in a situation like this run escape once again you're not bob the builder you can't solve all these problems sometimes sometimes men have to clean up their own fucking messes and make themselves a good person period how do i become less afraid of how i'm perceived by guys i feel
Starting point is 00:42:13 like i'll be single forever stop caring about how men perceive you and start caring about how you perceive yourself true self-worth will not be brought into yourself through the eyes of men it will be brought into yourself through the eyes of yourself okay accepting fault for small mistakes in friendships when there's any sort of small mistake in friendships or relationships i'm quick to apologize and quick to say sorry because honestly we ain't got time to fight over this bullshit i don't care um ultimately i want a good relationship with you and if that means i have to say sorry then i'll say sorry and my friends know that that's how they behave as well it's just respect you know if you have respect for somebody and you know you fucked up apologizing is the
Starting point is 00:42:52 easiest thing you can fucking do now changing the behavior is probably the hardest thing but i think you have to have both of course but it's so easy to apologize it's so easy to say you know what i'm sorry i fucked up i still want to be your friend give me a second chance i'll prove it to you and then obviously proving it to them that you're sorry and that you won't do it again but if you want to have a good solid friendship relationship whatever it is you need to be able to understand that you will have faults you will make mistakes and that's okay we're human it's normal it's going to happen what you do with that though is most important and saying sorry and doing better is ultimately the best thing you can do for a friendship or a relationship oh tips for a good
Starting point is 00:43:37 experience losing your v-card interesting interesting i didn't lose my virginity until i was like what 18 19 so it was a little later but honestly i think that was the perfect age any earlier and i think it would have fucked me up mentally and sexually not to shame anybody i just think that was best for me you know what's best for you period but did i have a good experience definitely wasn't the worst why was i on top why was there no condom hello was not prepared be prepared be prepared don't just be like i need to lose it now because you're gonna put yourself in some very very risky situations and i think the last thing you should do is put yourself in any sort of sexually risky situation like i mentioned in the last podcast episode you can act in sex
Starting point is 00:44:25 and have it be self-sabotage listen to the words i'm saying sometimes sex can be self-sabotage the best way to have good sex is to focus on pleasure focus on boundaries hold yourself to standards hold your partner to other standards and don't put yourself into risky situations just for what for some 10 second sex hello that's not worth the scary situations you're going into you know the meme where it's like sex is taking me to places that i wouldn't even go with a gun literally like do not put yourself into risky situations stay protected get on birth control do it with somebody you trust set boundaries do not be on top obviously take it slow use lube if you need to put on a good playlist do it with somebody you trust do not just have the desire
Starting point is 00:45:21 to lose it to lose it I feel like women have that pressure men don't have the v-card pressure hello women have all this pressure of like I need to lose my v-card I need to do blah blah blah no that is society putting that pressure on you and I don't think women should feel any sort of sexual pressure from society I think that's so fucked up so focus on you focus on what you need and what you desire and do not let anybody convince you of anything else stay protected okay these men have to prove to you they're worthy how to stop holding grudges and communicate when i'm hurt without ruining the vibe oh my god okay so guilty guilty as charged i used to be like this but also i think i was in these like people pleasing tendencies where i was like but if i say that they hurt me
Starting point is 00:46:06 then they won't like me anymore what girl just say what's on your mind once again when you're holding grudges and not saying what you truly mean you're kind of ruining the vibe because if somebody doesn't know that you're mad at them what are they going to do to be able to fix the situation period when people are mad at me and then they don't tell me anything i'm like ultimately that's kind of your fucking fault like yes i'm sorry i did those things but you did not communicate to me that I did those things so I can be aware of them so then I can fix the situation and adequately apologize if there is no communication then there's no way that the other person is going to know and then it's probably going to keep happening and you're going to keep getting
Starting point is 00:46:45 pissed off communication is key in any sort of relationship personal business friendship romantic whatever it is it is the best way to keep the peace is communication and I think sometimes it's more cathartic to just say what the fuck is on your mind kindly kindly not angrily but just say what's on your mind without holding the grudge i think people hold grudges and i used to hold grudges because it was like once again that people pleasing mindset of but if i say the thing then maybe they won't care maybe they won't listen to me or you know they'll keep doing it whatever it is and if they don't care boom guess what i communicated now you are an awful person and I can stay mad because I communicated what was on my mind and you didn't care or you kept
Starting point is 00:47:33 doing it and you didn't care now my anger that I do hold is real and valid because you proved to me that you're a horrible person but beforehand if you don't communicate and you just hold that anger it's not valid you have to communicate in order to see actual behavioral change if there is no behavioral change if there is no apology ultimately they don't care then you can stay mad then your anger is valid okay but communication it's important I argue it's also the most important when you're angry when I was angry I used to just shut down no talking I'm going and hiding in a corner somewhere but I've found that my anger is more productive and my anger is more beneficial to the people around me when I actually communicate what I'm angry about and what the
Starting point is 00:48:17 fuck is going on in my mind because people ultimately are there to support you and to help you and if someone pisses you off guess what they probably didn't mean to do that but I guarantee that they want to be able to fix it they're not going to be able to fix it unless you say what the fuck they can do or why you're pissed off okay that weird secret animosity bullshit never flies with anybody and everybody will pick up on it they will and it's not cute it ain't cute so just say what's on your mind people have more respect for communication than they do for honestly anything that's what I respect most like communicate to me I don't care I don't care as long as you tell me I can figure it out from there then my emotions are valid then your emotions are
Starting point is 00:48:56 valid to me but if I don't know what the fuck's going on and there's nothing I can do with it I'm not some you know psychic that can guess my behavior oh my god I used to have an ex who was like come home angry every day and then would want me to read his mind bitch stay mad I don't give a fuck you're not gonna be a grown man and tell me what the fuck's going on that I don't care about your problems that's aggressive but also like ultimately you're not in charge of other people's behaviors they're not in charge of yours but once you communicate and you actually put it out there that's when real change can happen that's when real understanding can happen and that's when if you don't see anything happen you can stay mad and your anger is valid which is honestly the best
Starting point is 00:49:36 okay i'm just scrolling through these questions and the amount of them that are like okay this one was crazy um how to deal with your ex calling you to tell you he just got married um just got went through that absolutely most insane breakup after four years um my ex moved on too fast for my ex my ex is calling me how to release an ex um how to get through a breakup break this destructive patterns oh my god a girl get it together literally i need you to remember we are going through eclipse season right now eclipse season is a very chaotic energy very chaotic energy do not feed into the chaos do not give to the chaos really during this time the best thing you can do is just like sit with your legs crossed and mind your own fucking business okay
Starting point is 00:50:31 don't give into anger don't give into arguing don't give into the drama don't give into the exes don't feed into the negative thought spirals don't call whoever don't do all these bullshit things it's going to cause more chaos and drama in your world also changes that are happening in your world right now are also necessary changes that you are too afraid to make eclipse season will cause more chaotic changes than like mercury retrograde will because the energy is a little a little more unhinged during this time so if it feels random and it feels like a big change it's A big change that needed to happen, ultimately, it was just made quickly and it feels chaotic. It's because it's eclipse season, okay?
Starting point is 00:51:13 Mind your own fucking business. Stick by yourself. Focus on you. Really just, you know, that meme of that dog eating like pizza or whatever in a fire? That needs to be you. That needs to be you minding your own business somewhere else. Okay, drama, drama over there. I'm here.
Starting point is 00:51:30 Honestly, minding your own business is also a great form of self-care. minding your own business at its heart is focusing on what you can control and letting go of what you can't it is taking responsibility for your own thoughts and actions and letting other people take responsibility for their own thoughts and actions there's only there's only so much shit you can take on in life there's only so many thought processes and ideals and responsibilities that you can take on in life before you take on too fucking much and you start breaking down okay the best way to avoid that breakdown is to focus on what is important to you and what's not important to you what you can control and what's outside of your control what is beneficial to you
Starting point is 00:52:11 in a sort of like wholehearted sense versus outside chaos that does not deserve detention or attention at all okay it's kind of like i've been a nanny before this is the best way i can really describe it but it's kind of like that mom and the toddler in the grocery store and the toddler is screaming rolling around on the fucking floor throwing a huge fit okay the mom is not screaming back and telling the kid to get the fuck up arguing with it indulging in the chaos the mom's standing straight ignoring minding her own business not focusing on the tantrum focusing on what she can control okay that is ultimately eclipse season in a nutshell you need to let the tantrum happen elsewhere and you need to focus on what is important to you
Starting point is 00:52:58 minding your own business is so important honestly you want to talk good self-care focus on what the fuck is important to you what you care about what you desire what you need especially during a chaotic time call me selfish whatever it is ultimately i think it is beneficial for everybody in your vicinity especially yourself it's the best thing you can do for your friends it's the best thing you can do for yourself of course offer support be a good friend don't just tell people to fuck off or just cut people out of your life but also don't focus on the screaming tantrum toddler focus on yourself trying to make it through self-checkout the best you can that is what you're trying to do during this eclipse season don't indulge in the chaotic
Starting point is 00:53:41 behaviors see them for what they are and release them fully how are we fighting seasonal depression this winter like i said doing the work not running away from yourself focusing on yourself and what the fuck's going wrong perhaps um pruning preening indulging in behaviors that are healthy for ourselves creating new routine routines that will help uplift us during this time and especially during the time where we're inside a little bit more i'm like i need to hire a therapist asap before winter because there's a lot of thought processes that I need to help working through a lot of things that I've been through that I need help working through that I know I can do alone but is ultimately a little bit easier with someone else holding my hand through it
Starting point is 00:54:27 baking eating yummy food having good friends having good routines having exciting things going on in your life having creative outlets having a good book to escape into but most importantly doing the mental and physical work that it does take of pruning and preening to make sure that we can indulge in our hibernation and in our internal world in a healthy manner how to stop feeling guilty for cutting toxic parents out of my life dad is mental with too much drama i think it's important to note that you feel guilty because you're a good person i don't think any of the toxic parents feel guilty because they don't think they're doing anything wrong and ultimately that is the problem we're going to have this unwavering and dying loyalty to our parents
Starting point is 00:55:15 when you're a good person because we see them and we recognize them for being our parents and ultimately you're a good person so you're going to see and recognize that and I think you should uplift and you know celebrate that about yourself that you do have a good heart that you do have a kind heart and that you do love them no matter what but I think what's most important to celebrate here is that you're strong enough to know what you need and what you deserve and what you desire and you're strong enough to hold those boundaries especially with the people who love you most and I think you need to celebrate that within yourself you're gonna feel that guilt no matter what because you're a good person but I do think you need to celebrate that you're strong enough
Starting point is 00:55:53 to understand what is best for you and you're strong enough to make those hard decisions in your life and that is so important to recognize and to uplift in your own life i'm proud of you i don't know if anybody's ever told you that but dealing with toxic parents is probably the hardest thing for any child to have to deal with especially when you are a kind-hearted loving human and individual you're going to want to pour that into others but you have to understand when your cup is running low and you need to pause and refill to yourself okay you can only pour so much from your cup until you run empty and when you run empty you have no more to give you want to keep giving as much as you possibly can you want your cup to runneth over constantly but you cannot keep
Starting point is 00:56:37 pouring into a bottomless pit of a cup or else you're going to empty yourself out and i think it's important to understand that yes you are a loving person and yes you do want the best for this individual in your life but ultimately maybe the best thing for this individual in your life is for you to cut ties and maybe just take a step back for a second it's hard it's probably the hardest thing any child will have to do especially with a toxic parent a lot of my friends have to deal with this and it's a daily struggle for them but also i think what gets them through that is the acknowledgement of but i'm strong enough to know what i need to do and to follow through on and they celebrate that within themselves also happy libra season i think virgo season was a
Starting point is 00:57:22 little bit too chaotic and just like everybody was grasping onto everything this as hard as they could and focusing on the details to the point of exhaustion and just overwhelmed and tired and libra season is the breath of fresh air that we all need okay especially waving in the new fall season the last season of summer has come and i think we felt that hectic chaotic energy and now we're really ready to fully dive into the fall libra season indulgences of life and indulgences of pleasure and indulgences of self and celebrating that libra is a air sign shout out to my libra girlies during virgo season the emphasis was on discernment guiding us to be more mindful of what we consume and how our daily choices affect our overall well-being
Starting point is 00:58:13 the sun's journey through virgo called us to return to our routines with renewed focus reprioritize what truly matters enhance functionality and efficiency and cultivate a deeper more intentional relationship with our bodies and health as libra season unfolds venus departs from the sign of the scales and transitions into the depths of scorpio almost in unison with venus residing in scorpio until october 17th throughout much of libra season we are called to explore deeper deeper layers of connection and cultivate greater emotional intimacy this sacred transit invites us not only to deepen our bonds with others but more importantly to nurture a profound relationship with ourselves embracing in vulnerability vulnerability and authentic
Starting point is 00:58:57 self-reflection as paths to inner transformation it's reconciliation season this season is going to be fun it's going to be kind to us we need to most importantly focus on ourselves and ignore the bullshit going on in our lives do not indulge in the chaos especially with this air sign season if you indulge in the chaos it's going to blow up shit that you do not need blown up okay focus on where you can control your path and focus on where you can't focus on where you want to put your attention and your energy and your time and where you do not this is important and this is a lesson you need to learn also libra is such like a baby girl princess energy season okay indulge in those fun little self-care behaviors put on your matching red velour juicy tracksuit and smoke a
Starting point is 00:59:50 fucking bowl and make some pumpkin cinnamon rolls make your whole home smell like fresh baked goods go buy some flowers for yourself go buy some pumpkins go drink some apple cider go do that face mask go do your laundry go do the things that are important focus on the people that you care about and focus on the people that care about you versus the people who continuously dog you over and don't deserve your time or attention at all okay you know what you deserve hold yourself to those standards hold your head up high queen okay you deserve everything you've ever desired in this world the only person standing in your way is you are you gonna go after it are you gonna sit back and watch all your dreams pass you by get out there go after everything you want you desire
Starting point is 01:00:36 i love you anyways with that being said today is such today's such sleepy girl energy i slept in a little bit this morning like 8 30 which was really nice if i'm being honest but now it's time to get into my chores if you want to see more from me follow me on instagram at hannah marlene and if you want more content i post an extra episode every thursday on patreon patreon.com smoke shawty but with that being said love you all so much stay sane stay sexy and i'll see you all so soon
