Starting point is 00:03:55 for the beginning of the month as well as a new book club book of the month i'm not even kidding we do so much over there it's such a fun little community and if you would like to be a little bit more a part of the smoke sesh community come and join but that being said let's get into what i've been up to this week you guys you ever have a moment in your life where you're like wow the universe aligned everything perfectly for me and i wasn't even planning on it or expecting it it was just like truly the universe pulled through for me in a way that i never could have imagined i had one of those synchronicity days and i haven't had one in a long time in fact i can't recall I mean my life feels like it hashtag grateful but like I can't recall the last time I
Starting point is 00:04:37 had like so many things line up perfectly and everything work out perfectly before and be completely surprised other than this weekend so this weekend as you guys know I do live in Kansas City and Chapel Roan was going to do a like little mini tour of sorts where she was going to do I think it's like two nights in New York two nights in Kansas City and two nights in LA of performing a amazing beautiful wonderful show well you guys know me I love a good concert but as soon as I heard that is all the shows she do she was doing I mentally checked out I mean I love Chapel would have loved to see her down but I was like okay first of all tickets $150 I'm good period point blank I'm good I love a show but $150 like I need to be like obsessed and also like I'm it was
Starting point is 00:05:29 supposed to be 30,000 people going I mentally was not prepared to go like stand in a line pay $150 and also just like a deal with all of that on a weekend nonetheless when it is still hot out as hot as it was this summer in the middle of October like mentally I was not there love mentally I was not prepared for any of that so I kind of just like brushed it off I was like I'm not even gonna get tickets I'm not gonna really do anything I mean the city started ramping up the streetcars are pink everything's pink Kansas City one thing about us is when somebody shows up for us we show up for them tenfold I mean it's like a tiny little city if you really think about it in the grand scheme of things compared to Kansas or compared to LA or New York like we're a tiny city so when
Starting point is 00:06:13 people show us even a little bit of love we're like we will show it back to you tenfold like everything's lit up pink in the city me I'm headed to work of course you know I'm working on the weekends picking up a little restaurant shiv pocketing a little bit of money girl in this economy I we got to be working two three jobs unfortunately it is what it is you know I'm gonna put my ego to the side I'm gonna show up to work I'm gonna make my money I'm gonna get the fuck out of there well I show up to work you know I pass all of the people in pink cowboy hats glitter sparkles walking to the world war one museum or not museum memorial to see the show i mean like streets are shut down i am having trouble getting to work it is booked and busy
Starting point is 00:06:53 out here make it to work i look at how many reservations i have and i'm like oh there truly is nobody showing up to my restaurant tonight there was too many things happening in the city that night it was first fridays which is like a really big art event that goes on every first friday of the month so everybody is always in this like different borough of kansas city partying having a good time it was also pbr days so the rodeo was in town and also chapel rome so in my head i was like oh great not gonna make any money tonight and also it's gonna be dead as fuck and also on top of that i look around there's five servers there girl my restaurant is so tiny it's practically the size of this chair like we do not need five people here so my manager looked around
Starting point is 00:07:38 he's like okay what sections does everybody want and also who's gonna be first cut because obviously like we don't need this many people here if you don't know restaurant lingo first cut means like first out first person to leave and i joked around i looked around i mean it was silent girl speak up if you want to leave but i looked around no one said anything and i said well i'm going to chapel roan so i would love to leave early jokes jokes jokes haha funny no i'm not actually going to chapel around but like any excuse to get the fuck out of here i will use and my manager's like okay great your first cut fantastic you know just do whatever you can around here for a couple hours and we'll get you out of here i'm like oh you know maybe i will entertain
Starting point is 00:08:18 the idea of going to chapel around maybe i will figure it out you know whatever let me look at tickets they were 99 so they they had dropped a little bit but still in my heart of hearts i was like 99 is a lot it's a lot it's that's pretty steep you know what i mean especially like i said in this economy 99 i would rather save that i'm just joking about going to chapel room but fuck it maybe i'll like entertain the idea think about it a little bit longer i go through my shift i'm chatting there's people there who are also going to the concert showing up late whatever they're like i spent 250 on my ticket i spent 350 on my ticket i'm like head scratch that's crazy love chapel down but like that's insane hope you girlies have fun still i'm not even paying a
Starting point is 00:09:04 hundred dollars to go anyways work through my shift they're like okay you can go home i'm like perfect fantastic i pull up tickets they've dropped down to 50 50 that's in my range we're getting closer to what's in my range i'm like okay maybe i'm going to chapel ron what the hell it's 8 30 usually i get off work at 11 30 the concert doesn't even start well like chapel doesn't go on until like 9 30 probably 10 whatever hell yeah let's go home let's regroup there was one ticket left on ticket master for 50 i get home i change i'm like either i'm going out or i'm just gonna like stand on the street and listen to it whatever like i'm just gonna figure something out I pull up the ticket website to purchase after putting on my little mini skirt
Starting point is 00:09:52 and my knee-high boots and all the tickets are gone fun fact as soon as that performer steps on stage they take those tickets off the website immediately they do so in my head I'm like oh well I was kind of hyping myself up to go to Chapel Roan and I was getting myself excited very last minute and now the tickets have been ripped out of my hand and I'm very depressed you're like Hannah I thought you said every single thing worked out for you today well I get on Facebook marketplace listen I'm thrifty I am quick I type in fate into Facebook chapel row and tickets October 3rd whatever day it was I find like eight different people posting about their tickets I message all of them one gets back to me in the span of maybe two minutes she says hey
Starting point is 00:10:41 I have one more ticket left for tonight and I knew this was a gamble because people on Facebook love to scam what do people on Facebook enjoy doing scamming as much as possible getting as much money as they can out of people I saw this girl was like a lesbian therapist I was like she has children she seems trustworthy she's like Venmo me $50 right now I will transfer it to your like AXS account or whatever I just need like your email and your first and last name so I can transfer it completely and like please double check so I actually transfer it to the right place say no less girl Venmo'd $50 checked my email congratulations you have a ticket to Chapel Roan I practically sent her a virtual kiss to the lips my boyfriend was home that night so he's like okay
Starting point is 00:11:30 i'll drop you off babe let's go to the world war one museum get in the car like i'll pull you right up to the gates we'll drop you off i chug a glass of wine get in the car he drops me off at the gates i'm sprinting up the goddamn hill this place is empty of course chapel had just gotten on stage as soon as i stepped foot out of that fucking car so it is completely empty the thousands of people who are in line for hours gone they're at the stage so I swiftly quickly cleanly walk right up to the gates of course they go your bag's too big in my head okay I'll just put it in the trash and come back for it later like genuinely I don't give a fuck like I'm here what am I gonna do turn around now because my bag's too big oh no your bag's too big but don't worry we have lockers
Starting point is 00:12:21 this is new concert technology to me i did not know they had this at concerts they've essentially had this giant like u-haul truck full of lockers big enough for like purses or like backpacks or whatever the fuck you had that could not be entered into the arena or into the concert venue ten dollars cash they hand me a key i walk up there i put my my bag in the locker lock it put it on my little keychain with my id and my wallet it's all i need and some lip gloss and maybe a pack of cigarettes that's all i need girl as much as i can fit in my fist to carry in they immediately let me right into the concert i walk in i find the porta potties i go pee i find a girl with the largest miller light can i've ever seen in my entire life i go where's the bar she says oh
Starting point is 00:13:11 around the corner there walk right over to the bar as i'm walking to the bar me and this gay guy make eye contact and like spiritually we connected to each other we we just felt each other's energy he immediately goes Alex Kansani okay girl he's very drunk obviously but we're both walking up to the bar and I was like in my head I was like okay is he gonna be like oh can I get a drink out of this girl no no why would he ever do that he walks up to the bar he's kicking with the bartender he turns around looks at me while I'm patiently waiting like I'll get my vodka soda here and second he goes what do you want to drink oh oh thank you sir i'll take a vodka soda he said make it a double first of all these drinks were 35 each he tapped that card no hesitation i tipped
Starting point is 00:14:01 the bartender 20 cash bam he goes we're sticking together my friends they're in the back i want to get close like let's go figure it out like hell yeah girl let me chug this fucking vodka soda hot to go it's playing in the background he's like okay well let's just like go around the the edges like where it's clear like along the fence line and then see if we can like skirt up just like a little bit to stand on the edge but not so far in the back but just close enough where we can at least see the jumbo screen all right king you tell me where the fuck to go i don't even give a fuck like whatever i'm here let's have a good time he grabs my hand he pulls me all the way around this entire crowd of people right to the front i'm not even kidding like we
Starting point is 00:14:43 were he the stage then it has the um the runway and there's like the sound booth in the middle back kind of we were right next to the sound booth you guys you guys you guys this all happened in the span of an hour and then i got to watch chapel perform one of the best performances i've ever seen in my entire life she seemed so happy so energetic costumes eight down performance eight down vocals ate down she can sing her ass off not that i was doubting her but in person i was like oh wow better than i ever could have imagined it was fantastic me and him don't even remember his name i looked at him i said what's your name he said your mama i didn't even ask again i said okay period we danced our little hearts out we sang our little hearts out dipped out my boyfriend
Starting point is 00:15:33 pick me up down the street made it home by 11 30 what what you guys the universe said she needs a girl's night out and we're going to figure it out i can't even believe like in my head it wasn't even an option of going i wasn't even thinking about going and then from the span of 8 30 to 9 30 I had tickets and was in the front row practically $50 $50 transferred over through Facebook which is the biggest scariest way you could ever get tickets in the entire world I could not be more thankful I had the best night ever it was so genuinely so fun and I was down to just go alone like you guys know I love going to concerts alone I told my mom and dad about this and my dad's like oh you just went alone like you didn't have friends to go with i'm like hell not like i was
Starting point is 00:16:26 just going for the experience i'll make friends along the way i don't care i'm so glad i ran into that guy but like i can create a vibe by myself and i can stand in the back and have a grand old time just listening to the music but i'm so glad that it worked out perfectly where i had someone else who was like gutsy and was like no i know the way girl like follow me i was happy to be led to practically the front it was so amazing and i'm so thankful and shout out miss chapel for seeing kansas city for what we are because we were so happy to have you and it was such a blast just seeing all the girlies out having a grand time uh it truly was like wow i sprouted angel wings from my back like the universe really really paid it forward to me that night and i am so
Starting point is 00:17:10 incredibly thankful for that experience it was just a chef's kiss it was probably one of my better concert experiences um when I heard it was going to be that big of a crowd like festival size crowd like 30,000 people fairly big I was like I don't want to go just because like in the past my festival going experiences haven't been so great outside of like raves more so like mainstream festivals because concert etiquette is dead nowadays what happened to a please what happened to an excuse me what happened to a thank you why are we shoving each other I'm confused this is no fun you know like I talk about my experience at the Kali Uchis concert where people are fist fighting in the crowd multiple groups of people fist fighting in the crowd while she's
Starting point is 00:17:56 giving a speech about like we really need to stay peaceful and positive during these times fist fighting I'm like oh my god I just concerts nowadays the decorum it's gone but this was one of the most well-behaved organized inviting caring group that i have ever been a part of it was so peaceful it was so perfect concert etiquette was fantastic no one was like with 25 people shoving their way through the middle of the crowd but nowadays i feel like the decorum was lost but this brought back hope it really did i don't know if it was just because it was like girls and gays pretty much but it was like i felt like there was peace on earth for one minute at that chapel room concert and i'm so thankful to have been able to go it was goddamn such a blast
Starting point is 00:18:45 if you can get the opportunity to see chapel i highly recommend i mean even listening to her perform from the car from outside of the venue fantastic vocals ate down like i could have closed my eyes and laid on the floor and been happy but being able to see her run around on stage even from like a big screen or from whatever and hear her live it was incredible she is such a amazing performer you can absolutely tell she was like born to do this and I love seeing an artist that is so in their element where it's like no first of all this is what they've always dreamed of second of all they recognize in that moment every time that this is what they've always dreamed to do and they are so thankful to be able to be there and also to kind of like have her perform in semi
Starting point is 00:19:31 her hometown i could tell she was excited about it and like excited to like perform and show off a little bit you know it was just wow tens across the board so wonderful so magical and i'm so thankful for the universe for lining everything up for me the only weird thing that happened like in the crowd was as we were kind of like moving our way around of course on the edges there's people sitting down which is no problem you know you guys have probably been there since 4 p.m bitch i'd be sitting down too but we're wandering around whatever and this guy goes my kids down there i was like what what do you mean your kids down there i looked down there's quite literally a baby a child curled up on someone's like discarded like hoodie like sleeping on the floor
Starting point is 00:20:13 i'm like pick that baby up that baby wants to see chapel put him on your shoulders what is going on that was the only weird moment that i was like oh my god why is there why is there a baby on the floor I'm a little nervous but other than that everything was fantastic everybody was like vibing having a grand old time and yeah my renewed sense of joy has entered my body again and I'm so glad it worked out because I would have had the worst FOMO you guys know me I get crazy bad FOMO I really do and seeing all the photos of everybody going to Chapel Row and I was like please let something work out and it did so amen thank you universe for always providing so thankful over that experience it was just the best Friday night I've had in a long time and I haven't had a
Starting point is 00:20:56 lot of Friday nights because you guys know me I be working so oh but it is just so wonderful when the universe can work something out for you like that I don't know if any of you guys have had those kind of experiences where it's like otherworldly you're like how is it it's so smooth how's everything working out so perfectly for me it is just like you feel like you're floating it is so nice when that happens so i'm so thankful to have had that moment because your girl really needed it but anyways if you guys went to chapel hope you guys had so much fun if you're going to chapel in la hope you guys have so much fun keep the decorum be nice to each other pass those box waters back to each other girl help your friends out if people are moving through the crowd be kind
Starting point is 00:21:40 be nice no pushing no shoving the thing with concert crowds is they move like water so if one person moves through to like fill up a gap it's gonna get a little bit denser it's gonna get a little bit tighter and you're gonna move with the crowd so you know move with the crowd don't push against be aware of each other show kindness show respect show peace show positivity that's what these kind of big festivals and consults concerts are for and it was so nice that we could have something good because every time Kansas City gets together and there's a big event like that there's always like a shooting or something which is so scary to think about but they had that place secured down so I'm glad that it was safe and fun for everybody because
Starting point is 00:22:24 we all deserved it absolutely and I'm so glad that she showed love to like uh smaller performers before and as well as like drag queens local drag queens like that is so amazing and I love that she's able to use her stage to like put light onto people who also deserve to be seen it is just wow could not say any more good things but that's literally all I was up to this weekend I'm not even kidding that was probably the most exciting thing today we have a full moon so I'm just focused on like recharging and deep breathing exercises and doing a little bit of cleaning i made myself a really good steak salad for dinner last night it was fire and then i have horseback riding lessons today ah again which is so amazing last week for horseback riding lessons she looked
Starting point is 00:23:10 at me well it was my first group lesson which means like i have a lot of more free reign like literally where she's like you know you know how to control these horses and get on them and move them around like you do that i'm here when you need help she looked at me and she was like do you want to run the barrels like we have the barrel pattern set up do you want to run the barrels yes I do yes I do want to run the barrels also it's my fifth time being here what do you mean you trust me to run the barrels but I did it and it was so fun it just felt so amazing and oh just I'm so happy to be doing this and just like getting outside getting into the country more being one with nature and like horses are so therapeutic she put me on a horse that was just
Starting point is 00:23:52 like so kind and gentle and patient and it was so so nice to kind of get that animal therapy in i mean danger is such a good animal therapy cat when he's not biting the fuck out of my hands it's just so nice oh my god hope renewed love for life renewed life's good leaves are changing colors i'm baking fresh pastries i also told you guys i was going to be posting my potato soup recipe i'm not even kidding i've been making potato soups before i could read or write or practically breathe it is the one thing my family would make constantly throughout the fall and winter it's what we always ate the night of halloween before we went out trick-or-treating so this is a long time family recipe it is so easy to make and it's so yummy if you want the recipe
Starting point is 00:24:39 i'm not even kidding i write the full recipes out on my instagram in the caption no bullshit like click the link in bio to get the recipe sign up for this to get the recipe nope i write it all out it's in the real caption go check it out if you need something very easy and yummy and hearty to make this fall anyways anyways anyways enough of me rambling because you're like girl we get it you had a good time let's get to our questions let's see what you guys have on your minds this week oh my god we have a lot of questions you this week wow um if you guys ever want to submit your questions you can submit them on my instagram at hannah marlene i upload the questionnaire every sunday you can also just dm them to me on instagram and if you don't have an instagram i've
Starting point is 00:25:26 had some people emailing me uh at hannah marlene 444 at gmail.com you can just email me your question um sometimes they go to spam so if i don't respond apologies but hopefully i will see them i know i've talked about my long hair before but someone said girl your hair is getting so long what's your routine no honestly um if you're watching this it really is getting long you want the trick to getting long hair don't cut it ah i know the hairdressers in the comments are like no you need to cut your your split ends yeah yeah i probably get one good haircut every um like year i'm not even kidding maybe once a year um and i feel like that's enough for me everybody with different kinds of hair is going to need different kinds of care but I have like a lot of hair but
Starting point is 00:26:16 it's all really thin so I get my hair cut probably once a year so that it just has time to grow grow grow grow and I found for me personally what was hindering my hair growth was a not enough protein you need to eat and you need to eat protein I'm not even kidding you need you need protein you need a steak you need some chicken you need whatever it is dense bean salad girl whatever it takes to get some protein in and also I can we talk about something really really embarrassing actually not embarrassing because I'm sure some people go through it but I'm a dandruff girly I'm a dandruff girly and I haven't been a dandruff girly in my entire life it's something I've recently been dealing with in like my mid-20s but I was like oh my god why the fuck do I have
Starting point is 00:27:03 dandruff it's because a I wasn't using a good shampoo and b we really don't take care of our scalps but like if we think about it our hair yes two plus two equals four our hair grows from our scalp so to really take care of our hair we need to take care of our scalp and so I started using just like a pretty general dandruff shampoo it's a blue bottle I don't know if that helps but when I use it and I don't wash my hair that often maybe like every three days i have like a scalp brush you know the plastic ones with like the little like not sharp bristles but like little cones on the bottom where you can kind of like rub it into your scalp since i have nails it's really hard for me to like wash my hair and get in there so i use that to really scrub my
Starting point is 00:27:52 scalp every time i wash my hair and it is squeaky clean and i don't have dandruff anymore so life is good fantastic amazing but i swear by really good scalp care i don't know if you oil your hair i can't oil my scalp because it's too dense for my hair it'll like make my hair oily for years i'm not even kidding but i think one really good haircut outside of that just letting your hair grow and really good scalp care and protein you're good to go your hair will be practically like rapunzel's someone asked from one female entrepreneur to another what advice do you have for kick-starting a name slash brand especially online oh this is a really good question actually because i'm sure a lot of you guys listening are female entrepreneurs or just entrepreneurs in
Starting point is 00:28:38 general um i know a lot of people who listen to this podcast are like crafty or love to create or you know are self-starters which you know really warms my heart i love that i've kind of garnered that group of people here and i'm so happy to have you here um and it takes a lot of guts and trial and error to do so so props to you for wanting to take that journey I think number one is be brave number one you got to be brave I mean to start anything you got to be brave to like kind of jump into the unknown you got to be brave so I'd like to congratulate you on your bravery and through the process you really need to hold on to that you need to hold on to the remembrance of like why you're doing it you know the passion of it all the excitement of it all
Starting point is 00:29:25 that's why you're doing it you need to remember that from the beginning to the middle to the end to wherever you're going you need to hold that passion inside of you and that bravery inside of you it's very normal to get like doubts in your head sometimes so when you are able to remember where that passion stemming from and try and keep that bravery alive it's a quick way to mitigate those doubts and to keep you pushing forward now here's the thing the name of the game when it comes to promoting your business is social media I know I know it really is unfortunately and the name of the game to like being successful on social media is posting as much as you possibly can I'm not even kidding you do not have to make a perfect reel every time you post you don't have
Starting point is 00:30:10 to make a perfect post every time you post it could be a pretty simple picture simple caption boom as long as you are consistent and uploading people will know about you the thing with the algorithm is it is a lotto machine okay two and five canadians will hear the words you have cancer that's why every step and dollar raised matters on september 19th join thousands in toronto for the princess margaret cancer foundation walk challenge yourself friends and family to walk 21 kilometers in support of life-saving research together we can carry the fire and help create a world free from the fear of cancer. Starting point is 00:31:24 Or a gambling machine. You put one penny into that slot, you're probably not going to win. The chances of you winning then and there are very, very, very low. But you keep putting pennies in, putting pennies in, putting pennies in, putting pennies in. Your chances of winning increase significantly. The thing about posting social media though is it's free. It's free for you to do so if you're doing something in the process film it take photos people love to be a part of the journey they love to know like background info they love to be a part of something that's coming up that's growing they love to get excited about things bring people along with you with the journey of posting and just do it just post post post post post post
Starting point is 00:32:09 post post I'm not even kidding and you're like Hannah but what about the people online what are they going to think about me? Who cares? Who cares about the people online? You can't appease everybody in this life. You can't make every single person happy. You can't make everybody like you. And the sooner you realize that, especially when you're young, the easier life gets. All you have to care about optics wise is do you like what you're doing? Do you enjoy what the process of what you're doing? Do you enjoy your business? Do you enjoy creating? Do you enjoy putting this stuff out there? Is it something you want to share? That's all you have to care about. Do not look at numbers. Do not look at success rate. Just post. Just put yourself out

Bring your baked goodies in and sell them there if you possibly can. Reach out on Facebook. Make a Facebook marketplace listing. Like the more you put yourself out there the more you are putting pennies into that gambling machine and the better outcome you will have truly honestly sincerely stay passionate stay brave put yourself out there do not care about what anybody else thinks about you only focus on how you feel about yourself and i guarantee you will succeed don't focus on success rate either focus on honing in on your craft getting into a good routine feeling confident about what you're doing and putting
Starting point is 00:33:47 yourself out there that's all that matters to building it now there's some background stuff like business you know creating a business corporation uh taxes all that shit i'm not going to talk about that here if i could give you one piece of advice when it comes to finances is get a like get a person to take care of your finances for you it can be very expensive it could be cheap depending on who you go to but a little help especially when it comes to money is always going to be beneficial in the long run that's the only piece of like advice I'll give you when it comes to running a business but outside of that things you can control when it comes to building your business building clientele building reputation put yourself out there be passionate
Starting point is 00:34:33 about what you do and don't stop I kind of approaching my uh YouTube videos the same kind a way where it's like I'm giving myself a goal post once a week be passionate about what I do create create create even if I don't feel like creating doing it anyways and it puts you in a good flow state of just being aware of what you're doing and creating hype inside of yourself about what you're doing and making what you're doing sustainable it's going to be hard at first but you will get into a flow state where it's easier so just take your time be patient with yourself be passionate put yourself out there you got this girl and it's exciting I think there should be more female entrepreneurs out there we are so smart and so brave and so understanding and so
Starting point is 00:35:21 kind and so creative and we need more of us out there you can do anything you put your mind to truly but also your mind loves to hold you back so you need to be aware of when to listen to yourself and when not to is it coming from the heart is it coming from fear is it coming from passion ask yourself where these thoughts are coming from and if they are even worth the weight that you're putting into it you know if it's self-depreciating thoughts don't put weight into it don't even allow them to exist in your head but if it's things that are like oh you're like oh i'm a little delusional you know i'm delusional in the sense of like i'm gonna blow up i'm gonna get big put weight into those you know build hype in yourself get excited about things oh someone
Starting point is 00:36:03 asked how's your belly piercing honestly so good this has been by far one of the easiest piercings i've ever had i genuinely think that my ears were more difficult than my belly button because belly button i mean i had to switch to low rise pants i felt like if i wore high rise pants they were constantly pressed down it was just gonna be difficult so i switched to low rise pants and just making sure I stay on top of cleaning and it's just so incredibly easy so easy to deal with ears are worse in my opinion because they're just so close to your face and trying to sleep is difficult I am not a back sleeper I have to sleep on my side so anytime I've gotten my ears pierced it's been hard to kind of heal from or just like not be annoyed by my nose was really really
Starting point is 00:36:50 difficult took like upwards of two years to heal and to not have it be like low-key infected I was also 16 so like I did not know how to take care of it nipples obviously very very hard to heal from belly button by far it's been I think a month the easiest piercing I've ever had I'm not even kidding I got it done two days later was at horseback riding lessons and she was like oh let's emergency dismount which to emergency dismount or not emergency dismount but to dismount just without like a uh without steps you have to kind of slide down the saddle on your belly in a weird sort of way and I mean she told me it to do that and I was like oh yeah whatever not even thinking about my belly button piercing did it and I was like oh my god that should have hurt
Starting point is 00:37:40 like a lot that really should have hurt a lot and it did not it was so easy it's so simple right now it has a little bit of swelling nothing crazy but I think since I had a really good piercer and they know what they're doing that's why the healing process has been so incredibly simple for me I highly recommend it I feel so much more confident about my body I talk a lot about piercings or tattoos and how they've made me more confident about things that maybe I wasn't so confident about in the first place it's a big reason why I got my nipples pierced because I was like oh I have you know small titties fuck it like let's get them pierced so I have a little something to zhuzh them up like something exciting going on down there and I did and now I love them
Starting point is 00:38:23 like it's not something that I really think about anymore it's not insecurity of mine another reason why I got my nose pierced I was like oh my god I got a big honker up there like fuck it let's decorate it whatever and now it's something I don't think about as much as or as often and same thing with my belly button I was like fuck it let's get my belly button pierced I feel like I don't want to have my belly out or I feel like when I do have my belly out I'm insecure and now I'm like no I need my belly button out constantly which I know is a nuisance to the people around me but I am obsessed with it and also I got it during the perfect time because in the long run it's gonna take a while to like fully heal inside wise and they don't want you to change the
Starting point is 00:39:04 jewelry for upwards of six months so I got it now during the fall and by the time summer comes around it's going to be fully healed i'll be able to change the jewelry and i'm going to be able to rock it all summer long so 10 out of 10 experience 10 out of 10 healing really enjoying it 10 out of 10 recommend if you're in the mood one of the easiest piercings i have ever had done how to deal with people judging you for not drinking oh girl i fear these are not your friends these are not your friends no one should ever pressure you to do anything people who pressure you people who are like oh you're so lame oh you don't want to do this oh like a little peer pressure is good i will say like friends who want to get you out of the house friends who want to just like hype
Starting point is 00:39:52 you up to doing something that maybe you didn't want to do oh no i want to stay inside tonight no come on let's go out let's go have a good time like that gentle the light peer pressuring where it's like no bitch you need to get out of the house that's fine that's dandy but when it's peer pressuring to the point where you feel like very uncomfortable deep down inside your bones you feel uncomfortable about what's going on that's not your friend those aren't your friends that's trouble that's that's what my dad would call trouble those people are trouble those are the people who don't care about you or your well-being they just care about the story or having fun or getting chaotic and those people will get you in trouble they really will mad at
Starting point is 00:40:39 you for not drinking huh girl first of all congratulations to you for not drinking genuinely in this day and age genuinely congratulations stay true to that but your friend should not be pressuring you to drink your friend should not be pressuring you to do drugs your friend should not be pressuring you to go to unsafe places your friend should not be pressuring you to act in ways that are abnormal to what you normally would those aren't friends at all they do not have your best interest in mind they do not have you in mind at all they only have them in mind and they don't want to feel like the odd ones out when they're getting fucking wasted so of course they want to make you drink but that doesn't mean that they are a good friend to you you know let's talk about it
Starting point is 00:41:21 what makes a good friend especially looking now at like the mid-20s i think when we were kids what made a good friend is very different from what makes a good friend in your 20s back in the day it would be like oh that one friend that I'm constantly texting or one friend that constantly comes over the one friend I'm constantly with sure that can make a good friend in your 20s but sometimes it's a little different you know we don't always have that much time to extend to another person we don't always have that much energy to extend to another person we're busy we have jobs we have two two three jobs we have lovers whatever it may be we maybe don't have enough time but what makes a good friend is somebody who a keeps you in mind is aware of
Starting point is 00:42:07 who you are wholeheartedly as a person loves you wholeheartedly as a person and supports you wholeheartedly as a person okay they make time for you yes those busy schedules come along yes i'm in grad school yes i'm doing this yes i have eight boyfriends whatever it may be like flying around the country whoever you could be the busiest person the entire world if you text them and you're like hey i haven't seen you in a while can we like go to the movies next week like what days are you free they will make time for you even if they're not free the days you offered they will find a day where they're free and work it out and make time for you that's a good friend they're also not a fair weather friend or a party friend a fair weather friend is somebody who's
Starting point is 00:42:52 only in your life when things are going good you know they can't handle the bad oh you're having a bad day cool i don't want to talk about it like that's a fair weather friend that's not a real friend that's a friend who's just there for the good times similar with a party friend maybe the friend that you have in your life who's pressuring you to drink they are only there for the party they only want people in your life for the party and when you stop partying when you stop drinking when you stop doing the drugs they're gone they're disappearing because guess what they want to keep partying no these people are in your life good bad ugly scared mad whatever it is you know they will show up for you they will see you in all ranges of emotion and they will love you nonetheless
Starting point is 00:43:33 that's what makes a good friend it's very simple you know finding time for each other even if it's just checking in hey haven't heard from you in a while like let me facetime you randomly me and my friend just did that the like yesterday because i was like oh fuck i haven't talked to her in like a month like shit's been crazy fuck it let me facetime we'll chat for an hour and yeah just catch up for a second also like let me let her rant about the things that she's going through right now that maybe aren't so great cool yeah i don't care if you're going through a hard time bitch me too like i understand you let's kiki about it and hopefully like brighten each other's lives a little bit good friends are not that hard to find but bad friends are very easy to find
Starting point is 00:44:17 there's a lot of bad friends out there and the same way you would note a red flag with like maybe a man or a woman that you're dating I think it's also important to note red flags with maybe new friends as well where it's like oh I hung out with this girl a couple times but also you know this thing happened that didn't make me feel loved or seen or this thing happened that made me feel a little bit uncomfortable it's okay to have those moments with friends as well and understand like what kind of friendship they can provide for you and if it's not a whole well-rounded friendship of just understanding human to human then it's okay to step away you know but point blank period if your friend is pressuring you to drink when you do not want to that is not a friend that you
Starting point is 00:45:00 want to keep around you that is trouble that is dangerous that's somebody who is putting their needs above yours and honestly putting all of your needs to the bottom barrel ground floor and that's not somebody who has your back who's going to see you and love you and support you thoughts on dating older men what's the appropriate age difference in your opinion why girl lana is in my top three every single year on spotify you know i love me an older man but but but but but big time but here if you are under the age of 25 and you are dating somebody over the age of 30 or full stop genuinely genuinely full stop because here's the thing I think and actually I know because I have a friend right now who just got out of a relationship with a 30 year old man who
Starting point is 00:45:52 is practically a 24 year old boy in a 30 year old man's body a lot this is very real a lot of older men go for younger women because older women or women their age see them not as a peer but lower than they don't even see them as an option because they haven't met all the checkpoints that every other 30 year old is meeting so they're like oh i'm not even going to give them any attention you know who will give them attention young women because they don't know the difference and like what a young woman is going through at 22 you know if a 30 year old is going through as well they might be like oh you know we're just so similar instead of being like wow you're a loser who's going through the same loser things that people are going through at 22 at 32 that's crazy
Starting point is 00:46:39 so my non-negotiables if you are going to date anybody who is older than you like like significantly older than you they need to be well-rounded stable self-sufficient not only for themselves mentally physically spiritually financially they need to be behaving the same way everybody else in their age range is they need to have friends they need to have a support group they need to be a well-rounded human being and you're like oh my god that's a lot that's not a lot that's not a lot that's not a lot to expect from another person especially expect from another person who's dating down and in fact I think especially if you're dating an older man you should have higher expectations from him than you would somebody in your own age range or even younger whatever
Starting point is 00:47:33 you need to have higher expectations because they're an older person they've developed more they should be able to achieve more at this point in time and if they haven't if they're achieving at the same level you are as a young individual that is a major major major major red flag absolutely i think it can work out but i do think it is a rarity for you to be able to find an older man in that position and thus i don't even entertain it if it's something you want to do and like whatever key key for the storyline for the plot sure but you might lose a lot of years of your life to the plot to the storyline and that just sounds like a big old waste of time so unless that older man is coming into your life and significantly changing it for the better
Starting point is 00:48:23 not changing it for the negative not mooching off of you not oh babe hey can i come stay at your place no no no no no no financially improving your life mentally improving your life spiritually improving your life teaching you new things about life helping you along the way if that older man is not doing that for you then he is a leech and he's dating down because he can't achieve anybody in his own age range so keep that in mind ladies i know you want to romanticize that 30 year old man that 35 year old man however old they are but maybe he's a loser and that's something you really need to ask yourself and i don't want any of you guys dating losers ever i've been there it happens it happens but you must learn from your experiences and move forth
Starting point is 00:49:12 with haste fairy smoke mother from a girl who doesn't love going down how can i get better going down in which direction like uh on dick or on pussy either way i mean very different actually now that I think about it but I kind of used to be the same way where I was like I don't really blow jobs you work I don't want to do work I don't want to do work I'm I'm not a I'm not a working girl I don't wanna I don't wanna I'm lazy I'm tired like why don't you just eat me out instead listen I was a moocher but I actually was able to well change my perspective and not in like a forceful way but in like a oh this is why you do it because it's like no you're giving you have to want to give sometimes okay relationship is all about give and take and you can't take take
Starting point is 00:50:06 take take take take take unless that other person you know enjoys being a massive giver but everybody even if you are the world's biggest giver in the entire world you're gonna want to receive a little present every once in a while okay and I also feel like sometimes when it comes to like giving BJ's they can feel like uh like something I have to do and I never want you to ever think that or feel that way about giving a BJ it's a little present it's a little gift oh my gosh I want to do this for you I want you to feel good I'm gonna take care of you like let me give you pleasure that's the mindset you have to have going into it and I have to argue if you do not want to do it to your partner I'm not going to shame you but also we need to ask ourselves why do we not want to
Starting point is 00:51:02 give our partner pleasure do we feel they're undeserving of it and dare I argue do you want to be with a person that you don't want to give pleasure to huh something to think about oh he doesn't deserve it okay well why doesn't he deserve it and also why are we dating somebody who doesn't deserve it like your your partner should deserve it because they should be doing good things for you because they should be you know showing up for you and being amazing to you and treating you like the princess you are or whatever which makes you more inclined to want to give back you know it's like a the circle of life your boyfriend's nice to you you want to give him a blow job your girlfriend's super kind to you you're gonna want to eat her out like it
Starting point is 00:51:46 is what it is but if you don't want to do those things dare i argue maybe it's because they're not doing anything good for you so you don't want to do anything good for them and why are we with somebody who's not doing anything good for you period point like but but but but but something that really changed my mindset was like I said oh okay giving back and also like you're in control previously when I was like younger and getting into the blowjob world or whatever it felt like oh something I have to do I then had to kind of flip it and be like no I'm in control no dominatrix moment here for me real quick like lay back let me take care of you you're gonna sit here and enjoy and i'm in control and that gives you more of the power which makes it way more fun
Starting point is 00:52:35 when you're in control when you're giving in power when you have that man wrapped around your finger oh there's nothing better there's nothing better teasing playing around with it pulling away eye contact sloppy sloppy sloppy sloppy hearing him moan like yes bitch take control you know like it's so fun to kind of like show off in that sort of way and be like no i'm gonna give to you and you're gonna love it down like you're gonna have so much fun because i'm in control and i'm having fun you giving blowjobs should be fun you should have fun doing it you know and i understand it may be oh you don't always want to be in control every once in a while it's fun you know take control show your man what's up tell him lay back don't let him touch you you do all the
Starting point is 00:53:28 touching you do all the playing around you have a good old time but it's important to also like give pleasure to your partner and take control every once in a while you know like listen i'm a very submissive individual but still especially when it comes to blowjob i i don't like giving blowjobs in a submissive position I don't enjoy it it feels like degrading I'm sure some people love it but for me personally I just can't get in my head about it and so when I am in that position I have to be the person in control and I feel like that makes it way more fun for me and when you're having a good time they're having a good time career confidence stopping self-doubt oh any other self-doubt girlies in the in the room everybody slowly raises their hands
Starting point is 00:54:16 yeah yeah listen I'm a self-doubt queen talk about having a angel and a devil on your shoulder I fear I only have an a devil truly honestly I feel like I'm the angel and then I'm trying to constantly push the devil off my shoulder the devil being self-doubt there's nothing my brain loves more than flipping the script where it's like oh my god I'm having such a good time this moment right here is amazing and then it's like bam enter the negative thought like can I catch a break can I catch a break why the hell is that happening sometimes I think it's like I've done it so long that I've conditioned myself to always follow up every positive thing with like a negative thing in my head maybe it's the way I'm raised maybe it's trauma maybe it's also just like me
Starting point is 00:55:05 being in my head too much in general but there's some pretty key ways that i've come to combat self-doubt that i think are things that everybody should take with them throughout their lives to be a successful individual i do think a lot of my self-doubt stems from perfectionism does that make sense like i'm not going to be good enough because it's not perfect i'm not going to be able to do that thing perfectly I'm not going to be able to achieve the highest degree possible so that's where that self-doubt comes in especially career-wise where it's like oh you'll never be a successful creative person because you're not going to be you know 800 million followers big or whatever like dumb small self-doubt things come into your head because that's the thing
Starting point is 00:55:50 all those self-doubt beliefs and behaviors are they're dumb in the long run but I do think a lot of them come from like me needing to perform at this level that is physically impossible and thus the self-doubt is very easy to creep in because I'm constantly holding myself to levels that are genuinely imperformable by a human being once I allowed myself to be okay with like making mistakes messing up being silly being weird not taking life so seriously that's when the voice the little devil on my shoulder started getting smaller and quieter oh fuck i messed up oh well who cares that just gives us another opportunity to try oh my gosh well that video didn't perform how i wanted it to oh well whatever that just means you know maybe the next one will
Starting point is 00:56:46 or in five of them they will who cares oh I misspoke like I wish I wouldn't have said that well there's many other words to say it just means you maybe need to clarify next time it doesn't matter you'll figure it out as you go once I release that perfectionism mindset where it's like I'm not a computer not everything is going to be perfect I'm human I'm weird I'm messy I make mistakes sometimes things go wrong sometimes it's out of my control that's when my self-doubt started to get quieter so I stopped feeding into the perfectionism mindset of everything has to be perfect and I started feeding into the mindset of I just need to try I need to try I need to show up I need to do my best it's something my dad used to always tell me especially like when I would
Starting point is 00:57:32 go into a soccer game or a piano performance or maybe even just to take a test he'd be he'd be like well as long as you show up and you do your best your physical best everybody's different everybody's capabilities are different you know what you can do as long as you show up and you try to the best of your ability we will be proud of you no matter what it's okay if you have an off day it's okay if it doesn't go the way you want it as long as you go in there and you give it a good old college try you know what i mean girl we can never like hate you or be angry or upset at you because you did what you physically could have done so once i allowed myself to just try release the perfectionism because you're going to constantly be putting something on a
Starting point is 00:58:17 pedestal and running after it never getting there that builds up the self-doubt and simply just allowing myself to go through the creative process of life and allow myself to simply put myself out there and try new things it really built up a lot of self-confidence and completely quieted the self-doubt who cares if i don't achieve that level who cares if i don't you know become big and famous or whatever who cares if I don't become a CEO who cares if I don't become a fucking NASA astronaut I don't know what kind of things you're holding yourself to as long as you go out there and try to the best of your ability it gives you a reason to be proud of yourself it gives you a reason to build up confidence and it quiets down that self-doubt just doing it just trying something
Starting point is 00:59:08 will get you further than you sitting down and planning like bullet point to bullet point how to move perfectly how to achieve perfectly like going around it systematically no that's not the way to get out there and achieve even career wise the best way to do it is to just try to put your best foot forward to dig yourself out of the mud when you make a mistake when you slip up it is what it is wipe it off get up girl keep going keep trying it builds confidence quiet self-doubt and puts you further ahead than the rest of the group than the rest of the group that's holding themselves to these major major two and five canadians will hear the words you have cancer that's why every step and dollar raised matters on september 19th join thousands in toronto for

Starting point is 01:00:46 Impossible standards to the rest of the group who is constantly telling themselves, you can't do that yeah if you do constantly tell yourself that it's not gonna happen but if you follow up that negative thought with a positive behavior it is going to instantly quiet that demon on your shoulder and it is going to instantly put you one step ahead i have a lot of negative thoughts constantly i have a lot of self-doubt i have a lot of anxiety i have a lot of voices in my head constantly telling me you can't do this you're not going to be this you're not going to it where you want you're not going to achieve this you're gonna fall down you're gonna you fall flat on your face you might as well just stay at home and be quiet and lock yourself in
Starting point is 01:01:29 the corner so where no one can see you so then no one knows if you make mistakes i could do that i could listen to those things all those things are going through my head at any given point in time but is that the life i want to live it's very easy to give into those emotions to give into those feelings to give into those thoughts it's easy negative feelings are always easier to give into you know what are harder to give into positive ones it's all about choice of what kind of life you want to live and i know i want to live a good life i know i can live a good life i know i can create it for myself i know i can be successful in my career but i'm not gonna get there by feeding into the negative thoughts i'm gonna get there by acting directly against the
Starting point is 01:02:11 negative thoughts and at this point in time i'm honestly acting in spite of it all i truly am i have enough people around me constantly questioning me and putting you know negative thoughts in my head or even myself that it's like you know what fuck the devil I'm gonna do the exact opposite that he wants to do because I'm spiteful and I want to win and I want to achieve so I'm gonna just do it I'm gonna do it I'm gonna do it scared I'm gonna do it tired I'm gonna do it with no self-confidence I'm gonna do it no matter what because I fear there's no other choice what's my other choice standing in the corner facing the corner being silent and quiet yeah no not what I want to do not the life I want to live so I'm going to feel that fear I'm going to feel that
Starting point is 01:02:57 anxiety I'm going to feel that self-doubt and I'm going to act in direct opposition of it because I know that's what gets me further every video I upload I I press upload and I'm like everybody's going to hate this girl fuck it upload it and then get to work on another one so you can distract yourself and then upload that one every podcast i upload i'm sure you guys are like oh you know this is so easy for her you guys don't understand every podcast i upload i'm like people are gonna hate this this episode's gonna flop and sometimes they do who cares i put out one a week actually two a week with patreon like i don't care i am just here to have a good time to keep pushing forward to keep trying to keep putting things out there that's what i have control over so that's
Starting point is 01:03:42 what i'm going to focus on and i'm gonna do it with the noise going on in my head but also the more i keep pushing myself the more i keep trying the more i keep putting myself out there the quieter the voices get and i know this from doing this from almost four years you guys we're about to hit this four year mark on this podcast are you kidding me that's amazing i love it i have something big planned for our for you for your anniversary it's gonna be so good but literally listen to my testament here and now the only way to be successful is to act in direct opposition of the negative thoughts in your head sometimes you can control the negative thoughts sometimes you can't you do not have to give them weight but you do need to put weight into the
Starting point is 01:04:27 steps you take forward you do need to put weight into the positivity you put into your head into the direction you want to go into the life you want to live that's what you have control over so control it and i hope you find peace and understanding that even me sitting up here with my little pink microphone in my hand i have the same kind of thoughts and processes that you do have the same self-doubt you do i have the same demon on my shoulder we are both going through the same thing which means we can both achieve anything we possibly want radical positivity babe sometimes it's all you can really do also it's october so let's do a little more like spooky i have a couple more spooky october questions speaking of someone said happy october what are
Starting point is 01:05:11 you looking forward to most this season this season i am looking forward to stripes i'm really into stripes clothing wise dark denim um a really dark red lip i love a dark mauve red lip almost like a wine red i think it's so hot and sexy this season i'm excited for fresh apple cider and apple cider donuts i'm excited for pumpkin picking pumpkin carving there's always a bunch of craft fairs this time of year so i'm really excited to go to the craft fair and get some new like kitchen stuff some new aprons things like that um i'm very excited for mums i love mums this time of year the bright orange bright yellow bright purple if you can find them mums i always decorate my front patio with mums I'm excited for hopefully a chill in the air but we have yet to experience
Starting point is 01:06:03 that it is still 85 degrees out I fear I love all the spooky decorations I drove by a house that had these big inflatable like tentacles coming out of the windows it was so cool I was like yes I love all the spooky decorations I love when people get into the festivities I loved decorating my apartment it was so fun especially like doing it with you guys and also doing a little bit of more diy i'm hoping this fall to do more diy things like that was one of my favorite youtube videos to watch when i was younger is like let's make this like fuck it let's make it you know so i'm excited to get into my diy era and most importantly halloween candy this is the season when i let myself just go crazy wild on halloween candy so that's honestly my favorite part of october

Starting point is 01:07:35 are just little everything everyday things that i do to bring a little bit more spirituality or just festivity to my everyday life a little more magic one could say um but first of all the beginning of the month usually the first of the month it's not too late to do this but i blow cinnamon into my front door to welcome abundance into your front door not externally you will lose money it has happened to me because i messed up you blow it into your front door and sometimes I'll mix cinnamon and sea salt so cinnamon is like wealth abundance prosperity so you're blowing it into your home you're bringing it to you it is a physical manifestation of abundance and then also I'll sometimes do sea salt because it brings in um like clarity
Starting point is 01:08:22 peace I just feel like it neutralizes the cinnamon because sometimes the abundance can be like really chaotic and I feel like that in tandem with sea salt really just neutralizes it and brings in clear calm abundance uh speaking of sea salt i keep a jar of like salt next to my front door as a way to ward off negative energies or to ward off negative spirits from entering my home um i did this when i first moved into my apartment too i lined every single window and doorway with salt and then i allowed that to kind of soak up whatever previous energies were here and then i just vacuumed it up cleaned it up but everyday practice is just like keeping a jar next to your door um also i know some uh fellow like witchy people who don't keep welcome mats in their
Starting point is 01:09:15 houses or in front of their doors because they feel like it's bringing in negative energy like it's literally welcoming in any sort of spirit any sort of energy so they don't keep um any sort of door mat at their front door also with abundance when you mop your floors i mop my floors a lot um Florida water is a closed practice but I know some people use that I don't use that but I do when I'm mopping my floors with the normal chemicals that I do use I'll add bay leaves or lavender sometimes I will write on the bay leaves what kind of things I'm trying to bring into my life and then as you're cleaning the floors it's kind of like a meditation practice of like okay I'm cleansing out whatever negative energy we had here and we're laying down the ground works for
Starting point is 01:10:01 something positive another seriously witchy thing you can do this season is keeping a broom turned upside down next to your front door and upside down I mean bristles up you can go to Trader Joe's and they sell the cinnamon I think they're cinnamon broomsticks that's a great I mean fall holiday decor also smells amazing but keeping that turned upside down next to your door is like a way of physically showing that you're sweeping out or getting rid of negative energy for the smokers i know you're here i know you're doing that girl you can literally write intentions or sigils on your papers as you smoke them don't use an alcohol marker because it's going to burn weird but just a very simple pen or pencil writing those on your papers and then you're like physically
Starting point is 01:10:50 inhaling um you know the intentions that you're setting and the sigils that you're setting also incorporating different smokable okay keyword their herbs into the mix that you're smoking is fantastic anything you're ingesting being intentional about it even teas putting together a really beautiful like herbal mix being intentional about the herbs that you're using to kind of bring forth or ingest whatever you're trying to create for yourself i do this a lot with like my coffee so like you know sweetening my coffee with honey which is gonna bring in just like peace and abundance and i mean literally sweetening my life it's a powerful agent for attraction or love burning candles in your space i do learn i burn a lot of candles in my space
Starting point is 01:11:41 i think it is a great way to um well a like a cleanse space but also like when i'm burning candles on my altar it's a way to like honor what I'm doing and give back to the universe in a sort of sense I mean if you're a horse girl you know about the horseshoes they do bring in luck putting a horseshoe up next to your door setting aside meals or food is a way to give offerings to any sort of higher spirit you work with whether it's like placing an offering on your altar or maybe even just being intentional like I'm making a bowl for myself and then I'm going to set some aside for whatever spirit you're trying to work with we see this a lot where it's like pour one out for your homies it's like yeah that is a that's a spiritual practice of like giving forth
Starting point is 01:12:26 and giving to whatever you know spirits we're trying to work with or touch with saying prayers randomly it does a lot honestly and the most prayers for self prayers for others prayers for life itself i do say a lot of a lot of prayers and not in a dear god way but sometimes in just like a wow noted thank you literally in the chapel roan concert venue me and this guy looked at each other and we're like we're gonna remember this moment for the rest of our lives i'm so thankful for this moment and i'm praying everybody else is having like a as magical moment as we are right here right now like simple things like that it's also a great way to show gratitude i think showing gratitude is really important and spell work in itself it brings forth more positivity putting
Starting point is 01:13:11 out positivity attracts it so even in the moment it doesn't have to be like I'm gonna sit down in my journal and write down 10 different things I mean fantastic but in the moment like I'll have something happen a synchronicity universe giving back to me something like happen where I'm like wow that's amazing and I will pause and I'll take time to reflect on that moment even verbally saying thank you universe thank you for this moment thank you for the gifts you just gave me it goes a long way acknowledgement is important and gratuity is honestly the best kind of energy to feed into but those are my little everyday tips and tricks to bring more spell work or just spirituality and magic into your life i think we should give into the magic of it all
Starting point is 01:13:53 and in fact i want to talk more about magic and spell work on next week's episode we'll make it the witchy episode but with that being said i know i hope today was good for you all i have a lot going on this week and hopefully another vlog coming up i'm not sure what i'm gonna do but stay tuned if you want to check it out follow me on youtube hannah marlene 444 if you want to see more extra content for me and i didn't get to your question join the patreon patreon.com slash smoke says shawty for extra content so much extra content tarot reading spiritual tips vlogs are up early there and submit your questions every single week to the instagram at hannah marlene but with that being said stay sane stay spooky stay sexy and i'll see you all
