Starting point is 00:00:00 Listen, everybody needs a fairy godmother, you know, someone to look out for them. Some people call me their internet big sister, others their fairy smoke mother. You can call me Hannah, the new host of Smoke Sash. So come hang out, let's light up and talk everything there is to life. Some good, the bad, the ugly, the embarrassing. I've got a story for it all. Oh my goodness, good morning everybody. Happy, not Thursday, happy Friday.
Starting point is 00:00:30 i am so hungover oh my god um so sorry there was not a podcast out yesterday a few of you guys i know were disappointed um i had people hitting my dance and being like where's the podcast where the podcast it's three o'clock where is it and i was blackout drunk so unfortunately there was no podcast because it was saint patty's day and it was so nice out and i just want to get out and enjoy my day and you know not have to worry about the podcast or you know just put it off one day i figured one day was no biggie and you guys were super understanding thank you so much for that um i do like to let you know if i am gonna switch it up on my instagram at hannah marlene um if any of the days ever switch up and if they do they're usually only a day later um i posted and you guys
Starting point is 00:01:23 are very supportive you're like have fun take a drink from me so thank you for that that makes my life so much easier because when I try to not stress myself it is very helpful when other people try to not stress me as well like I do genuinely make choices that are probably for the best for me and if I did put out a podcast yesterday it would have been short and very rambly and random and probably not good considering I was so fucking drunk um I just spent um I spent a little bit of time with my parents and we went out drinking and we went to this like dog park bar for a little bit and that was terrifying I like dogs but I have realized I don't like being around a lot of dogs like it was so scary because like these dogs would get in fights and i was like uh-uh i couldn't
Starting point is 00:02:20 imagine either a showing up here with my dog and like having it possibly be attacked like i no could not imagine like i don't know how other people control their dogs so i was stressful i was drunk and i was like these dogs and their teeth and this is scary but overall it was a very good day took a lot of jello shots i drank a lot of vodka red bull and now i am facing the consequences oh my god oh but it's a good day to be hungover it's like yesterday was like sunny and 75 so like perfect beautiful love it great for day drinking today is super cloudy super windy and like a high of 40 so i'm prepared to sit inside and do nothing all day tbh um i have drunkenly booked some flights last night um i'm going to la i'm going to la i know i know i've
Starting point is 00:03:26 been telling you guys i've been wanting to go on a vacation for a little bit and some of you guys have been awesome thank you so much hit me up in my dms and we're like i'm from florida or i'm from san diego here all the great places to go if you're looking for a place to stay gave me great great great tips on like beaches and bomb food um but little update yeah we're just going back to la for a few days we're just gonna get a little airbnb in the hollywood hills and then grab some bomb ass weed and just some fucking thc seltzers and go sit on a beach for two days i think that's the game plan just in the middle of the week i just want to go out have a good relaxing time you know enjoy my time there and when we were there we did get to go to the beach it was just
Starting point is 00:04:17 cloudy it was in june so they had a lot of june gloom or whatever the fuck and so it was really cloudy and a little windy and a little chilly but april should be beautiful it's supposed to rain like maybe two days max that month so i'm very excited i still need to book my airbnb it's so fun okay i love staying in airbnbs if you're gonna travel airbnb is like the best way because these people are usually also have traveled they love interacting with travelers so they already have great tips and tricks and their personal favorite spots around you know wherever you are if they even are there i've stayed in homes where no one is there but um i personally just love it it feels more like i feel like i'm more enriched in the city that i'm in you know what i mean because
Starting point is 00:05:08 i'm staying in somebody's actual home and also they're fucking beautiful like mansions overlooking the hollywood hills like craziness i'm so excited i cannot wait i still need to book those and find one that is marijuana friendly because you know i like to wake up and you know wake up and spark a little something something but since california is literally so legal we had we never really had an issue with that um all the airbnbs that we stayed at last time were like yeah somewhat like an older lady was like oh my husband stinks up the place with that stuff you guys will be totally fine i was like hell yeah all right you know what i mean um but yeah la la it is if you are from la if you live in la if you have any recommendations please let me know any good dispensaries any good
Starting point is 00:06:01 new strains you want me to try i can do a little review haul um but yeah just let me know i'm very very excited it'll be in about a month i think i'm going in the end of april and yeah oh my gosh finally i've been trying to plan like a vacation for forever i'm just so indecisive but what is better than planning a vacation on your hungover day you know what i mean getting excited for the future but we have so many questions to go through i even put up another questionnaire yesterday because i was like i know the podcast is gonna be late but if you have any last minute questions please please submit them and that's always on my instagram at hannah marlene um and you guys sent in a lot i was pretty surprised so let's spend our morning diving into as many as we can so i
Starting point is 00:06:50 can get this podcast out to you guys on time all right okay first of all since i'm so goddamn hungover this question is great um this was sent to my dms um somebody said can you please talk about bar etiquette how to order drinks best drinks what bartenders hate i turned 21 during the pandemic so i was never able to go out and get the experience but now i'm 23 i don't have no idea what the fuck i'm doing illy illy too um i'm kind of in the same boat as you i turned 21 right when the pandemic hit like we were kind of um pandemic hit i moved out of my parents house and um then it was my 21st birthday and my 21st birthday happened in the middle of the pandemic so we were just day drinking in the park that's about all you could really do tbh um and yeah i
Starting point is 00:07:46 just haven't been to bars at all since before the pandemic well up until like no no i have but i have been bartending so luckily i have been able to you know pick up on first of all what the fuck i hate as a bartender and second of all i used to go to bars underage so i know what i was doing wrong as well um first of all when it comes to bar etiquette when you walk into a bar um and you walk up to the bar to order something you do kind of have to fend for your life um i would recommend bringing cash if you have cash in your hand i'm more likely gonna serve you than you have a card um unless you're opening a tab then cool love that love that but um if you have cash and you're about to throw me cash and then also a cash tip
Starting point is 00:08:45 love it i'm gonna get to you because i know it's gonna be quick service um if you walk up to the bar also if you just stand at the bar when it's really busy those bartenders aren't going to willingly come up to you and help you out you need to make yourself known you need to walk right up to them you need to order immediately um if you don't know what you want that's okay just hang out wait a second and then approach the bar but if you just approach the bar and sit there and don't say anything and don't order anything those bartenders are unfortunately not going to help you and i know it seems rude like walking up in between people pushing your way up there not pushing obviously but people like to hang out at the bar and just
Starting point is 00:09:25 sit there and drink you can walk up next to them and order um but you do kind of have to fend for your life a little bit walk up there order what you need um and don't like wave your hand at them don't like yell at the bartenders don't like wave your finger or even wave a card or money at them that's annoying just like hey try and grab their attention like like a human you know what i mean um always tip your bartenders and always tip them well because if you tip them shitty first of all like in like clubs and at my restaurant we can't do this because it's a restaurant and we gotta you know keep it good vibes but at bars and clubs if you do not tip your fucking like bartender my friend's a bartender she's like i will yell at them i will yell no tipper at them and then
Starting point is 00:10:16 she's like and i won't serve them because why the fuck would i serve somebody who's not gonna tip me you know what i mean little things like that don't go up to a bar ordering a i want a sex on the blah blah blah beach blah blah no none of that fancy shit you need an easy like maybe two three combo drink all right you're not ordering that fancy shit at a bar or a club okay you can order that fancy shit at a restaurant like at my restaurant somebody ordered that i'd be a little annoyed but i'm not as busy busy as like clubs and bars where you just need like a normal like a normal drink so you gotta have like one normal going out drink that you can drink the whole night um for me personally um i've been loving uh you can like i don't know if you guys know what quirk
Starting point is 00:11:05 is quirk i'm not sure if it's by the breweries in my area but we always have it on tap like everywhere so personally i love a quirk and then i add a shot into it um because it's like a like a flavored seltzer and then i add another shot because a seltzer is only like five percent or if you need like a good like i still want to drink but not something not super hard just to kind of like pass the time before i can go get another hard alcohol drink um a seltzer is really easy they just fucking throw it in a cup and give it to you perfect um also like i said vodka Red Bulls are usually my go-to I don't know why I just love it and I need the energy to get through the rest of the night so that's a great choice or vodka cranberries or even a vodka soda with
Starting point is 00:11:56 a little lime love it and that takes like maybe two seconds to make so the bartenders are not going to be super worried and also it'll be like a max five to six dollars but yeah at the bar respect the bartenders pay them for their time pay them quickly you do kind of have to fend for your life at the bar but it's not against the bartenders it's more so against the people there so if you can push your way in there not rudely so but obviously make yourself known to the bartenders and then also be polite you know don't be waving your car don't be drunk rambling like i don't know also i have been the person to do this and i understand why it's frustrating now um don't be like just give me whatever you just like surprise me just surprise me that's fun at
Starting point is 00:12:52 a restaurant like when people are like surprise me i'm like okay cool i will actually enjoy this because i have time to surprise you um and like i've been to a bar before where it was like a it was like a new venue location and they just opened the bar and they had maybe like three types of alcohol and i was like i don't know what you guys have can you surprise me just like give me a shot of something and they did and it was great and i was like perfect but usually the surprise me aspect is not a good thing to go by because they are gonna give you something that is either a brutal or be disgusting and it might it's probably gonna be rumble mints like i'm not gonna lie it's probably gonna be rumble mints and i do like a good rumble mints
Starting point is 00:13:42 maybe at the end of the night but if you don't know what rumble mints is it is like a hard alcohol but it's peppermint flavored so if you have like really bad breath after drinking all fucking day listen i hear you you get dehydrated you've been chugging fucking cranberry juice or soda water like your mouth's gonna get a little dry if you need a little oomph before you're gonna go i don't know hook up with a guy you're gonna go back to your fucking significant other's house you want to be like fresh and ready to go or or it's just like in general you want your breath not to be kicking rumble mints is great because you will taste mint for the rest of the night but if you ask for a surprise shot it is probably not gonna be good luckily the one time i've like
Starting point is 00:14:30 ever asked for that they did me good just because i knew they didn't have a lot of alcohol and i didn't know what to order um but if you do do that at a bar they're gonna be pissed and they're not gonna give you something good so just have a game plan you know what i mean order some green tea shots order some drinks order some just plain shots if you need to but kind of keep it simple on the bartenders and if you are gonna get crazy tip them for their time they are there working so fucking hard like oh my gosh i couldn't imagine like i'm a bartender in a restaurant which is great love it 10 out of 10 because we close at 11 12 okay so like that's a late night but it's not crazy and i'm not bringing in belligerently drunk people to my bar but i have friends who are
Starting point is 00:15:20 bartenders at like clubs and they are there until like 6 a.m like bar closes at 3 but then they have to do the cleanup work and they have to do all their closing out shit they're there till 6 a.m so pay them for their time you know and then in turn they do treat you well um as like a bartender I have a few reoccurring guests that show up and like if they come in and they don't tip me well I no offense don't give a fuck about you I'm not going to give you that grade of service I'm going to kind of disregard you yeah like not to be harsh but like don't tip me five on a hundred dollars you know what I mean I'm unfortunately not going to give you that grade of service anymore but if you pay me for my time you tip me well I'm going to make sure that you have a great time every
Starting point is 00:16:09 single time you come back in and the next time you come back in i'm gonna make sure you're taken care of when i recognize you at the bar okay so i think that's very very important to think about but there's not a whole lot of bar etiquette just don't get belligerently drunk to the point you're throwing up in the bathroom order a good basic drink that you can just power through the night with and yeah pay the bartenders that's about it but yeah best piece of advice especially if you've never been to a bar is just always have a go-to call drink be able to walk up and say i'd like a rum and coke or a whiskey and ginger martini manhattan vodka sour gin tonic beer wine know a couple of different shots um but every bartender can always make the classics like at least that
Starting point is 00:16:58 so don't get in there ordering anything crazy know what you like um you your bartender and then everybody else will quite honestly appreciate that okay so in the last podcast i talked a little bit about how my weight gain journey you know what i mean my ass is getting a little fatter you know i'm eating good i'm treating myself i'm honoring my body and a few of you came to me and asked me like hey I am putting on weight too how do I feel comfortable in this when my body is changing and I think this is a very great question so for me personally this might be a lot different than the answer you might be expecting I am gonna come from a place where I am focused on the aspects of womanhood a little bit more if you want to focus on maybe body confidence um I think it's
Starting point is 00:17:51 like two podcasts back I talk about that which is great lovely check that out um but let's talk about womanhood and growing into your feminine body okay because I have had an eating disorder for years right now I'm in a very good place um I think I'm very healthy I think I'm really honoring myself so looking back on what I've been through I think it's been an interesting journey so here's kind of my uh body journey so when we're younger you know we have a very childlike body whether that is skinny whether that is slim whether that is like a little um shapely that's fine and everybody matures at different ages so for me personally i was a very stick skinny kid okay um i did sports my dad was a track coach like of course i'm gonna have that body type it's
Starting point is 00:18:50 just in my genes um but as I hit puberty these outside forces kind of started making me analyze my body a little bit more in ways that I didn't want to like pre-puberty I did not think about my body I'm very lucky about that um but I did not think about my body at all I didn't think about my weight I didn't think about any of that but once I hit puberty I would say maybe early high school mid high school when I'm actually starting to develop and change I just got a lot of comments from friends and family that were like oh you're finally getting shaped to you oh you're finally putting on some weight oh look you finally have some hips like oh my goodness and it was all comments about my body that were probably neither negative nor positive they were just
Starting point is 00:19:43 things that I were not thinking and it made me self-evaluate in ways that I did not want to because in my head at that time I thought those were bad things my body's changing what why is my body changing it should still be the same so when those things were put in my head I thought the way I was changing was in negative ways okay I thought my um transitionary period and puberty becoming a little bit more of a woman was a negative thing so in my brain I was like I need to revert back to my childlike state. I need to lose weight. I need to get skinny. I need to do all these things and this sent me into a long I would say good four-year period of an eating disorder on and off and not a good view on my body. I thought being curvy and stepping into my womanhood and
Starting point is 00:20:40 all that stuff was a negative um because it's different and my body was changing and I didn't like that and I was like okay I need to get back to what I used to be but in reality you need to let yourself go through these periods and waves of changing and developing because it's going to happen until you're 30 okay and once I started surrounding myself with positive women influences especially older women friends people who are very confident in themselves and their body people who are honoring their womanhood I realized what why am I afraid of being a woman why am I afraid of stepping into my womanhood what is what's so wrong in that and then I started seeing the beauty in those women and this is why I think it's very important to have very positive female
Starting point is 00:21:32 um influences in your life whether it is online or in person having those people who are very confident in who they are and they are like very proud of who they are inside and out is very important because you need those role models and even if those role models are a few year few years older than you it's insane how much of a difference it can make on your mental health because I made these very positive female friendships and I realized these women were so beautiful and they were honoring themselves themselves in incredible ways that I have never seen before and in ways that I had never honored myself before and so I was like I'm missing out on being a woman kind of does that make sense I am trying to like hold myself back physically
Starting point is 00:22:27 i'm trying to physically hold myself back from being this and why why am i so afraid of being a woman why am i so harsh and critical and negative on myself and so i about a year ago i started taking the time to heal a little bit and heal that what internalized misogyny probably so i started intuitively eating and eating what felt right and trying to eat healthy and even if I wasn't eating healthy it's okay like giving myself that little bit of a break also um honoring my body in different ways so I talk about stretching and yoga and dancing a lot getting in tune and in touch with your body I feel like when I was younger I really had this mental block of okay I have my body and then I have me and they're very separate and I I wanted them separate because
Starting point is 00:23:20 I wanted to be able to hate on my body without it leaking over into my brain but it still is obviously going to leak over into my brain and once I kind of erased that disconnect and made myself kind of whole again and honored myself in those ways I just started feeling so much more better about my body so much more the disconnect was gone I was feeling more in tune with my body i currently am feeling more in tune with my body also just the whole aspect of womanhood and honoring yourself me like focusing on my period and really getting in tune with those cycles um was like completely mind-changing um i feel like when i was younger like my period was something to be shameful of it's something you need to hide and something
Starting point is 00:24:12 you don't need to bring up and it's something you suffer in silence with but now it's something that i freely and i openly go through and like i mean i'm not around a lot of people but my boyfriend like he honors me during that time as well like do you need heating pads do you need time alone like what can i do for you like things like that honoring yourself in those ways especially during your cycle is so incredibly important and also it's just eye-opening to get to know your body in ways that you have a never been taught and that you didn't know was possible and I did not know a lot about periods until like this year and I talked about free bleeding before on a few podcasts but like doing so made me so in tune my body and kind of proud of who I am and kind of
Starting point is 00:24:56 proud of my body of going through this every month and kind of proud of the developmental changes that I was making and in tune just like made me very confident in a sense and it's not a confident in like a of like I feel like we are sold and I have been the person to do so like a little bit of surface level um confidence which like whatever is fine if you're on the path of healing you got to start somewhere and I think this is where I started where I was just like you're hot whatever fuck everybody if they say something different like you're hot and like that's awesome that's lovely but like viewing myself in a different light of womanhood was like life-changing because it wasn't so much confidence in a surface level area anymore
Starting point is 00:25:50 it was a confidence from deep inside like I am now fully forming into a woman I'm honoring myself as a woman I'm honoring my cycles I'm honoring my body no one can fuck with me do you know what I mean when you're so so um like in tune with yourself and your body specifically like being in tune with your mind is a whole whole different fucking ball game you really have to approach these two things separately um but being so deeply in tune with your body from the inside fucking out no one can say shit to me okay no one can say shit to me i'm so proud of my body and everything i go through every month the shit my body is put up with specifically from me like my four years of eating disorder my body survived through that it kept working it kept making sure
Starting point is 00:26:45 i could get up every day every month when i feel like i am just so fucking drained i can't get out of bed my body gets me up out of bed gets me in the shower when i think oh my god another period this is horrible this is awful it helps me through it aids me through it's like it's incredible and i was fighting this for such a long long time specifically because i didn't want to gain weight i didn't want to be thick i didn't want to i don't know and it might be a little bit of internalized misogyny like i said but i just had all these preconceived notions that in reality were making me miserable and once i kind of succumbed to what it is being a woman and growing up and changing and developing into that body i just feel so much better like so much better
Starting point is 00:27:36 so now that i'm a little thick like i said putting on a little bit of weight i feel great I feel wonderful I love the way my ass jiggles when I walk I love that like I'm getting a little thicker there's more of me to grab on to there's there's more of me to honor like I'm getting a little bit of a tummy and a little bit of an ass and it's awesome like I love it I don't know why and now I'm like addicted I am like like I am like how far will my body go how much will I change like I cannot wait to see how I do so and I think it's because I've just given up control I try to control myself for so long and now that I'm kind of giving my body you know the control I'm giving it the opportunity to kind of change how it needs to and develop how it needs to I just
Starting point is 00:28:26 feel so much better like so incredibly better and it's just I don't know once I started viewing myself as a woman and less so as like a thing I needed to control my just like confidence and aspect of myself completely like skyrocketed it really did and it took a lot of time and my healing did mostly come from that I am not gonna lie like I am coming from a place of I was speaking as a like a female um a female as a woman I guess so that is kind of where my healing came from i'm so sorry if this is not helpful if you're not a woman if you don't identify as a woman i understand but yeah i just like i fought being a woman for so long and now that i'm finally allowing my body to change and develop and become what it needs to which like
Starting point is 00:29:16 it's going to keep changing i'm 22 it will keep changing until i'm probably 30 um i don't know i just love it i love seeing myself grow it's kind of like you know looking at your kid and being like oh i can't wait to see them grow and change and become the best version of themselves that's how i view my my body now i'm like girl whatever you need to do whatever if you need to put on weight good if you if you don't need to put on weight awesome if you need to i don't know whatever needs to happen i just let it happen and i try and be supportive does that make any sort of sense but yeah my weight gain has been very very positive recently um and i think i it's just because i've been honoring my body throughout the entire time um if you can find different ways to
Starting point is 00:30:01 do so it's all going to be very different for you like like i said um i don't have a great relationship with working out i used to use that in a very negative harmful way so i avoided a little bit but stretching yoga dancing things like that um getting in tune with my period and my hormone cycles was really like eye-opening um just getting comfortable with your body and like seeing your body like I'm naked a lot I used to not be naked a lot and then I met my boyfriend who when we would do shrooms um I would just get so uncomfortable with like in clothes this is very strange very strange little pivot from the story but when we would do shrooms a lot I would just hate hate wearing clothes and so I was naked all the fucking time and simply just being naked all
Starting point is 00:30:52 the time um made me in in turn comfortable with my body i was used to seeing it i was used to feeling it i was used to walking by a mirror and seeing myself naked and you know not thinking any different or even thinking that okay damn bitch you're hot you know what i mean um but little things like that whatever works for you there's so many different ways to go about it you really just have to like think about yourself and think about what's gonna work best for you and it's it will work best for you if you do put the time and effort to really deep dive and research what might be best for you and your mental health but stepping into my womanhood and stepping into who i am as a woman completely changed how i view myself and has made me so much happier the more
Starting point is 00:31:34 you fight it the more miserable you really are gonna get um and like i said i'm not sure why i was fighting it i'm not sure if it was just like bad female influences or a little bit of internalized misogyny um i understand some people might fight it because they don't identify as a woman and that's that's awesome that's wonderful you might need to approach um body acceptance and confidence a little bit different a different because i i mean i am talking about stepping into womanhood here but i do genuinely believe that everybody can step into their confidence and step into body confidence as well and whatever you need to do to do so do it do it but you do need to protect and honor and let your body grow and develop because you're human and that's gonna
Starting point is 00:32:21 happen and you're gonna change and the more you try and fight it the more miserable you're gonna be okay i'm so sorry if that was a little rambly i i'm not gonna lie i have not really internalized that concept super well in my brain it was kind of a realization i had this morning um and the journey i've been through so apologies if it didn't make any sense but i can deep dive more into that and my journey as i go along with it but yeah body confidence womanhood i think they very much so go hand in hand um let's smoke a little bowl though get into it i think that's why the whole like bimbo milf concept was like really popular these past couple years like you know how there's a ton of like tiktok trends about milfs and like bimbo and all that shit and it's
Starting point is 00:33:14 like love that wonderful but i think those are women who have just never stepped into their confidence as a woman like as into their womanhood confidence you know what i mean so now they do so and it's like hyper femininity in a way and it's wonderful awesome i hope you heal and learn and love through that um but like like i said i think the whole like bimbo woman bimbo woman the whole like confidence in womanhood exceeds more than just i'm hot i'm hot and you're wrong you know what i mean um it's more so like the whole like milf concept and bimbo concept is like wonderful and awesome but it's wonderful and awesome in a way that women need to be accepted no matter who they are does that make sense and we shouldn't be afraid of growing up and we shouldn't be afraid of
Starting point is 00:34:04 you know stepping into our femininity and stepping into being an adult woman because i feel like we're just sold for such a long time that we need to stay young we need to stay young and pretty and beautiful because that's the only time that we are and once we age past that we're just nothing but in reality like our whole lives are wonderful and beautiful and we need to honor ourselves through every transition that we make so i did love seeing the whole bimbo milf trend because I was like yes but I feel like it's so surface level when in reality it is just like so much deeper than that it's about honoring like yourself and your womanhood through any age and understanding that at any age and any shape and any idea it is beautiful okay okay we're gonna
Starting point is 00:34:52 blast through some questions while I smoke this bowl just because I've kind of been on a little bit of a rant for the past two topics um so someone asked how to be more comfortable with my oversized vulva such not the vagina beauty standard there's no vagina beauty standard babe sorry that was loud um just like how we talked about dick size in the last podcast there is no such thing as like the perfect dick so there's no such thing as the perfect pussy you were just used to seeing porn star pussy which is professional pussy may i add and a lot of it has been um changed a lot of it has been you know there are surgeries there are different things you can get to get that um so first of all i think it's very important to watch porn that is very
Starting point is 00:35:43 inclusive with all different body shapes and sizes are you gonna find that in porn hub no but um or just stop watching porn altogether then also just get comfortable with your body literally every fucking vagina is different every single one i guarantee it there's no there's no way you will find two vaginas that are the exact same unless they are surgery vaginas okay it's impossible because there are just there's so much going on down there there's so many different ways you can be bill informed i do not think you need to be worried about it um they're like personally like the whole any outie debate that's bullshit because you're categorizing it into two different types of vaginas but in reality there's like hundreds of different types um and like i said
Starting point is 00:36:35 before there's this website where and the whole website is all about like teaching women that you're beautiful and that um you know i feel like we're only shown one type of vagina but they really took the time and effort and fuck i need to figure it out hold on oh my god yes i found it i don't think it's the exact website i was thinking of but it's the same exact concept um it's called labialibrary.org it just shows you and this is crazy it gives you tips and tricks and like best advice for things but it also has what they call a labia library which is just medical it's just literally it's like medical library of different pictures of vaginas and you will scroll you could scroll for fucking days but you will never ever ever see a pussy that is the exact
Starting point is 00:37:19 same and i think that's beautiful and if you're ever worried about anybody going down on you they should be appreciative of to ever have their face down there no one should ever comment or say anything about your vagina in a negative way or they should you should literally never speak to again i am not kidding because they are so so different and i thought like when i was younger because they don't teach you this ever in fucking school i thought all vaginas were the same so when i saw my vagina and i was like baby you're a lot different than the other things i'm seeing um i got concerned but then in reality i realized holy shit it is really very very different and people should be licking and sucking on it regardless tbh but yeah just like with the
Starting point is 00:38:08 dick size uh talk there's no reason to be concerned um unless there is like a medical reason to be concerned if you're feeling like a lot of pain down there um you know i don't know what's going on but i really don't think you have a medical reason to be concerned let's hit this bowl okay somebody else asked me since we're on the topic of vaginas how to keep a good vaginal health and when it comes to vaginas to keep a good vaginal health i think it's very important to also be aware of how your vagina is going to change throughout your cycle it's not just going through something that one week on your period it's going through something every single day okay and like your vagina changes so much like i cannot even lie to you it changes so much
Starting point is 00:39:01 not the outside obviously like it's very much gonna look normal um it's like like i'm not saying it's gonna fucking grow like you know what i mean but you're um if you're a woman you know this your discharge is gonna change okay consistency um amount lubrication all of that's going to change throughout the month as well as where your cervix is lying within your body okay for me personally when it comes to vaginal health obviously i'm interacting with my period mostly on or with my vagina mostly on my period so to keep healthy and clean during those days i've talked about this before i love free bleeding i love free bleeding i am obsessed with it it is the best thing you can ever do for your body it's the best way you can get in tune
Starting point is 00:39:55 with your body i know it sounds gross it's not i'm literally doing so right now you know what i do i grab a pair of my boyfriend's boxers and i slap a pad in there or better yet get a pair of the thinks underwear do you know what i'm talking about the underwear that's specifically made for free bleeding they make boxer shorts i love wearing boxers on my period because it just gives my fucking pussy more room and she's not getting fucking eat up by a thong you know what i mean give her some space let her breathe a little bit wear cotton underwear loose fitting chill out you know what i mean and i used to be a big big believer in tampons i used to love tampons i think i just liked them because they were convenient and easy and easy to hide but i feel
Starting point is 00:40:42 like it did more harm than good I don't have any cramps during my period I don't have any pain at all my period is done in two to three days I feel like with tampons they'd like the length was literally different I am not even kidding you like it was five days and then super heavy and I kind of wondered to myself if maybe the cotton was irritating my uterus I don't know if this is fucking backed up by science but I have noticed that my periods are lighter I go through them faster i transition quicker and they're less painful less intense if i free bleed and let my body just get rid of whatever you need to get rid of i love standing in the shower and just letting it go you know just hanging out in the shower the hot water is great for cramps if you do have them
Starting point is 00:41:31 just letting it all just fucking flow out of you babe as well as just sitting on the toilet you know i feel like every girl's experienced the i'm gonna sit on the toilet for fucking 15 minutes and let these jellyfish just get birthed out of me and move on with my day you know what i mean but free bleeding change the game i feel like my vagina is way happier way way happier um as well as i don't use any soap down there does that make sense like you can't put fucking soap in like into your vagina now you can wash your thighs you can wash your legs you can wash like even the what is it called i guess it'd be called the pubis which is like right above totally fine totally cool do not get soap in there you will regret it you will regret it it'll throw
Starting point is 00:42:24 off your ph like crazy and you know your ph is thrown off because your discharge will be abnormal or the smell be abnormal um and you will notice because what's normal is what you're used to um and that's all different based on who you are um if you're ever questioning on some things like i feel like i always have the most questions if like oh my god is this normal oh my god is this crazy and it was normal it wasn't crazy i just wasn't aware of my cycles and how discharge and all of that changes then once i figured that out i was able to figure out ph which i feel like my ph is usually always very balanced um i've never really had issues with yeast infections so i don't have a whole lot of um recommendations with that i've actually never had a yeast
Starting point is 00:43:10 infection i don't think i have had a lot of utis um that comes mostly i feel like ph and utis and stuff comes mostly from just making sure that whatever goes inside of you aka your partner or your fingers or your toys whatever is is clean okay very very very clean all right like go shower before you have sex if you need to that is totally fine or have sex in the shower one of the two also soap i've gotten like if i accidentally got like a soap in there from i don't know fucking crazy in the shower i'm not sure i've gotten utis from that just like little things that throw off your um whole balance down there it is a whole environment a whole ecosystem for real um just letting it let it let it do its own thing okay your vagina is gonna naturally
Starting point is 00:44:03 take care of itself it's gonna naturally clean itself those uh like your discharge and all that is a is proof of your your body naturally going through that um and if you do have heavier discharge maybe throw a little pad on that's totally fine that's really valid make sure you always have clean underwear if you need to change underwear totally fine like if you've got a juicy kitty that's cool but also like being wet down there for a long period of time is really bad we got summer coming up girlies you need to make sure you're not sitting around your swimsuit all day that will throw off your pussy like no other okay i mean sitting around in a clean swimsuit is fine but make sure that swimsuit is not getting thrown in water seven times and thrown back on
Starting point is 00:44:50 your body you know what i mean keep your stuff clean make sure you're clean make sure you give your fucking vagina room to breathe all right and learn your cycle i think that is the best thing you can do but i learned like uh the difference between normal and unnormal discharge and when it changes throughout the months i wish i had better resources maybe i'll make a little calendar for you the only reason i learned any of that shit was because we learned the fucking hormone cycles in nursing and that that changed my whole view on everything because i was like oh my god like it pretty much is already set up why did i not get this fucking calendar in like high school and they're like hey this is what's going on i don't know maybe i'll make one i'm not sure but
Starting point is 00:45:35 you can really look it up and find um like hormone cycle calendars online and um figure out the way to start changes from that but yeah just normal regular soap on your body i think is perfectly fine washing with water and a soft washcloth making sure you're clean making sure you're putting new underwear on and give your fucking vagina room to breathe i'm for real stop crowding her those thongs are gonna make you so upset if you wear them so much like i'm not even lying you gotta change it out every once in a while i promise you but like the summer's eve stuff all that shit never tried it i am perfectly fine with just water and a washcloth wonderful my vagina is so happy oh my god someone said thoughts on situationship oh oh you ladies are gonna kill me
Starting point is 00:46:31 but also okay here's the thing here's the tea here's the tea ladies here's the question okay thoughts on situationship because we're talking right now but he's debating on making it official i've talked about this before and it was in one of my first ever podcasts i hate the term situationship what happened to fucking dating what do you mean making it official do you know what dating is do you know what dating is dating is hanging out with a person to see if you want to spend the rest of your life with them which is basically a situationship men just do not like to claim people because they freak out because their tiny little brains can't comprehend it and they put way they put more emphasis on dating than women do i think because they think that once
Starting point is 00:47:23 they start dating oh women are gonna get crazy they're gonna get no the men are gonna get crazy the men are gonna get possessive the men are gonna get protective do you know what i mean that's why they avoid it i think you're basically dating if you guys have been talking for over three months mutually exclusive and when i say mutually exclusive i mean you guys aren't hooking up with anybody else it's very obvious that you guys only have your intentions sit on each other you're dating you're dating and if that man is like i just don't know you should be like straight up i have put my time energy effort i want you you know that and i am not going to settle for somebody who doesn't know if they want me or not so you do have to give an
Starting point is 00:48:03 ultimatum i think you do need to be like do you want to do this or do you not because you're wasting my time if you're going to drag me through this and not pick me and i'm also wasting my time and energy going for something that is possibly not going to work out so you need to do me the human favor of letting me know what is going on in your mind whether you aren't ready for it or not that's fine that's valid people need to grow they need to change they need time to process things and that's okay but you guys do need to have that open and honest conversation about where your headspace is and how you can work through that okay and if he's not mature enough to have that conversation i say run for the hills just run as fast as your little legs can carry you
Starting point is 00:48:45 i am not even kidding if you meet a man and he can't have a mature conversation about how he's feeling if he can't be vulnerable about how he's feeling if he can't actually confess of like you know things are really hard for me right now or oh i'm going through this or you know what i do really like you like if they can't communicate that you're gonna have way more issues in the future so straight up ultimatum I think you need to be like hey if you don't want this that's totally fine but you're wasting my time by dragging me along um and not telling me like they're leading you on a little bit if they're just like you know not telling you so stand up for yourself babe okay I'm sure it could go wonderful I'm sure it could go a little bit
Starting point is 00:49:27 different direction than you're thinking but you're so young you've so much time on this planet there's so many other people i think you really need to prioritize your time okay and when i say this i mean like trust me i know trust me i was in a situationship with my current boyfriend like i'm not even kidding and this is what i had to do because i don't know we were both very young and we were very confused on what we wanted and that in turn kind of led to a situationship because we just spending we spent so much time together and we both really didn't know what we wanted and it was him being like i just don't know so i had to be like dude straight up do you want me or not because this is like tick tick tick like come on come on babe figure it out and he
Starting point is 00:50:11 ended up being like okay this is like the best picture i've ever met you're right i'm just being crazy and i'm in my head so like it can work out for you you know what i mean but also he is mature enough to have those conversations and be vulnerable and open with his emotions so you do need to it's very it's not as rare as you think it is just talk to him okay you might be able to work it out someone asked how do you take a break from weed especially if you're struggling to do so um i really just think this is brutal but i'm crazy um you gotta smoke your whole stash whatever it is like you gotta get it out of your room or give it to somebody to hold on to i don't know something of the sort you need to not have it around you so you're not tempted a and then
Starting point is 00:50:56 be just stay busy stay so fucking busy until like 11 p.m and then go to bed and then wake up the next morning and stay busy that is the only way i really keep myself distracted from anything tbh i'm good without weed for a couple days i'm not gonna lie like i'm very in tune with my body um like when i'm sick i'll take those days off i don't care like it my throat hurts i'm not gonna smoke i'm sorry um also if i need a day to like regenerate my brain cells that's awesome that's wonderful i will do so you'd be surprised how much one singular day does compared to like you don't need to do a month long break i feel like people get in their head and it gets really hard because they do a month long fucking break take one day off a week maybe two days off a week maybe three
Starting point is 00:51:41 okay only smoke a few days a week do that for a while you'd be surprised how much your tolerance comes back but yeah just don't keep it around you and stay busy i think that's really the best option okay somebody asked me if i need go to tarot spreads and for me personally so i used to do tarot for a lot of people it's just fun to do it's like a little gift you know what i mean um i used to do a spread of like three cards you know what i mean but i've been keeping it to myself and personal and only doing pulls for me which i love i have loved this take on it especially with getting a new deck um and i do a i do a one card pull every day in the morning um just to kind to like get the feeling of my day get in check with my life get in tune with myself i do a one
Starting point is 00:52:25 card poll every day um and i think that is kind of the best thing you can do oh my god somebody asked how do you deal with hangovers oh girl oh girl let me hit this bowl here is like the ideal hangover day okay first of all in college i trained myself well even if i was blackout i would chug one water bottle and then take four advil and go to bed not advil ibuprofen i know that's a lot but you need it when you wake up i'm not even gonna kid you um but i trained myself very well to do that so when i'm drinking heavily like that night before i crawl into bed i will always chug a water bottle and throw four ibuprofen in my body like i'm not even kidding um in the morning
Starting point is 00:53:21 pedialyte pedialyte or a good blue gatorade yeah you need those electrolytes babe i'm serious um if the nausea is really bad like if my nausea is really bad sometimes straight up i'll just go throw up like if sometimes feels better to just get it out of your system and not process it or even the night before sometimes it's better just throw up and that's so bad not to promote that but like sometimes when i was younger i would drink so so so so much that it was just like so much for my body to process and i could feel like the toxins inside of me and so i'd just be like brb i'm gonna go sit by the toilet and if i sit by the toilet my body would get the cue to throw up like i'm so nauseous so sometimes just letting yourself do so is very necessary okay i hate
Starting point is 00:54:10 throwing up but you will feel so much better afterwards um and don't force it if you need to throw up do so but blue gatorade they got those fucking pedialyte gatorades now that would have been life-changing oh my god okay and then also if you go out drinking with if you're with friends best thing to do is go out for breakfast throw on a comfy outfit go out for breakfast stuff your face with carbs chug water and then at the end of the meal have a mimosa i know i know i'm crazy have a mimosa so you get a little bit of that buzz not even kidding you so then you will pass the fuck out as soon as you go home and you will not wake up until like 8 p.m at night that is what i did in college and i would be perfect by that night and then i would just do homework all night
Starting point is 00:54:58 i know craziness or now that i'm working like oh i just think a good hearty bowl of ramen is like the best hangover cure or pho pho or ramen hot like spicy broth and noodles just like something to help you just like clear your fucking head and also a little bit of a weight in your stomach is so nice that's really all the tips i can give you stay hydrated in between drinks i would say the night before if you can do so in between drinks have a water like get a drink chug a water get another drink chug a water do so back to back to back you'll be chilling take some ibuprofen chug a gatorade in the morning i promise okay somebody asked me for acne skincare routine um they said they have horrible acne at the moment which
Starting point is 00:56:05 felt girl i don't know if i've done an acne episode yet or like i don't know if i've talked about this but i had acne for a good 15 years of my life i still suffer with acne i'm not gonna I think it's going to be a lifelong thing. And I think the first pimple I ever got was in second grade. So I have been dealing acne up until this year from second grade. And I suffered for such a long time because I didn't know what I was doing. The biggest acne mistake you can do is listen to what other people are doing to their face okay and i know that sounds counterproductive because i'm literally about to give you advice on acne but hear me out the biggest mistake i did was doing things to my face that didn't make sense for my face i was doing it
Starting point is 00:57:05 Because, oh, well, my friend does this and she has good skin. Or, oh, this influencer does this and they have good skin. Or this is the trend at the moment. Or this or this or any of that. Oh, well, this works for this person, so I'll try. No. What is going to work for you? Okay?
Starting point is 00:57:22 And you can only do this. You can only figure this out by figuring out what kind of skin you have. Okay? so when i was younger i had very very very oily oily skin and i just like did not use a face wash for that i was using like a normal to dehydrated face wash i'm sure like i was not using one for oily skin as well as i was not moisturizing correctly because i thought i already had too much oil and so on and so forth i was just doing everything you could possibly do wrong for whatever type of skin type i had then so really take the time to learn about your skin i thought
Starting point is 00:58:09 i had oily skin for so long and i mean i did i took um accutane for a year and i think that got out of my oil problems or maybe it was just me coming out of puberty i'm not sure my skin has changed a lot i have a very different type of skin now um and i'm not sure i think accutane helped with my cystic acne but it hasn't helped with any of the surface level acne like i very much so still have that and the things that have helped me have been learning my skin type modifying my um products based on that and not touching my skin okay the best thing you can do is leave your skin alone I'm not gonna lie but I I think I had so many active breakouts my entire life because I would always pick my skin I would always always always sit in the mirror for like
Starting point is 00:59:00 hours like it would be a long time I'd be crisscross applesauce in that fucking sink going to town on my face and that just did so much more harm than good because the way pores work is it's like if you imagine your pimple as a tree every other pore is also a tree and they're connected by roots um underground so if you pop that pimple if you mess with that pore it can cause an infection that can lead to all the other pores around it and I think that was like first of all a big mistake of mine so something that I've done to just simply avoid that like if I have my nails short i just like can't help it like it is an impulse just to pick up my face if i have my nails short i will constantly be doing it so i always have acrylics i just have been getting
Starting point is 00:59:51 acrylics over and over and over again because it it makes it impossible for me to pick up my face it's like the wrong angle or the wrong whatever the fuck and i can't get at my face like i want to so it avoids me picking at it okay does that make sense don't touch your face and if you do if you do have like you know a good one you need to get out make sure your hands are clean make sure you're cleaning your face before and after with a product that is going to help your face heal for whatever skin type you have like for me personally also i have like um i just need a product that is gonna have an ingredient that fights like uh like a more like germ type of acne or not acne not bacne I also have that oh my god but um anything like that so I use a
Starting point is 01:00:41 benzoyl peroxide wash me personally you think about your skin type um and then I have a really good moisturizer for um normal to dehydrated skin because I think my skin is very very dehydrated and also um yeah that's really all I can say I don't want to give you the exact specific products that I use because I want you to really make choices based on what's best for you um but really focusing focusing focusing on your skin type and learning the different types of skin types okay and then seeing what products are recommended and what you think will fit best into your routine based on that that's the best thing you can ever do for your acne um and yeah keep pillows clean keep sheets clean keep linens clean keep your clothes clean keep your hands
Starting point is 01:01:30 washed and leave your face alone okay i wash my face i don't even wash my face in the morning i don't know if i should i feel like that in general is doing too much i wash my face and moisturize at night and i moisturize in the morning that's it basics basics basics i used to have like a nine-step skincare routine uh-uh it was too much products for my face it was making my face freak out so do really just whatever is best for you and i know that's like not helpful but it kind of is i hope so i hope it leads you down the rabbit hole of figuring out your skin type and doing what's best for that okay let's smoke another bowl but yeah okay all those tips if you look at my skin now no acne those pictures are not edited if you look on my instagram that is just like my skin
Starting point is 01:02:13 with i use a little bit of a concealer i know and like i i have never i never thought i could get to this point of just like my skin being happy and healthy but if you do make the right decisions for yourself it really really will happen um but let's smoke this bowl oh wait it's empty we gotta reload um while i'm reloading let me ask another question or let me answer another question um oh where'd it go where'd it go where'd it go oh how to finish homeworks as studying for college easier with less procrastination as a stoner okay okay so what i did in college when so my first year of college i basically treated well maybe that first semester i treated it as um high school which is an issue because high school
Starting point is 01:03:11 and college are very different you have to actually study and you can't just spend all of your time partying and smoking so I had a really low GPA that's um that semester and I had to get a 4.0 next semester to kind of um you know get my scholarship back and I did do it and I did do it successfully as a stoner so let me tell you what worked best for me first of all I had to find out a study routine that worked best for me I had to find a location that worked best for me um i had to find you know a time and you just gotta bring good snacks okay so for me personally you should not ever ever ever study or work in your bed ever your bed as soon as you hit it should be for rest and relaxation only that is it do not ever study in your bed do not open a
Starting point is 01:04:07 notebook in your bed none of that shit okay you need to make that difference in your head or else you won't be able to study also you just need to get up and change your environment to be able to focus especially with me with adhd like i just like i need a new environment and i need to set intentions for that environment of what i'm gonna do so for me personally it was the library loved the library i thought i was like coffee shop girly no too many distractions too loud too boisterous the library was dead silent i had nothing else to do but focus so i would go there for fucking hours and just study my ass off in whatever way works best for you you have to study differently for all different things and my studying when it came to art was like different
Starting point is 01:04:49 because i was creating so this really only works for like um like gen eds and then like i mean nursing school is a lot of this but studying in a different place other than your bedroom don't smoke before okay when the smoking comes in after you've put in the work after you've put in the effort after you've got your shit done then you're allowed to smoke i would only smoke at like fucking 11 at night because i'd be leaving the fucking library and i'd be like okay now i can calm down for the night now i can chill i'm gonna spark this bowl and walk back to my dorms and go take a shower and go to bed you know it has to become a treat it can't become like a morning uh afternoon and night thing it has to become like a reward system or else like i just can't
Starting point is 01:05:38 smoke and study i thought i could i think i was just lying to myself you really can't i could not focus um so using it as a reward tool was just like way better but keep that in mind if i did it you can do it too ah someone asked me if i've ever ever pegged somebody oh my god no i haven't i have never pegged anybody um would i want to i feel like for the experience yes you know that broad city episode where he's like he pulls out his strap on and she's like oh like it's not it's like she's like kind of shocked and off guard but she's like i have to do it because i have to just like i have to have the experience so funny i don't think it's something that necessarily like turns me on but i feel like the experience would be fun i don't think i'm probably gonna do it
Starting point is 01:06:37 though and no i have not tried it that's a funny question oh this is kind of a sweet question someone asked me how to show love to your parents when you kind of have a tense relationship and and i feel that's super hard because the relationship me and my parents had was kind of like um the relationship rue and her mom had where it's like a you need to survive and unfortunately i have to be a little harsh because of that no i was not an addict around them but um i was severely severely suicidal um and they had to deal with a lot of that and i going through that you just think of the your trauma your trauma i'm so burdened but then you come out of it and you're a good person and like thinking back i'm just kind of like what kind of trauma do my parents have
Starting point is 01:07:31 like what are what are they going through now like i couldn't imagine you know thinking every day to yourself is my kid gonna kill herself you know what i mean so after that and after we got a little bit of space because we moved out um our relationship is just way better like way way better um the time that we do spend together is very intentional like me and my dad do activities together we we do pottery together like that is how we kind of bond like although we maybe aren't just like sitting down to talk we're doing an activity together and even if we aren't talking we're in each other's presence that's really all they appreciate they just want me around them and want to feel like their kid wants to be around them so i do try and be intentional with spending
Starting point is 01:08:20 time with them i mean as much as i can i do try and see them at least once a week um and i like i don't live with them so um like i don't see them every day like i used to i feel like every day is also a very normal thing if you're living at home simply just like going downstairs and sitting in the living room if they're sitting in the living room or sitting in the kitchen if they're sitting in the kitchen or just being around them while they do things being in the kitchen while your mom's cooking like little things like that you don't realize how much they appreciate it because all they're thinking is when is my kid gonna be gone when are they gonna leave when are they gonna move on and they don't want to be forgotten and so i think it's
Starting point is 01:08:58 just making it very intentional that you're not gonna forget them and that you're gonna be there for them as much as they were there for you when you were growing up and if they weren't there for you and you still want to have that relationship that's awesome i think you should put in the effort and the work and hopefully it pays off i just being in each other's presence even if we're not saying anything or having these deep talks or like any of that it's just being around each other makes a world of a difference okay let's smoke one more bowl and then i gotta go i gotta get this podcast out to you guys i know you guys are patiently waiting i love you all so much someone else just threw in my comment or in my questionnaire i'm i'm high in the bahamas
Starting point is 01:09:44 lol life is good period i just like can't wait um to be sitting on the beach and fucking smoking and chilling like literally i i cannot wait i have been waiting so long for this oh my gosh let's hit this bowl this is also a really really cute question um somebody asked me um what is something that genuinely makes my soul happy and i was like oh precious um hold on let me hit this before I answer that you guys are so sweet um like genuinely in my life like the first thing that came to my mind I'm not even gonna lie is this this podcast I love doing this I have like a fucking blast every Tuesday and Thursday I love getting on here and chit-chat with my girlies and having a good time and just like going through all the hilarious even not hilarious just questions
Starting point is 01:10:50 that you send me all the things that you're going through like i feel you guys on such a personal level like everything you send me is totally like some of you guys are like i don't know if i'm crazy and it's like i read these and i'm like no girl i've done the same exact thing like let me help you out it is so fun it's also just brought back that spark of creativity that i was missing for a while um and like i guess genuinely makes my what makes my soul happy would be just being creative it's something that i felt so passionate and drawn to since i've been young um and it's something that i've also denied myself for a while and so kind of and like all artists will know to know this you lose your spark every once in a while you you lose that creative passion but it
Starting point is 01:11:32 feels so fucking good to get it back and every week i am so excited to hang out with you guys and i'm so excited to have that spark back and get creative again and get excited about life again and sharing my experiences and being open and honest and supportive of you guys i love that this is just a little safe space for us to hang out and you guys feel comfortable with me and sending me all your questions i love that i'm your internet big sister there's nothing else i would rather be doing with my time and my energy like thank you so much for showing up literally thousands of you guys are joining every fucking day which is mind-blowing like i look at the analytics every day and i'm like oh my god like so many people are joining and i can even tell
Starting point is 01:12:16 because like they're sending like more dms more people are like thank you thank you for this like i appreciate it and that means the world to me that you guys are interacting with me and enjoying this as much as i am because genuinely like i want this to be good i want this to be good for you guys i want this to be inspiring i want i just feel very good and confident in my life where i am and i remember feeling so low and so lost and just fucking alone and crazy and i don't want anybody to ever feel that way and i it's something i wanted to work on um it's something i wanted i've been wanting to do i just didn't know what form like when i was younger i worked like in this like teen suicide prevention group in my city and it was great and all but it
Starting point is 01:13:04 just like didn't do the kind of fucking outreach and work that i wanted to do i felt like they were still fucking trying to sell something i was like this is lame like yes we should be bringing awareness but they just weren't doing it in the right ways they were like let's make a movie i was like are you dumb like there's people killing themselves every day like you guys need quick outreach and I didn't know how to do that and I found a little bit of it on TikTok a little bit of that spark of just like being open and honest with my experience and receiving positive response back and hearing about everybody else who has gone through it and so getting that like on a more personal level on a more deep basis and just coming here and being honest and being helpful for
Starting point is 01:13:49 you guys and being that little sense of like joy in your life and you guys being that little sense of joy in mine as well is just so incredible and so wonderful like i am so thankful for everything you've no idea um i could go on and on and on about how much i love you guys and i love this podcast but we've got to end it i gotta get this podcast out to you guys um once again any question you ever have please please please submit to my instagram at hannah marlene i'd be more than happy to answer it there um or not there but i'd be more than happy to look through it and read it and sometimes i do respond to your guys's dms if they're just like quick some of you guys would be like don't read this on podcast but if you respond i would love that i'm willing to do that
Starting point is 01:14:36 as well it just reach out to me there that is where you're gonna get any sort of response at all i don't check the podcast em so i will see you guys next week thank you for joining me please submit all questions and have a wonderful wonderful weekend i love you all so much
