There's so much rugby on Sports Extra from Sky.
They've asked me to read the whole lad at the same speed

Here goes.
This winter sports extra is jam-packed with rugby.
For the first time we've been every Champions Cup match exclusively live,
plus action from the URC, the Challenge Cup, and much more.

Man, where do I even start? I guess the easiest way is to just dump it all out like I've been doing in my own head for months now.
This is the kind of stuff you think only happens in movies, you know. The spy thrillers where the main character is this unlucky genius who ends up in a mess way above his pay grade. But nah, it's not a movie. It's me. And this isn't some paranoid daydream, I wish it was. So yeah, check my Reddit profile.
I've been posting stuff there for a while.
Technology leaks, little crumbs of information that probably weren't meant to see the light of day.
At first, it was small things, stuff I thought was harmless.
Then, as I dug deeper, it got heavier.
Like, life and death heavy.
You know what's wild.
Even with everything I've shared, I haven't gotten so much as a thank you from the people you'd expect to care.
The CIA.
Forget about them.
They've basically written me off.
They don't even want to deal with me anymore.
I tried applying for reasonable accommodations so I could work with them,
use my brain for something other than leaking secrets,
but apparently, I'm ineligible for hire.
No explanation, no chance to appeal.
Just a cold shoulder from an agency that should have been protecting me in the first place.
And rewards?
Ha! That's the biggest joke of all. You'd think that if I gave tips that prevented natural disasters,
literal natural disasters, or stopped mass casualty events, or exposed spies, or helped protect democracy
by investigating shady election activity, I'd at least get some kind of recognition.
But nope. Instead of rewards, I get poisoned. No, seriously. I'm not exaggerating or being dramatic here.
I'm talking about nanotechnology in my system, twice a week like clockwork.
I don't even know how they're doing it, but every time I start feeling a little stronger,
a little more like myself again, they hit me with another dose of whatever this crap is.
And that's not even the worst part.
Someone, I don't know who, but they're connected, leaked nude and compromising photos and videos of me.
Yeah. Let that sink in for a second.
They put it out there not because they wanted to ruin me publicly, though that's probably a nice bonus for them, but because they wanted leverage.
They wanted me silent, obedient.
They wanted to dangle my own shame over my head so I'd keep my mouth shut about all the things I've seen, all the things I know.
It didn't work.
Sure, it messed with me.
How could it not?
But I kept leaking.
I kept sharing.
And because I did, I became a target, not just for one agency, but for multiple.
I found out I was under investigation for ties to the CIA and Naval Intelligence.
That's right. The freaking Navy got involved, and from what I heard through whispers and back
channels, they had to break clearance laws just to reach out to me, to try to protect me.
Which is insane because I wasn't even trying to be in this world.
I wasn't some rogue agent or whatever.
I was just a regular person trying to do what's right.
But even when it was clear my tips were stopping bad things from happening,
saving lives, saving democracy, some unknown government or governments decided I was a problem.
They stalked me.
Gas lit me.
If you've ever wondered what gaslighting looks like on an institutional level, let me tell you,
it's brutal.
It wears you down in ways you don't even realize at first.
You start questioning everything.
Did I actually see what I thought I saw?
Did I really hear that threat, or was it in my head?
And just when you convince yourself you're being paranoid,
they hit you with some new coincidence, that makes your blood run cold.
This wasn't just a random couple of weeks, either.
It got really bad in late 2024.
I don't know if it was the fourth quarter pressure cooker
or if some propaganda machine somewhere decided to ramp up,
but man, it felt like the whole world turned on me.
And then there's Vance.
God, Vance.
He was a friend of my family.
One of the healthiest guys I knew.
Always jogging, eating clean, staying on top of his checkups.
Out of nowhere, he had a brain aneurism.
Gone.
Just like that.
You know how people say he was fine yesterday.
That was Vance.
And I can't shake the feeling.
I know, it wasn't natural.
I'm convinced some malicious biotech operator caused it.
They wanted to send me a message.
And as if that wasn't a...

My mom fell violently ill with plurism on the same day.
The exact same day.
I had leaked some insanely valuable CIA and DARPA information to civilians just hours before.
You think that's a coincidence?
Nah.
That was retaliation and intimidation
wrapped in one sick package.
Law enforcement stepped in,
but not in the way I hoped.
Instead of putting me in witness protection
like a normal person in danger,
they slapped me under 24-hour surveillance.
Dredging surveillance.
I couldn't go anywhere,
couldn't do anything without eyes on me.
They said it was, for my safety,
but let's be real,
it was about control. Meanwhile, the FBI.
Useless. They won't put me in witness protection.
They won't give me rewards.
They won't even acknowledge that what I've shared led to arrests and lives being saved.
It's like I don't exist except as a problem they're trying to contain.
My digital privacy is gone.
Obliterated.
Every keystroke, every text, every call, it's all monitored.
and intimacy.
Forget about it.
I can't have a private relationship without some room or mill in the private sector blowing up my confidentiality.
There's always someone watching, always someone talking.
You want to know the part that keeps me awake at night.
I was working with DARPA when some intelligence mole accessed illegal military tech and used it
against me.
That's what made my mom sick.
I know it.
And yet nobody will listen.
Nobody will help.
The cherry on top.
This anonymous, faceless operator, I still don't know who it was, but they had this creepy, robotic tone, told me straight up,
you're going to get cancer for leaking info Americans have every legal right to know.
That was the moment I realized how far they'd go.
So yeah, that's my life now.
I'm not a hero.
I'm not a villain.
I'm just, stuck.
Oh, Amy, my little one. I ask myself a million questions every day.
When will you give me your first smile? How much sleep do you need?
How can I help you and your big brother to get along?
At the HSE's Mychild.I.E and in the free MyChaw books, you'll find the answers you need
from doctors, midwives, public health nurses, dieticians and lots of other experts.

from the HSE.
Caught in this impossible web of secrets, lies, and retaliation.
I tried doing the right thing.
And for that, I'm paying the price every single day.
This isn't paranoia.
This isn't some elaborate fantasy.
This is what happens when you know too much.
When you say too much.
When you dare to believe that the truth should matter.
The end.
