Milo. Yannapolis. Ah. That old scamp. What a, oh, that guy loves attention, and he hates everybody else. What's going on with him? What's going on, Jonathan? Has he gotten attention due to his hatred for everybody else?

Has it kind of boomerangued back on him? All right. A real bittersweet symphony of leopard's faces. etc. As Milo Yanopoulos was deported by ICE to the UK. He's fully been deported, not just in a detention facility. Yeah. That feels like special treatment.

Yes. Usually you got to sit there for a few months. Maybe we'll get to that. Maybe we'll get to why it seems like such special treatment for this one guy. It's all a big mess because he obviously is a right-wing grifter guy. Used to be a huge ally of the president, I guess not so much anymore, or an even bigger ally of the, and even more racist ally of the president hates him for reasons we can get to, or it's irrelevant.

Yeah, he's still a right-wing fascist propagandist who believes in nothing and just goes around saying whatever. He doesn't care. You know, but it's weird because you haven't thought, he's from like season two of this whole thing. Oh, yeah. It's like, they bring a character back in one of the later seasons and you're like, I don't even remember what this guy. They try to spin off.

It's like, it's not. It's like they did like a season of like Gunther or something, but it was only two episodes. Like we don't want to watch Gunther. Yeah, we're not watching Milo. Come on. A new cast of characters. We don't care about this.

He was never a series regular. No. He was always a special guest to be. He craves attention any kind. He never got bumped up. He never got that full contract. But well, but despite all the irony, despite all the, maybe he had a little chuckle. Maybe you saw his mugshot and you're like, oh, Milo.

You famously care so much about your appearance and you look like shit. Maybe it's like, you know, there are a lot of details we get to. But I just want to say, this is not who we are. This is, I mean, it's half and half right now. Like, it's fucked up. Like, we're just like, like, the, like, you can point to some guy and be like, president, go get him. And then he just goes and gets them.

That's so messed up. I don't actually have glee in this story. I think it's fucked. up. I don't like the guy. I think he gets what he gets and that's fine. He gets his karma. I'm not like losing sleep over it, but this is actually quite chilling. So Jonathan, tell us some of the play by play by play here for anybody that doesn't know the play by play yet. That's what it's for. So Laura Lumer, the racist associate of the president. We have a whole episode about her. Go watch it. Watch it.

She's messed up. Yeah, she's taking credit for this. She's using her hashtag loomered, saying that Milo got loomered, which is when she, like, tattles on you to the president, I guess. It's so embarrassing. She really hates him and says that he's being sent back to where he came from, hell. She says, Milo Yanopoulos is in ICE custody after I exposed his illegal alien lifestyle, Marjorie Trader Green.

So she's going with a different nickname than the president. Come on. Green turns brown under stress. Barfrey Trader Brown. Marjorie Trader Green hired Milo to work as her intern where he produced her podcast, wrote her book and lived at her house in Rome, Georgia before she sold it, which I guess is a scandal. Like I don't know what the scandal is supposed to be here.

One right wing grifter hired another to do stuff. At any rate, she hates him. Marjorie Taylor Green seems to be denying that, but he did work as an intern for our office. I don't fucking care. They have a relationship. They have a relationship. Whatever. But she has been targeting Milo, and it is concerning that somebody that does have the ear of the President of the United States gets to tweet about and target people and accelerate deportations, apparently.

Again, I don't like the guy. I'm not losing sleep over this again. but, you know, it's scary. It's scary to be that we can... There can be a catharsis while wishing the apparatus that made the catharsis happen didn't exist. That was really well phrased, Jonathan.

Thank you. Sure. Like, of course, but this is what happens every time. Why didn't they listen to us about how fascism works that they eat each other and one has eaten another? They should have listened. Yeah, and I can't. really picture Laura Lumer being the one getting eaten at some point, but...

No, I mean, he's already trying, because he's also the kind of guy who, uh, well, lies. He's a liar, but he's also a huge gossip. And he also claims to record, like, all of his conversations with everybody in his life. So he's got, like, all this alleged dirt on, like, everybody in that sphere because they're all liars and jackals who will betray each other at the drop of a hat. He's already out there saying that like she's not really Jewish and she like decided to be in 2017 for like her. Milo is saying that about Laura Lumer that she just decided in 2017 to to like pretend to be Jewish so she could be like more Islamophobic or something like that. Again, he's a liar and a fraud and it's all a bunch of weird freaks just like doing this. at each other.

But normally it's not all like in service of the president. It's weird. And again, using this like fascist apparatus to like do personal favors for these racist, racist, racist people. But it is objectively bad that the Department of Homeland Security is tweeting out mugshots of people there. hoarding. Yeah. For spite, it's, they're trolling. They do a little trolling, as they say. Yeah, it's weird spite, grievance fueled, like, petty. Weird. It's weird. It's weird. But I guess

at least they're not doing those like AI, like racist videos and images of, you know, all the non-white people that they're dehumanizing, I guess. Yeah, at least that. But they're still doing that too. They're still doing that too. They've been doing that. They do that. Remember being a kid? When summer meant freedom?

Milo can be thankful that he was sent to the United Kingdom instead of a country he's never been to. Been to as part of some deal that the administration has made with some third country. Yeah, ICE is going like kind of. wild out there and they have been effective at ratcheting up how many people they're arresting

every day, mostly by not caring that the percentage of people with no criminal record is through the roof. Got to get that quota. They detained 50,000 people in July, which was a record, more than half of whom had no criminal record, which they have always kind of pretended to care about, but that is their thing, right? Yeah, it's that, yeah, again, it's like, this is what you say, this is what you do. And then, of course, the New York Times had a piece last week about third country deportations

where people talked about the horrendous conditions in their flights, in their treatment, as they were sent to Liberia, a country in West Africa, where they have never been denied medical care, beaten, you know, no cameras there. they can, as one of these individuals interviewed by the Times says, they didn't treat us like people, like human beings. They can say or do anything to you, and there's nothing you can do. That's what they want to do. They want to dehumanize them, so if they're not treated like people,

they can do whatever they want. It's overwhelming. We haven't had the, we've been able to talk about ice and detentions and deportations in a while because there's so much going on, but it has continued to escalate. It has continued to happen. And, I mean, there's just, pick a story. There's so many things that have been going on.

Moana, our producer, highlighted this ProPublica piece and talking about rebookings, and basically repeated releasing and then readmitting people into different facilities within this 72-hour window, which means that they are not required to provide them with medical care or all of the resources, you know, facilities that are humane and habitable, etc.

They get to just circumvent by doing that. Yeah, scumbag. You know, absolutely scumbug. It's just like, yeah, loopholes to detain people indefinitely, unconstitutionally. Important to note all of this

in conjunction with Milo story because, yes, it is wild. that one woman has so much power and is able to weaponize her voice and her relationship with the president in order to target somebody. But also, yeah, he was deported to the country he came from. And we know exactly where he is. He isn't lost in some immigration system right now being abused in a facility. And, you know, it's not like, Lumer is not the problem, although it is obviously really, really bad. that she has the president's ear. She's a problem for sure. Like, she could just have like an

altercation or interaction that's unpleasant with a non-white person and like ostensibly call the president and have them deported to maybe not the country of their origin. Like, it's like it's just such a, it's, we got to get him out of there. Yeah. I think is what I'm saying. And she's certainly feeling empowered this week because she's been going after Angie Nixon the Florida Democratic Senate candidate. She's a black woman, so of course Laura Lumer, a racist person, doesn't like her, has gone on a couple different tirades, referring to her as a ghetto B-word saying about Angie Nixon, you speak ebonics, so maybe I need to bark at you and tug your leash,

and then you'll finally understand, like, the most gutter filth. It is. It's absolutely fucking disgusting. And I do remember a time when we would universally condemn that. We would universally say that's not right. But interesting. It's interesting how the media does not require any conservative to make a stance on Laura Lumer and her rhetoric. It is so fucking infuriating. Yeah, where are the articles? Where are the think pieces? Where are the demand? that all Republicans condemn this language. From the president's like good weird friend. Yeah, the president's like weird friend who they talk sometimes. I don't think she's allowed like into the White House anymore because all of the president's aides and probably Natalie Harp are like keep this lady out of here.

But she's got the guy's phone number. She like obsesses over him. She got him to do this. like it's clearly it's you know right and they're like and we'll talk about it but yeah the media is like how do we tie abdul el-sayyad to 9-11 though that's like how do we condemn far more important some tweet from years ago that's not actually bad so uh and some democrats to their credit are starting to try to make this a story the way hasan piker became a story that was like a weighing down the democrats for the last

several months. Two weeks, like at peak, but yes, it's been boiling over for several months. I have to say, for the last week, way longer than that. I know that that's the most latest one, but it's been the better part of the year, at least six months of people fucking talking about Hassan Piker nonstop online. Does she got a guy deported? And yeah, the guy sucks, but like, And maybe people are going to be like making these statements after we've recorded this. But like as of right now, I'm not seeing anything from Hakeem Jeffries, anything from like major people. We've got a quote from Congresswoman Hillary Shulton Democrat from Michigan who says these attacks from Laura Lumer, one of President Trump's trusted advisors, are disgraceful and reflect the troubling direction. Our political discourse continues to take.

there is no place in our politics for this kind of hate and it should be condemned by leaders on both sides of the aisle. That's getting there. Yeah. That's, uh, our political discourse suggests that Democrats do anything like this, but like put go on the offensive, right? Make them own this the way, uh, right? I mean, at least try to. It's one, it's not going to work because I think it's pretty clear that the news is going to care way more about the left's rhetoric than anything happening on the right

and that's just how the equation is, but maybe they can try a little bit to point out that it's a bunch of fucking racists who are okay with this horrible racist woman. Marjorie Trader Green did it?

Yeah, she did. And I hate saying that because, obviously she's got her own rationales and reasonings for her pivots that I don't trust. However, she is out here saying very strongly that this is unacceptable

and it's wild. It's wild. Yeah, it's also, it's a little wild. It's also just like completely expected. I know. No, I know, but it's like, it's all just these petty grievances and this like, this like personal spite

stuff going on. That's like so much of why Marjorie Taylor Green cares about Laura. Because they're attacking each other. Because they're attacking each other. She's like she's going to defend Angie Nixon because it's Laura Lumer doing it. Or maybe she's like really waking up to every single thing she's ever done and then said. I still maintain that Marjorie Taylor Green wants to run for something. If you remember my prediction was that she would this year was that she declared that she would be running for something. She hasn't. yet. So far I'm 0 for oh for my predictions. However, I still maintain that everything we're watching her do is strategic and aligning. Oh yeah. You know, like I need to say this because she's

trying to style herself as somebody both radical and moderate in her own ways. Join up with Carlson's fake party or whatever. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Daleks Jones or... They'll get a show on his network or something. It's some, it's in, she's in that direction for sure. Carlson Trader 28 or whatever the stickers is going to be. Tucker. Tucker Trader. Tucker Trader. Tucker Trader.

Lumergate 24-7, as they should be, here's what they do care about. Here is a tweet this morning from CBS News. As the nation prepares to mark 25 years since September 11th, 2001, Abdul El-Said, the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate in Michigan, may be facing the risk of renewed scrutiny and fresh political attack. Why would he face scrutiny, like extra scrutiny? Yeah, good question. I can't think of any reasons. Is this something he said or did? His name is L-hyphen something, which means 9-11? That means Muslim mean 9-11? I'm not. I'm not a stupid racist, so you're going to have to spell it out for me. Yeah.

I'm not sure what you mean. So his name is, name is unconventional for an American, uh, not like particularly. Oh, okay. No. Okay. So, so, so, so what is the problem, I guess, is my question. Well, the tweet doesn't spell it out, but when you click the article, it's about some deleted tweets about 9-11.

Oh, oh, I bet these are bad. that El-Sayed will have to answer for. So let's scroll and look at what these tweets are, and I will read them. In one from April 2020, El-Sayed compared the nearly 3,000 Americans killed on September 11th to the mounting COVID-19 death toll and argued for a response commensurate

with the nation's post 9-11 mobilization. That's their lead-off offensive post. That sounds pretty anti-American to me. Maybe even anti-Semitic. I don't know. Are they burying the lead? Is this, or is this sort of like, this is the... And we're already in paragraph five. It talks about it's not a while,

a couple paragraphs before. Okay, in another tweet, El-Sayed wrote that because more Americans had died from COVID than in the September 11th attacks, he hoped, quote, that means we'll spend the next 10 years fighting a war for public health and against poverty. Like we launched a global war on terror after 9-11.

We could save lives rather than take them. Hmm. Seems like a fair point that maybe. Maybe most people agree with. So far I'm not understanding why we're talking about this at all. I mean, this isn't even like for like the left is so. Oh my God.

This is like boilerplate. Milk toast. Resistance lib shit. Yeah. Every lib out every day, like everyone was saying like wow, it's more like it was a number that people were waiting for. When is it going to be more than 9-11? We hope more people don't die.

like this comparison has just been made by so many people is there is do they get into the reason so in the article where they quote him saying something that everyone was saying do they get into like why it's bad that he said it uh do they explain like why they're focusing on is there like a like a section in the article where they conclude like by the way i know you think i've been wasting your time with this but here's the kicker here's like why here's like why it really matters. Did they, I assume, get to that? Part? No. What they do is... So it's a teaser for the next article that does tell you. They proceed these tweets with El-Saiad's past references to the deadly attacks have continued to

surface, including two deleted social media posts verified by CBS News that have not been previously reported. So they're like, we're breaking news here. Then they post another one that had been reported by the Washington Free Beacon, where he writes from September 11th, 2021, today I mourn the 3,000 lives, 6,000 injuries, and infrastructural devastation in New York City, perpetuated ignorantly in the name of my faith, which is a condemnation of 9-11. Tomorrow I'll mourn one million lives,

millions of injuries and infrastructural devastation in three countries, perpetuated ignorantly in the name of my country, which, again, is a thing that most Americans agree with, that we shouldn't have done all that stuff. that we did. This is such a waste of time and energy and someone's like, I guess their money and paying for this article to be written in my opinion. Yeah, they then interview a bipartisan political consultant based in Lansing who says

El Sayed has what I call a quacks like a duck problem. I didn't hear quacking. What are you? If it looks like a dog, it's like a duck. like an Al Quaker like a I'm trying to make it racist I don't know they're so like it's so obvious what's going on it's just a very racist

but yes to where we started I am waiting for the the breath you think pieces and articles cataloging all of Laura Lumer's exploits and tweets and asking yeah I'm waiting I'm waiting with bated breath for the

apology from and the condemnation of this CBS News article where they dig up these tweets that everybody else was also saying the same sentiment in their own tweets. And meanwhile, after David Ellison and Paramount took over CBS News and installed Barry Weiss there and then this is the kind of stuff that comes out. But you can't say that it would be bad for them to take over WBD and, uh, CNN because then you're because yeah you then you're your monster all that stuff but like this is specifically like we have examples of what people are afraid of it's this shit yep and like it's like you know this is just an article on cbsnews.com the it's getting the most clicks of the day because people

are like us are like what's this shit right it's part of the program it's by design it's the method and it's frustrating how much it works on everybody involved, even the people who say that's what's going on. Yeah, we angrily click it. We give them our support. But then other people click it and imbue it on some level and think about it. And it affects their opinions. But either way, we're giving them the clicks and the money.

Exactly. And it is emblematic of this whole push against El-Sayed specifically. And like what the larger apparatus is trying to. to do and also it just speaks to the whole CPS of it all. Like it is instructive. It just sucks and is frustrating. And this is what we have to deal with from like two-thirds of the media or whatever. The Washington Post opinion columns that used to be kind of liberally and now are whatever they are. We'll have to deal with. I mean, even Ross doubt that at the that 60 minutes.

I doubt that he would want to do stuff like this. He's probably going to be on the men or lonely beat. Stuff, like the more spiritual kind of the meat. Can we get on that. Scott Galilee. And there are a few old school 60 Minutes anchors who are still there, right? Who I don't think are going to have quite the taste for,

well, he said a thing Islamically. So let's dig into that, right? Like, also, I don't know how much longer, depending on what the new season of 60 Minutes' ratings are like over the next few months, not sure she'll be there much longer. I don't care what you want to put out there, what your propaganda plan is. Is that something you've read or just your own gut instinct about very wise? I can do an official prediction because there's no consequence for being wrong. I predict that. She's going to run for president.

No, she's out. That was my prediction at the beginning of the year. Oh, that she'll be out by the end of the year? Yeah, one of my two predictions was Barry Weiss out by the end of the year. I mean, we only got a few months. She really might make it. The second was the president saying the R word out loud. Intentionally turned 60 minutes away from the people who watched it, which are liberal boomers.

It's weird. Yeah. And they're trying to like bring in, again, they're trying to bring this new audience of people who don't exist. And if they do, it's only online and it's only people like watching that Washington Post podcast. that they had for a day. Like, it's just... Oh, Make It Makes Sense is still there. Get out of here.

They're still pumping out of... I do like the title. You got to watch Make It Makes Sense. Ugh. They're like Americans... Make it makes sense. People are... Trump is both good and bad.
