We also have two special guests again joining us. If you are not familiar with who joined us last week, I have Layla and Titus, my father's two dogs here. And as tough as it's been, coming back and doing this sorts of things with you guys is really keeping me going. So thank you. Thank you to all of you who reached out to me for the outpouring of support, condolences, sympathies. It's been
Starting point is 00:03:49 overwhelming in the best of ways. So thank you for me and my entire family. We truly, truly appreciate it. And thank you to those of you who donated last week to the Seventh Heaven Rescue. It is an animal rescue that my mother specifically asked in the event of her passing that any donations in lieu of flowers be given to the Seventh Heaven Animal Rescue here in Syracuse, New York. So you know what? We're going to do it again tonight. A portion of your superchats and your super stickers will go to the Seventh Heaven Animal Rescue. So, If you want to help support us and also support this amazing cause, then yeah, you can do a super chat or a super sticker. Those are open.
Starting point is 00:04:33 Or you can donate directly to our PayPal, which Suzanne can put the handle up for that. It should be in the show notes as well at some point or throughout the show. Look at her. She's right on top of it. Love it, love it. It's so refreshing to like not have to deal with a lot of that stuff. So again, a huge thanks to her. But let's talk some shop
Starting point is 00:04:54 Before we get to this week's UFO news I want to get our famous slideshow in here And let's see here Boom Here we go And let me change this background as well Before we go any further Give me one sec
Starting point is 00:05:14 There we go So these may not be familiar faces to a lot of you guys These are not UFO hunters these are ghost hunters, and I am one of them. Some of you may or may not know, I am now on a TV show in Canada called Haunted. It's a ghost hunting show, and it's the most fun I've ever had in my entire life, filming, anything, bar none. And I'm terrified of what we're doing. I'm excited and everything in between, and it's just been going amazing.
Starting point is 00:05:50 I filmed two seasons so far in Nova Scotia, Canada, through the amazing and brilliant direction of our executive producer and director Paul Kimball. And then we've got the entire team here. We've got Amy, Veronica, we have Holly, we have Jacob, and we have me. And Paul is our last leading member of the team. So, news, news, news, news about Haunted.
Starting point is 00:06:19 Let me go ahead and tell you. you guys a little about this. We just wrapped the second season that I'm featured in, which is season 11, and season 12, actually. And season 11, which I'll start popping up in, that will begin airing in the fall on East Link in Canada. So if you are in Canada, you will be able to watch it on television. Just go to the East Link channel. But for those of you who are not in Canada, probably a lot of you, myself included right now. These seasons are slowly being rolled out on the East Link YouTube channel as well. And right now, for completely free, you can watch seasons 1 through 4 of Haunted.
Starting point is 00:07:06 So there's still a little ways to go before I start popping up on YouTube on the show. But again, for those of you who do live in Canada and can access East Link, you can catch me on the upcoming 11th season of Haunted. and I'll have more news as time goes on with that. Suzanne, we'll put a link in the chat for seasons 1-4 of Haunted right here on YouTube if you're watching this. If you're listening to this in the future, this will go out as a podcast.
Starting point is 00:07:35 You will also be able to find a link to that in the show notes as well. I think that's it for Haunted. Let me see. Yeah, that's it for that, guys. So let's not waste any more time. Let's get to the UFO news of the week. And we are going to start with a fun story out of Japan, actually. I recently had the incredible opportunity to go to Japan.
Starting point is 00:08:08 I went to Kobe, Kyoto, Osaka. Where else did I go? A few other places. I did not make it to Tokyo. That will be for the next trip. But yes, many of you may or may not know, my partner, Jane. She lived in Japan in Kobe for a while, and she taught English to Japanese students. And she's also done work through, I believe it was the United Nations. I'm probably getting that wrong, but she also went over on another program.
Starting point is 00:08:43 Excuse me, the State Department. She's going to kill me for not knowing that. Um, she worked for the state department and worked on a program over in Japan as well as sort of an ambassador sort of thing. Amazing. Anywho, enough bragging. Let's get to this story out of Japan. And let me know if you can hear me okay. If my mic is working. I'm very makeshift. As you can see, my background, I am in my father's man cave, as I mentioned last week. Um, so you're going to see a bunch of Syracuse Orangeman stuff, Detroit Lions, New York Yankees. Um, I love it. I love it. Makes me feel like a bro. Definitely makes me feel like a bro. So, yeah, that is my, this will be my somewhere in the live stream headquarters for the next month or so. Hello to Michael Huntington and Todd and Stephen.
Starting point is 00:09:32 Fusea Electron is here. Am I missing anyone? Give me a sec, guys. Nisa is here as well, so a huge welcome to all of you guys. again, if you are just joining us, this is somewhere in the live stream. We do this every, we'll be Sunday, every Sunday at 4 p.m. The reason you're seeing it or hearing it on our Friday is because I'm busy this upcoming Sunday. So yeah, I decided why not keep it a little consistent.
Starting point is 00:10:02 We did last Friday. We'll do this Friday. But for now on, we will be moving to Sundays. Not this upcoming Sunday, but the Sunday after that at 4 p.m. Eastern Standard time. Hello to Andy, hello to Jordan. Welcome, guys, welcome, welcome. All right. On that, let's get to the first story. This comes from the Manichi news site. Locals in central Japan near Mount Fuji count on UFO craze for tourism.
Starting point is 00:10:35 This is pretty cool. So local residents in Yamonashi Prefecture at the foot of Mount Fuji are striving to make their city Kofu a tourist magnet with ET help from an alien. Next year marks the 50th anniversary of an incident in which two elementary schoolchildren claimed to have encountered unidentified flying objects and an alien creature. It is dubbed one of the three major UFO incidents reported in Japan.
Starting point is 00:11:05 The incident dates back to February 23, 1975, when two boys playing near a vineyard in Kofu saw what they described as two saucer-shaped UFOs flying in orange at around 6.30 p.m. They said 120 to 130 centimeters tall alien with a big head, long ears, and three fangs, a fanged alien, then descended from the craft. The alien reportedly had a brown face with no eyes or nose. The boys left the scene to call their family.
Starting point is 00:11:41 When they returned, the objects started blinking and glared briefly before disappearing. Their family and local residents provided similar descriptions. So, yeah, it seems that the city, the prefecture, excuse me, of Kofu, is really embracing this and other cases throughout Japan. And they want this to be sort of a place you go, a destination spot, to learn about UFOs. We do know, I believe it's around Fukushima in Japan as well. There is a UFO museum where you can go and learn a lot about Japanese, UFOology, and UFOs from all over the world. Hi, Leila. Hey, say hi.
Starting point is 00:12:21 Say hi to everyone. Speak. Oh, she's too shy. I will show you guys, Leila, at some point. Titus is right behind me, sleeping like a good boy. No Maddie today. No Maddie. Christy's dog is with her.
Starting point is 00:12:37 she works at a veterinary clinic that works with Seventh Heaven Rescue, the rescue that you can donate tonight through Super Chat and Super Stickers. Oh, don't cry. Come on, come up, come on. You want to be on the live stream? Jim, come on. Oh, poor girl. Anyways, back to our Kofu story.
Starting point is 00:12:57 Yeah, so, I mean, look, we have places like this all over. Roswell, they have a festival every year, like three festivals. McMinnville. You've got, where else? Where else do we have these? You've got the Mothman Festival in Point Pleasant. You've got the Flatwoods Monster in West Virginia. So when things like this happen in very small towns, it is a logical assumption that you will try to maybe capitalize off of it. Welcome to America. Welcome to the entire world. So while a lot of people may disagree with making money off the uphology, you know, it is what it is. You're not going to stop these people from trying and they're going to do it. And from this image you're seeing, if you're watching this, it's clear that they find some fun in all of this. And that's cool.
Starting point is 00:13:47 Like, I'm all for it. You've got a brown-headed, horned fanged alien coming down to a vineyard, meeting some elementary school kids. I don't know, tipping back some wine with them or something. I don't know. Then embrace the weirdness. that's what I say. So good for them. I think it's pretty cool. Kelly, Kentucky, Michael Huntington says, Piedmont, Missouri. Yes. The hits keep coming, Michael. I spoke in an incredible event, the Strange Tales event that Michael Huntington helped put on in Missouri. It was by far one of my favorite conferences I've ever spoken at. And he was amazing. It was so good to finally meet him. And the organizers were incredible. The people who attended were just top of the time. notch. So yeah, thank you, Michael. Thank you, thank you. Bonnie Bridge refuses to have any UFO
Starting point is 00:14:38 related retail Fuzzi Electron says. That's interesting. That's interesting. They're not, not feeling it, I guess. Just not feeling it. Thank you so much to Jordan Mack for the super sticker. Really, really do appreciate that, Jordan. Appreciate the support, brother. Thank you, thank you. If I am missing any of your superchatcher, super stickers, just let me know. guys, and I will be sure to star them. If you have any questions as well, put them in capital letters with a queue in front of it, and Suzanne or I will star those and we'll get to them towards the end of the show. Good evening to Pat. Good evening, Sits, fam.
Starting point is 00:15:18 Love it, love it, love it. So yeah, yeah, let's get back to this story. I know I keep digressing, but I love talking to you guys, but I know you have your own fun conversations while I'm just blabbing on here, too. So February 23rd is now registered as Kofu UFO Day by the Japan Anniversary Association, an organization that registers anniversaries. Local organizers are planning to erect a monument at the site in hopes that visitors interested in the UFO incident will take a liking to the city of Kofu and its people.
Starting point is 00:15:53 So awesome, awesome story, awesome image, awesome costume. I would totally cosplay that thing at, I don't know, a UFO event or even a Comic-Con. Either one, either one, to be completely honest. Thank you so much to Todd for the super chat. Truly do appreciate it, guys. A portion of those super chats and super stickers will go to the Seventh Heaven Rescue. So truly do appreciate that. And yeah, let's move on to our next news story.
Starting point is 00:16:24 And, ooh, you know that man, if you are watching this. YouTube to your left, I think. You're right. I don't know how that works when we're streaming. Steven Spielberg is back in the news with UFO-related content. This is so cool. Let me go ahead and read this to you. Spielberg, this comes from Collider. By the way, guys, if you want to read the full article, just go over to Collider. Steven Spielberg's Untitled UFO Movie gets a release date and award-winning screenwriter. Ryan Sprigg. I had you. Sorry. I am an award-winning screenwriter,
Starting point is 00:17:05 but I am not writing the next Spielberg movie. I promise you. Or do I? Anyways, back in April, it was reported that Steven Spielberg is setting out to make another UFO-related movie as his next project. Yes, Leila.
Starting point is 00:17:20 Yes. Steven Spielberg, you're right. According to Collider, Steven Spielberg is joining forces with famed screenwriter David Cope, who has most notably written the Spielberg directed films Jurassic Park and War of the Worlds. Whatever the film is, which is still total speculation, it's slated to go up in August of 2026, with the likes of Avengers King Dynasty and the Mandalorian and Grogu films going up against it. So that's going to be a really interesting blockbuster time in the box office, that's for sure.
Starting point is 00:17:58 hopefully get butts back into the theaters. I hope so. I hope so. As much as I love, streaming, obviously. There's nothing like going to a movie theater and seeing it big and how it's meant to be seen. So given that the movie will be released by Universal Pictures, there is a slight possibility that it could be the same project that Tom DeLong's Secret Machine's book series is based on. So another speculation is that Spielberg might take this route of the future human hypothesis,
Starting point is 00:18:32 which is explained in great detail by author Dr. Michael P. Masters in his extra tempestrial model book. Both very interesting. But last but not least, other speculation centers around Dr. Diana Pesolka's American Cosmic book that deals with the story of NASA scientist Tim Taylor in his search. for answers to UFOs and its connections to religion and technology. So again, all pure rumor and speculation, but these three options could possibly be what Steven Spielberg is working on UFO-related, or it could be something completely different. Probably is.
Starting point is 00:19:14 We just don't know. Only time we'll tell. So I want to know what you guys actually think the movie will be about. is it one of these or is it something completely different? Let me know in the chat and Susan can put your thoughts and theories up there. Or if you're watching this after this airs or listening, you can put it right in the comments under the video here on YouTube or wherever you can comment on our Twitter account.
Starting point is 00:19:42 Anywhere, anywhere. I would love to hear what you guys think the next big UFO-related Steven Spielberg project is going to be. Michael Huntington says, I think he should remake his first film Firelight. Very possible. Interesting. I'm not familiar with that one, Michael. I'd love to learn more about that.
Starting point is 00:19:59 Polly says, I would love to love Spielberg's sources as once Heineck. Yes. Yes, Heineck did consult on Close Encounters of the Third Kind, being that he created the entire Close Encounters thing. What do you even call that? The Close Encounters classification. scale. There we go. I knew it was up there. I knew it was up there, guys. Firelight was a UFO film his first. I'm going to have to check that out, man.
Starting point is 00:20:29 Ooh, that sounds cool. That sounds cool. Hunt for the Seagull. Todd, Ted says. I love it. I love it, love it. Let me see here. Awesome. The questions are coming in to you guys, so be sure to put a cue in front of those questions, all in capital letters. and Suzanne or I will star those and we'll get to them towards the end. So yeah, that's exciting. I can't wait to see what comes of that. And staying sort of in the movie realm, our next story is also in the movie realm.
Starting point is 00:21:03 And that is a new found footage, Alien Abduction movie called The Alien Report. Now, this film is out on VOD, so you can stream it on all the major streaming platforms, as it were. and the title of this article is new alien abduction found footage film made entirely on an iPhone is now available, and that is the alien report. It's incredible to me that we can make entire movies on a phone now, and that the quality can be just as good as, you know, whatever, like these very well-known cameras and whatnot out there. Hey, Dad. You want to say hi to my live stream?
Starting point is 00:21:49 He's like, what? You guys finally get to meet the one and only Doug Sprague. Hi there, everybody. That is my biggest supporter, guys. He's the one you've seen in the chat in the past. Yeah, so I'm sure I'll get him on for a full episode at some point. How does that sound? We'll see.
Starting point is 00:22:07 Awesome, awesome. He'll tell you a little bit more about the river where I had the UFO experience. So, yeah, I'll get you to come on. Anyways, thanks, Dad. I see a shame. I did shave, yes, yes. I'm almost 40 years old and he's still giving me crap about my beard. Love it, love it.
Starting point is 00:22:26 Everyone says hi, Dad. Awesome. All right. Well, let's return back to the Alien Report, guys. Again, the brand new found footage film. Give you a little about this. Alien Report is from Newtime director Patrick Donnelly and producer Kevin Schroeder. And it releases this month on streamers bringing a fresh yet troubling perspective to the UFO story.
Starting point is 00:22:49 The alien report tells the story of a 19-year-old alien abductee who figures out a clever way to record his own alien encounters using tiny hidden micro cameras placed on his body, in his clothing, on his bike, and throughout his loft apartment. He shares crystal clear footage of telepathic beings, human alien hybrids, and the bizarre men in black. I know there's probably criticism that this is yet another horror movie, taking the alien abduction thing, exploiting it. I know, I know. But at the same time, it's projects like this that keep the conversation going. You don't hear about alien abductions that often anymore.
Starting point is 00:23:33 They're still happening. Trust me. I get emails all the time. There are support groups that I still stay in touch with, who work with abductees that are having continuous experience. experiences, claimed continued experiences. I don't pretend to know what is happening to them. If anything is happening to them, I was not there when it happened. But with this movie, it looks like that 19-year-old dude wants people to be there when it happened. So that's cool.
Starting point is 00:24:02 That's cool. And again, special effects look incredible. I even saw a quote from UFO researcher Nomar Slavik at the end there, which is awesome. He's been on somewhere in the skies in the past. So if you don't know his work, definitely check him out. He's up in, I believe, Maine or the New Hampshire area. I believe it's Maine, to be exact. And he does incredible work. He's got awesome books out. So definitely check out his work.
Starting point is 00:24:28 And check out the Alien Report. I know I will be as well. Everyone's saying hello to Papa Sprag still. Love it. Love it. Love it. Let me see here. Nikki says film looks cool.
Starting point is 00:24:41 Suzanne put a link for the movie right there. It's IMDB page in the chat. So you can check that out as well, guys. Thank you, Suzanne. So that's it for the lighthearted stories. We're going to get to the meat of UFO news this week, guys. In just a moment, I'm going to take a quick break, get a drink, check on the pups, say hello to my dad proper, and I'll see you on the other side.

We will talk about Carl Nell's very controversial comments recently made and a UFO data deadline looming for federal agencies. All right.

All right, welcome back, guys, to somewhere in the live stream chapter two, I guess. If you're just joining us, we just watched the trailer for a newfound footage film called The Alien Report. I did see someone asked, when does it come out? Stink Floyd, it's out. It's already out.
Starting point is 00:27:14 So you can stream it right now on all, I believe, the big major ones, iTunes movies, imovies, whatever it's called, Amazon. Yeah, yeah. If you just type in the Alien Report, found footage film, you should be able to find it. Or I'll find a link and put it in after this. Let's see. Hello to Jeffrey.
Starting point is 00:27:36 Welcome, my friend. Welcome, as always. Hello to Stink Floyd. Thank you for the question. Just checking to see if I missed anyone. Pat, did I say, how do you, yeah, Pat? Good evening, sits. Greetings from Ireland.
Starting point is 00:27:49 Oh, dude, I got to get over there and have a Guinness with you when I get back to Scotland. Let's make that happen. All right, all right. Anyways, let's get to the more, I guess, pressing stories of the week. And we are going to start with this one. This comes from News Nation, who is, I know not everyone's a big fan of them. I think they're kind of, you know, shills for the UFO topic.
Starting point is 00:28:18 and I don't know. I don't know. But this story does come from them. I'm reserving judgment. Because it's kind of an interesting story. This was titled UFO data deadline set for federal agencies. So the National Archives and Records Administration has set a deadline of September 30th for all agencies to deliver copies of every document, audio, and video or any other media they may have about unidentified, anomalous. phenomena or UFOs.
Starting point is 00:28:51 The mandate is part of this year's National Defense Authorization Act, the bill that funds the Defense Department. The UAP records collection will consist of, quote, copies of all government, government provided, or government-funded records relating to UAP, technologies of unknown origin, and non-human intelligence, which is a term that's going to come up in a later story, guys. foreshadow there. While the deadline for copies is September 30th, the end of the federal fiscal year, agencies have until October 24th to review, identify, and organize their material. In other words, they have time to move things into private sectors. They have time to classify
Starting point is 00:29:40 things. They always give them that out, always give them that wiggle room in that time to as Stanton Friedman would say, put more black on that piece of paper than white. Let's see here. NARA, which is, again, the National Archives and Records Administration, will make material that isn't classified available online along with a search function. In March, the Pentagon released its congressionally mandated report on historic UFO cases. Instead, it found that, quote, there is no verifiable evidence that any UAP citing has presented extraterrestrial activity.
Starting point is 00:30:25 So, you know, being that this is News Nation reporting on this, I am going to play a clip with Ross Colthart, the investigative journalist. And this is Ross speaking about UFO-related documents and possible crash retrieval programs with the Hill through NewsNation. So let's watch this clip, talk about a little bit more of it on the other side, and then get to the rest of this week's stories. Check out this clip with Ross Colthart with News Nation in The Hill. Ross, thank you for being with us here on the Hill. So it turns out we're now learning through some documents that have been declassified that some of the, you know, these are some of the biggest names, right?
Starting point is 00:31:09 In politics over the last couple of few decades or so, I've been asking questions for quite some time. I wonder what you make of it. Well, Blake, good-a-day, first of all, I think there is something to it. I've been talking in Washington not too long back, a couple of months back, to senators and to congressional representatives, and it's quite clear they're aware of things that aren't being publicly released. During the course of the research for my book, I was talking to scientists, people who claimed to be working inside what they say is a legacy retrieval. reverse engineering program of non-human craft, non-human technology. And this is fairly widely openly spoken about in Congress privately.
Starting point is 00:31:58 I think what's happening is the rest of the public are catching up with a reality that's already being given to members particularly of the gang of eight, the section of Congress, the leadership in Congress that is allowed to be briefed in to the highest secrets in the land. And the gang of eight, and that included at times, Chuck Schumer and Harry Reid, Senator Harry Reid, they have been briefed into programs that the public are not allowed to know about. And I don't think we can say categorically yet that non-human technology has been recovered, because frankly, I don't think I'd feel comfortable until I'm kicking the tires of that TR3B or whatever it is in a cave, an area 51.
Starting point is 00:32:43 But I do think there's a preponderance of evidence that suggests there really is something to this. And I've spoken directly to a former U.S. Navy Director of Science Technology Development, Nat Kobitz, who before he died, went on the record with me, admitting that he had been, quote, read into a UFO crash retrieval and reverse engineering program. Oh, Nat Kovitz. Does that ring a bell, guys? Ross Kulthar was here right on somewhere in the skies where he sort of broke the story about speaking with Nak Kovitz about the program. He talked about it in other shows, but I'm going to say, we broke it. Let's go with that. Let's go with that. Anyways, interesting story that Ross believes that there is a program that has retrieved crash retrievals. Retrieved crash retrievals, Ryan, really?
Starting point is 00:33:40 Really, dude. You guys know what I mean. But, but a recent mandated report, like we mentioned from the All-Domain Anomily Resolution Office, Aero claimed that executives and major defense contractors denied the existence of any top-secretrook programs on the record, that is. So, there you go. There is an interesting story to be continued, I guess. It'll be interesting to see, you know, as this deadline passes, what comes out of it. And you know us, guys, and you know John Greenwald over at the Black Vault. They will dig and go through every single word and try to find new cases, new puzzle pieces to try to fit into this huge grand truth embargo, as it were.
Starting point is 00:34:33 And maybe, maybe we'll get some cool new cases out of it. So we'll see. We'll see. All right. What do we got next, guys? What do we got next? Oh, speaking of government UFO projects. Finally, finally, finally, finally, Luis Elizando's long-awaited book is now on pre-sale. The book is going to be called Imminent Inside the Pentagon's Hunt for UFO.
Starting point is 00:35:10 And this is a summary directly from the Amazon page. The former head of the Pentagon program responsible for the investigation of UFOs. That's if you are Stephen Green Street, that is certainly up for debate. The former, let's say quote unquote former head of the investigation of UFOs, now known as UAP, reveals long-hidden truths with profound implication for not only national security, but our understanding of the universe. Luis Lou Elizondo is a former senior intelligence officer and special agent who was recruited into a strange and highly sensitive U.S. government program to investigate UAP incursions into sensitive military installations and airspace. To accomplish his mission, Elizando had to rely on decades of experience gained working some of America's most sensitive and classified programs.
Starting point is 00:36:06 Even then, he was not prepared for what he would learn, and the truth about the government's long shadowy involvement in UAP investigations, and the lengths of officials would go to keep them secret. The stakes could not be higher. Imminent is a firsthand revelatory account inside the Pentagon's most closely guarded secret, and a call to action to confront humanity's greatest existential questions. So there you go, guys. Finally, the long-awaited, long-anticipated, or possibly long-hated book coming out by Luis Elizondo. Man, that guy takes some punches, doesn't he? Whether you love him or hate him, the UFO conversation has undeniably changed since he sort of got involved. So make of that what you will.
Starting point is 00:37:00 We will see. We'll see what comes out in this book. if anything is truly revelatory as the summary says it is. I guess us as the readers will be the judge of that. And we'll see. We'll see what happens. I don't have the release date on that. I don't know if it was on the Amazon page.
Starting point is 00:37:22 Suzanne did put a link to it for Google Books, so it might have the release date in there. Or if someone knows, you could throw it in the chat there for everyone. But yeah, I did see some people comment on it. this when I posted the story on Twitter, and a bunch of people have already pre-ordered. So there you go. There you go. All right. Let's move
Starting point is 00:37:43 to our last story, guys, of someone in the live stream tonight. And this one's a doozy. This one is a doozy somewhat related. So we're going to stay in that vein. That is retired Army
Starting point is 00:38:00 Colonel Carl now. And if you don't know who Carl Nell is, you're about to find out a lot more about him. So this story came out from America.com, and it is the U.S. Army Colonel comments on presence of alien life on Earth. Interesting. This was, he made these comments at the 2024 Salt Conference, which took place in New York City. And let's just go ahead. I'm going to play this video. It's a little on the long side.
Starting point is 00:38:38 So sit back and relax. It's about three, three and a half minutes maybe, but I tried to condense it down to kind of the highlights of what was said at the Salt Conference by Carl Nell. So let me know what you guys think. And we did run some polls on Facebook and Twitter to get your thoughts as well on this. And right here on YouTube. So I'm going to go over and check out the poll here on YouTube.
Starting point is 00:39:01 And then we'll go over to the other. polls as well because I really want to know what you guys think about this one. But let's go ahead and watch some of the footage from the Salt Conference that recently took place with Carl Nell. Do you believe that a higher form of non-human intelligence has visited this planet? Right. So non-human intelligence exists. Non-human intelligence has been interacting with humanity. this interaction is not new and it's been ongoing. And there are unelected people in the government that are aware of that. And so, Carl, that is quite a bold statement.
Starting point is 00:39:44 I'm wondering and I'm curious, how confident are you that that is true? There's zero doubt. What evidence have you seen? What was the moment where you develop this level of conviction? because what you're saying is extremely consequential and very important. And I know that a lot of people here, even perhaps, may not believe that statement. Probably a better way to ask that is how can the folks in the audience come to a common understanding of what this phenomenon is? And so there's sort of two tracks here.
Starting point is 00:40:19 One is from first principles and another is actually from the data. So let's take a look at the data. So we can look at some folks that have very, very important. high-level access to information, like Paul Hellyer, who was the defense chief for Canada, has come out and said the same thing. We can look at Ham Eshed, the former head of Israel's Space Force, has said the same thing. Chris Mellon, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Intel, Sapko has essentially said the same thing. Lou Al-Azando has said the same thing. David Grush has said the same thing, David Grush
Starting point is 00:40:57 cleared for presidentially level material. So you're looking at people that are in a position to know this, and they're telling you the same thing. You could take a look at the gang of eight in the Senate and in Congress. So there's two members of the gang of eight, Marco Rubio
Starting point is 00:41:13 and Senator Trucks Schumer, that signed up to the UAP Disclosure Amendment last year that basically said they're not being told the truth, and we need to push forward on that. So that's sort of an overview of some of the data. From a first principle standpoint, what's so unusual about this realization? There's billions of stars in the galaxy. Life here evolved in 500 million years,
Starting point is 00:41:39 which is basically a blink of an eye. We've found planets around every star that we've looked at. It's likely that the universe is full of life. Yet the government itself has not formally disclosed. They've been very reluctant to do that. Why? Why do you think that is? So there's six basic reasons, and this, again, you could draw this out from first principles. There's a national security reason. There's the lack of a plan. There's the potential for societal disruption. There's the possibility that there's some non-public agreement.
Starting point is 00:42:10 There's the potential for misdeeds and the desire to cover up misdeeds. And there's just the basic organizational intransigence and lack of priority that might be associated with the topic. So all these things are factors. The issue is that really the national. national security issue subsumes all the others. And so there's an opportunity maybe to contract the national security issue similarly to what was done with nuclear weapons and nuclear energy, such that nuclear energy is not necessarily classified and is available to the public. But lack of a plan and the potential for societal disruption are key ingredients that would prevent any
Starting point is 00:42:48 responsible leader from coming forward with information that they don't have the means to address in a responsible way. It would be. be irresponsible to do that. I agree with his thoughts on being prepared for such things and that we are not prepared and that that is a big reason for the cover up, for the truth embargo, all of it, all of it. Not being prepared for something that you don't know enough about is essentially the biggest problem and the biggest risk to national security. So no wonder a lot of it is classified and everything because we don't know what we're dealing
Starting point is 00:43:24 with these crazy amounts of different phenomena that are occurring. Welcome back. Polly says, thank you, guys. Thank you. So, yeah, I get that, especially when you're dealing something that challenges national security, challenges religion, challenges economics, the military, impacts us greatly, existentially, psychologically, in every way, shape, and form. That's what UFOs do.
Starting point is 00:43:50 So, again, that could be a big reason a lot of this. is covered up if there is a non-human intelligence visiting us, and some people do know and some don't. My issue, as I was saying, while I was on silent that whole time again, my huge apologies. Thanks for sticking with me, guys. My big issues are red flags with this Nell interview or whatever it is at the Sault Conference is, first of all, Fuse the Electron, or no, it was Stink Floyd, excuse me. Stink Floyd was saying that Nell was actually, he actually, he actually, challenged a whistleblower.
Starting point is 00:44:27 And let me go back up to the comment here. Because I want to get it right. Anyways, Svezi Electron was talking about how he actually now retaliated against a whistleblower, which is weird because now he's like an advocate for people like David Grush and protections against whistleblowers. So maybe he's learned his lesson and is now coming out on the other side wanting to help them. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:44:52 But I do find it strange and odd. that he did that and now is like pushing for the whistleblowers. And the other big thing is that Nell, even like Grush, everything they're coming forward with, that there's non-human intelligence here. There's crash retrieval programs. We know about it. People have worked on these.
Starting point is 00:45:14 They heard it from somebody or from somebody's dog or from, you know, a genie in about a bottle. that came out and told another person who then went online, put it in a chat room, that non-human intelligence exists. It's been here for a long time. Government knows about it. I know that's a crazy exaggerated explanation, but let's be honest. Nell hasn't seen these things. He hasn't worked on these things. He doesn't know for sure. Grush also testified under oath that these things exist, but he was not the one to directly work on them. So we are getting a lot of hearsay. And that's
Starting point is 00:45:56 where we've been at for so damn long. So, again, I don't know. I don't know what to make of it. They were very bold words by Nell. Kenny, back it up. That's where we're at right now. So we'll see. We'll see what happens. We will see what happens. Again, huge thank you to you guys for sticking through that ridiculous amount of silence.
Starting point is 00:46:19 Really do appreciate it. Cizza, check sound. That was back. when I was on silent. Thank you, Suzanne. Thank you. If you're just joining us, guys, and if it was during that huge pause, we are on our last story for tonight, the Army Colonel who claimed alien presence on birth. So, like I said, I put these polls up on Facebook, and I asked, do you guys believe now? On Facebook, 83% of you said yes. On Twitter, 75% of you said yes. on Facebook, 8% said no.
Starting point is 00:46:55 Twitter, 12% said no. Facebook, some of it, 8%. That's pretty close to know. And Twitter, 9%. And then what, who? 2% on Twitter, 1% on Facebook. I'm going to go up into the YouTube, and I put a poll there as well.
Starting point is 00:47:14 I want to see what you guys said there. Let's see. So it appears that over on YouTube, Do you believe Army Colonel Nell's claims of ET presence on Earth? 68% of you said yes. 5% said no. 21% said not sure. 5% said who what.
Starting point is 00:47:33 And that was out of 73 votes. So thank you guys for voting in that. So it seems like the majority of you do believe Carl Nell. And hey, that's all the power to you. All the power to you. Let's see here. Sorry, Ryan, but I've been seen. things and this was 30 years ago, the impatience of the new generation is frustrating.
Starting point is 00:47:56 We've been told we're crazy for years. I know. I know. Crazy. Crazy. Crazy. All right, guys. Well, that's going to do it for our news stories. I'm going to go ahead and go to some of your listener questions that I've starred here, and Suzanne has starred. I'm not muted again, am I, Polly? Let's go to some of these start things. here. Stephen Giles asks, any more witness accounts? Love that series that you do. It's funny. You mentioned that, Stephen. Thank you so much for asking. This Monday, we are hitting up witness accounts, volume 30. We have made it to 30 volumes of witness accounts. That is crazy to me. Absolutely crazy. So thank you. Thank you for that.
Starting point is 00:48:52 It's going to be super, super exciting. I've got a very intriguing few stories, but one in particular comes from a former Marine and a sighting that he and several other Marines had while in the service. I don't believe he's ever talked about this before. So be on the lookout for that in this upcoming Monday's all new episode of Summer in the Skies, which will be Volume 30 of Witness Account.
Starting point is 00:49:18 I cannot wait for you guys to hear that. Thank you, thank you. Again, huge thank you to Jordan for the super sticker. Huge thank you to Todd for the super chat. What else do we have here? I did not get to say hi to Alien Bug. So hello, hello, Ryan. Hello to Alien Bug.
Starting point is 00:49:39 What else? What else? Vincent says, your mother is so proud of you. Thank you, Vincent. I truly appreciate that, man. I have a little memorial behind me here. Let me go full screen for a minute of my mother, Sue Sprague, who passed away about a week and a half ago. And I am missing her greatly.
Starting point is 00:50:02 Here we go, again. She was my biggest supporter. Always has been, always will be. She loved the live stream. She loved hopping in the chat and watching every week, listening to the podcast, reading my books always in my corner through the good times and the bad. So cannot thank her enough. Cannot thank my incredible father and sister for also being the biggest supporters for me as well. We miss her dearly, but the good memories are keeping us going.
Starting point is 00:50:37 And she would want us to continue doing this and having these awesome talks every week. So yes, yes. Thank you, Vincent. I truly appreciate those kind words. let's see. Jay Ellen Hineken says we're talking wrestling in UFOs. We are talking UFOs tonight, Jay Allen. However, right before I went on this live stream, I did a interview with a wrestler that will be coming out on the Somewhere in the Ring podcast within the next week or so. It's going to be part of a new side series we're doing it,
Starting point is 00:51:11 somewhere in the ring. So I will be making an announcement about that in the very near future, probably on this upcoming week's episode of Somewhere in the Ring, which will be coming to you Wednesday. So yeah, guys, if you like wrestling, I started a wrestling podcast with Andrew Stanford. You know him from the live streams from the podcast. Awesome buddy of mine from New York City.
Starting point is 00:51:33 And we started a wrestling podcast. And E1, our incredible network, and Lionsgate, our incredible network as well, decided to pick up the show. So we now have somewhere in the skies and somewhere in the ring. both under the Lionsgate and E1 banner. We couldn't be more honored and excited to continue working with them on both of these shows.
Starting point is 00:51:55 So shout out to Lionsgate, shout out to E1, and shout out to all of you guys for your support. Check out the wrestling show if you haven't. You can subscribe wherever you get somewhere in the skies. There is a YouTube channel as well for somewhere in the ring. Just type it in on YouTube. Be sure to like and subscribe over there as well. So thank you. Thank you for asking.
Starting point is 00:52:15 Tad has a question here. Wonder what is the mindset of the people operating the DAPSA approvals for imminent? I wonder that too, Tad. I mean, that is, I guess, my assumption why the books took so long, the things that needed to be cleared in the book. I don't know that for a fact. I have met up with Elizondo several times and talked about the imminent book, but he never would tell me when the book was coming out and that there was a lot of work to still be done. And look, as an author, I completely understand that. No, I didn't have to go
Starting point is 00:52:58 through Dobser for my books or anything like that, but I had to go through heavy editing, heavy, heavy, heavy editing. And it can take a while. It can take a while. And especially with a book like his and how big it's probably going to be, how high profile it's going to be, it probably had to go not only through Dobser a lot, but through editing as well. So that could be Wally it took so long, but I don't know what the Dopser. Dopsa people are thinking, probably nothing. All they really have to do is go through it and make sure that nothing is classified. And if it is, that it needs to be taken out of the manuscript. They do not, you know, have opinions on things said in the book.
Starting point is 00:53:35 They are merely there to make sure nothing that's classified is published. So I don't know. They probably all each have their own thoughts and theories, as do everyone who works in the government and as does anyone who probably has worked on quote unquote government or military UFO projects. They all have their own reasons for being involved and probably thoughts and theories on what it is they're doing. So I don't know. I don't know. That's a good question, though. Thank you for asking. Let me see here. Android paranormal. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much for the super sticker. Your mom's determination for decades after organ transplants is so inspiring
Starting point is 00:54:16 while I go through painful spine issues that threaten paralyzing me while I wait for surgery. Thank you for sharing her story. Wow, man. First off, I am sending you nothing but well wishes on the issues that you're having with your spine issues. And I am praying, hoping that paralyization is not something you ever have to endure or go through. So all of us are sending our well wishes to you and stay strong. If there is anything I have learned from my mother, Sue Sprague, it's that strength and resilience can go a very, very long way.
Starting point is 00:54:59 My mother was diagnosed with diabetes, stage one when she was four years old and she was extremely sick her entire life to the point where her kidneys failed. She had to go on dialysis. We almost lost her several times. throughout the years, but she fought like a warrior every single damn time. She learned to walk again at one point. After being in the hospital for over 50 days, I will never forget that. She has been through everything you can possibly think of.
Starting point is 00:55:31 But the one thing that always stood out to me about my mother is that while she was always had some health issues, she was never, never, never defined by her limits, by her health, by her diseases. She was always defined by her resilience. And she was never a victim. She was always a fighter, always a survivor. And she fought to the very last moment. And look, man, what you're going through, keep fighting, nowhere in your corner. and if watching these live streams, listening to the show,
Starting point is 00:56:12 if that can be even a distraction for you, get you through the day and not have to think about your health, I feel like I've done something for someone. So again, again, Android Party Normal, thank you, thank you so much, truly appreciate that. And a portion of your donation will go to my mother's favorite charity, and that is the Seventh Heaven Animal Rescue. So, cheers, brother.
Starting point is 00:56:37 Cheers to that. Going back to the live chat, guys, I'm going to do, I think that's it for questions. Guys, I've got one more here. If you do have a question, put it in the chat really quick, and we are going to get out of here. Because I got stuff to do, and I know you do too. It's Friday. Who's going out? You people in the UK and Europe are probably getting ready for bed, so thanks for sticking with us, guys.
Starting point is 00:57:02 Polly. Love Polly. Thank you so much for being here. My question on Eminent, be what can be possibly written in the book that we already don't know under the same censure? Good question. A lot of people aren't expecting a lot of groundbreaking things, but look, we won't know until we read the book. Maybe there's some curveballs that was going to throw our way. I look forward to reading it, reviewing it, critiquing it,
Starting point is 00:57:30 which I think is very important. I wish more people would critique books. People should do critique or criticize mine. That's for damn sure. But look, you have to expect that. Whether it's doing a live stream on YouTube, doing a podcast every week, writing books, being on TV, that comes with a lot of ways to be criticized. So you've got to have a thick skin and you got to really stand behind the work that you do. And I firmly do. I believe in the work I do. And I believe that all of you who are here watching not only believe in me and my work, but believe
Starting point is 00:58:11 in yourselves that we can all come together and try to find answers to all of this. Will we ever get those answers fully? Let's be honest, probably not. But hey, I'm no UFO expert. Even if some TV show or whatever has put that under my name, it ain't true.
Starting point is 00:58:29 And that was not my choice to put it there. Nobody's an expert on any of this stuff. Any of it. You guys know that. We're all just learning and stumbling along in UFOs and in life. Why are we here? Are we alone? I don't know. You don't know. Nobody knows for sure. But we're going to continue searching for those answers. Save now at Whole Foods Market. It's the summer splash event. Starting point is 00:59:16 Available at the prepared foods counter. Get Summer Splash Savings Now at Whole Foods Market. Somewhere in the sky. All right. Thank you for the question. I'm going to check one more time for any. anything I missed here. Android asks, do you think
Starting point is 00:59:36 Colonel Nell's speech at Salt will open investors' minds and wallets in their private sector like donating Saul and Galileo? That's very possible. A lot of people think that is the only reason that he did this. And, oh, excuse me, what a hiccup. What a hiccup that was, guys.
Starting point is 00:59:53 So you got about 10 minutes of silence from me tonight, and you got a hiccup mid-sentence. Awesome. I don't know. I mean, that is what you know, the Salt Conference is. It's to find investors
Starting point is 01:00:07 for scientific endeavors, business endeavors, and Seoul and Galileo are always looking for investors. So if that's the way of doing it, then I guess good for them? I don't know. I don't know. They can do that. They can go
Starting point is 01:00:24 speak at Salt. I'm going to do live streams on YouTube and on Twitter or X. That's how I'm going to continue supporting the work here at somewhere in the live stream and somewhere in the skies, which ain't cheap. I'm just saying. I'm just saying.
Starting point is 01:00:40 Thank you for the question. All right. I'm going to check one last time. Hello, hides in long grass. Welcome back. Haven't seen you in a while. When does the next season of Expedition Bigfoot come out? Good question.
Starting point is 01:00:56 I don't know the answer to that, but I know someone who does, and I'm going to be speaking to him very. soon. You heard him in a recent episode of Somewhere in the Skies. If you haven't listened to the episode, it's probably one of my favorite episodes I've made after our long, long break. And that was our episode on, oh gosh, Project Grudge. We talked all about Project Grudge. And Bryce Johnson, one of the hosts of Expedition Bigfoot, he's a big time Hollywood actor. He was just in Oppenheimer. He was in Willow Creek, the Bigfoot found footage film. He's done so much work.
Starting point is 01:01:36 He hosts the incredible podcast, The Bigfoot Collectors Club with Michael McMillian. So if you're not subscribed to that, please go over and check out the boys over there at the club. Riley as well, shout out to Riley. They're amazing third host and producer. Bryce was in my episode on Project Grudge. So I hope you will check that out. He did incredible, incredible voice work in that episode. episode. So did many others as well. So I don't know when the new season of Expedition Bigfoot comes out,
Starting point is 01:02:08 but I'm sure we will find out soon. Wink, wink, yeah. So thank you. Thank you for the question. Drew, Drew, sorry, Drunbrough, there we go. Is your had a reference to unsolved mysteries? Yes. I'm so happy you ask that. No one's commented on it yet. So Wolfville is a small town in Nova Scotia. And like I'm mentioned in the beginning of the show, I am filming in Nova Scotia Canada, a ghost show called Haunted. And Wolfville has been one of my favorite places that we visited, also one of the most haunted to be continued. But yes, I saw this hat in a local shop and immediately I'm like, that's the Unsolved Mysteries logo. And I had to get it. And it's become like my favorite hat. So yeah, yeah. It ain't leaving this head anytime soon. I'll tell you that much, except when I'm in the shower. All right.
Starting point is 01:03:05 Hello, Takari. Welcome back. Welcome, welcome, welcome. Glad to see you here. Android says, well, I didn't know Bryce was in Oppenheimer. Yes. Bryce actually played. This is hilarious, Android. Here's a little trivia for you guys. Bryce Johnson, huge UFO guy. He actually played an officer in Oppenheimer that was part of the 509th bomb group, which if you don't know, played heavily into the Roswell UFO crash. So mind blown. I saw him show up in the movie, first of all. Like, he didn't tell anyone he was in Oppenheimer. He was waiting for people to go see it. And he also, you know, you never know if your scenes get cut in the movie or whatnot. But he straight up has speaking dialogue with Oppenheimer. So cool. I was fanboying out.
Starting point is 01:03:54 And yeah, let alone playing an officer who is part of the 509 bomb group. There are no coincidences, guys. That's all I'm saying. Really, really, really cool. All right. I think that's going to do it, guys. Like I mentioned, we have
Starting point is 01:04:13 a brand new episode of witness accounts coming to you very soon. And speaking on that, last but not least, witness accounts directly inspired my most recent book, Stories from somewhere in the skies. And
Starting point is 01:04:29 yeah, stories from somewhere in the skies is literally a compilation of the greatest hits from the witness account series here. at the podcast. Your witness accounts that you've submitted to the show. This book actually hit number one on the bestsellers list when it came out, and we have awesome testimonials like this one from Henry Zabrowski from the last podcast on the left.
Starting point is 01:04:54 He said of the book, The Summer in the Sky's podcast is informed, empathetic and always interesting. Stories from somewhere in the skies is no different. This collected volume of witness stories explores the mystery at the heart of the UFO experience. So a huge thank you to Henry Sabrarski from last podcast on the left for that testimonial. You can see it on the back of the book. The book is now available in paperback and e-book. So just head on over to Amazon. You can get it there along with my other book as well, somewhere in the skies, a human approach to the UFO phenomenon. I am working on a brand new book
Starting point is 01:05:29 slowly but surely. So yeah, yeah, I can't wait for you guys to read the new book as well. But yeah, please, if you haven't, check out the books, rate and review them over on Amazon. That helps tremendously to help us get featured, help more people determine if they want to buy the books or not. So yeah, please, please check them out. Highly, highly would appreciate that. And like I mentioned earlier as well, guys, the live stream that you're watching here on a Friday night live is going to be moving to Sundays at 4 p.m. So put that in your calendar. I don't know, set notifications.
Starting point is 01:06:11 Whatever you've got to do, ring that bell. Smash that like button, as the young folks say, the young ones. Yeah, we'll be doing these every Sunday, not this Sunday, but after that we will be moving to Sundays at 4 p.m. Eastern Standard. So I want to say a huge thank you to all of you for being here tonight. Thank you again for sticking with me through that 10 awkward moments of silence. That was hilarious. Can't wait to go back and watch that.
Starting point is 01:06:37 and cringe it myself. But yeah, I think that's all I got, guys. Please, if you haven't already, subscribe to the channel here on YouTube.
