Hello and welcome back to spiritually speaking with me Sam.
And with me, Jess.
Welcome back, everyone.
Welcome back.
It's almost Christmas.
It's almost Christmas.
I'm really feeling excited for Christmas now.
Oh, I bet you are though.
I kind of feel like when you are in the UK, you probably feel it even more.
Yeah, definitely.
And we went and saw Love at actually with the orchestra on the weekend.
Oh, my God, yes, I forgot about that.
your Instagram story. Is it really good?
Yeah, it was so good.
I won't lie. Sorry, I had a little chuckle as well when you said, like, you sobbed the whole way through.
Because, like, I just laughed because I just could imagine you doing that the whole way through.
But I've met my match because Ben basically did the same as well.
No. Oh, my God. That is so sweet.
But he used to be in an orchestra, so he, like, really respects the music.
So, like, wow. I know. He's like, he's a musical man.
and so he was very much like really loving it but as soon as they started playing like
the love actually like they just did that the intro tune I just felt this overwhelming
that energy over my whole body and just could not stop crying but I really find that with
live music like it really like hits me and it's a bit like obviously sound healing and whatever
but oh it was just unreal and then we saw a sign for
or um twilight have got the live band experience with the orchestra um and i am like a real
twilight fan like growing up i was obsessed of it and i love the soundtrack of twilight i think
it's like phenomenal music and we're doing that in february now so we've sort of booked a few
little things which is like music and film related which is oh that's so nice we did the harry
potter one uh not that long ago that was really good because andy loves harry potter so
was that was really good and I agree though like I saw the Lion King in London once and that was
amazing like the like you say like the music I definitely felt it and but it it just made me laugh
and I saw that on your story because I was like I literally what came to my mind is I was like
jess is so in touch with her emotions like I'm just not like that but I don't know why well no
I actually do know why because I then thought about this and this is obviously we're going off on a bit
of tangent here but I then thought like actually around me like in my family no one cries my
sister's a bit of a cryer she is a bit of a cryer like she cries if I started crying she'd cry
but um she's still not probably to the same extent that maybe you know you are but um yeah
I'm just not as like I don't know what it is but I think it's a really nice thing to be
able to express your emotions like that I think what it is is it's been really present like in
those moments so like for me like the music is obviously like a form of like sensation isn't it's like
yeah it's like being so present in that moment and just experiencing it like and I know that sounds
a bit cheesy but I think that's what it is with me like in moments I really feel it and
obviously then my body just expresses it with tears um but yeah it's I also think
I think I've always cried. Like I've always been a cryer, like sad, happy, overwhelmed, stressed.
Like, I'd resign from jobs and cry even though I hated the job and wanted to leave. Like,
any time I have emotion, it comes out in tears. But I have got sort of like, I manage it a bit
more now, like with stress or whatever as much as I can. But yeah, it's funny because I wouldn't
say I've got a family of cries either, to be honest. Like, you know.
they're all quite yeah it is good to express your emotions like that anyway yeah i think like i just
enjoy moments and experiences so much and when i'm in them and i think this is the pices i escape in that
moment and just feel it so deeply um so i guess a bit like how children sort of experience things
in a way i do feel like i have like childlike ways about me in certain things i do you know
Yeah, my kids bloody know all to cry, that's for sure.
Well, how are you feeling about Christmas?
Because it's going to be a bit more,
no, they're not going to fully understand
that they're probably enjoying all of the Christmas stuff.
Oh, I am excited.
Like, yeah, then obviously not like at that age yet,
but they will definitely understand,
they'll be excited.
So, like, when they come downstairs and see presents,
they will be so excited.
And they'll be like, you know, like looking around,
and they do a good shocked face, things like that.
So they'll definitely be excited.
And Blake specifically, both of them are,
but Blake specifically is obsessed with scooters.
Like, I mean, she will steal any kid's scooter right in the park.
Like, I literally see her run and she will dart for any scooter
and, like, try and get a kid off it.
So I've obviously got them scooters for Christmas.
So I'm trying to figure out,
do I put the scooters under the tree,
like up or do I put them in the box I don't really know maybe like just up have them up
have them up yeah like with a bow on them or something yeah so then it's like they're ready to
scoot straight away yeah yeah yeah I think that's a good plan yeah so um so no I am really excited
for that so we've got andy's woman dad coming and staying with us so they are here from the 17th
December they're here for three weeks which is obviously a really long time and so that'll be nice
and they've never had Christmas abroad before.
Oh.
And we've never had anyone come to us for Christmas before.
And it's crazy really because we've always spent Christmas here.
Like, I think we've gone home for maybe two Christmases since we've lived here.
I think that's it.
And obviously we've lived here for quite a while now.
We've had like, this is our eighth Christmas, I think.
So, yeah, I love having Christmas here.
Like, obviously it's completely different in terms of what you would do in the UK and stuff like that.
but for me
the reason why I love it here
is just the weather is perfect
like it is so good
the weather right now
and you can just do your day
with ease and like
don't get me wrong
I would love to go home
and be with my family
and get to see my niece
and get to see my mum and dad
and my sister and you know everyone
but I know my friends and their kids
but there's this thing
like when we go back to the UK
of like we always had to kind of
like you kind of there's a lot of logistics who's going to be where right we need to drive to
this person's house and then we'll have morning here afternoon here and like I'm very fortunate there's
not that many logistics because everybody lives quite close to one another but it does involve
driving I love to have a drink so I don't want to be driving around and um yeah I don't know
I just love the fact that here it's just very easy and like the the whole of Dubai
continues ticking as normal on Christmas
Day. So if I need to go to
Spinnies because I forgot milk on Christmas
Day, it's fine, it's open. Or
if I need to go and get, or I
go get a Starbucks on Christmas morning.
Like, it's just a really
nice thing. I like that.
And I love eating outside
and sitting outside into the evening
on Christmas Day, playing games
and drinking and yeah.
So I am really looking forward
to it. I'm hoping that Andy's mum and dad absolutely love
it, which I'm sure they will. So then they want
come back again um but i do think at some point soonish in the next couple of years we will
definitely go home for a christmas because i do want the girls to experience having it there as well
like with all their cousins and stuff like that so as to when that'll be i don't think it'll be
next year because fuck flying with them when they're almost three i think it needs to be when
they're like almost four but who knows maybe i'll be brave enough by then yeah you just have to see how it
goes and like but i get what you're saying i never had all the like places i visited i always made
sure i was home for christmas but i feel like i am like mrs claus when it comes to christmas i get
very excited and like just love it and i love being cold at christmas so like i find like it needs
to be cold i need to be in jumpers and i need marks and spencer's picky bits i know you can get
those in Dubai but like yes love the picky bit
ones in Dubai from so we we actually looked the other day and it was pretty poor I won't
lie and I was saying because we so we have Marks and Spencer in Dubai but we have a much
smaller version than what you get in the UK and the food is just not the same it's not like
oh my God when we go home in the summer we literally do all of our food shops pretty much
in M&S because we just love it it's so much fun going in there like such good food
yeah so no they had like a small Christmas section
we looked the other day but it was not of it was actual um like fresh food it was all just
like the biscuits yeah yeah no that's the thing like all the we had a night the other day
where we basically tried out loads of the mnest picky bits and was like rating them of like
which one was our favorite um and it was just so good and um so i just i just love it but i think
one thing i have to think about in December is like not pigging out too much that i can actually
enjoy the food sort of Christmas Eve Christmas Day and Boxing Day because I spoil it for
myself and start smashing out cheese boards like beginning of December and then I'm like I've
overdone it with the cheese so I'm like right no cheese until Christmas Eve like I feel like I
really want to savour it and enjoy it so I'm sort of um think like doing things like that at the
moment to sort of prepare um but we're going to Dusseldorf we're pre-recording this because um
it's close to Christmas when this comes out
but we're heading to Dusseldorf
for the Christmas markets in like two days time
so I'm really excited for that
because that's going to get us really Christmassy as well
that'll be so special
yeah so it'd be good
are you going to have any traditions this Christmas
have you got anything with the girls?
So last year we taught them to see Santa
at the suit Madina so we're going to do the same again this year
River really doesn't like Santa though
like she really cries like it yeah
so she's not a fan of that kind of thing
So we'll just do like Christmasy bits like that
We're going to go to the beach on Christmas Eve
And New Year's Day
And then
Like Christmas Eve last year
We had everyone round to our house
And we did like
We did like chicken and all like turkey sandwiches
With stuff in and stuff like that
And had everyone round
Because we had a lot of friends here last year
For Christmas
Whereas this year
Not as many people are here for Christmas
So I think we'll have a few people around
Maybe Christmas Eve
But I'm also aware now
that because we've got his mum and dad here,
we need to, like, prepare the dinner.
Yeah.
Because it's going to be more of a dinner,
do you know what I mean, on Christmas day?
I want to prepare it all on Christmas Eve,
so we don't have to do it really on Christmas.
So I'm not really sure.
I'm kind of less bothered, to be honest.
But, yeah, Christmas Eve, I'd like to do bits like that.
I still have a little bit of work to do come Christmas Eve
because I will pay all of my staff before Christmas.
and they finish work on the 23rd
but it'll be late on the 23rd
so then kind of Christmas Eve
I'll have to be sorting that out
and pay everybody
so that's that
but yeah not really
oh sorry we do have a tradition
our tradition is not with the girls
is we go to brunch on boxing day
that's before I can't remember
yeah so I'm looking forward to that as well
but yeah not really got any traditions
to be honest going on right now
yeah you got to start
Maybe as they get older.
Yeah, exactly.
We have stockings, I suppose.
Andy wants to do the footsteps.
You know, he was like, we're going to do that.
So I was like, right, okay.
Maybe we'll leave a drink out.
I don't know.
We used to do that myself.
So when I was a kid, my mom and dad used to make us,
and obviously this was where we're a little bit older,
like maybe four at four onwards.
They used to make us have breakfast before we were allowed to open presents.
Yeah, we had that as well.
Yeah.
And like, I'd be like, come on to my dad like, yeah, hurry off.
And then he teased me and be like, oh, I'm just going to go and have a shower.
And I'd be like, no, because I really went away to the presents, which was dead cute.
So maybe we'll do that one day with us.
Yeah.
What are you doing?
We would have that.
We would literally, like, obviously I've got my two sisters.
And there's like a 10 year age gap between me and my older sister.
So I feel like the tradition which she used to be hung over every Christmas day,
which like always out Christmas Eve.
So I would literally like, yeah, I'd like wake her up
and be like, come on, Santa's come, like, you know,
got to go down, she'd just be really dishevelled.
And then we'd all go down and then it would be like,
my mum is not a morning person.
Like she doesn't get up energized.
Me and my dad like wake up ready for the day,
but mum would have like sheet marks all on her face
where she's like squashed on the bed, like, you know.
So we'd sort of go in and be.
like come on you need to come down and it would just take her ages you know and you'd
like oh and we'd make them tea one day of the year yes i know we'd make tea and leave it downstairs
and then dad would always play and he still does Frankie goes to hollywood the power of love
which is controversial as a christmas song but it's definitely for our family and he plays it
as loud as he can and we just sing it and it actually makes me really emotional whenever i think
of that song because it's such a...
That is so lovely.
Yeah, like whenever I hear it, it also makes me cry.
So, yeah, so we do that.
But as kids and then it would be like, come on.
And then I think we did sort of have a phase where we had breakfast and we could open
one present, but we would always take it in terms of Christmas presents.
So like, we never were a family that just opened all the presents.
Like we would sit and watch everyone.
Yeah, we did that as well.
bus and I loved that because there was like this anticipation you know there was mom would be
writing down you know what the gift was who was it from I mom did that so then you could write a
thank you card yeah exactly so that was sort of like I'll set up and I do think when you know
we have children that would be something that I would bring in but I think like yeah like
things like that but we've built some traditions already suffered Christmas so like we've got
all new decorations um that we got for the tree which are really nice
And we've done Eminus Picky Bits, which I think is going to be a theme of our life with me and
Ben.
And then we have my parents over on Christmas Eve.
So we're going to basically be spending Christmas at Ben.
So my mum and dad are coming around to his for dinner and we're actually doing like a Marks and
Spencer special.
I feel like we should have like a paid promotion from Marks and Spencer.
Yeah, literally at this point.
Yeah.
But I'm not going to just like share what the menu is because it's actually a sort of.
surprise for my parents so and they listen we know there are number one listeners they are so you know
they can't find out and then um I'm actually spending Christmas day with Ben just the two of us
which I've never done anything like this before um because all my family are doing Christmas in there
like little little families and then we're all coming together boxing day um so we're going
to have a nice Christmas dinner so we've ordered the turkey from the farm shop
we've got a big box of vegetables being delivered from sort of some local vegetable place
very wholesome I'm really looking forward to it and yeah like my nieces are a little bit like
what the fuck am I not seeing you on Christmas today and I'm like well I'm seeing you boxing day
but like obviously you know I've sort of got someone else I'm going to spend Christmas with now
they're just not used to having to share you are they are not it's definitely an adjustment
Like, you know, my little nephew, Jack, was like, does Betbet?
They call me Betbet, my family.
He was like, does Betbet live in another country again?
Because I've not seen her.
And I was like, Jack, Jack, you saw me last week, mate, I picked her up from school.
Like, I'm still around.
It's just like, guilt tripping me.
I know.
I'll say, for goodness sake.
But I will then all be together boxing day and there's like 25 of us.
Jesus.
And me and my brother-in-law are the chefs.
So we take on that role every year.
and I would say I'm famous for like my bubble and squeak and bubble and sprouts dishes and all
of that so that's going to be really nice and then literally just chill out in between Christmas
and New Year and it made me laugh you said you're going to the beach on New Year's Day.
We will be going to the beach but it will be South End on Sea Beach because New Year's Day for
me is such a lovely day to just be by the water and fresh air but it's not going to be the same
as being on the palm
or somewhere nice in the water.
So yeah, that's the energy.
I'm very excited though.
It feels really nice and I'm finishing work.
Literally, I've got two more calls left.
Oh, wow.
I have my break, which is lovely.
So, yeah, bring on.
Oh, that's so nice.
Yeah, I'm so excited.
I really can't wait for Andy's mum and dad to get here now.
I'd be laughing.
So I've not seen them obviously since the summer
and the girls have changed so much
and they know them like the girls
like when we Skype them and stuff
so I'm really looking forward to having them here
and just doing some nice bits
and we're going on a steak hay and stuff like that with them
so that'll be good that'd be good babes
and are you cooking or is Andy cooking
when do I ever cook
I actually actually I cooked the other night
like the first time in so long
and I said to him I was like can you believe this
and he was like not really
we've got a new barbecue so I thought
oh I'll give that a go
um no andy will be cooking and so will his mom um although i am your chicken chicken you do you're
good yeah we are a chicken family at christmas we are a chicken family i know that's your tradition
i would happily have turkey but i'm not the one cooking it so he said chicken so i was like
okay i actually said i think we need a selection of meats and he looked at me like he was ready
to um say something rude to me because he was like you don't cook you can't choose a selection of
meets. Well, Andy, if you're listening, yes, you can because you could slow cook a gammon
join and sort of do it with glazed honey and then it's not like consuming your oven and
stress and things. That's true. I wonder if a gammon is easy to come by in Dubai. In the British
butchers, the one they'll have it. Yeah, they'll be able to. Okay. Yeah, I'll have a look at that.
But yeah, so I don't know. I think we'll, I'm good though. I am really good at like rose potatoes. I'm so
good at, like the bits. I'm good at the bits. Bips and bobs. Yeah. So I'm also good at making
drinks. So I am planning, yeah, like a nice frozen orange cocktail with Prosecco over it.
Because I think that'll be so nice. I bought some new glasses for that. Um, love that. Yeah,
I love like a nice bookstiz in the morning. Mm. Yeah, I like a good bottle of red wine while
I'm cooking. I always feel like I can get a little bit boozy while cooking, which is nice. Yeah.
Yeah, mine's always with the fizz.
Yeah, yeah, we've got some champagne in, which is a bit of a treat.
I'm like, oh, blind, we were getting a bit posh, always.
Yeah.
Oh, babe, so that's lovely.
Shall we now get on to some questions?
Because, honestly, I woke up so excited to answer the questions for today.
I didn't know what they were, but I had a good feeling,
and I've had a little glimpse at them, and they look great.
They are good.
Right, I am going to get them ready.
I feel that we can start some problems today for people
and guide them which is really nice.
Yeah, I agree and a lot of people loved the ones
that we did the other day so.
Okay, right, fuck it, I'm just going to get this ready.
There we go, okay.
So, firstly, I would like to say thank you again,
everybody for sending in your questions.
Please feel free to keep sending them in.
The link is in our bio on our Instagram,
which is at spiritually speaking underscore podcast.
We love having your questions.
Please, please, please keep sending them in.
um okay so let's get started also i've got a little bit i feel like i've got a little bit sniffily
yeah so i apologize for i sound a little bit nasally um anyway okay so
do you need to just give your nose a big blow no no i'm good i'm good sometimes you know
when you're like i just need to blow my name i know literally um right okay hi ladies my partner
and i are in our mid 30s we have been working towards moving to our
forever home next year in the UK. Ah, okay, so I'm assuming maybe this person's in Dubai.
However, neither of us can get the thoughts out of our minds of relocate into Australia.
Neither of us have been before, but we have close friends out there. We see how different their
life is and we can help. I think that's we can't help. Oh yeah. We can't help but feel like
we need to try it out for ourselves and scratch the itch. But I'm worried about spending all that
money and being homesick and wanting to move back home, then we've spent all of our house money
on that. Is a relocation on the cards for us, or should we stay put in the UK? Okay, sorry,
you're not in Dubai. My partner has tentatively been offered a job out there with a possible
sponsorship, and I have a work connection there that could be promising. I'm scared but excited
about the prospect. Know that you've both lived abroad, so any advice is much appreciated. Thank
in advance.
So, sorry, just to summarize,
I feel like I've read that really badly.
This person is obviously living in the UK,
has just saved up to buy a house
and settle there,
but he's thinking about moving to Australia
and doesn't know what to do.
My very quick response,
Jess is probably going to give you
a much better, more detailed,
spiritual response.
My response is go.
Absolutely go.
Why would you not?
Who cares if you spend the money for your house?
You're going to make the money back at another time.
money is money it comes and goes like experiences are what you live for and what are so important
and what feed your soul so what if you go and decide that your homesick you just go home yeah
it's not that deep just go try it enjoy yourself i understand that relocating is a big thing i
really really do but you never know until you just give it a go yeah no definitely i completely
agree with you um there it is like are you going to regret this in 20 years time
and think, do you know what, we should have done it.
We had the money, like we're in a position.
Like, I do think that it's important when those scratches arrive that you want to
itch to sort of explore it.
Now, maybe a good suggestion would be just go for a holiday and take a little bit of
money out of your house money to, look, a trip, and use that trip as like, you know,
could we live here?
So let's get an Airbnb.
Let's go to the supermarket.
it like let's kind of practice living what it would be like um because i think that would be
really useful now your card you've got a really supportive of this so like i definitely think
it's something you should really think about and not shut down and you've got the strength
card so it is going to involve you being really brave now i know when you move country it is a
brave thing but i think for you in particular you you are really fearful of like oh my god
what if I get it wrong, like you say about being homesick, all these different things.
And actually, like, you just need to dig deeper with the strength card here to really build that
strength to make this decision because I think you want to go.
It's just all the things holding you back, which is natural.
I get it.
You know, we all know what goes on when we try and move abroad.
Now, with this feeling, there's the free of cups and the free of cups is celebration.
So I do think if you decided you'd have a great time, you would feel like it was.
the right thing. And you've also got the Queen of Wands, which is sort of a card that is about
making things happen with that energy and action. So like I do think you need to try out a trip
and just go. It feels as though, you know, you've got this tentative offer with a job,
you've got connections, like spirit are guiding you in some way. And I do find that when there
is a little, like you say, a scratch that you've got a rich. That can also be your intuition.
And it might be asking you to listen to that. Now, you could go for two years, have the best time,
come back home. You could leave that money. You can invest that money. You could just rent.
You don't need to make big financial decisions with this money. I appreciate relocating cost money.
But, you know, you could maybe be a bit more savvy with your decisions. It doesn't need to be
like outright mortgages wherever you are and just think about that because I do think
you've got options here that you're not seeing and you know if you go and you think let's do
it you go and have the best time live an amazing life in Australia or you go for two years
come back you did it you know and you experienced it and I think 80 year old you will be
grateful for that because I think you've got to go and live somewhere else in your lifetime
if you can I agree and I also think what you said about the whole two years is really important
it doesn't have to be forever like it can really just be for a couple of years to experience
something different and then you know you've said that you're in your mid 30s and and you know
looking to settle down or whatever that might look like for you you could literally just go
for a couple of years and then decide to come back and you can always get a house when you come
back yeah and loads of people go for a couple of years and they stay forever like
you know, just don't put pressure on yourself.
I remember when I moved to Dubai, my boss was like, you know, you can just come back.
And I remember being like, well, yeah, but this is a really big deal.
And she's like, well, yeah, it is.
But you can just come back.
Stop making it a big deal.
And I remember thinking that you're down playing this, babe, changing my whole life.
But she was right, you know, you can just come back.
I think we forget that sometimes.
Yeah, definitely.
And I think that it's important to experience things.
So I think it's, I would do it personally, if I were you.
But I definitely think the holiday is a good idea first.
I did that for Dubai, actually.
I very much got my ducks in a row before I moved.
So like we thought about moving in the March.
We didn't move till the following year in the summer.
So it was like over a year that we were planning it for,
more so because of our work and that's how it worked out.
But yeah, I was getting everything ready.
I went on holiday.
we both went on holiday together
we really planned it out before we did it
but yeah I think get your ducks in a row
maybe that'll make you feel a little bit more ready
definitely
but good luck and let us know how you get on please
yeah definitely okay so next one
hi guys I guess this one is mainly for Jess
but I'm intrigued to know if Sam has had any experiences
with this as well I keep getting number signals
all the time recently which I view as signed
for something but I feel really lost as to what they're assigned for. I see them multiple times a day
and I've tried to make sense of them but I'm struggling. I also keep seeing white feathers which
I usually take to meaning a lost loved one is near or trying to send a sign also. Do you have
any advice or guidance? Yes, lots. All right. So I'm going to take the lead, Sam and then please
add in. Stop trying to build the sign. Okay. Like it's there.
the numbers are there, the feathers are there.
Just honour that that's spirit connecting with you.
Don't try and build out this message and what are they trying to tell me.
I'm missing something because as soon as you go into that place,
spirit can't talk to you.
So whenever I see angel numbers or a feather, squirrels or,
because I connect with squirrels, robins, whatever it is,
I just smile and say thank you.
because I know that they're supporting me and I know that they're guiding me.
Now, I do know with some numbers what they mean because they resonate for me.
So 3-3-3 is a number I get often, which is all about being in alignment spiritually.
So if I'm making some decisions that day and then I see free, free, free, I kind of feel like,
okay, spirit is saying you're making good decisions there.
If I see 555, I know there's some change coming, there's some transformation that I'm about to
experience.
I'm like, okay, cool, like some shifts are happening.
I'm good with that.
And then obviously so many people are drawn to like 1-1-1, which can be, you know,
angels are near and loved ones and spirit.
Now, the thing is, like, everyone has their own connection to the spirit world and they have
their own translation.
And those numbers, the four ones, like, I see and they make me happy.
But like, I wouldn't say I get a massive message.
I just think, oh, like spirit here, you know.
So what I would say to you is, you know, if you're feeling lost and sort of overwhelmed,
you can get really attached to these signs and they no longer serve you.
So you just need to step back and maybe stop asking for signs.
and just go more into your feelings, okay?
So then if you do see something, in that moment, how do you feel?
If you feel peaceful and you feel safe, then spirit are around you, you know,
and I imagine in all those moments you do.
So that's what I would say to you.
They're clearly talking to you and they're clearly around you.
So, you know, if you can, try and meditate, try and come sort of to slowness where you can.
And if you're someone that, like, always has headphones in and walking, take the headphones
out, just go quiet, like, allow things to come through in just sort of your every day.
But they're clearly around you.
With white feathers, what I would say to is that's definitely loved ones.
You might not know who it is in spirit.
It might just be that you see it and you know it's someone.
If you do think that's my granddad, for example, then that will be your.
granddad, you know, and honour that, I just find most of the time they're going, keep going,
babes, you got this, we're here. You know, it's more messages of support. So hopefully that helps
you with sort of understanding it, but just try not to overthink it. That's the problem we have
in general with our psychic abilities. We overthink it and we completely lose what the message was.
you know it kind of disappears so just feel and honour that feeling and just be present with
it and then carry on with your day yeah yeah i agree um i get i get numbers all the time
all the time like i will have things like that i go through different phases of my life to
when i get them more but um five five five thing was really funny that you said that i smiled
when you said that because there was a time when i just kept seeing five like five
basically. And I was like, this is really strange. Like I just noticed it. I was just like,
okay. And I just smile when I noticed them. I'm just like, and I'll say thank you. I'll just
say thank you and I'll smile. And then I remember getting in my car and driving and I saw 5555 as a
reg. And I was like, whoa, okay, right. This is, you know, this is intense because that is a rare
reg. That's so funny you say that, Sam. I had the exact same in Dubai when I was in the car with my
friend Risa I was talking about like actually like I just feel like my life's going to change like
I think I was like I think I'm going to meet someone I don't know what it is but I feel like my life's
going to change and then a car pulled out with the 555 and I was like yeah this was this year
so yeah definitely it's about change and that's the thing if you do your research like I'm not
too into numerology but like there is you know there is meaning behind it and if you this person might
want to sort of spend a bit of time looking into the meanings of the numbers to help them.
Like you say, it gives you that a bit of validation on your journey, which is what they're trying to.
I would recommend reading the book, Signs as well by Dr. Tara Swart, which I've spoken about
before.
That's a really good one.
I've started listening to it.
It's really beautiful.
Oh, good.
Yeah.
Yeah, it is a good book.
Okay.
So, next one.
So these questions are all a little bit different this time, which is good as well.
I'm sorry girls. I'm so sick girls. Sorry, but guys. Yeah, I'm just going to cough a little bit.
Do you want me to read it? I'll read while you have a good off. Okay, yeah. Go. Right. Let me share the screen.
Okay. So my life has done a complete 180 this year and I'm so happy to be doing what I'm doing now career-wise.
I've really dragged myself out of a slump and I feel like a massive weight has been lifted.
I now run my own business and I can literally feel when my vibration is high and when it is, amazing things happen.
However, I also have days, sometimes weeks, where my vibration is low.
I can't put my finger on what triggers this, but it really slows the momentum of my progress
and income, even though I'm still doing all the right things when it comes to strategy.
What can I do to keep my vibes high more consistently?
I feel like I'm putting money blocks on myself and I can't figure out how to move forward.
I love this question.
Yeah, it's such a good question.
I'm going to put some cards as well.
Yeah, I personally think you're putting too much pressure on yourself to stay high all the time. It's not, it's not normal to be that high all the time. Like, of course there are going to be dips. Like, and I understand where you've said maybe sometimes weeks and that maybe that obviously is a bit longer, but I think you're maybe putting a bit too much pressure on yourself to be this high, high performing, high inconsistency, high vibe person at all times. And really that's,
not completely normal for that to happen you do have to have dips and because by having a dip
it makes you even higher the next time you know yeah and I think yesterday you have said as well
that you feel like you know that you are doing the same you're still doing the right things
when it comes to strategy I personally think that a vibe isn't a strategy I think that I think
that when you were talking about your vibration
your vibration can be high
from, for example, listening to music.
It can, you can make your vibration high
from spending time with loved ones
or I find for me personally
going on a walk and I will make an effort
to say hi to every single person
that I meet on a walk
and that will literally make me feel better
and will like raise my vibration
and it's funny because Blake does exactly the same thing
when we go and walk she says hi to everyone um which is really funny but anyway so i would find
find joy and things like that in in the little things and that will help to raise your
vibration when you're feeling low that would be what i would say and also it's normal to have
slow weeks down weeks low vibrational weeks um i have weeks where i don't earn as much money
I have weeks where I'm not productive.
I have just such variety in my life when it comes to my financial situation, my energy to build and create.
And what I ask of this person is to really honour that and know that it's normal and it's okay.
I think there's an expectation to be like amazing all the time.
And it's just impossible.
and especially right now the reason I really like this question is because we're in this time of year that's winter and you know when you know wherever you are in the world you might not be in the winter but if you are we honor winter and we slow down and we we kind of take time to go inner and I think for you you know honor the winters in your career and I think it's amazing that you've you know you've set up your business you can feel your vibe is hard.
and do you know what I think that when you start a business it's so triggering five years in that I've
been doing this I'm still triggered all the time sorry throat chakra getting blocked and you know I'm
still triggered things bother me you know I've had months I've earned incredible money and then I've
had months where I'm like just wasn't as good I work just as hard and I'll have a voice in my
head that's like oh well maybe this is it now baby you've been bold you've been brave you've
had your success and it's no longer you know and that's when I go into the low vibration and then
I'm like all right sort it out so a few things I want you to think about okay and this is what I've
been taught by someone and that I do regularly what's the reality of my situation well the reality is
for this person you've smashed it you've you've got a career that you love you've built your own
business you're succeeding and you're learning that's the reality you're having moments that
maybe feel a little bit flat a little bit low but you're learning okay that's the reality of your
situation okay you're not failing all right now when it comes to keeping your vibes high more
consistently do you know what babes unless you're in a monastery you're just not going to be able to do
it all right we're all like it's impossible we have TikTok with social media we go into busy places
if you're in a busy city, people are going to drain you.
Like, you know, it is hard to keep your energy high unless you live a reclusive life.
So what I would say is, like Sam said, what can you bring into your day to help you?
You know, is it smiling more?
Is it waving more?
And they may sound simple, but they actually are phenomenal things you can do that can help.
But also, like when it comes to your money blocks, I've definitely felt like I've experienced money.
locks with business and I'm always working through money stuff because I have a stellium of
Scorpio in my second house.
Like, what is this teaching you?
You know, I think this person probably is very energetic and very spiritual because money
is the biggest thing that comes up for spiritual people because if you can work out the energy
of money, you master everything, okay?
It's the most tangible form of energy we have, you know, and what I mean by that is
If you want more money, it is possible, but it feels really tricky.
You know, how do I do that?
It's impossible.
All these sort of words come up.
It's not the case.
You know, money can be flowing.
Money can be abundant.
But money can also be limited and it can become restrictive.
And that's just like energy, okay, that we feel.
So I think you're just been taught a really big energetic lesson right now.
and I just think keep going. Don't give up. You're doing a phenomenal job. I feel that. I've pulled the cards. You've got the night of pentacles and the page of swords. Like, you are here to make things happen. You're just learning a lot. And, you know, don't compare yourself to others because it won't be true what you're seeing online. You know, a lot of it is false information, especially about money. I keep seeing this at the moment with social media. Lots of people talking about these huge salaries. They are.
and as coaches and whatever.
And I think, you know, some of them do and that's amazing.
But like, you know, are these people authentic, you know,
are these people, if they're talking about their salary all the time,
are they really caring about their clients?
Like, I would never talk about my salary ever.
I don't know, Sam, about you.
Like, obviously it's different with your work.
But I would never be like, I've made this, like, ha, ha.
Like, I'd just be like, I own my money,
because I'm in service.
Like my work is an exchange and that's private, you know.
So I do think that we have a lot of people
with different motivations on social media now as well.
Yeah, I think a big part of this as well is definitely the comparison.
I was thinking that, like, I was thinking if you notice that you're feeling a bit low,
then I would limit your time on social media, for example.
Like maybe your job means that you have to post more, but you can post and not look.
so I think I would say do that
and take a bit
notice what it is that's triggering you to feel low
and try and take a step back from that
and try and go back to basics a little bit
in terms of what makes you feel good
like I said about the going for a walk smiling
speaking to people or reading books
or things like that
the good vibes, good life by Vex King
is a really good one as well
to talk about vibrations
and also Abraham Hicks
on some podcasts they're really good she's really good as well um for that so yeah i think you're
going to be absolutely fine i feel like this person is already you know thriving they're just going
through natural dips which everyone goes through my god listen to the two of us on this podcast
like one week we're like yeah and then the next week will like i've had a really hard week this
week this has happened like we are prime examples of that it's just like even i was thinking about
when I sort of was working with the app like as soon as everything was ready I was like the
energy is completely wrong and like the app's amazing but I feel so burnt out by this and yeah my income
has definitely been affected by the decision I made which was I'm just pushing this back to January
like loads of work is going on behind the scenes but I'm not earning money from this work right now
which feels really like you know uncomfortable but I'm just like this is
a bit annoying, a bit frustrating, like, you know, is it going to work out? And, you know,
like Sam says, we show up sometimes a bit like tearful or really energized. And I do think
that's the life of self-employed entrepreneurs. But you know what, babes, I would take that
every bloody day personally than having to work in an office, have 28 days holiday. I will carry
the burden of self-employed over the burden of being employed personally.
absolutely we're all different you know it's also lovely to have a salary every month but
you know yeah i think keep going and yeah just look after yourself in those moments and
give yourself a bit of grace yeah i feel excited for this person i think yeah this time next year
they're going to be like these things will no longer be a concern for you you'll you'll have
moved through it so that's really lovely okay so should we do another one yeah let's do the
we've got two more i think let's do it so then they've all got their questions answered reason
okay so i feel a bit a bit stuck at the moment i have had a child and given up my career as it was
time consuming but i'm keen to earn money as a mummy what is next for me to earn my own income
without returning to my previous time consuming and stressful job well so starting something new
basically for this person.
I think look at what I would say is look at what your schedule allows to begin with.
So, you know, you've obviously feeling stuck.
You've had a child.
You've given up your career.
So you've had probably a big identity shift.
How much time do you have to be able to give to something?
And I would look at what your passions are and how they could fit into that.
I think that's a really good like point.
to make with that like you know oh sorry these cards keep jumping for this person um it's like
what transferable skills have you got and what time have you got you know to to give to this and
I think it is important to have financial independence especially as a woman you know it gives
us a sense of of strength and power that's really important okay this card has jumped out
a couple of times so obviously does want to speak okay so page of swords comes through
for this person. So it is something new that you're going to do. It's not something you've done
before, which makes sense. Your last job was time consuming and stressful. You don't want that.
The page of sword says, okay, we'll learn something new. So I think for this person, you're going to
have to accept that maybe you're going to go into this new role and maybe not as senior or maybe
like learning because the page is all about learning. And, you know, maybe you feel a little bit
uncomfortable about that. Maybe it feels a little bit like, I don't want to step back or,
you know, or I don't want to be at the bottom of the chain. And I'm not saying you will be
that, but with something new, you're going to have to build it. Now, obviously, if you want to
build your own business, then you can manage it yourself with your time and things like that.
But that might feel overwhelming as well. So I don't know what it is. They're not going to
show me. I don't know who you are, so I can't go too into your energy. But what I do know is,
It's something new.
It's something that you're going to have to learn and sort of start fresh.
But please take action with this.
I do think you're sitting on this and you're not really committing to a decision.
I feel like you're hoping it's going to appear in front of you.
And that's lovely, but that might not happen and you may continue just to feel stuck.
So start looking, start telling people, you know, it might be that someone's got a business
and they need someone two days a week.
that might be like the perfect job put the energy out there tell people you know you're open to
try in anything you know whatever in this category and just you know put it out there and then
see what spirit bring back at the moment you're saying come on spirit give it to me and they're
saying can you just meet us in the middle please like this is too much for us come and do a couple
of steps your side we'll meet you in the middle and I think you'll find it yeah absolutely
you have to manifest with action absolutely 100% love so good luck i am looking forward to hearing what
you come back with yeah love it okay so our last one i have finally got some stability in my life again
and working four days a week my last job i quit because of burnout and toxic energy but i'm feeling
quite lethargic about going to work i can't tell if this is because i'm still feeling the burnout
or if there are deeper reasons.
If so, do I keep looking for a different job?
Okay.
So it's good that you're going to a four-day week now
because if you're working full-time,
at least you've got a day for you in the week
to help with your burnout.
I think it's a bit of trauma, you know, a bit, some trauma.
When I say a bit, not playing it down,
it's trauma from your burnout and your toxic place.
before so we've got good cards we've got the ten of cups so like there is a good feeling for
this person you know yes you're lethargic but there is like you know some feeling of of um
contentment with this next job if you want it um you do have the one two three four five six
eight of swords so this is the image of a person and they've got a blindfold and um they're tied up
but only in their arms, not their legs, all right?
So it's like they could run.
You know, they probably could wiggle and the tight, the ropes would come off them.
So you've built a story, I feel, energetically, that has kept you a bit stuck.
So now it's like, oh, you know, work as this sort of this symbol of bad energy now and, you know, I'm just sort of burn out.
And there's kind of this negative dialogue that's become a loop or a habit.
in your energy. So it's about just breaking this loop, okay? And usually that's for exposure
therapy. Go to the job. Go to the new job. Rewire the energy. Oh, these people aren't
assholes or, oh, he's an asshole boundary. Like, I'm not going to repeat that pattern again.
Like, expose yourself to this new thing and allow yourself to work with the energy so that you can
sort of manage it, okay? You know, I experience burnout with my corporate job and then I
got a job in Dubai for a few months and it really didn't work for me.
But I needed that to learn some lessons and then I went self-employed.
You know, so maybe for this person, it's just a stepping stone.
Maybe it's a bit of exposure to this wound in.
Don't rush to look for another job, but just maybe look at this job as an interim option for
you while you're rebuilding from this burnout.
And using that one day a week that's not sort of in your job, whether you're in an office or
whatever to just sort of go, okay, what am I going to do for me?
But I do think this person needs to be really conscious of the loops they've made
about work and the energy and how you can break that with this next job.
And also, if you are in this new job and there's like some triggering people
or triggering situations, but you know you're not there to build a career,
you know you're not there forever like do the soul work unlock some soul lessons in that space because
you might be there for a year and then you might go somewhere else you know so confront it I would say
and you will you will succeed because the 10 of cups is emotional contentment so this work is
soul work and I know you're probably tired from doing the soul work but it's all right you've got this
you really have you'll be fine
oh i love that i don't really have anything else to add to that to be honest i just agree with
everything you've said i think your inner dialogue is is really important as to how you speak about
and view work and hopefully if you can make some adjustments towards that then that will help
your outlook on the whole thing and i also think with this person more than likely they're going
to be self-employed eventually right now they're probably a little bit resentful that they've
still got to work for someone i feel that as well so just sort of like honor that this is
an interim period and it's leading you to probably a life where you're not going to be told
what to do you build it how you want you know all those sorts of things will come through in
time so it'll be all right amazing love that I know that was a lovely Q&A yes well thank you so
