Leadership presence is based on three things. It's based on gravitas. It's based on communication. And this is key. It's based on appearance. People will judge your appearance. We are visual creatures. So when we see somebody, we immediately make a judgment.

I know you're like, I don't judge. Well, the reality is you subconsciously judge. We all do. So how do you show up is my question. Do you look professional? or do you look very ragtag, worn down, like you're exhausted, you haven't taken care of yourself? Because people put a certain amount of respect your way subconsciously based on how you show up. Now that will look like how you dress. It will look like your polish and how you take care of

yourself. Is your hair ruffled and messed up and you haven't had a haircut and you're unshaven, man, things like that? Or do you take care of those things? The third one is how do you take care of your body? Do you actually look like you care about yourself? And I know some people have some challenges with their health, but there are ways that you can overcome those by working on your particular appearance, your posture, your smile, your glow. I mean, take care of your skin. Like I said, show up the right way.

It makes a huge difference in how people view your leadership and how much respect they're willing to give you and accept from you. That's your quick win for the day.
