Look for results. Look for results that create great outcomes for you or what you're trying to accomplish. Let the positive or negative go by the side, and you will find you will actually find more positive by looking for results. It's when we look for the negative that drives things downward, that creates poor results, that creates limited movement, that creates poor results, that creates limited movement, that creates regression in what we're trying to accomplish. So when you're talking to somebody, understand they're looking for positive or negative.
