How many times do you eat a day?
That's a weird question coming from a guy like me, isn't it?
It's a valid question because food is energy and power for your brain, for your focus,
and for your effort to get things done.
Here is a pro tip.
Get some protein bars, maybe some beef jerky, or maybe an apple and some peanut butter,
and have two extra little snacks during the day, one at about 9., or maybe an apple and some peanut butter and have two extra little
snacks during the day, one at about 9.30 or 10 in the morning and one at about 2.30 in the afternoon.
It will power your brain to be more successful and more effective and more focused during the day.
Give it a try. By the way, add some water to that too. Hydration helps.
