Have you ever heard first impressions matter? Well, I'm going to tell you this. First impressions matter and last impressions matter. We remember that first impression and we determine how long we want that instant relationship to be with that first impression. And then at the last impression, how did we wrap that up? Make sure you have a conscious way of wrapping up that last impression also because that stimulates the next impression. So we have first impression, greet people with a smile and a handshake and be really interested. ask great questions about them. Try to be interested, not interesting. And then at the end,
