You're listening to Quick Wins with Adam Kantos. Do you have a lot of complaining in your life? Are these complaints stopping you from getting things done? Maybe it's all these people complaining about stuff. Misery loves company. We know that. But how do we turn this into forward progress and actually get things done around these complaints?

Well, stop looking at them like complaints because if you see something as a complaint and you're hyper-focused on it, you're going to look for the problems and the more problems. And you're going to talk to people about the problems and they're going to bring their problems and there's nothing but problems. It's too much. What we need to do is turn these things into opportunities. We need to look at it and go, this is not a complaint. This is an opportunity for me to find success with this. What solutions can I find and put in place in a step process? I'll take that first step. It leads me to the second step. It leads me to the third step. Next thing I know, I have positive progress to accomplish this situation instead of complaining

about it. Next thing you know, you look back and you're like, hey, I got it done. Stop complaining about stuff.
