Starting point is 00:00:00 You're listening to Quick Wins with Adam Kantos. Hey, it's Adam, and this is a quick win for the day. Have you ever thought, what is the root word of community? What are you talking about, Adam? Well, community is actually what you're trying to build in order to grow your business. Community. How do you build community? What are you talking about, Adam? Well, community is actually what you're trying to build in order to grow your business. Community. How do you build community? Let's take the root word, communi. You communicate. Communicate builds community. That means you got to reach out. You have to share value. You have to deliver that value through communication. Best way to communicate? In person, first of all. Second,
Starting point is 00:00:47 via video. Third, via audio. Fourth, with photos. Fifth, with text. Why that order? Well, because we're actually activating feelings and emotions. The two in the middle, audio and photos, those are really close. The two that stand apart immensely in person and in text, those are far, far apart. Text does not deliver much emotion. It's hard to communicate community with just text. So my challenge to you, communicate that community via video. If you're not in person with somebody, video is the best way to build community when you're not right there. Make some amazing videos.
