Starting point is 00:00:00 You're listening to Quick Wins with Adam Kantos. Hey Mark, today's Quick Win. Yeah. Here's a question for you. Do you know what your habits are? Ooh. Like good and bad? Have you ever wrote them down?
Starting point is 00:00:20 And the reason I ask is because doing nothing is a habit also. Ah, interesting. I'll tell you, you know, um, binge watching game of Thrones, whatever, you know, everybody's talking about GOT right now. Okay. Yeah. So that is a habit that, that when you do that, when you take that action, you get a little shot of the happy chemical in your brain. That's a habit. So we all have habits, whether or not we know what they are. It doesn't have to be something like, who knows, popping your knuckles or shaking your foot when you're sitting down. Habits are everything that you do subconsciously in life,
Starting point is 00:00:59 that you just kind of have this automatic movement towards. So do you know what your habits are? And what will you choose your habits to be? And so if you know what your habits are, then you can be more intentional. So you're absolutely right. And that is the anecdote of this whole thing, because either you choose your habits or your habits choose you. Oh, that's strong. That's it. That's our quick run for today. Awesome. Thanks, Adam.
