As a leader, you are not in control of things. You have to trust people to do a great job. Train them, provide them the means to do what they need to do, give them a great education,

build a wonderful culture around how you want things done, and let them do what they need to do. That's how you delegate. You can delegate the authority, but you still own the responsibility for the outcome of that, but you got to trust your people. That's a quick win for the day.
