Starting point is 00:00:00 You're listening to Quick Wins with Adam Kantos. Hey, do you know what the number one killer of businesses is? It's the power struggle. You're like, well, wait a second. Who's struggling with who? A lot of times it's you struggling with yourself, with you struggling with change, with you struggling with transparency and trust, and you struggling with change, with you struggling with transparency and trust,
Starting point is 00:00:25 and you struggling with vulnerability. Well, here's the reality. If you find a struggle, figure it out. Is it your unwillingness to change, your lack of desire to grow more, or are you stuck in your ways? But the reality is what kills businesses is power struggle, either between people not willing to see it somebody else's way and make some change and move forward, or you being stuck in your ways. But here's the flip side of that coin. Don't change for change's sake. Sometimes you have to struggle to stay true to your framework, true to your values, true to your direction, and that will get rid of some people as well. So think about that. When you find struggle, is it struggle for good? Is it
Starting point is 00:01:11 struggle for consistency? Is it struggle for bad? But take that struggle and turn that into success. Find the direction from that struggle and make the most of it because it's either going to build your business or it's going to fail your business. That's your quick win for the day.
