Starting point is 00:00:00 You're listening to Quick Wins with Adam Kantos. There are two ways to look at your performance. There's from the bottom up and from the top down. What's bottom up? Bottom up is limiting beliefs. I can do this many of this instead of what's the total possible amount I can do? Let me put this into sales perspective. Do you think based upon the averages of who's selling what in your marketplace,
Starting point is 00:00:31 the average person does 10 sales a year, let's call it? Well, I'm going to see if I can get to 10 sales a year. But truly, what is the total addressable market? It might not be 10. It might be 200. Start from the 200 and go, how many of the 200 can I capture? Eliminate those limiting beliefs and look at total addressable market. It will change your results.
