What I mean is when you're working in your business, you're doing the things that you should be hiring somebody to do. You're doing the easy things in the business because you want to check the box and go, all right, we were busy today, we went home, stuff like that. But really, you should be working on your business. What does working on your business mean? It means scaling the results

of your business. We scale the results by generally finding more markets, more price per transaction, or more customers. So that's the big piece of working on your business and growing your business.
