Because someone's going to be like, hey man, can you sign my book? Right. And I've got a lot of signed books myself. I'm like, oh, this is very nice that they signed this. But I never realized that carrying a Sharpie around was that challenging. So, I mean, literally, I have these Sharpies sitting there on my vanity in my bathroom in the morning. I'm like, which Sharpie do I take today?

And you put it in your pocket, and you're like, please don't leak out my pants. And, yeah, so you got your Sharpie with you, and you've got to have your signature worked out. Yeah. It's pretty cool. Oh, that's awesome. All right, hey, well, I want to... So we asked a lot of people what their favorite episode of Start With a Win is. Okay. And so we have a handful of people here that wrote what it was. And so some of these are really good. Obviously, one of our most popular episodes was with Gary Vaynerchuk. Yeah.

Gary's a great guy, and I've had the opportunity to have conversation with him many times. He's got so much great insight.

A lot of people look at it like, oh, you know, that guy's an influencer. He gets up on stage, says a lot of stuff, gets on social media. The guy is so smart. He's such a great businessman, such a great entrepreneur, and he puts it in perspective from a human angle, where he looks at it and he goes, what's good for people?

And it's just so nice. In fact, you remember when we were doing that interview, he was sitting on his bed in a hotel room. I have friends who listen to the show. They're like, dude, did you see Gary Vee just crouched up on his bed like this laptop on his knees i was like yeah that was that was fun that was pretty down to earth he's a raw dude so it's just like you know that's just who he is that was fun so shout out to gary if you're if you're listening um you know hopefully gary v's listening to him yeah come on gary come on gary yeah that's right. Another one, we have Pops Graham.

Oh, yeah. At Pops Graham. My favorite is How to Set Yourself Up for Success in 2021 with John Sheplak. I literally listen to it at least once a week. Hashtag powerful. And I have many more. John is, I mean, such a great guy. In fact, I'm going to talk to him this afternoon.

Okay. He is, he will shoot you straight. I mean, just like, here's what you need to think about. And he lowers his voice and he slows it down. And you're like, whoa. He gets into the, you're listening to start with a win. Yeah. I want him to record my voicemail message for me.

If you really want to talk to Adam, do it now. You know, that type of thing. But when you hear from John, I mean, there's no BS in what he says. He's a straight shooter. He realigns you to where you need to be thinking about life. And he's right. And you know what's weird is he'll do it with like one word. He'll just like a line. And you're going, whoa. But I mean, he's a heck of a coach. I know a lot of the people that

listen to this, Coach with John, just a great human being. So shout out to my friend John. And you're awesome, dude. Yeah. And that's awesome. I got one here from, uh, Kayla. Oh yeah. Social media manager. That's right. Producer, social media manager. Her favorite was the episode with Adam's daughter, Maggie. Oh, uh, such an inspiring young woman. And it was awesome to listen to the behind-the-scenes family dynamic with the Contos family. Okay. So Maggie is, ladies and gentlemen, Maggie is killing it in life. So she's out at OU right now. Yeah. Is she loving it? Boomer Sooner.

Oh, yeah. Let's go. Yeah, she is loving it. They played Texas this past weekend, in fact. I know this is broadcasting a little while after that, but, uh, they play Texas and there was this game winning touchdown at the very end of the game. And she was in the second row, right where they scored the touchdown. You can see her jumping up and down. So, I mean, it's super exciting time, but Maggie is awesome. I know you're listening to this sweetie. I love you. Love you so much. You are doing awesome.

So it just so happens that chapter three, page 53 in the book, start with a win, is party with the beast, which is really how to handle that fear and overwhelm that we all face every single day that causes us to hesitate, to jump into that fear mode of fight, flight, or freeze, and prevents us from truly finding our opportunities and our absolute potential that we have in life.
