Starting point is 00:00:00 Oh, pa. Welcome everybody to Stabi's World. 9.04, 800 stop. Call the Stobby hotline, sponsored by Visible. We'll solve all your problems. And today on the couch, very happy to have for the time being half of my one of my favorite podcasts. Because one of our fat, idiot friends couldn't be less than 40 minutes late to a podcast recording. At noon, by the way. At noon, yeah.
Starting point is 00:00:28 At noon. Dude, I'm not even, I hate this shit on a guy who's not here. No, no, no, don't worry. We will do plenty of it when he gets here, Kevin. I think you know. On Thursday, the last time I saw it, I go, hey man, you got to lock in. And he goes, I swear to God, he goes, I'm more locked in than I've ever been. And I went, we're in big, big trouble, guy.
Starting point is 00:00:50 We are in big, big trouble if you think this is funny. It is funny, though, because I just saw him. Look, guys, sorry, you know how this works. We record a little different. The tires premiere just happened. And I thought, I was like, wow, Foley looks better. That's a guy who's locked in. He looked locked in.
Starting point is 00:01:05 He actually did. He looked. Somehow he lost like a hundred pounds instantly. Like I saw him when we were shooting tires. He was honestly, I was like, well, looks like I'm not going to be the first one of our friends that dies. You know? And then I saw him at the premiere. I was like, holy fuck.
Starting point is 00:01:22 Yeah, he was really, listen. He was looking great. He's looking great. His energy was good. He's doing well. He's making the steps. And then immediately. And then immediately drops the ball, dude.
Starting point is 00:01:33 He can't get right. And the thing is like, look, ultimately, I don't really give a fuck, but I see how much it's, it's eating at you. This is your life. I'm just like, dude, we're just missing like 2 p.m. deadlines. This is crazy. I'm like, dude, like, I have to tell him, I'm like, listen, we're not like, we're not working at fucking Walgreens here. Of course, we can, like, we can break the rules we want. But at some point, you got to.
Starting point is 00:01:59 You have to have some base professionalism. I'm like, this isn't even our episode. Stopby's got a team of people. You know what I mean? Like there's people who are at work right now. Yeah, yeah, that is true. Including, we should say our boy is here. Getting ready to take Eldis's job.
Starting point is 00:02:20 Eldis training is replacement. Or he's maybe taking my job by now. Yeah, yeah, that is true. Depending on way. By the time this comes out, Eldis will have put him, We'll have put him on paternity leave. And when he tries to key back into the building, the fucking door won't.
Starting point is 00:02:35 You're going to dilute all these shares? Hey, you kick me out of the Instagram account. What's going on? Don't worry about it. I just wanted you to focus on your new child. That's sick, dude. Yeah, screw them over for sure. I don't know if you've ever tracked podcasts,
Starting point is 00:02:54 but the OG producers got to go. That is true. I'm not talking about anybody specifically. Just look at, I mean, I would, there is, there is. So everybody's OG producer is, that is true. That is true. On their own will. We would really, we, yeah, I can't wait till Eldis tries to start his own AI
Starting point is 00:03:15 podcasting company. Red band rip off YouTube coming soon. I'm like, Stavros called out the anti-wo comedian in the industry. You start a reaction. channel? I need more Elders about you.
Starting point is 00:03:32 Eld world. H. Foley didn't show up to the podcast. That's what he's doing. I respect it. I'll feed you inside dirt. Let me wet my beak on the back end, guy. I got all these guys dead to right.
Starting point is 00:03:49 Elders wants to join the comedy TMZ fray. Downstream, baby. Downstream. I'm going downstream with my water. It's just catching what I can. Eldis goes to like very low-level comedy festivals and just acts like a fucking celebrity. He's at an open mic.
Starting point is 00:04:06 He acts like he's a scout for Stavi's World. He's like, yeah, you got it, kid. We're so close. That's probably already happening. Can you say come 47 times in an hour? Dude, I just realized there's probably producers going to like shitty shows, like producers of like mid-tier comedy podcast and trying to fuck like girl open micers right now. I am so involved. That's disgusting.
Starting point is 00:04:29 I'm so involved in... It's not even movies. We don't even make anything that matters. No. We're waiting on our fat, retarded friend to show up. Late an hour late to a moon. To us hanging out. Our job is hanging out, and that was too...
Starting point is 00:04:44 I cannot wait till Foley gets here. And we should say also you guys have a... Maybe the last special you collaborate on. We have a YouTube special, I believe, out now, or maybe not. It's somewhere... No. On our YouTube page... I believe we're going with American Garbage, so check that out.
Starting point is 00:05:00 It's all, if you ever been to a live show or seen any live stuff, it's me and him on stage at the same time. We play AYG with the crowd. They send their garbage questions in. I love it. Is he garbage of you, love your uncle when you were whatever? Uh-oh. Look who the fuck it is.
Starting point is 00:05:16 Look at him go. Look who the fuck it is. Wow. Come on. Sit in, you piece of shit. I didn't know Henry was going to be. Surprise guest. Yeah, we should have played it that way.
Starting point is 00:05:32 I do have good news. Okay. I might have pink eye. Get a little too buck wild at the fucking tires premiere fully. That's not pink eye. This guy comes in with the only lie I can prove right away. Look at my eye. It's completely fine.
Starting point is 00:05:49 That is the classic. My right eye, no, it's not. What were you eating ass foley? That's like the inside. Were you eating ass cheeks fully? Yeah, I did a little bit of that. I apologize What's going on, man
Starting point is 00:06:01 Jilling, buddy, all as well, how are you doing? No, no, no, no. Nice try. Living the dream. Why was the noon deadline too much for you? What was going on in your life? I literally woke up like 1145. Okay, respect.
Starting point is 00:06:13 In a panic. Okay, what were you up? Which you should. Yeah. In an absolute panic. Okay, well, I'm glad you were panicking. I went to bed at like 11 o'clock. I just slept right through the fucking night.
Starting point is 00:06:23 That's good. You know what, that's good. I feel like you need some sleep fully. Thanks, pal. Yeah. How are you doing otherwise, man? Fantastic. I saw you three days ago.
Starting point is 00:06:30 I know, I know. It was beautiful. We didn't live in the podcast. I saw you three days ago. I just had lunch with you. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It was a very, I texted him. Send a text to him personally.
Starting point is 00:06:44 Of course. Just me? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Hey, 10 o'clock. Hey, I'm getting to the office early. Maybe we could powwow before. I'm like, if you want to link up, we can head to Stavvies together. right through that
Starting point is 00:06:58 I then text our group with like all the AYG guys and I'm like hey this is what I'm thinking for this we've got the special coming This is like all hands on you You've released the special It's all hands on back I mean we're in the middle of it
Starting point is 00:07:10 You're in it we're away In fact Stobb on Netflix right now Check it out Hopefully by now it's It's been number one For three weeks in row Is that true? No
Starting point is 00:07:21 It hasn't even Oh my I think I'm You get into your brain. Yeah, yeah, you have pink brain, conjectivitis on your brain stem. No, it hasn't come out. Through the magic of podcasting fully. It has not come out.
Starting point is 00:07:37 You're hoping by the time this comes out, it'll be number one. It'll be a phenomenon. That's exactly right. So even though you're like, you're sharp, you came out swinging. So yeah, and American Garbage is already. American Garbage is out. It's number one on YouTube. It's what they said.
Starting point is 00:07:53 Yeah, yeah. It's taken over. videos of that Brazilian guy grilling meats. You guys ever fuck with him? I don't know who that is. I believe his name is Duda or some shit. Do you know him, Elders? We got different Algos guy.
Starting point is 00:08:04 Yeah, my Algo's a salt bay guy? No, Salt Bay guy. First of all. Did you ever tell you went to one of his restaurants by accident? Awesome. That way was the worst. Of course. Dude, this guy, it wasn't even him.
Starting point is 00:08:14 I had like a bootleg salt bay. So they have guys that look like him? Just pretending. Yeah, it was like a Tuesday night downtown. It wasn't even the main restaurant. My wife made the reservation just because we were in that area. and this guy was like sensually feeding her I was like I'm gonna fuck this
Starting point is 00:08:31 That became a huge frog I'm gonna fuck this dude up And then he came over to me and was I'm like dude I'm even more man Getting cooked at dinner Dude we're in an empty restaurant It holds 550 It's like an airplane hanger
Starting point is 00:08:45 Where they're the only two in there That's so fucking funny I hated it It's so beautiful It was like 350 for two of us to eat It was so bad I hated it I do remember
Starting point is 00:08:54 What I remember about somebody is Ian doing this like two years after it was like a reference. You know, I just remember a video. That's all that's my, I mean, I haven't seen Ian probably in a year. And all I remember are times she's embarrassing on the internet. That's my, that's my relationship. And you know what? He brings me joy when I remember those moments.
Starting point is 00:09:14 Of course. You know, it's like, oh, that's fucking hilarious when he was doing that. Well, he's actually doing very well and he's a good guy. How about that? Okay. He doesn't like it. Hold on, man. You cannot be late and also fucking be a wet blanket.
Starting point is 00:09:25 on the podcast. Oh, look, guys who wake up are always hilarious. Yeah. That's my friend Ian fighters. Okay. He doesn't like when you make fun of Ian. And I just saw him five days ago. Okay.
Starting point is 00:09:38 When he welcomed me into his home. They're living together. Really? Theoretical. I've stayed there one night. Holy shit. Now that is awesome. We got a bigger issue.
Starting point is 00:09:48 That is a beautiful roommate. Like 40, you and Ian in your 40s as roommates is so fucking also. You know, it's even cooler. He's 50. You know, it'd be cooler? Holy fuck. That's a reality show I would actually pay. I would love... Coming soon on Are You Garbage Patreon? That's right. GoPro's on every corner of the house. I don't think so.
Starting point is 00:10:14 There's that yes end. Sure, I'm sorry. Yeah. Yeah, I'm in Ian's basement. Oh, the old pop... In the podcast studio? Right next to it, yeah. You're sleeping. They record on Tuesdays. Okay. So you gotta be out of the house.
Starting point is 00:10:29 You gotta be out. Yeah, yeah. When you see the door, the sock on the podcast studio door handle, you know they're recording. It's a steel door with a slide on it. Awesome. Awesome. There's no windows. No air conditioning.
Starting point is 00:10:43 And a funk that I really can't quite put my finger on. The mix of podcasting and Ian's lifestyle, I think, is that form. Yeah, it's something. I don't know what it is. But I do have a half a bath down here, which is nice. Beautiful. Yeah. That's big.
Starting point is 00:10:56 There's no going upstairs to piss. He loves me up there. He sleeps at the door open. It's fantastic. It's a real home stop. It is. It is. I mean, Ian's lived there for like, what, 15 years?
Starting point is 00:11:05 He's been there. He lived there and then moved back to Philly, then moved back to that apartment. Wow. Had the apartment because he had his boys in there. Right, right, right. Yeah. Smart. That is his, Ian's best move is like being a very, very low-level slum lord.
Starting point is 00:11:18 It's like, is holding onto that apartment and, like, renting it out. And she's just taking a little bit off the top. You know what I'm just to. Just a little bit. And that allows him to put up his friend, Hank, in a time of need. Yeah. Good man. He is a good man.
Starting point is 00:11:32 He is not charging me at all. Wow. Until three months after I move out. And the juice is running it. Then you get an itemized bill. Every snack you ate. I didn't know you were flushing the toilet 45 times a day. I'd like to say Ian does not sound like that and rethink doing that voice.
Starting point is 00:11:50 Next time, Kevin. Ian sounds like that. You haven't talked to him in a year. You said it yourself. A lot's changed. Hey, he's a good friend of mine. All right, Foley, we get it. You don't want to pay rent at his house.
Starting point is 00:12:07 I feel like me and me and Foley are going to jail together and I'm chained to him. He's just fucking mugging me. I can't pay rent. You can't. No. Why is that? No, I could. He's being nice.
Starting point is 00:12:18 Okay. I thought there was like a legal thing. You can't for some reason. He legally doesn't have any money. Yeah. I think it's illegal. Little mixup down at the bank with old Uncle Hank. They say I'm broke.
Starting point is 00:12:30 I'm pretty sure I had something. Yeah, you got a little something in there. Boy, how you doing, brother? You're looking at, I,
Starting point is 00:12:35 we were talking before. I remember, I remember before. He's just nice to be spoken of. I remember during tires, we were both in pretty rough shape. My back was fucked. I felt like,
Starting point is 00:12:46 yes, filming tires. Filming tires. We were filming it. That was about rock bottom, I would say. Yes. It seemed like you were about to fucking lose your mind. every moment of the day.
Starting point is 00:12:55 Yeah. And I was very happy to see you. You look like shit too. What are we doing throwing stones too? I said we were both looked like. I couldn't even fucking... Now, granted, you were still extremely wealthy and doing very well at the time.
Starting point is 00:13:05 Wait, have you really lost your money? You motherfuckers are making like... I'm doing all right. Yeah, I know you're doing fine. Kimmy's killing it. I see you in the suburbs for the fucking child. This fucking guy's 50 in Ian's basement. Ian's the one you're leaving off of is crazy, dude.
Starting point is 00:13:20 And I can't bring myself to stay there. The stability. That's crazy. Which I think it actually works out. We're a good family over there. I do think you guys are very compatible in a very funny way. We kind of are. He's the roommate or the friend I've always been looking for because he's like me.
Starting point is 00:13:34 I feel like I've been pretty good with you. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I feel keeping you alive for the past four years. Yeah, but you don't build. You don't build four to make raised Krispy treats and stuff like that. That is true. Whimsy. You're right.
Starting point is 00:13:45 You're right. I couldn't describe you as whimsy. No, I'm a very fucking meat. Even as a young man, I didn't see. You were never whimsical. No. No, no, it was kind of funny. When we built our studio, we were sitting in, you know, we didn't have finished.
Starting point is 00:13:58 And we were like, somebody was making fun of me. They're like, you don't have any imagination. I'm like, you're sitting in my fucking imagination. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's just a room. I'm like, that good point. That we all grew up in. It's a room with three microphones in a table.
Starting point is 00:14:11 It's a family room. I'm like, yeah, fuck. That's fucking hilarious. But anyway, my point is, what happened, man? I'd love to hear how you turned it all around. Is the, are the GLP ones finally working? for you? They are. GLP ones are finally working and I'm working with them. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:14:28 You stopped fighting them? Yeah, I did. But you wanted to? Oh, yeah. Did you fight it for a while? I'm still fighting too. Every day I'm fighting, dude. I have the joke in the special, but it's, but you're sorry to do my act, but this is the- Who killed at Shane Show, by the way. That was fantastic. That was all. That was very fun. But
Starting point is 00:14:45 I have a joke where it's like, it's working, but every game goes seven. Every series goes seven. Every game goes to overtime. Like, I push. I push these. drugs to the limit. I've lost maybe a pound and a half a month on the world's most powerful medicine. You know what I mean? Like, well, you don't want to lose it too fast though. Right, right. God forbid me. Yeah, me and you of our top two health problems, I would say losing weight too fast. Now, you want to piece yourself. Is what me and you have to worry about. Believe it or not, actually, I also have a GLP1 joke in my set as well. Yeah, yeah, interesting. Feel free to do a
Starting point is 00:15:17 bastardized version of it now if you know like I just did. No? No. better. Oh, that was kind of just the setup, man. That was just an opening riff. I watched the Wavi said on Saturday and everyone was dying. I sat there in silence like, fuck. There's another fat guy out here doing fat guy material? What?
Starting point is 00:15:35 He does the same exact jokes that I do, but a million times better. Then brings it all back together and kills with something smart. Like, fuck. I'm sorry to make you feel that way, Hank. You have a natural charm. Look, you got all your hair. You know what I mean? Look at that.
Starting point is 00:15:53 Would you really trade it? Let's, let's be honest. Well, here's the thing about that. Yeah. I think you're way more interesting on camera, so it's actually better. Okay, all right. You know what I mean? The Dennis Franz thing.
Starting point is 00:16:04 I look like a fucking moron. I see what you mean. You're sort of a nomazzo and you're the most handsome, obese, former addict. Yeah. And that's kind of, you're not getting any leading man roles for that. Can't be a leading man. Might be too good looking or too young looking to play like the dad or someone. Let's pause it on young for a second.
Starting point is 00:16:19 What are you talking about? I gave you good. I gave you good looking. I don't let's pause it on young. Do I look 50? Also, too good looking. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Sure.
Starting point is 00:16:28 I might say that, yeah. He says something to just me. I have to call that out. That's my, my, my, I'm too good looking to play the buddy. Let me. Let me say, let me know, no, you're not. Fair enough. That's what I can tell with myself.
Starting point is 00:16:44 That's not what's been holding you back. You're not losing weight. You're not in danger of losing weight too fast, and you're not too good looking to play the buddy. Fair enough. But you are wonderful. this season of tires. You are sort of my nemesis, right? Yeah, we were boys. I love it. That was the most that you and I worked together on anything. It was really fun. And I remember to leave in there every day. When we did the strip club scene, I remember, and I think I told Kevin about this,
Starting point is 00:17:09 but you have like a confidence on set to operate in your own way that I don't have. That's great for me. Well, you should. Yeah. I mean, first of all, it's our friend's show. Of course. You know, it's like what? I mean choices, choice wise in the scene, you know what I mean? Right, right. That you, the way you operate is good for me to see that. Yeah, I love that. Let your nuts out. You're a great actor fully.
Starting point is 00:17:34 Thank you, buddy. I appreciate it. And we do, we have some incredible stuff. I mean, we do hit a, you know, it's out on that. Tires has been out now for about a month. Surely you've seen it, but we have a wonderful strip club scene. We do a lot. We work with Bobby Lee a lot.
Starting point is 00:17:48 He was fucking hilarious. We work with Mr. Bobby Lee. Bobby Lee also killed at that show. He did, he did. Bobby. The funniest thing I saw was, I love Bobby. He came out, he came out, Shane's, South Carolina, Shane Gillis show.
Starting point is 00:18:02 There was what, 12,000, 14, like something crazy, right? The arena. Actually, maybe it was a little, it was a small arena. Sure. I'm hilarious to, that's even, like, yeah, like, Shannon's like, oh, just a small arena. You know what I mean? Yeah, hilarious.
Starting point is 00:18:16 Like, yeah, we will never touch that. Comedy Zone's pretty cool, too, though. On a Tuesday night you sell it out, that check's pretty good. Yeah, yeah, they throw in a pizza if you sell it out. Bobby comes out, the first thing you starts going, he starts singing, we are Charlie Kirk.
Starting point is 00:18:34 Is that what you were singing to that lady? We carry the flame. He gets the biggest pop of the night because it's Bobby Lee, and then immediately starts singing the Charlie Kirk song, and everyone is kind of mad at him, and then he immediately wins them back like two seconds later. so, he's such an incredible. He really is.
Starting point is 00:18:52 Even when I'm talking to him, I'm like, what's, like, it's like hard to track it in conversation. Totally. As a performer, he's fucking yeah, he's so magnetic. And he literally went from zero to a thousand and two seconds. As soon as he got on that stage, just took it over. Yeah. No, he's the fucking man,
Starting point is 00:19:08 but. It's good stuff. I love. Horrible actor, but good stuff. Not good looking enough to play the best friend. No. Not even close. No, he kills it. So does the guy that plays his dad. Yeah. Yeah, he was great. He was great.
Starting point is 00:19:21 I love a stern Japanese guy. I believe he was Korean. Okay, fair enough. Yeah. Which I mixed that out. That is a joke. That is a joke in the show about us being racist, and you did it for real. Yeah, he's a method actor. I was like, these guys are Japanese businessman.
Starting point is 00:19:37 Somebody yelled out, they're Korean. I was like, what, Bobby, you're Korean? Well, and now, cuisine-wise, would you take Korea over Japan? What do you think? Yeah, this is his real hell. Let's talk. It's tough, man. I never fucked with Korean food until I met my wife.
Starting point is 00:19:55 She's from Hawaii and all that little melting pot stuff. Sure. And I never thought, like when I smelled kimchi for the first time, when her mom came to visit and she opened that. I mean. Did they make jicket fingers? It was like, what the fuck? And then all this stuff for Korean barbecue,
Starting point is 00:20:15 I don't know what did, I can't identify all those little side dishes. I like that. Korean barbecue is good. barbecue's good. Now, Japan just has sushi going for it, has ramen going for it, and they have a version, which I'm sure is just a colonizer stealing a good thing from the country they colonized. They have their own little barbecue called Yaku Yaku Nikku, I believe. Yaku Nikuk, something like that. So, unfortunately, I hate to say to my Korean, you know, Brethren, who I do consider myself an honorary Koreans for some reason, only because I've eaten
Starting point is 00:20:47 so many short ribs, you know. But I do think unfortunately... Now look, Korea, come at me. If I'm wrong, if you have some kind of... Talk about North Korea, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly. The People's Republic. If I'm wrong and you have some kind of...
Starting point is 00:21:01 Something that goes toe to toe with ramen and sushi, I'm all ears. Because your barbecue is better than yakimiku, but... Wow, I forgot about ramen. That's tough. Ramen's tough. Japan has a nice... They got a lot of good stuff. I heard a pretty good take on ramen.
Starting point is 00:21:15 Like, the ramen you kind of... of our first introduced to always stays your favorite ramen. Thoughts on that? Absolutely untrue because the first ramen I was introduced to was 25 cent. Not that. No, not that. Jesus Christ, thick head. That was the-
Starting point is 00:21:31 Oodles of noodles. No, I mean, the first ramen I had was- Like, first real ramen. That you're like, it's in your neighborhood that you get a lot. Becomes like the prime market. Which was, when was that? This was, I mean, the first ramen I've had was in D.C. Actually, Brandon Wardell.
Starting point is 00:21:44 Shout out to, shout out to Brandon. Shut out. who also, he grew up in Hawaii for a lot of the time. And then, and he's, he's, he's, he's, he's more, he's, he was more in touch with Asian cuisine. And I remember when he was like, let's go get ramen. I was like, what the fuck are you talking about? Because all I knew it as was the fucking Maroussian or whatever the fuck. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:06 Sure. Beef. Thought it was a rubbing. I didn't know that was bad. I was crushing them freshman year of college. Of course. Of course. Of course.
Starting point is 00:22:12 College. Oh, a nice college way to do it too is a little cream. cheese in there. Whoa. Get a like almost make Alfredo. Make white trash, white trash fucking ramen alfredo. Put some hot sauce and some cream cheese in there.
Starting point is 00:22:25 Pretty nice. Damn, stop. Pretty fucking nice. Yeah. I used to make like spaghetti out of it. Not put the packet in, but put ketchup and ground beef.
Starting point is 00:22:32 Okay. All right. I'm like it. Yeah, ground beat. We're innovators. A box of pasta is like $1.49. True.
Starting point is 00:22:40 But did you like the text? Yeah. I'm with you. The brains. I get it. Yeah. We just had kind of a fat, mind meld there where I was like, I knew what he was doing.
Starting point is 00:22:48 I was like, I'm out of my depth. Plus, spaghetti takes longer to cook and it's messy and shit like that. Longer to cook is where you're losing me fully. We're talking about... Spaghetti cooks way longer than wrong. Six minutes versus, you know... And as a kid, I was... You got to brown the ground meat, too?
Starting point is 00:23:01 Right. I was already done. I mean, it's... What? It's already done. Ah. That's a leftover. You were kind of doing...
Starting point is 00:23:07 You got it delivered. Yeah, that's right. No, I had to do the ground beef. Yeah. I thought it was a leftover situation. You know? Leftover ground beef. That's not a patty fully move.
Starting point is 00:23:19 That would go to the dog. Respect. Yeah. Most of her refrigerator now is for the dog. You can't tell. Sweet potatoes, ground turkey. So the dog's eating better than you are, basically. At the house these days, yeah.
Starting point is 00:23:32 So your mother's dog lives in a loving home and gets cooked for it. And you're in Ian's basement. That's very true. That's very true, baby. So remember when you said tires was your rock bottom? Mm-hmm. No, you're building back up and I love that. Thank you, baby.
Starting point is 00:23:51 We're going to get back in there. Yeah, you had your bad tooth. You had your back. Oh, the tooth. I forgot about the tooth. Which was wild. That was another thing I gave you so much credit for. What was the bad tooth?
Starting point is 00:24:00 I had to get my fucking, I had to get a fucking tooth pulled. You got bad teeth all right. Dude, I got bad everything. You had a constant toothache. I had a constant toothache and I had, and my back was fucked. And I got a little buck wild off the GLP. I tried to fight them one week because they were having, because they had some like some guy was visiting set or like producers were visiting and then a
Starting point is 00:24:19 oh yeah I remember that you were shit in your brain so we had a couple very decadent lunches yeah that was a nice lunch that was a nice lunch but then I was the only stunt day on tires I had wild diarrhea when we're whipping around that course and I was just like holding my asshole shut dude it was tough it was tough have you ever had a what was the what's the greatest distress you've had off the off the gLP ones he gets it he's bad with it yeah I get a usually which it's calmed down a little bit because I really have stopped eating to the point of where, you know, I get full. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And at night and shit like that because I get it.
Starting point is 00:24:55 I would, if I ate too much at night, I would literally wake up the next morning. Yeah. Have sulfur burps. Oh, I hate those. And then everything in my stomach would liquefy and I would have liquid diarrhea and cramps for like the next three or four days. Brutal, which is a great way to thin down. Of course, sure. You know, because when the opposite of that.
Starting point is 00:25:15 You're shitting your brains out. Yeah, the opposite of that is I'm all backed up. I don't shit good on it at all. I've had zero. No complication. Not one side effect. Nauseous if I like really push it. If we don't like, we make a couple of times we went out to dinner as like a team and I'm like drinking fucking martini's or Manhattan.
Starting point is 00:25:35 And then like we're doing apps and desserts and let me try that. That all. Absolutely. But you started heavy too. You didn't like start out small. Now I went to some like quack doctor in midtown. I walked in an, she was, it was empty. Oh, that's a good sign.
Starting point is 00:25:49 And she's like, you gotta buy it through me. I give it to you. Straight needle, no pen. Really? So you would go in and she gives it to you? Yeah, I get it from, they hand it to me. It's like I tap my credit card and she hands me a vial of drugs. Like Brett Farf getting perkinset.
Starting point is 00:26:08 Yeah, it didn't feel good. Do you know it's the, is it at least labeled? This is the vial label? I sent it to a doctor, I know. Did you? To get synthesized, to get to check what it was? No, like a picture. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:26:18 Well, I don't know what was in there. It was definitely generic. And she did give you a cocktail. It was a mix of what are the two? Manjaro. Yeah, we were probably... She gave you a cocktail? Are you supposed to mix them?
Starting point is 00:26:29 I was snake-priced. And a little bit of a little bit of a moose, I thought was in there, well, Gimlet. I taste some triple sec on the back end. Yeah, it was, uh, yeah, but that stuff. Because now I'm on the regular whatever. We go to, like, because it was so expensive. It was like really expensive. Because you're paying cash.
Starting point is 00:26:46 I'm just paying cash. And then I switched to just like one of the services that's less expensive now. But that shit would hit you and you would be like, it was like fucking, it felt like chemo, dude. Yeah, it's brutal. It was really fucking bad. Yeah, you never got sick or got Zepi burps or anything like that.
Starting point is 00:27:01 No. Well, you know us way quick. That's nice, dude. I think for us, I think we're the same type of guy where, because it took, I was, I remember you watch like the first tour doc and I kept saying like, man, I keep getting food poisoning. And it was like, it was like, wait. Are you?
Starting point is 00:27:15 Are you just overeating on a medicine design to stop you? And I truly had to hit it was like, it's like I had to hit the electric fence for a year. Yeah. Before I learned how to do it. And even now, I just feel like I know the rhythms of the, of, yeah, you can like, I can, I can get, I can get caught with your hand in the cookie jar. Like, I can see a little bit, but I know how to not get out. Before the mouse trap.
Starting point is 00:27:34 Get the cheese before the trap. First day, you got to be real careful. First and second day are very. I'm opposite. First two days, I'm still in, I'm still playing with house money. It hits you later. Yeah. No, no, for me, it's definitely the first, if you over-eat that first day, you really pay for
Starting point is 00:27:51 it. It's, you don't feel it, and that's the danger day. The day you take the shot, because your body's still like, it hasn't kicked in yet, but the second, if you have too decadent a day, that next day is brutal. And the last day, the day before the shot, that's like, I think the analogy, I, I don't know if I've said it on the pot or just I did in conversation once, but if you ever played like a stealth game, like Metal Gear Solid or some shit, where like, you know, you have to wait for the guard to go to the end of the hallway.
Starting point is 00:28:19 And then for the one second that he turns us back, you have to like dart, that's the last day where I'm like waiting for the warden. And I'm like, you know what I mean? Then I'm like eating chicken wings. And that's what I'm, that's what I'm scheduling team dinners and shit like that. But then, you know, you pay, you know, you just don't want to sleep. If you try and mathematically see how many calories you can get without getting sick on this medicine, it completely defeats the purpose.
Starting point is 00:28:44 Of the medicine. But, you know, whatever. But at the same time, like you said, it took me a year hitting the electric fence. It's like, you know, well, you had 30-some years of the opposite behavior. It's like one year to correct 30 years of bad behavior. Isn't that bad. Until, you know, in four years, we all find out our
Starting point is 00:29:00 kidneys have been liquid, liquid, lique. No way. It's good point. They've been using it for third. I mean, it's generic at this point. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So it's like, we're using it as a weed killer for 30 years. He might round up. 12.5 roundup it's way cheaper
Starting point is 00:29:17 you're just sprayed it in your mouth spray a little wheat spray on the food I only eat half a pizza this tastes like shit ellis you're fighting it how you're never are you do you think maybe
Starting point is 00:29:29 you are you do you see these svelte three gentlemen do you get jealous? He doesn't I'm right I'm ready to come around yeah my sister just started it she like you know has two kids and
Starting point is 00:29:41 she fucking loves it. Yeah. And it's like one of the most positive reviews of GLP ones I've ever heard. And I'm like, you know, I'm fucking 37. You have a child now probably. By the time this comes out, you will have a child. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:29:56 I don't know if I'm going to be five. 50, 55, you know, that kind of thing. Dude, I got to say I did it for when we were like getting ready to have the baby. And it's like, I don't know. I would be a significantly worse. A big, a big reason. That's why I did it too. For Kevin's son.
Starting point is 00:30:15 I wanted to be a bad uncle. Yeah. Well, a big reason I'm really open to it now is because I've had like some fucked up knee pain. I don't know if it's because I'm fat. Let me stop you right there. What do you think the other option is your years of top tier athletic performance? Yeah, all those dunce I did. Too many long after.
Starting point is 00:30:35 You shouldn't have done the windmill. You just won the home of a derby, but was it worth it? You don't need it, though. man. I think I need it. Yes, he does. You think so? We are just... Stand up for me. No, he's big. I mean, he carries it better, but he's big. He needs it. We should be dead. You know what I mean? Like, we have evaded, like, nature for so long. That's what a guy who
Starting point is 00:30:57 actually needs it looks like. We needed intense medical intervention 10 years ago, me and you. Eldis is a guy who needs it. I haven't been able to, like, get under 300 in a long time. Now, you could say, have I been really trying to exercise and die? No, but I'm ready to just put poison in my body. That makes me hate food a little bit more. So I can't stuff my face. Yeah. He's tall.
Starting point is 00:31:20 He's six six. Six six. I know. I know I'm built like LeBron James. I didn't say that. Thank you, Foley. Yeah, you two should just talk about how handsome you are. I don't want to kill it too hard with the chicks, you know.
Starting point is 00:31:37 Well, do you have an addiction with food? Do you like that with food? Yeah, of course. Okay. Yeah, that's when you need it. Which a lot of people don't understand. Of course. All those naysayers out there.
Starting point is 00:31:48 They can go fuck themselves. Of course. Why don't you work out and do this? I do it. Fuck you. Yeah. Well, there definitely is a type of, like, being fat is the one thing that crosses all cultures and everyone, no matter how downtrodden you are in society, the fat version of that is even more downtrodden, right?
Starting point is 00:32:06 So it's like, so it's kind of unites humanity across races, sex. sexuality, genders, everybody looks down on the fat version of who they are. And then they can say, like, I'm better at least, at least I'm better than them. Sure. You know, across. So it's like, you know, and some of these guys who have no personality whatsoever, we haven't had to develop personalities because the world looked at us and was disgusted. From the, after we, once you stop being cute at like eight, then the world's, as a fat
Starting point is 00:32:34 person. You're just a tough kid. That's a tough kid. Those awkward years. The first time you get a stain. The first time you get a. fucking ice cream stain on your sweater. It's over, bro.
Starting point is 00:32:44 The first time you're fat and sloppy. Dude, I saw a guy. I was at a Wawa yesterday and I'm like, I'm fucking getting a sizzling. I'm driving. I'm getting, I'm probably two breakfast sandwich. I'm having a bad day. I'm like a cheat day.
Starting point is 00:32:55 I'm getting it. Yeah, at Wawa. And I'm parking. Did you have a drive ahead of you? Were you driving up? I was driving from the shore. Yeah. Oh, that's great.
Starting point is 00:33:02 And I'm like, my, the baby was sleeping in the back. My wife was in the back seat, making sure he was sleeping. She was like nodding off. And I'm like, I'm just, you're in the zone. I'm going to get two Wawa ice teas, two sandwich, and a cup of coffee. Wawa's your co-pass. Your co-pilot.
Starting point is 00:33:17 Absolutely. I get that. And I pull up, right? And I'm like, dude, as I'm loading the car, I'm like, I'm getting it. I'm getting it. I'm getting it. I'm getting it. You're doing that whole fucking.
Starting point is 00:33:28 And I'm like, it's just whatever the wheels slams on when I get there. I don't know. It's a relationship. Maybe I'm in, maybe I go, fuck that. No, stay true. Or maybe I don't. And there's something so you don't even know. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:33:40 I have no idea. You surrender yourself up to the whims of the universe. And I, you know. Meanwhile, what happens is you get it actually even more than you would have just planned to get. Oh, sure. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. But I will say, and this happens every now and then and like I get, it gets burned into my brain. And I use it as I get out.
Starting point is 00:33:58 And honestly, like, if I didn't move to New York, I would, I would be 400 pounds at a Wawa. Like, I would for sure, that's where I would be. Which is weird that I did move to New York. You're not crazy Foley would be a piece of ass eating sweet potatoes with this dog and ground turkey They're munching meeting in the middle
Starting point is 00:34:21 They got a piece of ramen They're sucking in a big ramen noodle Lady in the tramping it When we stopped taking the subway You had a car in New York That's when I attribute everything back to that Jeep That's so funny He would turn it into a different guy
Starting point is 00:34:35 Took it everywhere That's so funny Dude this guy's coming out and he's got he's got my order he's got the double stack of the sizzleys he's got he's got a gallon a half a gallon of wah-a-a-hast and you know that's just for him dude know that's a serving he's he's one of those fats that's like it's like he's about to pot you know what I mean like if you hit him with a needle oh the neck swollen yeah everything and he gets in a fucking 2004 cavalier and he doesn't even do it and he's on the dash low dude he's most
Starting point is 00:35:08 The wheel goes low. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I went, don't be that. Don't be that guy. And nothing against him person. Like I said, that is genuinely who I would be. Don't give into your addiction. Yes.
Starting point is 00:35:18 That guy is an avatar for what you could be. Could I, what I could be. Yes. And I went, man, and I didn't. I got the egg bites, which got out to the Wawa egg bites. They are. Really? Yes.
Starting point is 00:35:28 Stellar. Really? They are. Elders, have you had them? I know you're an egg bite champion overall. Where are you an egg bite? You an egg bite said Starbucks? I love the Starbucks egg bite.
Starting point is 00:35:36 I haven't had a good one otherwise. Yeah. Starbucks lost it. Oh, really? They cooked them. Some of them are cold in the middle, they're mushy. I will give you that. It's not, yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:45 He doesn't know what he's talking about. No, no, no. Me? The consistency is not there. It's insane. I'll give you that, but they lost it. Still fantastic organization. You get a good one.
Starting point is 00:35:54 You know who likes Starbucks, Ian Fidesz. What do you do? You know who works at a Starbucks? Yeah, yeah. You do the red pepper ones, the white ones? No, I got to get the bacon grueyer. Yeah, you do? I like the white.
Starting point is 00:36:06 This is so funny. I also like the veggie. Yeah, you get the... Obviously, you start when you're fat as shit. You obviously, the first one you order is the bacon one. Yeah. But even that, what's the point? But then I'm like, this is just, it really feels like too much.
Starting point is 00:36:19 Gouda even sounds like a fat cheese. It is a fat cheese. I know, but Gita. If that, the bacon, Gouda egg bite feels like it should be spread onto a fucking thing of sourdough. It's not, it's not a bite on, it has no crunch, it has no nothing. It needs a texture. And they miss on the texture.
Starting point is 00:36:35 They miss on the texture. They miss on the texture. I would get the ham, sorry, I'd get the ham in Swiss. baguette and throw a couple egg bites on there. Now we're talking. Holy, that's beautiful. I am past that part of my life. If I ever get back there, I will, it's over for me.
Starting point is 00:36:48 100%. My back is, like, honestly, having back pain is unfortunately like the reminder where I'm like, this is because you're fat as shit. Yeah. I always thought it would be blood work. I always thought I would get diabetes. I always thought I'd have a heart problem.
Starting point is 00:37:01 The cat's something like that. Luckily, we've avoided that, you know, but I never thought it would be. be structural. I never thought about just the the weight you're putting on your fucking on, you know. Yeah. Yeah. What is it? Lower back? The vertebrae. I have a couple of vertebraes very fucked up. I should read. I should read it out one day so that some doctor can diagnose me via the podcast. But I have spondyliosis or some bullshit. I don't know. Huh. I don't fucking know, dude. I just don't know. I'm so fucked. I'm so fucking fucked. But before we move on, I want to say to all the Wawa people out there, the egg bites, they sit there in the heat lamp. So they stay warm and they're
Starting point is 00:37:38 They're constantly crisp. That's all I want to say. Try them out. All right, we will have to do some investigation, eldest. We do need to weigh in on that as well. I'm always down. I'm a big sheets guy. I love the sheets food.
Starting point is 00:37:49 Funny you mentioned that. This is crazy. Uh-oh. He's a sheets guy now. I'm not a sheets guy now. Wow. That's crazy. You think you start a podcast with a guy,
Starting point is 00:37:59 your best friends are 50 years? You can't become a sheets guy. Listen, I've been taking a lot of heat on the pod for my new life, my hip ways. Yeah, give me some of that. hanging out new music. Tell me, give me something.
Starting point is 00:38:10 Get a tattoo. Tell me, oh, what's the tattoo? Butterfly. Come on, man, where is it?
Starting point is 00:38:15 You joined a band? No. I'm mixing around with a couple of guys were working on some stuff. He's in the middle of a midlife crisis. Yeah, I mean,
Starting point is 00:38:24 I would say three-quarter life crisis, but yeah. 90, 95% like that. He's now a sheets guy. All that aside, he's a fucking sheet guy. I've got to live it up the next few weeks, you know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:38:35 Sheets guys, not as a while. I mean, look, Speaking from the greater Philadelphia area, that feels like being a traitor to me. Let me ask you this. Sheets is like Western Maryland. Ohio, Western Maryland. Like Frostburg, where my brother went to college, it was the first place I encountered
Starting point is 00:38:51 a Scho's. It's like the middle of Pennsylvania over. Exactly. So to me, that feels ludicrous for you to say that. But if you're driving out there and there ain't a Wawa, are you going to stop there and get something? No, you just say, no, you just stop at a fucking gas station. You don't just become a gas station guy. Like if I fucking stop at a random gas station.
Starting point is 00:39:11 Sitco. If I guess I'm not, I'm not all of a sudden a Sinoco guy because I got a fucking. You don't come on and go, you know what's great at Sonoco. Yeah, yeah. Well, that's what I'm saying. I just happen to stop at a sheets and I gave a glowing review of that.
Starting point is 00:39:21 The glowing review. Yeah, yeah, yeah. They got a lot going on. They got the cooler with the beers and stuff like that. Slushies. Look, sheets to me does feel very wah-wah adjacent. I'm not,
Starting point is 00:39:30 I don't mean to close. I mean, there's a proper rivalry in the state of Pennsylvania. If we're being, if, look, It's like rooting for the cowboys. Exactly. But it's a civic matter for it. Because I, look, if we take the, what each chain symbolizes away, then yes, they're both
Starting point is 00:39:47 fucking good if we're being honest, right? But it's not about the actual offerings. It's about what it, what it means to your, like, I'm a Royal Farms guy and I will always be a Royal Farms guy. They got that chicken. The chicken. I never had it. I think about it all the time.
Starting point is 00:40:00 You got to get in there. You got to get in there. And look, it puts it in a different class. I can objectively say the greater offerings of Wawa, there's more at a Wawa. There's more at a Sheets. But we nail what we do well. I respect it.
Starting point is 00:40:14 And it matters to me. It's, it is emotional. Emotional to me. I have a sentimental bond with it. And you will never hear me say I'm a Wawa guy, ever, because I'm a Royal Farms guy. Sure. Do I like Wawa? Yes.
Starting point is 00:40:28 So I just think you need to think about. I never said it was a sheets guy. He put those more. Yeah. I went there once and I liked it. All right. All right, all right. I think that's Kevin just misled me then.
Starting point is 00:40:41 I thought you had some... Hey, who's sorry, are you on? I thought it's part of your midlife crisis you were now. It's a denounce wah-wah, and I am sheets only. I'm getting a sheets butterfly tramp stamp. Start dating a girl from sheets. That I would believe. That is the least far-fetched thing I've heard so far.
Starting point is 00:41:00 She gets a 10%? Yeah. I like mozzarella sticks of my sandwiches. That's nothing wrong with that. That is very interesting, though, because you guys are, this is, there is a, as a, as a enjoyer of your output, it's, this is, I know there's, you guys are kind of at very, you're treating this part of your life very differently in a, in a very artistically interesting way.
Starting point is 00:41:26 You're the suburb, you are literally a suburban dad. That's a, that's a good, be hard. You're literally a suburban dad with an above, ground pool. I ain't doing. 28 bucks. Wow. Do you have a good time with it? Yeah, it's currently green, but the neighbor's not. But the maiden voyage was nice. It was great. It's nice. A couple of beers in there.
Starting point is 00:41:45 But he was getting an actual wave. Yeah. He just got an actual pool. I have thinking about getting an actual pool. What's the fucking point of becoming rich by accident? But I don't live in the, that's like we don't, I'm still here all the time. I'm still in New York. We just go there. Your vacation home in Jersey. It's my, it's my country home. Your country home in Jersey. city or wherever the fucking, I mean, who am I? It's Matuchin. Interesting. I like that. That's a nice move.
Starting point is 00:42:10 You want your child to fucking frolic a little bit. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, it's also, yeah, you just do the thing. We're like, yeah, I woke up this morning with him and I took him out back. He's in a sandbox. I got the dog run. I'm having a coffee. The dog's chasing a fox. And then we come up here and it's like, you know, some guys, you know, of course. Out front of your shitting on your door, literally shitting on your doorstep. No, no. We had a, we had a, we had a friend of the. We had a friend of the fox. the program who said that was a big problem for him and he asked us to cut it out
Starting point is 00:42:36 because he told the story about a guy literally shitting on his doorstep over and over again and he was like hey man I have a baby I don't want to explain to my child this this is a little early to explain grown man shitting on the especially imagine trying to potty train
Starting point is 00:42:52 your fucking baby and they just see a grown man shitting outside and they're like well he doesn't have to fucking shit the toilet why do I'm the city we're talking about is in the city I mean weird in the suburbs yeah yeah I mean that would be insane and fucking matuchin. Borden town. That's awesome, man.
Starting point is 00:43:07 So you're, so, I like it. Are you enjoying fatherhood? I'm enjoying fatherhood. Yeah, it's really, it's fucking awesome. But you do realize. He changed like that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:17 It's like it happens. He changed? Yeah. Oh, okay. I see the, I see the tensions. Yeah, I see the tensions here. He doesn't even get blackout drunk with me four times out of the week. I still do that.
Starting point is 00:43:30 I still do that. Not with me, though. Oh, I see. A suburban friends. Oh, I got to, yeah, like my wife has made friends. He don't like his. They're hanging out. It's, you know.
Starting point is 00:43:41 So maybe some of Foley's, maybe he's acting out, Kevin. For sure. Maybe he's, this is his way of saying, hey, pay attention to me. You're over there. He gets a lot of attention. And that's bad news. But, dude, he gets more attention some weeks than myself. Unfortunately, that's where we're at.
Starting point is 00:43:59 Talk about the electrical fence. I finally. to stay off Kippey's radar. Oh, okay, okay, interesting. So this is, yes, your relationship is, this is phase three, basically. Of us. Because phase one is, you know,
Starting point is 00:44:11 open micers together, sure, the initial friendship. Phase two is when you... I was in charge running the operation. You're, because you're 40 years older than everybody else. At one point, he was in charge. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:44:21 I looked around, I'm like, you gotta get out of the way, let me start getting some shit done. Well, as an open micer, if someone's a decade older than you, you're like, well, that's a guy I need to respect. For sure.
Starting point is 00:44:30 And then you start realizing. And I didn't. No, I did. No, I did. And I still, I still respect you to it, obviously, in the things you're good at. Yeah. There's certain thing he just like, you know, but he was the kind of guy we would start hanging out of like an open mic and then he didn't have CIG. So he bummed Sigs off yet, you know, which I'm pro CAA. Everyone's smoking things. Let's smoke. Of course. But then he'd be the kind of guy like, yeah, let me get a ride home. I'm like, all right, well, I park, you know, this way. And then you're walking to the car. So how fucking far did you park? Yeah, yeah, yeah, he's mad at you. I'm like, what is this guy's deal, man. I did recently. I went to, I went out to eat with a couple of. buddies. It was in LA and they were like offering me a ride home. I was like, oh, great, that's awesome. But they had parked up a hill and I was like, I'm going to take an Uber I'm like, I'm not walking up. He only offered a ride if the car's right there. What the fuck? You ask for a ride. It was a nice gesture from my friends. And yeah, yeah, but it is very
Starting point is 00:45:22 funny to complain. Basically, I was trying to avoid being doing that. Exactly. Halfway up the hill. Yeah, yeah. What the fuck? Come on. What are you guys out of your fucking mine's making me walk all the way up here. I had to drive to a show with Cassidy like two months ago. And he lives in Sunnyside. He parks about seven miles away from his fucking apartment.
Starting point is 00:45:45 Had to hoof it down there. Brutal, man. I'm sorry. I'm sorry you had to get 12 minutes of cardio. I don't know what is. I don't know where I'm going. And he's like, it's right over here. It's not right over here. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Well, they can't give you the information because you'll get mad.
Starting point is 00:46:00 if you know how far the walk is Yeah, it's also They used to do that We used to lie to him of what, dude Yeah He's also He's lost the way And he's been doing great
Starting point is 00:46:09 But it was always We would always clock it The team would clock it In the airport Right He'd see the gate and go A84 What the fuck?
Starting point is 00:46:19 And they put the distance on it now Too 15 minutes I'm like That's not good for the team's vibes Of course Of course You get one piece of information It's like fucking fuck
Starting point is 00:46:28 Yeah Yeah So we would like leave him And then he's like You're not waiting for for me. But now he'll charge his cheese right up there with the pack. I love that. Sometimes leading the pack. I love that. That's beautiful. You're going back to becoming a leader fully.
Starting point is 00:46:39 No. Today's a little speech. I walk away from him. I do my own thing. I see. I see. I see. Okay. So yeah, this is interesting. So phase three, so phase three is A-YG. I think is- and phase three is now family man and whatever's going, whatever four decides to settle into. Yeah, it's not great. I believe in you. You're doing great. So I got to give him that.
Starting point is 00:47:00 And it was a, it was a, I remember when I saw him change, like into a dad. Right. Which made him. Start to smack him around a little bit. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It made him. Oh, it made him more stern with you. A hundred percent.
Starting point is 00:47:13 And he would throw things at me like, you know, my time is more valuable now. Right. Which is true, which is objectively true. 100%. Yeah. Hey, Stavi, what would be your response if you drove an hour to work, got to work, and then the guy you're supposed to work with was like, I'm not coming in today. Well, let me tell you something.
Starting point is 00:47:28 You're going to be like, well, you can't do this. I will find out soon when Eldis has a kid. We're going to be in the reverse situation where somehow it makes him more, it will make him less responsible at his job. Why, is he late and stuff like that? Huh? Is he late?
Starting point is 00:47:44 Elders does a great job. Elders will do a bee at any task you give him. He will never do better, but he won't be worse. You know what I mean? Thank you. Yeah. I'm sorry, I should say he's capable of reaching a B at some point.
Starting point is 00:48:00 point on any task you give him. Now I'm leaning stop. And he's there, he's there. But I am actually very curious to see. I actually think Elders is going to be, he is going to be an incredible dad. But I also have all the people who have a kid, I'm the least worried, because Eldis, you can throw anything at him and he will not fuck it up. Now, will he do the best job ever? No. Is his kid going to be a genius? No. But he's got a great mom. You know what I mean, the kid's going to have a great mom that's going to pick up a lot of, and there will be slack. But Eldiz is sort of like a pack mule. You could just keep throwing stuff and he's going to keep going up.
Starting point is 00:48:33 Yeah, he does roll with the punches. He does. I've never seen you emotionally, I've never seen you height emotions one way or the other. Exactly. He's a steady hand, which is very important as a tour man. That is actually, he does, that is his A plus skill is his steady hand as a tour manager. That's great. It can be insane.
Starting point is 00:48:54 now sometimes he forgets to you know make sure we have a place to park the bus or something like that but that's okay he's that's a lot of shit too yeah yeah yeah yeah you gotta give him that's funny how you guys all got a bunch of you guys got thrown into being actual tour manager i know it is very it is very and that's why i think i actually think that's why i know eliz is going to be a good dad because he has no business doing this job the way he has no business being a father and he will do and he's done look the podcast is what look where we are new studio fucking serious x-em deal. Eldis is for my money the number one, the number one podcast
Starting point is 00:49:28 producer, yeah, the number one podcast producer. Spend it all the time with the kid. He think it's his, you think he's the one that he's the meeting's on time. We'd have a deal. This kid's not the trouble who's late to everything. You don't want to give him a bunch of money? All right, we'll try again next year.
Starting point is 00:49:44 It's all political. Ah, yes. You're staunch politics, Foley. Your political views. Sheets first. Yeah, the serious guys are big wah-wah guys, and they heard you... You believe he turned-coded us?
Starting point is 00:49:58 They heard your dalliance with sheets in there. They've turned on you. I'm probably too good looking for you. No, yeah, I never thought about it like that. I guess we're on a different phase a little bit here. I think it was said pretty good on one of the Patreon episodes that we did of just like, you know, uh...
Starting point is 00:50:16 We just need a little separation of church and state, right? Of course, of course. That's all. I drove him nuts last. We all have become... No, no, but the way... And a little bit, this one. Of course.
Starting point is 00:50:25 But the way that- But all jokes aside. We've all been thrown into something. Like, none of us thought we were gonna be this successful. None of us were ready for it. And as much as I should don't know this, I don't want to run a business. Sure. That sucks dick.
Starting point is 00:50:37 I want to do stand-up and I have to fucking have meetings? That sucks. You guys have no fucking, I mean, Foley actually is the only one behaving the way we all should be. Sure. All of us should be like, what? We have responsibility? No, thank you. I'm gonna go eat a Hogi and sleep in a basement.
Starting point is 00:50:52 basement. You know what I mean? Meanwhile, me and you were pretending to be something we're not. Sure. I have to give fully credit for staying true to him. We all have been our own entire lives. Guys a goddamn genius. I appreciate that. You got it. And look, we'll get into all your dynamics when I come on, are you garbage very soon. But for now, I think it's out now already. It's already out now. You're right. We've already gotten into your dynamics on my, on my episode of Are You Garbage. But now let's take the new, the new expertise. you boys have gained in the last six months. And let's apply it to some of our callers.
Starting point is 00:51:27 What do you say? Let's hit the visible. Let's hit the Stabi hotline sponsored by Visible Elders. Can I say this first? You absolutely can. I'm very confused by the timeline. I don't know what's going on.
Starting point is 00:51:36 You don't have to, man. It's kind of like tenant. Yeah. I saw that on a plane with bad audio. I almost jumped out of the fucking back of the plane. We watched it on Christmas on mushrooms. Yeah. And it was awesome.
Starting point is 00:51:48 That was one of the most fun holidays I've ever had. You thought it was awesome. Well, we were so fucked up. Sure. I'm going to have to watch it sober. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I like Robert Pattinson in it, but that's what I got to came to a certain point with Nolan and his fucking scores. It's like, dude, pull it back a little bit.
Starting point is 00:52:10 You know what I mean? He's got crazy takes. You heard it here first. Christopher Nolan's scores are too intense. Now let's play some calls, Elvis. Play some hits, will you? Elvis, esteemed guest, first time, long time. I am calling because I have tried the Stavi's way of having conversations with my buddy who I am letting crash on my couch.
Starting point is 00:52:37 Ian's calling. He keeps eating on my snacks, man. Ian's got weird snacks. Oh, I believe it. It's like beet juice, cherry juice. He is in great shape. My couch. Let me explain my living situations.
Starting point is 00:52:54 I live in a one-bedroom apartment. You have to walk through my bedroom to get to my bathroom. Oh, well. I decided to allow my buddy who was suicidal, sleep on my couch, so that he could be in a city where he could get access to work. He was in a very rural area. So he has been on my couch for two months. I told him three months, Max. At this point, he has, I told him I give him a little bit over three months,
Starting point is 00:53:34 but I told him at the end of a certain month he has to get out. My problem is, for this last month, how in the hell can I get him to leave my apartment so I have some time to myself? He is essentially just not left my apartment. he worked one day as doing a moderately physical job and then immediately had health problems come up that he knew he had that I guess he thought if he didn't work too hard they would be fine so he doesn't have a job hopeful he'll eventually find a job but in the meantime I I can't even jerk off in any meetings whole way. You know, I'd like to make a little time, you know, stretch out on my bed, spend a little time, not just get the bed them out.
Starting point is 00:54:35 And I have tried, you know, tell him like, hey, it'd be good for you to get out and talk to people and just be outside of my chair. God just shot him. I'm not going anywhere. Is that stop me? That was basically it. Nice, eldest. I don't fucking know, dude. You're fucked.
Starting point is 00:55:03 I mean, at least you, he did a good job of setting that initial boundary, right? And you gave your buddy a chance. He squandered it. What can you really do? For you to want that this last month to yourself,
Starting point is 00:55:17 it's like, buddy, that's not. You know that's not. Your month's cooked. Your month's gone. You just got to. to go, you have to do more work. You have to use this month to go, how are we going to get you out of here? What's the next step? What more can I do for you to get my life back is what you have to do? Yes. I would say from a different perspective. Sure, give the guy a chance. You can't,
Starting point is 00:55:37 you can't make a deal with that guy and then say you got to be out in three months. Yes, you can, probably. I think it's got to be an unconditional thing. No, it does not. You know who does that in finance? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So, you're going to be. This guy should become pleasant. You can't say you got three months and then fucking, you got to get out of here, man. Where the fuck's he going to go? Guy suicidal. He's got health problems.
Starting point is 00:55:59 Yeah. So he gave him a three-month window to figure his shit out. He gave him a place to stay. He gave him a place to crash. He gave him access to opportunities. And yes, that's more than enough time. Access to opportunities. You got to walk through his bedroom and get to the bathroom.
Starting point is 00:56:12 Whatever he's living, wherever he went, you know, the city he's living in apparently has more opportunity. So I would say, and I see why I see why we have two dueling perspectives here. We have to, we have to say We got him a corporate lease for three months That ended and now he has nowhere to live That's why he's at Ian It's a little too on the nose
Starting point is 00:56:34 That's so fucking funny I had my own place I was doing good producing by accident Yes you can absolutely So full to you both you and our caller fully Three months is absolutely enough time when you have especially if you have a good job, but this guy doesn't even have that.
Starting point is 00:56:56 Hey, he has some medical issues. He does have some medical issues. That is true. And that's also weird. What does that mean exactly? But look, I agree with Kevin where it's like,
Starting point is 00:57:06 this month's gone and actually what you need to be doing. More work. Is make sure the rest of your life is not cooked. Make sure he doesn't creep in another month. Make sure he doesn't fucking get, you know, act like a fucking asshole when you finally are like, all right, man.
Starting point is 00:57:21 I told you, you know, so you have to set them. You have to be like, laying the ground. Hey, man, what's the plan? Like, what's the plan for getting out of here? Because I got to, I love you. You're my guy and I'll continue to help as much as I can. But I kind of need my life back. I need to do this.
Starting point is 00:57:35 I can help, you know. And so try, but also, but always in every interaction, make it clear. Yeah. That there is no, because we're not extending this situation. After a month, you got to be out. You need to start doing that work because he's for sure not. The work he's doing is, if I just don't, like he's trying to extend it.
Starting point is 00:57:54 That's what he's doing in his head. He's going, if I don't do this, if I don't bring it up, oh dude, it's two weeks. He hasn't fucking said shit yet. Maybe if I never leave, he'll be cool with it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:06 This ain't so bad. Just the guy smoking weed on his couch. Yeah, that's a lose, loose situation right there. You're going to work again, pussy? Playing fucking switch all day. Yeah, that sucks. Yeah, you have to, that's a great point. You have to shake him out of that mindset.
Starting point is 00:58:21 Yeah. Because right now he is trying to extend and you have to, he clearly hasn't pulled himself up by his bootstraps. No, not at all. It'd be one thing you could extend him if he was like, you know, hey, I've only been where, it took me two months to get a job, but I got the job.
Starting point is 00:58:34 Right, right, right. Like, if he's got to give you some sort of initiative. Like if he was in a band or got a tattoo, lost a bunch of weight, was killing it. Sure. If he's like probably too jealous of your good looks. Yeah, yeah. I get that.
Starting point is 00:58:47 You think getting a band, joining a band and getting a tattoo is a, equivalent to getting a job fully. Is that what you're thinking? Looking cool, yeah. Then the money comes, guy. It's sad to say this, but it's like you seeing the fact guy at Wawa, I can tell you right now, this kid is not ready to leave this place.
Starting point is 00:59:03 No. It's not, but that's neither here nor there. Yeah, you have to cut ties. Yeah. And look, this guy maybe is a little naive about how easy this was going to be. That happens a lot, right? When people, you put yourself in the headspace of a friend who is fucking insane or as mental or as severely depressed.
Starting point is 00:59:24 And yeah, yeah, yeah, truly. Hey, you ain't lying. Yeah, I know you fucking lying. Caused him a lot of hearting. Yeah, Kevin was like, well, obviously, fully will behave in a reasonable manner. To go back. Sure. And that was your biggest mistake, Ryan.
Starting point is 00:59:37 Been a lot of discussion on the team of like, I go, I keep using my brain to solve his problem. And that's my flaw is to think he's going to go, oh. Right. Right. Right. Right. B and C. But look, that is hard, right?
Starting point is 00:59:51 That's hard for this guy to figure out too. It's hard for all parties involved. Everybody, especially, I mean, you know. That's pretty easy for me. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm having to get done. Just being a jerk off from a little bit back. True, true.
Starting point is 01:00:03 So you've seen, you've seen the mind of these people. You're looking at a very successful version of your friend, and he is still arguing for getting more than three months. So you're a fucking unemployed guy, you know, with chronic, with tuberculosis or whatever the fuck he has, that he can't even do one day of hard labor. Yeah, for all we know, this kid can start doing crowdwork clips
Starting point is 01:00:23 or something like that and be killing him on a month. That he's going to be asking for tickets. He's disabled? Send him to kill Tony. Let him do a bucket pull. This guy might be able to fucking tour with, you know, some guy with cerebral palsy. So, yeah, those are your options.
Starting point is 01:00:40 Either get him a bucket pull or fucking, or give him, you buy him a couple months of Indeed or some shit like that. Yeah, you got it. But you got it. you're going to have to do the work because he's not doing it. You got to stuff to them. You're fucked up letting him in there.
Starting point is 01:00:52 And I can tell you that from a dirt back's perspective. Exactly. It's like vampire rules. He's going to have squatters rights. Yeah, exactly. In fact, this guy's probably Googling squatters rights before he's applying to jobs. Yeah. I'm telling you.
Starting point is 01:01:05 So, yeah, get him out of there one way or the other and get ready to get him out of there. That is a funny way to look at it. You think of how you would solve the problem. Mm-hmm. You know? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, because if I had three months like crashing, I would be like,
Starting point is 01:01:16 Jesus, this is fucking miserable. I gotta get the fuck out of here. The first month in New York, I did crash on my friend's couch, and it was fucking horrible. First of all, they were insane. They were, like, addicted to meth, or not real meth,
Starting point is 01:01:28 like they were crushing Adderall. Sure. And they were cheating on each other constantly. And then I got bedbugs from the, from the place. And I had no money. I just moved to New York. And I took, I had like, you know, I had maybe like three grand in the bank, right?
Starting point is 01:01:43 Jesus, really? I moved up here with $186. Respect. Yeah. No, I had, I had like, because me and Elders were, me, Elders and our friend Christina were moving in together. And I had like just enough for, you know, first month, whatever. And it cost me $750 to fumigate, like, I had to put all my balloons into a truck
Starting point is 01:02:01 and fumigate them. And I did not have that $750. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I was a fucking, but even then I was like, I cannot be in this situation. Yeah. We got to get the fuck. You got to move. So you're kind of somewhere in the middle between me and Kippy a little bit.
Starting point is 01:02:15 I think I am, yeah. No, I can really let my, like when my addictions take over, I am more useless than you fully. But I think financially and stuff like that with life, you lean more towards Kippie, but, you know, Chinese buffet. I can get in the zone. I'm just a man of extremes. You're a homeowner. I'm a man of extremes. Yes, yes.
Starting point is 01:02:33 I know, it's crazy that you make me look responsible. Totally. Like, I look like Warren Buffett. And meanwhile, I'm blowing money. I have no idea. Yeah, I only look like, exactly. You're also grading on the comedian's curve. Is that a shot at me?
Starting point is 01:02:44 That what's going on? that you're looking at Warren No, Warren. No, no, no, that's not, he didn't mispronounce buffet. That's a, that's a guy. Yeah. Me, Margaritaville? So anyway, yeah, you're probably fucked, but try and get your friend out of there. Yeah, you're fucked. Next question. He should never let him in. He's be stern, you gotta be stern. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:03:03 He's gonna kill himself. Oh, God. And if he does, we are not legally responsible at all this is for entertainment purposes only. What's up, scabby baby, an LD. and esteemed guest. I am a wife and a mother of two. I'm 28 years old. My husband is 29.
Starting point is 01:03:25 And I'm also a bisexual lady. So rep in for those. Nice. Here's my question. My husband and I, before we've had kids, have been known to step outside into the dating world together just in terms of like sleeping with people, i.e., we've Fucked girls together. We ha.
Starting point is 01:03:46 That's awesome. We haven't done so since we've had kids and like gotten married. Fucking chicks. That's awesome. No one should be using shit like that. Fucked girls together. We haven't done so since we've had kids and like gotten married and kind of settled down. But we've talked about it.
Starting point is 01:04:10 And it's something I would like to do for him as like kind of a gift because. What a good wife. You know, like a fun night to be a little bit more youthful. But my question is, how do we go, how do I go about finding this person? I, have I dated anyone other than my husband in almost a decade now. I don't really want it to be anybody we know intimately. I would much prefer it be like a safe stranger. So how do I find a safe stranger in, you know, not a.
Starting point is 01:04:45 a super crazy populated area. Right. Okay. I was going to say a dating, like a fuck forward dating app, like field or some shit like that. Sure. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:04:56 There's like, I don't, I mean, the old one was Thrinder. Yeah, I don't know. You're like, you're like either go on as a couple
Starting point is 01:05:02 or a single looking for couples. Interesting. Yeah. Did you ever get in the mix there? What we do in the burbs? Did you ever get in there? Me? Yeah,
Starting point is 01:05:10 yeah. Yeah. What? I got chicken fingers? going on there is the single dude looking for a couple I mean that's crazy but they're looking for it so it's like you know why they're not looking for us
Starting point is 01:05:22 they're looking for hot chicks we're not really the bulls even if they want guys they don't want fucking no the comment hold on a second just give me a second to get hard they want their wife plowed which I will not do yeah me neither me neither yeah I can't round my head around that yeah I don't know but then like your public
Starting point is 01:05:42 I don't know if they want it public. Like if someone else sees it, then people know. Right. Small town. That might not be great. True. Yeah. I mean, in which also the like, this is, I mean, I would say, my first piece of advice
Starting point is 01:05:54 would be like, how did this happen in the past, right? When you guys are younger. Sure. What was the situation? How did you do it? Because if you want a no work, no, you know, no strings, no, you know, nobody to know about it, then perhaps Foley's immediate suggestion of a pro makes, the most sense, right?
Starting point is 01:06:13 Like getting a, you know, and maybe you get, maybe you spring for a nice, third week, they have the GFE, they have the girlfriend experience. Do they have the third, third experience where you go out, get some drinks, it's a fun night, you know what I mean? If you wanted to be just sex, whatever,
Starting point is 01:06:32 that's, and you're worried about like, you know, like she said, public place, whatever, that's probably your, that's probably your most direct. That's kind of a fail safety of like, this is, there's a level of, inconspicuous that goes with this or whatever. Confidentiality. Confidentiality.
Starting point is 01:06:47 Exactly. However, the problem with that is they might want it to be a normal, not a regular person, but a person that... That's not a sex worker. Yes. That might be hotter for them. Hotter for them. Sure.
Starting point is 01:07:01 I'm just saying, yeah, we're giving them options. So this is your first number one option. Then I would say a very fuck-specific app. Because even that, the people you're worried about finding you, they're not on field. You know what I mean? Like maybe they're on Tinder. Like maybe your neighbors
Starting point is 01:07:16 or whatever on a regular run. Yeah, they're also in. But the freaky... The freaky app, I think, is the way to go. Now, I will say, the way she's framing this is... This is the hardest difficulty threesome to set up, I would say,
Starting point is 01:07:30 is like hot girl trying to convince a different girl to basically take one for the team and also suck her husband off? You know what I mean? Like, I don't know. Is your husband hot? Is like, what is he...
Starting point is 01:07:42 bring to the table because the way to do this otherwise is like and if you want to feel a little more youthful if you don't want it to be a one-off then it is you and your husband live the kind of lifestyle you used to where you used to maybe some fine chicks together go out to the bar or something you got to be out in the field you got to actually if you want if you want it exactly that's that's the way to get to it unless you want it to be like a completely you know completely no strings attached whatever in which case i do think yeah you know patronizing a sex worker i think i think would be the way to go if you wanted it is simple. And then I would probably go, you know, fuck app in the middle.
Starting point is 01:08:19 Who knows? Who's to say? I like how she put the rule down that you can't be anybody we know her. I mean, of course. Yeah, that's. But you guys are in a better place than most because most people, I would say, if you were trying this for the first time, I'm like, don't do it. You're not going to pull it off.
Starting point is 01:08:34 You have fucking kids. But, you know, if you guys have done it, and I do think it works for some people, then it's more nostalgia than it is a new... Yeah, it's more like if you... If you went to concerts a lot, then you had to, you got married. We're going to a concert again. We're going to go. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:08:48 Let's go see the back street boys reunion. Yeah, I think that's probably your move. I will say, are you getting anything out of this? Because she has only framed this as a gift for her husband. I think that's bullshit. I think she wants to eat a little pussy as well. I mean, she's writing into it or she's calling into here. Like, she's invested in it.
Starting point is 01:09:08 Which I like. I like if, I mean, look, we are four horny. Women should be more publicly horny They shouldn't be shamed for their sexual urges So don't feel like you have to say Well I'd love to give him a present It's like if you want to suck some titty She said she's bisexual
Starting point is 01:09:22 Sure but that doesn't mean you necessarily You know want to do she Because I'm not wrong right In her speaking she said she positioned it She wants to do that for him For him I guess that is the leading But she also's yeah She did but she didn't she didn't have any
Starting point is 01:09:36 Anything hinting at contempt in her voice Not at all She seems pretty excited to do it as well So yeah, I would say my number one thing would be like think back to how you did it in the first place because that's really what you're trying to recreate. Yeah, go to a fucking bar, get fucked up, find some chick, take her back to the house. And even if it doesn't happen, that sounds kind of fun. Like, I'm not kidding.
Starting point is 01:09:55 You're at least out there with your husband. That's fun. That's a team building. A couple of apps, stuff like that, sure. It's also funny if it doesn't work. Fully fucking jumps to the mozzarella store. You want somebody's wings, honey, before we go back and do it? That also could go very south.
Starting point is 01:10:09 Yeah, you don't want. I'm going to say don't load up on, don't go to TGI Friday's endless appetizers, then try and get pussy with your husband. I would say keep a light lunch and go into it that way. Jesus Christ, Gary, you have mustard on your shirt.
Starting point is 01:10:24 I wish you walked away. But yeah, that's beautiful and that's, I hope to one day find a love like that. Yeah. Is that true? Absolutely. It sounds fucking awesome. Is it true? I'm like a rock right now. No, I don't, do I want $10 billion
Starting point is 01:10:40 dollars just dropped on my doorstep? No, Foley. Good luck. Good luck, sister. Let us know if you suck some tities with your husband. No, I'm sorry. Hey, Stov, Elvis, Christine guests, and org guests. I've got an ozimic
Starting point is 01:10:57 scenario that I don't think I've heard discussed yet. So for context, me and my high school sweetheart, we've been together 10 years, married for three. When we graduated high school, we were in pretty decent shape. And pretty shortly after we started college, we just kind of started pollen on the pounds.
Starting point is 01:11:22 We were living in her parents' attic for several years. Years. We turned 25, moved out here, and pretty much immediately started sharing the weight. drinking a day and stopped eating fast food every day. Honestly, that's also, Paul, that's another beautiful type of love. Early 20s in your parents' attic, drunk together, eating fast food together. If I found a girl like that, man, my life is so different. My life is so different right now.
Starting point is 01:12:02 And my college girlfriend wanted me to achieve things, unfortunately. Next question. Or keep going, I'll just. Yeah, but I just say, all right. Anyways, a year later, after we had moved out and started, you know, getting clean, I had lost 40 pounds, sorry, 30 pounds. A wife had lost 70 pounds. Which was huge, great for her.
Starting point is 01:12:27 She feels better. Her soliciting more on Instagram with a story, stuff like that. It's been great. Posting more. As a positive. Confidence is up there. Yeah, yeah. Posting more on Instagram is really funny.
Starting point is 01:12:42 I never even thought of that as a metric for sure. It's like, I show my fat face in public now. I know where this is going. This guy's fucked. Yeah. Okay, let's find out. Until we had a family trip, and everybody that was on this trip hadn't really seen us in the last year. So they were all blown away.
Starting point is 01:13:06 It's a whole change. My brother-in-law asked me if we were taking Ozympic. It's pretty steep, but we didn't take Ozympic. and I'm kind of in my head now thinking, is he the only person that thinks we needed that to lose the weight? Is it a one-off? Hold on. Don't give in to what our thin oppressors have,
Starting point is 01:13:42 to the context they've put these medicines under. Good for you, but you hear in his voice, he thinks he's better than fat people. You're taking a little offense to this. I am. I am because he's, he is one of us. This happens all the time. I'm on his side.
Starting point is 01:13:57 Because you're a fucking fat trader as well. What do you mean? You think these better than us? I don't think he's better. First of all, he didn't say that. He did. No, you would know. It's implied.
Starting point is 01:14:08 No, no, he's. I'm not on a Zampig, but does everybody think that? Yeah, exactly. Who cares if they think that man? Sounds like a real fun vacation. But, but like, why? I guess, I guess what I'm wondering is why do you care? These, that is the, that is the framework of the anti-fat coalition that you have,
Starting point is 01:14:25 you've sort of, he's saying he's one of the good ones. He's saying he's one of the good fats. Well, Stavi, you got to look in the mirror. You know what I mean? We've got to stare into the abyss. This guy's not better than me. I'm saying he's better than he.
Starting point is 01:14:37 He did it differently though. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. He did it differently. It's a, I think it's a different kind of situation that some people have than what maybe he has. And he's younger. Sure.
Starting point is 01:14:49 We all had runs when we were younger. A hundred percent. Lost a bunch. You know what? That's a good point. This guy's going to be fat like four more. come around. You know what? I take it back, man. Enjoy it. Hit me up around 40. I do remember losing 40 pounds in my mid-20s and getting a girlfriend. So you know what? I'm sorry, man.
Starting point is 01:15:06 But my point does stand in that people do see it as like cheating or something. I agree. I mean, I agree with you for sure. I get that. Is it cheating if you fucking take, you know, blood pressure medicine? Is it cheating if you fucking, if you have migraines and you take fucking, you know, medicine to stop the migraines so you can have a regular life or whatever? Sure. I guess like, But I think in his, like, his point of view is like, I've worked crazy hard for a year to lose 40 pounds. And then his dickhead brother-in-law comes up, and it's like, oh, what are you doing this?
Starting point is 01:15:35 And it's like, just to assume that you're quote-unquote taking the easier route out rather than being like, not even going, how'd you do it? What are you? What are you lifting? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Just to, and like, it's disrespectful to his journey at that time. Sure, sure, sure.
Starting point is 01:15:50 And but my point would be you are by even being bothered by your dickhead. brother-in-law, you are buying into the thought process that leads to that even being an insult. I got you. Anyway, let's finish. Maybe, you know, I don't want to cut him off. And I get it. He's in his mid-20s and he is proud. Basically, just don't want everybody to think that we only lost the weight because we took us an epic.
Starting point is 01:16:13 And not that we started working out and dieting and how to make some fundamental life changes. That's it. Appreciate it. No, I stand with what I say. Yeah, I got back on your side. I said. He thinks he's better than me. Yeah. And you know what in some way, look, congratulations, huh? We, it's just like if we, the guys that are dickheads, you know, that say, you know, oh, I got people take that stuff I work out every day. What's the problem? We would just be a part
Starting point is 01:16:39 of that if we didn't recognize the fact that not that it's the easy way out, but if you eat right exercise and do the right things, that's a much harder journey than taking, then, you know, for sure. Liquid diarrhea for seven days. Sure, look, my point is, is there anything worse than someone who used to be fat and all of a sudden thinks they're superior to fat people? Brutal.
Starting point is 01:17:02 That's what they're still a fat person at heart. Exactly. I'm on board of that. And this guy is kind of halfway there where he's like, he thinks he's better for losing what he's like, I don't want people to think that. It's like, why not? What do you think that says about you if you did?
Starting point is 01:17:16 First of all, by the way, okay, they're going to think that, man. I don't know what to tell you. That's the world we live here. We're at a time, if you're losing a bunch of weight. in a year now, people are just assuming. Yeah. Like if somebody in the 80s, you know, had a parasite and they lost a bunch of weight and had
Starting point is 01:17:33 dark circles under their eyes, everyone's like, well, that guy has AIDS. You live in the time of AIDS. We live in the time of Ozempic. You know what I mean? Like, they're just going to think that. Interrogate why you think that's an insult. That's what I would say. And don't think you're better than, you know, than other. It's like, all right, you locked in for a year. Come see me in five years before you start fucking turning your nose up at other fat people. There, but for the grace of God, go I. And don't forget that, I would say. I don't like this superiority you have over fat people,
Starting point is 01:18:04 because it's the same strain of thinking as somebody thinking, you know, you're less than for using. And look, obviously this is a personal thing, but it goes for anything else. It's like people really think they're better than you, you know, they just, why are we finding ways to think we're better than, you know, to grade? It's kind of like you got sober and it's like you're judging. the way you got sober. It's like the end result is every...
Starting point is 01:18:27 Right, right, right. These three people are sober depending on how they got there. Right, right, right. So anyway, I would say, why is it bothering you? And they just are going to think that because that's how the fucking world works now.
Starting point is 01:18:37 We're at a time where there are miracle drugs, but if you just... Like, look, there was a time where I remember maybe like in college... As you just talked through a burp. Yeah, yeah. Had to burp through my everything... It was turkey bacon.
Starting point is 01:18:52 It was a turkey bacon. bacon, egg, and cheese. Thank you very much. On a what? Huh? On a everything bagel. I hate that. That's all I have all day. I'm fucking doing two podcasts. I have two more podcasts after this, you fucking assholes. I need sustenance. That's a very
Starting point is 01:19:07 fat guy. It's the only thing I ate today. Yeah, it really is. It's the only thing I ate. A pizza and wings combo. I called, dude, I remember the first, he's like, dude, I'm starving. I haven't eaten all day. I went, that's about six hours in fact I land. He goes, you're counting back the hours. Like, damn, you're right. We were all bleakers.
Starting point is 01:19:23 I love that. Anyway, that's what I would say. You're not, don't feel superior. Don't be one of those fat guys that starts lecturing other fat people about it. And you will, it's tough when you do first, I remember when I, when you first kind of lose it, you are, you do, don't, you don't realize how hard, how long life is in this journey. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:19:46 Like, it's like that easy. It's true. It's true. You hit the perfect timing of mind state or, you know, willpower all the, you know, All this stuff to make it, not to say it was easy, but to make it easier. And by the way, I am proud of you. That's the other thing.
Starting point is 01:20:00 No one is saying what you did is not impressive. And you should be proud of yourself, but don't, you know, don't take it out on fat people that have worse food addiction problems or metabolic problems or diabetes or whatever the fuck than you do. That's all I would say. It is very impressive. And you and your wife should be proud of yourselves for cutting out drinking a 30 pack together every day.
Starting point is 01:20:21 And also remember, he did come in second to his. wife who lost seven that is true that is true that is true i actually you're a fucking piece of shit i'm impressed by your fucking wife next question eldest hey stavi eldest esteemed guest first time caller long time listener uh long story short i am a plumber in the south licensed plumber and beautiful i do okay money's fine but recently there is a surer in a specific type of job that basically pays 3x what I'm making now. And that job happens to be at data centers. It's a very hot topic in my area about voting them in, voting them out.
Starting point is 01:21:12 Here's what you do. There's what you do. You build them shitty. You take the money and you build them faulty. You're like the guy who let who, who, who when he built the death star, put a little square that if Luke Skywalker shot it, the whole thing exploded. Put in a little square so that a one rock thrown right at it explodes the whole data center, take their money and make it so that it fucking is destroyed.
Starting point is 01:21:34 Is that really what's going on where they're like obviously the data center needs plumbers to help build it, right? I guess. I don't know. But they're paying more. Well, they have to because it's evil. And they're bankrupt. I mean, they're fucking up our natural resources. And it's like, it's like it's kind of the Riyadh of plumbing jobs.
Starting point is 01:21:52 I know it's a hub. I don't know anything about it. They're so, I mean, it's like, it's the most, it's like, they're building data centers that are fucking up, you know, they're taking up too much water. They're fucking up the environment. Some communities have like, there's like a buzzing noise that makes it in, you can't even live in this neighborhood anymore. They fucked up the water. I mean, there's so many other things. We haven't even gotten into what this is being used for, which is probably comes back to like fucking Palantir and all these things that are spying on us, right? That's why we have, what do they need all that data for? What's, what, what data are they putting in the fucking data? data centers, it's the shit they're stealing from us. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's that guy in his formerly fat wife's new bikini pictures. You know what I mean? But I listen, I think you got to do it.
Starting point is 01:22:35 You're in this stuff. Hold on. Let's let him finish. And no, that's fucking insane. Finish up. Voting him in, voting him out, protests going on. And I'm torn because I understand that they're problematic. There's a lot of misinformation on both sides about them.
Starting point is 01:22:51 Oh, brother. Misinformation on both sides. One side is corporate propaganda, and the other side is, hey, I'd love fucking clean drinking water. The fuck are you? This guy's already going to do it. He's fucking bought the propaganda. He's already did it. He's calling him his new cell phone. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:23:06 Keep going. But yeah, I would just like to get your opinion on whether I should take the blood money or whether I should stay true and just see where these data centers go and maybe give it a while before checking back in. Thanks. Love you. Well, listen, there's no This will in a year or two These will be hopefully
Starting point is 01:23:30 If there's any justice These will be being torn down You know in a year or two Now is the time to do it Because public opinion hasn't You know Fully termed It's still up for debate
Starting point is 01:23:42 It's still up for debate I mean I guarantee you When you say there's misinformation On both sides The amount of money people are spending To put pro data center information out there versus anti I think you're going to find a much
Starting point is 01:23:52 I think you're going to see who's actually propagandizing what? Obviously, I would say, are you making a good living right now? If you are, don't do it, is my perspective. If you're, look, I'm not going to judge anyone for having to do something fucked up to take their family out of poverty or whatever, right?
Starting point is 01:24:07 Like, if you're broke, whatever, obviously it's like, I mean, that's how the fucking, that's how America works. How does our military work? We keep so many fucking people in poverty that they have to sign up to kill fucking brown children overseas. Or, you know what I mean?
Starting point is 01:24:20 It's like you put a gun to people's heads and make them be evil, right? Is the gun to your head, is my point? If the gun's not up to your head... But the gun might not be to his head today, but it's also like, in that blue-collar life, I mean, I come from it. It's like, it's not guaranteed.
Starting point is 01:24:35 It's like, yeah, hey, I had three good years. Yeah. I could be destitute in five. Yeah. So it's like, that's where I'm coming from. Like, if you can do it, if this guy was like, hey, I work for whatever, it's a pretty stable job.
Starting point is 01:24:48 I make X amount of year. I don't need to do it. Right. but if your income can fluctuate. Sure, I would say if you are, if you feel like you are at a good place and this would be like a crazy amount of money, I guess like the point is you would be doing something bad.
Starting point is 01:25:05 There's no way around that. But he's putting in the toilets. It's not like, I understand what you're saying. But it's like, it's not. First of all, it's going on. Somebody put the toilets in the fucking Nazi in fucking camps. I think they're slightly different. No, no, honest, but what I'm saying is where do we put the,
Starting point is 01:25:19 where do we draw the line of something that is fun the mentally destroying our, possibly could destroy our society. If somebody's paying you three times, it's not fucking good. There's no way. I'm not making a case. I'm not saying it's good and door man. I'm just saying you are doing something bad. I just think there's no way around.
Starting point is 01:25:34 That's fair. There's no way around the fact that there is some, there is a moral component here. It's okay. And by the way, if you need to do it, I won't judge you. Right. All my point is, and I get it. My dad was a fucking, you know, we were, my dad was a carpenter who we had some fucking horrible years.
Starting point is 01:25:50 Sure. And I bet you if in 1990 fucking four, when they're, you know, they want to build a fucking Supermax prison that black teenagers are going to go to and they offer my dad a crazy contract to do it. He would have had to take it to put because we were fucking more. I'm being at a Monday morning. Right? Yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 01:26:08 Yeah. My dad would have done it. Yes. All the money in a year. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:26:13 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Whatever you want. I do for free. Put block in jail.
Starting point is 01:26:17 Yes. I do it. I give you money back. but like I do think I'm just saying I think there's shit obviously it's a moral there there's a moral compass connected to it I like I think if he was like hey I'm putting in some different kind of system other than a toilet and a fucking hand sink no but you but that's
Starting point is 01:26:35 it's still it's still infrastructure necessary for them to run and sure maybe the fucking Nazi camp is but there's somebody putting there's somebody putting toilets in ice camps right now and he's not I guess that's not what he's saying but I would say that these fucking data centers are I just think it's fucking evil. I got you. Big tech right now is completely
Starting point is 01:26:54 like the path we're on is so fucked that it's just something to think about. Go ahead, Mr. Foley. Who's Palanty? I really don't know. Don't worry about it, sweetheart. I like this.
Starting point is 01:27:07 I have to say, this is the first time I've seen this side of you, this passion. It's just, yeah, yeah. And I just have to say that we are at a point right now. He's a real commie. In our, yeah.
Starting point is 01:27:18 I mean, yeah. I, like, I'm not a comedy. I am, you know, social. I think we need to. It's a nice red shirt you got there. I know. I'm not a, I like to see your passion about it. I'm not a patriot like you guys.
Starting point is 01:27:32 I'm not selling out to big tech so that I can get a fucking above ground pool three months faster. You got me there. That's Raytheon, folks. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's our new ad. Yeah. We're all data center all the time. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:27:44 Are you garbage? Sponsored by the IDF. Anyway, I think Israel Defense Force, guys, just to let you know. Anyway. I thought it was that shop in the mall. You shoot the paintball. FYE.
Starting point is 01:27:59 Talking about Spencer's? Anyway. The guy's got to take the money. What are we doing here? And you think those are going to get taken down in a year? Yeah, right. This is going to look like Skynet. Yeah, but that's the thing.
Starting point is 01:28:11 They have to pay for, they have to. Who drinks water anyway? Yeah, you're right. You're right. You're right. Everything's just Mountain Dew now. All I'm saying, I'm not, I'm obviously not judging anybody for having to do something for their family
Starting point is 01:28:23 to survive, right? You are offered no, in our society, people are offered really bad choices and you just have to do what it takes to survive. I get that, right? That's all I'm saying is if you don't need it, if you're doing fine, even if, and you make a good point, if blue collar, it's like if you're a single, you're a small business owner, it fluctuates, if you're having a tough year, if you don't have shit put aside, it's okay if you have to do it.
Starting point is 01:28:49 If you don't have to do it, don't do it. I get that. Listen, it's easy to, it's easy to make a decision when you have a bunch of money in the bank. I totally, I understand that. Yeah. From, but at the same time, I think he is in this kind of gray area
Starting point is 01:29:07 where it's like, it could be beneficial. I'm doing okay. It would be huge. It could be beneficial. I don't know. It is, you know. I think that's why he's struggling with it. And he shows to have a pretty good moral compass
Starting point is 01:29:17 if he is going, I'm not sure what's right. All I'm saying is, I agree with you guys, and all I'm saying is he has to make that distinction. 100%. Only he can do. And I will tell you. I would have done it for two times. Like I fucking, look, we don't take gambling money anymore.
Starting point is 01:29:32 Like on Compton, we were fucking doing, you know, my bookie.orgie. Like the most off-brand shit. Because yeah, we needed the shit to get going, right? And when this podcast started, I didn't realize how fucked up gambling was going to get. And the first year we had some gambling ads. Now I think it's completely.
Starting point is 01:29:47 out of control and that they're taking advantage of how fucked people are. And they're basically just, they're gambling too much because they, everyone needs a fucking way out, right? Desperation makes you do fucked up things. Just right know what you're talking about. When you say gambling sites, you're talking about sports books.
Starting point is 01:30:03 Reap that out. Don't let that fucking talk sucker get an extra, extra couple fucking bucks on his deal. I know I'm saying is it should make you feel bad to take data center money. Is the trade off, is the trade off, and all you have, And the calculus you have to do is, will the data center,
Starting point is 01:30:21 does that, do you need it more than it will make you feel bad? That's all. People have to do fucked up things for money to feed their families. I get it. Of course. Like people, you know, it's like,
Starting point is 01:30:29 whatever. That could put his kids through college or something like that, you know? Maybe. I don't know. I don't know how different it'll be. I don't know a couple of jet skis or something. Yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 01:30:37 That's probably, you got a fucking $80,000. That's probably more where we're headed. But that's my, that is my only point is that like, just, just think about it, make a decision, and I err on the side of don't fucking support data centers.
Starting point is 01:30:51 This is something that is completely fucking our country up. And if something is too good to be true, there's a reason. That's all. There's never money at that level with no catch. That just doesn't exist. So anyway, good luck, buddy. Don't do it if you cannot do it, is my advice to you. Look at this.
Starting point is 01:31:10 Look at you, Stabby. That's right. How about something fun to go out on Little LD? sure he's an update remember the Rufat episode someone called in they had a co-worker from New Zealand who was like 60 who gave preferential treatment
Starting point is 01:31:24 to patrons with big tities I don't but that's awesome that's awesome yeah yeah well here's an update on that guy they worked at a ball right yeah this is an update actually so I was a caller that called in
Starting point is 01:31:42 who works at a wine bar with like horny New Zealand guy. And you guys call me gay a bunch. That was pretty funny. So I, it was a bad he like just gets like hypnotized. Like he gets locked into women's big ass titty. And like the big thing is that he would like hold up the line like real bad like while he was doing it. Hold up the line.
Starting point is 01:32:06 Send this guy to the data centers. Let him fuck it up. You were right. I was like what the, why man? Why do I? so you know what I stopped caring and you know what I even leaned in myself and I'll tell you what I'm a dark bag too it's awesome is that what he said tell you what it's awesome okay but that being said I just want to update you about him he
Starting point is 01:32:31 is getting deported he is going back to New Zealand he basically like decided to be like a parking attendant and like for like our lot and like there was like a handicapped guy that this guy's awesome parking in the handicapped spot and he like wanted to he like got in his head that the guy was
Starting point is 01:32:56 like frauding oh my god handicapped he did a citizen's arrest because he thought he had a counterfeit placard you're not retarded so he blocked him from getting out of his car which is illegal
Starting point is 01:33:11 it's also illegal to like ask people to show you your handicapped thing. And then the guy threatened to kill him. That was one thing. And then there was a time where he thought a customer's dog was biting him. It wasn't. And he body slammed the dog to the ground. Yeah, he's back in New Zealand. There you go.
Starting point is 01:33:28 I'm safe. Christ. That's fucking awesome. Listen, not everybody who loves big titty's acts like that. No. I just want to come out as a big titty lover. That's a state on the community. I love dogs and handicapped people. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Me too. Have you worked with anybody? Who's the most like insane co-worker you've ever had? Is there one that's
Starting point is 01:33:44 fucking serious question. Oh, yeah. What the fuck? Hello. All right, we're not going to do better than that. Guys, thank you so much. Thank you, brother. I love every time you're on.
Starting point is 01:33:59 It's one of my favorite pods to do. I can't wait. I have already done, AYG, as we already know. It's huge. And it was a blast, as always. We love you, buddy. I love you guys.
Starting point is 01:34:09 Tell you and I say hello. Tell your landlord, Mr. Finance. I say hello. and watch the special. Yes. On our YouTube on our YouTube page. Check it out.
