What is up, everybody?
I'm here with Ryan Diaz.
What's up, everyone?
And we got a great one in today for you.
We're going to be talking the law of attraction.
For some of you that do know and some of you that don't know,
we'll get fully into it so you guys understand.
Anxiety, how it applies in our life
and how we can kind of overcome that anxiety in our life.
and then how purpose is such an ideal component in our life
and how we need to learn how to utilize it to our advantage.
So, yeah, I mean, before we really get into things,
we wanted to really kind of give the definition
of what the law of attraction really is.
And we're going to keep it simple, but basically, in my eyes,
and I know you kind of agree with me with this,
but the law of attraction is basically what you give out
is what you receive.
So what you put out into the world is you're kind of going to get that same component.
So if you're releasing a lot of negativity in your mind and your life and you're just always complaining,
usually your life is going to be pretty damn miserable because that's what you're putting out there.
And you're always asking, why me, why me, why me?
So to me, the world's made up of energy.
And I believe that what that energy, if we put that negative energy out, we're going to get negative energy in our life.
So give us an example of what you, you know, maybe where you've seen this apply in your life or how maybe you've viewed.
utilize it so people can get like a better understanding of what it really is.
Okay. Like you're saying, and the whole thing is some people get tripped up when you say that good energy, that bad energy.
And it's, look, we are limited with the English language or any language.
There's some words that we can't use, like we're just using it as a metaphor.
That signal that your body language and everything you do in your decisions, that's your energy, whatever you're thinking, that, quote unquote, frequency that you're working on.
And so basically, like you're saying, the why me?
You know, a lot of people, though, something will happen to them, they'll say, why me?
Well, you have to understand is you attracted that into your life and you need to learn how to accept that.
But that energy, what you're thinking, your thoughts are your reality.
So you're thinking, why me?
I'm a victim.
Why me?
You're essentially projecting those thoughts, that energy, that quote-unquote frequency to the world,
and it's going to respond in likeness.
it's going to be absolutely the same coming back to you,
and you're going to continue to attract that victim opportunity,
that victim energy,
and you're probably going to become a victim more often.
So, yeah, I guess that's a good way for me to explain how that works in our lives.
I mean, I think you made two great points there in terms of the victim
and how it's in our thoughts.
So to me, what I've seen in my life is I've,
I'm one that's kind of gotten lost in my own thoughts and in my head and always kind of like getting worked up over so many things in my life because I'm like, what if this happens or what if that happens?
And you're weighing out every single situation in your, that could be physically possible in the real world, right?
So you're putting all these thoughts out there, all these different scenarios.
And that's why life sometimes seems to be so confusing because we're like, oh, what if I don't get this job?
But what if I do get this job?
And then they don't like me.
And then, you know, all these different scenarios are running through your head.
and then life goes all over the place.
So I think it really is an internal thing when it comes to the law and in terms of how we want to use it.
So kind of going back to what I was saying is when we get so lost in our head and we get so lost in our thought,
that's where that anxiety comes into play.
And I want you to kind of say like, all right, anxiety.
We all deal with it and how have you dealt it in your life?
So if someone goes and tells you that they don't get anxiety, they're lying.
Everyone gets anxiety. It's just we all have a different threshold of what we name it and everyone has different egos and stuff like that. And that's okay. That's okay. But what people don't understand is anxiety is really on the rise. And in the type of lifestyle that we have in today's day and age, it's almost welcoming anxiety. And especially since we're all really anxious and a lot of us are on a negative energy in general, a lot of people that's going to keep today.
you to spread. And that's why this is so important. That's why this is so important to pay attention
to this so that you can make a difference not only for yourself, but your immediate surroundings,
your immediate quote-unquote universe, the people around you, the people that you deal with
every single day. And like going back to the anxiety, of course I've had anxiety and I've seen
it affect me, my family, my friends, and it's all crazy to me now that when you think about
it in hindsight, how it's so avoidable and how the law of
attraction really helps you with this. And the reason why this is so important that we're talking
about anxiety too and the law of attraction, those key factors that we were speaking about,
passion or purpose, that purpose is what fuels the law of attraction. Every day you wake up
because you want to wake up and that's important. And it's important that we utilize that purpose,
that drive for us every single day. But it is also really hard for people to just even
find a passion. Oh, I'm passionate about this.
Because a lot of people are just going day to day, and that's why it's important to sit
alone in a room, you know, think, talk to yourself, and self-analyze.
And even though that seems like a dark and gloomy place sometimes, it's what you need to do
to get that resolve, to start searching for soul-searching, searching, searching for a passion
and getting that purpose and then using the law of attraction to your benefit.
It really is, and because, you know, I don't want people to be scared to kind of go
after this, you know. Everyone, everyone, everyone gets scared. Every, every, because, you know what,
to me, and at least it's happened to me, and I get it, but it's, it's, right, but now you look
back and you're like, exactly. And when I, when I, when I kind of started coming across the
concept of purpose and passion in life, I really didn't live a purpose or passion driven life at all,
you know, from, I didn't. And because I wasn't really aware of it. I mean, my, you know, I played sports
my whole life. So sports was my only focus. So that was my passion at the time. And your passions
can change. That's another thing. People go through different phases in their life. Right,
because they're like, oh my God, why did I do that for the last 10 years? Yeah, but that's just,
that's your current situation. And that's it. And you live day to day and you and you live the best
that you can day to day. But for me, when it came to finding my purpose, it was scary because
I didn't know what I wanted to do. I knew I wanted to do something with my life. I just didn't
know what it was. And that's fine. We're not supposed to know that. Everyone, and this is a huge.
So if you're listening to this, I really hope you listen to this.
Stop asking yourself how.
How is not going to lead to answers, but what is?
And it goes exactly to what we're talking about.
When you ask yourself what I'm supposed to be doing in my life instead of how am I supposed
to live my life, you're not going to get answers that way.
It's a crazy thing, but that's what we're talking about.
It's so much more important to kind of just find what it is that you love and then the how kind
and just starts to unfold itself by itself because we can't, yeah, and we'll go into it a little bit
more now, but you can't really get into the how because you don't know the how. There's no,
there's some things we can't have the answers on it. And it's a natural human instinct,
but we don't need to know the how with everything. We kind of just need to remember that.
It's okay to just live our life and do what we actually genuinely love to do. And everything will go
from there. Then let me say this. You know, great point. The whole how, and it's
like we don't know how because and the truth is in a way we do but in a way we really really don't
but um it's the law that's how and it's as simple and it's as as crazy as it sounds let's break it down
let's make it like simple stupid is what i like to call it not in an offensive way but like
let's just make this as simple as possible so we everyone understands and so it's easier because
we're very sensitive people and in beings so we take things very relative which is
also important towards what I'm about to say.
So what you think is your reality.
If you think about yesterday,
the memories of your day yesterday
are exactly what you thought.
Because the way you access that
are through your thoughts,
which is in your brain.
Your brain records it and you remember it.
So everything is recorded and processed into you
through your brain,
which means that your thoughts are your world,
are your reality, your day-to-day.
your things.
Exactly.
Your thoughts.
So that's why we're talking about,
you know, having positive thoughts and all this stuff.
It's about being,
it's not only specifically about thoughts too,
because I can go and I can say in my brain
over and over again,
like if I'm a machine,
I am going to be an incredible musician.
I am going to be an incredible musician,
but I have this feeling in my stomach
that I'm lying to myself.
Then it's not going to do you any good.
It's not about just saying,
okay, I'm just going to say good things in my brain.
It's about actually getting
to that state of being in that actual frequency,
actually being like, you know what?
Because I love, for example, me music.
Because I love music, I started a year ago.
And a lot, not to, like, chewed up my own horn,
but a lot of people have said I've made dramatic results in for a year.
And I think it's just, it has everything to do with the law of attraction
and the fact that it is my absolute passion.
I actually have a passion.
And I got that through soul searching.
And then we go back to the law of attraction.
and how I used it to fuel my passion was
I just felt absolute joy, gratitude,
I was happy, you know, those feelings and emotions
in with my positive thoughts of, oh, I can do this,
I know I can do that.
Because of the law of attraction,
I know that I can do anything I want with this music.
I know that I can play the guitar grade.
I know that even though I don't sound good right now
singing music, I do sound good right now singing music
because through the law of attraction,
it's going to happen and it's happening right now.
So I'm believing it right now because I know that it's happening right now and I'm thankful for it and I'm passionate about it and that's what just makes everything so much better.
So when you go to purpose in your day-to-day lives, you know, if you have this passion constantly in your brain and you're on that frequency of that emotion, which is an extremely high frequency, things like love, passion, things like that are very strong positive emotions.
And if you're consistently on that level of thinking and that level of like feeling and you're constantly thinking about that.
a positive way obviously because it's a positive emotion, then you're going to get positive
outcomes that cater towards those thoughts.
And it's really awesome to believe.
But the thing is we're delicate beings and we're imperfect and we can't be doing this all
time.
So I would be lying if I said that every day is a beautiful day and that I have a flawless
day every day because I use the law of attraction.
It's not true.
You got to work at it.
And that's the exciting part where you get to get better and you get to see results.
I just wanted to kind of like jump in on what you just said there because of the lows and the highs.
We're not saying that the law of attraction is going to make you happy every single moment of every single day
because that's just not a human thing.
It's yeah, it's not a quick fix.
It's not a recipe for happiness.
But what it is is something that just naturally exists inside of us.
And we just need to learn how to tap into it and utilize it to our advantage.
Because at the end of the day, attraction, right?
we're thinking attraction, I'm putting out positive, I'm putting out good.
But, you know, maybe something that may be negative right now in your eyes is actually being
attracted to you through the law of attraction.
Because it is trying to show you something.
It is trying to tell you something like, look, this is negative.
You don't need this.
Let this go from friends to situations.
And you may think, oh my God, why am I attracting this negativity in my life?
No, it's because you're looking at it in a negative manner.
But it's actually trying to tell you something like, yo, let that shit go.
that's why it's important that it's not only just you know we're talking about all these different things
that's a lot to absorb but that's why acceptance is also a key piece of this a key piece in this
because to accept once you accept you can be thankful once you're thankful it's also so much easier to be
passionate and happy and with those emotions and your positive thoughts and the love of
attraction, you know, and you're continuously trying to work towards that, you know, it's just,
it's beautiful how it works. And, um, and I just think it's, it's an awesome point that you,
that you bring up that, that negativity that you can see. And, and that's why you got to be
able to accept and be like, okay, so I know that that's negative. So, but it's not like,
oh, now there's negativity in my life. I have to run away. It's, and we're not like, yo,
yeah, yeah, bro, just only good things. No, we're humans. We have real lives. And when you see a
negative thing and are negative, you have to just take it in the best way and the most neutral way
possible and you have to stay grounded. It's to stay grounded. That's why it's important to also
be introspective and continue to try to work at it and learn from yourself, learn from the law,
learn from the people around you and how to just continue to better yourself and the people
around you as well. You have to think, are we just here for us? Like how selfish am I to just
use the law of attraction just because I love music? And that also goes into why I love music.
is because I feel like it's it's me sending out an expression to my immediate universe,
anyone who listens to my music, and they can feel that.
And it's almost like, ever since the law of attraction, and I always think about it this way,
it's like I'm literally emitting through sounds, my frequency, what I'm trying to tell you.
And I think that's just so beautiful and how it can really hit us.
And that's why all of this is just like a full circle, and it's an exciting thing to just continue to work at it.
Instead of looking at it in a negative way, like, oh, it stopped working.
No, it didn't stop working.
Let's diagnose this.
Let's try to go back.
Let's figure this out, and then let's get better.
And that's exciting.
And I feel like that totally helps relieve anxiety so much because anxiety is all about things
aren't going to get better.
Oh, I don't like the situation.
I can't get out of it.
What am I going to do?
And that's why this is, I thought that's an excellent point, bro.
Yeah, I mean, dude, I've, again, applied it in my own life.
And not to say that I have life figured out,
because I really am not even, there is no figuring out life.
And all these like gurus out there and all these people, like I respect what they do and books and everything.
There's a lot of knowledge out there.
But we have to also realize as humans that we will never have life figured out.
So don't make yourself feel guilty about like, you know, not having everything figured out because there's nothing wrong with that.
There is no answer.
And it's your, it's your damn life.
You choose how you want to live it.
You choose how you want to live it.
If you want to go travel the world, God damn go travel the world.
If you want to be a doctor, go be a doctor.
go be a doctor. You want to be a musician. Go be a musician. Whatever you want to do,
just do what actually genuinely makes you happy. And I think, yeah, genuine. Because, and when I say
happy, I don't mean just like you're getting the things that you want material-wise. I mean happy,
bro, that like no matter what is going down in your life, you will actually somehow find the joy
inside of that. And when I say, and my motto for Tranquilo is less stress, more enjoyment. But when I
say enjoyment, I don't mean the actual word
enjoyment. I mean in
like inner joy. Because
like we were saying, everything is in, inward.
And we live in a world right now
that is so external and not internal.
What we focus on is all the
external, because everything's put in front of us
in our face. You know, so what we say
I want this, it's what's on the screen.
And we're delicate, man. And we're delicate.
We're delicate people. We're delicate
like beings. Because we have an ego, because we have
this reasoning to our thoughts, unlike any other animal in this planet, is the reason why we're so
extraordinary, but it's also why we can be our worst enemy. And, and no, I just, I just, I just feel like,
um, what was the last part you just said that you just left on? The enjoyment part? Like,
inner joy. Oh, inner joy. Yeah. So like, yes, it's important to be introspective,
because everything is internalized. Everything is relative to you, your reality. However,
if you are a caring and genuine human being to yourself, do you know what I mean?
Like internally, then you're also able to emit that and you will naturally to everyone else.
You know, it's not like, oh, I want this person to think on this.
I want that person to think on that.
It's like, no, be exactly what you think that you want to be and what's the best version of that.
And if someone doesn't like that, guess what?
They're going to leave your life and that negative, that's fine.
Who cares?
They don't want you to be that way.
So why would you want them in your life if that's how you want to be?
So and that's just about losing people.
But at the same time is what you don't understand is you're going to be opening doors.
When you start living like this, you're going to start opening doors.
You're going to start coming to you.
And you're going to be like, whoa, hold on.
This is crazy.
And I just got goosebumps right now because I know that this is happening to both of us.
So I just think that it's incredible.
This is just an incredible topic.
And I would love to just go into further depth about any of these different things.
you, yeah. I mean, what you just kind of said about the opening doors and closing doors,
sometimes when you close the door, you're opening up a brand new door that you've never even
tapped into that's going to open up to the gates of whatever you want. Yeah. So, and I think a lot of
us, at least I've done it, and I've seen it happen with a lot of people, is we base our decisions
based on what other people are going to think or what is going to bring joy to other people. And it's
not that way. It's through our own joy is what brings the joy to the other people out there.
Yeah, you're naturally. Naturally, because you're joyful, naturally that joy is just going to be
surrounded through you. It's going to be, it's going to exist in your whole circle. So I want to talk
about how that's so important in community and with friends. We are a community of species as
well. We need community. We like to have friends. We don't like to be alone. You know, that's why
it's harder to be alone and be introspective, right? But, you know, something that,
that I've seen, and it was actually recently, like, example. I go into a setting where there's a few
people that I'm close with and that I know and some people that I don't, and I walk in, and it's just
mad quiet. Everyone has a stank face on, you know, and I don't know if you guys realize in Miami,
a lot of people have some stank face on and they're upset about something. So everyone's in there,
like, super quiet and, like, I heard, like, one guy snap on, like, my other friend, and I was like,
bro, come on, like, in my head. And, like, something just clicked with me. I was just kind of like,
everyone here right now is just on such a negative level.
And it's not like, and it's not like a, oh my God, they're on a negative level, bro, negative vibes.
No, man.
I'm talking about like, look at his body language, the stank face, look at what he's saying.
He's obviously not feeling good emotions and not thinking positive things either.
So he's not, he's in a negative wavelength in terms of a metaphor.
And so it's, it clicked with me that I realize that because it's hard for us to always be conscious of this.
but it clicked with me and I was like oh my god like I can't like that's what's happening it's just
spreading to everyone it's not like this person could have just been having a great day and now all of a sudden
he's in a negative negative uh level so now I come in and I'm like it's it clicks with me that's
happening so then I go okay so now I'm gonna be like you know what I it's almost like I hit a button
like a switch and I was like I'm trying to be myself I'm gonna be genuine and kind and that's what I want to do
and I want to admit that to them and it wasn't like I was being overboard like oh my god do
I'm going to get you watered and all.
I was just kind of like, hey, I was just there, like, speaking stuff, or someone will say something negative.
And I'd be like, yeah, well, you know, this, this isn't that.
And they'll be like, oh, yeah, man, you're right.
And then all of a sudden everyone was laughing in the room, like 15 minutes later, we're all having a great time.
And it's crazy how something just like that, a little switch, a little tweak in your thought and what you give out.
And guess what?
I got it in return from them.
And in return, that's also going to be changing the turn of their day and their life.
And I don't mean to keep going, but I actually.
just that brings me to a great point.
The butterfly effect.
And we've spoken about this before.
The butterfly effect, I'm sure some of you guys
have heard of it. If you guys don't know, it's if you go back
in time, you know, I say you go back like a year,
right, and you are, before Trump was president, and you go and you
kill a butterfly, there is a chance, actual chance
that Trump's not president or that the future
in general is
just completely altered, right?
So the thing is
that is super important for the law of attraction and for what I was just talking about with that example.
That example, I'm talking about how I just made them naturally, not forcing them just by me admitting
myself, for me, myself being on a positive energy, continuing, not letting myself get into their
negativity. It ended up making them positive, right? So now, when they continue their day,
they might be in a better positive thinking, mood, energy, whatever you want to call it, and make
more positive decisions, which is also going to alter more positive decisions in other people as well.
So you actually have an infinite result on the universe with your intentions and your actions
through the law of attraction and how genuine you are and how in touch you are with those feelings
and being able to fuel yourself and the people around you with it.
I mean, you couldn't have said that any better.
The fact of what we give out is just transferred from one person to the other to the other.
You know, you don't know, people don't realize that you don't know the amount of influence you have just by being like a good person and being nice.
You know, because sometimes I feel like people get unmotivated to be nice because they're like, oh, but like no one's recognizing it.
I'm not getting anything good out of it because, but it goes back to what we're saying.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, you go, exactly.
And it goes back to your saying.
You have to be genuine about it.
It has to be natural because that's naturally that's who we are.
That's who we are.
We're beings, like you said, of community that want to go make a difference.
and want to be together.
That's normal.
There's nothing wrong with that.
But we also have to realize who we are while we're doing this.
Don't act a certain way just to go please somebody.
Act the way that you want to be, and that's it.
Like don't make it a bigger deal than it needs to be.
Don't try to be someone that you're not.
Just genuinely be the person that you want to be,
and people are going to follow that by example.
And you know how I'm obviously making it very clear,
the metaphors that we're using so that people aren't just like,
oh, he said this
and I have this good energy now.
So I want to explain this so that people
understand completely. And that's why
when I say what I'm about to tell you,
I'm going to give you the same example.
I'm not even sure if I'm using this word
right, but
it's a really good way, the way I
put it for me, and maybe it'll help
you guys. It's about finding resolve
in everything that you do. So when people
say, like, oh, find a way to live life,
what's the answer? Well, there's no
specific answer, but there's a way
find that and a way to go towards that and that's by finding resolve and everything you do and the way that I do that for example is through music and through being that genuine positive
energy infinite force on the universe that I want to be right and I want to be that because I genuinely feel that so every single day by me finding my resolve with that in mind and always reaching towards that I'm going to end up living and doing all the things that
that with those things in mind that is going to cater towards that.
So I'm going to cater towards,
so example, for me, let's say there's someone homeless on the street,
and this happens to me, and I look at that and I'm like,
are you really homeless?
Or I'll be like, bro, this person couldn't get a job.
And you know, those are negative thoughts.
And then let's say I'm like, you know what, no, no, no, wait.
Like, maybe he actually needs my help.
You know, maybe he needs, I'm going to give him a dollar.
And then I go and I give him a dollar.
and all of a sudden I feel resolve.
And it's almost like I get like a natural high
of doing these little decisions towards that resolve
and that purpose that I've put in my brain
and that person that I want to be
because I genuinely want to be them.
And that is like the most rewarding thing ever.
Just like, okay, you know what?
Maybe he's going to use that for something bad.
Maybe he's an addict or something.
But, you know, I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt
and I'm going to be, and I feel like that's the better thing
for me to do.
That's the better mode and the better way of thinking.
an action for me to do, it's more positive, you know, and I'm going to give him that benefit
of the doubt. And I will, in turn, feel absolutely much better about that, and it's going to
encourage more of those positive actions throughout my own day. And it feels so good. And that's through
that, like, blissful, like feeling that I was talking about earlier, that blissfulness, that comes
with that finding resolve and everything that I do. I'm going to go, and I love the guitar, right? And I
I love music, and I'm using the law of attraction. Oh, I'm going to be really good, right?
No, it's, I'm there and I'm finding resolve because I know that I love this stuff.
So I'm going and I'm playing it, but I want to play more.
I want to play better.
And I'm doing it out of excitement, you know, and I find, and that's all out of my resolve
because that's what I genuinely want to do.
And that's why I excel.
And that's what we're trying to get at, you know, to whatever it is that you want,
you can do this for.
To me, like kind of hearing this, the way I kind of look at that is that it has to be
natural. If it's not natural, it's not there. You know, anyone could go and try and be nice
because they want to make that difference in their life and put that positive. And yes, there's
nothing wrong with that. Sometimes that comes even worse, though. Exactly, because then you,
it doesn't, and exactly, it's, it's digging yourself in a deeper hole because you are
doing what you're supposed to do. It's not a chore. It's not a chore. It's supposed to be
who you are and that's it. And, you know, it may take time. That's fine. People got to be patient.
with it, you know? When you're doing everything with that resolve, that's what makes life exciting.
Because everything that you do is towards exactly what you want. How freaking exciting is that?
You're going to be exactly what you want and you're going to have a great time doing it and you're
going to be happy with yourself and the person that you are doing it. That's why this is so beautiful
and why it's so important that people are actually listening to this and trying to, you know,
whatever it is your relative version of this, trying to make it as, we're trying to make it as
objective as possible so you can completely understand and everyone can apply this in their life
and be excited about it. And I'm glad you said that because my next transition before we kind of
like finish off here is if you look at some of the most successful people in life and I'm just
talking about success in terms of like people that I've made it in their industry. And the only
reason I'm using that as an example is because I know most people focus on that. Yeah. Yes.
You get me? If not, because to me success is a little bit different, not to say that those people aren't
successful, but I know this is what most people define success as, and I'm going to tell you that
all these people apply this in their everyday life. And you fail to realize it because you don't
know what they do on the daily. You just see that they're a great player. Yeah, or their thought
process. You have no idea. So just to give it into perspective, right, and I was reading this
magazine today, by time magazine about the art of mindfulness and paying attention to your mind.
For all you girls out there and for all you guys, I'm going to give you a perspective on both
side for people that practice this. Jennifer Lopez is iconic in the use of mindfulness and allowing
herself to be in her thoughts and figure out what she is in her life. You think that Jennifer
Lopez just got there because she just said, I'm going to do that? No, she obviously put in the
work, but what was her mindset as she was climbing up the ladder and getting to where she is today
is that it's going to happen. And she believed it every single day. And she lived in that mindset of
I'm going to do this. I'm going to do this.
And I'm going to be the best at this.
And she's not even the best singer.
But she's an incredible musician and artist and highly successful.
And I'm assuming she also believes that too.
So in terms of like real success, she is successful.
And that's why that's so important.
It's like she's not maybe the best singer or the best artist.
But she's also, but she's an incredibly successful artist.
She didn't need to be this grand person.
Just by doing all the things that you're talking about,
she was able to achieve that.
That's awesome.
Exactly.
And again, what you give out is what you get.
She puts out so much light out there, so much positivity, so much energy and who she is, because she's so true and in tune with herself and understands what she wants in her life.
And it didn't happen overnight, right? She's probably the best she's been and she's what, like in her 40s, I think right now, maybe 50?
Like, she's up there and she's at the peak of her life and getting even better every day. Why? Because she's utilizing these tools to her advantage and the energy she's giving out is attracting all of us to follow her life. Why? Because we feel that.
energy. We see what she's capable of doing. And for those guys out there, another person that's
iconic in doing this is Kendrick Lamar. He openly speaks about it in his music, openly speaks
about it in articles, and he's another one that practices that mindfulness, and it all correlates
with the law of attraction and anxiety. He doesn't allow that stuff to exist in his life. He
knows what he's putting out there is meaningful, is true to his self. It has to do with who he wants
to be as a person, and what he wants to speak about. Why? Because that's who he is. And
everything that he does and puts out there is so true and so genuine that all that attraction
comes with it and that in a nutshell is the law of attraction and it exists in our everyday life and
everyone wants to look at it and I'm like oh my god this guy is just speaking some nonsense out there
like no it exists it is part of our life and we there's there's nothing to it it's just who we are
and it's what we do but we cover it up with all this nonsense that we want to fill in our life
instead of just being true to ourselves and I think that's where the passion
and everything kind of kicks in.
I love everything you just said.
To be honest, you put that incredibly well said.
And please excuse me or Andre, if any of us, you know, we're limited.
You know, we're imperfect, and sometimes we, it's hard to explain things a certain way
because I feel like you try to explain things in many different ways so you can get many
different perspectives.
So we try to do our best doing that.
And I want to also say, like, one more thing about the law of attraction is this isn't, like, a religion.
Like, a lot of people are like, yo, that's like some crazy stuff, bro.
That's like a hippie, bro.
Like, no, man, we're just, it's a real thing because, I mean, we went into it earlier how you dumb it down and how it's literally just a law.
It's exactly, it's exactly just by those little things.
Oh, I'm happy.
Well, think about it.
Like, whenever you're having a great day, usually,
It's because your whole day went great.
And that entire day, guess what?
You were having a great time.
So why do you think the rest of the day went great?
Because you were having a great time.
It all has to do with the way you're processing things.
Exactly.
And it's all unnatural.
It's a universal law.
And if you want to look more into it, definitely look into it online.
And there's a book called The Secret that I definitely recommend to read.
They goes into it and take everything with a grain of salt.
Everyone puts things out there in a different way,
in their own perspective, and maybe I feel like that book sometimes can take a different approach,
but it's important to learn from it what the law of attraction actually is and how you can use it to
your benefit. And that book really helped me. Yeah, I mean, again, kind of finishing it off here,
but basically, if you still don't kind of understand this concept and you're curious about it,
like just even reach out to me, reach out to us on the podcast.
Yeah, reach out to me on Instagram. You guys can DM me for anything at all. My Instagram is,
is a R-G-E-G-E-Y-G-H-T.
There it is.
So, I mean, it's something that is natural, and it sounds more, I guess, like, conceptual and bigger
than what it really is.
But it's a simple concept.
And when we talk about anxiety and all that, it's something that we can all avoid in our
life just by putting out what we want to attract.
So, Ryan, you want to leave us with one more thing before we kind of go?
Yeah.
There's a song that I've been listening to
It's called Alone in a Room
And he says the last thing
The one thing I needed was the last thing that I wanted
And I was to sit alone in a room
And say it all out loud
Like I said before, we're a commutative species
So I'm not saying to go into isolation forever
Because you're gonna just, you're gonna be
You know, you have to live, you know
But what I'm trying to tell you is
Definitely go into your brain, into your thoughts
And really start talking
I'm not talking like thinking to yourself
you know, hey, like, what is it that I want to be?
Who is it that I am? Think about your day.
And if that's too general, then go about your day.
Like, think, okay, so today I did all of these different actions.
These were positive.
These were negative.
Which one of these, these, why are these positive?
Why are these negative?
What are I doing to cater towards the type of person that I want to be?
And you start to think about these things every day,
and then you start to learn about the law of attraction
and watch how things start to just fall into place.
And remember, it's a journey, it's not like quick fix.
It's something you progress and it's something you learn about because it's your life.
It's all relative.
So everyone has to go through that working and that progression and get into that.
And it's not getting to that point of constant progression.
It's not like a point that you stay at.
It's a point of constant progression that you're continuously efficient at getting better and
feeling better and using all these things in your life to your advantage and living that life that you want.
and I just want to say thank you, Andre, for the opportunity for sure.
And I've been really wanted to talk about this on a platform in general
because I've been learning about it a lot this last year,
and I really appreciate the opportunity, man.
Of course, man.
I'm so glad I got to have you on here and bring this on.
And I'm not going to even get into it because there's a whole other topic,
but it's come up in every single one of our podcast so far,
and it's about progression.
So stay tuned for another episode coming about the art of progression
because it's something that life is all about.
I'd love to join it too.
Stay tranquil, my people.
Yep.
Gonna get it started, you know what I mean?
