What is good, everybody.
You're listening to another episode of the Tronkilo podcast.
Welcome back.
Happy New Year's.
I know it's been a minute and we're back and we have an awesome guest today.
Thank you for coming.
Her name's Erica Gutierrez.
So she's going to tell us a little bit about herself what she's doing and kind of like how we got in contact and all that.
So say what's up.
What's up?
Thanks for having me.
I'm excited to be here and talk to your people.
So a little bit about myself now that we're here at FIU.
I'm from Miami.
I'm a math major.
I want to ask you about that because I did see that.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So I'm always either solving problems, math problems,
but I also like to deal with a lot of mindset work
and just a lot of inspiration
and helping people think more positive
and break free from negative thoughts and all of that.
So I'm from Miami, half Brazilian, half Colombian.
And yeah, that's a little bit about my background.
All right, cool.
So tell me a little bit about why you kind of studied, I guess, math.
I don't think I've ever heard anyone.
I've heard people study English, you know, maybe some other subjects, but never math.
And then what was it?
Oh, the positive focus.
Tell us a little bit about that too.
Okay, so I've always been good at math, but I was a terrible student.
I hated school.
And so all of high school, I even got told I wasn't going to get into Florida State.
So I was lazy.
I was going to study business, like marketing.
And then halfway through FSU one year of marketing, I realized I took business calculus.
and I actually really liked math.
Damn.
So I decided to do engineering.
So I did industrial engineering for a year.
Oh, my shit.
It was industrial manufacturing, so I learned a lot about 3D printing and, like, manufacturing
and materials.
And then this summer at FIU, I took classes, and I took only math.
I took physics, calculus 3, linear algebra.
Oh, my God.
Crazy schedule.
I had no life.
But I realized, like, it's weird.
That's what inspired me was being good at math, because math is something, you know,
English, you kind of memorize.
You have to understand.
There's a lot of formulas and all that.
Yeah, but math, you can be creative with it.
Like, there was times I would show up to an exam and really not know what I was doing,
but you can come up with a solution just by looking at the problem and like trying to play with it.
That's true.
So I decided, I really also like, you know, I started the positive focus.
I wanted to inspire people because a lot of that personal development stuff isn't taught in school.
No, it's not.
So the more outlets there are online.
Because believe it or not, a lot of people just like at social media as a competition,
they think it's like, oh, let's flex on social media.
Let's show what we're doing.
But that's what kept me going.
When I first started posting a little bit of positivity on my Instagram,
the amount of feedback I got back was like, okay, you know.
It just shows how many people needed it.
Like the moment I put one of my first videos where I just said, dude, I'm just going to record myself saying something.
So many people reached out like, yes, like thank you for doing this thing.
And it just kind of gave me like an incentive, hey, they're,
someone needs to do it. And it's been like a little bit of momentum. I see more and more people.
I see you're really good at what you do. So it's like it's good because the world does need that.
The world needs it. And it's also more inspiring too when your friends are doing like people your age are doing it too.
Because I feel like anyone can listen to, you know, someone's super successful who's already a millionaire talking about how to make money.
Yeah, exactly.
But you know, like me, I'm kind of broke at the moment. But I'm still telling you could follow your dreams. You can be positive.
It's not about money.
It's about mindset and about how you view things.
Yeah, no, 100%.
Because I look at myself and I do look 10, 15 years from now.
And I see myself in those people's pictures.
Like, you know, successful and continuing the message.
Hopefully, you know, hopefully I don't get lost in that because I really don't.
Because you got to always remember where you come from and all that.
But it's good, like you said, because people do need to see that, hey, we don't have it figured out.
That's step one.
I'm letting you know I definitely don't have it figured out.
I'm sure you definitely don't have it figured out.
We're doing our best to figure it out.
But that's what it's about.
It's just consistently trying to figure it out step by step and learning as you go through all these experiences.
Because me taking this leap of faith of whatever I'm trying to do here, I really don't know at the end of the day.
But I know I want to spread this message.
I know I want to live this lifestyle.
And whatever comes with it comes with it.
And that's been something that's been super rewarding.
Yeah, definitely.
That's something I really encourage.
courage is having that open mind.
So, for example, I'm studying math.
I don't know exactly what I'm going to do with math.
I do know that I'm not going to settle and just be a math teacher.
Like everyone asks me when they ask what I'm studying.
But having that open mind because when you know, at least you envision yourself.
So you said, I see myself in those successful positions.
But as long as you have a vision for where you're going, kind of like the path just comes.
And new opportunities start coming in.
And when you're very set on a place and you're like, I need to get there.
this way, this way, you kind of close yourself off from opportunities that could have possibly
changed your mind, changed your life.
You could have gone in a direction that you'd never even expected going in.
Exactly.
I was like I was telling you before we recorded that I hated social media.
Hated it.
I, you know, I just didn't, I'd rather be, you know, out doing things.
And I'm still like that.
But I've also realized the power of it.
And I've realized how important it is if it's utilized the right way, just like anything.
So like you said, I started this social media thing and I got a social media job.
because of my power of how I learned how to handle social media for one reason was so I can grow my platform and then it works so now someone's like hey can you help me grow my platform on social media and yada yadi yadi so just by you taking like that step of into the I'd like to say it's like into the unknown you you know you jump in and it's like jumping off a cliff and hopefully there's something there to catch you know yeah and it's a scary feeling you don't know what the hell is going to happen but you do it anyways because why you know deep down in the back of your head that
It's there.
Whatever's going to happen is going to be there.
There's going to be something that's going to work out for you.
It's going to be tough, but you've just got to be consistent with it.
And you just got to understand everything's going to be work.
Consistency is huge.
That's one thing I've learned, like, all the pack of you.
We don't have an exact route.
But the problem is if you're not consistent, you're kind of all over the place
and you're just like, you don't know what you're doing.
And then people lose their respect towards whatever you're trying to do.
Exactly.
But going back to social media, it's definitely such a powerful tool,
and it's just going to get more and more.
powerful. Like the way that, for example,
when I switched to math,
I tried to vision myself as an engineer.
And I was like, am I going to apply somewhere as an engineer?
Am I going to be doing that for the rest of my life?
Exactly. I want to be a motivational speaker
and study math. I was like, I don't know what it's
going to take to do it, but I'm going to do it. And then that's
when I started posting videos on LinkedIn.
And I started talking about math and
tutoring. And
immediately after a month, I reached
like 200,000 views. Everyone
knows me as the math motivation
person. They don't even know what it really... Because you found
like your niche and you were able to like differentiate yourself from everyone else because part of it
is also you know you can be positive no matter what it is you're doing and i'm doing math which is
something that everybody hates everybody looks to me like Erica how are you doing math 24 7 with a
smile on your face no literally i'll be in class and i'm like i'll be so stressed but the moment
you understand it i'm just like yes like i can do anything oh my god yeah and so i can be positive
and do math.
Like, it's just bring whatever it is,
bring happiness to whatever it is you're doing.
You don't have to wait.
Yeah, finding the joy and whatever it is that you're doing.
And, you know, it's harder.
It's harder to do that than like just saying that, you know?
It's easier said than done.
That's what I was trying to say.
But, you know, I'll seem like today.
I'm taking down the Christmas lights on my house.
And, you know, it's so much more joyful to be putting up the Christmas
slides, like listening to Christmas music and like getting the moon than, you know,
being out there at 12 o'clock in the afternoon and it's 83 to go.
agrees. I'm not listening to Christmas
music. I'm taking down
the Christmas lights. It's like a lot more
tedious in my head. But I'm like, you know what?
Thank God I have a house to put Christmas
lights on. Like, you know, like, it's just about like
people think you're crazy for thinking that, you know?
But it's literally, are you
shifting the way that you're thinking? Because then you ask yourself,
why am I always so miserable all the time? Why and everything
never goes my way? Like this, that, that.
It's just a cycle that's running through your head.
And then it's just like, you can't even
appreciate the little things. How in the world are you going to
appreciate the big things that you're coming away or are they even going to come your way.
Exactly.
That mentality of being able to shift your perspective to what you already have is key because then
once you get to the next step, you're just going to be wanting more and more and more.
And it's like, what point are you going to settle and be happy?
It's good to always be reaching more.
I'm always reaching for more.
While I'm reaching for more, I'm not complaining about what I'm not there yet.
It's about enjoying what you have.
And I feel the more you enjoy it, the more you're going to attract because you're going to be at a high frequency.
and you're going to be so much more open.
A billion percent.
Because if you're complaining, people that complain all the time,
I don't even listen anymore because it's a habit.
It's actually a habit.
Honestly, too, like one thing I've noticed is like,
and I hate to say it, but people's energies like that
that are always complaining, it's draining.
It's draining to be around.
I'm a very, like, receptive person, like of people.
Like, you know, like I could usually tell, like,
hey, this is like a high frequency kind of person
and this is someone that's always complaining all the time.
time and is miserable.
And not to say, you know, I don't know there's stories.
I also hate to, like, be quick to judge, but we all have something, you know, don't, don't
bring everyone down because, you know, your life isn't going as planned or this happened,
that happened, you know, we all have something that's happened in our lives.
I mean, 95% of the reason of the way I think right now is because events in my life, you know,
from family, relationships, you know, health, whatever it may be, there's been multiple
obstacles along the way and because of that I'm like okay what can I learn from this experience
you know it made me react this way how can I avoid it and then boom you move on to the next one and
that's it so I think just you got to understand that in this life that we're living
there's a million obstacles that we're going to run into a million everyone's different you know
like an obstacle to you may be just like damn I got a parking ticket but an obstacle to me could
be like I got a flat tire um you know I failed my test that day this that and then all
other things, but whatever you believe in God, the universe, whatever it may be, you're never
going to get anything that's too much to handle. Exactly. There's always a solution. And that's
why I like that quote. Stay away from negative people because they find a problem for every
solution. And it's true, positive people. Speaking of a flat tire, this is the point that I knew
I reached extreme positivity was when I was driving from Tallahassee to Miami. I had a flat tire
to the point where the tire like popped and started hitting my my back and my bumper was falling off
in the car.
Oh my God.
It was raining and I was cracking up like taking videos like oh my God I'm alive still.
And then literally it was pouring rain and I realized that from that moment on I was like completely like
fucked like I don't know if I can curse here.
Oh yeah yeah go.
I got to a gas station and immediately because I stayed so positive I wasn't complaining at all.
We got to the gas station, some guy right there sees me, like, smiling like this girl, what is she doing?
I didn't know how to change attire.
And I was like, crap.
Yeah, you're just here.
Like, what is going to happen?
He offered to help me immediately.
And from there, I was.
And I went and drove to Miami, fine.
Not a single complaint.
Nothing.
It didn't ruin my day at all.
That's amazing.
Because it's the way you react to situations, not what situation is right.
Yeah, exactly.
I mean, it's react.
I think it's reaction and mindset.
Like, because, you know, your actions can kind of like, you know, you could try your best to do that.
But at the end of the day, I feel like, I feel like, I feel like, I feel like,
You can't fix this up here.
Like, you're doomed.
I think two of the things that really, really, like, at least for me, you know, that I've applied to my life and it's kind of really helped me deal with things currently, deal with things in the past, is no matter what in the world is going on.
And this is actually kind of why I created the message that I've created, because it's one, Miami and two, the same thing is, no matter what is going on is literally like saying, all right, I need to stay tranquil through this.
It's like, I need to stay calm.
I need to evaluate what this situation is and how can I fix it?
You know, am I going to sit here and am I going to beat myself up over this and complain and this and that and point fingers?
Or am I going to say, okay, you know what?
I don't have money right now or I don't have this.
Let me go out there and go get it.
Like, let me go create opportunity.
Let me go fine.
Let me go reach out to people because I've seen it in people's lives where they, that's it.
They give up and they're done.
Just from one little thing.
Yeah, that's why it's so important.
And people get confused.
And in the beginning, when I started a positive focus,
it was kind of the message I was putting out.
But it's not only about being positive,
because it's about being positive even when bad things are happening to you.
Yeah, anybody can be positive when everything's going great.
Exactly.
But when something bad is happening,
and that's a mentality that you exercise,
you have to exercise it because I was not always as positive.
Like, I remember in high school, I hated school.
I would be like, I hate school.
I hate my mom for putting me in the school.
But when you're in that mentality that you think you're a victim
and, like, things are happening to you just because they're having,
happening to you, that's what's the scoop that's going to be.
But for example, like you said, if you create your own opportunities, the other day I signed
up to be an Uber driver.
I have not been an Uber driver yet, but now I know I can do it whenever I want.
Good for you because that's been one thing that's just like been in the back of my head.
I'm like, should I do it?
Should I do it?
Should I do it just for extra money?
And I'm like, no, I can't do it.
And then I'm like, I got to do it.
Good for you.
Maybe a Saturday night in Tallahassee.
It's two in the morning.
I have some free time.
I get bored.
I'll go and go and guess what?
Who knows who you pick up?
And that ends up being like your partner, like in a business.
The world is crazy.
The world is crazy.
You meet people.
Dude, one of the people that I've gotten along with, like the most, she lives in L.A.
now.
She's in music.
Like, she does music, all that.
Her name, like, her name's Ray.
She actually went to FSU.
Okay.
She, I met her on Tinder.
On Tinder.
Love it.
Uh-huh.
And, like, and I don't use those things.
But, like, for some reason, I used it, like.
For this story, you don't use it.
Oh no no no I mean I do use it but I haven't used it in forever and like I don't know
Like I never took it serious yeah and I met I like match with this girl and I'm like I had
Known her kind of from FSU but I didn't like know her know her and like one of the first
things I just said was like you know being like an asshole was like like like your music's like
Awesome like I made a comment about her music because I knew it would like be like an auto
response kind of thing but she ends up being like one of my best best best best
friends that I talk to on a regular basis and she's like
I'm not going to even lie, like probably one of the most connected people that, like, I've ever met.
Really?
Just, you know, one of those high vibration people that just gets it up here that's been through a lot, this and that.
And it's, you know, I mean, I would have never expected that on Tinder, you know, I would have never expect that here.
It's just life will just throw random things in places that you would never expect, the places that you would never go to, the jobs that you would never work.
Like, it doesn't even matter.
If it's meant to be, you will meet that person or that opportunity will open up because it's, it's, it's.
It's meant to be. You can't beat that.
You can't beat that.
And I feel like opportunities happen no matter where you are.
If it's Tinder, even if it's not a hookup, like you met someone who's turned into a good friend, which is awesome.
Yeah, opportunities definitely come no matter.
You have to be open to them.
Because let's say you weren't asked when you're just like, oh, I only want this girl to hook up with her.
You would have never even approached it and whatever got you to your friendship.
Yeah.
So I actually kind of like getting into a little bit of this, I think it's because it's something that I've always believed in
and I feel like a lot of people either think this is a very, like,
hippie mentality or very high mentality or this and that is, like,
the whole thing about, like, energies and vibrations.
That's a science mentality.
Okay, I agree with that.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I feel like many people out there don't agree with that.
And it's funny because, again, that's what we're talking about.
I wanted to just take it as, like, natural flow.
So I wanted to ask you about that, like, in terms of, like, you know,
the law of attraction and all that kind of stuff.
in terms of people's vibrations, what would you say is like a good way of like, you know,
applying that into your own life and understanding it a little bit more as a science and not so much of like this laity-dadi-dadi hippie mentality.
Yeah.
So I don't like, for example, okay, I like to think I'm really good at catching someone's vibe and feeling their energy.
But at the same time, you never know because at certain moments people act certain ways certain moments.
There's very fake people.
So it's good to be open to, you know, okay, I feel this vibe.
but let's feel it out a little more.
Let's see in terms of people.
But I also, you mentioned the law of attraction.
The law of attraction kind of tends to be explained in a little mystical way,
but I'm very into the law of attraction.
I'm huge into it.
I actually have an episode on it.
Yeah, I need to listen to it.
Because there's different ways you can explain it.
There's not, I've looked into like the math side of the law of attraction.
Maybe I'll come up with something later on in the future because there's really none to explain it.
But it really is all energy.
And if you really want to attract something, you put your...
yourself in that frequency. So let's say you're a very positive person, you find someone with a
negative vibe who's always complaining, you're not going to be creating the best bond possible, right?
It's not like you're going to be their best friend. But the moment you find someone the same frequency,
same vibration as you, you're going to automatically want to build a relationship, get to know
the person a little bit more. And the same goes with attracting success, attracting amazing things.
You have to be at that level because if you are complaining, you're doubting yourself and you're like,
I want to live a happy life, but I hate everything. I hate everything I have complaining.
you're never going to be open to attracting amazing things
because you're going to only be viewing the negative things.
Exactly.
It's not like this magical thing.
I want to attract a Ferrari.
I believe if I truly want to attract a Ferrari tomorrow
and I write down that I want a Ferrari by December 31st of 2018,
my actions will lead me there.
Yeah, exactly.
Start creating other business deals.
Our brain is like our control system.
So whatever you tell it up here,
your body and your energies are literally going to work in a direction
to get that exact thing.
you're trying to manifest.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And it's a science.
It's if you want to try, I want a burrito right now from Chipotle.
And I tell myself, I'm hungry.
I want a burrito from Chipotle.
What am I going to do?
I'm going to get in my car.
I'm going to go to Chipotle.
Tell a guy what I wanted my burrito and eat it.
It's the same thing as telling yourself if you wanted a million dollars.
Exactly.
It's going to be, it's a bigger goal and it's a bigger task.
So obviously it's going to take a little bit more.
Exactly.
But you can do it.
But it's the same thing.
You can do it.
Anything you put your mind to it can happen.
Anything you set your mind to you can do.
This was once impossible.
Recording our voice was once impossible.
This desk was once impossible.
There was a time where we had nothing in our lives.
Exactly.
The mind was what brought it into reality.
The one thing that I, because it's funny that you said that, like, how, you know, this would have never happened.
Every time I'm sitting outside or whatever, I see an airplane.
And I'm like, yo, if we can create that where we can put hundreds of people in the air to fly all the way to China or to whatever, to Hawaii, this place, that place, within hours, we are capable of any.
We really are.
Submarines.
Submarines going into the ocean, the middle of like the deep sea.
What?
Like there's some things.
The sky going to the moon.
Exactly.
That's what I'm saying.
It's endless.
It's endless what you can do.
And it's about, like you said, just telling yourself, hey, this is what I'm going to do.
I'm going to make it happen.
And then that's it.
You know, and then allowing the actions to take care of itself.
And what we were saying before, consistency.
You know, I tell myself, today I want a million dollars.
And then tomorrow,
I just kind of forgot about that.
And now back on my couch watching Netflix.
And, I mean, very hard to win or get a million dollars, you know, with that kind of action and that kind of mindset.
And your energies have to follow the mindset that you have.
It's like everything's got to connect.
Everything has to be in alignment.
Because the same thing, that's something I struggled with.
I surrounded myself with some negative people.
You can't grow if you're surrounded yourself with negative people too.
So you always have to shape your environment with what it is you want to accomplish.
well because if you are working yourself hard but you're surrounding yourself with people who are
doubting you it's kind of be harder a little it's better to be alone than yeah and i've and i've
funny you say that because i actually caught myself you know kind of take especially like this past year
you know starting this whole tranquil thing you know quitting my job and and really taking the time to
like focus on myself and my mindset and all that you know just you know i i know what i want in my life
and i know the steps that i need to take and i know some things need to get let go of and something
needed to be added in my life.
So I realized, you know, there's going to be a time where I may have to cut some people out of my life.
Some people that I've known my whole life and some people that are, you know, very close to me.
But guess what?
They're not feeding me in the right direction that I want to go.
And that's actually something that I've caught myself going, you know, recently where I don't connect with as many people as I used to.
Before I was like, I connect with the right people, but I don't connect with as many people.
Because the right people are as prevalent.
Exactly.
That's something I've also been realizing now in Talasi.
I don't go out.
It's a college town.
I'm into, you know, I listen to podcasts all the time.
I'm always reading.
I'm always, so when I'm at a bar and everyone's just getting super drunk for no reason, I'm not connecting.
I was at Liv the other day drinking water, pure water.
And some girl comes to me, she goes, why are you drinking water at the club?
And I was like, because, you know, I want to.
And it's just hard to connect with people when you're changing your goals.
You have to be in those positions.
Yeah, I mean, I hate to say because sometimes, again, I don't like it because it makes you seem like, you know, whatever.
But sometimes I feel like my, you know, my frequencies and my vibrations are higher than a lot of people are age because I feel like I've had to, you know, I've had to create this mindset for myself because of what I want to create in my life and the things that I've happened in my life where it's kind of forced me to take this direction where, you know, three years from now, my mindset was nothing like this, you know?
I wanted to party, you know, I wanted to drink, I wanted to do this, I wanted to do that.
And I was, you know, I just wasn't the person that I am today.
You ask anyone from my high school, from my high school, who Andre was, and they wouldn't have said this.
You know, they would never have said that.
Same.
So it's just crazy how, you know, life's events just, not force you, but they create the person that you're supposed to be.
and I've learned that you got to let go of the past.
You got to let go of all that because that was one of my hardest things.
You know, I played sports my whole life like I was telling you.
I had all these friends in high school.
I had all this, all that.
And the moment I kind of started to take this route,
I started realizing, those guys weren't really my friends.
Yeah.
Sports was awesome, but it's not part of my life anymore.
I need to let that go.
So there's so many things that the moment I decided to open my head up a little bit
and let life kind of just take its course,
I realized, wow, it's liberating.
There's one word for it.
It's liberating.
It's liberating.
There's nothing better than just, you know, starting to start that process of finding yourself and finding what you like and all that.
So I definitely encourage that for anyone because I feel like it's not a social norm either.
It's because, like you said, going away to college, parting, that's kind of a path that, you know, society has already defined as the normal route.
Everyone wants to graduate.
go join a sorority, do all this stuff.
And once you're doing it, and I don't want to say anything bad,
but once you're doing it, you have to keep your mind open to what is it that's making you happy
aside from what's normal.
Yeah, and it's hard, especially being young.
You know, you want to be with your friends.
You want to be around the people, you know.
That's where you want to be because everyone's there.
They look like they're having a great time.
And don't get me wrong, it's fun.
I enjoy going out.
But I've also realized what, like, what am I getting out of it?
That's just a question that I'm always asking myself when I'm.
make decisions like am I getting anything out of this like am I getting anything by going an
happy hour and getting super drunk tonight? No probably not you know and I'm a big fomo person like I have
fomo a lot so I feel like I'm always like missing out but then you know the night goes on and
I have these expectations for what this is supposed to go and you know how this is supposed to be
and it never goes that way why because I'm here saying it's this way this way this way and I'm being
so close-minded but it's supposed to be this way this way this way and yeah and I feel as
at least around our age, I think a lot of people think like that.
I think, like you said, society has said that it's like this, and that's the way it is, and that's it.
Yeah, because that's the way, and I tie it back to education system, because, you know, every year we're giving a class, we're giving a teacher, we're given everything.
So when you're 18, all of a sudden, you need to choose what you want to do for the rest of your life.
So it's so hard, and that's why it's so good to promote being open-minded, being open to new ideas, because people,
People kind of get into that phase where they'll go to college, get drunk out time, graduate, get a job, and then like the rest of their life, they're just stuck getting up, like, doing just that.
And if you can be happy doing just that.
But, you know, that's the point when you're not, find something that makes you happy.
Do things that you can learn, grow from.
Always be open to change.
That's the thing.
Yes.
You got to be able to change and adopt 100%.
100%.
That's key.
So one more thing before we kind of like finish off.
What's one thing from your positive focus, you know, what is it like a, is it like a, is it?
Is it a blog?
It's a blog.
It's a blog.
Okay.
Your blog, that is like one point that you want to touch on that you want to kind of just share with everyone.
Yeah, so basically that concept we were talking about, always being open to change.
And that's something, I guess, my background, because I'm half Brazilian, half Colombian.
I've been traveling since the first moment I was able to travel, going to the other side of the road, seeing people in Colombia, they don't even own iPhones.
They're very, very small towns, barely penny and money.
That's something that's so mind-blowing.
We live in this.
bubble of the United States and there's a whole other world outside.
And we're always comparing ourselves.
You know, I went to a school where everyone had money and I didn't have all the money.
And I'm like, my friends are driving BMWs.
I don't even have a car.
Exactly.
And it's really easy to compare yourself.
So my number one thing is stick to what is making you happy, you know, focus on your
own life.
Do not compare yourself to other people and do the best you can to your ability.
Don't compare yourself to someone else's success because you only see where they are now.
You don't see where they were in the beginning.
Or how they really are.
Or how they really are.
because social media people tend to put what they show.
No one wants to go and cry on social media and say, guys, today I had a terrible day.
So always be in what you are doing.
Watch other people doing.
It's okay, but focus on you, focus on what you want, and don't let other people tell you otherwise.
Hell yeah.
100%.
100%.
And be able to change.
Awesome.
So now where, so like for the people listening, I hope you've been listening this far.
You know, I feel like people do a good job of doing that on our podcast.
So where can people like kind of find the.
you like on Instagram, LinkedIn.
I know you do really well on LinkedIn,
and I know a lot of people our age are on LinkedIn too,
so definitely have to check that out.
But where can people find you on, like,
kind of like the social platforms that you use?
Definitely.
So Instagram would be Erica with a K, Gutierrez,
three R is on Gutierrez,
LinkedIn, just Erica Gutierrez,
Twitter, Erica Says, with two A's on the says,
and the positive focus.com.
All right, cool.
I'll put that like on the social media
that way everyone could see it too,
because I do really like what you're doing.
One of the reasons I wanted to bring you on was the fact that you share a lot of positivity,
and I don't think people our age at least go out of the way.
And I've also seen that you've developed a great following, which is awesome.
Like we were saying, like the world needs it.
Positivity needs to exist in people's lives.
And like you were saying, people need to just live their own lives and not live someone else's life.
Exactly.
You said it in the best words.
Thanks so much for having me.
This is amazing.
That was a good episode.
