What's up guys? Day two of 12 days of Christmas. I hope you liked our first talk around giving and what is the acts of giving. Today we're going to talk about what does it mean to stay tranquil, right? Why did we start stay tranquil? For a lot of people that have been following us for a while, stay tranquil has been kind of like a mantra. It's been a way of living. People always talk to me and they're like, dude, I love the message that you've been spreading. It's kind of helped me relax. It's kind of helped me kind of look at things in a different lens. And that's what it's about.
right? But to give you really a reason as to why I started Stay Tranquillo and kind of what it
means to me, I've never done this before and I thought it would be a great time to do that.
So to me, what Stay Tranquilo means is about being in the moment. It means being present.
It means not about worrying about the mistakes that we made in the past or what our future is going to
tail. It's about being here right now in this moment. For me, when I think about being staying
I try not to get lost, right? And I try not to get lost in my thoughts. I try to be, okay,
what is it in this moment that I can take care of, right? What is it that I can handle? What are the
things that I know I have control over in this moment, right? Because what happens is we seem to get
in these tangents where our head thinks the worst of this situation or the worst of this person
or whatever it may be. But the reality is we can't control and we can choose
to take full responsibility for this moment.
So for me, staying tranquil is more than just a mantra.
It's a way of living.
It's a mindset.
It's a way to provide a positive perspective
when things may not be great in our life, right?
Where we may be going through some challenges,
where we may be going through some obstacles.
So stay tranquil is a way where we can apply this into our everyday life.
You know, whether it's through travel,
whether it's through yoga and meditation,
whether it's just hanging out with friends,
whether it's a round of golf, we are trying to showcase that whatever your Tranquilo is,
we all can find it somewhere in some place, that we can live in the moment, that we can enjoy today,
that life is short and we can enjoy life to the fullest.
So I hope you guys can take this mantra and apply it however it may be to you because it's open to
interpretation. It's open to how it works for you.
And for me, my meditation is playing golf.
My meditation is sometimes sitting in the morning and doing some journaling, right?
And some of the talks that we're going to have coming up in 2023 and in some of our segments for 12 days of Christmas will be around what are some of the things that you can do to practice the stay tranquilo mantra.
So stay tuned for more episodes.
We're going to keep firing them out.
I hope you guys resonated with the state tranquilo message today.
And I hope that you guys continue to tune into future episodes to come in the next few months.
Thanks, guys.
