Starting point is 00:03:25 on Bella, Bella Cummins. I was like, oh, that's kind of a good name for a madam. She's not just a madam. Bella Cummins not only runs a hacienda brothel. She owns it. She talks all about it. How she got into the business, why she got into the business, how she made it so successful because it really was a man's world. She really changed the game. She's been there since the dawn of time. She survived through COVID. She talks about how her ranch brought business into the town. during COVID and how brothels do help communities wherever they are. She talks about that domino effect of what they bring into the community where they exist. She wishes there were more brothels because she sees the benefits of them. She talks about why and how she gives virgins a discount. I thought that was a really interesting fact. And she talks about the kinds of guys that come into her ranch as well as the girls and the courtesans and how she teaches. And how she teaches. them how to like switch on and be the perfect cortisone. It's a super interesting story. She's a very successful woman. Like I said, she's been there done that. She's been doing this for a long time and
Starting point is 00:04:37 she knows what the fuck she's doing. And so it's an inspiring story. The link to her ranch, Bella's Hasienda, is in the description, but it's Bella's, B-E-L-A-S dot us. It's bella's dot us. That's a, that's a link to the ranch. You're probably going to want to go check it out after you hear her story. But Anyway, I'm going to be right back on with Bella. Hi, Bella, Bella Cummins. Welcome to the Strictly Anonymous Podcast. How are you today? I am wonderful.
Starting point is 00:05:06 No, let me just ask you something. When I just said your name, I was like, wow, is that a made-up name? Considering, like, what you do and who you are, that is either the best last name for you or it's like a name that you made up when you became like, you know, the head of a ranch in Nevada? Like, is Cummins your real last name or did you make that up? No, Cummins is my real last name. Oh, my God. Well, okay, let me just first introduce you and then people will be like, oh my God,
Starting point is 00:05:31 Cummins couldn't be more suited for you, right? If you really think about it. So your Bella Cummins, you know, you run Bella's Hacienda Ranch in Nevada, right? You know, I was just reading your bio and it said that you took over the ranch. Like, it used to be called the Hossienda Ranch, right? But in 1987, you took it over and that's how it became Bella's Hacienda Ranch. You were the person that did that, correct? like it existed before and then did you take over because you were a sex worker there and then
Starting point is 00:05:58 you decided to like move up in the ranks and wanted to take it over and change because you did tip it you did change the game it is the only ranch that is entirely run by sex workers correct correct and and really a woman that owns it there are other women involved you know as employees or there there can be women involved with men that where maybe it's part of a trust in a group, but to be just the sole owner and operator for 38 years, I'm it. And I'm going to quickly touch on one question that you asked, and that was, you know, did I, like, move up through the ranks at Hussian Ranch? And the answer is no, because I was born in 1949.
Starting point is 00:06:46 Okay. So I was older. I was in, like, my middle moving on 30s. And I'd already done whatever I did on the outside, you know, and as far as the legality and rural Nevada brothels becoming legal, that didn't happen until the 70s, like 1970, 71. And so I was already, you know, well past my 20s. So it made sense that I merely stepped into a leadership role understanding. Yeah, I get it. But where were you before?
Starting point is 00:07:22 I really was born the first child of a very middle class family. So I was born in Chicago, graduated high school in western New York State, which is just south of Niagara Falls or Buffalo. And so, you know, all of that was basically leading me towards actually an agricultural college education. But when I came out of that college education, I didn't. I didn't have any money to do anything from agriculture. So I wound up doing, you know, like we all do, other things. Yeah. You know, I figured out I could open businesses for like large corporations and we'll just pick a ski lodge.
Starting point is 00:08:10 And I was really good at it. I don't know why, but it was. You know, I could get the kitchen running right. You know, I could, there were all these things, including horse training that I was just really drawn to from. even a teenager. But there was definitely like a, like something that was common and everything you did in that you were the leader. Like you knew how to lead and make stuff happen.
Starting point is 00:08:34 Like that's who you were, right? Well, that's well said. Thank you. And yes, I, you know, at that time, I could do it for other people because I was so young, you know, very early 20s. But I also became very aware that I, I really, I really. didn't want to work for someone else. Yeah. I wanted to determine my own success. And, of course, when I stepped on to the ownership of Hacienda Ranch, my late husband, who thought it would be a
Starting point is 00:09:09 great idea to be silent partners in this unusual business, somehow or another, he touched the lives of some of these women that worked in other houses. And whether, was a casual relationship or whatever it was, but it looked as though it was going to cost us everything. And so he needed for me to step up. And I wasn't really the bookkeeping type of gal, but by golly, I figured it out. And I figured out that numbers never lie and what it took to turn the key in Hosseander Ranch's door. What did you need to bring in every single week or every single month in order to meet the obligations?
Starting point is 00:09:56 And then, of course, this silent partnership was something, a ridiculous amount of money at that time. But it was like $633,000. And my husband said, you're the one that's going to get to figure out how to pay all this off. But, you know, brothels can have investors, of course, where everybody kind of puts their money in and buys it. But for a young woman in her 30s that was looking at three mortgages on this business, I had to figure it out. How was I going to pay these individuals? And I did. It probably took me 10 years, but that's a lot of money to pay.
Starting point is 00:10:43 back in that amount of time. Yeah, but let me just ask you this. How does a woman who's, you know, it doesn't sound like, you know, because you said, you weren't doing sex work at that time. You're married. I don't know if you're monogamous because you said your husband had like these relationships with other workers. Like, I mean, how do you wind up?
Starting point is 00:10:59 It sounds like, you know, from living in the vanilla world and doing these vanilla businesses to becoming a silent owner of a brothel. Was it just like some weird coincidence that you heard that it was available and you decide to go in? was your guy, were you giving him free passes to go hook up with women at the ranches and you guys had an open marriage? And then you decided like, how did that come about? Whatever she did prior to our wedding was his past. And I, you know, I didn't, I didn't go there. Okay. Because I figured that's, that's BB before Bella. And so, you know, it's like, let that be.
Starting point is 00:11:38 Whatever that was for that man, let that be. And then the movement. forward, it turned out it was a monogamous relationship, but that relationship pointed in the direction of buying Hacienda Ridge. Okay, so, okay, 2025 is here and why not say yes to pleasure? You know what pleasure is to me? Figuring out how to squirt. Do you want to learn how to squirt? I know I have always been dying to squirt, and that's why I was super excited to go to beducated.com and take their class on squirting. educated is like the Netflix of sex education or like the Sephora of sex education. Okay, they have over a hundred courses to choose from. They literally have something for everyone. They
Starting point is 00:12:22 have courses on anal sex and fissing. They have courses on how to give a blowjob, how to go down on a girl, how to talk dirty. And of course, how to squirt. Taught by my guest who was actually on my show, Lola Jean. Do you remember her? She holds the world record for squirting. If you're going to learn how to squirt, that's who you need to live. Listen to. She's the expert. She not only tells you what to do with her your fingers. She shows you exactly what to do in videos with real people. Okay. That's what I love about Beducated. In forward, it turned out it was a monogamous relationship, but that relationship pointed in the direction of buying Haseander Ranch. Okay, so your husband is the person that found out that this ranch was available, and then you take over. How come your husband's not taking over?
Starting point is 00:14:06 It's just because you were the business guy? Like, did your husband have his own career at the time? Or did he actually work with you, but you were sort of? of the leader of it. Well, my husband was a Mason. Mason for his whole life, basically. But he wasn't good, wasn't really good at business.
Starting point is 00:14:25 Right. You were the one. That's okay. You made a good team, right? He didn't need to be. Yep. Yeah, yeah. How, okay, how though, and why did you decide to take that brothel and let it be run entirely by the sex workers and change the whole game? Like, what was that? process like. Okay. Well, it had many steps to it, but in the, I'm going to say, the end, very end of the 90s and the beginning of the 2000s, there would be some very, very successful cortisans there. And because they were like so successful, so popular, they said, you know, I just can't do this every day. Why don't I, like step on the other side of the bar and I'll be like a bartender when I get tired.
Starting point is 00:15:17 And they, these little gals would look at the cortisans at that time who maybe weren't cortisans, quite courtesans yet. And they would say something like this. All of you are pain in the ass. You know that? And if he was talking to the one she would stand right beside on the other side of the bar when she was on there, at that side. And I thought, oh, my goodness, they have no idea what it's really like to be a business woman.
Starting point is 00:15:49 Right. And here, you know, along came the state business license, which really said that these ladies in sex work, sensual service providers are really entrepreneurial business women. And that opened my eyes to the fact that, well, if, you're going to be called a businesswoman. You need to learn how to do that. You need to understand your business plan.
Starting point is 00:16:19 You know, how are you going to structure yourself where, you know, you go to work at this time, and you get off at this time. You aren't going to let your cell phone get in the way. You know, this pseudonym that you are when you step into a situation with a client is like, that's a person. That's like Norma Jean and Marilyn Monroe. You're stepping out as Maryland. Yeah, yeah. And who you can't let Norma get in the way or you're going to go broke. Right.
Starting point is 00:16:53 And so that idea kind of led to, especially after the pandemic, it was me again, just me and these ladies. And I said, all of you, you get to learn more. You get to understand what it's like to run the register and answer the door and run the vacuum and pick up after yourselves. And then the younger ladies coming along as of 2020, you know, they were coming from families that maybe their mother worked and they didn't really learn how. how to take care of themselves. Maybe they never learned how to cook. Maybe they never learned how to do their laundry. And there were all these things that became way bigger,
Starting point is 00:17:50 more expanded, where Norma Jean could handle all this other stuff. And Marilyn Monroe could go behind the closed door and make an incredible amount of money. And then we get to the part where Norma Jean's Jane's got to get some more education on how to hang on to her money so that she has some financial security moving forward. And when she steps out of this industry, what is it that she really wants to do next? Right. And what age?
Starting point is 00:18:27 I mean, is there an age nowadays, you know, that like a woman would age out of being a courtesan and working in a ranch? Is there any kind of age limit or, I mean, listen, I know guys like women of all ages and sizes and races, right? So, of course, I'm sure you offer all of the above up, but is there like any age limit or anything? I mean, how is it set up? It's actually set up according to how a lady. Presented herself? Yeah, I guess.
Starting point is 00:19:03 takes care of herself. And it's like not being a model, but being someone who physically takes care of themselves. They don't have to look like a bodybuilder, but that a person can tell they didn't just let themselves go. And, you know, that they've mentally moved closer to some wisdom. And then that changes your spirituality. And emotionally, have you kept a good separation between the outside personality, the you that has friends and all of those things? And that part of you that's in service that allows something,
Starting point is 00:19:54 some energy to help someone else, whether it's sensual or something, or sexual or or some kind of psychology. I think keep using your Marilyn Norma analogy. I love that. You know what I mean? Like it sort of really explains that that difference that you keep talking about, right? Those different parts. Those two different things that I feel like every woman has.
Starting point is 00:20:15 Even if you're not working in a brothel, right? You have that part of you, that Norma Jane part of you and everything. And then you're Marilyn Monroe when you get into bed with someone, whether it's your husband or 10 guys, right? I mean, I love that sort of analogy. It really helps you see things clearly and explain what you're talking. about. And thank you for that because what it does is people are so repressed sexually. Yeah. That you, that it's allowing whatever that is within us, that all those hormones, you know, are there for a reason.
Starting point is 00:20:48 Yeah. To be experimental and to never, and to never think or hang on. to something that seems so awkwardly outdated puritanical. Right. Or even just be like bound by the sort of social constructs of like what society says. Just because society says at a certain age of women, I mean like they're like 40 on paper at 40. You know, a woman used to be so fucking old. There's tons of 40 year olds that look out of shit still.
Starting point is 00:21:22 I mean, come on. You know, it's not about that anymore. You know, and as a woman, if you don't live in that box, I mean, you could really keep it together and be sexy and be all those things and still have that, be connected to the Maryland you for a really long time, a lot longer than our parents did and women did in the past, right? Because I think things are really changing. And it is about how you feel about yourself. Like you said, I mean, it's not like there's a specific age. It's really on how the woman presents and how much she's still in touch with that sexy side of herself and how she presents it physically.
Starting point is 00:21:55 Correct. And at this time in my life, I, you know, I'm chronologically 74. Yeah. But I'm the seductress, the temptress, and the enchantress. And it doesn't matter who walks through the door. I am just that. And it has nothing to do with sensual or sexual. It's just who I've become.
Starting point is 00:22:22 Oh, I love that. And a person can be that or they can be old. Right. And I say that And so Becoming that Is more like being older And having the wisdom
Starting point is 00:22:41 To know how to live life full out Better Yeah Look I'm looking at pictures of you online Yeah I see you online Like you're hot I can say I mean I don't know where these pictures are But what advice would you give to just even regular
Starting point is 00:22:57 I'm going to get back to your whole brothel experience and I have more questions about the brothel itself and stuff. But what advice do you have even for regular women on how to stay connected and be somebody like you that, no matter how much older they get, they're still, you know, attractive and still in touch with that side of themselves? I would recommend that women stay away from the mirror so much. I kind of like it. Because that isn't really how you look when you interact with people. When you interact with people, there's like this energy around us and it flies out of us.
Starting point is 00:23:45 And when we look in the mirror, we're kind of closed down and it's this two-dimensional-ish thing that's untrue. Oh, my God, that's so powerful. And so come from within. Come from within. in, that place that just is timeless and just is. And that's that passion. That's that part of us that when a person walks in the room, no matter what time in their life, people go, who's at?
Starting point is 00:24:14 Yeah, right. That's what you want to be. Yeah, and you could turn that on and off. I mean, that is really within your own self, right? It's not about anyone else. Yeah, it isn't, really. And that's the self-esteem. Like, you know, I've had girlfriends who feel her, like I had this one girlfriend who by no means was as, as overweight as she thought she was, you know.
Starting point is 00:24:37 She had curves. And I used to try to show her like other women with her exact body that had a different sort of feeling about their bodies and how hot they were and how they presented themselves in such a different way. But yet it was the same body. You know what I mean? It wasn't, so it wasn't like her body. It was like her own sort of view of it that was holding her back. and that's typically what the problem really is. Yes, it's being overly critical.
Starting point is 00:25:04 And, you know, that thinking we should be like someone else when we were already born perfect. And that perfection, it's like somebody comes along and insinuates that we aren't perfect or this or a multitude of things should be changed. And it's like we get to make new contracts with ourselves that says, I don't remember who told me that.
Starting point is 00:25:36 But you know what? I'm perfect the way I am. And yes, I'm going to be here longer by the grace of something. And I'm going to be the best me I can be every step of the way. Yeah, why not? Now, when your husband, like you say your late husband, like how long ago did he pass and did you ever? get remarried? Oh, I did remarry. He, his name was David, and we had, we had a little over 10 years
Starting point is 00:26:05 together. Okay. And he, you know, he just wasn't well. And so it was, it was a few years later when I met the love of my life, my soulmate. Oh, wow. And, and so it was, it was a few years later, when I met the love of my life, my soulmate. Oh, wow. How old were you at that time? 49. Okay, great. So 49, you meet your soulmate.
Starting point is 00:26:37 Where do you meet him, by the way? He came into my home to give me a bid on heating the house properly. Oh, love it. Okay, so he's like a worker coming into your house. Yeah. And, you know, I thought he owned the company. Yeah. And he didn't, but he was, you know, like, but, you know, it was one, like how we were meant to meet.
Starting point is 00:27:04 They're still together. Oh, my goodness, yes. 25 years. Wow. It's fabulous. Yeah. And, you know, I just, I had a lot of things apparently I needed to do before I could meet him. Let's just say, close to halfway through my life.
Starting point is 00:27:21 Yeah, that's okay. I love that story. I mean, you know, listen, I think a lot of people have that story, you know, because you grow and change. And, you know, but let me ask you this. Did you have kids ever with either one of your husbands? With their first husband? I had a child with my first husband. Okay.
Starting point is 00:27:41 And then, you know, being very young, we just grew apart. And then David came along. And then as, as, and his, my husband's name is Lance. So it's Bella and Lance. but he had some children that were still in that being raised situation. And so I just became the Bella. You know, they had moms. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:07 But it became, you know, something important in their life, but never needing to be the step mom, which I think is a real weird. Right, but let me ask you this, because I asked about the children. To see, like, you know, how did people, how did like your child, I don't know if it was a son or a daughter and his children and his family members, you know, when he winds up hooking up with you and bringing you home? Like, how did people feel about what you were doing for a living? I mean, you know, because, you know, there's a lot of judgmental people out there. And here you are a woman, you know, running a brothel. You know, how did people react as well as your children, you know, your family, friends?
Starting point is 00:28:47 You know, I didn't have a lot of friends by any means. You know, when Lance actually asked me to marry him, I was very, very concerned. And he said, oh, I got good. I got friends. There's no problem because I did. I said, you know, you might want to think about this. Yeah, exactly. You know, not everybody's real thrilled with, you know, the industry I'm supposed to be involved in. Yeah. And he was actually shocked when he wound up with one friend and that friend was. was a really a good friend and his best man, as it turned out.
Starting point is 00:29:26 Wow. Everyone else went away. Wow. Can you believe? Wow. And, you know, and then he got to understand what dealing with a judgmental town was like. Yeah. And he wasn't prepared.
Starting point is 00:29:40 He was like, oh, this is weird. These people, like, speak with forked tongue. I mean, this is awful. And I said, you know, it is awful but we just keep ourselves on the other side of the tracks you know keep our head down below the sagebrush so we don't get it shot off and just we'll head up the path we're supposed to hold hands and walk up
Starting point is 00:30:08 and you know he couldn't help me with the brawful but he could help me keep everything running he was an incredible man who can fix anything, build anything. And, you know, by the time we got together, the brothel was at an age where it needed help. You know, plumbing was a little bit older. And then, you know, a new wing was added on. And all of those things had to be brought into the 21st century.
Starting point is 00:30:41 And I, that's the stuff I couldn't do. But that set me, you know, apart from other contractors. and other people that I didn't know if they could really fix it or build it, but they were sure going to charge me a lot. So he took on that part that allowed me to just do what I needed to do, and yet the money went out correctly to move things forward, because in the brothel industry, you have to make the money before you can spend it. You don't loan, people don't loan you money for that.
Starting point is 00:31:18 Right. So it's really keeping a budget and understanding that, you know, you can't overspend. You have to be within the monies that's coming in and then make sure you're set up for winter. There is a lot to running any business, a brothel included. Of course. But you're not going to go to the small business administration and get a loan. Right. You've got to figure it out.
Starting point is 00:31:48 Let me ask you this because, you know, you're inside the business and you've been doing it for so long and so many people are on the other side, you know, including all the judgmental people that, you know, didn't want anything to do with your husband when he married you. But, you know, what would you say as a brothel owner is, you know, what would be your pitch for why, you know, it is important to have a brothel and, you know, how and why they do help people? I understand that that's obviously what's going down there. You know, I've had a lot of women on my show who are courtisans who work in the business and talk about how they really feel like they really are helping people and stuff. But like what would you say as a brothel owner of why, you know, there is a need for them and it's great that they exist because they still only exist in one place in the United States, which is kind of crazy if you think about it, you know?
Starting point is 00:32:38 It really is crazy about that. You know, people need people. Right. And people have the hormones. And when people are unable to express their desires, whether it's, you know, absolutely puritanical, working in form, all the way to kink or kinky or there's a safe way to do it. And inside a legal brothel, it can be orchestrated. All of those things can be done safely.
Starting point is 00:33:13 and it provides public safety in the town of Wells and other communities because we're on the crossroads of the Western United States. And people come from everywhere. So it's going to sensually and sexually have, make a difference in communities. I don't even know where they live because whatever it is they want to experience, they're experiencing it fellas, hacienda. So whatever a person needs is happening legally. And then the monies that, whether it's licensing or whether the ladies are spending money in town, or whether it's with the physicians that are doing medical checks, I mean, everything is part of helping a rural community like Wells that in some ways is a dying community. You know, the quilt shop is not going to support the town.
Starting point is 00:34:16 Right, but the brothel does. Yeah, I got that. Yes. And then within this community of Wells, Nevada, well, they stay at the hotels. They eat at the restaurants. There you go. You know, they get fuel. I mean, there's all of these other people that have all of these financial advantages.
Starting point is 00:34:35 And I'm never saying to them, by the way, you can thank us. Because it's not the point. The point is they don't even understand what that percentage is that we're bringing to town. But they should, unless they've quickly forgotten what happened during COVID and everything was locked down. And by the time I was allowed to reopen, people's pockets were inside out. Right. Right. And when I opened, it was like everything started to flourish again. Yes, it expanded, if you will, accelerated kind of slowly, but it didn't take long.
Starting point is 00:35:15 And you know how fast people forget when things are better? Of course, yeah. So those are the things about this industry that other communities and other states could utilize. There are many people that they don't want a marriage. want a partner like that. You know, we look at the younger people. They aren't getting married. They're having children.
Starting point is 00:35:44 But they aren't. And you go, man made up the whole idea of marriage. So they're not going down that avenue. Some of them aren't even buying homes. And they get one of these vehicles or a motorhome and a travel trailer. And they're everywhere. And they're homeschooling right out of their. their little RV.
Starting point is 00:36:09 And I mean, the world is different. Right. No, I know. And for the guys, though, like when I was doing a little research on you before you called, besides looking at your bio, I was looking up, you had other podcast things. And I saw, I came across something that said like that. You give discounts to male virgins, adult male virgins. Is that a true thing?
Starting point is 00:36:32 It's kind of very interesting to me. Well, yes, it's actually a true thing. In northeastern Nevada, Bella's Hacienda Ranch is demographically located 50, 60 miles from Utah and Idaho. Okay. And there is a huge amount of urges there. Religious repression in those two states. It's huge because we've got that same religious concern in northeastern Nevada. So smart.
Starting point is 00:37:06 Yeah. And then you add the lockdown to it. Yeah. Where kids were graduating with the car driving by and their hands out the window to get a diploma. And then add the cell phone and texting. And we don't even know how to talk to one another. Yeah, free porn. And we're a teenager.
Starting point is 00:37:27 And Utah banned porn. Oh, my God. Really? Yes. So they banned porn. And then you look at it. these youngsters that don't know how to meet somebody, they may or may not know how to do anything except text.
Starting point is 00:37:44 Yeah. And so they don't want their friends to know that they're a virgin. And so the emails that come to Bella's, it says, look, I'm a virgin. I don't want my friends to know. I need help. Yeah. I need to know what to do with a woman. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:38:03 I don't know what to do. And in porn, typically, it doesn't look like a girlfriend experience. It looks like somebody is doing something more or less against their will. Right. And so that is a horrible way to learn about your sexuality. Right. Well, let's see. I think I'm supposed to tie her up and strangle her and then do her.
Starting point is 00:38:29 Oh, my time. No, no, son, that isn't how you do it. Yeah. And then some of these religious groups, they've never seen a woman's body. Yeah. Right. You know, and they're just, it's crazy that we're in the third decade of the 21st century and we're dealing with repression like this. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:00 And so you bet I'm going to. And, you know, if they tell me they're a virgin, the gal is going to work out whatever with the discount. They're going to work it out. Yeah. And the idea is give them within reason the, I'm going to say the amount of time they require. Yeah. It doesn't have to be ridiculous. But so that that first experience is better than probably the one I had.
Starting point is 00:39:31 Right, of course, right, that most people have, not just you. Yes. Yeah. And typically, you know, and here's another thing. These new younger ladies, when I say, well, you know, we had sex without a condom, they're like, what? It's like they come out of the womb with a six pack of condoms and a cell phone. Nowadays, right? And, you know, and so for them, do you know how many?
Starting point is 00:40:01 their first sexual experience were awful because they didn't know you have to have lube or you're going to feel like you're being ripped apart. And that seems simple, but it isn't. I listen to them and, you know, talk to them or when I'm interviewing young courtesans, I go, water-based lube is mandatory. You know this, correct? Oh, okay. You know, it's like, you know, if you're going to have any pleasure from this, because it isn't just a woman's skin and the skin of a man's penis. And that's a whole different sensation from what we've had to do in this country since AIDS,
Starting point is 00:40:48 where condoms had to evolve, lube had to evolve. All of these things, I'm sure it was created by men, science, this disease. I really don't believe it came from monkeys. Right. But it's like, but it changed how we enjoy our sexual, sensual appetites. And the other part that is very important for your listeners to understand is when there is this experience between a cortisand and a client, there may or may not. not be penetration.
Starting point is 00:41:31 There may or may not be an orgasm. There could be medical reasons. There could be fear. There could be all sorts of things that determine how book will pick a gentleman is able to find that erection. But if he can have the very best experience he could possibly have with that cortis in that day, then he will leave with an unbelievably satisfied experience and it will show on his face. Right. Do you consider yourself a madam?
Starting point is 00:42:12 Is that, or no? Like, I mean, is there a different woman in, you are the madam of the house, correct? Is that what you consider yourself? I am the madam. I'm the owner. There are plenty of madams out there, but they're really, they're, they're employed. And they call themselves, Madam This and Madam That, they're not. They could call them manager.
Starting point is 00:42:38 They could call them anything they want. I understand they're going by Madam. They have for many, many years. But a true Madam owns and runs her establishment. That's a Madam. Right. Now, at this point in time, if I sold, I'm still, I'm going to be a Madam. forever. Right. Because 38 years would be, well, that's just who I am as far as describing the
Starting point is 00:43:07 industry I've been involved in. But, you know, it's, it's one of those situations where at some point in time, someone is going to come along and say, Bella, thank you for staying into your 70s. Because I really thought I'd get out in my 60s. But apparently I wasn't complete. But It's getting very close to where someone, I would love for it to be a woman or a group of women, however they work it out. But it's getting to that place because honestly, I have more past than future. Right. Right. And so it's like, come on, whoever you are. And that way, they're going to be younger.
Starting point is 00:43:53 I would be a great consultant and I would be able to to have them take their dreams and goals and move forward without stepping into errors that maybe I made and move through. Yeah, what a great mentor you would be. Are there any other women out there that are true madams in that they own and run the brothels or are you the only one? really i am the only one that solely owns right and it there were the madams in the very beginning we'll say the 30s the 50s the 1970s those women came from san francisco and they opened houses
Starting point is 00:44:48 before they were licensed in these rural communities right and even in like reno and Las Vegas. Trust me, there were houses. They just weren't legal and licensed, and they were in areas where they were tolerated or at times not tolerated and burned out. Right. So, you know, and my mentor, Helen Carter,
Starting point is 00:45:18 she was still alive when I came to be at Haseander Ranch, which is now Bella's Hacienda Ranch. And when I was talking with her, many times it was as if she was talking in another language. I didn't get it. And I had to, with hindsight, I go, oh, that's what she meant. Right. After I probably stumbled in the same pothole for the 15th time, because it was foreign to me stepping into the industry that way at that time. Right.
Starting point is 00:46:04 But now, I mean, you know, how many years do you think you're out that you would like to have somebody come in and, you know, that you would be able to mentor them and then they could take over. How many more years do you think you have left, Bella? I believe, well, I've planted the seed that the actual process of selling is honor before the end of 24. Oh. However, you have to pick a date. For something to even begin to manifest, you pick the date. And from there as a mentor, or if it goes into 2025 because of licensing and FBI background check and all those things, then great, it goes a little farther. But it would be where I would be available to be a mentor. And that mentorship could be, obviously, for an undetermined amount of time.
Starting point is 00:47:14 But I seriously believe that I've, I've arrived at that place where I'm getting the nudge from the universe that just says, it's time. They're coming. Yeah, I love that. You know, you're in tune. Yeah, I understand that. It's all timing. And if you're really in tune with shit,
Starting point is 00:47:36 you kind of know, you kind of know your own timing, you know, I think a lot of people aren't because there's a lot of noise out there, right? But if you're really honing on it and believe in that kind of stuff, I think, you know,
Starting point is 00:47:45 you could be right on the money. So I believe you that it's coming. You know, I'm kind of obsessed with you. You are very ahead of your time. I'm 55. I grew up in a time where, you know, to me, like if you met a successful woman, she had to be extraordinary to be successful,
Starting point is 00:48:02 whereas like a guy, a white male, I don't know. It's like not that hard. You know, it's just a different game. And, you know, I think like I said, a lot of people don't understand that. So, you know, I think it's amazing all that you have done. Especially, okay, I'm in, I have a sex podcast. So I know what you deal with, but you deal with it even more hardcore because you want to brothel, you know, especially being in the business that you're in and succeeding because that creates a whole other bunch of hurdles that, you know, a regular business doesn't have to deal with on top of the regular hurdles you deal with as a businesswoman and the fact that you've been so successful in sort of, you know, a male dominated world as the only woman that's done what you did is fucking super impressive. And like,
Starting point is 00:48:43 I think you're like a boss bitch. And it's amazing. I love your story. And I'm so glad you called in. And I think any woman that winds up meeting you or whoever that person's coming in that you're going to mentor, they're lucky, you know, to step into that role because, you know, I think you'll be super helpful. So thank you for calling it. I was Googling while we were talking to see pictures of you're like super hot. I love this picture of you in in the red fur thing with your platinum blonde hair. Like oh my god like people are not going to believe when they see pictures of you. I'm going to put them over on my Patreon of how amazing you look at 74. You fucking own it. You look as
Starting point is 00:49:18 boss in person as you do, you know, talking to you. So thanks so much for calling in and sharing your story. Bella, because like I find you inspiring. Thank you. And you know those pictures were just taken a few months ago. I know. I Look at the date. I look at the date. Oh, the date's on it.
Starting point is 00:49:35 There you go. I love the platinum blonde. I love it. I love it. So I would say send me pictures for the podcast episode, but I'm going to take these pictures I found online that are so fucking killer and I'm going to air them. And do you want to give a shout out to your ranch and tell people how they could find you or anything like that before we end?
Starting point is 00:49:50 Oh, absolutely. I would love to do that. Great. And, you know, and for your listeners, the best way to reach out to Belize. Hacienda Ranch is to go to the website, bellas.us.us, like b-E-L-L-A-S dot U.S. or United States, but it's just U.S. And there's in places you can email. And honestly, I will see them. I will respond. If you're interested in being the next madam, if you just have questions, if you're a courtesan working out there that would like to give this a go, it's, I will answer.
Starting point is 00:50:32 through everyone's questions. I always answer in person, you know, I mean, by me. I don't have other staff that calls and says, well, I'm, you know, Madame Bella's blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I don't have that. I'm, I'm the one that takes the time to explain things or interview or, you know, even in some cases, arranged for clients to be picked up or dropped off or understand how to get here. But I feel like that's their connection with me and understanding how wonderful this experience
Starting point is 00:51:15 is really going to be for them. And then, of course, on X, it's Bella's Hacienda, B-E-E-L-A-S-H-A-C-I-E-N-D-A. And, you know, thank you, Elon Musk, because we were normally just kicked off of everything about 20 seconds after you got on. Oh, really? Oh, absolutely. That's why our numbers are low because, you know, if a person sat down, with a split in their skirt and too much leg was showing, they just pull your stuff, you know?
Starting point is 00:51:54 It was horrible for quite a while. Yeah, I deal with it all the time. Yeah, it's terrible. I'm going to put links to everything that you just said in my description. I have a really large audience. I feel like there's a lot of guys that might be reaching out. Maybe some women too. Maybe you'll come back on and we'll do a whole episode for the girl that wants to get into the business.
Starting point is 00:52:13 I feel like that might be super interesting too, that whole angle, you know. but I'm so glad that we talked about your whole backstory because I think it was super interesting. And thanks so much, Bella, for calling in. I love talking to you. Well, thank you for having me. And truly, I'm willing to talk about any part of our openness like this, whether it's within the brothel, how it works, or outside.
Starting point is 00:52:39 And it's, I know so much and there's so much information. It's like you said, you have a million questions. how do we handle it except in episodes? Exactly. It's the only way. Yeah, no, I know. And this one, I love to get people's backstories.
Starting point is 00:52:55 Like, I always like to do that first because I think that that's super interesting and that gives you the foundation. But, you know, sometimes in a situation like this where I talk so when I'm like, oh, wow, she could actually call back in and do a whole thing on something else. Because I do do bigger picture episodes every Wednesday. Like I do girl talk and guide talk episodes where we talk about a little bit, you know, different. And I think that, you know, you could do something like that.
Starting point is 00:53:16 out with me. So I'll definitely go to reach out to you about that. And thanks so much, Bella, for calling in. This was great. Yeah. Thank you. Oh, thank you. And thank you for being willing to talk to me. Share time with me. I love it. I'm obsessed. Listen, I did, like, I'm a naturally curious person. If you saw me out at, like, a party, I would be, and if I met you in the park or I met you at a party, I would have had the same exact conversation with you because I'm just a very naturally curious person. And, you know, when I get to talk to someone as like, interesting as you, it's even better. So, you know, it's all good. It's like, I'm the lucky one here. So thanks for calling in Bella. All right. Where do you live? I'm in Manhattan, New York City. Oh, my God. Well,
Starting point is 00:54:01 good for you. I love it. Perfect. Yeah. So everything is going great in your world and I am thrilled for you. So, you know, the richest of blessings. And I would like to be. involved in future podcasts. You just need to reach out. Awesome. I will. We'll be in touch. I'll definitely have you back on. I do five episodes a week. I'm always looking for content. And, you know, this is you, you know, so for sure, we'll be talking again. Thank you. Talk soon. Thank you. Bye, Bella. Bye. Okay. The book is basically 17 different stories taken from my show. I kind of picked one story from each category that I talk about on my show. Like, there's a hot wife story. There's a cuck queen story. There's a cuck story. There's a gang being girl story. Like I said, 17 stories. And they're all told in the third person. And they're all told in the third person. all true. I took the interview and rewrote it in the third person and I wouldn't really call it like a total erotica book. Think like penthouse letters. It's more direct. It's not so over the top like erotica. I don't really like that kind of vibe, right? But these are true stories. 17 of them. They're really
Starting point is 00:55:32 short chapters, easy read. You could read, you know, one or two and then skip around. You could read the whole book.
