And you're going to talk about the sex trends of 2025, right, on this episode with me?

Yes, I am. Every year I like to do a couple of episodes of my sex trends. I come up with what the hot trends are. And you were the first person I thought of. I'm like, oh, I got to call Kathy. She's got because I love your audience your audience is so like down to have fun So right I love that so yeah these are fun these trends like what's what's going on in the world Yeah tell me Susan all right you know and I don't know how you know these things but I believe you because like everything else you've ever told me that

has worked I'm not gonna get into the list but people my audience knows well let's see um the very first thing that's kind of my number one sex trend is yoni massage Women are really wanting this. They're asking me about it. Men are starting to email me and be like, or DM me and be like, how do I give a rioni massage? What do I do? And I think that's because I've spent the last few years, like coming on your show and talking about how it takes women 20 minutes to get their clit boner and how guys get boners

These are just more words that are coming out in the ethical non-monogamy, consensual non-monogamy world for things that describe slightly different relationship configurations. So it might be that you're in a... pod and you know there's two or three or four of you and you all have sex together it might be a constellation where you know some of you fuck some of you and some of you fuck people outside of the constellation not everybody fucks each other and then there's cluster fucks which are a whole group of people who everybody's fucking everyone like a like a small community if you will where it's kind of

open to everyone who's in that community but my favorite is relationship anarchy and the The reason that what it means is design the agreements, the boundaries, the relationship, based on the needs of the people in it. So whether you are, it's whatever it might be, you know, there's this kind of been this backlash against couples who have a third, you know, have another partner where it's like the couples always the first, you know, like the most important thing and then then the secondary is always the secondary or the tertiary. And some people are kind of railing against that. But generally, what I like about relationship anarchy is the notion that you're literally designing

from the ground up the rules to your relationship based on the needs of the people in it. That's what I like about it. And that you're not coming at it from a heterosexual, normative, monogamous relationship. You're coming at it from what do the people want and need? and how do you make everyone happy and meet their values and their needs? So I really like that. And I'm going to talk in a minute about another one of the trends, which is a new kind of STI testing, because this is what really helps cluster fuchs and constellations and people who are in non-monogamous relationships stay safe when they do have multiple partners.

So more to come on that. The next one, and we've talked about this in the past, and it's a big one for me. And honestly, it's of the 10, it's what I get booked to speak about on stages. And that is sexual biohacking. So we talked about this a little bit with the red light therapy and the gains wave. It's a hard pass on geriatric genitalia and how the olds, as in old people, are juicing their vaginas and jacking their jizz. Like we,

we olds are having the hottest sex of our life and we do not want it to stop. And we got to keep the parts in good working order.
