We're just past the 20-year mark, and we dated for four years before getting married. Okay, so you cheat on her just only with men or with women, too? No. I mean, if you take the timeline over the last 20 years. I've gone definitely through phases.

You know, I'm I'm almost 50. And when you look at kind of the progression of, you know, what I know about and how I learned it, it's not like I had the internet to figure shit out. And so it's been a long, long journey and I've really explored many different things. So the answer is men and women. Yes. Okay. Yeah, the whole gambit. Well, we're going to get the whole history from the beginning. Yeah. I, like, when I listen to your episodes, I will come across as one of the worst guys ever on the face of the planet that you talked to. And it's weird that I got to, like, in listening to all the stories, what really made me want to call was you always talk about, like, the origin of,

where we start on our, like, going down our path. And I started so far back without realizing it with not like that typical, what you would call trauma that put me where I'm at, but way more innocent. And I think that's the part that I think you might be most interested in because it was so subtle and so, even in a way innocent that I didn't even know it was happening. So then, and then I get to a point where I'm like, fuck it.

I'm, I can't like just ignore it and I need to explore it while also trying to get my wife to be in the journey with me. So it's been, I think if we go back and I know how you like the timelines, maybe we start there. Yeah, for sure. I'm curious of what you're even fucking talking about because you're alluding to something. I don't know if it happened to you or something that you did early on that you think, you know, sort of turned you into the cheater that you are now or the guy that's into guys or the guy that's into secrets. I don't know, you know, what you're defining as yourself, but like, why don't you start there?

Yeah, so as like as a, like it literally starts, I think, as being a chronic thumb sucker. Oh, interesting. Okay. Yeah, like that's why it's like when I, now that I think about it, my, I, I started in my early years sucking my thumb to the point where I would pick holes through blankets. They couldn't stop me from sucking. It was just, it was like from the time I was a little kid just, I'm out of control. Yeah, like.
