I did the injections. I didn't want pellets. I wanted to control what go. was in me. Yeah. And then the progesterone. And I literally like, I dropped weight. I started working out again. I had more energy. You know, I would say that my sex drive waned for sure after I had my kid in 2010. So, you know, and then you're going through perimenopause and you just, you should be changing your food that you're eating and supplements and body inflammation. I just didn't feel good. So long story short, I dropped some weight, got toned.
