because I am on vacation and I'm doing an extra repeat episode for you. People are always asking for
more information on HRT. So I'm re-airing this one. I started my sexual health Saturdays series. I'm
going to have a lot more people on talking about HRT. Don called in to talk a lot about pellets.
that's the kind of business he was in. He gives so much information on pellets. It's a super interesting
episode and that's why I decided to re-air it. Now listen, there is a big disclaimer to this episode.
I always give a disclaimer that I give unprofessional advice. You know, I'm no therapist,
but I love to give my advice. This guy who's talking about HRT is not a doctor, but he was somebody
who was in the HRT business. He bought up a lot of clinics back in the day. And,
and he did the pellet.
So he knows a lot about it,
but he will say on this episode many times,
I am not a doctor.
I am telling you right now,
this is not a doctor's advice.
This is one person's opinion.
To get on H.R.T.
Any kind of hormones,
whether it's the pellets or bioidentical creams, pills,
whatever your doctor is going to recommend you,
you need to see an MD.
So you could figure out which one is right for you.
Now, Don on this,
episode is talking all about the pellets. I was interested to talk to him about the pellets because
that's something I'm looking into right now. We talk about that. We talk about the kind of hormones
I'm on right now, why I want to switch. Like I said, this whole conversation is just our opinion,
our experience to get your own real facts when you want to make the decision of what you need to do.
You need to go to a doctor. That disclaimer will be in the description, but it's a super
interesting episode because like I said it's you know Don is uh was in the business he's not in it now
so he's not pitching anything but at the end he did decide and it was very organic and he decided to
make up an email for anybody listening to this episode that wants help finding the right
provider to get the pellets that he's talking about so that happens towards the end but like
I said the good news is he's not trying to sell you something he's not in the business anymore
he's just really into hormones it changed his wife
with his girl. He's been married for a really long time. They, like many couples, eventually
hit a wall where she was going through menopause and didn't want to have any more sex. He was
devastated. He felt rejected. And so he took it upon himself to go out and try to find the
answer. And once he found out about HRT and pellets, they actually got into the business. He talks
about how he's on pellets now too. So we do talk a lot about how men, you know, can use
hormone replacement therapy, what happens when they have low testosterone, what kind of women
benefit from HRT, how it should be properly done, how it was done through him, how much it kind of
costs, all that kind of stuff. But like I said, the disclaimer is this is just his business,
how he ran it with pellets, his opinion of what he thinks because he was in that business.
Like I said, on his board did sit a doctor because he wasn't a doctor. So he talks about that.
but all of this is his view of things.
It's super interesting.
It's just a great informational episode.
Is that a fucking word?
I don't know.
The great informational.
Is that word?
I don't even know.
I might edit that out.
Or if not, I'm just going to leave it.
You know, I wanted to have him on because whenever I have it on anyone talking about pellets
or women who went on hormones and had changed their own.
life. I get tons of emails from my listeners looking for more information on it. So here's some
more information. And the good news is towards the end, Don does give out an email for you to email
him if you want more information and he will help you find a provider in your area. He's getting
nothing for it. He just likes to effing help people. So it's a great deal. Wait till the end because he
gives out that email. So I'm going to be right back on with Don. Hi, Don. Welcome to the strictly
anonymous podcast. How are you today? I'm doing great. Thank you. Nice talking to you. I was excited to
have you on. I didn't know whether I was going to have you and your wife on. But what's interesting
about you and your wife is you got into the HRT business at some point. I mean, you don't do it now,
but you do have a backstory on hormone replacement therapy. You eventually got into
that business so you know a lot about it and you found my show and somehow emailed me and said
you wanted to talk about this and I was like oh my god it's like such perfect timing because any time
I post an episode that even has like five minutes of some woman or man talking about the fact that
his wife went on it or the woman saying she went on it and changed her life I get so many emails
of people asking me for more information on that because I think it is you know the loss of libido for
both men and women is a is a thing that it's a real thing that happens more often than not after
a specific age sometimes even earlier than that you know and I I always have wanted to have an
episode just on HRT and so that's what this is going to be all about what a fucking long intro I just
gave you so wait what did we call you what's your fake name Don? Donne so tell me about you know because
listen, I know that you and your wife went through things before you wound up getting into
the business of it all, right? So you're going to give all that informative stuff at the end.
But like, tell me about your and your wife's story because I'm sure it's going to be similar
to a lot of other people's story.
We have been so fortunate and we're this wonderful loving couple.
We've been married 40 years.
And you know, the funny thing was we were high school sweethearts.
Right, one of those.
That is lucky.
And had a wonderful life, wonderful careers, two great kids, and everything was just chugging along fine.
And then we hit about 25 years and the train just came off the tracks.
And I remember one night I reached out and as guys do in the night, I reached over and I patted her on the bottom and just kind of having that moment in the night.
And she rolled over and looked at me and she said, don't touch me.
And I was shattered.
Yeah.
I mean, this is my high school sweetheart.
She's the love of my life.
After all of these years, I still refer to her as my bride.
And she looks at me with almost hatred in her eyes.
And she says, don't touch me.
And later on, I said, what was that about?
And she said, every time you touch me, I hot glass.
And she said, you have no idea how to tear it.
feeling that is.
And she said, I can't remember anything.
And my skin's all dried out.
And sex isn't any fun anymore.
And she said, I just burst.
And I just had to look at you and say, don't touch.
Yeah.
Now, let me get.
I'm just going to tell you something right now real quick.
Okay.
I'm going to interrupt you because that's what I do.
I'm so glad in a weird way.
At first I thought, oh, would it be have been better to get, you know, your wife on talking
about this.
But what I love about the fact that this is a, this is from the guy's perspective, I
think it's really important because I think what a lot of women think is that men just want sex
and they're just grabbing your bottom because they just see their wives as a piece of fucking meat
and that it's totally okay to be like, don't fucking touch me with that face, you know?
Like, and think that a guy should just take that and they have no feelings about it.
They think that just guys think about sex and they don't have feelings like they do.
I mean, and I think that that happens a lot.
And, you know, and so I think it's interesting that like that was like devastating to you.
I don't think a lot of women understand how that feels for the man because they just think that, oh, you know, a man just wants a sex and if he can't have it, he gets mad at that.
No, there's also rejection with that.
And it is, it is.
It felt like rejection.
I mean, it hurt.
Yeah.
I don't think a lot of women understand that.
No, I don't think they do.
And quite frankly, at that time when she's going through all of this other stuff, I mean, she talked about the brain.
She was what she would call.
You know, she couldn't remember things.
And, you know, and, you know, not to get too intimate, but, you know, she talked about vaginal dryness.
And, I mean, there was just wasn't nothing sexy about this.
And it really wasn't about sex.
It was about it, and really important word, and that's intimacy.
And, you know, women very often don't want to talk about menopause because it, it, and I found all of this out after a whole lot of research.
But, you know, my background was, I'm a text.
engineer kind of by training and I worked for big corporations and, you know, I didn't know much about
menopause and my wife didn't know much about menopause and nobody wanted to talk about menopause.
And all of a sudden, I went into engineer mode and it's, you know, let's find out what the problem
is. Let's research it to death. Let's write a paper and, you know, let's fix this. Yeah.
And so I went, I went to school on the thing and I went to seminars and I,
Talk to doctors.
And, and, you know, the sad thing was she was going to her gynecologist,
and she was going to the general practitioner.
And she was talking about menopause, and everybody kept saying, oh, well, you know,
we'll just give you a little estrogen or we'll do this or we'll do that.
And what we found was that just really wasn't fixing anything.
It wasn't helping.
And so we went on this, we went on this long journey.

And what we found was that just really wasn't fixing anything.
It wasn't helping.
And so we went on this, we went on this long journey.
And it was several years and we tried pills and we tried creams and we tried everything
you could try.
And just by happenstance, I was doing some research on something called hormone replacement
therapy.
And a good friend of hers happened to mention.
that she'd had terrible problems with going through menopause at 45 and the hot flashes
and the dry skin and the hair falling out and I'm just the symptoms are just aching joints is a common
one can't sleep and she said I take a little pellet and and the doctor inserts it in my
bottom about where my hip pocket would be and it releases some horrible
into my body and she said, I'm sleeping and I want to make love. I want to have intimacy.
I can remember what I'm doing when I go to the kitchen. I can remember where I'm going when I get
in the car. And we said, sign us up. Yeah. And we both went for the meeting. We went to a clinic
and they had an advocate there that explained everything to us. And it's not, it's your insurance probably is not
going to take care of it.
But it was important, and it's pretty reasonable for us.
Listen, if you take the amount of money a woman would have to spend on therapy,
you know, to make them a happy person and divided by, you know,
every four months or three months that you need to inject those things,
you'd be saving money on fucking pellets, okay, because.
You know what?
I'm going to tell you this, and I did seminars all over the country for years.
Yeah.
When we found, we got so impressed.
with hormone replacement therapy in our lives that we actually bought into a clinic.
Yeah.
And what we found was, if you divide it out, it's about what your Starbucks habit cost you each day.
Exactly. That's what I mean. And it's less than therapy. And instead of making you jittery,
it gives you your life back. Yeah, totally. And so I studied it, you know, like I said,
being the textile engineer. And so I studied it and I found that it's part of the endercon
system and it's and it's and it's and it's all about the let me give you the short version of it that the
doctor will never explain to you but what we found out was women's bodies produce more testosterone
than men's bodies do and we all think about men as being you know hairy beasts that live on testosterone
but women's bodies actually produce more testosterone but you have a gene women have a gene
have a gene that converts testosterone to estrogen as you need it.
And when you get to be about 13 or 14 years old, all of a sudden, girls take a little
bit of a growth spurt and they get their nice round curves and they get their boobies.
And women become women.
And that's when their body is converting this estrogen, this testosterone into estrogen.
And then the thing that most people don't want to talk about is they think that becoming a woman
is an event and going through menopause, it must also be an event. Well, it's not. It's a process.
And unfortunately, it's kind of a winding down process. And at about 35, women's bodies quit
converting fats into testosterone. And if you don't have testosterone, you can't make estrogen.
And if you can't make estrogen, guess what happens? Sex drive dies. You get grumpy,
vaginal dryness,
you lose your skin
elasticity, your hair falls out,
you get brain fog and hot flashes.
And they get worse,
and they get worse,
and they get worse,
and eventually women quit having her period,
and you go,
oh, well, I must be in menopause now.
Well, you've been in menopause for 10 years.
It's just...
They call it perimenopause, right, that time.
They call it perimenopause,
and even that doesn't have a beginning
in a middle and an end, hardly.
That's very confusing.
That's a very confusing time.
I wrote a book called Perry fucking menopause because I do cartoons.
Good for you.
I do cartoons.
I never published it though, but I got a doctor to write it with me like it, you know,
because it was such a scary, confusing time.
I think a lot of women when they're going through perimenopause, what they do is they spend
a lot of money going to many different doctors because you think that you have many
different problems because every other fucking day you have a weirdo symptom that's coming
on that feels like you're just like something's wrong, you know?
And what it is is just perimenopause, you know?
And it's like that's right.
Yeah.
And I'm like, it's peri-fucking menopause.
And because I love that term, I'm like, I need to write a book, Perry, fuck your menopause.
Because women get really scared.
It's a very scary time.
You're still getting your period at that time.
So you don't think it has anything to do with that.
Right.
But all of these things are coming on.
And me and all my friends are running to all these different doctors because you think
you have 10 different problems.
And it's just peri-fucking manopause.
That's it.
That's exactly right.
And when your body, and if you think about it, you know, this testosterone is an amazing thing.
And it's a hormone.
Your body has over 50 different hormones that it operates on, and all of them are important.
Yeah.
But what your body does, what a woman's body does, what a men's body does as well, is we take fats in our food.
Our body converts them into a lot of different hormones.
Adrenaline is a great hormone, and if somebody scares you in less than a second, your body goes into flight or fight mode,
and as a friend of mine says, your feet say, don't fail me now, and off you go.
Right? In less than a second. And that's how important and how fast these hormones function.
And so let me give you a couple of things that are really important to understanding here.
One is perimenopause is part of the beginning of a process, but it really doesn't have a beginning and it really doesn't have a middle.
And all of a sudden one day the period goes away and we say, okay, you are now officially in menopause.
Well, menopause doesn't have to be nasty, and it doesn't have to be troubling, but it scares most women because it's kind of that magical point in life where we say, we're getting older.
But I'm going to tell you something.
When our testosterone is up, we feel younger.
The healthiness we are in our entire lives are the years when we are in our 20s and 30s, maybe our late teens, when our,
when our testosterone is the highest and our heart is healthy and our muscles grow and we do a little
exercise and we feel great and we can remember everything and we want to jump in bed and have
great sex and our body supports that because it goes to our fat cells and it pulls all of
this stored testosterone and estrogen out and allows us to have these great feelings and to have
these great skills and the stamina to enjoy it with and raise kids. I mean, raising kids,
there isn't anything in the world that takes more strength and more stamina than being able
to raise your kids and hopefully have a relationship with somebody else too. And it happens to men.
It's called Andropause and it happens at about the same time. So let me give you the timeline.
Up through your teens, testosterone rises and rises and rises into your 20s. It rises and rises and rises.
And all of a sudden we hit about 35 and the days get a little longer.
And we just don't have the, we don't have the quality of sleep.
And all of a sudden we can exercise all day long and our muscles don't grow.
And we just kind of get tired and we get worn out.
Into our 40s, quite frankly, it gets worse because that curve has topped and it's heading down.
And our body is no longer making as much testosterone and our body is no longer making as much estrogen.
and it happens with men and it happens with women.
Women get hot flashes.
Women get vaginal dryness.
Women get hair loss.
Women, men get hair loss.
There's all these, this long list of symptoms.
And we, as you so well put just a few minutes ago, we go to the doctor and we say, well, you know,
why isn't my hair falling out?
And he gives you a pill.
And he said, why is, you know, why do I have vaginal dryness?
Well, they give you a, you know, a cream or something.
There's a lot more than that.
There's every one, you can wake up one day and every joint on your body,
eight for two knees.
But then it goes away.
No, no, no, but then it goes away.
And then, yeah, you can't sleep.
Like, and things come and go and you literally feel like you're dying one day and you have
fibromyalgia and then that goes away and then you have something else.
There's so many things.
There's so many more.
That's, you are exactly right.
And if you trace it back and quite frankly, if you go to the endocrinologist, they'll
give you a cream and say, here, put this on your arm and, you know, and it'll help.
and then you go to some other doctor and he says well he'll take these pills and
and you go to another doctor and he says well here I'm going to give you a shot of estrogen
and you know and on and on and on it goes well here's here's the sad thing that we found
after a couple of years of chasing this thing down and it took a couple of years to finally
figure it out for us before we found hormone replacement therapy with bioidenticals
and so here's the thing your skin's job is to keep the outside out and the inside in so
When you put a cream on your skin, your skin changes it.
And even if you put testosterone on your skin, it doesn't get into your bloodstream and it doesn't get into your fat cells and it's not stored properly.
And if you take a pill, your stomach breaks it down and it doesn't get to where it's supposed to be.
A lot of guys take testosterone shots and they get rage because all that testosterone hitting you at one time.
I mean, just literally causes rage in guys.
the way your body works is you eat a good meal, it takes the fats, it turns it into the hormones
you need, and it stores them away in the fat cells in your body.
And then when your body needs it, your brain sends a signal and your body says, release a little
bit of that testosterone, we're getting ready to have sex, or release a little bit of that estrogen,
we need to be a woman.
And so those are the things.
things that testosterone and estrogen do for the body. As you get older, you don't need to develop
more boobs. You don't need your period. You don't need to feed children. You don't need to do all
those things. And so your body really doesn't need the estrogen, but it does still need the
testosterone. And so the hormone replacement therapy that we found, and that's all I can give you. I'm not a
doctor. I've owned a clinic, but I'm not a doctor. But trust me, I've spoken to doctors. I've
spoken at clinics. I know the subject really well. And what we found is the bioidentical
hormone replacement therapy. Now, the beautiful thing about your podcast is people... Pellets,
though, not because I did. And I'm going to talk a lot about what I did in my journey because
I think it's interesting. But, you know, HRT, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy can be
a cream. I did creams. I do creams. I do creams.
Pellets are different.
I don't know that it's like confusing because some people will be like I'm on HR.
You know, I do bioidentical hormones and I'm taking creams.
You're saying creams don't work.
It's pellets.
I think there's a lot of different options.
You researched all of them and found that the pellets work best for you.
Now, are the pellets just testosterone or is it a mixture of different hormones for whatever that person needs specifically through blood tests?
Now, I'm going to be real candid with you and you can cut everything out you want.
I don't get to cut it.
Well, I'm hoping not to cut it out.
Yeah.
One of our partners has had to be a doctor.
Yeah.
And so she was an extremely well-educated doctor, Harvard, Harvard doctor.
And her comment about estrogen is women after menopause or women in menopause, she would always just say, when somebody said, well, I think I need some estrogen.
She'd go, it's the bitch cream.
She said, it's what, if you follow your cycle when you're having PMS, the, the, the, the, the, the,
The worst days of your cycle are the days when your estrogen is the highest and your testosterone
is the lowest.
And so she says, as a general rule, you probably don't need any estrogen.
We might give you a little progesterone to balance you out because that's the feel-good
hormone.
But she said, we're going to give you pellets.
The pellets are made from sweet potatoes, interestingly enough.
The pellets are made from sweet potatoes where they extract a bioident.
identical hormone, not a synthetic hormone.
Synthetic hormones have been proven to be cancer-related.
The bioidenticals are not.
And so we always aired on the side of we were going to give small amounts of testosterone
in a pellet that's about the size of a grain of rice.
It goes in a little trope.
We insert it in the muscle in the rump so that there's no organs or anything back there
to bother.
And there's a little bit of fat back there.
on all of us. And so what happens is it gets absorbed into the fat and then over the course of
two or three months, your body will slowly disperse it as it's needed.
Hormone replacement therapy in creams does exactly what I just said. It allows the skin
to block most of it. So I'm not going to tell you that it doesn't work. I'm going to tell you
that for the, so if there's a good, better, best method, pills aren't the good one. The
creams are not the best one.
Getting that pellet directly into the fat cells in your body is the best way to do it because it comes out.
It goes in slow and it comes out slow and you don't have to rub it on each day.
You go get your pellet once every three to six months and your body will then absorb it as it needs it.
Now, I remember I had a woman on who talked about the fact that she had zero sex drive and then she went
on pellets and it changed her life.
That's one of the episodes that I had on that was pretty popular
that I get a lot of emails about. And I
asked her, I said, oh, because you know, I've been on creams,
bioidentical hormone creams all this
time. And I asked her, what were
those pellets? Like, what was the name of them? How did she find them?
Because it's a lot, it's very hard,
I think, for women, because I went looking, but for women that haven't gone
looking yet, it's very hard to find the right doctors
to do these kinds of things for you. Because regular
gynecologists know how to have fucking babies, okay?
They don't know anything about menopause.
And then every menopause doctor, that's right.
Every menopause doctor that specializes in this stuff doesn't take insurance.
It's like a real problem for women because, you know, you sort of get left out in the dust when you need the information that you do.
Oh, you're right.
Yeah.
And so I was, and she told me that it was a company called biote.
And so I don't know.
Is that the same kind of a thing?
Do you know that company?
Did you buy one of those franchises?
Yeah, let me give you the short course.
And again, this probably doesn't need to be, you know, in the interview, but just between me and you.
No, no, no.
I like for my calls to be more conversational than like, you know,
so just go.
So here's the thing.
In order to get any drug into your system,
the drug has to go through the Food and Drug Administration.
It has to go through a long series of trials and tests and so on.
There is only, to the best of my knowledge, today,
there is only one company that makes a FDA approved pellet.
and the name of company, I believe, is Soto Pelle.
Okay, so listen, if you haven't listened to my show for that long and you just started,
you're going to find out that I am on like some sort of crazy mission to get every guy to be open to a little anal action.
I don't know why or how or when that became my mission, but I'm fucking on it.
And that's why I love telling people about the butter wellness perineum massager.
Their massager is designed to only be used externally to stimulate the men.
G spot. That's right. Guys have a G spot too. And you know where it is? It's right beneath your
taint. And if you don't know where your taint is, it's that little landing strip right between your balls
and your asshole. And the good news is massaging your taint is exactly what you need to do to experience
a prostate orgasm, which guys on my show who have called in say is the best effing orgasm they've
ever had in their whole life. True story. I've heard it like a million times. Massaging your taint.
only will help you have a prostate orgasm. It also helps to increase your blood flow,
give you stronger erections, and it can help with any kind of ED issues you're having.
So what are you waiting for? Go get yourself the Butter Wellness Paranium Massager. And right now,
Butter Wellness is offering a starter kit, which includes the perineum massager and a water-based
lube. And for listeners of my show, you're going to get 20% off your whole order. So order up.
All you guys do is go to butterwellness.com and enter code strictly at butterwellness.com.
That's B-U-T-T-T-E-R-W-E-L-L-N-E-S-S dot com.
Use my code strictly to get 20% off your whole order.
So make sure to order up.
There is only, to the best of my knowledge, today, there is only one company that makes a FDA-approved pellet.
and the name of company, I believe, is S-O-O-P-E-L-E, I think.
And S-O-P-L-E, now here's the catch with Soto-P-P-A.
Every individual unit, so if they're going to give you 50 milligrams or 100 milligrams or whatever,
each one of those has to be independently tested over a long period of time.
And that's millions of dollars.
and so Soto Pella basically only has one-size pellet.
And they've only tested it and it only has very certain requirements.
And that's, you can't do that with women.
Yeah.
That's right.
And so here's the work around that almost all of the hormone replacement therapy clinics
that use pellets use.
By law, a doctor can write you a prescription and have a compact.
pharmacy make a custom pellet for you.
And that's between you and the doctor and the compounding pharmacy.
So almost every hormone replacement therapy clinic out there has a deal worked out with their
provider.
Preferred provider.
Very often it's somebody local.
We were in South Carolina.
And yet we bought our pellets from a compounding pharmacy in Colorado.
and so the doctor would have to write a prescription and and I'm on I'm on HRT for 16 years now and my bride's been on it for 16 years and and so they would write a they would write a prescription for her pellets and so this is this is a little bit kind of advanced but one of the things that you do is called weight dosing so if if you're a bigger person you probably can tolerate or and need more hormones
If you are a smaller person, you probably need fewer.
So guys get a lot of pellets.
As a general rule, the pellet size will be about 100 milligrams.
For the ladies, it's usually 250s and something else.
But weight dosing is the way it's done.
I'm going to tell you something that you probably don't know that you should know.
80% of people have subscriptions that they have totally forgotten about,
including me. I had three. Okay. I had a Hulu subscription that I only signed up for to watch
Handmaid's Tale. Okay. And I forgot to cancel it as well as an Adobe Photoshop app that I was paying
$10 a month for for like the past three years that I totally forgotten about as well as like some
photo editor app that I don't even remember signing up for. Those were the three things I found when I signed up
for Rocket Money, formerly known as True Bill.
With Rocket Money, you see all your subscriptions in one place,
the ones you know about that you might want to cancel,
as well as the ones you totally forgot about.
And those are the ones you're definitely going to want to cancel.
And if you want to cancel them,
all you got to do is press a button,
and Rocket Money takes care of it for you.
It's super easy to use.
So what are you waiting for?
Go get rid of useless subscriptions with Rocket Money.
Now go to RocketMoney.com
slash strict anon. Seriously, it could save you hundreds per year. That's rocketmoney.com
slash strict anon. Cancel your unnecessary subscriptions right now at rocketmoney.com
slash strict anon. Or just go to the description and click on the link to sign up for rocket money now.
And so we would literally write a prescription. We would fax it out to Colorado. They would
make your pellets for Kathy Kay and they would come in. We would have to sign for them. We would
put them aside. We would call you and say, Kathy, come in. We're going to do your blood work
and make sure where your current levels are because that's extremely important. Anybody's just
going to take a guess and poke you. That's a bad doctor. What you want is you want somebody that's
going to do your blood work and they're going to look at your white blood sales and they're going to
look at all of your hormones and they're going to look at your testosterone. They're going to look at
all these things and they're going to do a little magic
calculation and
they're then going to do
an insert and
you'll drop your trousers
and they'll do a little
stick in your bottom and they'll
stick this little pellet that again is about
the size of a grain of rice
in a fat, in a little bit of fat
there on your rump.
Yeah, you need to get it every, and it lasts for months.
But you didn't answer my question about biote.
Because listen, this is, you're not in business
so they can't go find you to get these
things. People are going to be like, oh, I want these fucking pellets, and then they're going to go
looking for them, and they're not going to go nowhere to look because I've done all this research,
and I know the roadblocks that are out there, and it's very hard to find someone that does pellets.
What I found and why I like the whole biotee thing, or I don't even know if I'm saying it correctly,
is if you go to their website and you put in your zip code, okay, they will give you a list.
They'll find somebody for you.
They give you a list of all the providers in your area that actually do them, all the doctors,
You know, and then you could go and do.
I mean, I'm hardcore Googler.
I don't just go to anyone.
I find the best of the best.
And if it takes me six months, that's what I do.
Because I do a deep dive.
I'm going to get, you know, I did all that research for people, but I want to let them
know that if they want to get these pellets, how they find the right person.
Is biote like just like the McDonald's of pellets, meaning like they're doing the same
thing that you were doing, but they're just a big company that does it sort of all over the
place like a franchise?
And here's the main distinction.
Yeah.
They only make pellets.
And so then what they're doing is they're hooking you up with local doctors that buy pellets from them.
That's what I mean.
So you're right.
You could go to them.
Now, so again, one of the beautiful things about a podcast is anybody can back up a couple of minutes and listen to this again.
But what you want to do is you want to go Google it, Bing it, you know, research it online.
But you specifically want to look for a local doctor that does bio identical.
But it does biote a bioidentical hormone replacement pellet?
Do they offer that?
It'll be bioidentical hormone replacement therapy with pellets.
Is that the bio,
does biote do that?
That's the search you want to do.
Does biotee, do you know what biotee is, that company?
I don't know that company.
Oh, okay, that's all you need to answer me.
I'm asking you 10 times.
Okay, so you don't know what you think.
Okay, so you don't know.
Just say, I don't know.
Let me tell you, let me tell you a cute story.
Yeah.
So we go through years and we tried, we tried everything you could buy over the Internet.
We tried all of the herbal stuff.
We tried the prescription stuff.
We tried creams, vaginal creams.
We tried everything.
And to be truthful, she got a little bit of relief.
And it's reason I keep saying, you know, there's kind of a good, better best.
Yeah.
Creams help, but they're not actually in your body to, you know, to be there on demand.
And you've got to put them on every day and you've got all that kind of stuff.
I really became infatuated with the pellet therapy because we took, we took the meeting, we went, we met with the doctor, we met with the advocate, we signed the paperwork, we laid our, you know, we laid our credit card.
down because you got to pay for it because quite frankly almost no insurance pays for for hr t
but kathy goes in she gets her pellets a few days later and we wait and first question everybody
ask is well how long will it take well for most women it takes somewhere between three and six weeks
for that pellet to get into the fat and then into the end of the bloodstream and so here we are
You know, every night we're talking, kind of hoping this thing will kick in, you know,
and she's feeling a little better after three or four weeks.
And we're laying there one night about five weeks into her pellets, and there's been no sex.
And I'm fine with that.
I just want my sweetheart back.
I just want her to feel great again.
And that was what we were told we would get.
And I'm laying there one night, and it's three o'clock in the morning, and she rolls over and she pats me on the bottom.
And she says, hey, baby, while we're a.
up. And we made wonderful, passionate love.
And she was.
And she initiated because she actually fucking wanted it.
That's right.
And here's the thing.
And I talked to, you know, I did seminars all over the country doing speaking
engagements about HRT when I owned a clinic.
And here's one of the things, you know, a lot of guys will say, oh, well, I get Viagra.
Let me take something about Viagra.
Viagra may give you an erection, but it's a lot of it.
it doesn't do a thing for your head.
Right.
You may not have the desire for intimacy.
You just want sex.
I wanted my sweetheart back.
I literally looked her in the eye one night and told her then.
She said, what do you want from me very angrily?
And I said, I just want my sweetheart back.
And it was a long process.
But let me tell you something.
The wonderful thing about testosterone is when it hits a 16-year-old,
he's got love in his eyes and an erection in his.
and an erection in his pants, right?
The same thing is true for women.
Women want to be in love.
Women want to have passion.
Women want to have sex.
And the beautiful thing about the HRT pellets is it gets in your system.
It gets in your head.
And all of a sudden, you want to be romantic and you want to have good sex.
And those don't have to be the same thing.
But both them are pretty good.
I have to tell you, we had, we literally had hundreds of clients.
And some of them were young.
Yeah.
And some of them were older.
Yeah.
And I'll tell you the, I'll tell you the people that, they kind of proved the case to me.
Yeah.
It was the women that it had a hysterectomy.
Because the, because the minute you have a hysterectomy, your body goes out of the, out of the estrogen testosterone business.
Yeah.
And so what we were doing is we were placing a pellet into.
of the fat cells, it was slowly absorbed, and it was slowly dissipated. And so what that tended to do
is that tended to level you out. And in order to know how much leveling you need, we did a lot of
blood work. We would do blood work about every 90 days. Now, you were coming back in 90 days to get
blood work. You were not coming back in 90 days to get more pellets. But what we would do,
and we were trying to round that curve out, and so that it was much more level every day.
If you put cream on your arm or you take a pill, I'll guarantee you in the next six hours,
there will be a spike.
And then over the next 24 hours, it'll go away and you'll do it again.
With the pellets, the curve is kind of about every 30 days.
You'll get a little up and a little down out of the pellets.
So I'm going to tell you that my experience, and I'm not a doctor, but I've been on it for 16 years myself.
My bride's been on it for 16 years, and we counseled hundreds of people.
And I can tell you the pellets level you out.
And whether you're in paramedopause, whether you have had a hysterectomy, whether there's some other issue with your system where you're having a hard time with these swings, the pellet therapy is the most level.
level thing we've ever found. Yeah. I understand that. I mean, I'm looking into, I'm on,
I still see my regular doctor that I was seeing, you know, when I was in Perry and still doing
the creams, but I don't feel like there's the end-all be-all. I'm not at that best place that
you're talking about. I don't have hot flashes or anything like that, but I'm, I don't feel like
I did before. I don't feel horny all the time kind of stuff, though when I have sex, I'm, it's, I'm good
to go, you know, but it's like you don't have that desire. And that's what I hear from a lot of people
around my age too. That's what happens. And you know, if I'm on hormones, I should not be feeling
that way it should be better. But I... The pellet therapy is great for desire. Yeah. It works in your
head as well as in your body. Exactly. And that's important. Let me tell you a cute story.
As we were going through the process of trying to find what is going to work best for us.
And I'm not saying pellet therapy is the end all, be all for everybody. It may not be. I mean,
there's people out there that it works for. And I can tell you, it's, it's a lot of, it's
a high number. There also are probably people out there that doesn't work for, but we
had a retention rate of about 96% of the people that started with us were still with us
five years later. And I'm still on them 16 years later. Now, let me take you the story.
My daughter is quite a character, and I walked in the door one evening, and as I walked through
the laundry room, my daughter stopped me. She was 14 years old, and 14-year-old daughters are
you know, kind of, kind of always, you know, fussing with somebody.
But she stopped me and she said, Dad, I don't know who that is in there.
And she pointed to her mother in the kitchen.
She said, but she's going to hurt somebody.
Wow.
Because it was in the days before we had found the pellets.
Yeah.
And one day she would be, you know, hot flashing and she'd just be miserable.
And she told me one day, and I've never, I've tell this story.
too often, but it's funny.
She said, I don't like you.
I don't like the kids.
I don't like the car.
I don't even like the cat.
We don't have a cat.
But the worst thing is she didn't like herself.
I mean, nobody wants to be that person.
You hit it on the head.
The one thing she didn't say, she said,
she didn't say, I don't like me,
but that's exactly where she was.
She didn't like herself.
Who wants to feel like that?
It's fucking awful.
Nobody wants to feel like that.
No.
And I have to tell you, she's been on them for 16 years.
And I can tell when she's, you know, when she's three or four months in and the pellets are starting to kind of run out, I'll touch her in the night and, you know, and she'll hot flash. And, you know, breakfast the next morning is, well, looks like I need to make an appointment next month to, you know, to get my, get my pellets again. And when she goes and gets her pellets, it'll be a couple of weeks and all of a sudden we'll be going somewhere and she'll, you know, she'll touch my hand or she'll touch my arm or she'll whisper in my ear and she'll say, I've got my tingle back.
And, you know, we're ready to go some more.
You know, we're in our 60s.
Yeah.
And we're, and, you know, this is not about me having sex.
This is about intimacy.
And this is about a couple that's been married over 40 years now.
And we're still crazy about each other.
Yeah, and that's important.
And I would absolutely have lost my bride and the love of my life if we had not found help because it was, the train was off the tracks.
And a woman, listen, that's a part of a woman that she loses as well.
It doesn't feel good.
But what I think unfortunately happens is that, you know, what comes first to chicken or the egg,
like, but I think what comes first is like the woman loses her hormones and she loses her desire
and she loses all that.
And then she doesn't care.
You just don't, a lot of women don't care.
And she feels bad about it, but she can't do anything about it.
No, they get so many women are past it.
Okay.
I think you feel bad about it in the beginning and then that goes away and you don't even
fucking care.
And that's the problem.
So someone has to be there.
Like if the guy listening to this episode,
get your girl to the fucking appointment.
If you're a woman that forgot that you care,
but you think maybe you should,
just fucking drag yourself there,
even though you don't think you want to go
or have no desire for it,
because it is the thing.
But I'm going to tell people how to do it
because it's, like I said,
it's very hard to find the right providers
to do this where you are.
There's a lot of scammy people in this business.
Okay, you're going to find.
that are going to fucking rape you.
It says people are doing HGH and all that kind of stuff.
And then they're doing bioidentical hormones.
What I think is the best thing to find if you want somebody that really knows what the
fuck they're doing is find an internist that's also doing it.
You know, someone that's an MD and doing this as well.
It doesn't have to be a gynecologist.
You know, it's just somebody that's going to test you and do your blood work and really know
what is going on and what you actually need because there are a lot of people that are going
like I said, selling the stuff, but they're not going to do it right.
And if it's not done right, you can lose more hair.
And, you know, that's where you hear some horror stories.
But a lot of times it's because the person isn't going to the right person who's really on top of it and watching them.
Because you do want to check your blood every couple of months just to make sure and not someone that's just going to look at your symptoms.
But biote, B-I-O-T, okay, I don't know.
Someone told me that was the ones that they were on.
You go on their website.
I'm telling you they give you a provider list of like 50.
For me, I'm in New York City area, so I got like a tons of people and researched them all.
I looked for somebody that was also an MD and then searched their fucking reviews and then called them up and do that kind of stuff.
I'm actually going to be going to somebody and do it.
And I'm going to talk about my journey.
Every, you know, as I say, I became an advocate.
I became one of those people that would sit in the office and say, I'm not your doctor.
I'm going to hook you up with the doctor.
Yeah.
But let's sit here and let me answer your questions because I'll take all the time in the world with you.
you. Yeah, yeah, that's great. And as we would sit there and talk, we, we, we just found that people,
they wanted to feel better. And, and after they had been on the, the pellets for six months or a year,
I always got the same number. People would, it was so strange. I would always get the exact same
number. I would say, how you feeling? And we actually had a little form and we would make them fill
it out each time they came in. And then we'd compare the first one with the most recent one,
as to how their symptoms were.
And the same number kept coming up, we would say,
how you feel?
And they go, I feel like I'm 20 years younger.
Yeah, that's right.
I feel like I did when I was, you know,
they were 60 years old and looking for,
you know, looking for any answer.
And after six months or a year,
they would say, I feel like I'm 40 again.
So it's a, it's a, it's a, again,
I'm not a doctor and there's no one answer.
But no, no, no, but what you are also that we haven't spoke about
is you're a guy that's on them.
So why don't you talk to me about, because we've been talking mostly about women and I've been giving my experience.
Let's talk about what was going on with you and why you eventually went on them as well.
What's that story?
Well, you know, when a guy gets to be about 13 or 14 years old, he wakes up with an erection every morning.
It's just morning wood.
It's what guys get when you get to be 14.
And when you're 16 and 18 and 23 and 35, you know, the wind can blow and you can get an erect.
And all of a sudden, somewhere around 40, you've got to start thinking about things a lot more.
And you kind of, you know, got to have a willing partner that's willing to help you get there.
And it's because at 35, 38, 40, most guys, their testosterone starts to fall.
And without the testosterone, you know, our bodies don't convert it to estrogen.
Our bodies need the testosterone for muscle mass and for endurance.
And the other thing is, you know, you never hear, well, I shouldn't say you never,
you rarely ever hear of a 25 or a 35 year old having a heart attack.
And it's because those are the years when our testosterone is naturally very high,
and our muscles are heart is a muscle.
Our muscles are extremely healthy.
Yeah, testosterone is related to heart health.
And so when, you know, when guys start having heart attacks is exactly, you can follow the graph.
I've done the research.
You can follow the graph, and as heart attacks go up in age, testosterone is plummeting.
A guy gets to about 50, and all of a sudden, he starts going to the doctor.
And the first thing the doctor does is he puts him on a statin because his cholesterol is high.
Well, guess what testosterone is made out of?
It's made out of cholesterol.
Oh, that's interesting.
Well, maybe that's why my cholesterol's got a little higher when I'm older now because I don't have that testosterone.
Could be.
Could be.
Yeah.
Could be.
Yeah.
And for guys, it's especially important because we're not trying to convert it to estrogen.
We need the raw testosterone.
Yeah.
And so they put us on a statin and our body flushes out all this good cholesterol that's clogging up our arteries.
But it also then has nothing to make testosterone out of.
And so our testosterone plummets and we start having heart attacks and we start having muscle issues and we start all of a sudden we can't get an erection for anything because.
because we don't have any testosterone to help pump us up.
Now, so then what do we do?
Now we go back to the different doctor and we say, I'm having ED.
I can't get it up anymore.
So it's like the woman that's running to millions of doctors for 10,000 different things.
Same shit.
Guys, you're exactly right.
Yeah.
And so all of a sudden, you know, the doctor signs the prescription and we get the little blue pill.
And all of a sudden, we can get an erection, but our head's really not into it.
She's all of a sudden interested in having sex.
Now I've got to go take my little pill and I have an obligation, I feel,
but my head really isn't into having sex.
When I went through that, after my bride got on the hormone replacement therapy
and all of a sudden her sex drive was back.
And now I'm having a hard time keeping up with her.
And I go back to the same doctor and I say,
tell me about hormone replacement therapy for guys.
and they explained andropause to me and I go and research it and sure enough there's a real thing and it's just almost identical to menopause and a woman and it's the fact that the male production of testosterone drops and and erections become a problem and I said well sign me up and so they gave me a bunch of pellets how old were you at the time do you remember exact age?
I can tell you exactly.
I was 50 years old.
Never had had a problem,
having an erection of my life,
we'd always had a wonderful sex life right up until menopause hit.
And then we go through this four or five years of,
you know,
trying to find the right answers for her.
And now all of a sudden it's me.
And I'm not,
I'm not too proud.
I want to have good sex and she wants to have good sex.
So,
you know,
I say sign me up.
They give me my pellets.
The nice thing for guys is,
for some reason we don't we're not don't have quite as much fat on our bottoms and so the pellets
hit us a little faster so about three weeks later i wake up one morning and i've got morning
wood like i had when i was 20 um and i say hey baby while we're up and and we start having
really great sex um and and it's and it's intimate and it's and it's wonderful and we're all i mean
we're just we're happy to be back together again and my joints don't
hurt and and I'm sleeping better. My hair's not falling out. I'm just having a wonderful experience
thanks to hormone replacement therapy. It's a little more expensive for guys because we take
more pellets to get us up to our levels than the ladies do. But it's still very affordable. It's
not much more than that cup of coffee at Starbucks in the morning. If some prices about how much it is around.
because I think
that's what I always wanted to know
like just what the fuck is around
every three or four months
what are women are going to pay
and what are guys going to pay around
okay so we used to sell a contract
sign you up for a year
we'd let you out of the contract
anytime you want to quit
but we'd sign you up for a year
and for the ladies
it was
about $15 or $1,600
for the year
and that was all of your blood work
that was your doctor's exam.
That was as many pellets.
That was as many pellets.
We would give you as many pellets in a year as it took to get you to the level you wanted to be.
So you come in and we'd start you with maybe two pellets.
We'd weight dose everybody.
And we'd start you with about two pellets.
And six months, we do blood work.
Sometimes we do it at 90 days if you weren't responding real fast.
and the next pellet may be only one pellet, or it might be three.
But we're working to get the symptoms gone.
We're working to kill the hot flashes.
We're working to kill the fog.
We want your skin to be supple.
We want your vaginal dryness to go away.
We wanted the symptoms to be right.
And so our agreement was, if you'll sign up for a year, we'll do whatever it takes to get you leveled out.
Right.
For the guys, for the guys.
But typically a woman's going around three to four months, every three to four months, right?
To get those.
About every week, the way we did it and with pellets, we found about every four to six months.
Four to six.
Okay, even better.
So twice a year and maybe, you know, maybe three times in 15 months or something.
Not bad.
Okay.
And for 15.
That wasn't one bad at all.
No, it was very affordable.
And, you know, you can put it on your credit card.
You could put it on your care credit account.
We would pay the interest on it for the first six months or something to make it affordable.
Guys took three times or four times as many pellets to get us up to where we needed to be.
And the other thing you've got to remember is if you've been going through perimenopause,
if you've been into menopause for a while, that tank is empty.
I mean, it's not low.
It's empty.
And so when we give you two pellets,
your body just sucks them up like a sponge.
So the first time it might be 90 days, but the next time it's probably going to be three or four months,
and the next time it's probably going to be four to six months.
Oh, interesting.
Now, for guys, let me tell you for guys.
Our contract for a guy was, I think it was $2,400.
And so that's $200 a month.
That's, you know, it's 50 bucks a week.
But you got to remember, back in those days, this has been 15 years ago, but back in those days,
you know, Viagra was 10 bucks a pill.
Yeah.
So that was, again, and we put it on payments for you, and whatever it took to get you
where you wanted to be.
If you wanted a rock hard erection all the time, as long as the doctor was happy with your
numbers, you know, we'd give you a couple extra pellets.
And if you were just, you know, you just wanted the gray days.
I always said that women's symptoms are nasty.
The vaginal dryness, I mean, the horror stories I would hear people tell me about how painful sex was.
It just broke my heart.
I mean, I've literally sat there in my office and cried hearing people talk about these horror stories about how terrible that, you know, sex had become for them.
And the hot flashes.
I went through chemo twice in my life.
And one of the side effects of the chemo I was on is I had hot flashes just like a woman did.
So I understand.
When you're talking about hot flashes, don't think just because I'm a guy, I don't understand.
I do.
And I get it.
It's nasty.
It's terrible.
It's awful to wake up in a wet bed at night from the night sweats.
So we were all about relieving symptoms and getting people to a point where they wanted to be.
And over the course of a year or two, we would get that thing tweaked out where you would have, you would have the desire that you wanted to have.
You would have the sex that you wanted to have.
Your memory would be better.
Your joints didn't hurt.
You were sleeping better at night.
It's the same for guys.
The process is almost identical.
It's little pellets.
And we put them in a trok and insert them in a fat cell in your bottom.
it's not very painful.
You don't notice it by the next day and, you know, we put a band-aid on it and that's the end of that.
And I always kind of joke to guys, you know, it's a whole lot cheaper than the divorce and the sports car.
Because guys just kind of gray away.
We just kind of go sit in a chair and get the remote and we just don't want to do anything when that testosterone dies.
And when you get that testosterone back, all of a sudden you want to play with the grandkids and, you know, and you want to chase your
wife around a little bit and and you care about things in life again and your memory works better.
It's just a, it's just a, it's, you get your life back is, is what I always told people.
Why do you guys go out of business? Well, I came in one morning and the payroll bounced and one of
the partners was missing and so was $700,000. Oh, you're kidding me. No, I'm serious.
No, he was not a doctor.
He was actually, he was a guy that came to the hormone replacement therapy business from one of the compounding pharmacies.
He worked for one of the compounding pharmacies where we would send our prescription off and they would make our pellets and put them in a little glass bomb and send them to us, right?
And he decided he wanted to be in the downstream side of the business.
Yeah, so he bought it with you guys.
He calls around a bunch of the doctors that are sending him prescriptions and says,
hey, you know, I've got some influence and I've got this and maybe I've got $100,000 or whatever it was.
And I want to be in the clinic business in Greenville, South Carolina.
And the doctor said, hey, you know, sounds like a good deal to me because she literally had her own practice across town.
We rarely ever saw her.
And if we needed to talk to her about something, we had a phone interview with her, with whoever was asking questions.
questions. And the law in South Carolina was as long as she was within a hundred miles,
we could operate. Yeah. So we had two clinics 99 miles apart.
Smart. Yeah. And then so they, that person robbed you blind. You lost all your money,
so you got another business now. So what happens to the people that are listening? They're like,
oh my God, you've talked them into it. They're like, I want to try these pellets. Like I said,
try that website to look for a provider. How do people get the information? What were you,
What would you tell people now?
Again, again, I think you're on the right path because I'm also a dedicated Googler.
And what I would do is I would Google hormone replacement therapy pellets.
And look in your local area and then go to, they'll have a website, go to their website.
Do not let them talk you into pills and creams.
Those are kind of stopgaps.
and they might work, but be sure you investigate pellet therapy first, or at least also.
Yeah.
Again, I don't have a website.
I don't do speaking engagements anymore.
I just care.
I love your, I love your podcast.
It's one of my, one of my, one of my little personal things I like to listen to it.
Yeah, that's awesome.
And I love the way you ask questions, and I love the great stories.
and, you know, and it's all very titillating and it's kind of fun.
And sometimes, you know, it works its way into pillow talk.
And that's great for us.
But when I hear you occasionally get somebody and they say, you know, well, my wife just doesn't want sex anymore.
Well, you know, maybe you're a bad lover or maybe she's just going through menopause.
I don't know.
But I do know this.
We're all going to get there one of these days.
You know, ladies, you're all going to go through menopause or you're going to get a hysterectomy
or something's going to happen and you're going to need some help.
Guys, same thing.
You know, guys, like I said, it's a lot cheaper than the divorce and the sports car,
and it's a whole lot better than just graying away and not having love and passion in your life anymore.
I want nothing more or less than I want my sweetheart.
We have been so happy together for so many years, and we have such great stories,
and we just want each other to be healthy and happy.
I nearly died twice with cancer.
And we understand what that's like.
You're like life sure.
I mean, you have the perspective.
You know, like, I mean, it'll be taken away.
Yeah, yeah.
And you know what?
She was when I wasn't able to, when I wasn't able to perform because of the chemo,
she loved me just the same.
Right.
And when the chemo was over and I got my pellet.
it's back again and and the intimacy returned. It was wonderful. I just wanted my sweetheart back
and she just wanted me to live long enough to be here for her. Right. No, it's a big problem.
Like I said, I was very excited because you just happened to email me out of the blue about this
when I was thinking now that I added some extra episodes for a week. I don't typically do like
informational things, but I did want to do something all about HRT because like I said, whenever I'm an episode,
even has a little bit in it, people email me about it.
Women and men looking for more information.
I was hoping that you would still be in business so I could send people to you.
Like, what happens if somebody emails me about this?
It's like, I can't find somebody.
Because like I said, listen, you're a professional Googler.
I am too.
But a lot of people don't know, they just don't know how to be resourceful and find the people.
Like, I mean, do you know.
Let me say this.
Yeah.
You know, I have a life and I'm kind of semi-retired.
But I would literally, if somebody can't find what they're looking for, I will volunteer.
If they'll send me their information and tell me where they are and how old they are and stuff,
I'll literally Google for them and try to find them somebody I think might help them.
I love that.
I was hoping that you'd say that because I feel like I am getting get a lot of people.
Like I said, I'm a hardcore Googler.
Like I love nothing more than solving a problem.
finding what I need. If you were on a like a scavenger hunt, you'd want me on your fucking team.
Like I don't stop until I find out what, find what I want, right? But most people aren't like that,
you know? So they need people like us that love to do it, right? You're that way. And so why don't
can you please give out your email and I'll also include it in the thing? Would you mind that?
That would be the easiest way because I'm just so busy to get that, you know, to be the middle
person. If you could just give like an email, do you have one already set up or do you want to make one?
and then I'll just give it in the intro.
Let me make one specifically for this.
And that way I don't give away,
I don't give away my personal email address.
Okay, so what I'm going to do is when I error this,
I'm going to put in right now,
I'm going to give you, I'm going to,
you're going to email me the, the, the, your fake,
you know, your email address that you're putting just for this information.
That's right.
Uh, into the episode.
I will insert it at this point right now.
I will say this is his email, you know,
so I'm inserting it right now.
the email is about hr t at gmail.com again the email is about hrt at gmail dot com so if people don't want to google they're not like me and you
uh they could email you and you'll help them that i think that's fucking awesome that that'll be great now
Cass got her own great story.
She's got her own perspective.
Quite frankly, she likes to talk about
HRT for guys
more than she really likes to talk about HRT
for women, but she's extremely
knowledgeable on both. She should have been a nurse.
She should have been on this call.
And you can have her on call if you want.
We'll make a time for her to call you and you can talk to her.
Yeah. Listen, this HRT
episode is going to stand alone. You're going to
be the expert. Like I said,
I'm going on my journey to do the pellets,
and I think I found a doctor that I'm going to do it with and get, you know, myself.
So I'll be talking about that.
Are you in New York City?
I am, yeah.
Okay, all right.
Why?
I was just trying to think if I know a few guys are around the country,
but I don't really know anybody in New York City right now.
Yeah, I mean, I think I found a great person.
Like I said, what I liked about the woman that I found is she's an internist.
I spoke to her because I've done so much research.
I know, like, what the right things are.
And she does pellets?
She does pellets.
She does cream.
She does everything.
She does intensive.
Because she's an internist.
So she does intensive blood work to find out what is the right thing.
But she really is knowledgeable with everything.
I was very fortunate.
Our doctor, like I said, was a Harvard trained doctor.
She runs a concierge practice.
You write her a check for 10 grand.
And then she bills your insurance for everything else each year.
She's a high demand doctor.
and just pop notch as they come.
And I learned a lot from her and with her.
And then I went out and did speaking engagements for other clinics to help to help them kind of get up and running.
So I know the business really well.
And I have a good friend in Dayton, Ohio, that does our pellets.
But I just, I don't know anybody in New York City right now.
I'll ask around for you.
Yeah, ask around if you can because I did find.
one woman.
Yeah, go on.
Do this one thing for me.
Yeah.
When she tells you that she's going to do the insert.
Yeah.
She's going to want to do it her way and you're not going to change her mind.
But some doctors do it on the lower part of the belly right above about where your appendix is.
Yeah.
Because there's always a little fat right there.
Yeah.
Other doctors do it on your rump about where your hip pocket is.
Yeah.
If you have a choice, always choose.
the rump where your hip pocket is.
Okay.
It's a better place.
It's safer.
There's no organs in your butt.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
For somebody to accidentally puncture.
So if you have a choice, you'll be much happier on your butt.
And it'll be sore for two or three days.
And then you'll, you know, you'll be done with it.
Yeah.
No, I'm definitely thinking of it.
I wanted her to, I was going to have her, actually.
She was like, oh, you're on a podcast.
I was like, you want to come on and be like, you know, talk about my journey.
I was like, maybe I could get it on the house, you know,
because I'm like now that I have a huge audience.
I'm like, I'll advertise her.
I'm trying to get like a good deal.
Because it is out of pocket and it is very expensive.
And I want to do it the right way where I'm always being checked and looked at.
And listen,
wherever you live and you charge $1,500 for the whole fucking year in New York City,
times out by five, okay?
Everybody rapes us here.
Everything here is 10 times more expensive.
I have to tell you,
I wish I,
you know,
maybe someday we'll get a chance to have dinner together or something.
But you seem like a really neat person to me.
and when you get the pellets about six weeks in, you're going to be a horn dog.
I know a certain guy that would be very happy about that.
Yeah, I think that it's great.
I do believe in it.
I love that you came on and gave some more information.
It was perfect timing for me because I am looking to switch from kind of okay to the best,
which is like what you said.
I'm on the creams, but I want more and I want to, you know, I want to feel even better.
I do believe that the palettes are the right way to go.
I'm going to be able to speak on them because I'm going to be doing them very soon, probably at the start of the year.
I love that you gave all the backstory and all the information to everyone else listening because I think that there's a lot of people that want this information, just like me.
Anybody that's...
I have no idea what you look like or what you weigh, but as a general rule, we found over the years, weight dosing is a really easy way to get where you're going.
And so if you weigh 120 pounds, you're going to want about 120 milligrams.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's interesting.
Okay.
So if you weigh 150, you're going to want about 150.
So that's where you want.
So if they say, well, we're going to give you 30 or 40, push.
You're going to need more.
Right.
About equal to your weight.
Oh, interesting.
Okay.
These are all little things that I'll know that she's doing the right thing when I talk to.
We have learned.
We have learned the hard way.
Yeah.
And we know this.
So, you know, trust the box.
If I have any questions, I'll be able to ask you.
You'll be my person too.
Anytime something comes up and somebody throws you a curve or if you just want to talk about, you know, a different angle of this, call me.
I will.
Send me an email.
You send me an email, call me.
I'm at your service.
I love it.
Well, you're going to be at my listener service too because you gave out your fucking email and people are going to be emailing you.
And I love that.
I think that that's like so great.
I love offering that to people listening because I think.
think it's a real problem. People need help. Make sure you get a real doctor that's doing it or somebody
like you who has access to the doctor. You know, it's really met supervised by a real MD.
If they're not starting with your blood work and your symptoms, leave. Yeah, exactly. Yes,
make sure. It's been a pleasure to talk. It's been a pleasure talking to you. I hope I can help you
another time. You will. And your girl's going to come on soon. Thanks, Dom. Thanks for calling in.
I will have her call your line or send you an email. All right. Awesome. Thanks so much.
All right.
Bye.
Bye.
Thanks.

paperback and ebook, but you can pre-order the audiobook.
It's still not going to be out until August 25th, but you can pre-order it.
The book is basically 17 different stories taken from my show.
I kind of picked one story from each category that I talked about on my
show like there's a hot wife story there's a cuck queen story there's a cuck story there's a gang
being girl story like i said 17 stories and they're all told in the third person and they're all true
i took the interview and rewrote it in the third person and i wouldn't really call it like a total erotica
book think like penthouse letters it's more direct it's not so over the top like erotica i don't
really like that kind of vibe, right? But these are true stories. 17 of them. They're really short
chapters, easy read. You could read, you know, one or two and then skip around. You could read
the whole book. It's available in eback format, paperback format, and finally, the audiobook is available
coming out August 25th. But you could pre-order it now. And if you buy my book in any format or

So anyway, thanks so much for tuning in.
Okay, good news.
I do have a book out.
I wrote a book and it's coming out.
The book is called Stricklandonness Confessions.
Secret Sex Lives of Total Strangers.
What I did was I picked out the 17 best episodes.
That was very hard to do.
Okay, I picked like one from each category.
And I retold the story from the third person.
So it's not interview style.
it's a little bit more erotica.
The only place where I took creative liberty was in the sex scene.
So it's even hotter than my episodes.
Like I said, it's told in the third person.
And they're all true, just like my show.
I mean, these are real stories from my show, just written out.
Like I said, in the third person, not an interview style, more like a story.
But a true story, a true super hot story.
Now, listen, it is available for pre-order now.
And it's not coming out until October 14th.
And I was like, oh, my God, that's a long time.
away. So I figured I'd incentivize people. If you want to pre-order it now, I will give you free
access to my Discord if you pre-order it now. All you got to do is screenshot, a pick of the receipt,
just screenshot it to me. Send it to Strictly Anonymous podcast at gmail.com. And then I will send
you the link to my Discord. So that's a little incentive to pick it up now. It's on Amazon,
Barnes & Noble, Simon & Schuster. The link is in the description. So I'm
sure to click on it and if you get it send me the pick of you purchasing and I'll give you free
access to my private discord that is a totally naughty super hot community with a lot of people over
2500 people over there having fun remember email me the pick at strictly anonymous podcast
at gmail.com
