Now, in the past, and I want to get too far into the weeds here scientifically, but in the past, when women take it orally, the juice wasn't worth the squeeze, so to say. So because it's systematic at that point, the side effects were pretty significant for women, and the benefits were not that great. And so what this cream is is actually topical. So women put it on their genitals about 15 to 30 minutes before sex, and the drugs, there's actually three drugs.

in the cream. There is sylidinophil, which is generic Viagra, and that increases blood flow. And blood flow is really the key to everything arousal. It's the key to increase nerve sensitivity, increased plumpness, lubrication, ease of orgasming, things like that. There's another drug in it called pentephoxylene, which basically makes red blood cells more flexible, would be like a layman way of saying it. And then ergoid mezzalate, which increases nerve activity. And And so it's one of those things that's really neat. Now, it's been around for several years, but we held off on selling it because up until last summer, there really wasn't any peer-reviewed scientific research that showed that it was safe or

it was effective. But last summer, a study came out that showed it was very effective for a particular subset of women who have difficulty in that area. And it showed that the side effects were basically the same in the placebo group, excuse me, versus the group that was actually taking the drug. And so that was enough for us and our medical director. So we're going to bring it to market here on April 23rd. Wow.

But you don't have to have an issue to use it, right? What if you just want, like, you know, because tons of men are using Viagra that don't need it, right? Just for shits and giggles, right? Like just for extra hard on fun. I mean, like, you know what I mean? Like, anyone could use it, correct? Yeah, it is a prescription drug.

And so our doctors are prescribing it based upon the questions that are on the medical intake form. I don't want to go into the weeds too much about what those are. But yeah, I think a lot of men use ED medication for a performance boost. Yeah. Maybe it's Valentine's Day or something like that or you want to go a few extra rounds. And I think it's safe to say that a lot of women are going to use this in the exact same way. Right.

That's a better way. I said it in a very unprofessional way. Do you know what I mean? Yeah, like just as an enhancer just so that you know for sure. You know what I mean? service is so great. Yeah, that's great. And yeah, what happens in these larger companies is that, you know, somebody starts a company. Eventually, venture capital buys the company. And guess what? Customer service is wildly inefficient. It's not worth it at all to these larger, you know, investment groups who didn't get involved in the business for the same reason that I did. I got involved in the business for a very personal reason. And because of that, I just refuse to let anybody be unhappy. Yeah, I love that. I love that. Try to stay that way as long as possible because I think that that's probably the key to your success. little bit of more about, like, the female cream, right? So like that, you say it has twice the amount, twice the dosage. Are people typically buying like a one month supply or does that bottle that they buy a cream typically last somebody, you know, six months or is it a one month supply? It's 30 to 60 dosages. Yeah. Now let me ask you a question. So you take that P size amount. Do you put you insert it? Like do you put on the outside and then how long does it take to work? Like walk me through the application. Sure, sure. Well, always, and I have to say this, always follow the medication labels.

and I'm not a physician, but I don't mind giving you kind of the overview. Women take a piece size amount and put it on their genitalia, so their vulva, their clitoris, that sort of thing. And you don't rub it in, but you do make sure that it's covered well. And then wait about 15 to 30 minutes, and by then the medication is absorbed and start it to work. And then wipe off any excess, basically. And then that way there's less opportunity for a partner to ingest it or that sort of thing. what happens if they do?

Well, you know, probably not much, to be honest with you. There's not a tremendous amount of sylidifil. That is one of the benefits of having it be local. Right. Is that, you know, the amount of syldenafil that a woman is going to rub on her vulva is nowhere near the amount that like a man might ingest by taking a Viagra or something like that. And so it is pretty safe for partners even if maybe they couldn't take sylidinifil or

something like that. It's a small amount. But I think that's a really good question. for people to discuss with their doctor through the shameless care portal. If you have a partner or something like that that is not supposed to take something to fill, then I highly encourage you to have that conversation with your shameless care physician. I love that. So when they call in to, when they go online to order this,

they have to talk to a doctor. And those are the kind of questions that they could ask. Like it's a real person they're talking to and they could ask those questions? Not quite. And now, like, okay, asking for myself, like one of the questions I would ask, and I'm assuming you would know, like, I take hormones already. So, you know, would I be able to take this? I don't want to speak to that, though. I know that when people become a patient at shameless care, it asks what other medication you're on. And that is certainly something that our physicians take very seriously and look for any sort of contradictions like that. that, so I can't answer that specifically. Yeah. But that is something that is absolutely, and this is a good reason, Kathy, why people should never lie to a physician. You know, it is so easy, particularly in telemedicine, to just skip questions. You know, do you have any allergies?

I just, you know, in A, not applicable when in fact they do. And that's obviously incredibly dangerous. People should always, you know, list every single medication you're on, every single supplement. All of that really, really matters. This is generally a really safe product, but you should always be honest with your position. Yeah, for sure. Now, a quick question about Viagra since that's been around. I mean, guys that take TRT can take Viagra, correct? Yes. Right. Okay, that's good to know. But I love that. Those are the kind of questions you ask when you're upfront and getting it if it's something new to you.

Because this is something very new for women, correct? It is, yeah. Very few women have heard of this. And there's several different types that are out there. I ran across somebody hedonism a couple of years ago that used a type of this cream, excuse me, that also included testosterone. And so there's all sorts of different concoctions out there, I guess I will call it. Yeah. But we feel really good about this one because, of course, testosterone is a hormone. It has downstream effects on the human body.

You can't ingest testosterone in any way, shape, or form and expect it not to have downstream effects. And where this particular one, the shamelessly aroused, is all medications that's not really going to have any downstream effects. It's going to help you in your sexual experience. And that's all what's going to do. All right. Now, I'm just going to ask a question for all the dumb people, including me out there. What the fuck is a downstream effect? I don't know what you mean by that.

Sure, sure. Well, like if a man is on, and again, I'm not a doctor, but, you know, I am on testosterone. So if I get too much testosterone, for example, some of that is going to be converted to estrogen. And then, of course, that's downstream. If too much, yeah. You know, this is why men get, oh, I don't even know what it's called, but men can actually develop breasts from being on too much testosterone. So that's the kind of downstream effects that I'm talking about.

Yeah, I got it. So can you just give a little information, like backstory on you too? Like you did mention earlier, like, oh, I started this website, you know, because of personal reasons. Like, why don't you explain why you started shameless care and give a little bit of your background? because you are like, you know, you're part of my community of people, right? Yeah, yeah, I don't mind sharing the story. It's not embarrassing to me at all.

I actually had a partner who texted me and told me that I had given her gonorrhea because while she was asymptomatic with gonorrhea, her husband had gotten it from her. And so then she ran off to the doctor and sure enough she had gonorrhea. And all signs pointed back to me. And I said, well, that, you know, I was very nice, but I said that can't be because I'm sitting here looking at a recent STI test that showed, you know, look at gonorrhea. Okay, across the page, it says negative. I don't have gonorrhea? And she said, well, have you ever heard of throat swab testing? And I must admit at that point in my life, I had been STI tested dozens of times from like, you know, free STI clinics, you name it, urgent cares, online companies, like every STI test you could possibly imagine.

And I had never once been throat swab tested. It was always a urine test and a blood test and out the door. would go. So that was really surprising to me. And even more surprising was I had to go to three different doctors before I found one who knew what a throat swab test was and would do it. And one finally swabbed to me. And sure enough, I had a completely asymptomatic case of oral gonorrhea. Not a big deal. I mean, I got a shot in the butt and I was cured. But it really upset me. It upset me because I know that when people get an STI test, they think that is indicative of their status. So, you know, I got tested. Everybody says get tested. I went and got tested. It says I'm negative. Therefore, I don't have any STIs. And what I've since learned, Kathy, is that the phrase STI panel, STI tested, none of it means anything because there is infinite variety out there. And the details is what really matters. And most people have unprotected oral sex and then they go and get STI tested. And the very part of their body, they're always having unprotected sex with is never being tested. And that is just absolute madness to me. So we've been in business now for three years and we have tested thousands of people. And here is the crazy thing. This is going to blow your mind. Yeah. Half of our...

positive gonorrhea tests are oral only, meaning had they went to another company and got STI tested without throat swabs, they would have gotten a negative gonorrhea test result, thought they were gonorrhea free, and spread it, you know, to their friends and lovers and down the road it would have went. Wait, and so I just, when I said you're like my listeners, it's because what I really meant is like you're not that my listeners and callers have STIs, it's that you were in the lifestyle and that's why you were fucking that woman that had a husband. But I mean, this wasn't like a cheating scandal or anything.

You're like a guy in the lifestyle, right? And that's why you were playing. That's why you were testing so much. That's why you're with a woman that had a husband and all that shit. Okay, I just want to make that clear because you didn't lead with that. And I'm like, but no. So quick question about, though, the gonorrhea and the throat. Like, could you just walk around with gonorrhea in your throat and have zero symptoms for like your whole life and just be spreading it around?

I don't know about your whole life. People can clear a gonorrhea infection eventually. Some people can and some people can't. Yeah, interesting. But you can absolutely have a completely asymptomatic infection in your throat and not have a sore throat or bad breath or anything like that and have it for a very long period of time and be spreading it unknowingly. And it doesn't matter how many times you do a urine test or how many times you have your genital swab.

It is never going to detect that infection that is in your throat. because both gonorrhea and chlamydia are site-specific bacterial infections. So you have to collect cells from those particular parts of the body to find out if you're infected there or not. Wow. And so that throat swab, can you carry other STIs in your throat besides gonorrhea or just gonorrhea? Yeah, well, HPV is not a bacteria. It's a virus. But this is interesting, I think. You know, women go and get an HPV test during their pap smear typically. And if they test negative, they think, okay, I don't have HPV, but HPV is also site specific, and there's no throat swab test for HPV. So there's plenty of STIs like that. But the two that I primarily focus on,

because they are so common, and quite frankly, they're curable, and HPV is not, is gone and reinclamidia. Yeah, amazing. So you knew, you found out, you got the shot and it was gone. Let me ask you this, because I know about doxypep. And doxypep is amazing. I want to talk about that a little bit too. And in that like, you know, it's a little bit, it's a low-dose antibiotic, right, that you could take after like unprotected sex just to make sure that you're not going to get anything or it knocks out something. Could that, could doxypep knock out an oral gonorrhea or do you need like full-on antibiotics for that? So the doxypec clinical trials have, have varied a little bit. Generally speaking, doxypep reduces

your risk of chlamydia and syphilis. about 90%. Yeah, that's a big thing. So really, really effective against chlamydia and syphilis. And gonorrhea typically, it's about 50 to 60%. So it's not quite as effective against gonorrhea. But definitely, in my opinion, if you are non-monogamous and you're having unprotected sex, and don't forget, unprotected oral sex is unprotected sex. All three of those infections, syphilis, chlamydia and gonorrhea can spread by oral sex, then I think you should strongly consider doxype for sure. It's been extremely effective. All of the clinical trials are hitting home runs all over the place. It's been a little bit controversial in women, and I think that's really unfortunate. I would like to talk about that if I may, Kathy.

Yeah, please, tell me why. So the original clinical trial, again, we were talking earlier about all of this research focuses on men. Here is the perfect example. Basically, all of this doxypef research is focused on man. And in particular, men who have sex with men. And I'm not saying something wrong with that, but the studies on women have certainly been limited. There was originally one study in women that looked at women who live in Kenya. And unfortunately, at the end of that study, it showed that there was no statistical difference

between the women who were taking doxypep and the women who weren't. The women who were taking doxypep did have lower STIs, but it didn't meet the statistical threshold. However, here's what people don't pay attention to. When the researchers took hair samples from the women, most of the women who reported taking doxypep never had taken any of it. They had no doxycycline in their system at all. So they were not following the testing protocol. And the CDC guidelines on doxypep state this. It states quite clearly that that test was inconclusive because the people who are supposed to be taking doxypep weren't taking it and guess what if you don't take it it doesn't work right they're basically a whole big placebo group that's it yeah now there was another study out of

japan where there were female sex workers in japan who were taking they called it doxy prep and prep is when you take something in advance of sex yes pep is when you take it after that's not going to come across well on a podcast, especially with my announcement, but, I get it. But P-R-E-P versus P-E-P. But nonetheless, they're also sex workers. So you have to assume that they're having, that they're being exposed nearly every day.

And it showed just a home run. It reduced their syphilis rate to zero. It reduced chlamydia and gonorrhea by really significant amounts to, basically the same as it does for men. So those are the two tests, those are the two clinical trials in which I'm aware of of doxypep or doxy prep. And the one showed no impact on women, but of course the women in the test didn't really take the doxypep. And in the other one, it showed a huge improvement. Right. So people throw it out, both out because of that one that was incorrect or invalid. I don't

get it. Like that's crazy because that one just shouldn't even exist. You know, I mean, it's invalid. So why do people even pay attention to that? But you find that most people are thinking, or like, you know, in their mind they think doxypeps for guys, not for women. I do think that. And that's unfortunate because, you know, these infections are pretty problematic, particularly when it comes to fertility and things like that. Yeah. And 5% of sexually active young women in the United States have chlamydia. I didn't say had, have, like right now, 5%.

70% of them don't know they have it. Yeah. Comedia is usually asymptomatic. And so I'm not saying that everybody in the country should be taking doxypet, but I am saying that there is good reason why a lot of women in society they could benefit from doxyPep just as much as a man who's having sex with men could. Yeah, you could just have it in your medicine cabinet just in case. I mean, I had a time where, because like, listen,

clemedia and a guy, you know you have it, right? You have a lot of symptoms that you are pretty obvious, but a woman can be like a silent carrier. You have no idea, but you could spread it. And I remember banging a guy, and we used condoms, but he was like trying to accuse me that I gave him chlamydia. I knew I didn't, but I still went and got tested just to shove it in his face and be like, but what happens when you go to your doctor, you know, just so you know, and say,

hey, I think I might have chlamydia test me. They're going to send you home with a full dose of antibiotics, which is a lot more harsher than what's in doxypep, right? So I took that full dose and by the time my stuff came back and said I didn't have it, I wasted, you know, I wasted an antibiotic for nothing, right? Like I didn't have to take that strong of a dose. I didn't even have it. Whereas I think taking doxypepip, it's a very tiny dose, right, of antibiotics. And to me, that's the benefit of not actually catching it and then having to take a much stronger dose. Am I correct in thinking that way? I believe you are correct in thinking that way. You know, something else to keep in mind to is discretion. lot of people really do not want anything on their health records or that sort of thing. I'm not saying that they should or not. I'm just saying that a lot of people are in that situation. And, you know, if you get an STI, there's mandatory reporting. So that lab has to report that positive gonorrhea case or whatever to your local health authorities that has your name and your age and your race and stuff like that. And all of that information is kept private. But still, a lot of people are uncomfortable with that. And also, if you get a prescription for some, something like a chlamydia. There's going to be a bill and code associated without a diagnosis

code. It's going to be sent to your local pharmacy. It's going to be run through your insurance, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. It's going to be a part of your electronic health record. There's no doubt about it. And so I think for people who are doing something which they're trying to be discreet, and they probably shouldn't, but I'm just mentioning if they are, then doxypet might be a good solution for that as well, because preventing an STI is not only the morally correct thing to do, it can help in a lot of other ways as well. Yeah, listen, you're exactly right, because at that time, the reason I went to, like, a clinic instead of my regular gynecologist because I have a lot of doctors in my family, and my gynecologist

is in my cousin's practice, and I didn't want to go to them and be like, oh, like, this is what I'm coming for. You know, so I think a lot of people are wary about stuff like that, and they don't want to go and have that. And also, I got to tell you, like, I called up my friend. I was like, I need a doctor, like I need to go. but I want like, you know, a really old, ugly, it's so terrible to say, but like, I want my doctors to just be like not attractive. Do you know what I mean? Like, I don't want to go walk in and see

a hot guy sitting across with me and be like, I think I have committed. Sure enough, I show up. It's like the hottest guy on the planet. I was fucking pissed. No, seriously. He was so good looking. I was like, oh, fuck, I got to like sit across from this guy and be like, I think, you know, someone blamed me for having gonorrhea. You know, it's like embarrassing. Sorry. You know, even for me and I'm not like somebody that's that way. So I think nowadays, like listen, back then when this happened to me, DoxyPAP wasn't available. But I think it's so great that something like this is available that you could keep it on hand. And like one, you purchased it. Right. I think it's like $109. I remember because I used to promote it for you. It's like for and it's like a whole

year's worth. Right. Well, we pay, we charged $99 for it. And again, that comes with the doctor consultation and the shipping. One of the other things that we offer, Kathy, is that. we can send people an emergency dose. So let's say that somebody, oh, a condom breaks or something like that. And suddenly they're like, you know what, I need doxyPAP, but I need it like right now. Yes. Our doctors will ship it's either 15, 30 or 40 doses to their home. But also if they need an emergency dose, that same doctor will send a prescription electronically

to their local pharmacy of choice so that they can go ahead and get that initial dose within and 72 hours, which is so key to preventing STIs. Oh, you're kidding. That's great. I didn't even know that that's available. And that's available online like you could get an emergency dose or a full dose or a full years dose, right? I mean, a dosing.

I don't know. That's the word. Yeah, well, our customers always get, always get the medication through the mail because we don't like the idea of people just going from emergency to emergency. Like, oh, oh, shit, I need doxypep right now. don't send me any medication. I promise I'll be good from here on out. And then guess what? Two weeks later, they wish they had doxypep again. Excuse me. So we always send the medication to their home. But it's an option and it's complementary that if they want the doxypeps send to their home,

but they are also in urgent need this second, then we will also send a prescription for a single dose to their local pharmacies so they can take it immediately. Yeah, that's amazing. Now let's get back to the different kinds of panels that you have for the SDIs, right? Because they vary, correct, depending on hardcore you want to get? Do you want to explain what you have to offer? Sure. They used to vary somewhat, but now we just have the one panel. And it's because we had to look in the mirror and say, look, we started this company

because we don't feel like STI testing is thorough enough. And so to have a panel, for example, one panel that has mycoplasma genitalium, which three quarters of your audience has never even heard of, and another panel that has it, you know, one that has it, one that doesn't, is asking the layman to decide, hmm, is this an infection I should be tested for? Is this an infection I should care about? And that just didn't make sense to us any longer. So we have one STI panel, which has 13, I'll say it again, 13 different sexually transmitted infections in it. And, you know, we're really quite proud of that. We're also really proud of the fact that we believe so strongly in people

getting tested thoroughly, that we have a resource on our website that actually helps people not buy testing from us. It helps them understand how to get this quality of testing from their doctor, because at the end of the day, we don't want the cost of our panel to be a barrier between people getting tested or not. And in that resource, and this is really cool, I think, it actually has a video, about 45 seconds or so, that people can show their position in the exam room if that position is looking at them like mine did and saying, I don't know how to do a swab. I've never done it. And the doctor in the video introduces herself, I'm Dr. So-and-So OB-GYN.

I'm here to show you how to do throat swab. Don't worry. It's no big deal. It's the orange optimum swab. You already have it in your exam room. You're fucking kidding me. Yeah, it's great. And so, you know, we want to do what's right all day, every day.

And if that means people buy a testing panel from us, fantastic. if it also means that they just use our tools to get better testing from their doctor, that's fantastic as well. Wow. So you literally on your website, someone could go into their doctor and give them an educational video exactly how to swab them, you know, your way by somebody else. Yeah. Yeah.

I mean, it's not our way. It's just the way to do it. It's the way, right. But a lot of doctors, I have never been throat swabbed in my life, okay? I've never been anal swabbed. I don't think. I'm looking on this perfect panel test. Okay. I'm going to read off what they get. Siphilis, herpesy syphylix two. Hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, chlamydia oral, gonorrhea oral, gonorrhea anal, chlamydia genital, and trichomonas. How do you say that last one? Trichomonas. What is that? Because I know that, is that the one that's like a lot of people get confused with. BV? It's a parasite, believe it or not, and it is the single most common curable STI in the United States. It is extremely common. It can cause a whole bunch of health problems. Like all of these things,

is usually asymptomatic. Yeah. You know, a lot of people are highly concerned about HIV, so let me give your listeners a statistic. Yeah. A bacterial STI more than doubles, in fact, almost triples the likelihood of someone contracting HIV. You're kidding. If they have sex with someone who has HIV. So that is another reason why identifying these things like trichomonas, like mycoplasma genitalium, like chlamydia, all of these things that are usually asymptomatic, just another reason to find them and cure them.

Right. And so it says blood, throat, anal swab, urine, or a quick, like, are these different? Like when you get your package, like you have to do a little, a little. like pick like a skin prick as well as then you have a throat swab you give them an anal swab like and then they pee in a cup and send everything back to you is that like that package that they get yeah exactly and the HIV test now is actually something called the or a quick yeah what is that because the the ora quick is the it's basically like a COVID test you know it's something that gives you your HIV results in about 20 minutes at home oh you're kidding yeah it's the only FDA approved

home collection device for HIV. So we use a dried blood spot card and a Lancet for all the other blood infections like syphilis. But for HIV, the patients actually get something called an aura quick. So yeah, it's a really cool. It's a really cool system. The rest of the samples besides the HIV, they ship off to the lab. And, you know, they get the results in a couple of weeks. If they want to increase the speed of that, then they just have to upgrade the shipping themselves.

So we send a prepaid USPS shipping label. But, you know, the mail is not super fast these days. So if somebody wants the results faster, I just encourage them to go to a FedEx office or something like that and overnight it. And that'll knock three or four days, maybe five days off the time right there. Now, does that mean that your HIV status is kept private or do you have to send that ORAQ back and you've got to put it in a database? Because isn't that like a thing that has to be public? I don't know. You tell me.

Yeah, this is interesting. and the ORAQ has been highly debated. The FDA really put their foot down about this that the ORAQ is the only FDA-approved home collection device and you have to use it. We received a very stern letter from the FDA about that. Now, of course, that was before the new administration, so I don't even know if that person,

if the FDA sent me a letter still works there. I'm not making light of that. I got it. But I have noticed that most telemedicine companies are still using the dry blood spot cards. But yeah, the ORAQ, the results are right there in your home. And so it's not going to go back to your shameless care doctor unless you tell your shameless care doctor.

It's also not going to be mandatorily reported in the same way that it would if we were still using the dry blood spot card. So I have mixed feelings about it, but at the end of the day, my opinion doesn't matter. That was the FDA's opinion. And that's that. So we're using the ORAQick. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Listen, I think that that's a benefit to a lot of people.

I think a lot of people that do have opinion about that, that are just lay people and they could have an opinion, doesn't mean anything because, you know, they don't own your company. Or like, oh, my God, that's the way I want to be tested privately at home without anyone knowing my business. That's what I think, you know, I think that that's a great benefit. Yeah, you know, probably one of the worst parts of the OREQ, in my opinion, is that a lot of people are hyper-focused on HIV. Like, they think that HIV is the king of STIs and everything else doesn't matter. Yes, you're right. You can go into your Walgreens or Walmart or something like that.

And for about 50 bucks, you can buy one of those orquicks this afternoon. And yes, you'll know your HIV status, but that's all you'll know. Yeah. And so I just encourage people to try to think beyond HIV. I know we're all, you know, trained in school and things like that about HIV and that sort of thing. But the picture is broader than HIV. It really is. And listen, what you just said before is key.

You said before, if you don't know that you're carrying these other things, that your doctors most likely aren't testing you for, that you can be silent, you're going to have more of a risk of getting HIV, right? So like if that's your biggest fear, you want to do everything at once. That's what I would think. I would think so too, yes. And a bacterial STI more than doubles and almost triples the contraction rate of HIV. That is undisputed science straight from the CDC and just one of the reasons why people should be checking for these things. And I don't really have an opinion on how often people should get tested. My thing is more, when you're going to get tested, just get tested thoroughly. It's like we all have that room in our house or our apartment that

maybe is not as clean as the others or maybe a drawer, a drunk drawer, something like that. And I liken it to that, no matter how much you clean the rest of your house, if you never clean that room, it's not going to get any cleaner. And that's how I feel about STI testing. It doesn't matter how often you test for some things. It doesn't matter how frequently you do. if you're never testing for the other things. That's what matters is thoroughness. Yeah, testing for everything. Now, a little bit about you.

I mean, are you still in the lifestyle? I mean, you were last time we spoke, or that was like your history. Yeah, no, I'm still very much in the lifestyle. I'm not super active these days, probably because I'm trying to build this business, which is just like trying to climb a mountain or something like that. But we still find ourselves at lifestyle events all the time. I mean, we just got back from, we just got back from hedonism in Jamaica, which was really fun. Going to be at Noddy New Orleans in July in New Orleans.

So very much a part of the scene and very much still love the scene. And for those of you who haven't been to a swinger club or a swinger party, I have to say, they're just the greatest people in the world. Like, I often tell people you could leave a $100 bill on the floor of any swinger club in this country. And if anybody picked it up, it would only be to take it to the front desk. It's just, like this beautiful. responsible group of people. Yeah, I love that. And also, listen, the reason why I asked, too, is because I was wondering, like, if you're going to these places, like, if you could talk to the people who are listening that are in the lifestyle, like, what do you recommend for people

as far as testing and stuff for people that are in the lifestyle and how it differs maybe for people that aren't? I mean, because they're more sexually active and more sleeping with more people. Absolutely. Yeah, I would love to do that. You know, I think, and I don't mind telling people this, the things that people test positive for the most often at shameless care. And not all of our customers are, quote, unquote, in the lifestyle. But I think it's fair to say that they're all non-monogamous or they wouldn't be getting STI tested. Right.

Yes. Yeah. The things that people test positive for the most often are oral gonorrhea and mycoplasma genitalium and trichomonas. And those are three things that people generally speaking aren't tested for elsewhere. So I don't know that they're certainly common. but I don't know that they're more common lifestyle than they are amongst other people. And it's hard to say how long people have had those things because we're normally not people's first STI test.

We're the place they go to and they decide to get tested a little bit more thoroughly. The other thing I'll mention is that it's really kind of hard to time an STI test. For some of the STIs, and I can't pull this information out of my hat, but you know, like HIV, there's a pretty well-understood incubation period where if you test this many days after experience, you can definitively say if you contracted HIV or not. But for some of these, like mycoplasma genitalium, what we know about it is not that much. So like you can look at three or four different resources on the web. One of them might say you can test for mycoplasmicin genitalium six weeks after exposure.

Another resource might say three months. Another resource might send six to nine months. And so for that reason, I'd like for people to back away slightly from the idea of trying to time their test. perfectly. Yeah. And instead, just put themselves on a schedule that makes sense for them. You know, for some people, it might be one time a year. For other people, it might be two times a year.

For other people, it might be monthly, you know, depending upon their activity level and what their comfort level is with potentially having an infection and passing it along. Everybody's different. I'm not telling anybody what to do. But I think what's absolutely key is putting yourself on a schedule, holding yourself accountable, even if that's one time a year, okay, guess what it? the 4th of July, I'm going to get tested again. And when you get tested, get tested thoroughly.

Don't get tested for a testing panel that's going to leave out all the things you most likely to have. Right.
