I'm actually 40. Everybody thinks I sound like a little girl, and I look like I'm in my late 20s all the time.

So it's pretty funny. So I don't feel like I'm 40. I don't think I act like I'm 40. But, yeah, technically I'm 40, and I think it's hilarious when I sleep with a younger guy, and I'm like, wow, I could be pretty much your mom, and I'm like this cougar. but I don't feel that old and we don't have kids. So we go to like clubs or resorts and people are always like, oh, our kids don't know we're here or we're so happy to be away from them. And me and my husband are just like, oh, we have

So, okay, you're 40, now, you keep saying we. Are you married? Is this your partner or your husband? We got married in December. The third book is all about meeting him and our relationship in our marriage. We met in a blind date threesome in his playroom, actually. We had a mutual male friend that connected us.

And he was actually a really good guy, a really nice guy, very respectable, you know, the opposite of what you would think, just like what you just described, how people think of those people. So I want to give them a little, like, shout out in the book and let them talk a little bit. But like I said, my husband, because he was a single guy and he knows what it's like, and he was a very successful one because he's, you know, he's good looking, but he's also just such a nice person. You know, he tries to give them tips and advice. So it's really funny side of him, you know. I think it's a really special quality that he has.

And not only accepting of it, my husband is, you know, like pushing me out there. He loves it so much. If I go, you know, can we have a date tonight with somebody? He goes, one guy, why not get three guys? You know, so he's... He's right there with you. Yeah. It's wonderful. So we worked out, when we first started dating, it was very, very...

And I love how people always assumed just because we were both in the lifestyle, and life was perfect. I was like, actually, it was the opposite, because we came from opposite sides of the world. We were into very different aspects of the lifestyle and trying to mesh them. was a little complicated at first. You know, I came in super aggressive, like, I'm this, you know, independent, confident woman, you're not going to tell me what to do, you're not going to tell me where I can go, who I could talk to.

And he's like, okay, calm down. We just met, but, you know, if we're going to be in a relationship, you need to be open with me and tell me where you're going and, you know, have conversations about things. And I'm like, no, no, no. You need to, you know, earn these things for me. and I was, you know, just very traumatized from previous relationships.

He's this super sweet guy, and I was very untrusting of that, because that's rare sometimes, you know. And the nicer he was to me, the strong woman. Yeah, you know, I was just so scared to, like, trust him and let him be him that the nicer he was, the more I closed up, because I was like, this is going to hurt if this goes south. You know? Yeah. And this poor guy, he was patient and caring. And I mean, he wasn't perfect either.

Don't get me wrong. You know, he did some shit I wasn't happy with. But I was always the one that's like, fuck you, I'm leaving, you know? And then I'd be like, well, he does have a lot of good qualities. Let me circle back. And he just, he stuck with it because he really truly believed from day one that there was something between us. Right.

And I'm so thankful that he did because I don't think I would ever meet anybody even half in. I don't want to sound cheesy, but it really is like the perfect relationship. We are so happy. We never argue. We keep it fun. We keep it sexy. We owe you a little time for us and we don't get too wrapped up in the lifestyle and other people. So we have this nice balance going and it's just it's so much fun together.

You know, you forget when you're single, you're worried about yourself and having fun. And if you go out on a bad date, it's like the night was a waste, right? You go home, you're still horny, and you're just like, oh, I wasted my Friday night. When I go out with him, I never have this expectation of anything because if the night is great, it's amazing.

He may play, he may not play, right? But if the night sucks, he's always there to make sure that the night ends well with me and him. So it really does become just more fun, and less serious. You know, what if people find out? Yeah. How would they look at me? You know, so that was a major driving force. I wrote it for myself, self, when you're writing something because you want to make sure everything you put down

on paper is true. Yeah. At least at the time that you wrote it, maybe I don't feel the same way now, but when I wrote it, it was very honest. Yeah. And I was so scared that I just, it was, you know, It was such a shot in the dark to do such a thing. And I just kind of enjoyed it in the privacy of my own life. A few people knew, but I never really put it out there. And then just for fun, I wrote a second book, and I didn't say anything about it. And then the third book, my husband said to me, you know, when we first met, you told me you were going to write a trilogy when you finally found happiness. You go, so where's the third book?

I thought you were happy. And I said, oh, shit, I just kind of forgot about it, you know. I said, but if you want me to write something for you, and you're okay with me putting our life, you know, in a book, or hiding anything and sugar-coding stuff, I said I would be more than happy, you know, to do that. And he said, go for it. He said, whatever you're wrong is, it's true, you know.

Like, don't make anything up, but if it's true, I'm fine with it. So I said, okay, great. So I started writing again. I published the third book. I think this January, you know, The first book is being confident with myself, and then the third book is just like finding this really much-needed serenity in settling down with somebody that let me be me.

But do people know that you're in the lifestyle, like your friends, you know? Some people do. And some people don't. Yeah. Now that we're married, and here's a funny thing too, nobody knows we're married. Like in our families. We kept it very private. Your marriage?

We have already the secret of being in the lifestyle, and we said, let's just have the secret of being married, and we love it. We still call each other boyfriend and girlfriend in public, and it feels like this dirty little secret that we have. But let me tell you the first time that we had sex, and he called me his wife. Like, the orgasms were insane. And when he tells other guys, like, do you like fucking my wife,

When I was single, I was kind of scared, I don't know why. I felt way more vulnerable. telling people about the side of me when I was single because I thought I'd be judged more. Yeah. But now that I'm part of a healthy couple, and he's right here with me, it kind of takes the heat

off of you when you're not the only one admitting something. And also because I am in a healthy relationship, it proves that there's nothing wrong with me for what I'm doing. That totally makes sense. I could see why you would feel that way. So exactly. So now that we're together, he's the one that's like, you know, why don't you start telling people that you write?

You know, there's nothing to be embarrassed about. And I'm like, okay, if you're not embarrassed by me and you're supportive, then, okay, I'll try and be brave and put myself out there a little more, you know. Because it is scary, too, not just people finding out, but people not liking what you created, right? Of course. That's why I'm anonymous on my show because I thought it was going to suck and I didn't want to suck in front of people I knew. I wanted to suck in front of strangers. Exactly. Because it is real life, right?

I mean, you know, you just don't know who, you know, how people are going to respond to your thing, but you just put that out there and it's your truth. And I think because you include all the personal struggles and you paint the real picture and put everything in there, I think it can be super helpful as well as super hot.
