Breakfast, I just decided I didn't want to eat breakfast or deal with it. So I just don't eat until 1230. And because I go to bed at nine, I'll stop eating at like seven or eight. Yes, so you start doing intermittent fasting. Right. And then your stomach, my stomach starts shrinking, shrinking, shrinking. And as my stomach shrank, and then as I lost weight, I just naturally became more active, especially at my job, little by little normal routines, cleaning more, going out to the store more,

just increasing my daily activity without being, like, so I could sneak it up on myself without being in a gym. Yeah, no, that totally makes sense. So that was like a big change for you. And then 110 pounds later, and I'm just like how. Yeah, that's amazing. So that really changed your life and how you felt about yourself. Maybe you felt like really sexy and now you want to fucking live it up. I've had plenty of people on my side.

I thought I was cute enough to date. No, when I got on the dating scene at 43, I honestly had no clue. I did not understand what the dating scene was like. I'm just like I thought at 43 I would be ignored because I'm an older woman. I'm not a pretty 20 something looking for marriage. I'm like I guess I'll get whatever drags and I joined Tinder. and my inbox is flooded with 20-somethings. Yeah, like that guy right next to you.

Yeah, that's a normal thing. I don't know where you were living under a fucking rock. That's like I've been happening for a long time now. Like the young guys, you know, some young guys that are ready to settle down. And, you know, it's a lot of work with the younger girls. It's a totally different scene. So a lot of them look to older women because they know that they could just like fuck and not have to deal with anything.
