I change the voices there.
Some of those confessions, if they're really good ones,
and if you speak clearly and there's not a lot of noise in the background,
make it on to a confessions episode.
The rest I'll make it on to my Patreon.
Now, my Patreon is super fun, and I think it's a really good deal.
I mean, some people complain about the ads and the up and the intros,
and let me just tell you, on Patreon, you will get every single episode.
I do six a week, so six times four.
That's 24 episodes.
They're all early and ad-free episodes.
You also get picks with them, mostly every single.
single episode. I would say probably like three episodes in my whole years of doing it. The girls didn't
send in picks. But every single episode comes with a, you know, a hot pick of the female guest.
Sometimes even the guy send it in. You see those. You also get, like I said, all the anonymous
confessions. I do Q&As. We do pools over there. I have over 2,600 people on my Patreon. I switch

third person if you buy my book or sign up for my Patreon. I will give you free access to my private
Discord. Now, my private Discord is very fun. I have thousands of people on there too. Everyone get
super naughty over there. I don't get involved in my Discord. It's more of a private community,
but that's a not safe for work site. It is 18 plus as well, but you could get in there. Like I said,
I give it as an incentive if you sign up for my Patreon or buy my book. Send me a screenshot

Everything I talk about is in the description. Okay, today I have Robert Johnson from Shameless Care back on the show. But this time he's with his co-host. He's got a new podcast, a sexual health podcast called Shameless Care. He's on with his co-host, Anna, who happens to be a physician's assistant. And they came on to talk about a new product that Robert has called Shameless Chemistry. It's oxytocin and tadanophil. I think it's Todonafil for women. It's a tablet. I was curious to learn her all about.
that because I heard about women using that kind of a thing for increased like sexual pleasure.
And last time he was on, we talked about his shameless arousal cream.
I talk about what that did for me.
We talk about all the stuff, like I said, that he has available now for women, as well as
the stuff that he has available for UTIs for women, as well as all the STI treatment he does,
what they're doing on their podcast.
They're getting a lot of information on this new product that he has, like I said,
women, which I was very curious about, as well as all the other stuff that he offers. And we do talk
towards the end about STIs and herpes, oral herpes versus general herpes and all that kind of stuff.
You know, I always have a million dumb questions for medical people because I always want to know
all kinds of things. So anyway, you're going to learn a lot from this episode. I'm running out to go
get his shameless chemistry tablets. I think you're going to want to too when you hear all about it.
So anyway, I'm going to get right to it and be right back on with Robert and Anna. Hi, Robert and Anna.
Welcome to the Strictly Anonymous podcast. How are you guys doing today? I have two people on today.
Robert's been on my show. Robert's been on my show. Robert is from shameless care. I've had you on before.
I love your company. You happen to also be like in the lifestyle. And you really, I love your title.
your company. It's shameless care, and that's exactly what it is. I mean, there's no judgment here. You do
STI testing, but you also offer a lot of other great things, especially for women, and that's what we're
going to be talking about. Again, last time you came on, and I'm going to introduce Anna in a second,
but last time you came on when we talked about like your new arousal cream for women, Viagra,
the female Viagra, which I ran out and bought. You did, though also, and now you have a new thing
for women we're going to be talking about, but what you guys also did, and that's why Anna's on.
Anna is a physician's assistant and you and Anna teamed up together and you now have your own
podcast, right?
Where you talk about like what I do now just on Saturdays, which is like sexual health and
stuff and that's what you guys do on your podcast all the time, correct?
Yeah, that's exactly right.
Absolutely.
Yeah, our podcast is Shameless Care podcast.
It's all about sex and science.
And so if anybody's interested in either one of those and especially those two combined,
we'd love to have them listen.
Right.
And so I'm assuming that you have like, you know, we'll touch up on.
on a lot of different things.
We're going to start off talking about all your female,
the new female product,
which I heard about from somebody else,
that it was something that people could take.
And I'm interested in hearing more about it.
But you guys also talk about like,
like, STI testing and stuff like that.
And we'll get to those topics too later
because you do offer really comprehensive testing
and all kinds of good stuff.
So Anna,
welcome to the podcast.
I've never had you on before.
You're like the,
you know,
you're the medical voice on this podcast today, right?
Like you're the physician's assistant.
And you team up with Robert,
now as his co-host, correct on the podcast?
That's correct.
I've been a PA for almost two decades now.
So I'm a certified nerd, and I love being able to talk about these things in a healthy, happy way.
Yeah, I love it.
Okay, so let's get to, now you do have, you know, well, listen, for your podcast, I will
put a link in the description.
You guys talk about everything to do with sexual health, like you said.
We're going to touch up on like a little bit about a lot of different topics here.
But if people want more in-depth information, they could go to your,
podcast. I will put a link to it, right? Shameless care and they could hear it on any platform.
But let's get to, we spoke about the female arousal cream and I'm just going to tell everybody that
I use it. And like not only because it definitely increased my orgasms, which I love it. I went and bought it
the minute we hung up just so you know because I was like, oh, this is like fun. I couldn't wait
for it to come in and use it. But it also made me like wetter. And last time we spoke when we were
like setting this up, you were like, yeah, some people have reported that, right? Is that a
thing that can happen with the female Viagra cream as well?
Absolutely, Kathy. That's the thing that people report the most. There are some people for whom it really helps them orgasm. Other people, it doesn't really help their orgasm so much. Partly it depends on, you know, some people just orgasm really easily anyway, in which case, what's it going to do for them? Yes. But it does seem to be anecdotally true, certainly from patient feedback that people who use this cream have higher blood flow in their genitals. And as a result, every physiological aspect of arousal is heightened to a certain degree, especially lubrication. That makes sense.
right? Because it's just doing whatever would naturally, like, it's just doing whatever would
naturally happen during orgasm naturally, right? I never thought that that would be like a thing.
I thought I was like the only one. But then I had another actual person who calls into my show
who bought it and she had the same exact experience. So I didn't realize that was a definite side
effect. A positive side effect. Why not? Right. Right. It's great to hear. Yeah.
Yeah. So why don't you explain the new thing that's out that I'm going to run and get as well? Okay.
because when I talked about,
I just go on and let you know real quick on my Patreon
when I was talking about the female arousal cream
that I was getting in and people were chiming in with their experience.
Someone said, oh, well, I use this other thing.
And I was like, oh, I never heard about it.
But this is what you're offering now.
Could you explain your new female arousal?
I don't know what you want to call it.
I forget the name of it.
You explain.
Well, sure, it's called shameless chemistry.
Oh, yes.
It's a tablet that dissolves under the tongue.
And Anna, I'll let you describe it, but essentially I'll let the listeners know that it has 100
international units of oxytocin and five milligrams of to dollop though.
Yeah, absolutely.
So, Anna, you want to explain it?
Sure.
So oxytocin is that lovely, you know, cuddle or puppy love hormone.
It's also known as a neuropeptide.
And it's this really awesome chemical or peptide that once it's in our system, it helps just have that
lean in effect. So when you're talking to a partner, you're just more in tune with them. You just have more
of that physiological response, that awesome lean in. I want to be here. I want to be talking to you.
It just helps encourage that connection. So that's really nice, just especially if you've been having a
long day and you just need something a little bit more. Just take that edge off and help you want to
be more in that moment, more in that mode of connecting with people.
That's how that part of that medication can help.
And then the Tidalafil is the, you know, with Cilis, essentially.
A lot of people know that, but it's a low dose, it's just five milligrams.
And it's really good to help, again, improve blood flow to the female genitals,
help with engorgement and blood flow, it can help with lubrication.
It can help increase sensation.
So you're enhancing your experience in two different ways, which is really neat.
Well, the oxytocin. Now, when did they start using that? Like, because I mean, like you said, that's naturally occurring, right? Like, that's something that we have. Is that, I mean, is that being stimulated when we do get in the mood naturally? And then they just realize, like, oh, let's figure out a way to increase that so that people could get to that place quicker.
Yes, exactly. And we have a full rundown of available research at shameless care.com slash shameless chemistry. People can look at the research there. But exogenous use, which is that's when you put it.
into your body, so not occurring naturally, but you insert it into your body, either by an
injection or a nasal spray or a tablet like in our case. That's been studied for probably a couple
of decades now, I would say, and it's really interesting the things that it'll do. And some people
it even shortens fights the couples have between each other because it just sort of helps people
remind each other of why they liked each other in the first place. On the commercial market,
yeah, on the commercial market, I probably first saw it, you know, maybe like four years ago,
like that. But we wanted to make sure that there was some more research that came out before we
brought it to market at Shamless Care. And I'm just more and more blown away by the research that does
come out about it, including its safety and how it's not, you know, habit forming. It doesn't
seem to have any downstream effects in terms of interfering with your natural hormone production
and things like that. And so that's why we brought it on. And this is going to be like probably a dumb
question, but you know, I'm not a medical professional. Like, okay, oxytocin is that something that
men have as well? And does this something that they treat men with or men can take as well?
Yes, absolutely. And as a matter of a fact, we're going to be releasing on September 1st
a nasal spray of oxytocin. So if somebody wants just the oxytocin, they can do the nasal
spray. And that product will be offered to both men and women. The reason why this initial product
is geared just towards women is because that five milligrams of todolophil should be enough so that
most women feel that physiological increase in arousal due to the increased blood flow in their
genitals, Kathy.
But it may not, it may not be enough for men who are suffering from true ED.
And so we didn't want men to take this product, not really get the erection that they wanted,
because that is a relatively low dose of the PDE5 inhibitor to dollophil.
But with the oxytocin that we're bringing on September 1st, men will be able to take
whatever ED medication they normally take.
maybe that's 50 milligrams of Viagra, something like that, and just take the oxytocin on their own through that nasal spray.
Of course, they should always be honest with their physician about what medications they're taking and ask those specific questions.
But yes, oxytocin can be used for men.
It is beneficial in a lot of men, and we are going to be bringing it to the marketplace on September 1st through that nasal spray.
Hey, guys, do you know that you have a G spot?
That's right.
Guys have a G spot too.
and you know where it is, it is hidden right underneath your taint. Now, if you don't know where your
taint is, it is that little landing strip right in between your balls and your asshole. Now, listen,
if you stimulate your male G-spot, you're going to have what's called a prostate orgasm. Now,
I've never had a prostate orgasm because I'm a chick, but the guys who have called into my show
who have had them talk about them being the best effing orgasm ever. And that's why I'm excited to
tell you about the butter wellness perineum massager. The reason why I love this massager for male
prostate orgasms is because you don't have to put this inside to have one. Okay. Their massager is
designed to only be used externally. Okay. Now listen, I'm a chick so I've never used
to have a prostate orgasm, but you can use it on your partner. I have one and I use it as a little
clit massager. It's a little vibrator. You can
share it with your girl, but if you take it and you push down on your G-spot, you could have a
prostate orgasm. I had a listener email me recently, and he said, I not only bought your buck,
but I also bought the butter massager. And I was like, oh my God, can you tell me how it works for you?
Because I like to give other people, like specific information for people who actually use the
product. And he said, not only did it give him prostate orgasm, sometimes when he used it,
it also gave him stronger erection so much so that his wife noticed the difference. And he
felt like he was actually also ejaculating further when he was using it during orgasm. And he also
raved about their water-based lube that you get with it. He calls it the best. He said it warms up
to your body's temperature and a little amount goes a long way. So listen, after hearing that
great review, why not go check out the butter perineum massager yourself? And you could get the
butter starter kit, which does come with the water-based loop. All you got to do is go to butterwellness.com
and use my code strictly for 20% off your whole order. That's butter wellness, B-U-T-T-E-R-W-E-L-L-N-E-S-S.
Dot com. Use my code strictly at checkout for 20% off your whole order. So make sure to order up.
Of course, they should always be honest with their physician about what medications they're taking
and ask those specific questions.
But yes, oxytocin can be used for men.
It is beneficial in a lot of men, and we are going to be bringing it to the marketplace on September 1st through that nasal spray.
And listen, I know that when I bought my shamelessly aroused from your website,
like I know that there was a lot of questions I had to answer, you know, a physician, I'm assuming,
look through it, right?
So like that is the place where if you're going in, you need to be honest and talk about everything else
that you are on as well if you're getting that.
So now what does it like physically do?
Like, you know, because I know that the, the Viagro cream that I use, like, I'm like, oh,
it also made me wetter.
Like, that's kind of interesting.
You know, what are the side effects that people talk about when, you know, they take
this oxytocin tablets?
Is that what, you know, the shameless chemistry?
Well, there's two different medications in it, of course.
So the todolophil should act very similar to that cream.
Okay.
Except you're, you know, you're putting it under your tongue.
and it's entering your bloodstream that way,
as opposed to being topically applied locally to the clitoris and vulva.
So it should do basically the same thing.
And there's some nice research out there,
for example, showing in Doppler radar or Doppler ultrasound, rather,
that it increases blood flow and genitals to women and things like that.
So it should be a very similar effect, Kathy,
to what you experience with the shamelessly aroused screen.
Right.
And then the oxytocin, you know,
I don't know that those are really physiological responses
from the standpoint of like people are going to know
just being wetter or that sort of thing.
Yeah.
But it definitely helps people feel more connected to their partner.
And that can definitely heighten arousal.
And then if arousal is heightened,
then all of those physiological responses are going to happen anyway, of course.
Okay, another dumb question.
So I have a partner, but I don't really like it.
Like, I'm not in a romantic relationship with him.
But he's like my booty call guy.
So like, if I take this,
is just this going to make me like, you know,
just more into wanting to have sex with him?
Is that what you're saying?
You know, because like, you know, I mean, you know, he's a great friend.
I don't need to fall in love with him, you know.
Like, it's just going to make me more in the mood.
Yeah, that's essentially how this works.
It's not going to alter your emotion.
You're not going to be madly in love.
Yeah, it just sounds like I'm going to like him more.
This is not love potion number nine.
Yeah.
I don't need that.
I don't need that.
You know what I mean?
No.
Right.
It's just going to make you like more in the mood for sex, like more focused or more in
that mindset.
You know?
I think that 100...
Good for it, Robert.
I think with 100 international units of oxytocin, what most people are going to feel is going to be...
They're going to feel something, but it's going to be fairly subtle.
I do think that people need to be careful, Kathy, because oxytocin is one of the many hormones
that's released during, you know, when people are experiencing new relationship energy,
which a lot of your listeners are probably used to.
When you're feeling really, really connected.
to somebody. And so I do think perhaps a little bit of caution is in order. If you really,
you're already having great sex with this guy, you don't like him, you don't want to, you don't
want to like them. Maybe not take it with him. No, I mean, that wasn't my fear. I was just like,
what's going to be the benefit? I mean, I could, I could click in and get into it. You know,
I don't need to be in love to want to bang somebody, you know, so I was just wondering. I mean,
listen, I think it's like the fact that you said before that there's like reports that it makes people like
get over arguments more. I think of that's like super interesting. I was just wondering, so oxytocin
is that thing though that you guys are talking about where, you know, I mean, I remember those
studies that came out at a certain point and it talked about how like women have more of that
release when they have sex with a man. And that's why they tend to, you know, have a little bit
harder over a problem of like just having a booty call and having sex and whereas a man can
do it easily. Is that like that's the same hormone we're talking about, correct?
It is.
Yeah, it's released during like orgasm.
It's released during cuddling.
It's released naturally during breastfeeding.
It's the connection hormone.
It absolutely is.
Right.
But isn't it also the like, but isn't it, isn't there like a thing about it where men have
less of a release of it than women?
And that's why women get more connected after they have sex and have an orgasm with a man
and we're like kind of fucked and men aren't?
Is that true?
Anna, do you know like medically?
Is that a real thing?
I don't know off the top of my head if men release more or less than women, but I do know
that women have more receptors to receive the hormone than men do.
So I don't know about the actual release.
Yeah.
So I can't answer that.
Because I do remember when this whole thing came out and it made a lot of sense for a lot
of women, including me, of like why women get like way more attached to men.
they don't even like them just after they have sex, like after they orgasm a bunch of times,
you know, and why they have to be a little bit more cautious about sort of going there constantly
to the same guy. You might wind up liking someone because there is that kind of release,
but I'm like, it must not be there for guys because they don't have that same experience, really,
you know, I don't know. So I was just wondering if it's the oxytocin that you're talking about,
I would think that that's kind of interesting. So you're saying don't take it if you don't want
to like somebody.
and more rubber.
Well, I think everybody's a little bit different.
When I think about it in terms of non-monogamy, see, my non-monogamy experience is really
things like swinger clubs and things like that.
Talk about that.
Where people go and, you know, they want to flirt and they want to build that connection.
That's why they're going.
But sometimes, you know, you've had a rough day and you're kind of tired.
And that person that you might think was cute if you were in a better mood seems kind of
annoying because you're not.
That's where something like oxytocin might really help in a non-monogamy situation.
It just kind of, the research shows, warms people up to other people's faces.
So some of the research, well, some of the research, for example, showed that women, if they found a
man's face attractive, and they were taking exogenous oxytocin, were much more likely to
lean in closer to that man.
And, you know, as well as I do, Kathy, that flirting is a lot of back and forth energy, right?
So if I'm in a really good, flirty mood and I'm giving that energy off,
somebody's going to receive that energy and turn it right back around at me.
And that's essentially what flirting is.
And so I feel like if somebody takes something that augments that energy slightly on their end,
it can really change their whole night for the better.
Yeah, no.
See, that even works in my situation.
That's kind of like what I was getting at.
I probably didn't say it more properly.
Like it would it could be used in my kind of situation just to get me in the mood,
turn other things off, right?
like and just click into that headspace that I need to be and want to be to have great sex.
Yeah, very well could, Kathy.
Yeah, that's cool.
And sometimes for women, it just takes a little bit of that pressure off because let's be
honest, there's a lot of pressure put on women to be the connectors and the receivers
and just having that, even if it's just a 5% help, that little bit of a leg up, a little boost,
it can be such a relief to just know, hey, this is better.
I'm into this more.
It gets you more of that confidence and it just, it's a nice thing that way.
Well, listen, I think for women, for sure, you know, it is so much more mental than it is
for men.
So I think something that helps you mentally as opposed to just physically, just like, just
knowing that, I feel like, of course it's going to help because isn't it more mental for
women in a way?
Oh, absolutely.
Yeah.
So I think something that does, I didn't know, like when somebody brought up that they took this, that they were taking a different product that had that in. I'm like, oh, that's kind of smart because like I said, I know that for women it is a lot. It starts a lot of mostly in our head. So if you could, you know, switch something there first, that's only going to help everything else.
Correct. It's a great, like, downstream impact. If you're already mentally in a better connection place, it's going to help you.
continue on with everything else down the road.
Yeah, I love it. So now, is it something that you could take daily?
Is it, you know, like you buy a script and is it like a, you know, how many come in a pack?
Like, give me all the details.
Okay, sure. Well, people just order it from shameless care.com.
We have a team of 24 board certified physicians.
So let's say one of your listeners lives in Arkansas, they would be seamlessly connected to a
shameless care physician that's licensed in Arkansas who reviews all.
of their information. The patient chooses either 12 or 24 doses. Okay. And this comes from our great
partner pharmacy called Belmar Pharmacy, an outstanding pharmacy. It ships directly from there.
Two-day UPS shipping. The medication label says that you can take one or two every three days.
So this isn't something, Kathy, that people should take every day, but they could take it up to
every three days if they choose to. One or two. So you could take like one,
and if you feel like it didn't give you like any full effects,
you can go up to two is what you're saying in a one time session?
Yes.
Yes.
Okay.
And it has to end every three days is correct, right?
Yes.
Yes.
It is a hormone.
And so I think people need to be a little bit careful.
I don't know that there's any negative impacts of taking it daily,
but our physicians decided that every three days was probably the more cautious approach.
Right.
And so the 12 or 24 packs.
is what you have available.
That's true.
Right.
And it's the same kind of process that I went through.
Like you just go online, right?
Answer a couple of questions.
And then you get your script through your, you know, through your site and then the medication is sent.
Do you want to?
Yeah, absolutely.
And do you want to say the price?
I mean, how much?
Is it around the same amount as it?
I mean, I felt like the shameless arousalcrum was very affordable.
It was only like 100 bucks.
and it gives you a lot in that thing that I got.
Oh, sure, Kathy.
A 12 count is $120, and that includes the physician.
That includes a medical consultation, shipping, everything like that.
Yeah.
And 24 count is $170.
So people get a little bit of a discount there if they go the 24 count route.
Right.
And if you take hormones and all that kind of stuff, you're okay.
Because I know I'm on HRT.
I know that it was fine for the arousal cream.
There's no sort of like no-nows as far as like HRT.
people are on it.
I don't want to answer any medical questions.
Yeah, I don't want to answer any medical questions like that.
But I think that people should just be honest with their physician, their shameless care
physician.
Yeah.
And if somebody's prescription is denied because of another medication that they're on or something
like that, then they get a full refund.
So there's really no harm in trying that process out.
Right.
Okay.
Now listen, let's get real.
Great chemistry and really great sex.
Isn't just about the connection.

Yeah, it's all about dosing.
And so that's why it's an individual thing.
Because if you're on a super high dose, then you've got to be more cautious.
So that's why, again, that's a really individualized thing.
And again, what's great about the shameless care doctors, you can tell them how much you're
and you're never going to be judged.
They'd be like, all right, this is safe or it's not?
So they're going to be the best ones to look at your case and say, is this safe or is it not safe?
Right.
Okay.
So, and now can you take it if you're taking also the arousal cream?
Can you take them both at the same time or should they be used separately?
So considering that there's a little bit of that same stuff in the tablet.
People should use those separately, Kathy, because they're both PDE5 inhibitors.
One has sylidephyl, which is essentially Viagra, and the other has todolafil, which is essentially,
essentially Seattle. But they're doing the same thing. And so people should choose one or the other,
certainly. Right. Awesome. I think that's a great new thing. Like I said, I'm totally going to
try it. I know somebody who said that they had tried something like that thought it was like really
fantastic. It makes sense to me. I like to try things and then tell my listeners all about it.
You know, I know a lot of people ran out and bought the cream. That's still available too. Like I said,
that's like $100. You guys also offer, are you doing doxypep for women now too?
for women, men, right? You have doxypep, which I think is a great thing that you offer
STI testing, all that kind of good stuff at shameless care. Oh, yeah, absolutely. DoxyPepb is very
effective in women, and based upon the STI test results that we get back, women can certainly
benefit from it, absolutely. So yes, we've been proud to be offering doxyPPPP for women
for probably about two years now. And, I mean, you are, you do have like a really comprehensive
of STI testing in that you do throat swabs and all that kind of stuff. You were the first person
that talked to me about how you could get gonorrhea of the throat. I just had a guest
on recently who had that and talked about that. And unbeknownst to them, he had that and had no
idea. But I know that you do talk about different things regarding STIs on your podcast when I was
looking through. It was like, oh, does ejaculation cause more risk, you know, for having? And I was like,
I was kind of curious, you know, like, does it?
Like, what is the deal?
Like, when it comes to STI, does ejaculation cause it more?
Or put you more at risk?
Does it contain more of the virus or the stuff that's out there?
Well, it's a really interesting topic, isn't it?
And it's one that people ask about a lot.
And I've noticed that on Reddit, for example, when people ask STI questions,
they often give a lot of details.
Like, I was inserted for 3.5 minutes.
I didn't ejaculate.
Like they have a lot of specific questions,
which gives us like a never-ending topic of podcast things to discuss.
Essentially with HIV and Hep B and Hep C, hepatitis B and hepatitis C,
those three infections you do have a higher risk if someone ejaculates inside of you
because those viruses are inside of the ejaculate.
And so you're getting a larger dose of it inside of your body if somebody comes.
but for the rest of them, you know, HPV, herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia,
there doesn't seem to be any increased risk there because those particular infections
are not actually inside of the semen.
So you're being exposed to those whether or not the person ejaculates, but it was a nice,
that's the short version of people want to hear the long version with a lot of fun jokes
and things.
You can certainly listen to podcasts.
Well, and, and I mean, so does that, is that, so if I hear that it's only in ejaculate,
Does that mean if the guy doesn't come, then you have no risk of that?
Or is there always a little pre-com that you have no idea?
So it's always kind of there.
Well, those viruses that I talked about that are in the ejaculate are also in blood.
So that's, so anytime, you know, there's friction, anytime you're being, you know, someone's inserting inside of you, there's, there's risk of HIV.
There's risk of heppe and there's risk of hepatitis C.
It's just that if somebody ejaculates inside of you, then you're going to, you're going to, you're
to be exposed to much more of the ejaculation. There was one study that we talk about on the podcast,
and Anna, you could correct me if I'm wrong. I think it showed about a 50% increase in risk over
time. They were looking at couples where one person has HIV and the other doesn't. There was about
a 50% increase over time if the person didn't pull out and essentially, you know, came inside of
their partner as opposed to pulling out and coming wherever else. Oh, interesting. And I know that,
I mean, I remember the moment I learned that, like, oh, you don't have to, like, go inside to get a lot of these STIs, right?
Like, I was always a hypochondriac, not about anything that, like, you could take a pill for, but anything that you die from, you know, so it was always very protective when it came to sex.
And I remember getting like this little thing down there and thinking I had herpes and it was like so fucking horrified.
And, but I used condoms all the time.
I went to my gynecologist.
And, you know, it turned out it was just like a pimple, actually.
And I was fine.
But she was the first person who educated me.
I don't know why I didn't know this, but that she was like, listen, just because like, you know, if that, you know, penis touches your leg without a condom, you could get herpes on your leg. I had a friend who got it on her ass because his guy swiped it. And that's when I was like, oh my God, I can't even let a guy's dick touch me on the outside without a condom if you really want to be protective because you can get it on outside anywhere. A lot of these things, correct? I mean, I think some people don't understand that.
Yeah, absolutely. Go ahead, Anna.
You can tell them about herpes of the finger.
What?
Yeah.
So back in the day, dentists before they were using gloves would get herpes of the finger because they were, you know, if you had an oral outbreak and they were doing your dental work, dentists used to get it of the finger.
Oh, my God.
It is something I know crazy.
So you can get it multiple places.
and I mean, I used to do intake physicals on prisoners, and sure enough, you can have herpes
in many locations, usually in the peri-anal region and genital region, but you can get it
other places as well.
Yeah, and talk about the difference between herpes on your mouth and herpes down there.
Like, if someone has herpes on their mouth and then they go to town on someone down there,
is it going to, they're going to have herpes of the mouth down there as opposed to the other
herpes?
Like, can you explain the two different types?
And then which one lives on your mouth and down there?
And what's the deal with oral sex or doing anything when you have either?
You should do a whole episode on that because I think people,
there's a little confusion with that too as well.
I think we did, didn't we, Robert?
We did do a whole episode on it.
I think Kathy's saying she could do a whole episode on it.
But yeah, go ahead and go ahead.
Oh, okay.
Yeah, I was not.
Simple checking my memory there was like, oh, no.
I thought we did.
Yeah, it's a good topic.
It's a good topic.
You're going to give me the short overview of people want to hear more.
I'm going to go listen to that episode, but give me the rundown real quick.
Do you want me to take this one, Robert?
Please.
Okay.
So in the past, we used to think of the herpesin plus Vex virus, one and two, of being of the mouth or of the genitals.
But over time, because, you know, grandmas aren't kissing on babies as much,
oral herpes wasn't spreading the same way.
And so now you can get, I guess the best way of putting that is cross-contamination.
Yeah.
So you could get what used to be considered oral herpes of the genitals and you can get genital herpes of the mouth.
Those can be passed back and forth through oral sex.
But if you have immunity to one in somebody else has that exact same kind,
you're not going to get that same virus again. Does that make sense?
Well, how would you have immunity to it? Because you have it already? Or, I mean, how do you get
immunity? Correct. So like, sure. So back in the day when, you know, grandmas with cold
sores would kiss on babies or things like that, you know, babies would get oral herpes from
that. And that would give them immunity to that particular virus. So they could not get
oral herpes of the genitals if they already had it of the mouth. Does that make sense? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh,
that's kind of interesting. I know, listen, I have it on my lip and I've had it since I was little and, you know,
it was like my biggest fear to pass it on to my son. I'm so paranoid because it's like a nightmare.
You know, but I could go years without having it, but let me tell you and you could tell me why,
but like if I'm with a guy, like I dated a couple guys that must have had it too and I made out with
them and got like so much of it on my mouth after because they had it as well. Like that's like the
worst pairing. Why do you like, why does it get activated when you're with someone that has it
mouth to mouth? Because mouth to mouth, I would get it from my two guys I dated that both had it
and I would get outbreaks just from making out with them. Is that normal?
I don't know that that's normal. Kathy, it may have just been a really vigorous,
really vigorous session with a lot of grinding. Yeah, yeah. But yeah, but yeah, I think what people
need to understand is that the phrase, you know, HSV-1 being called oral herpes and HSV-2 being called
genital herpes, that those days are just long gone. Because anymore, the predominant form of
general herpes is HSV-1. So many people are getting HSV-1, which used to only be cold sores.
Because, as Anna said, these young people are reaching adulthood. They do not have cold sores.
And so you talked about, that's exactly how you were raised, Kathy. You've always had them as far as you
know. Well, guess what?
you can't get HSV-1 genitally.
It would be extremely unlikely for you to get it.
You're essentially immune because you already have the infection.
Right.
But a lot of these kids now are being raised, you know, without cold sores, and they reach adulthood.
And guess what?
They're prime candidates to get genital herpes from somebody else's essentially cold sores.
Wow.
So maybe I should not be so careful not to give it to my son.
Because I'm like, the last thing I want is to give, he's got gorgeous lips to give him this curse because it's like, oh, you go in the.
the sun and you get one.
You know, it's so fucking annoying.
But so wait, so because like, and let me ask you this, because if you tell somebody
that you have it, they're like, oh, my God, I've blown a lot of guys.
I have never been told that I've given anybody any kind of herpes ever.
I mean, listen, if I have one and it's stingy and itchy, like I'll never go down on a guy,
but like, I mean, it's not that easily transferable if you don't have one, correct, on your
mouth?
You start shedding the virus a few days before you notice that you're going to have a cold sore.
It sounds like in your case, Kathy, you don't really get that many frequent outbreaks.
No, no.
And so if that's the case, then obviously your risk is lower than somebody that's having,
you know, five, six outbreaks a year.
There are medications that people can take if they have HSV-1, either orally or genitally.
It doesn't matter which strain.
If they have it at all, they can take something called balocyclavir or another kind of
antiviral medication, which they can get from their own doctor or they can get from
shameless care.
and it really lowers the number of outbreaks, and it dramatically lowers the amount of virus that they're shedding.
And so it can really help to protect your partner, as well as make your life less annoying by just having less outbreaks.
Well, not only that, do you have, do you have that medication at shameless care?
We do.
Yeah, well, let me just tell you, I'm going to talk it up.
I have always those in my thing.
If I feel one coming on, okay, I never, I don't take it like daily because I really,
barely get them maybe once a year, once every three years. But if I feel one coming on and I start
taking them, like two days later, it never comes out. It never goes. It's like life changing
medication. It really works, right? I mean, I love it. I've never had it go past. Like, you know,
back in the day when I never took anything for it, it would have to go through all its phases.
None of those things over the counter really work that well if you ask me as someone that has it.
But when I take those pills, that medication, it's like amazing. It really stops.
dead in its track and short ends the duration of it.
That's what it's supposed to do.
That's what it's supposed to do.
Yeah.
It's interesting.
We see people at like hedonism resort and things like that in Jamaica and they'll be standing
in the pool with a big cold sore.
And I always have two thoughts.
The first thought is, you know, do they not know what that is?
No, no.
But my first thought is, do they know what that is?
Yeah.
If not, they may be making out with people.
They may be doing all sex.
You know, who knows.
But my second thought is, man, that's such a bummer that they let themselves have an
outbreak right before their vacation.
Had they been taking some sort of preventative medication, which, like I said, is really
inexpensive.
You know, had they started taking that maybe three weeks before their trip, that probably
wouldn't have happened to them at all.
No, it literally, because you know, as anybody out there that's listening, that's never
tried it, they know when they're getting it because you feel that tingling.
and then it just lasts for a couple days, if you're just like letting it sort of take its natural
process. But when I take that medication, and it's hard for me to pronounce it, when I take it,
like, after like the first day, the next day, that tingling is gone. And that tingling is the beast.
You know what I mean? That's like what's happening. And that does not stop if you do not
take that medication. But when I take that medication, it is stopped immediately after one day.
I mean, it's that drastic of relief. I just think it's like the greatest thing. I mean, I never
don't have it in my cabinet.
And it's great to know that if, like,
I couldn't get my doctor on the phone
and get my script renewed,
you know, that I could get it from shameless care.
Absolutely.
We've really been expanding our offerings lately, Kathy.
One of the things that we're really proud of
is emergency UTI treatment.
We have women that can...
Yeah, absolutely.
So if women, you know, women who have had, you know,
UTIs, they know exactly what they feel like,
just like your cold source.
They know when it's firing up,
they can order emergency UTI treatment at shameless care.com, fill out a medical questionnaire.
And then generally within, you know, 15, 30 minutes, something like that, the prescription will be sent to their local pharmacy of their choice.
Anna and I were just at a big swinger event called Not in New Orleans.
And we're really proud of the fact that we offered free UTI treatment to any woman that was there who was having, you know, issues.
We just sit out a coupon code on their social media.
and about 15 women took us up on that.
And you have to imagine there's 3,500 couples there.
There's a lot of women there that might get a UTI
from all the good times they're having in New Orleans.
And yeah, almost immediately the script was sent to the local pharmacy right there on Canal Street
and they could go pick it up.
So we're working really hard to keep our doctors busy and expand our offerings at Shameless Care.
And we certainly hope that people will check us out.
And for the UTIs is the same kind of thing like the minute you start taking.
You take antibiotics for that, right?
I only had one in my life, and I got to tell you, it is very important to get relief immediately,
because back in the day, I've only had one in my whole life.
It was a long time ago before, you know, telemedicine and all these kind of scripts online that you could get them.
You'd have to go to your doctor.
And I was like just blown it off.
I was young and a party girl.
And I was like thought drinking vodka and cranberry was going to take it away, you know,
because of the whole thing was like, oh, drink cranberry juice.
I'm like drinking vodka and cranberry.
It's going to take it away.
Well, it went into full-blown kidney infection.
It was the worst pain I ever.
had in my fucking life, like, I was going to go to the hospital because I'm like, I don't know what
the heck is happening me. And my doctor was like, really, like, you're really lucky you came now
because you could have done serious damage, you know? And really, it turns out, like, if I
would have just take antibiotics, like the first day, it would have been gone, right? It's kind of
like the same thing, like the herpes medication. It really stops it dead in its tracks.
Oh, yeah. It's wonderful. Antibiotics have an impact in 24 hours when they start taking them.
and it's a huge difference.
And a lot of times in a really uncomplicated course, you know, you only need three to five
days of antibiotics, which is not a ton.
And it's not negative to do that and help out your body.
Yeah.
And back in those days, besides just thinking that my cranberry juice and vodka was going to
take it, I was like a natural girl, like, oh, I don't want to take antibiotics, blah,
blah, blah, but like there are just some things you need it for and you got to take it.
Don't take the natural route because like what happened to me.
It happens, right?
It's not going to go away on its own, most likely.
at least mine didn't.
It's dangerous, is what I'm saying.
I mean, I'm just giving my own personal story.
But I just think that because I never had them, I didn't really know what was going on.
And I just thought it could go away.
But some women get it all the time.
And having sex is a big thing that could cause it.
Is that true?
It is.
The urethra in women, which is the exit from the bladder to the outside of the body is quite short.
You know, guys have the advantage of having these really.
well, relatively long urethras is compared to women.
And so bacteria, it's really easy for bacteria to just crawl from the outside up through that urethra and into the bladder and just make itself a home.
The most common bacteria is E. coli, which is very common in fecal matter.
And so that's one of those things where it's just really easy during sex.
If those fluids are flowing, which hopefully they are, things can go.
up the urethra and manifest a little home inside of the bladder and cause problems.
Yeah, so super interesting.
So you guys offer that too.
You want to talk about other things that you talk about on your podcast,
give some people some more information?
Oh, sure.
Well, Kathy, I think we're roughly the same age.
I don't know that for sure.
But do you remember how big of a top culture phenomenon by Agra was in the 1990s?
Yeah.
Like around 1998, 1998.
Yeah, and let's do the math of how long it came out.
It took to come out for women.
Yeah.
But yeah, I get that.
30 years.
Yeah, let go on.
You've been a podcast about the history of Viagra, and it'll absolutely blow your mind, Kathy.
You know, Pfizer was, Pfizer originated Viagra.
They were doing research on this as a heart medication, and they just realized this idea
of erections as one of the really side effects that a lot of men didn't want to talk about,
but also didn't want to give their medication back when it came time for the clinical trials
to end.
And there's this really great story where a very observant nurse realized that some of the men on the exam table didn't want to turn over.
And she kind of realized partly what was going on.
And so there's a million things responsible for Viagra, but she's a very important part of that topic.
And I often think, like, man, I would love to see this nurse because she had to be really hot, right?
Like if she was giving these guys erections just from being in the room with her.
and Pfizer made billions of dollars, and she's partly responsible for that just for being, you know, observant, but also really hot.
And I just think that's such a fun story because I can imagine she just got her regular, you know, nursing salary in 1997 or whatever, which is probably like 30 grand a year.
And meanwhile, the corporation made billions and billions of dollars.
Yeah, they could throw her.
Yeah, they could have thrown her a couple millions and wouldn't even touch their, you know, wallet.
But like, oh, my God, that's so interesting.
What made you, Robert?
Listen, what's interesting about Robert, I don't know about Anna.
It sounds like you're in the lifestyle, too, because you were at Noddy or in Orleans,
or maybe you were just there as representative of the company.
But, Robert, you are in the lifestyle.
Like, what made you go into this line of business?
You know, I mean, I know Anna's a physician's assistant, but why are you in this, you know,
business helping people in this way?
Oh, that's a fun story.
Yeah, gonorrhea is what made me.
Right, of the throat, right?
Is that really?
Yeah, exactly.
That's it?
That's it. That's it, Kathy. I was perfectly happy living my life and I was getting STI tested from a company, which I won't mention doesn't matter. But, you know, it's advertised as really thorough testing. And I didn't even know what throat swab testing was. I had never, I had never in my life been throat swab tested. It was always a blood test and a urine test. And I thought for men, that's all you needed. And then one day I had a partner texted me and tell me I had given her gonorrhea. And I showed her the negative test results, which I was so proud of because I had just gotten them back. And she,
She's like, well, it doesn't look like you were throat swab tested.
And I was just like, what the hell is that?
I never even heard of that before.
And that really kind of pissed me off, Kathy, if you'll forget my language, because I just felt
so bamboozled or victimized from that, not to be dramatic.
But, I mean, I was doing what I thought was right by getting STI tested proactively.
But guess what?
I also have unprotected oil sacks.
And to find out that that was just missing.
And it was missing and nobody had even told me that, like, hey,
Just so you know, you've ordered this test, it's not going to cover, you know, oral gonorrhea.
It's not going to cover anal gonorrhea if you have anal sex.
That just really, really bothered me because in my experience from the Swinger lifestyle,
like it, naughty New Orleans, for example, if you walk through the playrooms,
and people have to imagine, this is a gigantic event where the playrooms are an entire floor of this massive hotel.
There are hundreds, if not a thousand people having sex in there.
at the same time. And you will probably not see a single person having oral sex with a condom or a dental dam.
And so for all of those people then to go home and say, okay, I'm Mr. Responsible. I'm Mrs. Responsible.
I'm going to get STI tested and not get a throat swab just breaks my heart. And I couldn't get any other company to do that.
And so that's why we started shameless care. And I really gave no thought into, you know, would it be profitable?
could I make this work? I just decided to do it and then we're going to fight like hell to make sure
that it's sustainable and to make sure that it works. And that's very much the process that we're on right now.
Yeah. And look how much you've expanded. I mean, were you always kind of like in a weird way
interested in like medical stuff? I know I am like I started my sexual health salaries because I was
always like really into health and fitness. Like I love going to the doctor and reading lab results.
I'll Google it like for hours afterwards. Like I don't know. I'm like into like that kind of stuff.
Like, you must have had an interest as well, right?
I mean, because here you are, you're not only just doing SDI testing.
Now you're getting into all these things.
You're doing a podcast where you're talking about it.
I don't know if you're dating Anna, but you know, you partner up with a physician's assistant.
So you're, you know, you're living this life now.
Did you always have kind of an interest or did this just like lead you into it?
I've always had somewhat of an interest.
I used to own a public health consulting company where we did a lot of child obesity grant work and things like that.
But I had actually left that field of work, and I would have been very happy not to get into this one.
It just felt like something had to be done.
And I realized that nobody else was going to do it.
And so I really consider it a win.
Even if someone doesn't buy testing from us, I really consider it a win if they just now know how to get tested.
We actually have a link on our webpage, Kathy, where it says free STI testing.
It's right there on the banner.
People can see it.
And it's an informational web page to help people get better testing from their doctor.
Because, you know, everybody's going to go back to work on Monday.
They're going to work their ass off all week.
If they're fortunate enough to have insurance, believe me, they've worked for it.
And if they want to use their insurance for testing, they should probably.
They just have to make sure that they're getting great testing and thorough testing.
And I'm here to tell you that most physicians out there are just not savvy enough on this issue.
to do it properly.
So when you think about oral gonorrhea and chlamydia,
or you think about things like mycoplasmatocetalian or trichomonas,
you know, if you go to your doctor and you say,
I'm a big slut, you know, test me for everything,
that doesn't unlock some special knowledge in the back of that doctor's mind
where they go, oh, this person is acknowledged that they're slutty,
therefore I'll test them properly.
They probably still don't know how to test you properly.
But on that webpage, it gives you some information you can tell the doctor,
like, no, I'm required.
requesting these tests. And if that doctor looks at you and says, okay, fine, but I don't know how to do the throat swab. I've never done it. There's a video on there from a physician 60 seconds that you can show your doctor in the exam room where that doctor on the video says, no problem. It's the orange optum of swab. You already have it in your exam room. Here's how you swab the throat. Here's how you code it in the computer. So just really help people get tested properly is what we're all about. And obviously, you know, we have a team of doctors.
We have tremendous expenses.
We need to sell products.
Absolutely.
We would love to sell people testing.
We would love to sell people medication.
But at the end of the day, we really want to be a force for good and for people who are
sex positive because there are a lot of companies out there that I don't think know a lot
about this subject.
No, and you're in the lifestyle yourself.
So you know, you're helping a lot of people.
You know, like you understand, like you said, in the lifestyle, you're seeing what people
are doing outside in the vanilla world, but times a thousand, right, in that one room.
And I think that, you know, a lot of people always make comments like, oh, why don't you ask these people, like how they get tested?
And I find when I talk to people, like they typically are being tested more so, right, than regular people because they are having a lot of sex.
But maybe they're not doing it in the right way, you know, because I think, you know, I think it's becoming more known now.
At least I know it, but I only know it because I talk to you, the whole throat swab thing.
You know, that's the only reason why I know that.
And I think there's probably still a lot of people out there that don't know about the oral gonorrhea and how you could get it.
But they could find out all about it by listening either to your podcast, right?
Give the shout out to all your stuff as well as where they could find you.
I'll put a link for anyone that wants to get any of your products, right?
I'll have that in the description as well as a link to your new podcast, right, so that people could go and get more health-related information over there.
But give your shout-out so that people know where to go.
But it'll also be in the description.
Okay, well, shameless care.com is our website, and that's where you can find all of the medications, all of the testing, all of the educational resources, and then the podcast is called the Shameless Care podcast.
We'd love to have you join us over there if you like.
I do have one special request for you, and that is if you do make a purchase from shameless care.com to use Kathy's promo code.
Kathy, do you want to give everybody your code?
Yeah, my code is actually strictly what people should do.
is go to the description, click on the link.
If they use my code, Robert, I know you said that they're going to get $15 off.
So just go to the description, click on the link for shameless care, use my code strictly,
and you're going to get $15 off your order.
And, you know, that code and everything is in the description.
And then you could find your podcast anywhere, like I said.
I'll link to both.
Since it's a new podcast, I'll help you out and link to both so people could get
more of this kind of information over there.
And then all of your great products, which I tried, I'm going to use my link and my code.
I used my code last time to get my, this new product.
And it's available now, right?
The oxytote, the shameless chemistry, correct?
It's available now.
They could go there and get it, right?
I could go there and get it.
Absolutely.
It's available now.
It shows up about maybe about two or three days after it's prescribed.
And yeah, it's available right now.
Okay, awesome.
Thanks, you guys.
Thanks, Anna.
Thanks so much for being here.
I'll put all the links in the description.
But thanks so much for coming on the show.
Thanks for having us.
Bye, Robert.
Bye, Anna.
Bye.
Bye.
Okay, I just want to tell you before you go that my book, it's called Strictly
Anonymous Confession, Secret Sex Lives of Total Strangers, is now available not only in paperback
and ebook, but you can pre-order the audiobook.
It's still not going to be out until August 25th, but you can pre-order it.
The book is basically 17 different stories taken from my chef.
I kind of picked one story from each category that I talk about on my show.
Like there's a hot wife story.
There's a cuck queen story.
There's a cuck story.
There's a gang being girl story.
Like I said, 17 stories.
And they're all told in the third person, and they're all true.
I took the interview and rewrote it in the third person.
And I wouldn't really call it like a total erotica book.
Think like Penthouse letters.
It's more direct.
It's not so over the top like erotica.
I don't really like that kind of vibe, right?
But these are true stories.
17 of them.
They're really short chapters, easy read.
You could read, you know, one or two and then skip around.
You could read the whole book.
It's available in eback format, paperback format.
And finally, the audiobook is available coming out August 25th.
But you could pre-order it now.
And if you buy my book in any format or pre-order it, I will throw in a complimentary link to my Discord,
My Discord does not disappoint.
Okay.
There's no way you get into my Discord any other way than getting the link from me.
Okay.
I give it to people who buy my book.
There's tons of people in there.
Everybody shares content with each other.
And that's what you get to do there.
You can post your own pictures and videos.
There's tons of channels.
We have lots of contests where you can win a lot of money.
It's a super fun place to be.
It's a total strictly anonymous community and you will love it.
I will be giving anyone who buys my book access.
to my Discord. It's private, like I said. All you got to do is email me a screenshot of your purchase,
whether you did the audiobook, the ebook, or the paperback. Send it to me at Strictly Anonymous
Podcast at gmail.com. That's strictly anonymous podcast at gmail.com. And I will send you the link
