Like I make sure to, because sometimes people might get scared and change their mind. Like I want them to always feel it. But if they say yes, then they feel like they control it. And I let them know, like, tell me if you need a pause. Tell me if we need to go back to something else. And that's when I'll usually start with like the pad of one of my fingers, often on my

non-dominate hand because it's less smart, so it's going to be a little gentler. And so I'll usually use like the tip of my, like the pat of my thumb or my middle finger, and I'll just start going around the outside edge. And if they're liking that, I'll add pressure.
