and he's super smart. I loved talking to him. He's going to really fucking help you. Now, I have talked to
Susan Bratton about how to lengthen and increase and better my orgasms. And when I did what she told me,
it fucking worked. And I have way better orgasms that I've ever had because I listened to her.
Now, Kevin Anthony is going to teach guys how to have killer orgasms and last longer in bed,
because he's going to talk all about stamina, lasting longer without sprays, without pills,
without anything, okay? And that's what he helps men do. He is a sex and relationship coach,
and he teaches guys how to have orgasms without ejaculating so they could last longer. And he talks
about the two different things that he helps guys with. He tells you what those two things are,
and then he gets deep into which one comes first and how he guides them through the first thing
and then how he guides them through the second thing and it's all super interesting. I'm not going to
get into it because you're going to have to listen to the episode, but you're going to want to
listen to it because what he talks about makes sense. It makes sense to me because some of the
things he talked about, I incorporated into having longer orgasms for myself and it really worked.
So like I said, listen up. He is a sex and relationship coach. He also has his own podcast.
plus he has a lot of information on his website more on this topic.
But you're going to learn a lot on here.
And you're going to get some good tips on stamina and lasting longer and why it's important
and what it could do for you and all that kind of good stuff.
The link to his website will be in the description.
And that's where you can find his podcast and all the other stuff or hire him to help you
learn how to last longer in bed.
But anyway, I'm going to get right to and be right back on with Kevin Anthony.
Hey, Kevin.
Should I say Kevin Anthony?
I want to say Kevin Anthony.
Yes, Kevin Anthony.
Okay, good.
Hey, Kevin Anthony.
Welcome to the Strictly Anonymous podcast.
How are you today?
I'm doing well.
Thank you for having me on.
The first thing I noticed about you when you called is like you have such a great voice.
And I'm like, oh, that's because like you're a podcast or maybe you were born to be a
podcaster.
You're a podcaster.
You also have a YouTube channel, but really what you are is a sex and relationship coach, right?
And that's what you do.
You have a podcast called the Love Lab podcast.
all about sex, love and relationship.
Same things happening over on your YouTube channel too, right?
Yes, so primarily I'm a sex love and relationship coach and certified sexologist.
So that's my primary work.
And I started my podcast, The Love Lab podcast, and my YouTube channel to support that work.
But it turns out that I do sort of have a natural talent for being a podcaster, which I never knew.
Yeah, who knew, right?
I started podcasting, by the way, like 11 years ago when barely anybody was.
but, you know, now everybody has a podcast and like, why not support what you do? And like I said,
I think that you probably, I mean, I know your voice sounds like a great podcaster. You know what I mean?
So you have the voice for it. And you are very educated in the things that at least I know my audience wants to know.
You talk a lot about like how to last longer in the bedroom without pills, right? Like we're talking stamina here.
Yes. I am not a big fan of taking pills or any sort of.
gimmicks, even some of the, you know, non-pharmaceutical interventions that come from certain
traditions. I'm also not necessarily a big fan of. So what I really work with men on is how to
create the stamina the right way that will last with you and that you will not have to be reliant
on pills or techniques, you know, that are not really sustainable.
Quick question before we get into all that.
What made you become a sex and relationship coach?
Like, why choose that?
Like, what's your backstory?
You know, it's a great question simply because, like, you don't get into doing this work
because you think you're going to get rich.
It is one of the most heavily suppressed, you know, fields out there.
Right.
And it's a constant struggle for us to get our message out there.
So, you know, it's not something that.
that we just decided, hey, this could be fun.
We could make a lot of work.
Most of us have gotten there through some sort of weird series of coincidences.
And my story is, I never had any intention of teaching any of this.
I just wanted to learn it for myself.
Oh, okay.
That's interesting.
Ever since I was young when I would have sex with my girlfriends, I would go, okay, that
was pretty good, but how could I be better at it?
Or I wish that was longer.
How could I go longer?
I just had this desire to want to be better at it.
And as I, you know, grew up and matured and ended up living in Southern California,
there's a huge sex positive community here, a huge tantra community here.
And I would just go, like, my idea of something fun to do on the weekend would be like,
let's go to a tantra workshop, right?
Yeah.
So I was just doing that all the time.
I was reading books.
I was experimenting.
I was going to workshops.
and I got integrated in the local poly community here,
and they would have guest speakers coming all the time.
So I was just doing that for fun.
But over time, I started noticing lots of people asking me,
hey, you know, how do you do such and such a thing?
Or, you know, could you teach me this?
And so I just started helping all my friends because they were asking for it.
And, you know, it's still even at that point,
I hadn't really come to the conclusion that, well, I guess I'm going to teach this until one day a random stranger just approached me in public.
I had no YouTube channel, no podcast, nothing, nobody knew who I was.
And just randomly asked me a question about it.
And I was like, okay, universe, I hear you.
I'm supposed to teach this.
Oh, wow.
So it's not someone that knew that you were into this.
It wasn't a friend of a friend that recognized you.
It was like literally random.
them. Completely right. In fact, I was out in public with my girlfriend at the time, her very young son.
And this guy was like kind of in our energy field. And he was just like, I got alerted to him because I thought he was a creeper. I was keeping an eye on him because.
Of course. Yeah. You got a little boy going on right there or a little girl.
Exactly. I was worried about them. And I was like, I got to keep an eye on this guy. And then once I got them packed up and off and on their way, that's when he actually approached me.
me a question. I just looked at him and I was like, wait a minute, are you asking me this?
Oh my God. Yeah. So you were like emanating it because you were like all in right at that time.
Maybe. I don't know. That's super interesting. I believe in stuff like that. So listen, like you said
like, you know, when you were younger, you got into it because you were always wanting to last longer.
Like I'm a chick. Guys don't come to me and, you know, after sex be like, oh, I wish I last
longer, but like, is that some sort of thing that a lot of guys are very, like, hyper aware of
and super insecure about?
I don't know that I would say hyper aware.
Unfortunately, a lot of men out there still think that, you know, five to seven minutes
is doing awesome.
Well, not when girls take a little bit longer to come than that.
Yeah, or a whole lot longer than that.
So I don't know that they're as hyper aware as maybe they should be.
You know, in my line of work, obviously most of the men that come to me, come to me because they do want to last longer.
But I would say out in the general public, there's less of an awareness around it.
But what they are aware of is that their sex life isn't that great.
In other words, you know, if they're not in a relationship, they can't hold on to one.
The women don't come back again.
Right, right, right.
They're not singing their praises about how great sex was.
And so they're like, okay, something's not right here.
you know, what do I got to do?
Yeah.
And sometimes they don't even put it together.
But is that a big, would that be a big reason that you think?
Or are there a lot of men that maybe struggle with stamina?
They don't even realize that that's like what's not bringing the girls back.
Yeah.
Sometimes they make the connection.
Sometimes they don't.
Yeah, yeah.
I would say in the general populace, that's probably accurate.
But there are definitely men out there who know for sure that they are struggling with this.
and they want to get better at it.
Yeah, because most guys I know are very into pleasing women,
so they do want to last as long as they can
to make you orgasm as many times as possible.
Do you know what I mean?
Like, that's like the typical guy that I know.
And I'm always like you could last a little bit shorter.
You know what I mean?
Like, I don't want to fuck for two hours, seriously.
I don't want the show.
You're very lucky then because, you know,
unfortunately, there's still a lot of men out there
who feel like, you know, we can have sex for the five to seven, maybe 10 minutes, and I have an
orgasm, maybe she does, maybe she doesn't, and that's considered good sex. And that is definitely
not considered good sex for her. Yeah. So if you, if you've had an abundance of men who show up
saying, I want to give you multiple orgasms, you are a lucky woman. And I tend to stick with like
the same booty call for a long time. So like, you know, it's like a certain type, right? But I'm not
like sleeping with tons of guys. But I think now that I'm thinking about like when I was like,
super slutty and younger, like most guys were totally selfish and they didn't give a shit about
pleasing me. Do you know what I'm saying? So let's talk to that average guy that maybe knows that
they have a stamina problem and maybe they're taking pills. Let's talk to that guy, though. Like,
what would be, you know, the first thing you would talk about? I don't know. Is it like, you know,
are there techniques or their questions you ask first? Yeah, okay, deep subject here. Let's start
with, since we've already kind of talked about.
about guys taking pills. Let's be clear, there are no pills that make you last longer.
There are only pills that give you an erection that doesn't go away after you ejaculate.
Oh, but you know what I'm going to say? This is a weird thing. It's not the average thing.
I'm just going to say why I brought it my brother because I was like, but I thought that you
take these pills to make you get harder. He said, no, they make me last longer because
I have a weird side effect that it makes me slightly numb. And that's what he liked about it.
I'm like, well, I have a spray you could take. It's by promesin and it will fucking
numb you out if that's what you want. So there is spray. There are sprays too, but yeah. So, okay,
you're right. Like, yeah. So, all right, let's get off the pills and let's talk about like what you,
how you would help a guy do it without any of that stuff. Okay, great. Yeah, I was also going to mention
that aside from the pills, there are sprays that would numb you out. Yeah, totally.
But if you don't have those sprays, right, and they don't work as well for everybody.
And, you know, anyway, so let's talk about, okay, what can a guy do?
The first thing we have to do is we have to sort of reframe what's lasting long needs.
So there's been two main studies done over the years.
The first one came to the conclusion that the average man lasts between three and five minutes.
The other one was, I think, three to seven or two to seven, something like that.
Anyway, less than 10 minutes the average man lasts.
But those same studies also determined that the average woman takes 20 to 30 minutes to
achieve orgasm.
So that means even if you're at the top of the scale and you're lasting 10 minutes,
you're still only a third of the way there if you're lucky.
Yeah.
Now listen, I don't know if you're like me and you invest hardcore in your bed and
betting, but I am totally one of those.
And if you're not that kind of person, you should be, okay, because you use your bed
for many, many hours.
It's so important to have a killer betting, okay?
and the foundation of killer bedding is your mattress. I am very picky. I recently purchased a new
mattress for my guest bedroom and I chose the Sedona Elite from Brooklyn Bedding. And the reason why I
chose it is because it has killer cooling features. I want to be under a lot of covers because I love
that feeling, but I want my mattress to be cool so I could keep those warm covers on. I don't want to be
sweating underneath them. So having a cooling mattress is super important. And I also picked it because
it has the type of comfort and support often associated with a luxury hotel mattress, which I'm
obsessed with. Okay. I want to sink in and feel like I'm in a luxury hotel when I go to bed.
And I want my guests or my son or whoever's going to be using that bed to feel the same way too.
Now, I haven't got my Brooklyn Bedding mattress yet.
I am eagerly awaiting it.
And when I get it, I'm going to tell you all about it.
Okay, but let me just tell you, Brooklyn Bedding has won so many awards.
They've been awarded Best Mattress by C&ET and Best Hybrid Mattress by Wirecutter.
They also offer 120-day comfort trial.
I love a company that backs up their product with a money-back guarantee.
Okay, they're going to give me four months to try.
try it and you four months to try it so if you don't like it you can return or swap it out hassle
free which is killer so now if you haven't invested in a good mattress or need a new mattress or just
want to up your sleep a game go get yourself a mattress from Brooklyn betting they have a different
mattress for everybody and every sleep style even hard to find sizes so even if you're not sure
which mattress is right for you all you have to do is take the Brooklyn betting sleep
quiz and you're going to find the perfect match in under two minutes. So what are you waiting for?

But those same studies also determine that the average woman takes 20 to 30 minutes to achieve
orgasm.
So that means even if you're at the top of the scale and you're lasting 10 minutes, you're still
only a third of the way there if you're lucky.
Yeah.
Right.
So, you know, for a guy who says, oh, you know, I'm not, I don't premature ejaculate.
I don't have a problem.
You know, I can last, you know, as long as it, you know, any average guy.
The average guy isn't anywhere near lasting long enough to truly satisfy a woman.
Right.
So we need to reframe that.
So, you know, guys, if you're listening to this, ask yourself an honest question.
How long can you actually go where you maintain an interaction?
you don't ejaculate and you're not constantly struggling to hold it back the entire time
and thereby holding yourself back and holding her back.
If it is less than 30 minutes, then you need to learn how to last longer.
And don't you feel like probably most guys that answer to that question would be their way less than 30 minutes?
Oh yeah, absolutely.
Most men would be way less than 30 minutes.
Yeah, yeah.
So listen up, guys.
He's talking to you.
So I keep going.
The reality is, yes, we love sex as men.
We want sex as men.
But women love sex just as much.
The data is really clear.
You know, there's still this perception out there that women don't want sex as much.
And that's really not true.
If women are getting good sex, they want sex.
Oh, yeah, for sure.
And when it feels good, you want to drag it out.
Especially if, like, I could only orgasm once.
I'm not multi-orgasmic, you know.
So sometimes if it feels,
good. Like, I don't want to calm so quick. You know what I mean? I want to last a long. I want to drag it out.
Right. And so I tell that to men because I want them to understand like this, this isn't just about pleasing her, although that's wonderful. But remember that, you know, the longer you can go, the more pleasure you enjoy as well. There's this co-creation of energies that happens during this lovemaking. So it is definitely in your best interest to learn how to last longer.
Right. And I would assume I'm not a guy, so I don't know. But sometimes you see a guy's face when you're banging them. You know they're like thinking about something crazy just to not fucking come and trying as hard as they can. I mean, I know it's that hard for me to control my orgasms. It's very different for women. Like I could drag my orgasm and hold it for really long without having to think of the weather or something horrible, you know. But for guys, I think it's really hard, right?
It can be. And you mentioned one of the techniques. So early on, I said there are some other techniques that come.
traditions that I'm also not big fans of.
You just mentioned one of them.
What is it?
This idea of having to try to take your mind off what's happening in the moment and think of
something else.
The problem with that is, though, is you're not present anymore in the moment.
And you as a woman, you know, when your man is present with you, you feel it.
When he's not present with you, you also feel it.
As soon as he checks out mentally, you're like, where did he go?
Yeah, turn off.
That's a fucking turn off.
It is a turn off.
And if you were, if you were getting close,
to your orgasm, you just got further away from it.
Totally.
And they're not enjoying it.
Like I said, I'm enjoying it when I'm dragging mine out.
But if he's having to think of something else, it's like he's not even, he's not there and
he's not enjoying it.
Like, so what's the point?
Exactly.
So then the question becomes, okay, if techniques like that don't really work and we don't
want to take pills, well, what does really work?
There's two things that every man needs to learn how to do if they want to last longer.
The first one is they have to train and strengthen their pelvic floor muscles.
The second one is they need to learn to separate their orgasm and their ejaculation.
Both of those are critical steps.
That second one you said is probably going to blow a lot of people's mind because you would always think that those things are together, but they don't have to be.
Is that what you're saying?
Exactly.
So, you know, in the male orgasm, we tend to think of the, you know, orgasm.
and the ejaculation as being one in the same.
Exactly.
But they're not.
They're two separate events that tend to in most people occur simultaneously.
However, if you've learned how to do this, which I have and I experience this on a regular
basis, so I can personally attest to the fact that they literally are two separate occurrences,
you can learn how to split them up.
you can learn how to have non-egulatory orgasms, where you get the sensation of that energy release
that happens.
And you also can get those rhythmic contractions of your pelvic floor muscles, right?
But there's no actual ejaculation.
And does that help you stay hard then?
Is that the point?
Is that like why you would want that to happen first before the ejaculation?
Yes.
So, you know, if you have an orgasm and an ejaculation at the same time, when you actually ejaculate, that triggers your body to basically stop your erection, right?
So, and then you go into what's called the refractory period.
So, you know, it could be 10, 15, 20 minutes before you can achieve an erection again.
Yeah.
If you have a non-ejaculatory orgasm, you don't lose your erection.
you don't go through that waiting period of the refractory period.
So therefore, you can continue having sex for as long as you want.
Yeah, that's so interesting.
And I'm sure that so many people don't have a clue about that.
And it's weird that people don't teach you that first and foremost.
Do you know what I mean?
Because who would think that those are two separate things
because it's always typically happening at the same time?
Yeah, I mean, look, there's so many things in the realm of sexuality that they should have
taught us and they don't, right? Yeah, but you don't even learn it in porn or anywhere because it's like
it's very rare that you even could imagine that these two things happen at separate time and that
you could hold off coming so that you could stay erect but still have an orgasm, blah, blah,
blah, you know, would you say though that, because I want to get back to your two things,
like, would you start at the pelvic floor, you know, strengthening first before you get to that
second thing or can they just, you know, could you just do one and, you know, build stuff?
or do they both have to happen at the same time?
You know, I don't know.
You tell me.
Well, typically when I'm starting with a man in a coaching program.
Yeah.
I usually start first with learning how to separate because there's a practice that I call
a mindful masturbation practice.
Okay.
That helps them learn how to separate their orgasm from their ejaculation.
And the reason I start with that first is because it takes some time to master.
Most men can't do it right away.
It's not like follow these steps and it automatically works.
Yeah.
It takes time.
And so generally I work with men over a period of three months.
And so we get started on that practice right away because there's a learning curve.
And we're retraining our body.
We're retraining physical patterns.
We're retraining psychological patterns.
And so we need time to make that happen.
Right.
While we're working on that, generally, you know, maybe session two or three.
Then I'll start to introduce the pelvic.
floor muscle exercises that will help them strengthen and gain more control over their pelvic
floor muscles. Oh, okay, that's interesting. So that would be coming second. The mindful masturbation,
you know, I just erred a guy today who's coming out tomorrow for people of Vladimir. He read
that book, The Multi-Orgasmic Man. I'm assuming you know of it if you're taking all the classes.
And he was talking about how he did this move. It was called the three or four finger move or push or
something, I don't know, where he pushes down on a certain area of his taint so that the come
can't come out when he's having an orgasm?
Yes.
You know what I'm talking about?
I do.
I'm familiar with that book.
The multi-orgasmic man was written by Montakchia.
And Montaukia is great.
I love his work.
Some of his work was some of the early stuff that I studied for sure.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking, because you were into Tantra and all that kind of stuff,
right?
You probably read it all.
I don't know about all, but I've read a lot of it.
Yeah.
My wife, when she was alive, actually studied under Montaukia at his retreat center.
So I think he's wonderful.
However, I mentioned there were some techniques that I don't like, one of which was thinking about other things.
The other one is what you just mentioned, which is called the million dollar spot.
That's where you take fingers and you basically press on the perineum.
So, you know, in males, in the perineum region, the space between, you know, your texticles and your anus,
you can actually feel that your penis extends through underneath that,
especially when you're erect.
You can feel it quite obviously.
The million dollar spot is when you get close to ejaculation,
is you put pressure on that and you are physically blocking the ability for the ejaculate to come out.
Exactly.
Does it work?
Yes, it generally does work to some extent,
but it also requires you to stop making love in that moment.
It requires you to be able to reach under there and hold it.
Sometimes it works.
Sometimes it doesn't work.
I'm not a big fan of that.
I prefer teaching somebody how to really separate it so it doesn't require any sort of manual intervention.
And what happens is, yeah, you might need to slow down a little bit, pause for a moment.
but you'll have what feels like, you know, an orgasm slash ejaculation and you'll get those rhythmic
contractions. You don't have to, you know, squeeze particularly hard. You don't have to put pressure on
your perineum, but you don't ejaculate and you don't lose your erection. Yeah. No, I love that. Listen,
I think it's always better to sort of learn how to do all of this without any of those sort of quick fixes
because like you said, there might be quick fixes and they might work like a spray or something,
but you're relying on them.
This is a way like you're teaching yourself just to sort of have sex in a totally new,
different way that once you learn it, it's like you said for you,
it's just normal for you now, right?
Yeah, absolutely.
Yeah.
So it's like this is like I think that that's the ultimate goal to not need anything
and to be able to do it.
And it's just the way that you operate.
And that's what you teach people.
So like what are the techniques?
Like how do the people start?
The first thing, whenever I'm going to teach the mindful masturbation practice,
the very first thing I start with is teaching them the arousal scale.
So, you know, if you're a sex educator or if you've interviewed other sex educators,
you've probably heard this before.
But it's basically a scale of 1 to 10, where you are teaching people how to recognize
how close they are to, you know, 10 would be ejaculation.
So 0, you are not even the slightest,
it turned on at all. As you move up the scale, you start to get a little bit aroused. There starts to
become a desire for sex. Then you have an erection. Then you're in your kind of sweet spot where, you know,
you are actually having sex and you're experiencing the sensations of that. Then you start as you
move a little higher to get closer to ejaculating and then going over and ejaculating. It's important
to be aware of that because, you know, have how many times have. How many times have.
have you probably heard, if not in your own life from other people.
Oh, yeah, he was just like, oops, sorry, I ejaculated.
I didn't know that was going to happen.
And there's no reason why you should ever be, oops, I didn't know that was going to happen.
Right.
Right.
Right.
Yeah.
The reason why you have oops, I didn't know that was going to happen is because you are not
aware of what's actually happening in your body.
You should always know where you're at.

The reason why you have oops,
I didn't know that was going to happen is because you are not aware of what's
actually happening in your body.
You should always know where you're at.
And one of the reasons is is because, you know, let's say you're having sex and you're pounding
really hard and all of a sudden, oops, sorry, I ejaculated. Well, if you were aware, you could be pounding
really hard and you'd go, oh, I'm at an eight on the arousal scale. Right.
I should slow down. Right. Because if not, I'm going to ejaculate. Right. But they're just so
not conscious of what's not fucking happening. Exactly. So the point of teaching the arousal scale is to try
to teach them consciousness about what is going on in their body.
What sensations are they feeling?
How close are they getting to that ejaculation?
Once they have an awareness around that,
the second piece is teaching them what I call mindful masturbation.
Now, notice I call it mindful masturbation because it's about achieving that awareness.
You will hear other people call other variations of it edging, right?
That's a practice you've heard many times.
Yeah, totally.
And so the idea is to be aware of your arousal scale.
Use masturbation to get close.
And when you sense you're getting close and you're like, oh, I'm at eight, eight and a half to stop, let the energy come back down again.
Right.
And then bring yourself back up.
And the idea is to bring yourself through multiple waves of that practice.
Now, what generally happens in the beginning,
is most men will do that.
They might get close first time and then they back down and then they try to get close again.
They're like, oops, I went over and I ejaculate.
Okay, that's fine.
It's going to take some time.
Eventually, you'll be able to stop every time before you ejaculate.
That's kind of the next step as you've been practicing this.
You'll learn enough control that you'll know where you are.
You'll know how close you are and you'll be able to stop before you go over.
Okay.
That's the first step, right?
Yes.
And then as you keep doing the practice and you get better at mastering that control, eventually you'll start trying to see how close to that edge you can get.
How close can I get, right?
You'll start being a little bit more daring, whereas before you'll be like, oops, I'm almost there and you'll stop.
Right.
Once you've mastered it, you go, okay, let me see if I can get a little closer.
Let me see if I can get a little closer, maybe a little closer.
And eventually at some point, what will happen is you'll get really, really close and you'll have a non-execulatory orgasm.
And your mind will be blown.
Men, when I walk them through this practice and we keep working on it, you know, week after week, when they finally have that moment, they're like, oh, my God, it's the most amazing thing.
It happened.
I was finally able to do it.
Yeah.
And generally they'll say, well, at least one time.
Right, right, right.
And I'm like, that's okay.
One time is how it starts.
You have just now stepped into a whole new world.
You have realized it is possible, even if it only happened once.
Now we got to keep training.
We've got to keep doing it over and over and over again until you can get there anytime you want.
Yeah, and listen, I've had some guys on my show who have been very,
into tease and denial.
So edging is just a natural thing that they do because it feels good.
So, I mean, it doesn't sound like a torturous process because it's kind of like fun to make
it last and go almost to the edge and then stop and everything like, right?
Like you guys sometimes say like, oh, that was like kind of fun.
You know, like a certain guys probably don't even realize that maybe like edging yourself out
like that.
You know, the whole process might be like more fun than they think.
Yeah.
Well, you know, there's two big benefits to it.
Number one is if you can master that and you can last.
as long as you want, now you can take your woman on these, you know,
amazing journeys of multiple orgasmic waves where she,
her energy is just getting higher and higher and higher and more turned on and more orgasms
potentially.
So you get to give her that experience, but keep in mind, you know,
I tell men all the time when a woman is really highly charged up with sexual energy
and you're penetrating her, it's like sticking your penis in an electrical socket.
The more turned on she is, the more revved up she is, the more she gives that energy back to you.
So you get to have a more pleasurable experience as well.
Totally.
Yeah.
And then keep in mind, you know, for women, for the most part, I mean, there are big, you know, explosive orgasms for women that will make them feel like they dissipated a lot of energy.
But often for women, a lot of the types of orgasms they have, they tend to build energy.
And each one builds on the one before.
and their energy gets higher and higher and higher.
But for men, you know, if you're just like a racehorse right out of the gate straight to your ejaculation,
then you have this huge depletion of energy, right?
And that's it.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah.
Whereas if you can edge, if you can ride that edge for a long period of time, your energy will build and build and build much like hers does.
Then when you do eventually choose to have an orgasm slash ejaculation, it's going to be even
more powerful. It's potentially going to last longer. If you've done a good job at moving that
energy through your body, you might experience a whole body orgasm rather than just, you know,
one that's located in the genitals. So your, your potential for expanding your own pleasure is
also significantly higher if you can learn how to do this. And how long do you, like most guys
have to mindfully masturbate before they master it with their.
girl typically. I mean, it does sort of depend. If they're dedicated and they really honestly
wants to learn how to do this and they do the practice multiple times a week, usually within a few
months, they can get the hang of it. You know, are they going to be able to do it every time? No.
But, you know, they'll get the hang of it and they'll start to be able to do it. They'll see that
this is something that is possible more often than not. And if they keep up with it, eventually they'll
don't really master it. But, you know, it's like anything else. It depends how much work you put into it.
And I will say, you know, there's mastering the practice when you're doing, you know, this mindful
masturbation practice, which is solo. But when you bring a partner into it, it does shift the dynamic
quite a bit. So, you know, the coaching doesn't end there because, you know, you may master it. And I've had
men tell me this many times. They're like, man, I had this so dialed in in. In my
But now there's an audience.
But yes, an audience, but not just an audience.
Now you've got her energy in the next too.
Yeah.
Right?
So you're penetrating her and her energy's getting really high and her breathing is picking up.
She's starting to get close to orgasm.
And then they're like, ah, I couldn't hold it.
Yeah, it makes sense.
They're not just like controlling themselves now.
They have, like you said, this whole other energy that they have to kind of ride those waves too.
So it's a whole new thing.
Yeah.
And, you know, that's totally normal.
and to be expected, but the groundwork is learning how to master your body on your own.
And then the next level after that is mastering your body in connection with another.
Right, right.
And then are they so blown away when they can do it with their girl too?
I'm sure they are.
They are always very happy about that because they see, you know, not just that the sex is better,
but they see that often her entire attitude towards him will shift.
Right.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, big difference.
And now is it after they master all that that you get into the pelvic floor stuff to just help it?
Or is this happening at the same time?
And what are those pelvic floor things that people, guys could do to help their pelvic floor muscles?
So usually I start them on the mindful masturbation practice.
And I just let them get the hang of that for a couple of weeks.
And once they kind of have that practice down a little bit, they haven't mastered it by any means.
But they know how to do the practice.
they know what they're trying to achieve through it,
then I will bring in the pelvic floor exercises.
And basically, pelvic floor exercises are, you know,
people will refer to them as male kegels, right?
Yeah.
I mean, we have muscles down there in the pelvic floor
that we can use to basically control the flow of urine,
control the flow of ejaculate,
that are really very helpful in this process.
and for most men, they are weak and not developed.
You know, when my wife was alive, she was also a certified sexual body, sexological body worker.
So she was allowed to physically touch men.
So she worked with a lot of men who were experiencing things like premature ejaculation, prostate issues, you know, all that kind of stuff.
And she used to say that, you know, she could just palpate a man's perineum.
It's just take two fingers and press up in there against it.
And she would generally, in almost all clients, experience one of two things.
Either the fingers would just sink way in, like there's no resistance at all, or it would be like hard as a rock.
And both of those are a problem if you want to last longer.
What you should feel when you're palpating the perineum is you should feel a supple firmness.
right so there should be some resistance but not too much your fingers shouldn't sink in but it shouldn't
be hard as a rock so that is what we're trying to achieve when we're doing pelvic floor muscle exercises
we want to tone the muscles but we also want to make sure that we are not creating chronic
tension so some men by default have chronic tension which is why it's hard as a rock to begin
And other men by default just have really underdeveloped pelvic floor muscles.
So depending on which one you are, we would work on one or the other.
But even if you have underdeveloped pelvic floor muscles and we're working on strengthening
those muscles and training them and learning control over them, we still have to spend a lot
of time focusing on the relaxation phase.
So what is a key goal exercise, right?
they teach women this all the time.
It's contracting the muscles.
So there's different versions where you're contracting and releasing.
There's some way you're contracting and holding and then releasing.
The important thing to know is that the release is just as important as the contraction.
If you build chronic tension in there, you're still going to have a problem with premature ejaculation just from the other end of the spectrum.
So in one, you don't have enough strength to hold it back.
In the other one, your muscles are basically.
basically fatigued because they're in chronic tension all the time, and they still can't
hold it back.
Now, for guys listening, like, are there any kind of signs that a guy would have that would
make them realize they're either too tight or too loose? Like, that just show up in other ways?
Yeah, I mean, one, they can palpate their own perineum, so they should be able to feel like,
what does it feel like when you're pressed there? Oh, okay, just to do, okay.
The second thing is, is try squeezing those muscles. So, you know, one of the, you know, one of the
the most basic practices for like how do I locate my pelvic floor muscles and how do I know
which ones I'm squeezing is when you're peeing as a man try to stop the flow of urine midstream.
Oh, okay.
Because yeah.
Those are the muscles.
Right.
That's the muscle.
That's why, because I think feel like for women it shows up sometimes like, oh, if you're
peeing too much, it means this or not.
You know, there are some more signs of pelvic floor issues one way or another.
They do show up.
So if a guy can't hold it, would that mean that they're weak, right?
Like if he couldn't stop it while he was urinating?
If he can't stop it, it probably means that they're weak.
But, you know, when he attempts to squeeze them, he might already feel that they're already
really tense.
Like there's nowhere to squeeze.
Like I squeeze in, there's nowhere to go, right?
Because they're already locked up and tense.
Yeah.
Uh-huh.
Yeah, that makes sense.
So you've got to kind of figure out.
Yeah.
You just, you got to, that's the first step, just figure out where you're at.
Exactly.
So obviously, if you find out that you're chronically tense, you have to really work on learning
how to relax those muscles, right?
And if they're underdeveloped, you want to learn how to build, strengthen them without
creating excess tension.
Right.
And you know those moves for the guys that you work with.
That's like what you help them with, right, after you've diagnosed them which way they
roll.
Exactly.
Yeah.
And then we want to work on that.
And then, you know, the reality is to some extent they're just muscles like any other muscle in the body.
And we have to train them.
We have to, you know, if you want to be, you know, strong enough to compete in sports, you have to train your muscles.
If you want to be strong enough to compete in bedroom sports, you've got to train your muscles.
But how is that going to help with the stamina?
Like what does your pelvic floor have to do with stamina?
So we talked a little bit earlier about, you know, this million dollar spot, how you could put pressure, you know, with those three fingers in there to stop.
Uh-huh.
But you can also use your pelvic floor muscles to simply contract and hold that.
Oh, okay.
So that's where the pelvic floor comes into this whole process that you're teaching.
It's to help you not ejaculate.
Exactly.
So, you know, obviously you want to learn how to separate organ.
orgasm from ejaculation so that you're not having to squeeze down really hard. But let's let's just say that you do get a little bit too close. Let's just say that you weren't or you started to get a little bit too close, right? You could then just squeeze those muscles. Yeah. And then hold it in. Right. So it is something that you could use in conjunction with that. Now, ultimately, the best place to be is where, you,
you feel like you're getting close,
you're able to have a non-enjiculatory orgasm
while completely relaxing those muscles.
And it's counterintuitive
because as soon as you start to feel like you're getting close,
you want to squeeze up, right?
Of course. That's what you would think.
But ultimately, when you start to master this,
it's actually the relaxation that allows you to stay in that sweet spot
and have that non-injaculatory orgasm.
But having the development in the muscles,
will also give you that sort of extra secret weapon that if you had to, if you got a little bit
too close, you could just squeeze those muscles and hold it in. And I'll say this also,
you know, in a non-ejaculatory orgasm, you do have those involuntary contractions of those muscles,
right? So when you orgasm, those muscles contract because they help pump the ejaculate out.
Right.
So if you strengthen those muscles, you will gain more control over those involuntary contractions.
So that means, you know, sometimes those involuntary contractions will happen and they'll be so intense that they'll trigger an ejaculation.
But if you've got well-toned pelvic floor muscles that you have good control over, you can control the intensity of those contractions because you've got control over those muscles.
So you can, when you start to feel that come, they don't have to just like be a completely involuntary where they just take over and lead you into ejaculation.
Right.
You can feel it coming and you can go, okay, I've got control of these.
I'm going to allow some of them to happen so that I can enjoy the feel of the orgasm, but I'm not going to allow so many of them to happen that they push me over into ejaculation.
Yeah, no, that makes sense.
And I would assume that like getting into your pelvic floor and fixing it.
it or helping it in whichever way you needed to to begin with, whether you're a little
tight or too loose, could probably help you in other ways too, right?
Yeah, well, you know, when it comes to just fitness in general, I mean, your pelvic floor
is your foundation.
That's what I would say.
Yeah, exactly.
It's part of your core.
Yeah.
Yeah, I just had a woman on that talked all about pelvic floor stuff.
And to me, it's like everything, you know, and we didn't get into like the whole, you know,
a lot of this because we were talking more for women, but I, you know, I assume it's the same thing.
A lot of like what you said about even the orgasms and like relaxing more into it than tensing
up is like what I even found for women. Like that was the advice that someone told me for women to do.
And that's how I learned how to lengthen my orgasm and allow my stuff thing to last way longer.
So it's kind of similar for women too. And it's like kind of the opposite of what I was always doing
and thinking. And it sounds like it doesn't make sense, but it does work in reality. And when it does,
it does make you last longer and make that orgasm better, too, for sure, right? Like, this is all
not only going to make you, it's like these organs are probably more intense for the guys.
Yes, yes, they are. And, you know, you're absolutely right. There are very obvious differences
between men and women, but we are far more similar sometimes than we realize, right? And so in this
case, it is the relaxation. If you can really master that, you can have tremendously powerful
orgasms by going into that more relaxation. And what's interesting is, you know, watch porn,
watch a softcore movie where they don't actually show anything, but they show people having sex.
And what do you see when they orgasm? Their faces tense up and scrunch up and their body contracts, right?
Yeah. And all the signals are that everything is tensing up.
Totally.
And while there is some of that, that's not necessarily the case, but unfortunately,
that's where people learn that.
Like, oh, orgasm must mean everything has to contract.
What if orgasm meant you expanded even more?
Yes, that's what Susan.
It was Susan Bratton that taught me.
Isn't that how I found you through her?
I mean, that's what she taught me.
And when I started relaxing more into it instead of tensing up and pushing it out,
you know what I mean?
and thinking it's incredible, like doing the opposite made it 10,000 times better.
And it wasn't hard to master or figure it out.
It was just a matter of doing the exact opposite thing that I had always done.
Yeah.
Yeah, it was Susan that connected us.
And Susan is wonderful, and she's absolutely right.
And for women, this is even more important.
I mean, we're speaking primarily to men today.
But for women, this ability to relax into it is an essential key to them having really good,
powerful orgasms. Yeah, I was always a one and done, but my orgasm could last so long. I mean,
I almost feel sorry for my guy because I could just like stretch it out forever, but the whole time
it's like a fucking incredible. And seriously, it was because I did that technique. And so I could
imagine for guys, you know, just doing these kinds of techniques and learning this, it's not just
going to help them, you know, give their girl better sex, right? Because they're lasting longer.
Their orgasms are going to be 10 times better. Their orgasms are going to be more powerful.
and the sexual energy that they feel leading up to their orgasms are going to be a lot more intense too.
Yeah.
You know, I like to use the term, you know, ride her lightning.
Yeah.
Because that's what it feels like.
Yeah.
When she's really, really juiced up and there's a lot of sexual energy flowing, it's like massive electricity flowing through your body.
And it's amazing.
It's such an amazing feeling.
Yeah.
And listen, you know, listen, even for guys.
that are single and solo and just jerk it off.
Like, I feel like if you could learn this and do it,
even when you're playing with yourself,
it's going to just increase your pleasure that way, right?
Mindful masturbation all the time.
Why not?
If it's, you know, why not have more and have them better?
You know, it's not just for guys with a partner.
Absolutely.
Yeah, and that's a great side benefit to the practice,
and it's a good motivation to keep doing the practice
because, you know, what do most guys do when they masturbate?
Well, if they use porn, what they generally do is spend about 10 minutes finding the clip they want to watch.
And then about three minutes masturbating to it.
And then they ejaculate.
Yeah.
Well, so they only really experienced pleasure for about three minutes where they could have experienced pleasure for 10, 15, or 20 or 30.
Exactly.
So how much more pleasure could you potentially experience?
But then the other thing is they're literally training their body to ejaculate early by doing that repetitively.
Yeah, yeah, I love it.
Like, I was going to get into, I mean, you know, I was going to get into other things in this episode of like, I mean, you do have techniques of like, you know, how to be a better lover with your girl too.
And I feel like maybe we could do a whole other episode on that because I feel like this was so much and so great just talking about stamina and, you know, lasting longer that we could like get into all the other stuff on another episode.
I don't know, you tell me, unless you have some quick tips that go along with this.
Well, we could absolutely do a whole other episode.
You know, when it comes to the list of what does she really need and or wants to have great sex,
stamina is only one of them.
Exactly.
And there's a whole bunch more than just stamina.
Yeah, I don't think we have time.
Which one?
Right.
But I think we could do a whole other episode.
But what is the other one that you were going to say?
We could do a whole other episode.
And the other one that we touched on is your presence.
Right.
Your presence is a really big one for women.
And so those are those are two things that she's looking for, but she's looking for more than just that.
Yeah, she's looking for a lot of things. And, you know, a lot of times guys are clueless.
I mean, like, men and women are very different and very similar, but different, you know.
And a lot of guys don't really get it, that women are different and what they like.
But, like, let's do a, let's do another episode that the next time, all on, like, how to please your girl, right?
But because I feel like this one is so great just sticking on this topic.
Why don't you give a shout out to where, like, people, like, say, they want to,
hire you for them to coach you through it. I don't know. Do you have an e-book or something that they
could do if they just want to like sort of get all the information on it? I don't know. You let people
know now how they could find you in more of this information. Yes. The best place is my website,
which is Kevin Anthonycoaching.com. And if you go to Kevin Anthonycoaching.com forward
slash vault, right?
V-A-V-A-V-T.
If you go there, you can sign up for
my vault, which

for people driving, you don't have to remember all of that. I'm going to put the link to your website
in the description. But, you know, and we'll have you back on. We're going to do a part two. And,
you know, we're going to get more deep into how to please your girl now that you lasting longer.
now that you've mastered this, we'll do the second part.
Okay, so thank you so much, Kevin, for calling in.
This was super interesting.
And I think very helpful.
Good.
I'm glad.
Thank you for having me.
I had a ton of fun, and I really hope the audience got value from it.
Yes, for sure.
Thanks, Kevin.
Thanks so much for calling in.
Okay, I just want to tell you before you go that my book, it's called Strictly
Anonymous Confession, Secret Sex Lives of Total Strangers, is now available,
not only in paperback and e-book, but you can pre-order the audiobook.
It's still not going to be out until August 25th, but you can pre-order it.
The book is basically 17 different stories taken from my show.
I kind of picked one story from each category that I talk about on my show.
Like there's a hot wife story.
There's a cuck queen story.
There's a cuck story.
There's a gang-bang girl story.
Like I said, 17 stories.
And they're all told in the third.
person and they're all true. I took the interview and rewrote it in the third person and I wouldn't really
call it like a total erotica book. Think like penthouse letters. It's more direct. It's not so over the top like
erotica. I don't really like that kind of vibe, right? But these are true stories. 17 of them.
They're really short chapters, easy read. You could read one or two and then skip around. You could read
the whole book. It's available in eback form.
format, paperback format, and finally, the audio book is available coming out August 25th,
but you could pre-order it now. And if you buy my book in any format or pre-order it, I will
throw in a complimentary link to my Discord. My Discord does not disappoint, okay? There's no way
you get into my Discord any other way than getting the link from me, okay? I give it to people
who buy my book. There's tons of people in there. Everybody shares content with each other,
and that's what you get to do there.
You can post your own pictures and videos.
There's tons of channels.
We have lots of contests where you can win a lot of money.
It's a super fun place to be.
It's a total strictly anonymous community and you will love it.
I will be giving anyone who buys my book access to my Discord.
It's private, like I said.
All you got to do is email me a screenshot of your purchase,
whether you did the audiobook, the ebook, or the paperback.
Send it to me at Strictly Anonymous Podcast.
at gmail.com. That's strictly anonymous podcast at gmail.com. And I will send you the link to
Discord. So anyway, thanks so much for tuning in. This is the strictly anonymous podcast.
