They were printed all wrong.
There was a lot of mistakes made.
It was a total F up mistake.

click on the link. Okay, today I have on Dan. Dan Metcalf. Oh my God, he's so interesting. He
actually is a founder and CEO of a born superhuman. He's a really a healthy guy. He's got a really
super interesting backstory. He had two major things happened to him. When you hear what happened to him
when he was younger, you're going to be blown away. The fact that he survived both and made it through
and then came out on the other side as quote unquote superhuman. He's super healthy. He did create
something called the seven pillars of natural health. And he talks about all of those seven
pillars or all things that you've heard of. He talks about oxygen, hydration, sleep, nutrition,
exercise, mindset, and challenges, and he explains them all and why they're all important.
And it's super fascinating. I literally started my sexual health Saturdays because this is the
kind of information that I love. He said so many interesting things on this episode. I learned so
much. You're definitely going to learn a lot. I mean, this isn't like, he's not talking about
complicated things here. He's talking about basic things, but, you know, what he tells you
about them is going to blow your mind. It's all great information. If you want to learn more after you
hear him speak. All of his links will be in the description, but you're going to get a lot out of
this episode. I promise you. I did. So I'm going to get right to it and be right back on with Dan Metcalf.
Hi, Dan Metcalf. Welcome to the Strictly Anonymous podcast. How are you today? I'm doing fantastic.
Thanks so much for having me on here. It's a real honor and privilege. I'm glad you came on. Dan,
you are the founder and CEO of Born Superhuman. You're very into what I love, which is like health
and fitness, you're going to talk about your seven pillars of natural health. And before, I'm just going to be
super honest. Like, before we started taping, I was like, oh, I can't wait to talk about this because I love
health and fitness. You're like, I could tie it all into sexual health because that's what you
normally talk about. So I think that's great, too. Like, all this stuff that you're going to be talking about
is not only going to help people with their general health, but it's going to help them in the
bedroom, too, correct? Yeah, if you look at it, we're made to thrive. We're born to be superior in our
athletic ability, but that transfers itself into the bedroom. If you're not healthy, how can you
be the best you can be in the bedroom too? Yeah, no offense. I have a long-term booty call guy, and he
gained a little bit away, and he couldn't fuck like he used to. I mean, and it was like horrifying
for him. You know, your health can get in the way, for sure. Yeah, self-confidence is everything when you
step into the bedroom. When you think about it, if we're not believing in ourselves, and we know
the brain is the, and the mind is the greatest sexual organ for sure. And if you don't
feel good about yourself, you can't let go. And anybody in any walk of life, if you can't let go,
you can't express yourself to your highest level of excellence. For sure. And I think we really see
that, unfortunately, with women, when they go into menopause and their body starts changing and stuff,
and it really is like a terrible time. And it definitely affects their performance in the
bedroom. Because it doesn't matter how many people tell you, you look good. If you don't feel good
about yourself, you don't feel good about yourself, and you're not going to feel confident,
and you're not going to be able to just relax and get into it.
Because the last place you need to be in the bedroom is in your head, right?
Like you need to be between your legs.
Well, I think it also comes down to if people don't feel good about themselves and someone
says, oh, you look great.
You think they're just saying it to make you feel good.
You don't trust what they're saying either.
And it's not about being the perfect body.
It's about being the perfect you.
For sure.
Everything's just an opinion.
So loving yourself is not selfish.
loving yourself is critical.
And when you feel great from the inside out, you'll also look better from the outside in.
Oh, yeah, for sure.
And we see that all the time.
Okay, so let's talk about now.
You have a really interesting backstory.
Now, I don't know who you were before you got into the seven pillars of natural health.
You look fucking great for your age.
You're living it, right?
But before that, I know that you did have an accident or something.
And I don't know if, like, you were unhealthy before and then had these accidents and you started on this path.
Like what happened before you got into this?
Well, thank you so much for asking.
Back in, gosh, in the early 90s, I was playing the lead in Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber shows.
So the shows that you'll see on Broadway, I was on the West End, touring the world.
You know, I played the lead in Starlight Express, and I was on stage in Las Vegas,
or the Las Vegas Hilton, and there was an accident that happened on stage.
I fractured my spine.
I was paralyzed, and the doctor said, I'd be disabled the rest of my life.
And so one of the things that was really important at that time, I was super fit.
I was very muscular.
I was, you know, asked to open for the chippendails and I didn't do that.
I was a little bit more in the, you know, real theatre world, if that's the right way to say it with no disrespect.
Yeah, of course.
And they also said during the accident, if I hadn't had been so muscular, I would have broken my neck and I'd probably be dead.
So fitness has always been a huge part of my life.
But after I was paralyzed and coming back, it made me realize how important.
the body is, but how the mind, the brain is connected to our health.
So I came back from that race, the Iron Man, became a head coach on the Olympic Development Program,
my own sports performance training center in Los Angeles, opened a non-profit for kids,
and I've worked with so many, you know, Olympic athletes all the way to people 100 years old
that want to improve their quality of life.
But then 2018, I was out on a bike ride.
I was very good on the bike, and so I was training, came back through a guard-gated community.
and the guard bought the metal gate down on my head.
I was going around 20 miles an hour.
Oh my God.
And it knocked me unconscious immediately.
I only know this because I got the video from the security cameras.
I then flew through the air frozen, hit the ground, broke my coxics, you know, the lower back.
Yeah.
And then the back of my head hit the ground so hard that it broke my helmet open.
So a double impact.
Part of my brain died.
I had to learn to talk again, learn to function, learn to stay awake.
I went through major depression, PTSD, put on loads of things.
weight,
um,
went up to the,
you know,
probably 30 pounds
heavier than I'd ever been in my life.
And that's when I discovered the miracle that's within us all and started teaching.
And so this day,
I've trained over 70,000 people.
Wow.
But what,
I mean,
some might look,
like,
it depends on how you look at the cup,
half empty or half full.
Like some people would be like,
wow,
you're the,
like,
unlucky as a guy.
You know what I mean?
For those,
like,
one of those things to happen in someone's life is like crazy, right?
But you had two in your same life.
But like,
really it sort of set you,
up for your path and your life at the end of the day.
Like maybe you could look back and say like, oh, I would have never been who I am today
if those things didn't happen and you conquered them and now you could help so many other people.
Yeah, I speak around the, you know, actually over in Europe and over here, it's a keynote speaker.
Yeah.
And I tell everybody, everything that happens to us is a gift if we wrap it correctly.
Exactly.
It's all about the way that we perceive it and then use the situation to learn and grow and become,
a hero instead of a victim, but a hero for ourselves, and then other people are then inspired
by us. We never meant to be inspiring. We just found a way and a lot of people then
inspired to take action themselves, which is what it's all about. Yeah, I believe so much in
reframing. I went through a lot of infertility. Like it took me like 10 IUIs, five IVFs just to
have my fucking baby. And, you know, some people will be like, oh my God, I feel so sorry for you.
I'm like, no, actually it was like the greatest thing in my life. It taught me so many different things.
to me it was like invaluable that I went through that and I see it as a positive because I believe
like you do that things happen for a reason and I do think like it is very important the way you
frame things you know and life's too short anyway to be a victim right like how did you get though
like from that accident and from being 30 pounds overweight and in that really bad place like how did
you recover from that and learn everything that you did well again it takes time I don't believe we can
never lose in life if we learn. Every level has its own devil. We can't go up in life if we're not
willing to learn the lesson to get to the next level. And so once I, you know, stuck in bed and I'm,
you know, pour me and, you know, wine, you know, this and stuff, which didn't last very long,
thankfully, and I had a couple of great, or one specific great mentor that was teaching me the value
of life. One day I woke up and went, hang on a minute, why am I wasting time? The most valuable thing
we have in life is time. What we do with it shows what's most important to us. And here I was
waiting, hoping for a change. And I changed that hope to believe. If I believe I'll get better,
it's actionable. If I hope, it means I'm waiting for someone to come and save me. So I changed
that. And I'd always been very competitive. So I saw this as an opponent that I was going to
beat rather than something that's happened to me that is going to take me down.
I love the difference when you say hope or like you will.
I think that there's also a negative in saying, I'm going to try.
Like, why don't you just do?
You know what I mean?
Like, to me, that's always like, that's fucking weak.
Like, what do you mean?
Try.
Like, it should be like you're just going to do it, you know?
So I love what you just said, those play on words.
All these things are super important.
Okay, so like, do you want to get into the seven pillars of natural health that you came across?
Yeah.
Yeah, thanks.
This was, you know, going through the challenges I've had, but also having trained, like I said,
tens of thousands of people from Olympic athletes and record holders all the way through.
So I started looking at what's the most important thing for us to live life.
And it should be free, right?
It shouldn't be we have to pay this to be healthy because if we look back in generations,
our generations before us weren't living in the same toxic environment that we are,
both mentally and physically.
So when I put these, they're in order of one through seven, but I'd explain which ones are
the most important to address first.
This is just relative to life.
So number one is oxygen.
Oxygen, we go, well, of course it's important.
Well, if we take oxygen, it's gone.
But how we breathe, how we allow that oxygen to go around our body
will affect our emotional state as well as our physical state.
And where this really counts, if you look at tantra or any of the other things that people like to do,
it all incorporates a level of relaxation, self-connection, and oxygen keeps blood vessels.
is healthy. It keeps the circulation and an arousal available in both men and women, and it fuels
energy and stamina. And so that's really important that we don't just breathe. We look at how we're
breathing and the quality of air. If you're living in a mold-infested place, your body is under attack
24-7. You can't function at the level you're made to. And what people don't realize, it's okay,
well, okay, I've got good oxygen, it's going on. But poor oxygen causes fatigue.
low libido, and it also causes reduced blood flow.
So if you want to have the pleasure and excitement of your sex life, oxygen is critical.
Okay, guys, want to give your partner mind-blowing orgasms with like the best oral sex they've ever had.
Well, then you need to get beducated.
Begicated is like the Netflix of sex education.
They have hundreds of courses to choose from on sex all in one place.
They have all kinds of oral sex classes, including face sitting, blowjobs, and conalinguists, okay?
And the great thing about Beducated is they have video tutorials showing you the action with real people.
If you take the Conalingas class, you're going to learn 10 different moves with your tongue that you could use the next time you go down on the girl.
These 10 different techniques are going to blow your girl's mind.
Okay.
So what are you waiting for?
go get Beducated and take that course. Your girl's going to be super happy. And you have nothing to lose
because Begicated offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. And for listeners of my show,
Beducated is offering 40% off the yearly pass. That's 40% off the yearly pass plus the 14-day
risk-free money-back guarantee. All you got to do is go to the description, click on the link,
and use my code anonymous for 40% off plus a 14-day risk-free money-back guarantee.
Mold infested place. Your body is under attack 24-7. You can't function at the level you're made to.
And what people don't realize is okay, well, okay, I've got good oxygen, it's going on.
But poor oxygen causes fatigue, low libido, and it also causes reduced blood flow.
So if you want to have the pleasure and excitement,
your sex life, oxygen is critical. Oh yeah, for sure. And like, how would you know, like,
are there signs that you are living in a place that has mold? Because a lot of times you might not even
know that it's there. It's not like it's apparent right in front of you on your wall. Yeah, there's a
couple of things. There's one that if you start having headaches, if you start feeling sick for no
reason, if you're tired for no reason, there's a number of different identifiers to start turning around.
I got brain fog. It could be, it doesn't mean to say it is, but it could be mold. Now, you can go
and you can get your home or your place of location tested.
And often we found that people that are sick,
when they discover they have mold, they move.
Not everyone can move.
But if they move, their physical symptoms heal
and their brain starts coming alive again.
So it's worth getting your place tested
and then seeing if it can be resolved
because when you're under fire,
your system in your body only has so much filtration or fight back.
It can go before it's overloaded.
and mold is one of the things that is prevalent and yet we don't identify it.
Yeah, that's what I was going to say.
There's probably a lot of people living in mold-infested places,
having these symptoms, but would never put that together and think it's that.
Maybe they're running to different doctors or just thinking that they're, you know, getting old
and this is the way that they feel.
Yep.
Age is never the reason.
What we're doing is the reason.
Yeah, I love that.
Okay, so oxygen and the way that you breathe, right?
Do you think that most people breathe improperly?
Yeah, absolutely. I was a singer on stage with Lloyd Weber, obviously, for many years,
and I had to learn how to breathe properly just to sing.
Yeah, of course.
I didn't know. I wasn't. When babies are born, you'll notice that they breathe very deep and it's not quick breaths.
If they start to get fearful, they start having those quick breaths.
Well, then as we take on more responsibility in life, we live in a more stress-filled environment
from responsibility, from work, from lack of sleep, from expectations, from expectations,
expectations both from ourselves and others.
And so most people were breathing their upper respiratory system.
When we take small breaths that feel normal to us and we're not breathing deep, the system inside us, our emotional system goes into the sympathetic system, which is the fight or flight.
But for us, it feels normal.
And then if you say this, someone now take deep breaths and breathe in deep and get it all the way down to the bottom of your gut, they go, I feel so relaxed.
the more relaxed you are, the more your body can function and excel.
I mean, do you find that once you sort of learned how to breathe properly and stuff that
like it, there were actual changes that you felt and then it became something natural?
Like, does it start out as feeling like, oh, forced because you're so used to breathing a different
way and then it just becomes like the way that you breathe?
I still have to focus on it.
So I race bikes still.
I love going out.
So I'll train when I'm biking, you know, racing on the bike or out of training.
to breathe deeper because I naturally breathe shallow.
And I'm still living in a stress environment.
When I say stress, it's positive stress.
Yeah.
But I've got, I'm on a mission.
Yeah.
And so I can't sit back and relax.
My mind's always going, okay, I can do this and I can help this person.
I can build this.
And so I have to be conscious of my breathing to say, relax, breathe deeper.
And I get an immediate emotional change.
And it takes the stress out of my situation and my body.
Yeah, well, listen, I mean, and talking, if you wanted to relate breathing to sex, like you said, tantric will, the tantra method will teach you. It's all about breathing, right? And I've heard from a lot of sex experts I've had on my show or sex therapists, like, you know, you could change your orgasm just by breathing differently. Like, there's a lot. If you're going to be tied into sex, there is a lot to do with breathing in that realm as well, correct? Yeah, and it spreads across every aspect of your life. Think about you get into an argument. The person that stays the calmest is just the one.
that takes the deeper breaths.
Yeah.
Interesting.
And then also you notice the heightened arousal when the breathing gets faster and faster
if you're getting closer to orgasm or look at what's happening inside the body.
It's building up.
And you can't live in that state the whole time, although a lot of people would like to.
Yeah.
But I think that, you know, you can see the change that's happening without consciously
thinking, okay, I'm going to breathe faster.
That's the body expanding more energy.
for a release. Yeah, no, it's super interesting. And how do people learn how to breathe better?
There's a lot of courses out there. There's a guy, a lot of people out there that work on breath work.
You can just simply do things of breathing in deeply through your nose for four, but trying to put your hand, you know, just above your pubic bone and try and breathe into that and then breathe out through your nose. And it takes time to train.
But you can go online. You can search there on YouTube. There's great teachers out there.
that I think are brilliant.
And quick question.
Last question about that breathing.
Like what are the benefits that you, someone would notice if they completely changed their pattern,
focused on it and was breathing, you know, in the right way as opposed to the wrong way?
Like what would they see change?
First off, you're going to be more relaxed.
You're going to feel more in your parasympathetic system.
That's the relaxation.
Yeah.
Where your hormonal structure feels more at peace.
You'd also notice you start to get more energy.
And that's energy in the brain because you're feeding all your cells.
25% of every breath that we take, the oxygen goes to our brain.
Yet our brain only weighs 1 to 2% of our body weight.
That's how important it.
So you'll get more clarity in the brain.
You'll also find, and this is what's really interesting if you like to exercise,
you can actually breathe into the muscle you're working.
When we breathe in our upper respiratory, we're just grabbing oxygen and then expelling it.
And the best way to create more oxygen intake or uptake within the body is by breathing slower because then we get the CO2, the carbon dioxide build up.
And the body needs to have carbon dioxide build up.
So when we breathe, it grabs the oxygen.
That's why if someone is hyperventilating, they'll say breathe into a brown paper bag.
Yeah.
The reason being is in that brown paper bag, there's more carbon dioxide.
but when we over your hyperventilate, we're getting too much oxygen.
So it's not just oxygen that's important.
It's the ability for the body to produce and maximize the effect of carbon dioxide.
And then when you breathe, it grabs that oxygen and actually processes it even better than just taking lots of small breaths.
Yeah, super interesting.
Now, do you want to get to the next one?
Would that be hydration?
Yep.
Number two is hydration.
So critical.
this one is for me probably the easiest to fix.
They just came out with the study,
75% of adult Americans are in a chronic state of dehydration.
Wait, I just want to tell you something really quick and funny.
And people might think they're exactly like me and I learned the hard way.
I thought I was superhuman, okay?
Because I was like, I could live on a deserted island and be fine because I don't need water.
I don't need anything because I was never fucking thirsty and I never drink water at all.
Like seriously.
And I thought it was so great that I was never thirsty and that I didn't need water, you know, and I was doing all these like infertility treatments. So I was getting my blood checked all the time. And one day I went and they went to draw my blood. And they're like, we can't even get it. Did you not drink any water? I'm like, I never drink water. You know, and I realized and it changed my whole life that moment, right? Because I was like, oh my God, I'm so dehydrated that my blood can't even get out. And then what I learned was that the reason why I was never thirsty is that if you are dehydrated for long enough, you
you actually lose the desire to drink.
And that's like the worst place to be.
And that's why I wasn't superhuman.
I was super dehydrated.
It was like the worst thing I was doing.
And now once I started drinking massive water and everything,
now I'm thirsty like a normal person.
So you never want to get to that point where you'd never drink and you're never thirsty.
Because that's a sign that you are severely dehydrated.
And I never would have put that together.
Oh, you're spot on.
And what a gift that was to learn it now before it gets the point of dementia.
and Alzheimer's and all the other inflammatory diseases that come in.
Exactly.
And first off, thanks for sharing that because it just reinforces how important hydration is.
The reason is number two is you can go, you know, 40 days without eating, but anything less
than three days without hydrating, you can shut your system down.
And this is why it's critical.
Most of us, and this is why we're so dehydrated as well, we'll have a show.
sugar drink before we'll have water. But the body wasn't made to have sugar. In fact, it's the
number one cause leading to disease because of the inflammation it creates. And you'll see the change
if someone's drinking soda and stops drinking soda, they'll lose weight and get into better shape just
with that. And the same with over drinking, over alcohol or any of those things. It affects your
blood sugar and you'll put on weight, but it's actually inflaming the brain. Now, the simple thing,
people go, well, how do I hydrate? And, you know, I have free courses, how to hydrate properly.
And if you say to someone, okay, here's, you know, 12 glasses of water, you've got to drink them through
the day, they're like, oh, my gosh, you know, it's too much because we feel bloated.
Well, when you can actually, you know, take a whole glass, you can actually swamp the gut
where you don't feel healthy, you don't feel good, and that water can't get absorbed into your gut.
Oh, that's interesting.
you end up peeing it out.
So it's not about how much you drink.
It's about how much you drink when you drink.
And it's very simple.
This is something I've taught again to thousands of people.
Fill up a glass of water and just have it by the side of you and take sips through the hour.
At the end of the hour, if you haven't finished the glass, fill it back up again and sip through the hour.
And a little sip will get absorbed into your cellular level rather than.
sitting in your gut. And what you'll be surprised is you'll finish that glass easily within the
hour. And that becomes a habit. So again, we're hydrating as we go. Because to your point,
we don't know we're hydrated, sorry, dehydrated when we're not. Because the body adapts to what
we give it. That's the miracle of the body. And so if you can do that, especially that if people
are going to go and have sex, you don't want to be dehydrated.
because water supports the blood volume and circulation,
which are vital for arousal and erectile function, fully functional.
So whereas if you're dehydrated, you've got fatigue, you've got headaches,
there's reduced lubrication, sensitivity,
and also you don't have the stamina and energy either.
But people go, okay, I'm going to, I forgot to drink,
I'll go drink a whole glass because they think it's going to help them.
It doesn't.
Now you feel out of shape, you feel overweight, you don't feel,
I should use the word fluid, but that's kind of an oxymor on there.
Yeah.
You know, so hydrating early is so important.
And this is the number one thing for me in here, Kathy.
When we go to sleep at night, people don't drink, especially as they age,
because they don't want to wake up and go to the bathroom during the night.
And so think about it.
We don't drink two hours before we go to bed.
We then go and sleep for six, eight hours, whatever,
10 hours people do, they wake up in the morning and they don't drink for the first hour or they'll go and get a cup of coffee, which is actually a diuretic.
Yep.
And so as you do that, you've gone 10, 12 hours without drinking anything and your body cannot function without the hydration.
I'll go just a little deeper and then we'll jump on.
But when you're dehydrated to your point perfectly, your blood thickens.
Yeah.
When your blood thickens, the heart has to work harder to pump it around your body.
Well, the oxygen is carried in the red blood cells through your heart.
So now we're not getting as much oxygen around our body because we're dehydrated.
Your brain will begin to shut down the least needed areas.
The simple way to put this, we're on a cell phone, we're looking at all our apps.
The battery goes down to 20% and we go, oops, and we start closing apps to save energy.
Oh, what a great way to explain it, yeah.
Yeah.
No different than our brain and our body.
So when we're dehydrated, we can go, you know, I need to shut this down.
The brain shuts this down.
You know what?
I can't have sex.
I'm not aroused.
And so I'm going to shut that down.
And we think it's because we don't have the blood flow because of age.
I would say at least 60, 70%.
Well, I could go 90% if we go.
It's either psychological or hydration related.
Okay, guys.
Have you ever had a night where you just couldn't get it up?

big thanks to Bluetooth for sponsoring the podcast.
Yeah, and like I didn't you start this out with saying, like, this is one of the easiest pillars to accomplish, right?
I mean, it's not that hard.
Just go get some water and do like what you said.
And it could change your life if you're not drinking a lot.
Huge.
I mean, look at Viagra.
It started out as a blood flow heart drug.
Oh, really?
Yeah.
And they didn't even know.
And then they suddenly saw, oh, it actually helps with erections.
We could make more money doing it on this way.
And then what happened?
People started taking it.
And people will know if you take it, it work to begin with, part of that is placebo because you believe it's going to help.
Part of it is because it is making the blood flow a little easier to get there.
But then after a while it stops working.
And so you take more and then you stop trusting it.
And then you've either got to go higher doses or you try going to a different erectile dysfunction tablet.
And then it goes back.
Hydrate.
If you can hydrate, it's the best way to get your blood flow going.
Yeah, I love that. And that's with plaid water. Do you buy into that hole? Because I'm buying into it. I'm trying to find like a glass thing to get my water out of like the whole thing with the plastic bottles and all that stuff.
Yeah, I'm a huge believer in that. It's not that plastic in the past was bad. There's different levels of plastic, five different levels. Yeah.
And the cheaper plastic doesn't hold the bonding of the plastic.
Right.
And so that's really, it will get into your system.
It does, in fact, because remember, if it goes in, it's not that that directly is going to take you down, but the system is now fighting it.
We only have so many resources.
So instead of fighting a sickness or a disease or an else, it's now part of that process into trying to cleanse your body from that.
Yeah.
So, I mean, real quick, because I want you to get into the next one.
If you have any kind of, like, I mean, because I was like looking online for like a filtration system that's made with glass that I could do water. You know what I mean? Because I need it all the time. Like, do you have one of those or do you just have the filtration system built into your sink? Like how did you get away from using water bottles? Yeah, well, this is where it gets a little bit tough because it is a little tough in there. I have glass bottles that I fill up. Yeah. I put it through zero water. You find it on Amazon. It's just one of those filtration systems that is great. I tested.
I went into the supermarket and bought like 20 different types of water.
Yes, see, this is the information I need.
Yeah.
Go on.
Yeah, contamination.
So you can go on to Amazon.
I don't get anything for saying this.
I use it.
I got it.
Zero water.
I see it.
Fill it up.
Go through, filter it out.
And as soon as it's gone through the filtration, I don't let it sit in the jug.
I put it into glass bottles.
Okay.
And into there.
But I will give you one extra tip that has worked incredible for me.
Okay.
hydrogen water.
Have you heard of it?
Yes, for sure.
And there's a machine you could buy that turns it into hydrogen, right?
Yeah, there's a lot of them, but I will warn, because I speak in the biohacking world.
I'm on stage.
Okay, great.
And the same stage as some of the top speakers.
And the problem with biohacking, I'm not a biohacker, I just speak in that because I'm speaking about health and it fits.
But a lot of the biohacking stuff out there is fake.
And there's some that are real, but I would say 80% at least.
are copying somebody else's science without using the same methods that science got the results.
So I've seen hydrogen bottles that you can get.
They claim it, but this is what's dangerous.
When you get a wrong hydrogen-making device, it will actually turn the water toxic.
You think you're getting hydrogen.
Oh, my God.
Because the hydrogen is the smallest molecule in the universe.
So it's already evaporating before you've even started drinking the water,
and they've changed the pH.
PH, pH stands for potential hydrogen.
Yeah.
When you go above 9.5, you start in the 10s 11s,
it starts making the water toxic and our body has to fight it.
So be very careful and do a ton of research,
but don't believe the advertising.
You've got to look into what it is.
But for me, it changed my life.
I was so much more hydrated.
I never got thirsty.
And I can give you a tip if you want on a company.
Yes, please.
This is what I need to know.
This is what I've been Googling all.
the time, but I never want to get ripped off because I believe the things that you're saying
right now. This is why I need someone like you to tell me, just what the fuck to buy?
So, look at a company called Axiom H2, A-X-I-O-M for Mother H-2. This is what I use.
And I did research on so many places. I actually bought a couple of ones that were wrong.
Yeah. And wasn't feeling great. And then I spoke to the CEO of this company, looked at the testing
and everything. But one thing that they do, which is fascinating, they have. They have,
hydrogen tablets, but there's other companies with them, but you put it in the water,
it dissolves, and then you drink the water.
When you have a molecule that's so small, as it's dissolving in the water, it's also
leaving the water.
And remember, H2O is two parts hydrogen, one part oxygen.
Right.
And so, obviously, we've already got the hydrogen in there, but it's evaporating before
you even drink it.
So Axiom H2, they have different devices, but they also have these tablets that are
incredible, where you actually swallow them into your gut as a hydrogen tablet. It takes 14
minutes for it to dissolve in your stomach acid. And then the only way it can escape is to go
through your cellular wall, which helps hydrate at a cellular level. It's fascinating.
Love that. And so, yeah, the tablets and the water, I have both systems in my house. It's fantastic.
All right. Thank you so much. This is why I do these series, because this is the stuff that I'm, like,
obsessed with. So I'm like, thank you so much for giving me that information because a lot of times
it's very hard to find it. You know, you did all the work for me. All right, go to your next pillar.
Sorry about that. No, absolutely. The next one is sleep. Sleep is critical. We know it. We just don't
abide by it. The magic we seek is in the work we avoid. We know it's going to make us feel better,
but we avoid it because we think, well, we'll just keep going. And what men don't realize is most
testosterone is produced during deep sleep. Oh, that's true.
That's interesting.
Yeah.
If you want to increase your testosterone levels, you want to go to sleep and get to the deep sleep state.
And that will help, which is why when we're kids, when we're younger, you'll wake up with erections five, six, seven, eight times a night.
Or not wake up, right?
Because we've gone into that deep sleep.
Now we don't hit deep sleep because we're not training ourselves too sleep.
And also for men and women, it drops your hormone levels when you're not.
sleeping and lowers your libido and it also slows recovery.
Right.
Whereas when you get good sleep, you have both the body and the desire for restoration.
And now, is there a certain number?
Because I feel like I, listen, I used to brag about the fact that I needed no sleep
and another one of my friends used to brag about it.
And then we realize we're such assholes.
It's actually like the key to like anti-aging, whatever, is to sleep longer, not brag about
the fact that you only slept three hours.
It's like the worst thing you could do.
And when I started to figure out, like for me, like if I go one hour more than I, whether it's six or seven, it's like I'm actually exhausted.
And one hour less, I feel like shit.
And I found like the sweet spot for me was whatever it was.
Like, isn't there like a sweet spot that's a little bit slightly different for everybody?
It's not like everyone needs to sleep eight hours, right?
Yeah, everything.
And I love that you bought that up because a lot of people get you eight hours to sleep.
Yeah.
It's like, no, I can't.
I get that.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It all depends on your lifestyle, your natural energy, your body.
your bio rhythms.
You have people that are night owls.
Don't try and make a night owl into a day person.
Yeah.
Because it doesn't work with their system.
However, there are certain things that will help.
Getting up and walking in the morning with the sunlight,
walking towards the sunlight without sunglasses on.
That helps your circadian rhythm.
It aligns your body to function best during the day.
And then at nighttime, as the sun's going down,
it's really, again, great if you can get out.
out and either sit as the sunset goes down because the light of the sun replicates the same
light that you'll get in the candle.
Right.
And if you look back to our ancestors, they would have candles.
They wouldn't have electricity.
And they would have that at night and they all went to sleep at better hours relative to the
sun.
We're made that way.
Oh, interesting.
So that will make you like naturally more tired at the time that you should be as
opposed to jocked up and can't get fall asleep.
Exactly.
It would help you relax.
Yeah.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah.
I think that sometimes the hardest thing at the end of the day.
Learning how to shut your brain down, but we know habits become consistent.
And if we learn and go through the struggle of letting ourselves go to sleep, it becomes a habit we learn.
I had a, if I said surrogate father, he was like a father to me.
He was a police officer back in England.
And he used to take his work home with him.
And it was a pretty rough time for police at that time.
And he said he'd get on the freeway.
He'd get to a certain sign.
At that sign, he would take.
turn it off. He wouldn't take it because he was destroying his relationships. Right. His marriage. And so
he learned how to turn it off and it changed his relationship. Well, if you can learn how to turn
off your thoughts over time by saying at this time I'm going to stop, it won't happen the first time,
but you work at it, it will save the relationship with you. Right. And that's the most important
relationship you can have. So it could become habitual is what you're saying. You just have to put it,
you have to put your mind to it. And it is very important, right, for your health, getting enough sleep.
Absolutely. And one other thing I'd love to add in there, Kathy, is that when we go to sleep, we don't drink normally a couple of hours before we go to sleep because we don't want to wake up and go to the bathroom. And so we ignore that. Then we go through the eight hours of sleep. Then we wake up and we talk about it a little bit earlier in there. I urge people, urge people to take a sip of water, one mouthful an hour before you go to bed.
Yeah.
45 minutes, one mouthful, not big, just a mouthful.
Uh-huh.
15 minutes and right before you go to bed, it gives time in that 15 minutes for it to be absorbed through the gut into your cells and you don't feel full.
But when we sleep is when the brain heals the body, detoxifies itself, takes the memory of that day and puts it into the right areas through the hippocampus.
And so we have that memory recall.
And then it allows the body to reheal.
and there's some fascinating things coming out about when we sleep.
But if you're dehydrated going to bed, your body cannot recover through the night
and be preparing itself for the next day ahead, which is why we get on this constant drink.
Right.
And what you're saying is you don't have to drink so much water that it's going to make you wake up and pee.
You could drink just a little bit, and that's enough.
Absolutely.
100%.
Yeah, that's important.
Okay, do you want to go to nutrition?
The next one?
I don't want to get away.
Yeah, well, you can say.
Nutrition.
I love this one because I'm very healthy eater.
I'm very into that nutrition.
Yeah, nutrition is critical.
And I would say it's probably the biggest judgment that we have externally of people judging our looks is relative to the nutrition.
Sleep has a massive effect for me.
The cortisol, I'm tired.
My cortisol comes on.
I can feel the change in my waist size and everything.
And I don't like it.
But nutrition, I'm going to give a little tip in here that changed my life.
I went earlier this year, I had a 21.2% body fat.
Some people say that's good.
It's not as an athlete.
And I was having a hard time because I was addicted to unhealthy foods.
So one word changed my whole life.
When we're hungry, what do we normally do?
We eat.
There you go.
That's it.
That's what I would do.
We eat.
You thought it's a trick question.
I was scared.
I didn't want to get the answer wrong.
That's awesome.
So we eat.
So I would look at it.
We could take the quickest food we can.
So I was chocoholic.
I was cookies.
I'm chips.
I'm cake,
all the stuff because I just wanted to eat.
And I was addicted to the sugar in that.
I changed the word eat to this one word.
And everyone listening,
take this in because if you do this,
I promise you your body and your health will change.
Instead of eating when I'm hungry,
I nourish.
There was that one word.
And so when I looked and put that word impregnated it into my brain, when I looked at the
chicken's the chocolate.
Yeah.
Yeah, that's not nutritious.
And within three days, I was now looking for fruit.
I love the taste of fruit.
My taste buds changed.
And I went from a 21.2% body fat to an 8.2% body fat changing nothing else in my life.
Wow.
But just that food.
I was back in the shape that I was at, you know, when I was at my fittest, healthest,
and I still am today.
And now when I look at those, sometimes I go, God, I remember that tasted good, but I don't want it
because the effects of eating healthy can never be beaten by the taste of something that maybe
has that sugar in it, but afterwards you feel sick.
Right.
And how long did that change over ago?
Because sometimes, like, being addicted to sugar, it's very hard to kick that and get away
from, like, all those cravings, right?
Because you do become addicted to it.
Oh absolutely. That's why I say the goal has to be greater than the effort it takes to achieve it or you'll quit.
Yeah.
So if you have a vision, write the vision down, make it the highest vision, not just I want to lose five pounds.
No, I want to have a beach body.
Yeah.
And when you put that in there, suddenly the temptation, when we look at ourselves, am I going to be beaten by an addictive quality that someone's put in to make me make them rich?
Right.
They put sugar in because they want to get rich at my expense.
Or am I stronger than that pull?
And I would say within three days, you're not missing it anymore.
Yeah.
And then it's a matter of staying disciplined and not going back.
You know, I'm going, okay, well, I'm doing better.
I'll just have one because that addictive quality comes back up again.
Yeah, for sure.
I remember when I was going to quit smoking and people were like, well, what if you can?
I'm like, that doesn't even make sense.
Of course I can.
But the question will be like if it's really, really, really, really, really hard,
will I still quit? And the answer has to be yes. You have to decide that you're going to do it no matter what. Do you know what? Even if it's
difficult. It's your character. I mean, you showed the strength of your character who you are. Yeah. And nobody has to be governed by an
external force if you set your mind. This is who I am and no one's going to take me down. You can overcome and achieve
anything. Yeah. And when you do face something hard and do it, the harder that it is, you feel better about yourself for having been able to do it. You know, and I just think
a lot of people don't. That's the reason why a lot of people don't wind up doing things because the
minute it becomes hard, they sort of, you know, check out. But the good things in life are kind of hard.
Got to do it. Sorry. Yeah. And that's how dopamine gets released. Dopamine is such a powerful
neurochemical in the brain. Yeah. It's the reward drug. So when you do something and say no,
and then stand by it and overcome it, you're so proud of yourself. And that's a neurochemical
that we know that neurochemicals are stronger than any synthetic drug.
Yeah, it's true.
And I used to be like, I think I'm just really, because I'm very vicious, I could quit anything.
I've done pretty major things that some people can't.
But I'm always like, I think maybe it's because I'm egotistical and I just want to say like,
I did that because it's so hard because nobody else.
But I feel like anyone could be that way.
It does make you feel fucking great about yourself because so many people don't that I'm like,
I think I'm just addicted to the dopamine and of being like, yeah, I conquered that.
I did it.
But it does feel good.
what a great thing to be addicted to
exactly
if you're going to be addicted to anything
yeah I'm addicted to who you are
yeah exactly yeah I love it
be addicted to your character
and because what's prouder
you're with the only thing
we're best at in the whole world
is being ourselves
make yourself the highest level
yeah I love that
okay our next thing
get to exercise X pillar sorry
I keep giving them away
no no good go ahead
you lead them through exercise
critical
I would put that, you know, it's not as important as nutrition from an internal, but often we start exercising and then we'll improve our diet.
So I put it, I put it fifth because it's not as important as nutrition.
You can go years without exercise and you can't go years without nutrition and eating.
But exercise is so critical because it boosts blood flow.
It's going to make you more confident.
Your sexual performance will go up.
Strength and resistance training naturally raises testosterone levels in men and women.
And women have testosterone as well.
But for the women, I would say, the confidence and sexual performance raises more than the testosterone.
But at the same time, one thing to remember is over-training can do the complete opposite.
So you want to make sure that you're living your life, not addicted to exercise.
And when it comes to exercise, do what you love.
People will say, oh, go and do strength training, go to the gym, lift weights.
It's directly related to longevity and health.
And I'm like, but if you don't like doing it, for me, it's better to be unhealthy and happy and miserable.
Well, that's our mind-body connection there, right?
But put music on, dance.
Go out to a club at night and dance your heart out.
Go and do yoga or go and do Pilates or anything that you love.
But move, go hiking.
We know it's better.
to work out and smoke
than it is to not smoke
and not workout. That's how
dynamic workout is.
And if you want to have the best
sex life, if you want to look and feel the best,
if you want to have longevity
in your life quality, not just
staying alive on drugs or
some sort of breathing machine, but if you want to
have the longevity, exercise
is critical. Yeah. And you
don't have to go to the gym for three hours,
you know? I mean, when I was single
and everything, I was always into working out,
always lifted weights. I love that actually. That's my form of exercise I enjoy. I used to have a
lot more time to do it before I became a single mom. I have a son. He's still little for me to do it.
You know, so I don't have all hours of the day plus with my job to do it. But I could go one hour a day,
45 minutes and I could get a killer workout. And let me tell you no matter what mood I'm in when I go to
the gym, I always walk out feeling fucking great. And anyone that's been to the gym understands that.
It just changes your brain. Yeah. And people will say I don't have time.
I would tell you, everyone has time. It's just we don't have the discipline of time.
Yeah. I always think about the fact that there's all these, I've been working out since I'm in my 20s, like in the back of the gym with guys with weights and no girls ever did back in my day. Now all the girls got the memo. They're doing the same thing. But I think about all the hours I've spent at the gym and like my sister who's never worked out a day in her life. And I'm like, every day passes by. And there's an hour of time that you could have done what I did all this time and change your life. And it's just waste.
did, you know?
Yeah, and people say, I don't have the energy.
I'm too tired at the end of the day.
Working out gives you energy.
It doesn't drain your energy.
Yes, it changes.
Yes, you feel so jacked and happy when you get out and so much more alive.
Those are my favorite days of the gym when not one part of me wants to go.
And I feel like shit, but there's a little voice that says, just go because you're going to,
all of this is going to change.
And that's exactly what happens.
And isn't that the days that you have the best work out as well?
Yeah, 100%.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So I got a question for you, though.
Yeah.
So when you went to the gym, you're single, you're working out.
Yeah.
You're at the back of the gym with all these guys and, you know, no other women are working out.
Yeah.
Was it purely because you enjoyed working out or was it because it was all guys around you?
Well, listen, I did bang a lot of guys from the gym.
They all lot.
It was like great back of the day when I was there because, like I said, not one other
girl was lifting weights because it was like no one did it.
And I was the only one.
The guys were obsessed with me.
So I did like that attention.
I like the testosterone feeling.
I have to say when I had a.
kid, right? And I was like, I couldn't go to the gym first couple of years. I'm a single mom.
I'm like just with my baby. And I'm like just around estrogen all the time. Like it was like,
oh my God, I'm feeling so awful. Like I miss that testosterone. And I used to get at the gym around
all those dudes. You know, now I'm just around nannies and babies and women. I was like,
I need that testosterone back. So I just, I just like the whole vibe. And I do like the hot guys at the
gym. Yeah. I mean, it's better to look at people that are in shape than not in shape and
and talk with them. There's one thing that I think society has kind of changed recently.
Yeah. And that is women don't need men. Right. You know, it's become this political messaging or
social messaging. And I'm, I'm of the, we all have our place in this world. Yeah. And if you get rid of
one part of it, a part of you dies. It's not just a part of you grows. For sure. And you can get so.
You know, women are incredibly strong. They're incredible, you know, leaders.
in families, in themselves, in business as well and in life.
But men are too.
And if you don't want to be around men, there's a part of you that has died.
Yeah.
And I'm not talking about sexually.
Yeah.
I'm not talking about, but just like you said, that energy.
Yeah, that different energy.
It's different.
Yeah.
Yeah, I love it.
I need both, for sure.
Always have and still do.
All right, let's go to, do you want to go to mindset?
That's the next one.
Yeah, number six is mindset.
But this is the one I teach first.
Because if we don't have the right mindset, yeah, we don't have to, it's not the most important because people have bad mindset.
You know, they're always victims and they're always giving up and not pushing through.
Or, you know, I'll never be good enough.
Or he or she won't like me.
I'm not going to go talk to them because I'm just not good enough.
That's all mindsets.
And confidence is the biggest attraction in other people.
You'll see out here in L.A., you'll see an older guy with a beautiful young woman and people go, God, he must have money.
Right.
But then you start talking, he's got a great personality.
He's not conscious of himself or the other way around.
Right.
So the people are looking at all opportunists, but at the same time, mindset governs how you carry
yourself, how you see yourself, how you walk, how you talk.
And it changes stress and anxiety and starts giving you more confidence, calm, positive,
relaxation connection and confidence.
Right.
And as we know, the brain's the most powerful sexual order.
So your mental health fuels your physical response.
For sure.
I mean, they say there's studies done by, you know, people that are depressed,
lose their libido.
I mean, there's a reason.
That's just a very common thing that goes out the window, for sure.
Yeah.
And you've got, it's like we're in the game of life.
Yeah.
If 80s and 90% of performance is mental, we need to be working.
and focusing on that mental strength, that mental side.
And you'll look at some people and go, how do they have so much confidence?
Where they're not judging themselves.
They're not comparing themselves.
They found their strength, their beauty, their dynamic self.
And everyone can have that.
We just have to rewire the brain, which is one of my specialties, is rewiring the brain
because I went to study after my brain injury, how the brain truly works.
And I think that there's a lot more noise out there to make.
make that a little bit harder for people, right? If you're like, if the problem is like people
comparing themselves, like look at all the social media and everything. So it's even harder, I think,
nowadays, for people to get into the right mindset when you have all these other people's lives,
like, in your face constantly. You know, we didn't have that growing up when I was younger. You know,
it was a different world. But nowadays, I think it's even more important to work on that because you can
really, people get, like, depressed. And so I think it's a harder, you know, for people to keep the
the right mindset. But it's the most important thing, like you said, especially if you're going to
want to conquer all these other things, right?
Yeah, wouldn't it be great if life was everything we posted it to be?
And that's where it gets messed up.
Now with AI, we think those people are real and we're comparing ourselves to just a fiction
or a fantasy and, you know, with all the filters and stuff that come out, it's sad.
We should never judge ourselves against what we see.
We should always accept in the mirror.
And even then it's not a judgment.
it's a reality and we can change our reality any time we want.
Fall in love with yourself.
Yeah, I love that.
And be the best you can be, not somebody else, right?
So you teach the mindset first.
That makes sense.
And then the last one is challenges.
Yeah, this is one that always throws people off.
They go, why is challenges even in there?
It's the same place of natural health.
We think about when we were kids.
The moment we were born, that umbilical cord was cut.
And for the first time since conception,
we were 100% on our own.
Now, we had teams around us, doctors and systems and machines trying to help us.
Right.
But nobody could live for us.
But we had challenges.
We had stress.
We had all these different things that were coming on.
And we found a way as a baby to be able to achieve, overcome the challenges.
Then we started playing.
And as we played, we continued at that point to take on new.
challenges. And it was, and that's when we thrived. Then we hit our 20s and slowly did less
and less. Right. And so I think that as we go through that, it's so important that we look at
where we are in life and say, let's keep challenging ourselves, find things we love. It can be
sexual. It doesn't have to be, you know, work related. It doesn't have to be exercise related.
Take on things as a passion for you or something that you're curious about.
out. And the challenge doesn't have to be physically. It can be mental. Hey, I don't know if I got the
confidence to try that, but part of me wants to try it. As a kid, we never looked at a playground
and went, oh, you know, I'm not going to climb on that slide. We just climbed the slide and
slid down it and found out it was too good for us, but then we'd get up and do it again.
Yeah. We need to keep doing that as adults to continue to grow because we only, we only improve
our quality of life through positive stress, whether it's lifting a weight that's a little heavier,
the muscle stresses, and then we see the results. Or it's a goal that we've had for, you know, an
adventure. Or again, going back to sexual, something that you'd love to try, but you've been too
embarrassed, too scared, too fearful, or you think it's dirty or wrong. There's nothing wrong with
going out if it's something you want to do because we only die once. People say we only live
once. No, we only die once. Make sure you're living. Yeah, for sure. I think a lot of people forget
that they're just going to die one day. I don't know. I'm always aware of it at every moment. And I love
being alive, by the way, and it's so much fucking fun. So even at my worst time, I'm like, well,
at least I'm alive, like, because I fucking love being alive. It's fun, you know, but I think about my
deathbed perspective. Like, you know, when I'm there, like, am I going to regret if I didn't do
this and that? And I think, unfortunately, a lot of times, like, the older people get,
sometimes, like, these things, like, I think you have to be so intentional with a lot of things
that you didn't when you were younger, right?
Like you said, you have to intentionally challenge yourself to keep that mindset and everything, right?
Because you just get so, like, people just get so, like, into like Groundhog Day and they become
bitter and life is, like, difficult.
But I think if you're really intentional about staying happy and being healthy and all these
things, like, it changes your life and it makes you happier.
And I think that that's, like, really important.
A hundred percent.
I love your energy.
And notice, we attract.
who we are. Right. Because it makes us comfortable. So if you go into a room in here, Kathy,
and everyone's down and out, you will either lift the room up, but it's hard depending on the
amount or you're going, I need to get out of here. It's not for me. Yeah. And if I walk down the
street and I'm super happy and I see someone that's super down, the mirror neuron that's stronger
will win. So we have the energy sappers, right? So if they're really down, I'm kind of there,
they'll pull me down, but I can lift people up just with my energy. You've got that. And
energy, you've got that ability to inspire people, but they've also got to want to set themselves
alive. Yeah. And there's a saying that comes from another story, but I say, if the pilot light
is still on, the flame can be immense. It just means we need to add fuel. Yeah. So if you're
kind of down, add fuel to your pilot light. Because if you weren't meant to be here, you wouldn't.
There's a purpose you're here. Yeah. Make it the best. Yeah. I love that. So how
could you help people further? Like there's obviously more information and more of this. I mean,
even just this conversation I learned so much and it was like I've heard so many little things
to put the light bulb off of my head, you know, but like how could people learn more about what
you do and these seven pillars and what you have to offer? Why don't you give out all that information?
Yeah, thanks. Could I leave one last tip though really quick? Oh, please. Yeah. Yeah. So let's go
back to testosterone. Yeah. Because that's a big, if a man's not feeling good about himself, the woman
also suffers. Right. If he can't, you know, get an erection, he loses his confidence. It affects
the relationship. The woman often takes it personal as well, thinks it's her when the reality is it's
not. It's a physiological change and neurological change that's going on. Testosterone is easy to
replace, but we have to do it right. Sunlight is critical. Sunlight used to be the healer.
in the late 1800s, 1900s, when people were sick in hospitals, they would put the beds on the hospital roofs, and during the day they go up laying the sun.
And that's why when we go on holiday vacation and lay in the sun, we always feel better unless you're in the sunburn.
The sun's critical.
But when you go out walking early in the morning, wear as few clothes as you possibly can legally.
But this is for men.
Yeah.
Getting sunlight on your testicles will increase your testicles.
will increase your testosterone fast than any other way.
We're talking about guys in their 80s or 90s that can get sunlight on their testicles
will end up having the same testosterone levels often.
Not everyone else is across the board.
We can't say this one way, but similar to what they were in their 20s.
Now, again, it's not always easy to get sunlight.
And if you go out to the local park and lay there to get sun on your testicles, you can get arrested.
But there's an incredible product, and I'm not selling this, I don't get a bonus for saying this.
It's called Better Than Sunlight.
And women can use, it's great for your skin, it doesn't have all the rays in it that's going to,
it's not like the sunbeds are going to make you age.
But when I was using this and I just sit at my desk and have the sunlight while I'm working or watching the movie,
and you only got to do 10 minutes a day.
And I did it as a test because, again, through the biohacking world, this guy was claiming,
Um, you know, this would work. It worked. It was incredible. And you can do it in the safety of your home. Um, and the results, both for men and women, it's better than sunlight because you don't get the negative effect. You only get the positive effect. And, you know, the guy's name is Gooty that was talking. And it's an incredible product. And it's actually called better than sunlight. That's the actual name if I wanted to look it up. And yeah. Okay, great. That's super interesting.
And you only need to be underneath it like 10.
Can you leave it in front of your desk for the whole day while you're working?
Or is it something that you just want to do 10 minutes a day?
Yes.
So one of the great things about Goody's product is that it has a sensor on it.
It doesn't let it be closer than one foot away from you.
Because otherwise it can still burn if it's too close.
Yeah.
Because again, it's still got the power of a sun.
Oh, interesting.
And so you can do it.
I tried. I tried to burn myself and I did because I'm always testing.
You're pushing it. Yeah, yeah, totally. I love it. Yeah. I'm always testing. And so you want to make sure that you follow the instructions, but you can do it.
You can leave it on for an hour if you want at a different distance, but it gets to a certain point where you've got the maximum benefits that you can get. And so I wouldn't turn around and say, do it all day, but, and this was beautiful, it actually helps.
anti-age the skin.
Yeah.
There's different settings on there.
Interesting.
The sun can take it down.
So I strongly recommend anyone that has testosterone issues or health issues that doesn't, in the winter, you don't get out in the sun.
It's critical.
You can use it as a sun replacement.
And because the ozone layer is so fucked, I mean, it's really hard to stay out in the sun any length of time, unfortunately.
I feel so good getting raised, you know what I mean?
But I can't do that anymore.
because you sit out for 20 minutes, you get burned.
The sun feels so dangerous, but it's so healthy for you.
You need vitamin D, you know?
And so this is like a great alternative.
How do you spell Goot-T-I?
It's G-U-T-I-I-Stan for Gootier.
I just wanted to make sure, because I'm trying to Google it.
I don't know why I'm not finding it, but I'll look for it, you know.
Yeah, so look at this company.
Look at the name Mitolux, M-I-T-O-L-U-X.
Oh, okay.
I did come across that when I was looking, M-O-L-L-U-U-X.
Yeah, so that's the place.
That was the place.
That was the right place.
Yeah.
Vitamin D sun lamp is really what it is.
All right.
Awesome.
I love that.
Thank you.
Again, I'm here just to share information of things that have worked, not just for me,
but people that I've trained tens of thousands of people.
And it's incredible to see the results that they get because it changes their life.
Forget the physical.
When you can wake up every morning excited for the day ahead and go to bed that night,
excited for the night ahead.
Yeah.
that's what living's all about. Yeah, for sure. I love it. I love all this whole conversation. This is

Like I said, 17 stories, and they're all told in the third person, and they're all true.
I took the interview and rewrote it in the third person, and I wouldn't really call it like a total erotica book.
Think like penthouse letters.
It's more direct.
It's not so over the top like erotica.
I don't really like that kind of vibe, right?
But these are true stories.
17 of them.
