But you just didn't have the confidence in yourself to kind of cross the line and do, like, go to a swingers club or do any of the things that you're doing now. Is that what you're saying? Yeah, and honestly didn't even really.

really know about being missed in something, you know? Yeah, yeah. Yeah, because I know that you're in your, can we say, early 40s, right? How old were you when you got married? 26, 27. Okay, so got married around the time most people do. And then how long did your marriage last? We were together, we were together like 12 years, but married for over 10. Okay, cool. And you had kids with him. And I mean, how was his sex in that relationship just totally vanilla? Horrible. Oh, or worse, horrible. Vanilla is fine. I remember it was one of those, like, I'm like,

well, he's a good guy. He comes from a good family. And I just kind of settled, you know? Yeah. And like I said, didn't have the confidence like I do now. And it's like in high I don't regret because I love my kids, but I, I'm like, what was I thinking? Because we are such opposites. And I remember my best friends being like, like, what were, because I moved, I went to my home city out of province back home to get married. And all my best friends were kind of like, but like after the fact, they're like, what were you thinking? Like, he's so not tight, you know. That's so funny. And you just had bad sex for 12 years, never cheated or anything like that. just had the bad sex? I had bad sex and then in the last, say, three years after the birth of

our second kid and a whole bunch of stuff sort of going down, it just, you know, started crumbling and I didn't feel like he just gave me zero attention. It was like a person I was living with, not a husband. And I just felt like he didn't put the effort in at all. We went through counseling. We did, you know, we did everything. And it just wasn't there. And, when I finally called it quits, it was during COVID, and we were isolated, and I was just like, I had developed like a chronic jaw pain because of stress. Yeah. And I'm not a person that openly expresses stress.

I'm always very happy. And it was just weighing down on me. And I was getting checked for all sorts of physical problems because of my jaw when, in fact, within a month of me saying I was done, it was gone. Wow. I believe in the mind. Yeah, the mind-body connection is a real thing. thing for sure. And COVID didn't help, you know, but it did bring to light all this kind of stuff

and force people into seeing the truth of some things, right? It was at a very extreme time for all of us. Okay, so now you get out of that relationship and you're totally single. Like, how do you go from that life to the life you have now being in, I know I met you through Toronto Unicorn, so I assume you go to Swingers Club and all that stuff? Solo. So how do you go from being, you know, single, newly divorced right out of COVID to a girl that's going to swingers clubs? I mean, I think in the beginning, I, first of all, I did in the last, say, two years. That's when I had met someone that was a friend and it went further. And so in the end, I was cheating. And he's sort of the one that, even though physically, he's not at all someone I was really that attracted to. He just gave me the attention

You know, and like, and the thing that I like about the couple that I've played with like, you know, eight to ten times now is they don't have that boundary. And actually it's already happened.

I've already run into parents of someone that I have taught. How hilarious. And the thing is they can't, when it's at the club, it's like Vegas, right? Like you're here too. So you there's no, you know, there's kind of an understanding there and there was no problem with it. But I just, I feel so fulfilled. I would say most of my best friends now are. in the lifestyle. Like through Toronto Unicorn, I've met an entire group of incredible people,

So when I left my ex, I literally lost my entire family to celebrate holidays with. So I've found my own tribe and we've made our own dinners and our own celebrations.
