Okay, today I have on Susan Bryan.
intimacy expert to the millions. I love Susan Bratton. She knows everything about S-E-X, okay? And let me tell you,
if you've never heard her backstory, she doesn't just talk about sex. She has a lot of sex.
She's very open-minded. She has an incredible backstory. I have taped her backstory a long time ago.
I'll put the episode number in the description because, like I said, she doesn't just talk about
sex and teach people about sex. She actually has a lot of sex herself. She's,
super hot for her age. You should also see her pictures. I have this episode on video. I think I'm
going to post it on Spotify. But she came in on my show today. She's been on before. I love having
her on because she's super knowledgeable when it comes to everything to do with intimacy. We talk about
the orgasm gap. We talk about desire, the difference between responsive and spontaneous
desire and why you need to know the difference. We talk about yoni massage. We talk about low libido and
issues when it comes to libido. We talk about the G spot and why she doesn't like to call it the G spot. And she talks about
exactly how to find the quote unquote G spot, even though she doesn't like to call the G spot. We talk about
sex toys and vibrators and all and so much more. Like I said, she knows everything. She's super smart.
You're going to learn a lot on this episode. She's also super fun. So I'm going to get right to it and be right
back on with Susan. And I just want to let you know that she talks about a lot of different things that
you could buy or you can read up on and all of the stuff that she talks about is on
S-A-bedroom.com. That's S-A-bedroom.com has links to everything she talks about in this episode
when she talks about her favorite sex toy for G-spot, activation, orgasms, whatever, like that's on
S-A-bedroom.com. So make sure you go there. The link to S-A-bedroom.com will be in the description.
But anyway, I'm going to be right back on with Susan. Hi, Susan Broughton, intimacy expert to the
to millions, definitely my millions. You've been on my show many times. So I feel like you have
talk to, talk to my listeners a lot. I'm going to, I'm going for being your number one most
common guest appearance person. Well, you are my favorite expert because you have taught me a lot,
including you taught me how to change my orgasm, okay, to be 10,000 times better. That's always a great,
I talk about you all the time. I bring that up about how you change my game with orgasms.
What we're going to be talking about today, though, is like, you know, you had told me that there was, like, a bunch of things that you wanted to talk about that you have had it with.
Like, but when it comes to sex, right? And so I went, like, through your list. There was a lot of things. And I'm like, oh, my God, with Susan talking and me talking to be three hours. So I'm like, I'm going to pick the ones that I have also had it with. And then I figure if you've had it with those and I've had it, then most likely my audience has had it with those things too. Okay. Now, I want to start with one that, you know, I had it with because a long time ago,
I had a bunch of people come on my shirt.
First it was like guests talking about how like, you know,
they love all the sex and everything.
And then when it comes to orgasms, like, oh, but I don't orgasm.
And I was always like, well, what's the fucking point?
You know what I mean?
And then I had experts coming on talking about how you don't need to orgasm and everything.
And that was on your list.
And I was like, oh, my God, I need her to come on and say that I was always right
because I started changing my tune because I was like, okay, maybe you don't have to
orgasm.
And I got it wrong.
I don't know.
Yeah.
I, it's always like, I think that's probably the, that's literally the number one I've had it on the top of my list is when I see, you know, an allegedly famous sexpert on a giant show talking about, oh, it's okay if you don't orgasm.
It's just nice to be close.
And I'm like, tell me you don't come without telling me you don't come.
Like, what's the hell?
I am removing your epaulettes, your sexpert epaulads.
I am taking all of your medals and badness and I am tearing up your certifications because you don't know what the fuck you're talking about.
And it's like really, really trapped my ass.
And I also don't like when, and that's really, and really, it's because orgasms are learned skills.
You know, some kids start out humping their teddy bear and they give themselves an orgasm early in their lives and other people.
It takes them until their 20s or their 30s or their 40s or their 40s or their 50s.
to kind of find that first pathway.
But once they realize, oh, all I need to do is just kind of follow the operating system steps
and I can learn how to do it, you know, conditions have to be right.
And you have to stimulate the body's systems and thank God for sex toys,
because that really helps people kind of get a good pathway early on and feel what the feeling is.
And then they can have lots of other kinds of orgasms.
You know, there's over 20 kinds of orgasms the human body can have.
And so when I hear a sex expert say, oh, it's just because I'm like, you know, that's what duty, booty, mercy, sex, sexless marriages, that's the beginning of all of that because if she's not come. And it's nine times out of ten, it's the female partner, you know. And she's not coming. How long is she going to want to do it? It's like every time you have sex and you don't have a mind-blowing orgasm or a whole bunch of them and then as you get better come the whole time, you're,
really putting another brick in the wall of your future sexless relationships.
And the thing is that when you don't have good orgasms, you're not extent, you're not having
sex as long as people who are having good orgasms.
They continue to have good sex through their life.
And that makes them live not only a longer life.
It literally extends their health span because I call sex the fourth factor.
Everybody's talking about you got to get your sleep and your recovery.
you got to do your macros and your nutrition and eat your keto and you got to work out in the
gym and do your strength training and your hit. But nobody's saying you need to come regularly.
And that's because we're just so, you know, we're so censored and so so repressed. But when you come,
there's like 25 different things that happen in your body that extend not just your health span,
but your happiness span, including rebooting your nervous.
anxiety and increasing your oxytocin so you're less annoyed by the universe like it's just a good
idea to learn how to come and it's not hard.
Don't you lose a lot of calories too?
Like don't you use up a lot of calories during sex too, a good session?
Well, when you're, yeah, if you're just like riding cock, hell yeah, you do, as I love to.
Oh my God, people need to listen to your origin story so that you know that you don't just
talk about sex. You have a lot of sex. You're, you know, you're talking from experience. Let's talk about,
like, I know that you did say that you are, you know, you have had it with normalizing the orgasm gap.
Like, I have heard a lot about it. I want to hear what you have to say about it. Yeah, I love Dr.
Lori Mintz. She came up with, she's a college professor. And her book, The Orgasm Gap, was about
how easy it is for penis owners and relatively more difficult it is for, uh, voluble.
the owners, vagina owners. I like to call them Yoni owners because Yoni is this tantric love making
word. And so it's not like vagina, which is just the inside or vulva, which is the outside.
Yoni is kind of the comprehensive female genital system with all the erectile tissue.
That is what makes us have our lady boners and feel good and have orgasms. So basically what she
was saying is that penis owners are, it's really easy for them to come and it's really hard for
vagina owners or Yoni owners to come comparatively. And that, you know, lesbians tend to have more
orgasms because they kind of know what to do with the equipment and that kind of thing. But the only
downside that I have to that is it's great research. It really created a lot of awareness of this
orgasm gap. I spend all my time trying to help people cross the gasm chasm, close the orgasm gap,
and come. And there's a couple of nested kind of presuppositions about
sex in the orgasm gap. One of them is that sex is intercourse. So that's another I've had it,
which is I've had it with people equating sex with intercourse because sex to me is full body
touch, hot and sexy kissing, manual pleasuring, oral pleasuring, and penetrative experiences,
both anal and vaginal. And so it's all the things, it's not like, and this is another I've had it,
It's not for play and then sex.
That's like, for me, what I think is that most people, probably not your listeners,
because your listeners are so sex positive.
They're having all kinds of great experiences, but generally out there in the world,
a lot of people are having procreation, not sex.
They're just sticking a dick and a pussy, shooting a load, and that's how you make a baby.
But it's not my thing, which is passionate.
highly orgasmic, you know, co-creative, ecstatic orgasmic bliss.
Like, that's my jam, you know, as you know well.
Yeah.
And this whole idea that there's an orgasm gap, I kind of feel like when you hear that,
then you feel like, well, I guess I'm one of those people who just, you know,
is in that percentage that can't have an orgasm.
And it's like, oh, police, orgasms are all learned skills.
Everyone can do it.
The conditions need to be right.
The stimulation needs to be there.
Once you do that, you're going to come.
I mean, it's the same as like my friend who's in his wheelchair and he's paralyzed from the neck down, but he can still have full body orgasms.
He just has brain gasms.
He gets turned on and he has orgasms or women who've had, you know, accidents or, God forbid, you know, clitoridectomies or, you know, those kinds of things.
Yes, they struggle that there are many paths.
okay, you don't have this part or this hurts or that hurts.
You work around it.
You can have nipple gasms, foot gasms, core gasms, throat gasms, throat gasms,
belly gout, you know, you can have so many kinds of orgasms that if one pathway is closed
to you, there's plenty more.
So this whole idea of the orgasm gap, partly what Dr. Mince was doing was saying,
let's have more sexual literacy.
Let's learn how to close that gap, cross that gasm cap.
And that's really what I think is the takeaway is that everybody can come with the right inputs.
And at the same time.
Oh, yeah.
And you can come the whole time.
One of the things I love to teach is what I call orgasmic intercourse.
It's not that I don't want people to have or that I think great intercourse isn't one of the very best, if not the very best part of sex.
It's that it's not the only thing and all of these other things are equally.
orgasmic and equally important.
So it's not like foreplay and
sex where you're rushing through
foreplay to stick it in
and come. You know, that's the
grab a boob and stick it
in style of sex,
which is all we really see out there
in movies and things like that.
You know, they embrace
and he rips her shirt off. Her bra
is still on. He throws her onto the bed.
He plunges inside her. She goes,
oh, oh, oh,
this is so. And then all the rest of the women
in the world are like, how the fuck is she doing that when I'm not having an order?
Like, because it's the movies.
Yeah.
Because she needs what we call for play, but what I call all the other good parts of hot sex.
Okay, guys, anyone who listens to my show knows I am all about anal action, especially anal action for guys.
Okay.
I'm always trying to get guys to go to that part of their body and check it out so that they
could have what's called a prostate orgasm. Now, I've never had a prostate orgasm because I don't have
a prostate, but guys who have called into my show and talked about it, and there are many, okay,
talk about a prostate orgasm being like the best, most incredible, unbelievable, best fucking orgasm they've
ever had. It's like an all-over-body orgasm. And that's why I love the butter, and that's why I love
the butter wellness paroneum massager, because that's going to get you there. You want to have a prostate
orgasm, you want to start exploring that part of your body.
Get the butter wellness paronea massager because their massager was designed to only be used externally.
That's right.
You cannot put their massager inside.
All you need to do is use it right on your taint.
And if you don't know where your taint is, it's that sensitive area between your balls and
your asshole.
Okay.
Now, massaging your taint on the daily can not only give you a prostate orgasm, it's also going
to increase your blood flow.
give you stronger erections. And if you have any kind of ED going on, it's going to help with that too. I have
had, it's going to help with that too. I had a listener email me recently and he said he bought the butter
massager and he said not only does it give him a prostate orgasm sometimes when he uses it, it also gave him
stronger erections so much so that his wife noticed the difference. And he also felt like for some
reason he actually ejaculated further when he was using it during orgasm. So listen, after you hear that
great review, why not go check out the butter wellness paranium massager for yourself? And the good news is
you're going to get 20% off your whole order. All you got to do is go to butterwellness.com and use
my code strictly for 20% off your whole order.
That's butter wellness,
B-U-T-T-E-R-W-E-L-N-E-S-S dot com.
Use my code strictly at checkout for 20% off your whole order.
So make sure you order up or just go to the description,
click on the link and use my code strictly.
Style of sex, which is all we really see out there in movies and things like that.
You know, they embrace and he rips her shirt off.
Her bra is still on.
He throws her onto the bed.
He plunges inside her.
She goes, oh, oh, oh, this is so.
And then all the rest of the women in the world are like,
how the fuck is she doing that when I'm not having an order?
Like, because it's the movies.
Yeah.
Because she needs what we call for play, but what I call all the other good parts of hot sex.
Yeah, no, you know, this actually is, there's another one on my list that actually goes perfectly
with what you just said.
And it was like, you know, you're sick of expecting people to, you know, it's right now
I would expecting myself to be horny or being impatient at my totally normal arousal process.
So there's always that pressure because like you said, people see other people or they see
a movie and they think like that's how they have to respond.
And if they don't, then they're like, feel bad about themselves, right?
And someone might be taking too long to get horny and someone might be waiting for their
partner to get horny and they get pissed off.
Yes.
And this is the work of Dr. Beverly Sassum.
I love to, you know, talk about who came up with these ideas because credit should go where credit is due and we're all standing on the shoulders of giants.
Right.
And Beverly came up with this construct that, and actually Emily Nagoski made it famous in her book, Come as You Are, of responsive versus spontaneous desire.
And pretty much, when you watch porn, everything you're seeing are super hot turned on women who can't wait to get, you know, gang,
bangs and choke down five big cocks and you know all that fun stuff which i mean i like that too
i got no problem with that i've had all those great experiences it's fantastic but it takes me a while
to get turned on and i am not unusual the thing about me is that i'm just like everybody else i
ain't special i have all these sex education in the world and i'm not walking around like a horn dog
that often i'm mostly in the spontaneous in the responsive desire
mode. My partner, and because he's male, he's more spontaneous desire. He's more horny, ready to go. And so
everything we see in movies, in porn is really that male-oriented, spontaneous desire where you talk to
your average guy and you're like, you want to fuck me right now. He'll be like, yeah. He's got his pants
down already. You've got a boner in one minute or two minutes. Like that's spontaneous desire. That's how
it works because guys have what they technically call fast acting hemodynamics, which is fast blood flow
right down into their, from their sweet little brain, they see some boobs, their blood goes
right into their dick and boink, they've got a heart on and they're ready to go. And that's
awesome. And I love that about men. And I'm generalizing, obviously, and, you know, being fun and silly,
it takes some men a lot more, you know, stimulation and heart connection and, you know, time and
relaxation to get turned on and that's totally reasonable. It's all in the belles
curves. But when women aren't walking around like that, when I land on the bed and I'm not even
in the mood, my husband and I know that we just do some heavy lifting to get me going. And nine times,
99 times out of 100, I want more. And what we usually do is we start with Yoni
massage because it really gets the blood. So I had a date last night and it'd been a week since we'd
been together and I hadn't been masturbating much. I'd been sleeping and just working and getting a
bunch of shit done. And when I got on the bed, my vulva, my pussy lips were very flaccid. I had
no engorgement kind of left over from previous, you know, times. And so we started off where I, I
I can't remember if it made out first or if we went, what I wanted last night was I wanted my wand massager,
wanted my partner to basically take my wand on the lowest setting and just first massage my pussy with my favorite lube.
And then take the wand after he kind of got my pussy lips a little bit in gorge, like I could feel my mons and my pussy lips beginning to start to not just be flaccid, empty little bit.
balloons, but they started plumping up. Then I wanted him to take the wand and just run it around
the outer labia, the mons, over the cliff shaft after a while, onto the clitoris, down onto the inner
labia. And he did that for probably 10 minutes until I could finally feel all of the blood flow
and the arousal filling up all those little erectile tissue sponges in my vulva. And that
was when I started getting a ladyboater and then I started getting lubricated and then I started
getting turned on and then I think the next thing we did was he we made out while he played with my
nipples and I stroked his cock with some mango butter which has this kind of a little bit of a grip
to it that's thicker than just like a sex oil or something and it was nice it just goes very like
luxurious on his cock and so I just stroked his cock for my pleasure while he played with
my boobs and nipples.
And that makes even more
blood flow go down into your
pussy. And so that's nice.
And so then I got really turned
on. And then I was like, what do you want to do next?
And he's like, talkie doggy style in the mirror.
And I'm like, I knew that was what you were going to
like. I knew. That was what I was going to be next.
That's your number one favorite thing. Okay.
So then we did that. And that was fun too. And I kind of let him
totally drive and I completely relaxed.
And I let him like move me on
his cock. That's a technique.
I have called Glissondo.
But it just took me a long time.
And the thing is, and this is coming back to what you said, I wasn't turned on.
I was literally flaccid.
It took 20, 30 minutes for me to get ready for penetration.
And I don't think anything negative about myself or that there's anything wrong with me
because I know that I'm not in a man body.
I'm in a lady body.
And lady bodies are slow and responsive, not fast and spontaneous.
So the problem is that women think there's something, they're doing something wrong because they're not, all they see is just male oriented sexuality out there in the world.
Right. And if they're showing it on porn, they're, they're pretending that the woman's just as ready as the guy or. But in real life, we all know that's not the case.
That's not the case. Yeah. But we don't all know. That's the issue. Women think there's something wrong. They think they can't come. They think they're broken. They think their libido is low. They think, you know, we have a mismatch libido. No. You just don't have this.
skills and the patience to allow yourself to get turned on, which is why I like to talk about
the things I do, like the yoni massage with the vibrator, because my boyfriend was perfectly,
my partner was perfectly happy to just like enjoy fluffing me up. Right. Well, listen, he obviously
knows you by now and knows that once he fluffs you up, you're going to be letting him fuck you
doggy style in front of the mirror, so he knows it's going to pay off. And he's good at it.
I mean, the voyeur and the position, it's like every man's dream.
You love that.
My strong back.
Yeah, there you go.
Well, listen, you mentioned mismatchal libido.
That was literally next to my less with mismatchelitial lib.
You don't like to hear, you know, the quote unquote low libido.
Like, maybe it's not that you have a low libido, right?
There could be a lot of other things going on.
I think the majority of low libido is two falls into two buckets.
One is shitty sex that not understanding arousal.
and how female arousal is different than male arousal.
Not getting enough what we call for play,
but is really just hot sex of various kinds.
You know, rushing to sex with a grab a boob and stick it in.
Expecting, you know, not knowing good penetration techniques
that will give her orgasms from intercourse
because we don't see them anywhere.
They're not, you know, I mean, I have my steamy sex ed video collection,
which I'm going to give you a link for,
for this show.
Because that's, well, I'll put it on essay bedroom.
Okay, perfect.
SABDroom.com is the place where you and I keep all the links I talk about when I come on
your show.
And the steamy sex ed video collection literally showcases orgasmic intercourse techniques
orgasmic oral techniques that are not porn, they're not kink, they're not tantra,
but they are passionate lovemaking.
They're hot sex that's really,
really helps women's bodies become massively turned on and orgasmic.
And when people don't have access to that information, which is most people, I mean,
you get a lot of listeners, but certainly not 300 million people or whatever.
You know how many adults there are in America right now.
And I know you have international listeners, but, you know, we've got to get this stuff out there.
Thank God for shows like yours and for other podcasts where we can speak frankly about things like
this because I can't put this on
Instagram or any place else
or I'm immediately
I lose my account.
Right, exactly.
So people aren't getting at all you can see
is porn and movies which are basically
derivative of porn.
And, you know, porn has its place
but not for learning how to give women orgasms.
That is not because it's fake.
No, Susan Bratton's going to teach you
how to give your woman an orgasm.
And also if you're a woman and just want to, you know,
read up because it'll help the woman
actually realize how to have an orgasm.
I know you taught me how to make my orgasms better and longer because I forget what it was.
Was it like you can't push out or you can't clench down?
I don't know what it was, but it was like a little trick you told me that I was doing wrong
my whole life that completely changed the game.
Yeah, it was not clenching up, but instead breathing into your pussy,
awakening it all, getting it engorged, being patient, and then opening to your pleasure,
staying with the sensation and just really resting in the pleasure and feeling the pleasure
and then asking for adjustments on that that will help you.
Okay, so a couple of weeks ago, I talked about Brooklyn betting.
I was getting a new mattress for them to try out.
I'm going to tell you the exact one I ordered, which was the Sedona Elite in Medium
Firmness.
And let me tell you, when I got it, it exceeded.
my expectations. It is soft and comfortable, but not too soft and comfortable. Like the more you lay on it,
the more you're like, oh my God, I feel like I'm floating on a cloud. Like you fall in, but you don't
fall in too much. And it's super relaxing and comfortable. And the best thing about it that I love
is it doesn't sleep hot. It has a cooling feature, which totally keeps you cool all night long,
no matter how many covers you have on, which I like to sleep under a ton of covers. The mattress is
great. Like I said, I got the Sedona Elite that has a memory foam topper. But what Brooklyn
Bedding knows is that not every body is the same when it comes to mattresses. So they offer
mattresses for all different types of bodies and all different types of sleepers, as well as
mattresses in different sizes. If you don't know which one is best for you and you don't want to
Google like crazy like I did, all you got to do is take their Brooklyn Betting Sleep Quiz online
in under two minutes. You're going to be told exactly which matters. You're going to be told exactly which

Yeah, it was not clenching up, but instead breathing into your pussy,
awakening it all, getting it engorged, being patient,
and then opening to your pleasure.
staying with the sensation and just really resting in the pleasure and feeling the pleasure
and then asking for adjustments on that that will help you.
Yeah, I was always like, oh, when I would feel of myself about to come, like clench, push it out.
You know what I mean?
And I was one and done.
But once I changed, it was a very easy fix too.
And it completely changed the game.
So that's why you need Susan Bratton.
And that link for that course that you have, right, it will be on essay bedroom.
What about because I just ask you, because you are sick of like the idea of the perfect G spot.
I had to ask a sex expert that was on my show the other day.
Like, does every woman have a G spot?
I still think I'm fucking confused about it.
And a lot of people are confused about that too.
Yeah, I don't even like the word G spot because it's not a spot.
So people think there's one location.
Yeah.
It's actually part of.
So the penis has three long tubes of sponge in it.
And they get filled really fast with blood.
and then your dick is hard and full of blood,
and then it's got more service area
that sends all the pleasure signals to your brain,
so sex feels really good,
touch and pleasure and oral and intercourse
and all those things.
The yoni, I'll go back to the word I like,
the yoni, it has three erectile tissue chambers as well.
So it's exactly the same, they call that homologous,
it's exactly the same as the dick.
And what's interesting about it
is that those three tissue chambers, one's called the clitoral.
We're familiar with that.
One's called the urethral.
That's the G spot, but it's not a spot.
It's a tube.
It almost looks like those pool noodles that kids play with.
You know, those spongy noodles, that's what it's like.
And it's kind of, if you go above the vaginal canal, it's above there in the tissue above.
It's like on the roof.
But it's long.
and it goes right up into the back of the clit.
And then the third erectile tissue chamber is the perineal,
and that's on the floor of the vagina between the rectum and the vagina.
And so each one of these little parts,
they actually encircle the vagina.
It's like a bracelet of erectile tissue.
But because it's little parts, it's like a head, a shaft, two arms, two legs,
a tube, a little thing that looks like a little bumpy brain, that's the perineal sponge.
You've got all these little parts.
They fill more slowly with blood.
They don't have that straight shot.
So the blood has to come down and seep in.
And so once it seeps, the G spot swells.
And when you stimulate it and bring more blood flow into it with a wand, with your fingers, with a penis,
then it swells even more.
And so you get even more pleasure.
And that's the little tube that when a woman ejaculates, the blood flows bringing blood plasma
and it's seeping through these little skeins glands into the bottom of that tube.
And when she has an orgasmic contraction, it pushes the fluid out.
The fluid is very similar to a fluid that's in a male prostate.
And so it's not pee and it's not a spot.
Yeah.
Yeah, no, that was on my list, but you're just going to, I mean, please just remind everybody.
it is not pee.
It's not pee and it's not a spot.
It's a, it's from your blood fluid.
Can you just explain like what someone should feel for real quick, like, to know that you've like,
like, are in the right spot.
Like, does it feel different than the rest of the rectile tissue in there?
Yeah.
There's this little right at the open, so the vagina itself is a little round sphincter
muscles.
It's very similar to your iris of your eye.
And so it's round.
And it has a lot of different cells that have that register different kinds of sensation.
And one of the cells that it has in it is a cell that like stretch.
So when you stick a penis or a toy in and it kind of opens that spainter up a little bit,
that feels good.
That's why we like a nice big dick in our place.
At least I do.
But then again, I'm the queen of peen.
I teach people penis enlargement, you know, so like that, you know, that's my jam, right?
Yeah.
So right as you're going into the sphincter, as you open it, and the vagina is not really a canal.
Like it's not an inside out penis.
It's not like a tube.
It's more like a flat pocket, a pocket where once you put something in it, it expands, but it's flat.
And when you go into the vagina and you have your hands, you know, the palm of your hands, the palms of your pads of your fingers pointing up toward her belly button.
You go in, like she's lying on her back and you're facing her and you slide your fingers in.
As you slide one finger past the entroidal sphincter, the opening to the vagina, and you feel right at the entrance, right above there.
There's an area that's called the rugay.
And the rugay is this little mass of tissue that is kind of almost wrinkly, similar to your prostate, like a little wall nutty feeling.
Oh, interesting.
But as she gets more, you can feel it yourself if you put your finger inside you and you're not turned on.
And as you get more and more turned on and that pool noodle gets filled with blood and expands
that erectile tissue of the G spot, which is now, you know, not a spot.
It's a tube, the urethral sponge.
That sponge gets filled with blood.
It expands and you can begin to feel more and more and more of that G spot right there
at the entrance, but then it'll start to move back and expand and it will start to poke out
of the front of the opening of the vagina.
And so then the entire roof right from the entrance all the way
will expand and become engorged or erect
and it'll feel better and better.
But if you curve your fingers up and you just put some pressure
right on the roof of the top of the vaginal pocket,
you'll feel this kind of spongy tissue.
And that's what the gene is.
area is.
Oh, I like that G area, not G spot.
It's an area.
I never knew that.
And it grows.
Do you have a favorite sex toy that you recommend for like G spots,
G area stimulation?
Yeah, I like a couple.
I like the curve from hot octopus.
That's at S-Abedroom.com.
I know it's on there.
And I like it because it has a vibrator and it has a soft tip.
And so it has a soft tip, which feels really good.
good when you put that up on the G spot. And I've never seen anything with a soft tip like that
thing. It's the best. And it has two motors in it, a treble and a base. So like a buzzy and a rumbling.
And a lot of times what I like to do is I like to deep throat my partner while I have that
curve inside me and I'm stimulating my own G spot and releasing my own feminine waters. I get both
the throat and mouth stimulation at the same time I get the, you know, vaginal G-spot, clitoral,
because I can take it out and rub it on my clit, send it back in, stimulate myself, stroke myself,
et cetera. So I really like that. And then my other favorite is the enjoy pure wand.
It's a stainless steel, medical grade stainless steel wand that's a curved piece of stainless steel
with balls on the end. And most people buy it and they don't know how to use it.
And they're like, I don't like this thing.
And that's because they just didn't, didn't know how to use it.
It's very, very, if I really want a super soak or squirt session and I'm in the mood for it,
that's the toy I get to.
And it's really, really nice.
And, yeah, guys can have prostate orgasms from that too, right?
Like, that's actually really good for guys as well.
I know I had a girl.
Someone turned me on to it.
She said she squared her for the first time using that.
Yes.
what I like about it is, and I actually have an explicit video at g-spotjoy.com, I'll put that on your
essay bedroom, remind me, Kath.
I will.
And that is really nice because I show you how to use it.
So that's one of the things manufacturers have not been doing that I think is a missed opportunity.
They give you the speeds and the feeds and, oh, it's medical grade, blah, blah, blah, blah.
But they don't tell you how to use the freaking thing.
So that is a good video.
It's explicit.
You see up close, you learn exactly how to use it to make her have incredible squirting orgasms
or what I like to prefer to call female ejaculation.
Yeah, no, I love that.
Because squirting is a porn term.
I love that.
You have that video too.
I think it's super important.
Then just like reading directions or wondering or, you know, to actually see it.
And like you said, it's explicit, but you're going to get, you're going to learn exactly
how to do it, which I love.
You do have on there that you're sick of like vibrators that make it harder for you to have
orgasms, like in real life.
Like, I mean, I was always afraid to get too into vibrators because I was always like, no dick is going to make me feel this way.
So, like, why would I bother?
So I always was afraid.
I didn't use a wand until recently.
And then I was like, oh, my God, these are the best things that were ever invented because I, you know, I sort of was like afraid of vibrators for this exact reason.
But it's the opposite of that.
I hate, I've had it.
I've had it that people say that vibrators are going to make it harder for you to have orgasms with human body parts.
It's the opposite.
Right.
vibrators, sex toys, the entire pleasure tool category.
My approach to it is use them for orgasmic activation and orgasmic cross-training.
Your whole yoni is massively multi-orgasmic and wildly pleasure-filled.
It's not just the tip of the clip.
Right.
That is just, yes, there are 10,000.
here's another thing I've had it with,
that people don't even know there's 10,000,
that the 8,000 nerve endings that everybody's talking about
was from a pig study, a pig clip.
Now we're finally getting, I've had it with the fact that we don't have decent,
you know, research about women's bodies.
Another thing I've had it with, I'll throw in right here,
is that I've had it that medical textbooks to this day
do not have accurate illustrations of female genital structure
so doctors literally don't even know how our, like, you're learning more on strictly anonymous
with Susan Batten and Kathy Kay than doctors do in medical school.
Wow.
How many nerve-euvre?
If it's not 8,000, how many?
It's 10,000.
Wow.
Because now that we have, our trans folks are having these nerve-sparing, reworking of their genital structures,
and the great doctors doing this work understand the innervation.
of the clitoral structures and now they're like no it's not it's not eight that was pigs we're 10 we got 10
but the thing is that yes the tip of the clit has the you know the nerve culmination the termination
the termination of the nerves there but there's nerve endings all over the vulvo vaginal the yoney
I mean my labia are as orgasmic as the tip of my clit the shaft of my clit is as orgasmic as the tip of my clit
my vagina is there as orgasmic as the tip of my clit the my mom my mom's
Mons, stroking my mons gives me orgasms because I've activated it with all these pleasure
tools.
So don't be afraid to use them.
Literally use them because they activate these core puzzles and mechanoreceptors and nerve endings.
There's nerve plexus in there.
And when you stimulate them with vibration, air stimulation, whatever it might be, warm,
You know, all the, our toys are all getting all these, you know, they're inflatable, they're warm, they're vibrating, they have trouble and base, they have, you know, they've got red light therapy, you know, like we are in our sex tech era.
So to look at that and be like, oh no, I'm not going to use any of those because then I won't be able to have orgasms from a stick.
It's like, no, you're, you will have better orgasms from a stick if you use all these toys and you awaken all the pathways from your yoni to your brain because your brain is actually.
your biggest sex organ and if it doesn't get stimulation from your yoni, it's not going to
respond well. It responds better. The more you masturbate and the more you integrate sex toys
into your lovemaking, the more you normalize it and the more you activate your pleasure.
Yeah, no, I mean, I completely change that whole viewpoint for myself. You know, that's why I brought
up because I feel like there's probably a lot of people out there that still feel that way.
Once I found that wand and what it did, because like I said, I was always afraid of it for that
or exact reason.
It was like the best thing ever.
I was like, even if this is going to screw me up, I'm not going to stop using it.
But turns out it didn't.
You know what I mean?
But they happen to be like the best sex.
I mean, the wand is like amazing.
And now I'm back to using all kinds of different things.
You have sent me some stuff.
And I use it all.
And I think it's exactly like what you say.
It has not made me any less able to orgasm.
It's just helped me.
orgasm more and be more horny because the truth is I think the more you stimulate yourself,
the more you know your body, the more you're getting off, the easier it becomes, right? For sure.
Yes. And that's another thing I've had it with is use it or lose it. You don't fucking lose it.
Right. Let's just say you were ill for a decade. And this is when we're talking about like low
libido, and I didn't finish what I was going to say, low libido, it comes from shitty sex,
not knowing what you're doing, so learn some things.
And it comes from not feeling well.
Your libido is tied to your health.
It's a marker of health.
And it's emotional and physical issues, whether it's depression, like SSRIs, which crush
your libido, or it, you know, that's one of them, or it's just, you've been sick.
You had cancer, you whatever, you know, you had a really rough time.
And you didn't have a libido.
The minute your libido starts coming back, you know your health is coming back.
And I think that's just a really important thing to understand is that there is no use it or lose it.
That's a scare tactic.
You can always get it back.
That's literally the entire field of sexual regenerative therapies and treatments like Gaines Wave, penis pumps, nitric oxide boosters.
You know, all of these things in the sexual biohacking stack I'm always talking about.
These are just the regenerative things that get that stuff working again.
Get those dicks and pussies going again.
Yeah, no, I remember when I first had my child, I mean, the first couple of years, like,
I had zero libido.
Like, I just wasn't that horny.
Like, I don't know.
And I was like a little nervous, you know, because I've always been like a very highly sexual
person, high sex drive.
And I remember talking to somebody in the swing of roll.
And she was like, oh, no, no, no, don't worry.
You're just going through a nesting period.
It will come back.
And of course it did.
Absolutely.
It's like riding a bike.
I was right there when I was back, you know, when my baby was like.
taken care of and I was back to myself, I was fine. You know, it wasn't like you need to figure it out
again, you know? So, but what about, you know what? This is something that was interesting to me.
You know, you've had it with a lack of recognition and treatment for female erectile dysfunction,
like atrophy, loss of sensation. I have to say I've been on HRT since I've been in perimenopause.
I could, you know, I always knew I would be on hormones a minute. I started to lose them because I
believe in it and it really changed my life. But, you know, I, it was just recently that I was
told that even though I was like injecting my estradiol and my testosterone, that you still need
that cream, estradiol cream as well. Like my doctor hadn't told me that like that, the injection
isn't going to necessarily hit that area. Like you always also need the cream on top of it.
I eventually went on it too because I was like, why is this kind of stuff happening to me,
right? There was a little bit of pain or whatever when I'm taking these, you know, injectables
and my hormones are high because they weren't hitting that area. So I got on the estrogenial cream
when that changed the game.
And that's like very safe for women.
And every woman should, you know, that's a little bit older going through menopause can use
it.
Like, it's great for you.
But a lot of doctors, my doctor didn't even tell me about it.
Yeah, I like a product.
I'll put it on essay bedroom.
It's called Get Glow Below.
And it's a, it's a, it's a estriol and esterdial.
There's three estrogens.
Estriol, esteridial, and estrone.
Estrone is the one that can, you know, if there's too much of it, can give you
breast cancer. But estriol and esterdial, when you have a high amount of that, it actually suppresses
the estrone. Right. It lowers your chances of breast cancer. And the vaginal mucosal lining,
the skin of the vagina inside, it gets thin when estrogen, when you have estrogen decline
in perimenopause and menopause and throughout the rest of your life, if you top it up by just
applying topically right on your pussy lips and right in the entrance to your vagina,
some of this estrogen serum, this vaginal estrogen serum, then it saturates that tissue
and it allows that tissue to stay volumized. And the volume of the tissue holds more blood flow.
So your vagina isn't a gland. It doesn't self-lubricate.
The lubrication comes from blood flow to your pelvic bowl.
This is why nitric oxide boosters are so important when you're over 40.
Because if you can't get the nitric oxide to your pelvic bowl,
or I mean, you can't get the blood flow to your pelvic bowl because you don't have
enough nitric oxide pumping into your penis or into your yoni.
Then you're going to have thinning tissue and you're going to have a loss of response.
You're not going to get those sponges filled up.
And the tissue in your vagina is going to be.
be thin and you won't get enough blood flow in there to see through to wet it to make you feel
lubricated.
So when women have low lubrication, they don't feel as turned on.
When they get their lubrication going again, they feel hornyer.
There's no correlation between how horny you are and how lubricated you are, but there's a feeling
in a woman's body where if she's wet, she's like, oh, I must be horny.
and if she's dry, she's less turned on.
So it's not an indication of arousal,
but it's definitely a marker of, you know,
it kind of like makes you feel more turned on.
And that's topical estrogen.
Oh, sorry, Kat.
No, I was just going to say that one.
Where could you get that explain?
Because I think it's super important.
SABDroom.com.
I'll put a link to it to the estrogen.
And there's a DHA version for women who are like adamantly against.
taking estrogen even topically, which doesn't go into the bloodstream. They say it's unmeasurably,
unmeasurable systemically. But DHEA is a precursor. It's a master hormone for testosterone and
estrogen, which is interesting, but your body has to convert it. But the DHEA will actually,
if you rub that on your clit, it'll improve your clitoral sensation. Because what happens as the
vulva atrophies from loss of estrogen, loss of testosterone, etc.,
aging, tissue aging. Like, as we get older, we get smaller. Like, you think about your grandma and
grandpa, they're pretty tiny compared to how big you are. And that's because they've atrophied,
their whole body has atrophied. Their genitals have atrophied too. And so your genitals are
atrophying it. Starting at about 30, your genitals start to atrophage. Your penis gets smaller.
Your vulva shrinks. You've got, you know, vanishing clit, vanishing labia, dryness,
loss of sensation. And when you put a little testosterone compounded cream on the cliff,
on the clit, it keeps it nice and meaty and it makes your orgasmic response better.
This is why Gaines Wave, acoustic wave treatments are also really good for the Volvo vaginal
system, not just for penises, because it reconstitutes all that tissue that's atrophying so it can
hold all the blood so it can get plumped so it can send the signals to the brain, make the lubrication,
give you the orgasmic intensity that you had when you were younger.
At 64, I have more intense orgasms than a juicier pussy now than I've ever had in my life
because I do these regenerative therapies.
Right.
And just the, like I said, just the hormones alone that I was on wasn't doing it.
You know what I'm saying?
For sure.
And that's what I think people don't tell you.
Talk about, because you just mentioned like the blood flow for guys too.
I mean, that was another thing that you've had it with, like ignoring the need for
consistent blood flow and vascular health, not just for women and what you were just talking about, men too.
Yeah.
It's funny. I just had a meeting this morning with a friend of mine, and he was calling from the hospital.
His dad was in the hospital, and he lost his toe.
They had to amputate his toe.
And he moved him from a hospital that wanted to amputate his leg from the knee down.
Oh, wow.
And he'd been a smoker.
He'd been diabetic.
And so he didn't have enough blood flow to his peripheral, you know,
know, his legs, and the tissue died and got necrotic and they had to cut it off.
And so what happens as you age is you begin to lose nitric oxide production.
I'm going to update the link on SA Bedroom.
I have a new offer for my nitric oxide booster where you can get a bottle for free.
You get your first month free.
Oh, wow.
I've gotten to the point where my volume is so high that I can give away the first bottle free
and then people can try it themselves and then they can keep going on it when they can feel
the difference. And for my friend Ethan's dad, you know, he didn't have enough nitric oxide and a good
enough vascular health pushing the blood to his extremities. Well, your dick is the first thing that goes.
When you start getting a little bendy, it's a loss of nitric oxide production. And the problem is,
I used to be able to say, you know, 20 years ago, eat your leafy green vegetables, eat your
beats. But the problem is that we have nitrogen depleted soil on the top of the fact that
very few people are really regularly eating enough leafy greens and green vegetables and beetroot
and things like that. So supplementation is very helpful. And what I don't like, what I've had
it with is you go to the doctor and you're like, I can't get a hard on like I used to. And they're
like, here's some Viagra, here's some Cialis, here's some Libetra. Instead of, here's a nitric oxide
booster, eat more green vegetables, use a penis pump, go get gainswaves if that doesn't work,
you know, and you really need something, you need the bigger guns.
Like, why are doctors not giving us the root cause solutions rather than just the friggin pill?
And I tell a lot of guys, once you start taking the flow nitric oxide booster,
you get your nitric oxide topped up.
Often you can do a micro dose of your Viagra sublingually.
Instead of swallowing the whole pill, 60 milligrams is a typical dose.
Take 10 or 20 or even 30s.
Do 30 and then back off and just crunch it in your mouth and stick it under your tongue and let it go directly into your bloodstream.
It doesn't have to go in your stomach, pass through your liver.
You can take less.
You don't get the headaches, the flushing, the sinuses, you know, all of the stuff that can often come with these PDE-5 inhibitors.
Because now you've got enough nitric oxide.
You're getting a firm erection and you're doing your other things.
You're pumping.
You're doing all these other things that are really helping you main.
reverse atrophy and then maintain your erectile function without the need for pharmaceuticals.
Because the Viagra is covering up a systemic issue and you're on your way to peripheral neuropathies and
edemas and heart problems and strokes.
Like that's, they say, the canary and the coal mine, right?
Yeah.
Yeah, no, that makes sense.
And you touched on this before and I think this is a super important one because anytime
anyone tells me like, oh, my boyfriend can't get it up or he, you know, he has issues.
I'm always like, or even a woman like, you know, I can't have orgasms.
I don't feel my claim.
I'm always like, are you on an SSRI medication?
Because it's like one of the number one things that could happen to people that are on them.
And so many people are on them.
I know.
And that's the bummer because then it makes you not have a libido.
Yeah.
And then the whole thing about being on an SSRI for anxiety, you know, most people are feeling anxious.
And it's no wonder, it's a very anxious time in our society right now, very anxious time.
But the problem is to go to the doctor and just medicate someone without getting into cognitive behavioral therapy or root causes or methylation issues or simply not being held enough, not having enough oxytocin, not having enough orgasms.
Like doctors aren't going to talk to you like, how many orgasms a week are you having?
Do you have someone loving you?
No, they're just like, here's your SSRI.
So now you're on a, now you're on a Viagra, you're on an SSRI, you're on all this crap,
and nobody's helping you just fix the root problem.
So I like a much more functional approach to sexual wellness.
So you just have a bang and boner and a, you know, incredibly orgasmic, clitoral experience right till the day you die.
There's no reason why you have to take all these pills.
Yeah.
And there may be for some people.
I'm not saying that everyone on an SSRI should not be.
them. I am not saying that at all. No, no, no, of course. Some people are very bad off. And they
help, you know, they definitely help people through really hard times, you know, and there is a time
and a place for sure. But I think, unfortunately, some people are on it and then they gain weight
and then they can't have sex. And then, you know, you just add more and more things because of all
the side effects and now you're on six things instead of one, you know? So why don't you go out
with talking about because you did mention a couple times about, you know, you mentioned your age and
how you're having the best sex of your life. And just like, why don't you just reiterate that?
Like, I mean, something you're, you are sick of is the fact that people think sex gets worse as you age.
But, of course, you're here to say it's the exact opposite.
So let's talk about that before we end this call.
I mean, I think, and I do have to run off, and I think you said it.
When you think about, when you change your mindset about sex and you think to yourself, okay, I want to have good sex to the day I die.
Susan Bratton told me this is the fourth factor beyond, you know, the sleep and the nutrition.
and the working out. She's telling me good sex is. She's telling me it's a, it's a,
there are a series of learned skills. I can train my body to do it. What I'm seeing out there in the
world isn't what we're going for. There are things I can learn and sex keeps getting better
if you take good care of yourself. And then you extend your health span and your happiness
span and I'm all in. Like if there's ever a soft target audience for that message, it's the
strictly anonymous listener who loves their sexuality and
believes in it wants to have
incredible experiences their whole life long.
So I think that's a great bring it to
a close right there, Kath. And thanks again for having
me. No, thanks so much for calling
in. Why don't you just give out the link for where
people could go to get all the stuff that you talked about
and then give out your socials if you want and any
information on yourself? Yeah,
SA bedroom is where I keep all the things
Kathy and I always talk about and I'll go write these down
and make sure they're there. And
I'm Susan Bratton, S-U-S-U-S-U-A-T-O-N,
Susan Bratton on Instagram, all one word,
smush it together.
And you can also find me at betterlover.com.
That's a place to get on my newsletter to get all this kind of stuff
and all my hot sex techniques.
So I'd love for you to get on my newsletter.
If you ever have a question for me,
you can reply to any better lover email.
It comes directly to me.
No one else sees it and I'll respond to you.
And if anyone's listening on any other app,
I mean, there is video of her over on Spotify.
You've got to see how hot she is over there, okay?
You can see her.
You can see this video over on Spotify.
Anyway, thank you, Susan.
Thanks so much for calling on.
Thank you, precious.
I love you so much.
We'll talk again soon.
Bye.
Okay.
Bye, baby.
Bye.
Okay, I just want to tell you before you go that my book,
it's called Strictly anonymous confession,
Secret Sex Lives of Total Strangers,
is now available not only in paperback and ebook,
but you can pre-order the audiobook.
It's still not going to be out until August 25th.
but you can pre-order it.
The book is basically 17 different stories taken from my show.
I kind of picked one story from each category that I talk about on my show.
Like there's a hot wife story.
There's a cuck queen story.
There's a cuck story.
There's a gang being girl story.
Like I said, 17 stories.
And they're all told in the third person, and they're all true.
I took the interview and rewrote it in the third person.
And I wouldn't really call it like a total erotica book. Think like penthouse letters. It's more direct. It's not so over the top like erotica. I don't really like that kind of vibe, right? But these are true stories. 17 of them. They're really short chapters, easy read. You could read one or two and then skip around. You could read the whole book. It's available in eback format, paperback format. And finally, the audiobook is available.
coming out August 25th, but you could pre-order it now. And if you buy my book in any format or
pre-order it, I will throw in a complimentary link to my Discord. My Discord does not disappoint. Okay,

Okay, I just want to tell you before you go that I do have a book coming out.
It was supposed to come out on October 14th,
but there was major printing issues.
I got a batch.
They were not approved by me.
I was like, no, effing way, please reprint these.
And they actually are.
And that is pushing back the date to December 2nd.
Okay, so you still have time to pre-order.
the book. The book is called Shirkly Anonymous Confessions, Secret Sex Lives of Total Strangers.
The book is basically seven different stories taken from my show. I kind of picked one story
from each category that I talk about on my show. Like there's a hot wife story. There's a
cuck queen story. There's a cuckold story. There's a gangbang girl story. Like I said,
17 stories. And they're all told in the third person, right? So I took the interview and I
rewrote it in the third person. I wouldn't call it like an erotica book. I wouldn't call it like an erotica
though there's plenty of sex in there, right? But I didn't write it to sound like erotica because that's
like the vibe of my show. You're going to learn a lot. You're probably going to get a little turned on.
It's a different way to hear these stories, like I said, because they're written out in third person.
There's an ebook available if you don't want your partner to know that you're reading my book.
Get the ebook. It's available. There will be an audio book available very soon after it comes out.
I did not narrate it. I was going to, but I passed on it because I sucked at the job. Okay. I couldn't do
at all, but I got a hot check to narrate the book, so you're going to dig the audio book. If you buy my book
in any format, I will throw in a complimentary link to my Discord. That is my gift to you for getting
my book. My Discord does not disappoint, okay? There's no way you'll get the Discord and go in there

and everybody shares content with each other. That's what's great about Discord. You get to post
