No, I got the O-shot first and then she added the other stuff about a month, about a month later. Okay, how were your orgasms that first month after the second O'Sha? You don't take progesterone because you know you had the hysterectomy. But so when I got to this clinic that's optimizing my hormones, which is to me what you want to do, I got on testosterone. And that, and they raised my estradiol too because estradile is very important in drive as well. and that gave me the drive as well as like you say sleeping better and as well as for me as a gym rat and I'm like a working out person that's lifted weights all my year it gave me all my muscle back like it was like major difference

I could work out less time get more results and all that good stuff and I'm just adding this kind of information to it because all the people that are listening might want this kind of information too but so keep going absolutely yeah yeah and and and you know she ran all kinds of tests me because I was losing my muscle tone and I work out all the time. Oh, you too. Yeah. So did you notice the difference with the testosterone? Yes, everything I think is definitely helping. And I do encourage people to go to a functional medicine doctor and get their hormones tested because they test stuff that your normal doctor doesn't test.

I mean, I went to my doctor for, you know, my 70-year-old physical. and she tested all the normal stuff. And I had the same complaint, you know, I can't sleep. My hair's falling out. My skin's dry. My losing muscle tone. I don't have energy. And I got nothing.

I got nothing. But you know what's going to happen when you go to your regular doctor? They're going to, there's like a panel that's going to say, like, you know, normal range of estrogen and testosterone for your age is nothing. Okay. So they're going to tell you you're normal. But you don't want to be normal for 70. You want to be...

No, I'm mentally 28. You know, I'm mentally 28. I can't be 70. So that's how people have to dose you. So that's why some doctors will be like, oh, you're in range. You're fine. But that's like very, very low testosterone where you are not going to get muscle no matter how hard you work out.

That's where I was at. The minute I included the testosterone, my muscle came all came back. Yeah. Yeah. And I, you know, I looked into doing the pellet. I didn't want to do that. Me neither. I tried it.

Because I just, I want to be able to control what I take and when I take it. And if I, for some reason, I didn't feel good, I couldn't, if I had a pellet, I couldn't, you know, surgically remove it from myself. So, so I didn't, I didn't choose to go to go that way. How much do you take?

It's a very, it's like 10 milligrams. I mean, it's very low. Point one, point one a week? Oh, I take, no, I take it every day. You inject every day, or is it a pill? No, it's a pill. Oh, it's a pill. Okay, yeah, so that's different.

I do the injections, because I just love needles, and I should have been a drug addict, I think. I don't know. I just love all the paraphernalia. of getting my needles out and all the stuff, you know. And I just, I switched to patches because fucking tariffs, you don't realize the trickle down effect. Like my estradile symphony wasn't in stock at my, my pharmacy for weeks and weeks.

I had to like switch to patches. I hate them. It's finally back in stock. I feel like a drug addict finally getting their crack back. It's being shipped to me any day. I'm like, I can't wait to go back to my high estradial injections. Because, listen, a lot of people don't realize that, you know, testosterone is good for drive, but so is estradial.

You do need estradi for sex drive for women. It is definitely not just a testosterone thing. Totally. Yeah. I tried the pallets. I tried them for a month. There was like a week where I was horny like a guy. I think I've said it on my show.

It's a little bit more erotica. The only place where I took creative liberty was in the sex scene. So it's even hotter than my episodes.
