I don't like cheesy erotica. It's more like pet house forum style.

Okay, today I have on John, aka Cat Suit. Hi there, Cat Suit. He's a guy who's very heavily
involved in the fetish king community right now. He wasn't always so involved, but he was always
into it, right? I mean, he has very early on memories from when he's three that made him realize
he was into, you know, catsuits and tights and hose and all that kind of good stuff. He talks about
those early on memories and then also being into bonded.
and being held down.
He talks about those times in his life
where he realized certain things about himself.
He talks about his marriage
where his vanilla wife did not accept any of it.
And then he got divorced and, you know,
really went on a journey figuring himself out.
He realized he's gender fluid.
He teaches classes on kindness
and in the King community.
He's very into helping others
and he started a fantastic podcast where he talks to other kinksters and fetish people.
His podcast is called Authentically Kinky, and he interviews people and their fetishes and kink.
So it's like all the stuff I do on my Fetish Friday.
He does that solely on his podcast.
He's a very nice guy.
He's got a super interesting story.
But what I love about him and I tried to get him to talk more specific about himself,
but he was very bigger picture guy because I think his role and his thing in life and what he really loves to do is help.
other people. So he talks about a lot about the class that he teaches and all that kind of good stuff.
It's super interesting episodes. So I'm going to get right to it and be right back on with John.
Hi, John, aka Cat suit or Hi There Cat Suit. I'm like, what's your name for the show? And you're like,
you could call me John or you could call me Hi, Their Cat Suit or just Cat Suit. I was like,
I'm not fucking saying hi there Cat Suit as a name, but like I just did. So listen, you're calling
into a show. You are a fellow podcast or you started a podcast called Authentically Kinky. I'm going to
get your whole kinky backstory, okay, here. Now, just explain though real quick. What do you do on your show?
Like, do you talk to yourself or do you talk to other kinksters? Like, what is your podcast about just so
people know real quick? And I will put a link to it in the description.
Thank you so very much, Kathy. It is absolutely an interview show where we talk to people in the
king and fetish community around the world, from pro doms to educators to lifestyle people,
to people who have very interesting stories,
but it has become pretty much a podcast of record
when it comes to the BDSM profession
because a lot of content creators and pro-doms have been on it
and they listen to each other's stories.
So I've been very privileged to have some of the top people
from around the world on it.
And my total curiosity about the entire world of BDSM
and fetish is that let me,
led me to doing the podcast and also being a sportscaster for 35 years, I didn't want to stop interviewing
people. So that's those are the two things that kind of made me bring it together.
From sportscaster to king, kingstercaster, that's kind of a jump, you know what I mean?
They're both games as such. And you ask how the performance went and if they scored a lot of
points, maybe. No, but listen, I think sometimes, well, I'm getting, let's get your whole like story
about how you got into this BDSM world as well, you know, because you're like living in this
sports world, but you're also living in this other world, right? And you're out and proud, like I said,
okay, obviously, since you have your own podcast, I don't have to change your voice. You are who you are.
So let's get your backstory. Let's just get a first snapshot in like as to like where you're at right now.
Are you single? Are you married around how old are you?
I am single, divorced about, oh, five, six years ago.
Okay. How long were you married for?
20 years to a vanilla person who kinkshamed everything I ever brought up.
Oh my God, you must be living your best life now.
Well, I wouldn't say that exclusively, but what I would say is that my experiences have been amazing when I have my experiences.
being a single person who is 62 years old,
although I don't look it and I don't act like it either.
Yeah.
It can be a little bit difficult because when you're a 62-year-old white male-appearing person,
it always comes with a little bit of an asterisk there.
People are worried about what you're up to or what you want from folks.
Yeah, single men are very low in the totem pole in this world because,
People are a little bit on high alert, right?
Like, what's a single guy doing here?
I know when I went to a nude beach once, like it was like no single guys a lot.
Like they didn't, like everyone was like looking at the single guys.
Then I started doing podcasting and people in the swinger world would be like,
oh yeah, we don't allow single guys in our club.
And then, you know, and even like you're saying in your, in the kingster world, same shit, right?
Single guy is like that, you know, you're kind of looked upon in a certain way.
anytime Kathy you put a label on someone it's difficult right what's your what
for instance yeah go on for instance I came out as gender fluid about three four years ago
and many members of the queer community said how could a cis male come out as gender fluid
well they didn't realize that I had had an entire journey throughout my life
where I've had an androgynous mind in a very very female way of thinking
according to the therapists I've worked with.
I love mangrogieness.
I've never heard that word.
I love that.
And I'm very proud of that.
I love that.
I am proud that I think about a 360-degree view rather than having tunnel vision,
which is how I tend to be able to describe it to a lot of people.
But the fact is, there are a lot of things that are red flags about guys.
But there are also a lot of things that are green flags about.
humans and if you get to know people and you get to know them on a surface level, there are some
good people out there. I'm not going to go into this not all men category thing because I think
that that once again is putting labels. But any time one person can meet another, get to know them,
find out what they're all about, find out their authenticity, which is what we talk about in the
podcast, there's so many opportunities to have some really good connections that aren't necessarily
based on sex, but based on an energy between two people that is much stronger than that.
Listen, anything out of context is, you're always going to have like, you know, the skewed view
of things. That's why I do my show and I do an hour episode with each person. And I get
their whole effing story because I think you have to hear the whole story. And I think you have to hear the whole
story. And I think sometimes you could look like so I posted an episode today about cheating. There was
cheating in the title and somebody made a comment and it was obvious from the comment that he had not
listened to the episode yet, but just from the title he had made an assumption. I'm like, no, no, no,
you got to listen to the whole episode and the whole story and most likely you're going to feel
differently. And unfortunately, we live in a world where like clickbait exists and like the media
uses, you know, titles and stuff to just to change your brain, to make you be judgmental about things
you shouldn't be. And nobody gives the full story. So everyone could be like super judgmental and
stuff. But I feel like a lot of times, like if people hear the whole story or know the whole person,
they might feel very differently than they think, you know, and that's what my show is all about,
you know. So when I said like, oh, you must be living your best life, I'm just like,
it must be though way better, you know, even though you have some stigma from the community and everything
or like people looking down on you for that. But like to live with someone that's vanilla,
that's always putting down your kinks and all that stuff,
to finally be who you are and be very out and proud.
That must be very freeing, no?
That is indeed, Kathy.
I do appreciate you bringing that up.
I don't have to have apologies for most of my life, which is great.
I am out and proud there.
I don't necessarily wear my cat suits out to the grocery store.
Are you a furry?
No, no, no.
Cat suit refers to a spandex.
one piece kind of like a unitarred. Oh, okay, cool. Are you like a hoser? And there are also
latex cat suits for people who really like to do that stuff. Yeah, yeah. Are you like into
hose and stuff like that? Oh, very much so. Leotards and tights was my entry. I get, I was just
listening to one of your hoser episodes with the gentleman who really enjoyed panty hose
growing up. That was one of the the episodes that I had heard before we got on the air here.
But yes, to give you my entry story, I was three years old watching Batman and its original airing.
And by the time I got to my puberty, and this is where people have to understand the story rather than what they expect the story to be, the first seven times, eight times, I didn't have count.
Yeah.
I had an orgasm came from watching Batman getting tied up by Catwoman, Batgirl being tied up,
Emma Peel of the original Avengers TV show, getting tied to tracks or being put in predicament of some kind.
And I had an orgasm, but I didn't know what it was.
I had no idea what was happening to me.
But I knew that my association with this is what was causing it.
And I mean, listen, the fact that you were three and you weren't even a sexual being at the time, like, really says something about like, you know, that whole kind of debate.
Like, are you born with it?
Does it come from something?
I don't know.
You know what I mean?
Because it's interesting.
You're like a three-year-old being, you know, sort of making this connection without even trying to.
So it's like in you.
And that is why I say it wasn't a choice.
Right.
That's why I say it's part of my normal, which nobody else can understand.
understand what my normal is because nobody's ever lived my normal. Right. But I think one of the good
things that came from the internet, and there's a lot of bad things about it, but I love it, and I love
Googling, and I love, and I'm very curious. So I love the internet. And the other thing that's
great about the internet is it made everyone realize that they're like really not alone. I mean,
for narcissism, not that great, because like newsflash, you're not like that interesting or that
unique, right? Like if you exist and you're into something, there's a million other people. And now you
could learn that and you know. But like probably when you were growing up, you had like you had no
idea that this was like a thing, right? Like it was a very confusing for you like when you first started
to realize you were into this stuff? Yes, Kathy, it really was confusing because I spent all my time
chasing normal. Yeah. And that's how I've been able to discover the my normal narrative. As a matter of
fact, it wasn't until I was 18 years old that I walked into an adult bookstore in downtown.
Dallas, Texas, and looked up on the shelf and saw a magazine called Beautiful Bondage
Scenes.
And on the cover of that magazine was a woman by the name of Maria Tortuga in a latex
cat suit strapped to a St. Andrews Cross.
Oh, my God.
And I went, holy shit, I'm not alone.
Exactly.
Because if there's a magazine, somebody else is into it.
And that's on the cover.
It's on the cover.
Yes.
So they knew what a lot of guys liked.
The beautiful thing about that story, Kathy, is that I actually, a couple years ago, got to fly to L.A.
And was part of shooting some fetish content and got to thank some of the people who were behind those magazines that I had seen all those years ago.
Wow.
That's crazy.
I was able to say thank you in person.
Comes full circle.
You know who I've had on my show.
You probably know her is Diane Hanson.
probably know her from Legs magazine if you were in that world, a kingster world, like the fetish
world. Do you remember her? She had a, she did, she did a lot of legs or footperson. Oh, but she also
did, she did a whole bunch of fetish magazines and she was like very big in that world. But anyway,
let's stay on your journey though. So you're like, you're figuring that, that you're into, like,
you're saying Pantyhose was your gateway drug. That's what I call it. Like, that was like the first thing that
you knew that you were into. And it sounds like bondage. Orobics closed. Arobics closed. And then you
obviously realized you were into the bondage thing too, right? And so what were you doing in those
younger years, like, you know, to, uh, to sort of figure this all out? Like, were you in your house,
like stealing stuff from your mom to wear her panty hose or did you get, did you have a sister
that had tights? It was finding her, uh, leotards and tights because she did aerobics.
Uh, and, uh, putting them back in the hamper thinking she wouldn't know because we had a housekeeper.
And so it just went that way.
I did find some pairs of my sister's tights,
which I was able to have because they'd put them away in storage
and never even thought about them,
because my sisters were both much older than I was,
so they had left them behind.
And so I just, I experimented.
And then when I got to college,
I actually started buying some Unitards at a dance store
and some tights.
at a dance store and actually had a wonderful woman at this store called Taffees in Dallas, Texas.
Good name.
Who was really sweet with me.
And she said, I understand you're just enjoying yourself.
Let me see how I can help you.
And she would actually help me find the things that I love, which were flexitards,
because that's what Pat Benatar wore back when she was singing in those early years back in the early 80s.
Yeah, I remember all that stuff.
that's my heyday too.
So I was wearing the same shit.
Yeah.
But you're a guy.
You know how soft and sexy and smooth it all felt.
Yeah.
And how it just looked great in the light.
Yeah.
It was just so shiny.
Now I know that you said you came out as like gender fluid like recently, but like back
then while all this is going down, are you getting like, do you understand that maybe
you might also be into guys in a certain way or at this time are you only aware that
you were into women and all this other stuff.
I have always been straight.
I have been straight throughout my entire life.
I have, my thoughts were, I want to be, look desirable.
But my vision of desirable was sometimes included fake boobs.
Sometimes it didn't.
It just, when I would see.
a magazine or a video, I was dreaming of being the person that was tied up.
The woman.
Yeah, I got it.
I wanted to be that woman.
Yeah, I got it.
But I had no inkling or any body dysphoria or anything like that where I said,
this thing that's down in my crotch, I want to get rid of it, or I want to grow breasts.
But I had thoughts in my life of, wouldn't it be nice to just be a,
able to wear leotards and tights or eventually cat suits. Yeah, but that doesn't mean you want to
transition. But that doesn't mean you want to transition to be a woman. Those are two very different things.
You know, you just love the way that that felt. You like to dress up like that. You had a desire to
sometimes be that woman that you saw. You know what I mean? Like a lot of people I think have the desire
to be someone else every now and then. I mean, you know, that doesn't mean you want to be that always.
And if that was the case, then you would be trans, but you weren't.
You knew you were straight, but you knew you were into all these things.
At a certain point, you get married, right?
Like, I mean, during this time when you're dating women and all of this, like, do you ever let anyone in on your fetishes and kinks?
My high school girlfriend loved to tease me by wearing leotards and tights.
Okay.
My college girlfriend was totally into everything.
She loved the fact that I wore my spandex.
She wore her spandex.
We did a lot of bondage games.
We just enjoyed the fun of it all.
And we really enjoyed that with each other.
Why I broke up with her, I never will know.
You were too young.
It wasn't meant to be.
And then I got, I started dating the person who would become my wife around age 30.
And I took a cat suit with me.
to our first sleep-long date, which was up in a hotel in Vancouver.
And I got in it and covered myself up.
And then she brought the covers back.
And I said, I just wanted to let you in on something.
And she said, take that thing off.
I never want to see it again.
Oh, wow.
You didn't even get to finish.
No.
And I was so wanting companionship and love and company.
that I was willing to give it up to get that.
Of course.
But what I didn't realize was that I was denying a part of me that didn't have a choice and was always there.
Yeah.
And so leading up to that, I would go through what I call binges and purges.
I'd buy like a lot of magazines or a lot of tights or a lot of leotards or unitards.
And then I'd throw it all away going, I can't do this anymore.
I'd buy it all again.
It was almost like drugs.
Yeah.
Almost like an addiction and maybe it was.
It's very common.
It's very common in the fetid.
You know why?
Because I don't, I think it becomes an addiction because it's like a vicious cycle.
But I think it stems from like, you know, not being able to be who you are, right?
Not being allowed to express yourself, right?
And you have this need and desire.
So like, you know, and it's not very quote unquote normal, you know, so you're trying to like resist it.
And what you resist persists, so it just becomes more profound and stronger, right?
So the more it becomes it's pulling you and the more you don't want it, the more you're like fucking throw everything away.
And then it comes back because it's not going anywhere.
It's very common, though.
I don't know that it means like that it's an addiction, but I think it becomes like a very addictive pattern.
I think the greatest time that I ever realized was when I was able to just be authentically myself.
Which is now.
And I actually started.
teaching a class called kindness and other kinks at kink conferences across the country about,
I guess it's been four years, maybe five years now, where I told my story in hopes that other
people would be less afraid to be their authentic self.
And what I discovered in teaching that class was that people were so ashamed that they never
gave themselves permission to just be, to just live as their authentic self and not be ashamed of it.
And by hearing stories and having other people share their stories, they were able to walk away from
those going, I am proudly kinky. I am proud of living the life that I do. And they didn't have to
walk around in fear, except from the outside world. And we also,
address that where people will always judge you, but as I talked about the my normal thing,
if you can put in your mind what your normal is and realize that your normal is always normal
to you, then you can't be ashamed of who you are.
Right.
Because that is the life that you have lived.
Now, if you've made bad choices, that's one thing.
but if you are living what has been dealt to you throughout your life,
then there's no way anybody can judge you.
Well, let's go back to your wife, though, your life and your wife.
So you're in this marriage with this woman.
Now, she knows what you're into, wants nothing to do with it, correct?
Wants nothing to do with it.
We tried, I think, once.
Okay.
And it didn't work out.
So during this time, are you binging, binging and purging?
you know, throughout your marriage?
Are you, or are you not doing anything because you're married and trying to make it work?
Not doing anything until we got about 10 years into our marriage and I bought her a really,
really nice house thinking it would make her happy.
And it turned out that from that moment on, we never had sex.
After the house?
After she got her house?
She got her house.
And then...
She was done.
She got what she wanted?
Yep, I guess.
Well, did she hit menopause?
I mean, what happened that her sex drive went out the window when she got a house?
I don't get it.
She had a difficult pregnancy with her firstborn.
Oh, so she had kids, too.
And she gained a lot of weight, and she thought that I didn't think she was desirable.
No, she didn't think she was.
No, but what you don't understand, and only women understand this.
It doesn't matter if you think she's desirable.
And tell her a million times, if she doesn't think she's desirable, you can't change her mind. And she probably just felt so horrible about herself. You know, I mean, listen, there's so many things she could have done to change her. You know, she'd have to have changed how she felt about herself to get her groove back on. But if you don't feel good about yourself, plus you have little babies, plus her hormones went whack from a difficult, you know, like she was dealing with a lot of things. How long did you? But I was always doing my best to try to be supportive of her. Of course. She, she is.
had to do the things for herself, you know what I mean? Like, like, there are things you could do to make your
body look better, to get back in shape, you know, but those things take a lot of work and sometimes
people don't, you know, I get that it's some, it's harder, it's sometimes it's hard to tackle that stuff
or just start if someone's not used to it. I'm a working out person. So for me, it's just like
second nature. But, you know, that's always the thing that, that people could do. But whatever. So she, I mean,
you didn't get divorced because of like your, what you were into or anything. You guys got
divorce because it just sounds like it was a sexless marriage all downhill. I mean, you're not,
it's not that uncommon of a story. It happens. So you get to. And it had nothing to do with the sex either.
It had everything to do with the fact that she would no longer accept my love. But you,
but she wouldn't have sex with you either and you were okay with that? I have never been a hugely
sexual person because, remember, back when I first had my orgasms, it had to do.
with my kink and had very little to do with the active intercourse.
Yeah, you know, I learned that.
Yeah.
And then it became just not important.
I got it.
And so I didn't have much of a sex drive.
Interesting.
And ironically enough, I still don't.
Really?
Because, and we'll talk about this as this story goes on, but my joy is the moment.
Right.
My joy is being in this energetic moment with someone.
one and being stuck in a moment I can't get out of. That's my joy. Yeah, no, I mean, I had a woman on
who had a fetish for spanking and she was saying like, you know, in the fetish community or in the
kink community, there's a lot of kinks that like there doesn't have to be like orgasms or
penetration or anything else involved in the situation if that's what you're into is what
you're saying, right? Like you could just be denied.
or held back or tied down and that's enough.
That experience is what you get off on.
The connection between two people where one person is bringing someone else to a moment.
Wow.
Or forcing them to be in a moment or hitting them so hard that all they can think about is how they're
going to endure that moment.
Wow.
Or being so restrained and having someone whispering,
in your year saying, you have no choice in this matter. You belong to me. And that to me just
puts my mind in beautiful happiness. Isn't it so interesting how we're all wired so differently?

Isn't it so interesting how we're all wired so differently?
Yeah.
Like, that's how your brain is wired.
That's how you get happy.
Mm-hmm.
It's super interesting.
Interesting. And you've been like that since you're three.
Yep.
So when you got divorced, like what was that journey like now that you're like a single guy?
Did you immediately go back to your catsuits and your tights and all that kind of stuff?
I was always faithful within my marriage.
Yes.
And so I never had sexual relations with anyone.
I did go to some kink parties.
But there was never any sexual touching.
there was people were tying me up that was fun but there wasn't any kind of sex involved in that
okay uh but when i got divorced uh i had been doing some videos with a woman who had uh has an entire line of
catsuits that is pretty well known for the cat suit she's made uh and i did some videos for
and got some tradeouts where she gave me some cat suits in exchange for that now of course my wife was
absolutely
convinced back
when I worked with her that I was having
some sort of an affair, but
there could not have been
any
couldn't have been any
possible affair because the lady
had her own relationships
and didn't want anything to do with me
other than give me my video and I'll
be fine. Yeah. But
when I moved out,
I moved to Cleveland.
I had a beautiful
nine-month relationship with a
woman who did incorporate kink into things. And we had a lot of fun, but she was going through a
difficult divorce at the time, as was I. So that didn't go on. And so eventually I found the local
dungeon and they had weekly parties and I would start going to the munches and the weekly
parties and discovered that there are a lot of people who enjoy kink. And so,
So I was able to find some playtime there.
I moved back to Cincinnati.
Found some places to play here.
And excuse me, when I left Cleveland, that was COVID.
Oh, God. Okay.
So obviously COVID brings to an end any kind of kink that you might want to have with another person.
So the loneliness of COVID, when I moved back to Cincinnati,
Cincinnati created the same kind of loneliness I have from time to time now because I'm on my own living in my own apartment.
And while I travel to see friends who are in the kink and fetish community, I mean, I've gone as far as Athens, Greece, to go to kink events of which I've been a part of.
I have a lot of friends who live outside of my town.
And I've made friends with a lot of them.
And I have great relationships.
But locally not so much.
Yeah, that's hard.
And when you were with your wife,
did you have kids?
You had kids, right?
We had two kids.
Right.
So you're used to being at a home with the wife and kids all that stuff.
And now you're just like solo.
Yeah, both my kids have moved away.
Yeah, of course.
And so, yeah.
So you need a new partner.
looking? I've been looking for eight years. Oh my goodness. Yeah. And it's difficult because if you
try to date on vanilla sites, kink is weird. If you try to date on kink sites, they think you're after
sex. You think that they would get it. A real kinkster would get that you're not after,
like they would understand. You know what I mean? But I think, Kathy, I think our world is
pretty damaged right now. I mean, so many people have trust issues and rightly so. I totally understand that. And the
older you get, everyone shows up with a lot more baggage and stuff. So I think it becomes a lot more
complicated. I hear horror stories from my friends who are dating. And the horror stories are very
different than, you know, the stories we all had where we were trying to date in our 20s and 30s. You know,
it's just a different bag of nonsense. It's, you know, that people are dealing with because, you know,
there's people are showing up with a lot more baggage because they're older and and stuff so it is
I think hard to meet somebody but you are listen I mean I think it's great that you've sort of
channeled all of your like what's very important to you into a big part of your life like you've
made this kink uh and your fetish is like a big part of your life and your social life right like
that must give you that must be very fulfilling plus you're helping people by teaching this class and
everything. I am helping people and have developed some amazing relationships. I mean,
I have international calls nearly every day or international text conversations with people.
I'm actually working with somebody in Athens, Greece, on a kink event for next year,
actually helping them with their social media and design work.
I'm actually because my career of the last five years after COVID,
which was in finance and teaching within the finance world,
came to an end unexpectedly because so many different things are happening in the world that way,
that I've actually taken my podcast,
and I have done an offshoot of what I do naturally, which is I was a television producer for 35 years.
Right.
So I know the design elements.
I know how to make videos.
I know how to create wonderful brands.
So I am doing that and offering those services to other people because I want them to be able to be helped by what I know.
Right.
So I'm going to try to.
to start a business that's based on kink because having somebody help you with your brand that
understands what you do is a lot different than going to somebody who goes who says hey want to
you set up my brand oh you don't understand that i may beat up guys for a living or i may own a dungeon
where people come and have wonderful times on the weekend but we're always worried
about being outed.
To be able to understand that and to be able to help them from that perspective is something
I believe I can do because I do it without judgment.
No, I love that.
And that's why I always kept my Fetish Friday episodes and I've done them since the dawn of time.
I've been podcasting for like 11 or 12 years because whenever I do those episodes,
I always get emails from people being like, oh, thank you so much.
Like just hearing that episode, maybe we feel not alone, blah, blah, blah.
you know, I just think it's very needed to have this kind of stuff out there, even though it's a small group.
It's very niche, right? But there's still, even a small group of people in the world is still,
you're talking millions of people, right, are in that world. And they need help and guidance and a
community and all that kind of stuff. So, but let's stick with your life. Okay. So like, you know,
what are you like, once you got out of that marriage, like, how do you like express yourself and how did you figure out
you were gender fluid and what did that mean?
The gender fluidity came from the fact that
my thought patterns
had very much, were very much based in kindness,
based in empathy,
based in non-tunnel vision thinking.
It would be said by some educators
that men will think in a straight line.
And I always go back to improv for this example.
If you give a male improviser a suggestion,
immediately it goes through their mind
and they're already thinking of the end of the story
and they do actions that lead them straight to the end of that story.
Nothing wrong with that, but it's action, action, action, action,
to the end of the story.
Woman gets the same suggestion.
and they take a 360-degree look around them to find out what the atmosphere is, what the emotion is, what the motivation is, what interesting parts of the journey can be made that may go to that same destination or go to a destination through curiosity and natural connections.
And being able to see all of that around you.
What does that have to do with you being gender fluid?
Okay. You're very, like, you know, isn't because you're so interested in teaching and helping, you're like talking much bigger picture than your life. Like I want very specific details. Like how did you realize you were gender fluid because you were always, you told me very straight. And now you do identify as gender fluid.
I have male and female thought processes. I have the desire to be desired like a way.
woman and have very few male-like tendencies when it comes to that.
I'm never been macho, never been somebody who's worried about the way my body looks,
except possibly when I'm in a cat suit, and I want it to feel desirable.
Okay.
I don't know if it's the last, there may be some asexuality involved in it.
It may be a bit of understanding that sex is not something that is so much a priority for me.
But I think the way I relate to people, the way I have discussions with people, the way that people, I've been called by some people, their straight gay best friend.
Here's what it means. I have two underwear drawers.
Okay.
There's one with panties and there's one with mail boxers.
Yeah.
And in the morning, I have to make a decision which one I'm going to put on.
Okay.
If I put on the panties, that gives me a much gentler feeling about myself.
I'm more forgiving towards myself.
I'm gentler towards other people.
Interesting.
If I put on male boxers, I feel as though I have to prove something.
What are you wearing right now?
Oh, I've got panties on.
Okay.
I've got on a cat suit right now.
Love it.
Okay.
Because the catsuits went from something sexual to something that helps me with my anxiety.
Oh, interesting.
It gives me a hug across my entire body and holds me everywhere.
Okay.
Is it the compression of it,
tight feeling of it. Okay, yeah, that makes sense. And it's a great mindfulness exercise because right
now I'm feeling a tension on the back of my thigh and realize that same tension is on the top of my
shoulder and underneath my big toe and also in the small of my back. And suddenly I realize that
everything is being touched. Right. And that's comforting. It brings me a calm.
because especially in this time of life, my brain just wants to go, ah.
And it's allowing me to just feel comforted.
Yeah, interesting.
Now, if I, when I take these, when I take these off and if I do put on boxers,
which is so rare these days, but if I do put on like men's underwear, I just feel like,
well, I feel off.
I genuinely feel off.
Really?
Yeah.
So you feel more comfortable in your feminine.
Yes.
Okay.
But I don't cross-dress at all.
It's the choice of what I'm going to wear near me, not what I'm going to wear on the outside of it.
Right.
Now, let me ask you this.
When you're, whether you're wearing the boxers or the panties, like, are you into different things?
or are you always into the same kinks regardless?
I don't wear anything male when it comes to kink.
It's always been a cat suit.
And the reason people call me catsuit is because whenever I'm in a kink environment,
I'm always wearing my catsuit.
Right.
I have played without my cat suit only three times in my life.
Without it, you're saying?
Yeah.
Okay.
When somebody wanted me naked.
So does it, so would you say that you're always more
and you're feminine when you're being kinky.
No, yeah.
As a matter of fact, my rolling kink is damsel.
Oh, okay.
Interesting.
I want to be captured.
I don't need to be rescued.
But I want to feel that sense of not being in control.
And all of this that you're explaining to me is something that you realized about yourself
recently, right?
It wasn't something that you always knew.
I've always known it.
Oh, you had.
You did.
I have always known.
known it. I just wasn't able to be authentic about it. Okay. Okay. And you weren't able to label it and say it
out loud or whatever. Yeah. I'm sorry, Kathy, it did not mean to interrupt you there. No, no, you go.
My gender fluidity has, the reason I came out is because I was sick and tired of trying to figure out
what I was and realize that I don't have to make that choice. Well, that is it. I appear as a male, but inside me, there are so many
women and as a 62 year old person I have seen how people went from what were quote obvious genders
to understanding why people feel in the different ways that they do I had a non-binary friend
about 12 years ago and have done my best to understand why they are who they are to the point
where it's not acceptance, it's embracing it now.
I understand my trans friends who have gone through that journey
and are still going through that journey.
I really appreciate them letting me into their lives
so I can understand more about it.
And so in a world of black and white,
there's all these colors in the middle that are so beautiful.
And especially in a day where somebody
wants to put a label on every single thing.
There are some labels that can't be described.
I mean, when I first described my damsel label to the guy who's in charge and founded FetLife,
I said, I think of it almost more of a gender than a role.
And he goes, tell me why.
I said because it's genderless.
Right.
It's a feeling.
It is the ability to want to let go and to not be restrained by being a man or being a woman.
It's the feeling of just wanting to be not in distress but feel safe in other people's presence.
Do you feel like with the more that you do?
like the more that you've become one with yourself and all your things and been able to
fully embrace every part of yourself that you're more asexual than you were before or were
you never were you always maybe very asexual i think when i end up the only times i have sexual
experiences are when I am feeling overly, I would almost say overly stimulated and just feel like
I need to release.
Okay.
And that will usually happen in self-play where I will tie myself in one way or another and
I have to use a vibrator.
Right.
But you could go without coming for a long time.
Like it's not like...
I've gone month, month and a half, two months.
It's not something where I'm like, oh, I've got to have something right now.
I never felt like I needed to have something then and there.
It's usually spontaneous.
Like I'll see something and I'll go, oh, wouldn't it be nice to feel like this?
But do you feel like if you met a girl tomorrow, because you do want to be in a relationship again one day,
would it only work with a fellow kingster who would, who's maybe sort of wired the way you are?
So there wouldn't be that need for a lot of like,
intimacy in a way that you're not really interested in because a regular girl, right,
that maybe would be okay with your king and stuff and would, you know, be down for it,
maybe still wants to have regular penetration type of sex too.
Are you interested in that kind of a relationship?
I am interested in it if they are interested in having my journey and having a journey
together in kink. I don't think I could date a vanilla person because I would
I would probably want to,
I'm one of those people
that would rather pleasure my partner first
before even thinking of pleasuring myself
or being pleasureed.
I mean, the old thing of,
well, does the woman come first
with me always
because I want to make sure
they're having a wonderful time.
And I will do my best to do that.
Will I be able to do that
using the equipment that was put on me
in biology, not always.
It'll be a vibrator or it'll be something that I'll do that will allow them.
And a lot of times it's the conversation.
I mean, I was brought up on stage at Fetcon by Gene Bardo and Christina Carter and they handed me a vibrator.
And they said, give this woman an orgasm.
And I was like, okay.
And so I had a vibrator and I talked to the woman.
I said, hi.
And she goes, hi.
I said, I'm Cat Suit.
And she goes, nice to meet you.
And I said, a little bit of pressure here.
You're tied up on a stage and everybody's looking at you.
But how beautiful do you feel right now?
She goes, I feel great.
I said, well, then just take that and feel that.
And realize just how amazing you are right now is the
vibrator in the right spot?
Good.
And just be the wonderful
person you've always dreamed to be
and let go.
And she did
in front of everybody.
And I was
interviewing her a little bit later
in the
convention for my podcast
because I was doing some interviews with people
at the convention. And she said,
cat suit, you know. A lot of people did a lot of different things to me, but only one person
made me come, and it was you because you allowed me to see me and you weren't worried about yourself.
And so that's the greatest compliment you could have ever given me. Well, listen, what I do know is
when I talk to solo guys in a lifestyle and any part of it, the ones who are very successful
and able to roll are like the really nice guys. Like on a certain level, a woman can smell that
from a mile away, right? Like you make, you probably make women feel very safe because I can
tell just by talking to you, you're a very kind person, right? You're not threatening, you know,
someone might, and that goes a long way. Kathy, yeah. I'm six foot four and weigh about 250 pounds.
That doesn't matter. It can't, women could smell it from a mile away. But people will see me coming
and they'll make assumptions. Yeah. But I'm saying when you're in the middle of it, like,
I don't know, like, but in your world where everyone knows you, don't you make people feel
comfortable and relaxed and
you know what I'm saying?
Like isn't hasn't that gotten you far?
I feel like, you know,
deep down inside you got to
like, you know, you got to be
a nice person and you are. I mean, you teach a class
unkindness. Can we go to that class
and talk about that because, you know,
we have like 15 minutes left and I do
want to get, I feel like I did get your whole
life story. We touched upon a lot of different things.
You're such a good speaker. I'll definitely have you
on again. I love what you stand for
and how you speak. You do very, you do it
much more bigger picture thing topic.
But I love to know about your class that you're teaching people.
My class started, first time I taught it was at Kinky College.
And it was stories of scenes that had been done to me that I think a lot of people
would consider massively cruel, but I found kindness in every bit of it.
scenes where I was challenged, scenes where it was a lot of mind fuckery,
scenes where I didn't know how it was going to play out until I realized that the person was wanting to make sure
that I had experienced something that could change my life.
And I said, that's the greatest kindness you can give to someone.
So while telling me stories, invariably there will be somebody in the audience that I'll see with a very uncomfortable look on their face.
And the very first time I taught it, there was a gentleman to the left of me as I was talking.
And I went over and I said, you look very distressed.
Is there anything I can do for you?
He said, well, I just know that if anybody knew I was here, my life would be ruined.
I said, why so?
He said, well, I'm a school bus driver,
and all anybody would have to do is say one word in my life would be over instantly.
And I said, but you have the courage to be here, right?
And he goes, yes, because this is a part of my life.
I said, well, for every person that you're afraid of,
I want you to take a look through this entire group that is gathered here.
and I want you to see the face of each one of the person, the people in that group.
Do you see all these people that love you?
And he started crying.
And I said, may I put my hand on your shoulder?
He said, yes.
I said, you are loved here.
And you're worried that you're going to be misunderstood in the outside world.
But every time you feel like you're going to be misunderstood,
carry the love that you discovered today.
Right. Now, that almost sounds like something you'd hear in a church.
Yeah, yeah, I see you. Like a preacher. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's how I see.
But he'd be talking about the love of Jesus or the love of God. Yeah, same thing.
But I'm talking about the love of others. The love of people who are right there.
And the love of yourself. That's really what you're talking about, which is what you're helping
and guiding people to. And that's why I teach it as I still am learning about.
myself. Right. And so in this class, I've had three people now that have written me
emails saying, John, I walked into that class thinking I wasn't going to make it through the day
and you allowed me to live. And I don't say that as a bragging thing. I say that as a source of
pride because I was able to do that for him. And so I teach this class.
to help others see themselves as their authentic self.
By sharing stories of things that have happened in my life
where I wanted to give up or didn't think I could make it
or thought that somebody was going to judge me for something.
And by sharing the stories from my life,
it allows them to understand where it might fit in their life.
And so this class has been,
an absolute labor of love for me.
Let me ask you this because...
Go ahead.
Yeah, let me ask you this because I'm wrapping up.
We only have like 10 minutes, not even.
I understand.
You talked more general.
Like, I wish we got more of your story, but that's okay.
Because I would love, like, is your class that you take?
Is something that's virtual?
No.
It's always taught in person.
Okay, where?
I've taught it at...
It's taught every year at fetish.
That's one place I can tell everybody that they will always get to see it because the people
at FetishCon are amazing for me.
I've taught it at Winter Fire of Dark Odyssey.
I've taught it at Test Fest up near New York City and I hope to go back there again.
I do have one place that is committed to having me teach this year.
They haven't made it public so I can't make it public yet, but I'm very proud that they're
going to have me out there.
It's a really big convention that I was really surprised I was able to do.
But I'm going to try to apply for more King conferences to do that.
And I've also had private dungeons or communities that have asked me to come out and teach it for their community.
And I'm always happy to do that.
It is what fuels me more than just about anything.
But I jokingly call it it.
It's the one class you take that you need aftercare afterwards.
because we all have our stories.
Of course.
It sounds like you're doing an AA group there.
Give a shout out to like all the places that people could hear more,
hear you interviewing other people and all that kind of good stuff.
I will put links in the description so that people could check out your podcast
and do you have a website or whatever.
Give out all your info and then you're going to have to send me all the links to it and stuff
and I'll put them in the description.
I will absolutely do that.
Authentically kinky.com is the easiest way to find.
Perfect.
That has everything about the podcast, Authentically Kinky, powered by clips for sale,
because they take care of the expenses for my podcast, and I do appreciate them.
So I jokingly say I'm contractually obligated to say that.
But Authentically Kinky.com, if you want to know about my design work, that is hithercatsuit.com.
And you can find out if you are a content creator or somebody that,
needs a brand and needs someone that understands the kink and fetish world.
I'm more than happy to help you with that and want to help you be the best content creator or
pro-dom that you can be by trying to take some of the stuff that's more difficult off your plate
and things like having to keep up with social media.
For socials, it's easy to find me everywhere.
I'm hi-there cat suit on
Instagram
on Twitter or
X, whatever you want to call it
and on FetLife and
on Blue Sky. Hi there cat suit
everywhere. Perfect.
I'm going to put all those links. You'll send me some pictures
from my Patreon. I'll give you free access to my
Discord. You could
go into there
and send me some and then
you could do whatever, you know, you could post whatever you want
over on your on my Discord.
But send me like picks like
I know you don't do anything x-rated.
Send me some picks, though, for my Patreon for sure.
I will absolutely do that.
And Kathy, thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to visit with your audience.
And I am one of those people that if you send me a direct message, I'm not going to go, oh, my gosh, why is there a direct message here?
I love talking to people and will, within my bandwidth, do everything I can to make sure that you get communicated with.
you feel seen because we are all going through this.
And the only way we can ever get through this is together.
Love it.
Love it.
I still wish I got more of your personal story.
You'd love to talk bigger picture.
But I think that's what you're here for to really help people.
And that's cool.
You know what I mean?
I totally get that.
I don't really talk about myself either.
I like to get other people's information and help them and, you know, talk about them too.
So I think that that's why you're doing exactly what you should be doing, you know.
and I feel like the right people will hear this episode and go check you out.
And thanks so much for calling in and sharing your story and all the other things that you do.
Because I think what you're doing is wonderful and helpful.
Thank you.
To a community.
Thank you, Kathy.
And I would love to tell your story on my podcast if you would accept an invitation.
Yeah, maybe.
This is the thing.
I have a book coming out and I have to go on so many people's podcasts.
Like how many people listen to your podcast?
Oh, I'm up into the thousands.
You do? Luckily. Yeah. Okay. So maybe like I have to like that's what I need to go on and do. And that's what I'm doing right now is to promote the book. But there's like I don't need to talk about the book the whole time. What we would talk about is fetishes and kinks. And I could talk about the stories that are fetishes and kinks in my book. And then we could promote it, but also just have a bigger picture general story on. And I just can't do video. I have to do only audio. Is that cool for you? That's perfectly fine.
Okay. Send me a link. I'll definitely do it. I need to do as many podcasts as possible.
I got to hawk some bucks.
All right.
And hopefully you'll get a ton of people going and checking out your podcast because I have a lot of people that show up for Fetish Friday.
And that's what you're, that's all you're doing on your show.
So I think it's like really great for that community.
I do appreciate it.
And thank you for being so sweet with me all along.
I do.
Like I said, I so much appreciate it.
Yeah.
Well, you wore your panties.
You were very sweet too.
You wore your catsuit.
You were in your feminine.
All right. Thanks so much, John. Thanks for calling in.
Take care.
Bye.
Bye.
Okay, I just want to tell you before you go that my book, it's called Strictly
Anonymous Confession, Secret Sex Lives of Total Strangers, is now available not only in paperback
and ebook, but you can pre-order the audiobook.
It's still not going to be out until August 25th, but you can pre-order it.
The book is basically 17 different stories taken.
from my show. I kind of picked one story from each category that I talk about on my show. Like,
there's a hot wife story. There's a cuck queen story. There's a cuck story. There's a gang-being girl
story. Like I said, 17 stories. And they're all told in the third person, and they're all
true. I took the interview and rewrote it in the third person. And I wouldn't really call it like
a total erotica book. Think like Penthouse letters. It's more direct. It's not so over the
top like erotica. I don't really like that kind of vibe, right? But these are true stories.
17 of them. They're really short chapters, easy read. You could read, you know, one or two and then
skip around. You could read the whole book. It's available in eback format, paperback format,
and finally, the audiobook is available coming out August 25th. But you could pre-order it now.
And if you buy my book in any format or pre-order it, I will throw in a complimentary link to my
discord. My discord does not disappoint. Okay. There's no way you get into my discord any other way than
getting the link from me. Okay. I give it to people who buy my book. There's tons of people in there.
Everybody shares content with each other. And that's what you get to do there. You can post your own
pictures and videos. There's tons of channels. We have lots of contests where you can win a lot of money.
It's a super fun place to be. It's a total strictly anonymous community and you will love it. I will be
giving anyone who buys my book access to my Discord. It's private, like I said. All you got to do is
email me a screenshot of your purchase, whether you did the audiobook, the ebook, or the paperback.
Send it to me at Strictly Anonymous Podcast at gmail.com. That's strictly anonymous podcast at
gmail.com. And I will send you the link to Discord. So anyway, thanks so much for tuning in.
Did you come here looking to hear some super hot stories?
Well, then I know where you can tune in and read a ton more hot stories, and that is in my book.
Strictly anonymous confession, secret sex lives of total strangers.
It's finally out.
It's available anywhere where you buy books.
The links will be in the description.
The book contains 17 stories, sort of like the best of from every category.
I have on my show.
There's a hot wife.
There's a cock.
There's a bull.
There's a bunch of swingers.
There's a gang bang girl.
There's a gilf porn star.
There's a girl that fucked her best friend's mom from high school.
All those stories are in the book and they're all true.
Think Penhouse Forum meets my show.
That's the vibe of the book.
It's available anywhere where you find books.
The link is in the description.
And for this week only,
am giving anyone who buys my book complimentary access to my private Discord, which is super fun.
It's a not safe for work site.
It's a place where people get to post their own picks and videos.
People are hooking up over there.
We have naughty contests.
It's super fun.
The only way you get in is through me.
If you purchase the book, send me a pick of your screenshot.
Email it to me at Strickly Anonymous podcast at gmail.com and I'll send you a private link to my discord.
