Okay, today I have on Dave.
I love Dave's story.
He had ED and he went and did something about it.
He went to a couple doctors.
Nobody was really giving him.
And he also had an all large prostate he talked about.
We talked a little bit about that towards the end.
But he went looking into fixing his ED.
He tried a couple things.
And he went and got a cockering.
And the cockering he happened to get.
And let me just tell you this, he was also a listener of my show.
And he found this tech ring, cockering by Dr. Elliot Justin, without hearing about it on my show.
Like, even though I had this guy on my show, he had found this tech ring, cockering that Dr.
Jelliot Justin created, which actually tracks your nocturnal erections.
And it is combined with the bathmate pump.
And he talks about going out and getting those two things to work, to use to work on his
ED and those two things combined definitely helped his ED and he talks all about it. He talks about
the cock ring, how he found it, what it does, the tech ring. I have a whole episode on that with
Dr. Elliott Justin, but he talks about his experience with it, his experience with bathmate,
why they teamed up together, how it could help people with ED. The cock ring alone, the tech
Cockering alone is also great for people.
They want to look into their cardiovascular health.
He talks about, you know, how it tracks that kind of information by tracking
nocturnal erections.
He talks about his data, how the bath and how the bathmate and tech ring data works together
to figure out what's going on, what his data, his specific data showed.
It gets very personal.
Talks about how it started working for him, how long he used the bathmate pump, how he
used it, what, you know, what it was like using it. He talks about his experience also with
the cock ring, what, you know, how it worked, what it felt like, what it did for him. And he talks
about his results. And the interesting thing is, is like, after he started using this stuff,
because he was in the medical field and he happened to, like, run in the same circles as Dr.
Elliott Justin, he wound up teaming up with them because BathMate and FirmTac are paired up together
to do a study and they're looking for real data, real people to take part in a study so they could, you know, see the relationship between like the pumping and the Cochring helping ED.
Now, Dave took part in that study and he did it.
They're looking to doing a bigger study now and they're looking for participants.
And the good news is this stuff costs, like if you got the bathmate and the firm tech right off the website, it's cost you over $600 both of them combined, right?
But if you take part in the study that they're doing now, you could get both devices for free.
You just have to sign up for the study.
He talks about all of that stuff towards the very end.
Most of the episode is all about his personal experience, what it did for him, you know, how he used it and all that kind of good stuff.
He does talk, like I said, about his enlarged prostate.
And what he did to help his enlarge prostate, which is super interesting.
And then he talks about this study and he talks about, you know, how you, how they're
vetting people for the study, what you, you know, you know, how you get into the study,
you know, the things that could maybe knock you out of the study, as well as the fact that if
you get in, you get the stuff for free and you just got to participate for like 14 weeks,
I think it is. There will be a link in the description for you to sign up if you want to be a
part of it and get the free equipment and find out all this information and help other people
in the process. So that will be in the description. But anyway, I'm going to get right to
to it and be right back on with.
Hey Dave, welcome to the strictly anonymous podcast. How are you today?
I'm great. Thanks, Kathy.
No, thanks for calling in. You know, I started a sexual health Saturdays series.
I love talking to experts and I have doctors and like mental health sex therapists on.
But what I really love for these episodes is to have on real people talking about their real like, you know, health issues as well.
Because I think that's super interesting.
It's stuff that I'm always interested in.
And I feel like a lot of times men don't really like to talk about things.
especially anything that makes them vulnerable, any kind of health-related thing, especially ED.
So it's so great to get this information out there. And it's so great to have guys like you.
And I'm taking someone else today who called in about ED issues. And he had a proactanoma.
He found out it's super interesting. You had ED issues. And you were here to talk about that and, you know, and a whole bunch of other stuff.
So I think it's really great because, like, I feel like this is, ED is not something that doesn't happen to most people.
I think it's very calm.
and you know.
Yes.
And guys don't really like to talk about it,
but I like to talk about it on my show
because I think it could help other people.
So now you did use,
I had a guy on a doctor,
Dr. Elliott, Justin.
I've had him on before he's coming on again
because there's something new
that's attached to his product.
He created something called,
it's a cock ring.
It's like a tech ring,
cock ring that tracks your nighttime erections
because that is typically
Coral, like, you know, has something to say about your cardiovascular health. And then he also came on recently because he, he formed up with Bathmate. And Bath Mate is like a pump, a penis pump. That does help erections. And you have, and we're going to talk about this, too, because it's a part of your journey. You have experience with those products, which is super interesting.
Yeah, I do. And, you know, the interesting thing is I am a clinical person. I'm a master's prepared RN. Oh, I love that. And I got involved in the research as well.
I have an interesting take as both a user of the products and also deep in the study with
Ellie, Dr. Justin.
Oh, my God.
That's so great.
That's so interesting because I like all this stuff.
Like, I always say the reason why I started this and added this into my show is because, like,
when I'm home alone and at night Googling, like, I Google health stuff.
Like, I could get really deep into medical things.
Like, I'm super interested in it.
For some reason, I'm just wired that way.
Obviously, you are because you did it for a living, you know?
I probably could have been a doctor or something or a nurse because this kind of stuff is interesting
me and I love to talk about it. So let's start at the beginning of your journey though because
like it all started with like erectile dysfunction, correct?
Yeah. And before we do that, let me just say this is completely unsolicited from you.
But I have to say it. Your book is fantastic. I just, I was so impressed because sometimes
you'll hear interviews and people, authors talking about their book. They sound great on the radio.
or a podcast. And then you get the book and it's, you know, they can't write that well. You did an
amazing job. It's, it's so easy to read. They're great stories. You really put us in the moment.
So it's unsolicited. You didn't ask me to say anything about this, but I just really loved
your book. No, I love that. You say that because that was like the hardest thing for me to do. And I had
to find a writer to help me because I can't really write, but I was very specific because I didn't
want it to be like cheesy erotica, where I didn't want it to read like tons of adjectives because
I'm not, I don't like that kind of shit. You know what I mean?
So I wanted to be very like
mundane, not mundane, but just like
if someone's sitting across talking to you and by the time
I found the right writer and stuff, I honestly
I mean that whole thing was done in like six weeks
even though I had six months to do it.
So I felt like at the end of the time
I was not where it needed to be.
So I love that you thought it was good
because I felt like I could have worked on it
for another fucking year.
Oh, it's great.
Okay, good, I'm glad.
Give it to my wife to read next.
Looking forward to it.
Oh, I love.
Thank you.
Thank you though.
That's so nice.
And, you know, like that really means a lot
me because I don't I can't speak to my my book because I'm too in it you know what I mean I lived in it for so long it was one of
the hardest things I did so thank you so much for that so let's talk Dave about your thing so let's just get
your current state right like how long you've been married how old are you I think age does play into
you know stories like this so we want to get that kind of information up from very much so very much
So I'm 69.
I've been partnered for 43 years with my wife.
We had a off the charts crazy sex connection and life until we started to raise a family.
And then like everybody else, you know, career, kid, you know, that kind of stuff.
And then as I started to get near the age of retirement and we're looking to, you know, sport things, we became empty nesters.
we started going out into kind of the alternative world and and attending some events in a sitting nearby us,
fetch positive events, play parties, some kink. Nothing, nothing crazy on our end, you know, as compared to as, I won't say crazy, but nothing as adventurous as some of the folks I listen to.
But honestly, I have to say, sometimes I kind of like that kind of angle because I feel like you're more, you're more of the majority, right?
Like, I feel like I have the minority of people on my show that are doing such hardcore things, which I think is important.
show and it's super interesting, but I sometimes really enjoy hearing from people who do it much more
moderately because maybe that's like people could know that's an option as well in case you don't
really want to go that hardcore. Exactly. And, you know, we've been in sex parties and had parallel
playing that kind of stuff. So, you know, that's the range that we've been in. But as we started to
get into that world, probably at that point around 65, 66, and quite honestly, my equipment was not
working the way that I'd hoped to. So pre-65, I could probably sustain an erection at least for 30, 40
minutes without any problems. There are distractions around me. It wouldn't matter. My orgasms felt
maybe not 100% the way they were when I was 20 and 30, but still felt pretty great. And I never
even used a cock ring. So, you know, that's kind of the world I was in. And my equipment was doing
pretty well, and then around 65 and 66, and that's to your point.
Age really makes a difference.
And also, you know what, fitness makes a difference.
So I will share it with you about six foot, about 170 pounds.
I don't drink.
Never have.
I don't smoke.
So super healthy.
Yeah, super healthy.
And as is my wife.
So it wasn't necessarily that I could see one of the obvious health reasons, you know,
obesity, excessive drinking, that kind of stuff.
So I went to a urologist and then another urologist and then another urologist.
And remember, I'm in the medical field.
So I'm finding the people I think that I are the best in my area.
Yeah.
And not a single one of them suggested anything that made any sense other than let me give you a pill.
Let me back up for a second.
Yeah, please.
Around that time, I was also diagnosed.
was in a large prostate.
And so one of the things that I fought for,
because the research out there,
and like you,
as soon as I have something I need to look into,
I'm doing the research.
Yeah, exactly.
Yeah.
And let me just say something.
You know,
people will be like,
oh, don't Google.
I'm sorry,
if you have half a brain
and you're fucking smart,
if you Google the right way
and you Google smart,
you can find out really good information.
Sorry, I don't think it's wrong
to go Googling yourself.
You just got to Google properly and smartly, right?
Exactly.
The tip is,
Google Scholar.
You're right.
You'll get your reviewed research articles on maybe what you're looking into.
Yeah, exactly.
So if it's medical, that's one of the ways to go.
So I was reading about how Seals, low-dose daily sales, was also helpful with an enlarged prostate.
Oh, that's interesting.
Yeah.
So I finally got the insurance company to pay for it.
And that's the only thing that I had been doing to help with any of the issues down there.
And I was so disappointed because not only did the jurologists just say to me,
That's what happens when you get old.
Not a single one of them asked me, what's your sexual health like?
What is your lifestyle like?
Because I think they look at, you know, an old guy like me.
And I think, you know, you're just going to fade out.
And, you know, sex doesn't become quite as important to you.
Don't worry about it.
Hey, guys, it's confession time.
Have you ever been on a perfectly fine date either with a new person that you're looking to hook up with
or a dinner date with your long time partner.
And you find yourself thinking of insecure things that just don't make any sense,
but you can't stop thinking about them.
And then your thoughts just start to spiral out of control and you just can't stop.
What if you're always questioning if you love your partner in the right way?
Or if you should break up and find someone, quote unquote, better.
Well, then you might be dealing with something called relationship OCD.
OCD is nothing like the stereotypes about being neat and organized, okay?
It can latch on to anything you care about, including your love life.
Relationship OCD can be debilitating, but it's highly treatable with the right kind of therapy.
OCD needs specialized type of therapy called ERP or exposure and response prevention.

asked me, what's your sexual health like? What is your lifestyle like? Because I think they look
at, you know, an old guy like me. And I think, you know, you're just going to fade out and, you know,
sex doesn't become quite as important to you. Don't worry about it. They weren't saying anything
about it or trying to figure out what was the cause? No. Interesting. I know. I know. And I think
a lot of men experience that same thing, especially if they're not right up front saying, here's my issue.
I am very sexually active.
I don't want to just fade away.
And the other thing is, and I didn't notice as a clinician until I was talking to Elliot,
but, and I know he described this on your show when you interview him,
so I won't go in any great depth here.
But the health of your erections overnight is also one of the primary indicators of overall good vascular health.
No, I think you could go into that a little bit.
That's what I love.
Like when he emailed me to be on the show,
even before I had my sexual health Saturdays and when I read what, like, what he was doing and
what was about, I'm like, oh my God, I want to learn more because this is so fucking interesting,
you know what I mean?
Yeah.
So, like, explain like that whole thing because even though he had, for people that haven't
listened to his episode yet.
Sure, sure.
So, I mean, basically, you know, in simple terms, your body, you know, during the night,
if you're getting restorative sleep, your body is kind of test driving a number of things
and just kind of calibrating your overall health.
what it needs to do, you know, all the hormones and everything is going on while you're sleeping.
And one of the things is it pumps blood to your penis to have an erection and to make sure
the vascularity, the blood flow is good down there. Well, when you have farting of the arteries,
when you have problems with vascularity, areas that certainly become affected are things like
you know, the furthest away digits, you know, your toes.
Yes, smart. Of course. So is that way. Yeah. Your dick. You're
penis.
But your dick's one of those things.
Yeah, interesting.
And when they look, when your body looks to prioritize what it needs to really focus,
pushing blood to, it's going to be the core vital organs.
And your dick at that point, if your vasculature isn't really supporting it that,
well, you know, you're kind of stuck because your body's focusing on other things.
Yeah, smart.
Yeah.
The body's in a weird way.
It's like the body is kind of smart, right?
like it's doing what it's supposed to do, but there's clues in that.
There is. And I think Elliot described it as saying,
your overnight directions are kind of like,
the cock is kind of like the canary in the coal mine.
And if you pick up on that and Elliot's had cases where this is the case where no,
a man has enrolled or has been involved in getting this tech ring,
starts sending, he starts uploading data to the huge data set that Elliot's collecting.
he can consult with Elliot and his urologist,
and they found out that a couple of guys did have serious health issues
with cardiovascular health,
and he didn't know, the person didn't know before.
They were just going because they weren't getting erections that they used to.
So it's a good tool overall.
My urologists weren't really even involved or worried about it
when I shared with R2 this ring.
So my point being is we have to advocate for ourselves,
Even if you're not on our end, be smart like you.
You start to do the research on your own and start asking questions and don't be afraid to talk about it.
So that's where I was with my urologist.
Okay.
So then, I figured all right, they're not helping me.
I got to do this on my own.
And I ended up doing a deep dive in the research and I found, you know, penis pumps do work.
They're not just fun toys that you can get in an adult toy store.
and I really look pretty hard and close at all the different varieties of pumps that are out there.
And there are a bunch of really good ones.
And there's a lot of really bad ones too.
There are.
Yeah.
There certainly are.
So I decided to try out, and I'm going to use an initial term here, but as we go further into it, I'll use their other name.
So the company has kind of two names.
I went into it under the name of Bathmate when I was going through the search.
and reaching out to them online.
They're also known as VaxAid, and I'll spell that later.
But for the rest of this podcast, I'll just refer to the pump as the VaxAid pump.
Uh-huh.
But you're talking about BathAid?
Because that's the name I would know for some reason, BathAid.
Yeah.
One in the same company.
Okay.
So anyway, I selected the pump, the hydro pump that they sell.
And the reason I did that was because everything I read,
about micro tears in the penis, you know, in terms of underneath the skin and significant bruising
and that kind of stuff, all of that seem to be more focused on some of the pumps that are
that are air-driven in terms of the vacuum.
The hydro pump has water in it.
And that warm water is just kind of bathing your cock in it as you're creating the vacuum,
and that helps reduce kind of the micro trauma that can happen.
through the attention with the pumping.
Yeah.
Oh, that's interesting.
Yeah.
So I went with that and I started using it.
And at the same time, I was doing some research around cock rings because I knew
cock rings do work to a degree.
I've seen when we started kind of going into play events and lifestyle.
You know, I'd see plenty of guys with them on, especially older guys.
But I wasn't really comfortable with some of the ones that I tried out where I was just
kind of ordering online, just the elastic ring.
that's, you know, all different sizes and thicknesses.
And then they have metal ones.
Because I had a guy once, one boyfriend who couldn't, like he was young, but he had a
getting it up problem and he would wear the rings.
I kind of liked it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah, I'm here to say, I'm sorry I waited so long for it.
Yeah.
A great tool.
Elliot's tech ring was unique in kind of the hook and loop that he uses to get it around
your testicles and then over the top of the shaft of your feet.
And it was so much easier for me to put on, easy to take off.
I typically wasn't groomed before, but, you know, I had to shave that a little bit just so I wasn't catching things on the ring.
And also with the pump made for a better seat with a pump.
But I started to reach out to FirmTac to investigate it a little bit more.
Well, let me ask you a question quickly.
Because I got him on my show, right?
Like, did you hear him on my show or did you find his stuff on your own separately?
and just happened to also listen to my show.
Exactly. That's what happened.
I love that. That's super interesting.
Yeah. I, because, you know, I don't have any qualms about reaching out and asking about
somebody's product. And I wanted to, you know, dive into a little bit deeper to the research
behind why this.
But what a small world that he wound up on my show. And let me ask you this, because he also
then partnered up with Bathmate. Did you put them together, or was he already together with
Bathmate when you went to him?
He was already together with that. Oh, okay, okay.
But here's even the weirdest thing.
I found out that Elliot and I have been in many of the same state meetings when we lived in the same state because I had a number of fairly high-level positions in my health system.
Yeah. He was a regional health system, ED, medical director, and we would sit in on many of the same meetings.
So we automatically started catching up.
Oh, my God. What a small world.
And because he knew of me, and I presented a lot of research at state meetings.
over the years. He asked if I'd be interested in helping with, they were just starting, they hadn't
launched the study yet that I'm involved with. So he asked would I be interested in, in helping him
with the Bathmate and Firm Tech study? And is this the study to like, what is the study
studying? So, I mean, both, both manufacturers, you know, Ellis Group and the Bathmate Group,
They both know that their respective devices bring value to the marketplace and have great,
great things that they can be used for.
Bathmate knew that the pump does have good outcomes when used consistently, but they wanted
to be able to take objective data and then demonstrate the efficacy of how well it works.
And this is all for ED is when you're talking about this, right?
Yes.
Okay, go on.
And so they knew, I guess they had met up with maybe Elliott at some conferences, and I'm not sure how they originally hooked up, but they knew that his device is very unique in terms of how it's made, the data it picks up, how the data can be pushed to the cloud where the research team is, and they felt that that tool, that the ring would be able to demonstrate in almost real time, really.
So if I use, I'll give you an example.
If I pump during the day or the early evening and I go to bed that night, is there an immediate improvement in the number of erections that I get overnight by improving blood flow?
Is it improving the quality of my sex?
Because you can wear it, whether it's solo or partnered, has it helped?
So this app can give you objective measurements of how many erections have had, the stress.
of the erections, how long those erections lasted, the time that they occurred.
Isn't that unbelievable?
It is.
I mean, I love data when it comes to health.
And the fact that you could go out and get all these things nowadays, like I've done the
diabetes thing on my arm, you know, the Dexcom thing, because I like that data.
I want to know what the fuck's going on with my glucose.
I couldn't believe that there's like a cockering out there that is giving you this like
really important data.
And you could get it yourself.
You don't even need to go to the doctor, you know?
Exactly.
Yeah, it's amazing.
Yeah.
In fact, you go to your neurologist or your cardiologist with those findings.
And that's physicians love objective data.
This isn't subjective where I'm asking you, how well did you like this pump?
Did it help you in the bedroom?
Yes or no.
This is showing, okay, you went from getting, you hopefully run the baseline readings of wearing a ring without using the pump.
And then you can see and compare, okay, before I started using the pump, I only had two erections.
a night. After using the pump, on average, I am having four to five erections a night. That was my
personal experience with it. Not everybody has the same outcome. All of our bodies are different in many
ways. So that's what really the ring can do for Bathmate. The data will be compiled. It'll be
presented in a peer-reviewed journal, probably be presented at, you know, urology and cardiology conferences.
Bathmate knows that if they have good, clean data, that supports their claim that this is one of
the better devices on the market.
Yeah, amazing.
Yep.
So anyway, I got the both devices.
I'll leave off working on the study to the very end in terms of what I experienced as a researcher.
I'll just tell you as a user right now.
But let me just ask you real quick.
And then we're going to go right back to that point real quick.
Did you test like your testosterone level?
level, like all that kind, like, because sometimes that has to do with like EED or whatever.
Did you get to like study on everything, anything else before you went this route?
Did you get your testosterone checked and was it normal?
Did you know?
Yes.
Yep.
Yeah.
My cardiovascular status was tested.
Yeah.
Not specifically because of having, you know, ED and those challenges, just because of my age.
And then, yeah, you know, my urologist did look at testosterone levels.
And so everything seemed to be within normal ranges.
There was nothing we could do differently in terms of diet, exercise.
Yeah, you're healthy.
Yeah, yeah, I got it.
Okay, so go on.
So now you're ready.
You got, you ordered both things, the conquering and the bathmate.
Yeah.
And so I start using them.
And so I'll start with the bathmate.
And I'll be completely frank.
I'll throw in a kind of a qualifier here.
Even though I'm part of the study as kind of a research coordinator,
I am not employed by firm tech or bathmate, and I have no financial connections to them.
So whether they sell one or a thousand or a million, it makes no difference to me.
I'm a contracted consultant to help them with the research.
So that being said, the bath made, other vaccine is the other name, use it.
So the device, the pump device, you know, maybe it isn't as easy to use as one that uses air because you have to be near a water source.
You need to kind of warm up the water first.
When you take it off, obviously there's water involved.
So, you know, there are easier ones probably to use.
But once I got the hang of it, I had to do a little man grooming to get a better seal.
You know, it took me a couple tries to really get it nailed down.
Once I started using it, my wife immediately kind of just reacted to your girth.
I mean, I really can feel a difference in your girth.
Now, that's subjective.
I didn't really measure a before and after of girth.
I'm very average, you know, in terms of size.
But she felt it immediately.
And I kind of felt it too just in terms of how it's hanging, you know, just felt different.
So there's that immediate result.
Okay, guys, let's talk about Jiz for a second.
Now, listen, I don't need to be a guy to know that,
men are obsessed with shooting big loads, right? Like, the bigger the better. And that's what I assume,
because as a girl, I'm totally impressed when a guy shoots a bigger load. And the good news is,
I know of a supplement that is specifically designed to not only increase your load and your pre-com
volume, and it's also going to make it taste better. And it is called Load Boost by VB Health. And
VB Health works. And let me tell you how I know that VB Health works.
because I can't take it because I'm a check.
But I got a DM recently after my last ad.
A listener on Instagram, and he knows I'm reading this to you.
And he said, quote, unquote, I tried a month and was so impressed.
I ended up buying six months.
My loads have almost doubled in size, and I get so much pre-com.
And the best part is my wife tells me my cum now tastes sweet and even smells good.
She loves it, end quote.
Okay, that is a real DM on Instagram from a real listener who bought Load Boost.
And listen, the good news is besides doing all that killer stuff for your jazz,
it's also great for overall prostate and sperm health with ingredients that promote fertility
by improving sperm motility and morphology.
There's a reason why over 88% of verified users of load boosts give it four to five stars.
And it is also a favorite supplement of not only my listeners, but of adult film stars.
they use it to because it work. And let me tell you, it works super fast. Some people see results in
just a couple days of using it with most people getting full results in just two to three weeks
of daily use. So for bigger, better tasting loads, why not get yourself some load boost by
VB Health? And VBHealth is offering my listeners 10% off. All you got to do is go to loadboost.com and use my code

Immediately kind of just reacted to your girks. I mean, I really can feel a difference.
your girth. Now that's subjective. I didn't really measure a before and after of girth. I'm very
average, you know, in terms of size. But she felt it immediately. And I kind of felt it too just in terms of
how it's hanging. You know, just felt different. So, so there's that immediate result. The other thing that
was even more troubling, really, like before I used any of these devices, I could still get an erection. I could maintain it.
probably for a good 10, 15 minutes, but any distraction, I'd start to lose hardness some.
But the other thing that really bothered me was my climaxes were slightly less impactful.
Oh, interesting.
Yeah.
And so, you know, part of what feels so good in the climax is the actual fluid that's being, you know, the precom and the semen, that's being pushed through your euthra.
those nerve endings down there, that helps with the climax.
And if you're not really feeling the intensity of force coming out, it reduces the quality of your orgasm, at least it did for me.
So that was another thing I was hoping to improve.
Well, the bathmate didn't really improve that.
It almost felt like I would start to come, but there'd be a millisecond between when my body actually started to push out.
some come and then when I really felt it.
And it's so subtle, but it's noticeable if you really pay attention to what's going on down there.
So that was kind of disappointing, but then I got the ring.
And I found that the ring combined with the pump made the whole sexual experience so much better.
The ring also demonstrated that the pump was helping me with blood flow down there because my erections started to increase overnight.
the strength and number of erections started to increase.
So using the combination of the pump to help with that and then the ring to collect the data,
but also to help with how it felt, it really put me in a whole, you know, I just remember
walking down to the kitchen where my wife was one morning was like, I feel like a new man.
I feel so much better that I can perform better and that I, you know, how I orgasm feels better.
It really was a game changer for me using both of those devices.
How long?
Like give us some like a time frame for both of them.
Sure. Sure.
So the change in terms of how my wife felt like girth, that was probably within four times, five times at the most.
Wow, that's pretty quick.
Yeah.
Now I will say if you don't pump consistently, it goes away.
So, you know.
I've had full episodes on pump.
And like it can even increase size and growth.
I mean, it is a real thing.
But it is something that you have to do consistently.
And it is work.
It's not like, oh, do it one time and it sticks.
You know what I mean?
The kind of thing.
Yep.
Mm-hmm.
And then with the use of the ring to improve the quality of my orgasm, that was almost
immediate because think of it this way.
You know, most people have taken garden hoses.
And if you don't have kind of the sprayer hand on the end, it's just the opened end of the hose.
You know, the water comes out at a certain volume and velocity, but, you know, it's not coming out really hard.
You take your thumb, you put it over the end of the hose.
Oh, yeah, right.
Yeah.
The pressure increases significantly.
So the ring, in fact, helps do that.
Oh, that really, that little visual you just did there, or that explanation really is a great way to explain things.
You totally get it when you say it like that.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So, so much so.
Firm Tech sells both the data module ring called the tech ring, but he also sells something
called the Max Performance Ring.
And that, so the data module ring, the firm tech, or tech ring rather, is made of an
elastomer that you can wear all night and not do damage to your blood flow of jeans.
That's another kind of differentiator in terms of a cock ring.
Yeah.
Their max PR is probably the same type of material, but maybe a different.
level of elasticity because they recommend you only wear that maximum 90 minutes because it's a little bit tighter on you.
But it also even adds a little more pressure velocity to that orgasm.
So I use both.
And how, okay, quick question because I think maybe you got things early because I was going to send you one because like Dr. Elliott had emailed me and told me that they have this.
new part that you could add on now that gives your wife pleasure, right?
Yep.
So we did get one of those.
And so it hooks on to the cop ring and it sits kind of on the base of your shaft on the top.
And it's, I'm trying to think it looks like if you just, this is a terrible description,
but if you cut off the tip of your thumb and put a couple of like just rings at the end,
It cut about that size and looks like that.
And it has this tiny, tiny, really powerful vibrator on it.
And we've tried it a few times.
I will say, I think it really is dependent upon the type of positioning you use.
Of course.
Because it's got to hit her clit or what position you're in and everything.
Of course.
I think that's with any kind of add on if you're going for the clit at the same time you're having sacks.
Yeah.
So it takes a little adjustment to figure out, you know, how hard you're thrusting, where you
thrusting, like all that kind of stuff.
but it does have a very powerful little vibrator.
It works really well.
And the bonuses, you don't have to put it on the ring.
My wife has used it just on her own.
Oh, fun.
Two and one.
Yeah.
So, yeah, so it's a good little toy.
We enjoy our toys and our devices, and this is nice to add to the collection.
Yeah, no, and listen, your cock ring, the cock ring, some people use it just for fun, right?
Like, you know, but it is, but, you know, this cock ring is not only fun, but it's giving
you that like is important data that you got. I mean, would you say that these two things have
cured your ED? Yeah. Let's say, you know, cure is the wrong word. Yeah. Managed it.
Wait, say that again because you cut out. So curing would potentially imply that if I stopped
using those devices, I wouldn't have any issue. It's helped me manage. Yeah, that's a good distinction.
Uh-huh. Yeah. So, yes, I would definitely say,
It changed everything for me in terms of how I felt about my sexual health, my ability to perform in the bedroom.
It's nice to be able to monitor my cardiovascular health by using the ring at night.
So, yeah, there are a lot of benefits to it.
And have you seen just like an upward trajectory, like over time or like do you sort of plateau out and you're at like your regular place and you're good and as long as you stay consistent or have you ever like been not so consistent with your bath made and gone backwards and stuff?
off. Like, have you tracked it that way?
Yeah. Yeah, I have going backwards.
So there have been times where it just is impractical. We're traveling or whatever.
Visiting friends, that kind of stuff. And I don't bring it with me.
And so I think my experience has been if I don't use the pump, you know, for a good couple of weeks, two to three weeks.
Yeah, I noticed that the erections overnight dropped down a little bit, not terribly.
feel, but just kind of how I feel in terms of just the health of my penis is I prefer when it's
a little more, like, I won't say it's constantly engorged, but, you know, it did seem to improve how
at least I felt it was in terms of just one flaccid, just hanging out. So, yeah, I think if you
stayed on top of it, the results that I think I've heard other, some of your other interviews talk
about using pumps and saying they're able to gain so much in length and girth. As long as they're
consistent, I couldn't see any reason why you couldn't do the same thing with this pump.
But I haven't had that experience because I've been intermittent. And how many times, I mean,
is it, do you just use it when the pump, like, you know, do you, did you have some sort of
schedule? Did you only do it before sex? Did you say, okay, I have to do it at least two or three
times a week? Like, was there some sort of schedule that you went off of that they recommend or that
you knew of. Yeah. Yeah, they
recommend that you
over the course of seven days,
you know, three to four times is
probably the max. Okay, that's not bad.
Yeah, you wouldn't want to have to do it.
You wouldn't want to do it every day because
that could potentially
conceivably, damage your penis
is probably the wrong word, but it wouldn't be
real comfortable, probably.
The ring, you could wear the ring,
the tech ring every night to gather
data, but you certainly don't
have to. Yeah. I
think Elliot's talked about, and I think he personally checks it like once or twice a month or maybe a little more.
But yeah, you don't have the ring, you don't have to do that every day.
When it comes to, you know, actually, you know, having fun, having sex, I might even just grab the max performance ring.
And I'll use that as a cock ring and not the tech ring because that's a little more streamlined.
The tech ring does have a little bit of a data module.
Of course.
At the top of it.
And again, you know, when I'm when I'm having intercourse,
course, I got to be careful that I don't push too hard with that bump against a sensitive
area on my wife. And the max performance ring isn't like that. So it's easier for me to use
in the bedroom just for doing that. Now, listen, I know you're going to get to more of the study,
but let me ask you this. Like when you first got it, right, and you're getting all this data coming in,
is there like a typical amount of erections, a healthy, normal guy has a night that you can
compare yourself to once the data starts coming in? And,
or is everybody different?
Like, how do you know if you're not having as many as you had before,
if you never even got that data anyway?
Like, is there a norm for an age or for a guy in general?
Yeah, that's a great question, Kathy.
And I'll tell you, and I don't have hard and fast science,
scientific literature in front of me right now to take care.
But I will say, as I remember,
if you're having less than two erections a night,
you really need to talk to somebody,
probably even about your cardiovascular health.
Us then two is what you said, right?
You cut out again.
I think everybody has clearly up nights and down nights, no pun intended.
And a lot of that's based on often, I think, what they've done.
So if you've done a lot of heavy drinking or maybe you've taken some medications for sleep or whatever,
there are a variety of things that can affect your ability to have erections during the night.
So you wouldn't rush to a doctor based on one night of readings.
You would want to capture a trend of probably a good couple of weeks to see how am I doing here?
And if you consistently stay at two or below, and there are probably some physicians that would even say to you at three or below, you might want to talk to somebody.
So I don't get worried unless I start to see it dropping below, you know, two or three a night.
and then I know what I've probably done in that case is I've been too intermittent with the pump.
I need to get back on there to get that blood flow moving.
What I've also found is, you know, a number of men don't even realize how many erections
happened during the night.
Well, that's what was my question.
I was just writing it down so I didn't forget to ask me.
I was going to say, do guys even know that they're getting nighttime erections?
You know, a lot of men don't.
I don't know.
I mean, I've had guys wake me up in the middle of the night, and they're hard, or they wake up with a heart on.
But I'm like, do guys even really know that like actually during their sleep they're getting
hard and they're not waking up?
Like it's just happening while they're sleeping.
Kathy, I'd like to say it was you that was making them super hot and hard at that moment, but it was just their body working.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So there are a lot of men I've spoken to, especially as part of the study that didn't even realize
that what should I be looking for here.
So you're looking for certainly two or above, ideally even, you know, greater than three
or above on a consistent basis.
And then, you know, most men realize, when they realize that, oh, I might have an issue is when they're not having, you know, that traditional morning would.
And that happens.
Like, you know, you talk to men as they age through, that's consistent almost every morning when they're in their 20s.
And then you start getting up around your 50s and 60s and 70s.
It's not as consistent first thing in the morning, which might be an indicator of an issue or it might not because there are plenty of nights I've tracked it where I've had five erections over the night.
When I look at the timing on the app, the last one was at like 5 or 530 in the morning,
and I might have woken up at 8.
Now, I don't know if you still consider that 531 morning would, if you would, if you will.
But if I woke up at 8, it would be rock hard.
So that kind of throws you off in terms of what you think is normal.
Yeah, interesting.
But when you have that data, you know that you did have it at that time.
Let me ask you this.
When you brought it to your doctor, I'm assuming you brought that data to your doctor,
Did they know what the fuck you were talking about?
Like what was their reaction?
Like how did you bring it to them?
So doctors very often are booking for 15-minute appointments.
Right.
Which means your agenda is going to be down the list.
Their agenda is to do whatever that visit is called for at that moment.
So if you're going in for a prostate exam, they're not there to sit there and really talk a great length about, oh, you know, your erections are diminishing.
And blah, blah, blah.
So when they were like, oh, okay.
Well, in turn, the urologist doesn't care about the cardiology.
Right.
I haven't seen my cardiologist since that point because it seems like I'm doing pretty well with the pump,
so I'm not as worried about that.
So to answer your question, I spoke to them about it.
I didn't present them with the graph, which I could have printed off an app.
And that's just because I'm actually currently looking for another urologist.
Right.
do you like that?
That you can talk to about this stuff or get it in a little deeper.
Exactly.
Yep.
Yeah, that makes sense for sure.
I wanted to ask about your enlarged prostate.
Like, what was that about?
Like, did that go away?
Is that a concerning thing?
Like, what does that even mean?
So you're talking about the enlarged prostate?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So the enlarge prostate, you know, the issue for me, the reason I went to, you know, my
urologist or spoke about it was because, like, many men my age,
I got sick and tired of getting up to pee.
constantly. And there are a number of, so, you know, they checked me, they said, you're enlarged.
So that slows down your stream. And does that happen to everybody when they get older?
It does. It really does. It's so annoying. Not that women don't have equally annoying stuff,
but for men, this isn't one of the... That's the thing I hear guys talking about. Yeah.
So there are a couple of things. I won't go into all the things that men do to try to improve
the enlargement. There are all kinds of interventions, surgical interventions.
I opted to try something called an embolization where they float little plastic beads up into where your prostate is to kill off sections of the gland to deprive it of blood.
Interesting.
Oh.
And that was done, you know, same day surgery.
And that did help me.
So that's what I did for the enlarged prostate.
Yeah.
And as somebody that does so much research and you're doing it for all the people out there that don't want to fucking do it themselves, and that's most people.
Like, why did you choose that over anything else?
Was there a specific reason that you could explain?
Yeah.
This is not to dismiss the other intervention that we had.
There's a little mesh, I don't know how to describe, a little bit of mesh that can be kind of stapled up around the prostate that lifts it up.
So it takes the pressure off of the pathway that the urine.
comes through and off of your bladder some.
And so that's one way that people manage it.
I just wasn't real excited about having those staples shot up in my body.
Have something foreign in there.
Yeah, and then other people will sometimes they'll start to have the prostate or they
could have it removed.
And then people have all kinds of issues with leakage, also problems, erectile problems
because of the nerves down there when they do the removal of the prostate.
So some men have to do that.
They have no choice.
So I'm not saying it's a terrible thing to have done.
I just,
the least kind of risky event for me
was to have that intervention
with the embalization with these tiny beads.
That's good to know and it worked completely.
It greatly improved.
I might get up once a night to pee.
That's not bad.
That's major difference compared, you know?
And that's in and out.
They just put you under Twilight,
kind of quick kind of a thing.
Exactly.
Right.
So it's not like a real surgery.
My brother was not going to go get a vasectomy and he was acting as if you, he's like,
you know me.
I don't like to go under the knife.
I'm like, you're not going under the knife, idiot.
Guys are such wusses when it comes to medical stuff.
It's like not that big of a deal of vasectomy.
And I feel like this sounds like a real quick thing that are in and out.
In it.
I think it took maybe 40 minutes.
They float a line, an IV catheter up.
And anyway, I won't go on the details.
But it's the same day, they say surgery, but you're in the suite.
They give you some twilight.
Well, that is more than a vasectomy.
This does take 40 minutes.
So you are under and everything.
Okay.
So it's a little bit more.
Yeah.
Yeah, but like you said, it's twilight.
And all they're doing is they're floating, a catheter up to release the beads.
And so they just have to go through the network.
I find would have probably taken a little less time, but I had all kinds of like twists and turns.
And I wasn't easy.
Interesting.
And is that shit covered for insurance by insurance for guys?
Yeah, I think mine was actually.
Yeah, it should be.
Okay, so let's get to some data on like the research.
Yeah, so really interesting.
I learned so much.
I've been doing research for probably 30 plus years, all kinds of medical research.
But this was really interesting.
So, you know, I connected up with Vaxade and otherwise I was a bathmate.
And FirmTech, they sent me, I didn't do any recruiting.
They did all the recruiting through various ways.
Right.
and they got the first cohort.
And what my role was, I needed to be a resource to them.
I would onboard them, tell them about the study, provide all the details of what they're
expected to do, and then be a resource for any clinical questions, and then they would
send portions of data to me.
So in the study, some of the data gets automatically pushed via the app of the tech ring.
And so a lot of that stuff, that objective stuff, those metrics,
get pushed up to the cloud that is only accessed by the medical teams that are doing the research.
Completely anonymous for the people that are doing it, unless they choose to unblind it
so that they could have a conversation with a physician or something about it.
But otherwise, it's all coming in.
There's no way anybody can know that you're part of this study other than those.
But there are also some questions that we wanted to have answered about, you know,
how many times did they use the pump during the week?
Because the app for the tech ring
just collects data on erections.
It doesn't say how many times the pump was used.
There's no app built into the pump
that shows how many times that was used.
So we really depend upon the participant
to capture some, just a couple of basic things.
How many times did you use the pump?
How many times did you use the ring?
Now, as long as they, as they,
push the data up, it should mirror what they send me. Oh, I use the tech ring, you know,
10 times in a two-week period. But that should automatically be seen in the objective data as well.
They also need to tell me, you know, how many times did they have sex partnered or solo?
Also, that's categorized through, they will self-select on the app that uploads the overnight
data. You need to categorize how many. So let's say, you know, I wore the ring overnight.
It shows in the morning I look at the app.
It shows I had five erections.
There'll be a line item for each one of those erections.
And as you had categorized, was this just sleep?
Was this morning wood?
Was this sex?
Like, what was this other?
That kind of thing.
So I just, you know, we want to know what you said to me.
What we want to know is, you know, how many times you use the pump?
How many times you've used the ring?
How many times have used them together?
Because we then look at that.
And we can see, oh, they use the ring four times on these dates.
in a two-week period, and it looks like the number of erections have increased on the same day that they use the pump.
So it really carves down deep into kind of the minutia of some of this data.
So that's how we started kind of the lay out the baseline of what we're asking people to do.
It's a 14-week study, and I'll just briefly touch on the first phase.
We onboarded, I don't remember how many.
It might have been 60, 70 people initially.
Attrition is really high because this takes effort.
It really does take effort.
And so, you know, we'd have people that would provide a little bit of data and then drop out.
Other people that had issues, family issues, health issues.
So we had attrition.
But the first phase was encouraging enough that both Bathmaid and Firm Tech said, you know, really to support what we
saw on the initial data push, we should get a larger sample size. So consequently, we are at the
moment looking to recruit more folks to join this study. And I don't know if you're okay with it,
but if you have just a couple of minutes, can I kind of review for your listeners what that would
mean? Of course. Yeah. I look at it as I'm helping people with information like this and offering
people, hey, be a part of this study. I think it's super interesting. Why not? Absolutely. Go free.
Great. Great. So as you and I spoke in the beginning, you know, really the focus of this study is to use.
But I also want people to know, like, you have been a listener of this show. Like, I didn't have you come on as like somebody from this company, hawking anything. You know what I mean? Like, this is all like, you just want to come on and tell your story. This happens to be other stuff that like we agreed that you could like talk about. Like I don't want it to be like a, you know, that you're not coming for that purpose, but I love that you're offering it. You know what I mean? It's coming from a good place to help people. You know what I'm saying?
Exactly. Exactly. Not at all. I've been a listener of yours.
Yeah. It's crazy. I love it. That's why I was like, oh, please come on and talk. And you, like, ask me if it would be okay. I'm like, of course. So I just want people to know that you're not on here trying to do anything. You know, you really were, you know, a listener of the show. And this is like something that I asked you to come on to do. So anyway, go over it.
Well, and I'll just tell you the funny part is, I didn't, I didn't know Elliot was coming up.
You know, is that crazy?
Yeah.
And then when you, at the end of that, at that episode, you said, anybody that has, you know,
experience with these devices, please feel free to reach out to me.
That's why I reached out.
Then you and I discussed in a previous episode, just kind of me as a person and my lifestyle,
but I asked, Elliot, is it even okay for me to talk about this study?
Exactly.
You said you didn't want to until you got approval from them.
And the reason why I say that at the end of the episode is because I don't ever want to,
And I even do it like when I'm talking about Blue Chew
or when I'm talking about like the other products, my
sponsored products.
Like I say to guys like I can't try this stuff out,
but and I'm pitching it to people,
I want to know real people's experience
because I don't want to ever like talk about shit
or promote stuff to my listeners.
It's garbage, you know what I mean?
So I love that people went and got the tech ring
and came back and told me real experience with it.
And I got only positive reviews.
So then I know like, oh, this is fucking legit,
which I could tell when I talked to him anyway, you know,
but I think it's really great
to have firsthand experience. But anyway, so let's go back to what you were going to now explain the
study. Yeah. So, you know, the study, the focus is it's going to be using a tool that will take,
you know, really clean data and measure, you know, the health of your erections overnight.
That's the bottom line and the premises, like hypothesis is that, you know, the, the bathmate
slash vaccine penis pump is a tool that will actually help your overall, you know, sexual health
them functioning. And so the ring helps capture the data related to that. The other thing that's
nice about the study is both the ring and the pump, neither one of those are cheap. So yeah, you can
buy a cock ring for eight bucks in a store and you could buy a, you know, probably a penis pump
from, you know, an adult toy store for 30 bucks. These are not that. These are very expensive devices.
And when I say very expensive, not out of reach for most people, but, you know, you're not 20 bucks.
It's like $200, right? Like the, the, the,
tech ring? Well, yeah, I mean, the combined value of both the pump and the ring is over $600.
So by participating in the study, you get those devices for free.
Oh, you're kidding. No, no. And there's also a financial compensation.
So that's a positive. Look, you're getting, it's, it would cost you over $600. And if you do the study,
you get it for free, that's huge. Yeah. So, so, so, so, but before everybody jumps in,
that's listening, there's, there's some criteria here.
And so let me just mention it to you.
So, you know, you really should be between 30 and 75.
If you're under 30 and you really are having erectile issues, I guess it could be considered.
But for the most part, we're looking at between 30 and 75.
Okay.
That's a big range.
There's something called the erectile hardness scale.
And that is something that, you know, it's a survey that you fill out.
It's where your penis might be hard, but it's not really hard.
enough for intercourse or it's really difficult to have intercourse. So if you're scoring along
that line, and then if you're having a score between 8 and 21 on what's called the International
Index erectile function, and that just reflects whether you have mild to moderate ED. And I will say,
you don't need to know that ahead of time. If you're between 30 and 75, you think you have
some issues with erectile dysfunction and you want to see if I joined the study,
you know, there's a screening process, and you'll be given these scales to test yourself
and just rate yourself.
Because of all that attrition that you had.
I mean, you're not just going to send it to any person that emails you.
You have to sort of vet people because you need people that are not only going to use
the stuff, but do what they need to do and not fall out.
Exactly.
Then the exclusionary criteria that you will not be enrolled if you have one of these issues
or lack thereof.
So if you don't have ED, if you're going to be no diagnosis of ED by a physician,
or by the use of the scale, that kind of thing, then no, because you're not really part of the sample size we need.
I got this off the consent form.
I'm not really sure why this is here other than maybe you wouldn't be, I don't know, able to fully comply with all the instructions,
but if you have severe untreated psychiatric disorders, be that what it may, if you have uncontrolled cardiovascular disease,
and so you may be a little too fragile as a patient.
If you have diabetes, I think that's also another gray area.
I think I did have one candidate in the first phase that was a diabetic.
So however they got through the screening process,
that was not an exclusionary criteria for them.
If you've had penile surgery implants, that kind of thing,
you aren't to be part of the study.
And if you have used the penis pump in the last 90 days,
So they really want to have, like, you might have your own penis pump.
Do you want to try this one?
They would ask you to put it on hold for three months and then start.
So you can have an even playing field.
That makes sense because they're really, it's, this is about bathmeat.
They're specific pump, it's not just pumps in general.
Yeah, that's important.
Exactly.
So it's 14 weeks.
We have a rolling enrollment timeline.
So right now we're starting to enroll, but let's say this airs in a couple of weeks.
and, you know, somebody is interested in being screened for this, we will keep enrolling
candidates probably for the next three months or so.
But once you enroll, you're asked to be as consistent as possible over a 14-week period.
If you have a family emergency, a health emergency, you can't do it for a week or two,
we can certainly make adjustments there.
But if you're going to be inconsistent overall, you know, you do it for a week,
then you don't do it for three weeks, that kind of thing.
It's not going to work.
And that's why we have some attrition.
Like life circumstances come up and we get it.
But we need data that's as consistent as possible.
So you need people that are consistent.
Exactly.
Yeah.
Okay, let's say where do people go?
I'll put a link.
I would assume there's some sort of link you could send me that I could put in the
description.
Yep.
That would be perfect.
So all you would do is I would recommend that you just send it,
email to this. This is where you actually do request it. I was about to say, I recommend that
you say you're interested in the study based on hearing it via Sturkly Anonymous. That would be nice,
I think both for Kathy, for you to know and for me to know in terms of what the outreach is.
So if you think of it and you can do it, please, when you ask to be screened for this,
just mention that you heard it on the podcast. You're going to reach out to
support
at VaxAid.com
and I'll spell Vaxaid.
It's V as in Victor
A
XAID
dot com.
Okay.
And people driving, don't worry about remembering it.
I will literally put a direct link
right in the description so they could just click on it.
Yeah.
That would be great, Kathy.
We appreciate it.
And all you have to do is say
heard about your device and the study on this on the strictly anonymous podcast.
I'm really interested in joining it.
And then vaccine will send you the, and remember vaccine and bath made it the same.
They'll send you the screening material and we go from there.
And I may be actually talking to you then or, you know, emailing you in another couple of months or a week or two.
So that would be great.
And then the other thing is if you're not, the criteria doesn't.
meet your, you don't meet the criteria to join. I still recommend both of these devices. I think they're
great. And so maybe you don't, maybe you do want, it depends on your age, maybe you do want to
track your data. I think it's a good idea. Or maybe you just want to have a new improved cock
ring. The max PR is a great cock ring. And the toy, the ringmate, which is what clips on for the
woman. I think that's a great tool to device as well. And the pump is, is a great pump.
Listen, I've re-aired the episode.
I think, like I said, I love data, especially when it comes to health.
I think that it's so amazing that we live in a time where we can get this data ourselves without going to a doctor.
And it's really important information.
And the fact that you could, like, go on a website and get it yourself, I think is huge.
So I've always every, you know, I had him on.
I think I re-aired the episode because I thought it was so great.
And I only got great feedback from people that got the cockering.
If I was a guy, I'd get it.
because I like, like I said, I've done the glucose monitoring.
Like, I love to monitor everything I can, you know, that's available nowadays.
And it's amazing that we live in a time when this kind of information is available.
So I love what he created.
I love that, the tech ring.
So, yeah, if you can't be in the study, go get it because it really does work.
And it's important information, and it's amazing.
And it's fun on top of it.
You know what I mean?
That's the icing on the cake.
It is.
And let me just make sure that your audience does know.
So out of that first cohort that I was part of, you know, that I was doing the research on,
not everybody had great results.
You know, some folks did overall, the majority, had improvement.
There's no guarantee that this will solve your problem, whatever your problem may be.
But I think it's a great way to start going down that path.
And it's the least invasive in terms of, you know, you're not suddenly going in, going under a night.
So I can't guarantee the best results for everybody, but I had great results.
So it does help with ED, but I remember when he came on, we weren't talking about his tech ring for ED.
It was more so just for getting that information to check on your cardiovascular health, you know, to make sure there wasn't something going on.
And that's really what we discussed.
That's why I thought it was so interesting that you used it for ED, right?
So it's like something, another way you could use it, which I think is amazing.
But even without that, I think the data is important.
I agree 100%. Yeah. Yeah. So listen, Dave, quote unquote, thanks so much for calling in. I will send me the link when we get off. Okay, just so I have it again, just to make sure it's going to go up on this Saturday or next Saturday. I'll put the link in the description for anyone that wants to be a part of the trial. So thanks so much for calling you. This was super interesting. I love it.
I love it, Kathy. Thanks so much for letting me on. No, thank you. Thanks, Dave. Bye.
Bye-bye.
Okay, I just want to tell you before you go that my book, it's called Strictly Anonymous Confession,
Secret Sex Lives of Total Strangers, is now available not only in paperback and e-book, but you can
pre-order the audiobook. It's still not going to be out until August 25th, but you can pre-order it.
The book is basically 17 different stories taken from my show. I kind of picked one story from
each category that I talk about on my show. Like there's a hot wife.
story. There's a cuck queen story. There's a cuck story. There's a gang being girl story. Like I said,
17 stories. And they're all told in the third person. And they're all true. I took the interview and
rewrote it in the third person. And I wouldn't really call it like a total erotica book. Think like
penthouse letters. It's more direct. It's not so over the top like erotica. I don't really like
that kind of vibe, right? But these are true stories. 17 of them. They're
really short chapters, easy read. You could read, you know, one or two and then skip around. You could read
the whole book. It's available in eback format, paperback format, and finally, the audio book is available
