Okay, I have such an interesting, awesome episode today. I could have talked to her for another fucking hour because she literally has like a super interesting personal life story. And then she happens to be a nurse practitioner who is somebody who works with women's health and wellness and now also with men. And she has so much information about hormone replacement therapy and pellets and peptides
Starting point is 00:06:51 and stem cells and all that kind of good stuff. and we talk about and O shots and P shots, and we talk all about that at the end of the episode. So it's like 30 minutes her personal story and her journey through having breast cancer and how she found out and what she went through and what she did and her whole experience with that as well as her experience in menopause
Starting point is 00:07:11 and what happened to her and how she decided to get onto pellets. And then we start to talk about like what she does to help women now too. I mean, she's tried all the stuff that she talks about, but she is a nurse practitioner and has an actual practice where she does P shots and O shots for both men and women. She talks in depth about both of those things.
Starting point is 00:07:33 We get all the information on what, you know, goes down when you get an O shot, when you get a P shot, what it does for you, how much it costs, whether it hurts. And then we talk about stem cells because she incorporates those. We talk about peptides towards the end. And she goes through many of them and talks about what they're for, including the one that's good for sex and the one that's good for aging. you name it. She talks about it. It's so super interesting. Like I said, it's such a perfect episode because it's like half her personal journey, which is super interesting. And then half so much important, interesting information that you're going to want to know if you want to get any kind of treatment. She talks about all of them and I get all the details from her. So I'm going to get right to it. It'll be right back on with Ingrid in Hosa. Maybe I didn't even say her name in the beginning, did I? Anyway, her name is Ingrid. I'm going to get right back on to her. And I'm going to put her practice information in the just, description. I'll be right back on with Ingrid. This is the strictly anonymous podcast. Strictly anonymous podcast. Hi, Ingrid. Ingrid Ingrin Inhosa, right? I'm saying it correctly, right?
Starting point is 00:08:36 Yes. How are you today, Ingrid? Listen, you happen to be a nurse practitioner, but we are going to get very personal in this call with your journey, right? And then we'll eventually get into some advice and stuff for women. And I would assume that, you know, you you have even more advice than just your own personal experience because you're a nurse practitioner, right? You're dating a black man, right? And you reclaimed your sexual health and wellness after having breast cancer and going through menopause, which I think is so super interesting. I have literally been putting a call out. Like I want more of those kinds of stories on because I think that they're,
Starting point is 00:09:12 you know, listen, breast cancer isn't like uncommon nowadays. You know what I mean? I've had so many people in my family have it. It's something that women go through. Manipause is something that every woman goes through so I just love people's personal journeys through stuff like this, especially when they're on the other side and living their best life and having and, you know, and can help others maybe if they're going through it. And that's you and your story, right? Definitely. Yeah. So you're 70 now. Are you 70 or in your 70? Just turned 70. There you go. Okay. So you're seven. How long you've been dating your guy? Going on six years. Okay, cool. How'd you meet him? On Marketplace. Oh, Facebook.
Starting point is 00:09:53 Facebook, yeah. Did you go to buy something from him and you just thought he was hot? No, just they have a dating site, actually. Oh, yeah, you know, you're not the first person. I've heard of a lot of people meeting people on there. Okay, but like at 70, you're like horny and looking for like a relationship still. And you've been through like all these other things. Let's go back to when you were 40 because I'm assuming that the breast cancer became before you went into menopause, right?
Starting point is 00:10:18 Like you had breast cancer at age 40. you weren't in menopause then, right? No, it was not. Okay, so that's premenopausal. I've had a lot of women have that in my family too. Did you wind up finding out whether you had a gene or not?
Starting point is 00:10:28 Because sometimes when it's premenopausal, they do tend to think it's more genetic maybe because it's before menopause. Yes. Actually, they tested me for the brachine. It was negative. And then several years ago, they came out with another genetic testing
Starting point is 00:10:44 and suggested I'd just go do that one, which I did, and it was negative. Yeah. So it's kind of strange, but yeah, you don't have to have it in your family history to get it. Well, you know what they told me because I was always getting massively tested too because of so many women in my family that had it premenopausal is that, you know, because I did the gene test because a lot of women had it and my sister did and everything. And what they said, I remember, is that, you know, most likely it's genetic, but they just haven't found the gene associated. You know what I mean? Because sometimes that is the case.
Starting point is 00:11:16 And that's why they will retest you later because a lot. But, you know, if you're the only one in your family, it doesn't have to be genetic. I had a lot of women in my family that had a premen pals. So I think it's probably genetic in my family, but they haven't found the gene. Okay, so tell me about that whole experience and how you got to the other side of that and reclaimed your sexuality. Well, I was married at the time, and I was, I went for, I just always had a sense that I was going to get breast cancer. Really? I don't know why.
Starting point is 00:11:46 Yes. Like ever since you were like, I get it. I've had like psychic vibes about big things in my life too, and they've all come true, Ollie, like, you know what I mean? Like weird things. But like, so for you, you just always felt like, oh, for some reason you just felt like you were always going to get breast cancer or was it more like a paranoia when you got older? No, no.
Starting point is 00:12:04 I guess just being in the medical field since I was probably in 1920, 18, it was always a fear. Okay. And the thing was I always knew that providers didn't really take it seriously enough, seriously enough with individuals who were younger. It was always, because I worked in the hospital. Yeah. And I would hear stories, oh, my doctor said that it was nothing.
Starting point is 00:12:28 And then all of a sudden, they've got uterine cancer, novary cancer, breast cancer. Yeah. So I started going for mammograms like 30. Yeah. Because you worked in the hospital and you just knew that this was a thing? Because typically, like, I don't even know how you got your insurance to cover it back then at that age. Yeah, they didn't. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:47 I paid for it. Because to me, it was worth it. Interesting. So I started getting the first mammogram, and I had very dense breasts. And that's always tricky. So I had the first mammogram in my 30s, and then at 40, I started going every year. And what year that I was turning 46, I went. Actually, I went because my sister had been, went through it, and they said, oh, we see a spot.
Starting point is 00:13:17 So it kind of got me kind of, you know, I'm like, oh, I better go get mine done right now. So I went and did mine. But did your sister have cancer or she just had a small baby opied? They just biopsyed was negative. Okay, okay. But I just decided, you know, I was due to have it done in September or October that year. And this was like June. I'm going to go ahead and do it now.
Starting point is 00:13:37 Okay. So I went and did it. And I remember getting the letter, you know, like three or four days later. You know, I still have the letter. You're cancer-free. Follow up one year. Okay. Well, then I get a phone call like about four or five days later.
Starting point is 00:13:55 And I recognize the number and I answer and I knew right then. Well, we saw something. We need you to come back in. And at the time, they had just started doing that new imaging, the CAD, the CAD, computer aid, detection. Yeah, of course, yeah. And they said, insurance is not going to pay for that. I said, that's fine. I'll pay $20 or whatever it was.
Starting point is 00:14:15 Yeah. And that's what picked up my breast cancer. It was so tiny, but it was very aggressive. Oh, wow. So thank God. I mean, listen, in your 40s women should be going. It's so interesting. I want your thoughts later on about how they recently wanted to change the requirements
Starting point is 00:14:31 and not have women start doing it until way later. I don't understand that because I think, you know, the key to breast cancer is catching it early and you live your whole life and you're fine. You know what I mean? And so many women have that as their story. Whereas if you're not checking, you know what I mean? in its late stages. It's a lot of different, it's a very different story, right? Yes, it is. Definitely. Yeah. So I don't know why they want women to not get checked as much or get checked later. I believe in it. So you were there. So
Starting point is 00:14:55 they said we see something. They didn't tell you yet then, though, you had to go in and get a biopsy, correct? Correct. Okay. Went for a biopsy, and I went for the biopsy, and at that time, they did the biopsy, and I ready, because I was working in surgery at the hospital, I already made appointment with a surgeon before I even got the biopsy results. Why? Because you just knew you're, that's a little crazy. I'm very proactive. Okay, okay, I got it, okay. And Tai Bay. So I made the appointment and I was sketched to go for the appointment.
Starting point is 00:15:28 Like, oh, it was like four or five days later. So the morning of my appointment's at 1 o'clock. And I'm calling to find out about the results. And they kept putting me off. Well, Dr. So-and-so is, he's tied up with the picture. Oh, that would freak me out. Well, let me talk to the nurse. No, he has to talk to you.
Starting point is 00:15:46 I was like, okay, I said, then fine, after the third call, I picked her the phone, I said, listen, I'm on my way to my surgeon right now. And if I don't get those results, I said, it's not going to be pretty. I was so upset because it's like, I want the results. Finally, the doctor comes on. And I remember driving. I'm almost at the doctor's office. And he says to me, I don't know what to say. He said, this is very unusual.
Starting point is 00:16:12 He says, you have breast cancer. Right. Well, how is it? What does he mean it's unusual? That because it was so small and almost undetectable in my age. Right. Okay. Right. Right. Pre-menopausal. Right. Because back then, because we're talking a long time ago. You're 70. This is 46. So this is many years ago. Nowadays, people are getting diagnosed way younger and younger, right? That has happened. But at your time, it was very odd for a woman to have it before they entered menopause. Correct. Yeah. So I get to my. surgeon's office and by that point he'd already had the results i told him who it was and he was very proactive and i told him i just said you know i want a double mastectomy and he looked at me and he said that's what i would recommend and i'm willing to do that he said but most women and other providers would say i'm overreacting i said well this is my body and this is what i choose to do and so he He said, yes, I agree with you. Thank God, because when they actually went in, did the surgery.
Starting point is 00:17:18 Back then, we didn't do a lot of sentinel node biopsies where they inject the dye before to see if it spread. They actually took the nodes and sent it to the lab while you were under anesthesia. Yeah. And it came back and he had just, I was very, very fortunate. It had just left the glands and was just a stage one. Right. But it was very aggressive. And they told me, had you waited another year, six months, this would have been easily stage two or three.
Starting point is 00:17:49 Wow, crazy. And, you know, I'm going to tell you something about my sister because when she got breast cancer, she first did a lumpectomy. And that's what they recommended. And then, like, her cancer board started, like, arguing about the margins and whether they got, I don't know. And my sister just didn't have a good feeling about it. And she just decided to, like, get a whole new board.
Starting point is 00:18:07 And she decided to just, and, you know, they were done with her. You did a lumpectomy, that's fine. but because there was this like kind of a question mark, she wound up doing the double mastectomy. And thank God she did because there was a whole other part of her breast that had breast cancer in it, that they had never detected, even though once you get, you know, diagnosed, you got to get the MRI. At this point, they have MRIs.
Starting point is 00:18:27 She got everything checked. They hadn't seen it. But when they went in and did the mastectomy, it was there. And they would have never known if she listened to the first board and just did the lump back to me. How crazy is that, right? Yes. Yes. And that's, that's unfortunate because, unfortunately, women are told that a lot.
Starting point is 00:18:42 Yeah. And, you know, I've also been told, well, you're, you know, you're very aggressive. I said, yes. On something like that, I would much rather have replaced two breasts than one, because number one, symmetry, your symmetry is off. Exactly. It's not going to look the same. Yeah. And so when you do both, you have the opportunity to get to, you know, two breasts look the same, you know, and it's a better match. But yes, it's very disheartening, particularly now. There still have individuals saying, oh, we're just going to be. You know, we're just going to. You know, and it's a better match. But yes, it's a better match. But yes, it's very disheartening, there's still have individuals saying, oh, we're just do lumpectomies and just from taking personal histories for over 20, no, almost 30 years now, you always hear every now and then women that say I had a, you know, mastectomy or lumpectomy that came back into the breast 10 years later, five years later, six years later. Yes. 20 years later. Hey guys ever wish you could blow bigger loads like every time so you could really impress your girl. Starting point is 00:21:51 I started or not in 2013 and we make bike apparel. The best part of Shopify for me is our ability to run the business as essentially non-technical people. We're able to admin everything on the back end, front end and sell things online easily. If Shopify were a bike accessory. I think it would actually be the bicycle. It's the thing that you do the thing on. We run the business on Shopify. Start your free trial on Shopify.com. Okay. So you had the mastectomy. Yes. After that, it was the way they explained it and the surgeon and my plastic surgeon told me basically, you know, because of the fact that it was so aggressive that their recommendation
Starting point is 00:22:39 if it was their wife, you know, daughter, whoever, that they would recommend doing chemo. It wasn't really you have to do it, but it was highly suggested. Right. Because they said, quote, we got it all. Yeah. And so I opted to do the chemo. Uh-huh. And that was, I think, I think it was worse having the thought of losing your hair.
Starting point is 00:23:04 Of course. Versus losing your breast. I mean, obviously, yes. But, you know, I thought, well, I got a new set of breasts, but I don't want to lose my hair. But anyway, I had to go through four rounds of chemotherapy. And, you know, it doesn't, it's what's ironic. Everybody said, your hair falls out immediately. Well, not necessarily.
Starting point is 00:23:25 Mine was very slow coming out. After the first treatment, it was about a week or two. And then I started noticing little clumps and stuff. And by the second time, I was just like, okay. So I called my sister. I said, you need to come over here and shave my head. Yeah, wow. And she did.
Starting point is 00:23:40 And so I wore a turban. I hated those wigs. I wore a turban. And finally, after my fourth treatment, and it was, I remember the last time I had my last chemo was like in January, and it was still cold outside. And, you know, of course, you're having hot flashes right now because of everything. So I finally said, you know what, I'm taking this turban off. So I took it off.
Starting point is 00:24:03 And people were so complimentary. They were like, oh, my God. I love your hair style. I said, well, it's called chemo. Oh, my God. Crazy. But that was just the beginning. Of course, you heal.
Starting point is 00:24:14 It takes a good year to get over. Your body's gone through a lot, you know, healing from the surgery and from the chemo and all that kind of thing. So it took a while. But then the reality sets in that now you're menopausal. Yeah, that's crazy, right? Why were you menopausal? Did they take your ovaries out too? No, no, no.
Starting point is 00:24:35 Which is because you were the end of age? Because at that time, I was 47, 46, 47. Yeah. And I was already perimenopausal. Yeah. But I had been on birth control pills since I was 16, nonstop. Okay. And I do believe part of that now was the synthetic hormones that probably caused some of this.
Starting point is 00:24:54 I mean, come on. I mean, I always say this. Like all the same women that won't take these bioidentical hormone replacement therapies are women that took the pill, which is synthetic hormones from the minute they turned 50s. 15 and I'm like and these same doctors that are warning these women not to take real hormones gave people the pill out like it was candy to women all their lives and I'm like I never took the pill but I take hormones yeah exactly yeah and and I think that was partially part of it so I was very peri menopause so after all that transpired um you know they also put me on the hormone
Starting point is 00:25:30 blockers I had to take for a while oh and also because if you have you had to have to had a like an estrogen like uh yes type of cancer they do that on per that's why they do it right i forgot about right i yeah one of my cousins had to do that because of her the type of cancer she had so i i did do that i took it um and then they switched it they came out with some newer ones so i was on that for good almost 10 years i stuck the whole thing out yeah and um i'm now like 24 years out knock on wood no breast cancer yeah you're like my sister she's she did everything extra because she was like, you know what, I never want to fucking think about this again.
Starting point is 00:26:10 And she's like 20 something years out too and she's fine. And you look back and it was like one second in her life at this point, you know, because I was like through that all. I forget sometimes. But, you know, in that process, I remember like with even with tamoxifen. Like they said you could do it for five years, but you could add on another five. If you, you know, and she was always like safe and sorry. She just always went the extra mile and did the more stuff just to make sure, you know.
Starting point is 00:26:33 Right. I would be the same way. Yeah, I mean, it's being proactive. And if we can teach patients this, I think it would go a long way. Yeah. But the tamoxifen, I was on that, and then I went to a different one after six years, finished that out. And then, of course, when you're on tamoxifen, you have to kind of measure and monitor the stripe on the uterus
Starting point is 00:26:57 when you're actually taking these medications because it can thicken the lining. The lining. Yeah. And so I was going regularly to the gen doctor, and then one day, she said, oh, I see, I think we need to do a sonogram. So we did a sonogram. She goes, I see some thickening here. So, you know, we need to go ahead and see, make sure that's not anything. So I said, you know, at that point I said, just do it a hysterectomy. So they did a total hysterectomy. And thank God it was nothing. But it was, again, more of a preventative. She was, well, we don't have to do it. I said, yeah, well, I'm already metapausal. Why would I keep it? Oh my guy, right. And risk having, you know, other issues in another few years. Right. So she did the hysterectomy. And then, of course, you know, you definitely have no estrogen or testosterone.
Starting point is 00:27:46 And talking to an oncologist about doing, you know, biodynamic hormone replacement is just like talking to a wall. Because they, they're covering their ass, which I understand. And they're not going to tell you to do any kind of hormone replacement. Especially not back then. I mean, now the FDA is on the fucking website. I tell people, go to the FDA. A.org. They changed everything. It's totally different. My sister who had breast cancer who would never fucking touch hormones is on it now, okay? Because it's a very different world. Thank God.
Starting point is 00:28:14 But back then, yeah, no oncologist would ever say you could do hormones. No way. Right. But I did go to one oncologists in a nearby city and a big metropolitan city. And she was very proactive. And her comment was this. Biolidic hormones are fine. She goes, I've, You have to look at the risk. You outweigh the risk versus the, you know, the problems that you might have. She said, but you know what? I'm all for it. She said, I feel very comfortable that if you're so far out now, if you want to do it.
Starting point is 00:28:47 She was the only one that ever said that. And I still hesitated for a little bit, but then I thought, you know what, I'm doing this. Because I'm promoting it in my practice. I need to do this. Right. So I started getting on hormone placement by identical hormone replacement pellets. And I love it. Oh, my God, the pellets.
Starting point is 00:29:03 when I had my first girl call in, her name, I forget, what was, oh, Linda, Linda, I mean, she was in her 60s, she went on pellets and she was having gig bings, okay? And she was, I was like, I swear to you, Ingra, I went, ran out and got pellets like a month later. Because I was like, oh, my God, I need those in my ass a sap, right? I mean, at this point, because you're married, let me just ask you quick question. I mean, because I want to know, like, how pellets change it for you. At this point, you're married, you're still married, right, to your husband going through all this, right? And what happened to your sex life throughout this whole process, like the mastectomy as well as, you know, the cancer diagnosis as well as chemo as well as menopause?
Starting point is 00:29:43 Like where were you guys at by the time you went on pellets? So what was that journey like? I went on pellets after I got divorced. But he was very supportive. Okay. To the whole thing. Okay. 100%.
Starting point is 00:30:02 just the feeling tired, aching, you know, just you didn't really want to have sex because you just didn't have that energy. Yeah. You didn't have it. Uh-huh. And so it kind of, you know, it just kind of went by the wayside, really. And, you know, we ended up divorced and we were married like 15 years, but we're still friends today. And, you know, I'm glad he was there for me and my family was there for me. But it does change everything.
Starting point is 00:30:29 It just, it just, it, you see the different. difference in your skin, your hair, your way you feel, you know, things start to break down. Yeah. And so in time, I find just decided I'm doing it. And once I started doing that, it just changed everything. Okay. So what happens? You get those pellets and like you, did you immediately feel it?
Starting point is 00:30:53 It took, you know, it really takes about, you can put the first round in. People will, yes, feel some improvement and some do faster than others. But rule about a second round is when most people really feel, oh, yeah, I can tell a big difference. Right. And so, yeah, I did feel a difference. About, probably about six weeks, eight weeks into it. Right. Less joint pain.
Starting point is 00:31:15 Okay. Less joint pain. What else? Increased, you know, the vaginal lubrication. Uh-huh. And the sex drive was back up. Right. And what was in your pellets?
Starting point is 00:31:25 Was it testosterone and progesterone? Because every pellet is different. testosterone and estrogen are in the pellets and then if you still have a uterus you have to take the progester oh right right right the progesterone is separate right yeah if you don't then you don't have to take it but it does help a lot of women who can't sleep still because the progesterone is a hormone yeah yeah it makes you really sleepy when you take it orally I do though know that sometimes they do do pellets I think for women in met premenopause without estrogen sometimes two inch just testosterone but because you were in full menopause you had the
Starting point is 00:32:00 the estrogen and the testosterone, which I know I had too. And so six weeks in, you're getting horny too, right? Yes. Yes. Okay. Is that when you started going on the marketplace to find your guy? Well, actually, after I got divorced, I started seeing another guy that was, I was with him for like 10 years. He was a black man. He stayed with him for 10 years. And then he decided he didn't want to have sex anymore. Wow. This is not going to work. I think he got. religion I don't know what it was but okay I'm like okay so and then I really didn't see anybody for like three years I mean you know go out in groups and stuff but not really one-on-one and then my niece suggested I go into Marketplace Facebook
Starting point is 00:32:48 I'm not doing that I wasn't into all that you know so she puts my profile on there and immediately within about 10 minutes or so I'm scrolling through and then he pops up and there you go. That's where I find him. Okay. And now you're horny at this point, right? Like you're good to go. Like how many rounds of pellets? Are you been doing pellets for all these years? You're still doing them? Yes. Still doing them. Okay. So and how, like let's talk a little bit more. Because or we could get into that after we hear about your story, meaning your guy, because then we we want to really talk to women and teach them about pellets and hormone replacement, all that other stuff and stuff like that.
Starting point is 00:33:28 But like your guy when you, how long you've been with him since? You met him how long ago? Six years. Oh, okay, six years. Okay. And how old is he? He's 52.
Starting point is 00:33:37 Oh, he's younger. Yes. How old was, so how old were you when you met him and how old was he when you first met him? I can't do the math. I was 64 and he was 46. You were 64 and he was,
Starting point is 00:33:49 so did he just have a thing for older women all his life? Yes. Interesting. Lucky you that you snag that one, right? Oh, yes. Oh, yes. He's amazing. He's amazing.
Starting point is 00:34:01 Really? Was he, had he been married before? Yes. Now, Ingrid, you must have been really horny because you found me through Luda's podcast.
Starting point is 00:34:10 I mean, you're listening to Sex Podcasts too, right? On top of like, whatever. Like, do you and your guy do anything freaky or are you just like open to like listening to freaky things?
Starting point is 00:34:19 What's your deal? No, we do things. You do? We do. Yes. Like what kind of things? So we got to get a little bit of that. And then we'll, you know, educate women on how they could get their, you know, sexy back after one of us.
Starting point is 00:34:32 Well, actually, in the last probably years, started actually doing some videos and pictures and posting. And he actually does all the camera stuff. And we have someone that actually does all of our Instagram and X and, you know, only fans and all that. Oh, you're a content creator. I don't know this. I don't know why. Did you tell me this? Well, it's something very new, but you know what?
Starting point is 00:35:01 Hey, it's something I never thought I would do. Yeah. But it's fun. Oh, interesting. Whose idea was it? Is it fun to have guys ogling you and everything? Do you dig it? Yeah, I think it was kind of like, we'll call him black stick.
Starting point is 00:35:19 He likes me called by black stick. He is wearing sexual. What is he like? Black stick? Are you talking about his dick? That's the black stick. Well, that too. Yes.
Starting point is 00:35:32 Okay. But definitely, he's very sexual. I mean, very sexual from day one. Okay. And very intuitive, very open, very knowledgeable. And he's, you know, we talk about things. We have good conversations. and we actually, you know, decided to, first we thought, well, let's just talk about it.
Starting point is 00:35:59 And we talked about it for a while. What do you like? That kind of thing like most people do. And then just kind of as the relationship grew and developed, we start talking about expanding, doing some other things and doing content. And at first I was like, oh, I'm not sure about it. And then we decided to go ahead and do it. So we started doing some content.
Starting point is 00:36:19 and yeah. And it's you guys together, are you by yourself? It's me and him. Okay. Yes, but, you know, don't show his face. I show mine.
Starting point is 00:36:32 You do? But I go on a different name when I do it. Now, listen, guys, remember when you were like super young and getting hard was super easy? Like the wind blew and you would get hard? Well, Blue Chew is bringing those days back. Okay?

Yes. So I go under a different name. Okay, cool. Okay. And if you want to promote it, you want to give a shout out to your content plate like where people can find you? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:10 Instagram. It's Mia Schmidt. Okay. Mia Schmidt. You're going to send it to me the exact spelling and stuff and I'll put it in the description. Okay. And then my only fans just linked into the bio. You can do that.
Starting point is 00:39:27 And my ex is Sexicana 118-28-2892. Oh my God. I love a woman in her 70s on OnlyFans like fucking why not. I love it. It's like inspiring. So wait a second. Okay. So you're with this really sexual guy.
Starting point is 00:39:42 You know, so you're on, you stayed on pallets this whole time, right? You're still on that? Yes. Okay. And how often did you get them as well? Oh, yeah. That's smart. That's smart.
Starting point is 00:39:51 How often do you get the pellets? How long do they last for you? I usually do them every three months. Okay. Every three months. How much they cost you where you live? Most people are charging $350. Right.
Starting point is 00:40:04 Okay. Interesting. Yeah, it was a lot more here in the city. And it would only last on me like for two months. And I just, to me it really hurt those injections. Do you get used to it after a while, putting those pellets in your ass? Well, I don't know what they're using because it shouldn't really hurt. I mean, you feel like a little beast thing, and that's all you should feel.
Starting point is 00:40:24 And as far as the quality, my thing is you have to find a good 503B pharmacy, which is a compounding pharmacy. And I've had patients tell me they've been to other places and it didn't last. So, again, it's not all. Palettes are made a like. Yeah. Oh, right. Quality. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:40:45 So they are. And what's the quality that you like the best? Do you know that? Yeah. Mine's out of Colorado. It's called Belmore. Be like Boy, E-L-M-A-R, Belmar, outsourcing pharmacy.
Starting point is 00:40:59 Okay. And that's where you like the pellet. That's where your pellets come from and you get good results from it. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So, and do you prescribe HRT and stuff to patients?
Starting point is 00:41:12 Oh, definitely. Okay. So what do you do in your practice and talk me through like how you help women and give some women some advice and educate? them? Well, actually, I started out years ago as a women's health nurse practitioner. So I did a lot of OB-GYN. Yeah. Then I realized I couldn't just do that the rest of my life. So I went ahead and advanced to doing family nursing. So I could do from birth to geriatrics. And then along the way, I went ahead and got my Ph.D. And then, well, my doctor of nursing. And then after that, I said, I think it was really going more
Starting point is 00:41:48 towards elderly people. So I added on a psych nurse practitioner component because a lot of this is psych mental health and, you know, all this together with menopause because it affects a lot of things. Right. So right now in my practice, so I've always done sick visits, you know, emergency room, my own practice, family practice. Right now I really try to focus more on health and wellness. I do a lot of stem cell injections. I do regeneration. I'm actually have treated an individual, an elderly man. I say elderly. He's oldest me, I guess. He had prostate cancer. And he decided that he didn't want to go to the traditional route right now. So I actually have done three rounds of IV therapy on him and we're falling up with some peptides and I'm going to
Starting point is 00:42:44 we scan him in a few months and see where we're at because we are seeing great results now utilizing stem cells for cancer treatment patients. So interesting. Let's talk first about some women and what you help them with and then let's do men too. So it's because you do, I know, help men with ED and you're talking about the stem cells and the peptides. Let's talk first about like what you recommend to women when they're in menopause and stuff. Maybe that's a good place to start.
Starting point is 00:43:10 Right. Well, the first thing I think all women need to. understand is that what they're feeling is real and you cannot let a provider anybody else tell you how you're feeling. Many times women will come back to me say I went to my doctor I told them I'm feeling bad they serve things fine my levels are quote fine. But when you're doing yeah so when you're doing hormone replacement therapy of any kind what the goal is is to optimize those hormones. Okay. That's it optimization of hormones so if your level is supposed to be let's just say
Starting point is 00:43:50 something between 10 and 20 and you're at 11 or 12 is it in the range yes is that optimal no and in the range for your age is not going to be good if you're in your 50s correct and that's what I hear you say and I'm so glad that you're educated on this because this is something that people don't understand understand because I tell you the best example I'd like to give patients, whether it's a male or female, is men's testosterone. Men's testosterone is a wide range. Most labs are between 300 and 900,000. That's a wide range. Men will go into their provider and they will say, I can't get more in erections. I feel sluggage. I'm gaining weight. I have no energy. Losing muscle mass. I can't maintain the erections.
Starting point is 00:44:44 and they'll say, well, let's check your lab work. So they check their testosterone. It comes back, maybe it's 325, 400. Oh, it's in a normal range. You're getting older. No, that's not the answer. Right. The answer is we need to optimize those hormones because they should be somewhere between
Starting point is 00:45:03 at least 7,800 and above. Yes, yes, that's a difference. And that's the same thing with females. You know, they will go in and people will tell that if you're not with a provider who understands, A, the aging process and what these hormones, by identical hormones do, they will always say, oh, you're too young, your testosterone's where it needs to be. Almost every woman that I have checked on their testosterone, no matter how they feel, it's always less than 15, always.
Starting point is 00:45:32 Wow. And so everybody needs pretty much testosterone boost. Yeah. And even if you're not doing the estrogen at the time, that's fine. but the testosterone will help with everything else that's going on in parietamolus. Yes, totally. And it's just, it's frustrating, I know, for patients, but that's why I spend my time with a patient and try to spend a good hour, 45 minutes with them so they understand.
Starting point is 00:46:01 The worst thing is to send a patient out and not explain what the plan is, how it works, what you're going to do, the follow-up. And to me, that's what we're missing in our society right now in the medical field. And until we get more people that are proactive, patient-wise, and providers who are more knowledgeable on this and can accept this and know that this is an alternative, nobody's saying you have to do one or the other, but you can combine therapies. Right, totally. And what kind of like hormone replacement therapies do you offer your patients?
Starting point is 00:46:37 because there's so many different ways to get your hormones. I prefer to do everything by pellets because it's bi-identical. Right. I've talked to people who've done, you know, I've done the creams and things, but it's very inconvenient. You could, they tend to rub more than they should, and then all of a sudden they're losing their hair or they have some other kind of side effect and they don't understand why. And it can transfer, you know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:47:02 Oh, it does transfer. Yeah. It does, most definitely. And I had lady come in and said her dog lost their hair because she was holding the dog. But, you know, it's because a lot of times people think less is more. Yeah. And it's hard to judge it. When you put a pellet in, it's there.
Starting point is 00:47:20 It's a slow release. Yeah. And, you know, once you do a couple rounds, you pretty much, I always check labs, make sure they're at the level they need to be, that it's not excessive. But the best indicator is this one question, how do you feel? feel. Exactly. I can't tell you how many doctors have said to me, like, you know, that they go more by the symptoms than the numbers, because sometimes someone's lab numbers could be equal to someone else's lab numbers at the same level, but they don't feel right at that level. So that level isn't right for them, whereas it might be for somebody else, right? So they really do go by symptoms
Starting point is 00:47:57 first, like how you're feeling, right? Right. That's the most important question. And if you, if they don't ask you that, then they're really not paying attention to you personally and how you're feeling. And the other thing, I mean, I do offer for women and for men, I offer the O shot for the female. Oh, let's talk about that. Yeah, the T shot for the male. Yes. Let's talk through the O shot. Should I get the O shot?
Starting point is 00:48:25 Yes. What does it do? It actually increases the blood flow to the area. it actually gives you that umph, that extra sensation. It's definitely positive to get. Yeah, people love it. And do you feel it the first time or do you got to get it a bunch of times? No.
Starting point is 00:48:46 Oh, no, no, no. I have women that come back every month and want to do it. And what is the O shot? Or is it stem cells? Is it like, what are you putting in there? Like, what is it even like what's going on to explain it? There's two different ways you can do it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:49:00 Now, the one thing out, let me just say this. front. You are familiar with PRP? Yeah. Okay. PRP is the plasma rich protein that they actually draw your blood, spin it down, and take off the top, right? Okay. That's PRP, which then is injected into the clitoris and into the vaginal vault, the vagina, which helps with urinary stress incontinence. That is probably the best thing to help with that. Right. Because it's built. the muscle tone and you're getting blood flow down there and the O shot actually, you know, just increases the blood flow to that area as well. That is a P shot. Of course, they numb it. You know, you don't feel it. The difference with, that I do now sometimes is with exosomes.
Starting point is 00:49:53 Right. Explain that because I feel like I've heard more about that. A stem cell is the actual stem cell, the exosome is derived from the stem cell. Right. So again, this comes from a biologic company has to be frozen. It's got to maintain a certain temperature until you use it, and you thaw it out, draw it up, and inject it instead of doing PRP. Right. However, now the new thing is to combine exosomes with your PRP.
Starting point is 00:50:23 Mm-hmm. Okay, so that enhances a little bit more. But the one thing about doing this is that, let's say, we do PRP on an individual for rotator cuff tear, and you're over 50, okay? The problem with that, if you're not using exosomes or any type of accellular stem cell, is that you're already over 50. So you're lacking in stem cells right now. Right. They're not as potent. So anytime you do PRP, just strictly PRP, and on someone older, you're not going to probably get as much of a great result like you would if you were in your 20s or 30s.
Starting point is 00:51:10 Oh, with the PRP alone is what you're. That kind of makes sense. Yeah. Well, I mean, if you think about it, you're born with millions, billions of cells. Right. As you age, they decrease. By the time you're probably late 60, 60, 70s, you're probably down to 500 stem cells. Wow.
Starting point is 00:51:26 So you have to replace those stem cells. Right. Because when you lose the stem cells in your body, that's when the body starts to break down, right? Right. We start getting wrinkly, aches, pains, joints, hurt. You know, things start to fall apart. So I do a lot of IV therapies with stem cells for rejuvenation, longevity. I use peptides.
Starting point is 00:51:50 You can use peptides for sexual health and wellness. You can use it for longevity. you can use it for inflammation, so many for cancer cells. It's so many different things now. Yeah, I know. And you do combined therapy is what's recommended. I want a little bit of information on all of that. Let's stick to the O shot.
Starting point is 00:52:09 And then at the end, I want you to recommend some peptides. But let's do the O shot, the T shot and peptides. So the O shot, so you do a combination is what you're saying, right, of the stem cells and the P. PRP, right? Yeah, the exosomes and your PRP. That's the best result. Okay.
Starting point is 00:52:25 And first of all, it's a quick thing, right? I mean, is it just like your... Oh, yes. Right? How much does it cost around? And I'm sure it's out of pocket, right? Like, what's the cost around? I always kind of want to know these things.
Starting point is 00:52:38 Probably for just a plain, just doing a plain O shot without the exosomes is around, depends where you go, between $3.50, $500. Okay. And with the axisomes? No, and if you add exosomes or part, you know, it could be anywhere from 1,000 to $2,000,000. depending on where you go. Okay. And how long does that,
Starting point is 00:52:58 how long is the results from back and last? Well, remember, stem cells continue to multiply. Oh, interesting. Okay, I don't know that for some reason. So you don't have to keep, you don't have to keep doing it.
Starting point is 00:53:11 I mean, that's the beauty of this. Oh, that's maybe why you're saying that you don't need more than one, whereas other O-O shot people have said maybe you do need more than one. Right. But again, in one year, some people say,
Starting point is 00:53:24 hey, I feel so great. I want to maintain this feeling. I want to just do a boost. So they may do another one. Other people say, I'm doing great. I don't need anything else. I'm going to just stay where I'm at. So it's an individual choice.
Starting point is 00:53:38 And of course, finances and, you know, things like that that people choose to do or not do. But what do your patients say they get from? Like, what do they come back and say that O'Sha did for them? Great sex. Hot sex. Oh, my God. And for women, yes, multiple orgasms, women that have, you know, urinary stress incontinence, it has definitely helped them with when they call, sneeze, laugh. Really?
Starting point is 00:54:06 How come? Because, again, you're injecting into the actual vagina and you're stimulating those stem cells to regenerate to tighten back up. Oh, interesting. Okay. It works well. Yeah. Okay. Is it painful?
Starting point is 00:54:22 No, because you numb it. Okay. So you just numb it first and then you do the shot and then you're good to go. And the results happen with a topical. Oh, okay. And the results happen immediately. How long do you have to wait for good orgasms? Better orgasms.
Starting point is 00:54:35 Usually, I mean, usually by the time you have sex the next time, most people say they, yes. I'm going to run out and get a fucking O shot. Okay, next, let's talk about the P shot. Here we go. Someone's already claiming this is our year. Someone else said that last year too. A round of James and ginger and lime arrives at a table. Smooth enough for kickoff, smooth enough for extra time. New friends pulling up a stool.
Starting point is 00:55:00 Debates about whether that was a handball. Cheers rising like a roar around the room. Because match days are about the shared moments. How did Jameson to your match day lineup? Jameson, it's what you bring. Please enjoy our products responsibly. Same thing. Same idea, right? P-Shodd is actually, I use that a lot for men, like this gentleman that I'm treating for the cancer. he will eventually have a pee shot done because he is having some erectile dysfunction problems. So because they put him initially on a, to decrease all of his hormones, they put him on a medication, which just kind of took away everything. Right.
Starting point is 00:55:44 And then he decided he wasn't going to go through with the routine treatment. That's when he came to me and we started doing the IV treatment. So his next step will be to do a pea shot. And of course, we tell a man that they're like, oh, no, oh, no, you're not going to inject my penis. I mean, if you think about it, like, you know, a needle in your dick is a little scary. Yeah, well, a needle in your clit's a little scary. Exactly, exactly. I think it's even worse because it's not, is it in your clit or is it inside?
Starting point is 00:56:13 I'm thinking you're doing the oh shot inside my vagina. You're doing it on the clit? I'm doing it two places on the clit and in the vagina. And inside, right? Yeah, that's fucking horrifying. That's why I couldn't even think about it. I promise you it's numb. But for a man, what you do, same thing, same procedure.
Starting point is 00:56:29 You can do PRP, PRP and exosomes. I did one, I did an exosone treatment for my guy. And oh, my God, he loved it. It was, I numbed him up. And he's like, okay, just numb it up. And I numbed him up. And he's like, you can do it, but do not give me an injection in the head of the penis. I said, okay, I won't.
Starting point is 00:56:52 You don't have to. Because normally you do it on each side of the penis on the lateral side and then you do it at the head of the penis. Okay. So he was numb. I did. He goes, okay, you didn't do the head. I said, I just did it. Oh.
Starting point is 00:57:04 And he's like, no way. I said, yeah. So he got it. But you know what? Yeah. It actually adds girth. You're kidding. And link.
Starting point is 00:57:12 No, I'm serious. Because, again, you're regenerating. You're growing. You're expanding. Wow. So within about, we noticed probably. and we measure so we we have a consistent thing to look at but yes within
Starting point is 00:57:27 it was about six months eight months started noticing an increase in the girth and the length and he was a good size anyway but that really helped wow and it's immediate too like the o-shot yeah usually within well yes yeah usually they don't notice increase within a few days or something but yeah it increases their they can get a morning erection again they can get hard
Starting point is 00:57:52 easier. So it's very effective for people with ED. Yeah, I love that. And now is it like everything else where it's like women pay so much more for the same shit as guys? I mean, is it cheaper for a man or is it around the same price? No, it's easy. It's more for a man to do like pellets. It's 550 to some people charge more. Yeah. To do the P-shot. It's probably around 1500,000 to pay no, you know, we can go to. Okay. So it's more for the guy. Mm-hmm. How come? You got to use more stuff? Well, actually, yes.
Starting point is 00:58:27 I mean, like in pellets, you definitely are using more pellets. You're right. More testosterone, for sure. Yeah. Much higher dose. Okay. And so let's talk peptides. I'm so fascinated.
Starting point is 00:58:36 I haven't taken the plunge yet. The place that I do get my HRT from, I go to Defi Medical. They're like telehealth. You know, I know that they have one of them that's in the glow stack. You know, I forget the name of it that I'm like dying to like start taking because it's like great for your skin and everything. everything. But what I'm afraid of, what I heard somebody talking about peptides is like they inject and then like it hurts in the injection site for like a week. Is that a normal thing to happen? No. No. Okay. Okay. There's no like lasting pain or anything like. Okay. That mean, again, you hear a lot of things from people, but remember, a peptide is a protein. So they're used for different things. Yeah. I will tell you, like the semaglutides, red or trutide, all those are GLP-1s, and that's a peptide.
Starting point is 00:59:32 You know, it's just depending on what you're using and what you're using it for. Now, I was taking something called Tessa Morlin. Yes, I've heard of that. Yep. Okay. That works. It is excellent. It attacks the fat, the visceral fat around the organs.
Starting point is 00:59:49 Uh-huh. And you can definitely see it shifting and melting away. Wow. Now, when I first started doing the test of Moreland, I started the first round, probably about six, eight months ago. It stung a little bit at the sight of the injection. Right. Why? I don't know.
Starting point is 01:00:07 But it was just for an instant. And then it went away. Okay. Then you do that for three months. You do it five days a week for three months. Okay. Then you stop for one to two months. Don't do any.
Starting point is 01:00:18 and then you pick it back up. When I picked it back up and started doing the injection, I didn't feel it at all. Interesting. And it's just a little local reaction usually. Right, I get it. So it's not anything that doesn't last. Right. So Tesla Mourin is a great one for attacking fat.
Starting point is 01:00:37 Uh-huh. Is that a good one because it doesn't attack your muscle too? Because that's a big thing. And does it make you sick? No, it does not make you sick. And it actually helps to keep your muscle. Right. That's good. That's a little bit like Reda, right? I hear a lot about Reda 2tri.
Starting point is 01:00:53 Right. However, I've used Reda Trutide and I didn't get any effect from it. Interesting. Some people do. But I had also taken Ozympic, which is Simoglodine. Yeah. A couple, two years ago, whatever, lost some weight on. I wasn't even really overweight, but I lost some weight. Probably lost too much. So I stopped taking it. Uh-huh. And then when I sort of gained a little bit back, I went back to trying to get back on. The Simoglutite didn't get any results. So then I said, okay, let's go to the Red or True Tribe, which is a GLP3. Right. And everybody raves about it.
Starting point is 01:01:28 I have tried it. I had no effect. In fact, I was eating more. Oh, my God. I've talked to a few people and they said the same thing happened with them. That's common with stuff. Don't you think? Everyone can have a different reaction.
Starting point is 01:01:41 You never know, right? Right. Right. I take, I go in for an operation. It can be five hours long under anesthesia. And I am wide, fucking awake afterwards. I always think I'm like an odd person. Like I have a like what's that an adverse reaction?
Starting point is 01:01:55 You know what I mean? Yeah. Yeah. Totally. Because most people want to sleep. Yeah. No, I get hyperactive. My family couldn't fucking stand me when I was young and had operations because
Starting point is 01:02:02 I'm like they just thought they were getting a break for me for three days. And I was like fucking jacked on anesthesia. But anyway. So yeah. So it's like what's amazing though is like, listen, you could try Reddit. It doesn't work. You could do the, what's the one that you just talked about? That's really work for you.
Starting point is 01:02:17 the Tessa Morlin. The Tessa Morlin, right? Talk about the ones for sex. Let's end with those. You know, the ones that are for sexual health, the peptides. Yeah. One of the good ones you can use is called Pt 141. Yep, I've heard that one.
Starting point is 01:02:31 Uh-huh. Okay. And now that is usually injected just, you know, a few hours before, you know, you're going to have in a course. And it can last for like over 24 hours. Okay. And it really does set you over the edge. It's really very, very, very.
Starting point is 01:02:47 effective. So I've used it. I love it. It actually it gives you that extra umph, you know. Interesting. It makes you horny. Yes.
Starting point is 01:02:58 Yeah. Yes. What about the ones for the skin and the and all that stuff? That's the ones I'm really interested in. Oh, that's like the glow and the glow. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. How are those?
Starting point is 01:03:09 Those are great for utilizing, you know, for skin repair. Inflammation. inflammation, wrinkles, things like that. You can also use those exosomes, like what you're talking about, to do needling, where you're actually doing, when they're actually doing like a, have you heard of vampire facials? Yep, totally. They're putting it all over your face, right?
Starting point is 01:03:35 And that helps to rejuvenate as well. Yeah. So that's a great one for skin. people that have things like cartilage joint mobility issues there's something called cartilax that's great for mobility
Starting point is 01:03:52 tissue regeneration pain and kind of inflammatory response there's something I don't know if you've heard of Wolverine blend no I've never heard of that okay that's what they it's kind of a combined of a BPC 157 and a TB 500
Starting point is 01:04:10 okay You know, that works great for like an inflammatory response for people that have a lot of pain. We have things for like mental function, memory loss. Dihexa is a great one for mental function. Have you heard of Ipamorlin? Yes, I've definitely heard of that one. Okay. Ipamorlin is for anti-aging.
Starting point is 01:04:34 Yes, that's why I've heard of it. I'm getting off. Yeah. Improbed body composition. Yeah. And it enhances your fat loss. as well. Yeah, that's amazing. Yeah. So all these are very doable. They're very
Starting point is 01:04:49 more cost effect, obviously, than, you know, doing stem cells or acer stem cells or things like that. But again, it's a combination of what you have to look at of, and where do you want to be, what you're in result. And don't you need to like go to somebody like you to use this kind of stuff because like you know you need to you can't like because a lot of people nowadays are like just buying peptides off the black market dosing themselves and Googling information but isn't it much smarter and the right thing to do is go to somebody like you so you could kind of look at the whole picture and decide what that person needs and how much they need and all that kind of good stuff definitely because again like you said things on the black market you don't that you don't get the
Starting point is 01:05:39 education. You don't get the information. Because, for instance, someone that has, let's say someone has cancer and they think taking these peptides are going to help. Well, they can help, but there's one that you never give someone who has active cancer, and that's BPC 157, which a lot of people take. Right, right. Crazy. Scary, because it'll grow the cancer or whatever. It was like HGH back in the day. Everyone was taking it. And it was like, yeah, it'll grow a lot of things, but it'll also grow cancer if you have it. You don't know, right? That's the problem. And you don't know. Yeah. So you really need to test and everything. So is somebody like get blood work done with you and then you could tell them like as far as like what they need and what they should go? Definitely. I do way and beyond.
Starting point is 01:06:22 I do a very, very thorough full panel including not just the hormones, but I also look at underlying causes. It's like a big thing that I do because I'm half Hispanic, half German is diabetes. That's my big forte. Yeah. It's pre-diabetes, diabetics. Because people don't understand they cannot lose weight if their blood sugars are out of control. Totally. Because your body will only utilize so much for energy, for what it needs to, you know, regulate and for you to live.
Starting point is 01:06:55 However, after that, when it has excess sugar floating around and it's used it as much as it can, the rest of it gets stored as fat. Yes. Okay. So, and where's it normally going to? So primarily on women, it's on abdomen, hips. Totally. And that's more dangerous for cardiac risk factors, death, because of where it's at, where you're carrying it. Right.
Starting point is 01:07:21 So I do, you know, make sure they're not diabetic. I've checked their thyroid, vitamin D, B, 12. I've checked everything because people are deficient in vitamin D. So my labs are very, very thorough. and then I go over everything with them, develop the plan, and then we do follow-up labs to make sure that we're on track and we're trying to get where we are and accomplish what the goal is. And then we may incorporate the exosome, stem cells, peptides, whatever. But you have to have the foundation of where are we at now. Because people want to see the progress.
Starting point is 01:07:59 I can show you on your lab work that you did six months ago and this is where you are now. Right, the difference. Yeah. And that kind of data, I'm like obsessed with data and I say it all the time because I have certain sponsors. Like I just had Rhythm Health as a sponsor and it was like a blood test, which I love. You know, I love that kind of data. And it changes a lot more than people think.
Starting point is 01:08:19 You know what I mean? I used to get blood test once a month, once a year like everybody else at your physical. You know, when I went on HRT, it was once every three months. So I really started to see how things fluctuate and change. And to me, it's fascinating. I mean, I started my health series Saturday stuff is because I love. this stuff. I can talk to you for another hour. I have a million questions because I love medical stuff. You know what I mean? It's something that I'm actually and I like data. And when it
Starting point is 01:08:42 comes to your health and I've always been very into health and fitness my whole life. That's why I always knew I was going on hormones of, you know, since I'm like 20 years old. I was always in the know of all that kind of stuff and I love it. And what's happening now is so amazing and all the stuff that's being offered out there is so amazing. But I recommend people always to do it with, you know, being checked, getting your blood work, checked being with a medical professional. You know what I mean, and doing it the right way. Never will I promote like getting shit. Because I have friends that are like, oh, I'll give you peptides. Like I got a guy. Everyone's got a guy nowadays in their phone. I'm telling you. I went to like the parent thing the other day and the one of the
Starting point is 01:09:15 husbands was sending me his, you know, peptide guy. And I'm like, I'm not going to any peptide guy. I got to find a doctor. But you're a real nurse practitioner that does this. Do you want to give a shout out to your practice by any chance? Yes. My practice is next era health and wellness. And that's our website address. Next Air Health and Wellness. That's N-E-X-E-R-A health and wellness. Right. And we're located in the DFW Metroplex.
Starting point is 01:09:47 Okay, great. And where's that? Dallas. Oh, Dallas, Texas. Okay, okay. Too bad you're not in New York. I'd be coming to you for my O-Shod, ASAP. I do travel.
Starting point is 01:09:57 I do a lot of mobile things too. Oh, you do? Well, if you ever come to New York, let me know. Hit me up. So let me know if you're here. I'll get you a lot of people to show up too. But anyway, listen, I'm so happy that you called in. I love, I mean, this episode was like half your story, which I'm so like, I think it's so

Like I said, 17 stories. And they're all told in the third person, and they're all true. I took the interview and rewrote it in the third person.
Starting point is 01:13:51 And I wouldn't really call it like a total erotica book. Think like Penthouse letters. It's more direct. It's not so over the top like erotica. I don't really like that kind of vibe. right, but these are true stories, 17 of them. They're really short chapters, easy read. You could read one or two and then skip around.
