No, thanks for coming on. I love what you do. I don't know how you got to do what you do. You are like a penile enhancement doctor. That's what you specialize in now. I don't think anyone goes to school for that first, right? So I would love a little backstory of how you wind up there. You have clinics called upsized clinics where you do this procedure. And we're going to get totally into all that. But can I get a little bit? little background information of like what kind of doctor you are and then how and why you got into the whole penile enhancement game or world yes you're correct no no doctor does a residency in penal enhancement right there i mean you might do plastic surgery or urology or something like that yeah um i personally am an anesthesiologist i finished training in 2011 i think i think it was 2011 i did regular anesthesia for about 10, 11, 12 years, something like that. I mean, I still do regular anesthesia about two days a week. Oh, interesting.

And then, yeah, so a few years, well, I guess five years ago now, I kind of was looking for something else to get into, just trying to get in a cosmetic world and kind of doing some different things, like not taking insurance. Yeah, I know a lot of. doctors that did that. Yeah, of course. And it turned out being a guy, I kind of didn't think that women that wanted to get their lips injected or something. Like, I didn't think I was the guy for that. So I came across the penile thing. It's nothing I had heard of before or that I would have thought I would be doing at any point.

Yeah, I did some research on it and I thought, this sounds pretty cool. You know, my wife and I looked into it. One of the criteria of anything that I do, and that hopefully most doctors adhere to, is it has to be real and actually effective and not a scam or whatever. And so we're a little skeptical at first, and we looked into it,

and it turns out it's totally real and effective, and so I decided to go into it. One might ask what anesthesia has to do with it. You know, most people think that anesthesiologists, just put people to sleep and that's it. It's one of the things we do, but some of the things we also do are nerve blocks, which is injections into nerve complexes or specific nerves.

Or as people know, we do epidurals, which are done with big needles and spinals and all kinds of central lines. And so, I mean, the point I'm trying to make is we're actually really experienced using needles, right? Yeah. And probably more so experience using needles than any other doctor that exists, even than a urologist or a plastic surgeon. So you might not want me to do brain surgery on you or you certainly wouldn't want me to do breast implants, for example. But when it comes to doing things that use a needle, which this procedure does, then we're and myself are actually really good at it. Yeah, interesting. And needles with nerves, right?

Needles when you're considering nerves too. And I'm assuming that makes people feel safe because you're going near their penis. No? Yeah. So when you use needles, like as a skill in general, you always want to know where the needle is. Yeah. Is it near something? Like, you know, a needle just in the skin is not usually a big deal.

But there's all kinds of nerves in the skin or underneath the skin and arteries and veins and in the case of the penis, things like the erythra and the corpus cavernous. So you do, when you use a needle, you know, you don't just stick it anywhere. You have to know where you're putting it. And so that's one of the skills of using a needle amongst other skills. Let me ask you this because like this, the penis enhancement that you do, is it like with injections and stuff? Is that the kind of penal enhancement that you're into?

Yes, exactly. Right. And so that's what I, because I feel like that seems like it's probably something kind of new. Like how long ago did you decide to get into this? And like when you got into it, was it something that was still very new or has this been going on longer than I think it has been going on? Because I just heard of it like a couple of years ago. I've, in my anesthesia world, I've met guys from Vietnam that have like Vaseline and their penis. Oh my God. So it's been going on for a while. Right. The question is how people have been putting stuff, they are getting snake bites in their penis in 2000 BC and it made it bigger or whatever.

But how, when we're injecting actual kind of medical grade filler in there, well, this filler we're using didn't exist until kind of the mid-2000s. So it wasn't really possible to inject it in there before then. And you can see some studies that I've seen in Korea. Like South Korea is big on cosmetics in general. And so there's studies that demonstrate the doctors were doing it in South Korea around that time in like the early to mid 2000.

So that's the first time I've seen it done. and then I think commonly done or like let's say not super obscure is probably like 2018, 19, 20, something like that. Yeah, yeah, that makes sense. Right. And that became a thing. And I feel like a lot of guys still don't even know that it's an option. Don't you think?

One of our, if not our biggest problem is that people don't know they can get it done. everyone knows they can get breast implants or or lip injections or you know tummy tucks and that kind of stuff but no one knows or faceless no one knows they can get their penis injected and so one of our biggest challenges is actually advertising that this is available exactly like you it's it's hard to advertise right because you can't put well I know because of a second yeah yeah and you know in Instagram bans anything to do with the penis. TikTok does. It's funny because they don't ban anything to do with breasts. So it's kind of like a double standard, but it's, it is like a challenge advertising it.

And where are your clinics based, like all over the U.S.? Yeah, we have, so upsize is a kind of a, is a doctor network. So it's a network of currently 25 doctors. And there were pretty much all over the United States. My personal offices are in San Francisco and Sacramento. So that's where you would actually see me. And then there's offices in Los Angeles, Seattle, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Austin. I mean, I could give a big list, but it's kind of all over the place.

So listen, I did hear about this from one. guy that I think it's called fallow fill. I don't know if that's the name of his procedure or whatever. And he was injecting, you know, fillers into the penis. Now, and that's, do you do the same kind of procedure? Do you know that a fallow fill and is that the same procedure that you offer? Or do you have a different kind of procedure that you perfected? I do know a fallow fill.

I wouldn't say it's the exact same procedure. I think it, my understanding is that they also use dermal filler. So in a way, it's certainly a similar procedure. We do the procedure a little bit differently than anyone else that I know of. Yeah, I love that. Uh-huh. So we came across, now I've personally done probably 1,500 procedures or so. Wow.

So when you do a lot of them, you kind of learn tips and tricks and nuances. And as you said at the beginning of the show, there's not a school where you go to learn this. Right. You know, it's not a residency program or whatever. So a lot of it is there's a basic technique to doing the procedure. And I would imagine most doctors that do this procedure. you know, it's kind of along the same lines, but over doing many, many, many of these, I learned kind of like, oh, when we do this way, it turns out better than we do it that way

or something was different with this patient, how, I wonder what that was, you know, so what ended up happening is after doing a thousand or so we were able to, kind of hone in on a specific technique that as far as I'm aware, no one else does it exactly that way. it is a big it is huge and no pun intended exactly and the it does have um cosmetically it does give you some length in the sense that

when you have like more material in your penis and when it's thick when it's thicker it's heavier and it it kind of hangs lower and looks bigger but oh that's interesting direct, it's not actually longer. Right.

So the best way to think of it is, let's say you wanted to have a bigger arm, okay? There's no, you could envision yourself injecting a bunch of, say, fat, let's say, underneath the skin and or just getting fatter and your arm would get fatter, right? but there's no like plausible way you could actually make the arm longer by by putting the material on it. Right, right. Yeah, that makes sense. So I like, I have a couple of questions for you. Like, do you find that these guys have like unrealistic expectations of what you can do? I mean, I'm assuming you're not made.

You can't make a guy like three inches thicker, right, all around or what how much, you know, how much bigger or thicker can you make them? So that's kind of two questions, right? Yeah. It's like, do you guys have unrealistic expectations? Yeah, first. That's that one first. Right. Like everyone,

now we, most of the guys that come see us have a phone consultation. Oh, okay. So that's where we see like, oh yeah, I just want to get like four or five inches and length out of my penis, right?

And it's like, yeah. Seriously, we get that all the time. Oh, my gosh. It's like, have you taken out of tape measure and, and really like look at what that means exactly?

Yeah. As a woman who was born. sex toys by accident. I've not known what they mean when they say like three inch girth or whatever and I got something back that was like a fucking baby's arm or body. You don't mean? I'm like, what the fuck? You know, you don't really realize what those measurements are when they're said. You know what I mean in a certain way. Yeah, people don't have what well, I mean, people should know what an extra five inches of life is. So I'm not going to say that you shouldn't know that. But yes, like in circumference.

Yeah, it's confusing. It's a little more obscure, right? Because we don't usually measure things in circumference. And even if we did, it's like it's a volume thing, which is the formula that it's not linear. Yeah. Yeah. It's not like if you add two inches onto circumference that your penis is actually, you know, like a better way of looking at it is if if you have a three inch penis and then you add three inches of,

circumference, it's actually more than three times, than twice as big, right? Right. So, so people have, you know, and that's just hard to, because it's not something, some mass that we do all day. And most of us didn't do well in geometry and stuff like that. Yeah, totally. But, so what, basically the guys that want to get an extra five or six inches of length that are under their penis don't usually come to our office because we, tell them well in advance of that that that's like not something that can be done under any

reasonable circumstance. Now, the next question you had is how much can we do? And certainly, we've increased the circumference of the penis by two and a half inches. Now, remember, that's not that's circumference, not all around. Right, exactly. Yeah. So it's like, you, You can do it. I mean, that's a lot, but it can be done. And of course, it depends on, like, what your starting size is and just people have different anatomy and different physiology and stuff. So it's different in everyone. But it is possible to get, like, fairly dramatic results.

The question usually becomes, at what point does it look unnatural? and some people don't care. They just, like, it's a very analogous to getting breast implants. Like, you'll get, I don't know why, but you'll get people that get like double D implants put in or something. And then it's like clearly like fake, but that's what they wanted and they got it. So there's guys that want that to and their penis. And then there's guys that come in and they just say, I just want to look natural so no one knows, but bigger. and so we can do that too, right?

It's a more reasonable increase in size. What other questions are typically being asked in those initial consultations that you find guys calling up for asking? Well, it's like the main one is, does it cause any, like are there any side effects or complications? Yeah, they're fucking dick and they don't want a problem. Right. Yeah.

So typically there's not, right? Like any medical procedure has risk. risks, but risks are different procedures that have different risks. So as far as all things that, all different procedures you can do ranging from brain surgery to heart surgery to knee surgery to whatever, you know, this is extremely unlikely to have a problem compared to any of those things. It's injections. It's not cutting anything. it's not really like an implant which you know those have a high risk of infection and needing removal and are you going anywhere near the nerve right but and like if I was a guy I'd be like can you inject me and I lose sensation or anything or like I would assume because you're a doctor

you could explain that maybe you're not going anywhere near any of the nerves to be able to even do that anyway so that's not a risk I don't know well it's a risk but it's not something that happens if you know what you're doing. doing under normal circumstances, right? So there are obviously nerves and the penis that you need to know where they are and then you need to not inject near them. And so we just don't inject near them. And I've never had a patient that's had permanent nerve injury to their penis. So this is why you don't want to just go to anyone to do this. Because you have. Exactly. And it's also a reason to think really hard before you get other more.

invasive things done to increase the size of your penis because other things do have or potentially do you have a higher risk of nerve injury or damage just just by nature of like any time you cut skin yeah which a surgery would require you cut right through nerves so what are their kind of treatments what other kinds of things are available out there for guys to make their dicks bigger So there's surgical implants, which I just briefly talked about. There are, and by the way, I'll start by saying none of these can give you length, really. Yeah, these are all for care. Or none of them can give you erect length.

So there's the implant, surgical implant, and there's different types, but essentially you're just implanting like a solid, you're cutting open and the penis and implanting a solid material. material in there so it can make it thicker. There's a surgery called the suspensory ligament release, which a lot of doctors will advertise makes it longer, but the fine print is it makes it longer when flaccid, but not when erect. Oh, interesting. And so most guys will say, well, who cares, right? Because first of all, filler makes it longer when it's flaccid also. Right. But it's like, it's not useful to you. Like to have a want. In fact, it's probably like more of a pain in the ass for it to be longer when it's placid.

Yeah. And you're going through a surgery to get something that's like the payoff doesn't isn't worth the right. You know what I mean? It isn't worth it. Yeah. Big deal. Well, and it's got serious problems.

Yeah. When you have a ligament for a reason, what the ligament does is it holds your penis up pointing up when you have an erection. So you end up after a surgery with an erection that points down, which is kind of weird. Oh, you're kidding. At least in my opinion. So I would say, does me that neither of those two seem worth it to me? Right.

Then there's, okay, so we got implants, ligaments. There's, of course, pills which basically don't do anything. There's pumps which don't do anything. Pumps will, like, temporarily make you bigger. for like, you know, the time that you're using it or whatever. And then there's stretching devices. So those kind of actually work, but you have to use them. Those are for length only, and you have to use them, like, really long term.

It's very time-consuming. I've had a guy on that talked about it. Most people are not going to be able to commit to what you've got to do for that. You know what I mean? Yeah. And then still, you end up with, like, a skinny long penis. and then it's not like you're adding on four inches, right? You're still, when I'll send on getting like three quarters of an inch or something like that.

Yeah. But it's not, but it is effective. So I'll grant that that it's an effective way to do it, if you can do it. Right. Then I think I just covered everything. And now the newest thing is this, right, is the filler. Is the hyloronic acid? It certainly, yeah.

It's one of the, well, you know, I don't want to say the newest thing because all, they probably will tell you, well, they have new technique to do the suspensory ligament surgery or the, they have a new implant that they can put in, right? But it's certainly one of the newest and, in my opinion, at least to not have surgery that in itself makes it safer. Yeah, for sure. For many different reasons. Yeah. As a woman, you know, I've gotten filler in my face and I know that it just, you know, lasts for so long. Now, you know, if like a guy, you know, talked to his wife, his wife would be like, what if it lasts only six months to a year? Like, does filler act the same way when you inject it into the penis or is it a different time period that that lasts?

Or is it temporary? Like, filler is in a woman's face or does it last way longer? It is temporary, but it lasts way longer than in the face. we tell people that it's about 18 months to two years on average. And we do see that. We have guys that come back and they have filler there in three years. And we have guys that it's rare, but that lasts like six months or something. Those guys usually have like genetic things that get like some sort of genetic thing that's giving them more enzyme or faster metabolism.

or something like that. Right. Yeah. But anything's possible, right? But typically 18 months to two years, which is a reasonable amount of time. It's a trade-off for it being safe, right? Like, you can actually get fillers injected that are permanent, but I've seen so many botched permanent fillers that were like you're just, your penis is ruined forever. Yeah.

that I think it's a huge benefit to be able to have something that you know is temporary and that by the way can be dissolved. Like so hyluronic acid fillers, as you probably know, can be dissolved with an enzyme if you have a problem. Yeah, I'm afraid of anything permanent because like you said, if it doesn't look good, you're fucked. Yeah, and fillers a little kind of more, it's a little trickier than surgeries and or like, Not than all surgeries, but for example, breast implants, I think, have like pretty, you know,

if the surgeon knows what they're doing, they have pretty uniform results. Filler, as you know, can migrate a little bit. It can sometimes be uneven or not look perfect. And I'm not trying to kind of, I'm not trying to dissuade people from getting penis filler, because it's actually, I'm not trying to do that. What I'm trying to say is if that does happen, it can easily be fixed or dissolved, right? Right.

And so, you know, it just says with the lips, like, nothing's 100% perfect. And sometimes things do need to be fixed. And with phylonic acid filler, it's like zero issue at all. Right, yeah. What are the other kind of questions that guys ask that I forgot about before they get, you know, before they get the procedure? Then we'll talk about the whole procedure. Okay, yeah, does it hurt, right? That's a big one. There you go. Yeah. Does it? It not really, it's done using local anesthesia. So I will say it hurts much less than lips or face. The face and the lips are very sensitive. Oh my God, the worst.

And what we do is in the penis is we numb the whole penis with local anesthetic. So just as like when you go to the dentist, the anesthetic going in hurts a little bit. But once it's in, there's zero sensation for the whole procedure. So you kind of have like 30 seconds of discomfort followed by an hour of feeling nothing. and most guys actually pretty much all guys leave and they say well that was way better than I thought it was going to be yeah that's good that's that's always better than it being worse does what is it one uh shot and it nums the whole penis or do you have to do a couple in different places yeah it's a couple different places you want to just cover all the skin where you might be injecting something right but usually with anesthetic

like after you do the first little bit it kind of numbs the adjacent areas. Exactly. After the first little bit, it's not that bad. Right. And then once that's done, they don't feel when you're going in with the needles to inject the filler.

Correct. Right. How long does the procedure work? Yeah. How long does the procedure work? It's better than gentle numb. Yeah, that's amazing that they don't. Because like, even though they do that

with the filler on the face, like you still feel it. I'm sorry, it's never like you don't feel anything. Well, the thing is that the lips are a really small area and you're usually only getting like one milliter of filler put in or something. So you can't, you know, like to numb the penis, you need like probably 10 milliliters of local anesthetic. And to numb, like if you put that much in the lips, you probably need a few mililiter, three millimeters or something, which is like three times the amount of filler you're actually going to get. Yeah, that makes sense. Right, because it's mixed.

When you put it in, yeah, it like, well, when you put in straight local anesthesia into a small space like that, it's going to disfigure the whole thing temporarily, but it's going to make the lips not look like there's a, you know, they're going to look all swollen. Yeah, so they can't do it. Yeah. So now you can't, you can't really do the procedure. Right. So you said the, and the procedure is about an hour. And is it like by vials? it's like you decide, like, is it like, oh, how many vials you're going to use on somebody

depending on how big they want to be? Yeah. So the cost of it's based on the amount that we use because the actual filler is expensive, just like in the lips. Yeah. Probably charge you per mill liter of filler. Uh-huh. So it's charged the same way.

So it's just, it's kind of where the budget and the size that you want intersects. that's where that's how much we're going to use right and around how many like you know give a couple examples of like you want this much it's this many filler you know that kind of a thing i would say the average person gets like 10 milliliters the filler so substantially more than the lips but it's substantially bigger than the lips right and one millimeter is one vial right so that's like 10 vials correct yeah well ours are 1.2 so different pillars come in different but you but Yes, roughly like one millimeter, I guess. Yeah.

And so the average person probably gets 10. That's kind of like if you have an average size penis and you're getting an average amount of filler, you get an average amount larger, like a good amount that's noticeable, right? But you're not going to be a monster after. But it is going to be like noticeable. But their guys will get 20 if they just want to be huge. guys will get like six or five, which is much more subtle. So, but that's, I would say that's a range, like six to 20. Right.

And then the thing is you can come back later, right? So that's in one visit. You can get it injected and sit on it for a few months and then say, you know what? I kind of want it bigger and then come back and get more. Right. And does it, does it get swollen, like right after and you have to wait like two weeks? to see exactly what you got and how it looks and everything? Like, what is the after?

Yeah, in many cases. Right. Like, not in every different people have different responses. Of course. Yeah. But, but yes. And I definitely tell people don't expect, don't think that what it looks like tomorrow is what it's going to look like in two weeks for sure, right?

Because you're going to have bruising and swelling and stuff. And a lot of times it gets smaller. a few weeks later because of swelling. Or it could be because like the anesthesia dissolves or whatever, right? So do they have about two weeks? What do you tell them to do when they leave? Like do they have to like not jerk off or like fuck for like, you know, two weeks or whatever? Because I mean, I would assume like you don't want to disturb that filler for a little bit.

I don't know. You tell me. I tell people kind of pretend that or treat it. the same way that you would treat any other part of your body if it had like some cuts on it or or something like that where you you don't want to break open any scabs or any cuts right because we're mostly worried about infection so definitely no sex for a week because that's like uncontrolled right in the sense that you don't know like if you're going to break off a scab or something like that right because you're not really in control of yeah

all the skin on there at that point. Like masturbation is potentially a little bit better because you can control it more. Yeah. Use. Yeah, you can control more. And then other things we're not that concerned about. Like after the, by the next day, usually any little needle holes that you had are like kind of closed up and it doesn't matter what you do.

And they could work out because I mean, I know after like Botox and filler like I won't work out for a couple of days like is. Do you have any other things that they can't do for a couple days because of this procedure? No, I don't tell people anything. One of the big differences is that no one can see your penis after. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah.

Except your wife, you know, your partner. Are most of these guys doing this? People hide it. As I was going to ask, like, do you think most of these guys, and I don't know, you know, what they tell you, how much they tell you if you're like they're little therapist in your office? Oh, they tell me everything. I could imagine. Yeah. So are they, are most of the guys not telling their partners or are they telling them? Do you know?

I wouldn't say most, but a shocking number of people are not telling their partner. Interesting. And like, you know, if I was like the partner, I'd be like, oh, wow. Like, you know, you wonder what they would say if they were like question. Like, how the fuck did it get so much? Thank her. Well, I had a guy come in. One of my patients last week, he goes, he comes back because his wife was like, oh, your penis seems like, well, that's small. or something like that. He's like never told her. Oh, that he had it bigger. Put in. So now it has to come back to

to make it the same as it was like last time she looked at it or whatever. Oh my God. Can you help like guys with micro penises? Or is there like such a thing as like, oh, it's just too small that you can't work on it or is there something you could do? Have you turned guys down for that? Yeah, I don't. That's more of micro penises. If it's a true micro penis, it's it's and you do have to distinguish between the guy that thinks he has a micro penis.

I know, I know. An actual microbe like yeah. You know, like the, it's very common that you'll get guys like, oh yeah, like I have a condition. I was born with like this smallest penis ever. And it's always been, and then you look and it's like, dude, that's bigger than mine is. Whatever. Yeah, don't you feel like guys that think there's like, uh, smaller than they really are.

Like, I did a whole Q&A about that recently. Right? Yeah. And it's poor. So, yeah. It is,

yeah, or like, they're, I don't know, like, yeah, I mean, women are the same,

right? Yeah, body dysmorphia, dickmus dysmorphia. Yeah. Exactly. So, but,

so there, so it's, but if we're talking about actual medical micropinus where it's like, is very small and it didn't develop properly because of like hormones and stuff like that.

Yeah. As they were age, as they were growing up. There's not really much we can do. Like, they need kind of plastic surgery and stuff like that. So I don't tell people I can treat that because I can't. Or I don't know. I mean, I don't think they're just not going to be happy with what we can do. Of course.

Some doctors do say that they'll treat. I mean, I'm not going to use any names, but you can Google it and there's doctors out there that are injecting filler for micropenus, but I think it's a little misleading potentially. Because you're not putting it in the tip, right? You can, but I don't like to. Right. Is there any impact to sensation either for better or for worse, or is it zero? any change in sensation is there your question um i there's not there's typically not a decrease sensation i mean i've heard of people say for like a week you know while it's healing that

decreased but i haven't seen permanent decrease in sensation um there i think you can increase sensation because you're you have more you could you're closer to the walls you can feel it more yeah Yeah, I can see why. That's why I was thinking maybe the sensation is better, you know, not worse. Maybe it could help. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, because there's a lot going on in there that maybe you're feeling now more so. What do guys come back and tell you?

Like, what do you hear from guys that have had this procedure? Just it's, it's, there, guys are very happy with it. Everything from, I'm an only fan's guy and it substantially like increases. my desireability and I've been getting more work to you

I forgot about that whole work yeah yeah like I have one patient it's kind of funny he he's like he called himself

a stunt cock uh huh yeah so I guess he was in these like only fans where you never see him just like only his cock yeah so he was like

he was like you'd see the girl I think but only his penis and so he was like yeah everyone wants to ever

getting calls to be on more things now. Yeah. So there's, you know, that, that's one or, but obviously the most common is just that they have better sex life now or they feel better or they're more confident or whatever. It's pretty much exactly what you would think. Yeah. And it is affected. So I hear that all the time.

And for the guys that are telling their partners, like, do they come back and say, oh, my God, my girl, like, loved it. Like, she was super impressed. She was like, oh, my God, best sex ever. do they tell you anything like that, like the feedback they got from their partners? I think 50% of partners don't care. Uh-huh. Interesting. And, well, they care if they're having good sex or not.

Of course. But they don't care how big your penis is. Yeah, yeah. So those are two separate things. Yeah. So I would say 50% don't care. Some person, let's say 20%, like literally come in with the guy and it's like let's get this size right oh hilarious they're girls there with them yeah or and then

to make it smaller you get like guys too it's kind of funny they're like oh yeah on it looks great but there's this little thing right here and you can only see it in the right angle and whatever

and I'm just like dude trust me like you're not looking at it seriously they're a little they get a little nutty And you can happen when you start fixating. You know what I mean? I think like that's what happens to all those women you see walking around with bad, you know, faces. But what I always say, because a lot of people are like, I never do Botox, feel like it makes people look weird.

And so the, like I would say, the average, like I said, the average is 10. maybe 12, so somewhere between 5,900 and 7200 is what it costs. We're very transparent. I think it was, he quoted a lot higher and guys were going like fucking mental. This is when I had a YouTube channel back in the day before they kicked me off. And the YouTubers, because this is like a comment, they were like going crazy. Like 10 grand. I was like, oh my God. Like I couldn't believe like how nuts guys were about like self-care prices when like as a woman, And I pay, I'm like, do you know how much every girl that you walk by is paying for her shit? And I'm like literally telling you, you could make your dick bigger, which is like the most

mind-blowing, amazing thing that's fucking possible for this much. When girls have been, all these girls you're hooking up with with breast and pants, you know how much money they spend, how much I spend on my filler, my Botox, my highlights are $700. Yeah, but you hear of the horror stories of people that go the cheap route and they get fucked up. But I'm sorry, when I, like as much is it's amazing that it's available. I mean, it still is your dick and like we all know how guys feel about it. You got to make sure you're going to someone legit. I mean, this is what you do at your clinics. I'm assuming because you also do have like training centers that everybody that works at your clinic goes through your training as well. So is that the case? Yeah.
