Starting point is 00:00:00 Welcome to the Strictly Anonymous Podcast. Strictly Anonymous Podcast. Conversations with online strangers. We place ads online. The Craigslist is definitely like the gift that keeps on giving. Real people respond. You go to Singapore or Thailand. You can't not do it.
Starting point is 00:00:17 The temptation is just too much. It's real problems. Your friend know that you're banging her or no? No, he has no idea. And anything goes. The motto of the show, let your freak flag fly. Probably the only good advice I'll ever give you is to re-hide your whip. and shame. Here is your host. Hey, welcome to the Strictly Anonymous podcast with Kathy. If you want to follow
Starting point is 00:00:38 the strictly anonymous podcast on Instagram or Twitter, follow the show at Strict Anonymous. Today is a Sunday episode and I don't do my whole long-ass intro on Sundays. I give you a break. I also give you fun, uh, Q&A episodes on Sundays. I do all kinds of different Q&As with different kinds of people today. You're going to learn a lot about female orgasms, okay? I have Robert Johnson and Anna on my show today. Robert started shamelesscare.com. He's been on before. He's in the lifestyle, okay?
Starting point is 00:01:13 And he started shameless care, which is like a sex positive health care site where you could go and get all kinds of amazing things. Now listen, Robert has a new product called Shameless Desire that has not only to dalafil in it, but oxytocin and apomorphine. Okay, it is three ingredients in one formula. It's a new thing to help women have better orgasms. I wanted to know more about it, so I decided to dedicate a whole episode about female orgasms. I came up with a bunch of really great questions all about female orgasms, and Anna, mostly and Robert answered them. We talk about everything from how many different types of orgasms there are, the biggest orgasm killers, why so many women struggle to have
Starting point is 00:01:57 orgasms, misconceptions about orgasms, you name it, we talk about it. You're going to learn so much about female orgasms and females orgasming on this episode. And you're also going to learn about some great new products that are finally available for women so that they can have better orgasms as well. Okay, shit like that has been around for men, okay, and is now finally available for women. And it's about effing time, right? So I'm excited. to have Robert and Anna on here to do this Q&A with me. They're like total experts. When it comes to sexual health, they have great information. The whole episode is super informative. You're going to love this Q&A. You're going to learn a lot. And then you're probably going to want to go
Starting point is 00:02:44 get yourself some shameless desire or other products that he has because he has said, PT-141, a nasal spray. I was like interested in that. We talk all about the products at the end. But the whole episode is super interesting, fun and informative. So I'm going to get right to be right back on with Anna and Robert. This is the strictly anonymous podcast. Strictly anonymous podcast. Hi, Anna and Robert, Robert Johnson from Shamelesscare.com. Anna's and Robert are from their own podcast.
Starting point is 00:03:14 Sex is Good podcast, sex science, and truth. You do a lot of what I do just on Saturdays, which is my sexual health Saturdays. you have like this amazing company that I've promoted before that I really believe in. It's called shameless care.com. You offer everything, the greatest, the latest stuff that people need when it comes to sex, right? You are in the lifestyle. We've talked about it on the background.
Starting point is 00:03:39 And that's why it's kind of like shameless care. There's no shame in your game when it comes to your company. And even in your own life, right? And you really offer people everything that they would need. It's like a one-stop shop from SDI stuff to doxypeb. to, and now what we're going to be talking about, because we're going to be talking all about female orgasms, is like, you have so many great new products for women, and you're always just getting new ones. Like, last time we spoke, there was no shameless desire. That's something new
Starting point is 00:04:06 that is available. You want to just give a quick shout out to what that is, and then we're going to go into a fun Q&A all about orgasms, because shameless desire helps women female orgasms, correct? Yeah, absolutely. So men have had erectile dysfunction medication for 30 years, Kathy, and now women do as well. Finally. And the research is really, yeah, finally, the research is really profound. When a woman takes something like to dollophil, which is the active ingredient in Cialis, it increases blood flow to the, you know, genitals of a woman, the same way that it does is,
Starting point is 00:04:38 it doesn't a man. And that has profound impacts in terms of reduced pain during sex, improved arousal, improved lubrication, and all of those great sort of things. It's a shame it took 30 years, but our doctors are really proud to be offering those prescriptions and sending that medication out every single day at shameless care.com. Right, but now shameless desire doesn't just have the tadalifil. It's got three different things in there, right? So it totally like ups the game, correct?
Starting point is 00:05:06 Absolutely. It has apomorphine, which can help with arousal. And it has oxytocin, which has been called the bonding hormone. It's desire, right? So both of those augment, both of those augment the ED medication. So we've had great feedback. As a matter of fact, Kathy, I was at Norrisen. New Orleans a couple of weeks ago.
Starting point is 00:05:24 And for those of you who don't know, that's the world's largest lifestyle event. Yeah. And I was in the playroom and somebody who I met there last year, now we're friends. They actually have a podcast as well. So you have to be naked to be in the playrooms in Audit New Orleans. And I was completely naked because you have to be, like I said. And she comes up to me and puts her arm around me and said, I'm having a great time. And by the way, shameless desire definitely works.
Starting point is 00:05:48 So I thought that was great feedback. Yeah. Yeah, that's the best review you could get. from real people, you know what I mean? Like, there you go. And those people at Noddy, New Orleans, are my people that are listening to my show or people that want to go to places like that. So this is the perfect episode for them, because we're going to talk all about female orgasms, right? And I have like a fun Q&A because I've been doing a lot of Q&As and they're super fun for me. And Anna's going to answer a lot of them, right? Personally, professionally. Like, let's talk about why.
Starting point is 00:06:15 The first one is like, you know, because like Robert, you talked about how like this ED medication has been around since the dawn of time for guys and it makes them like harder. And even guys that don't even have issues, we'll use it, right? Because they just want them like know that they're going to get a wreck. But so many more women have issues when it comes to orgasming than guys, right? Like even with a partner or a lot of women, and mostly I think more so with the partner, women do struggle to orgasm. Correct?
Starting point is 00:06:40 That is, 100% correct, yes. And to be honest, a lot of that has to do with a lot of the normative thinking about heterosexual sex, which is penetration. People think that penetration alone is enough to get you to climax and orgasm. And the truth is that's completely incorrect. Truly, it's clitoral stimulation. That is the key to orgasm and women. And the other fun key in that is the clitoris is not just that little nub that's visible.
Starting point is 00:07:16 I mean, the clitoris is actually a really large organ with lots of, it's a, got a very intricate anatomy and there's lots of ways it can be stimulated. So unless you're really working on getting that stimulation in women, getting that orgasm is going to be really difficult. And then, of course, when it comes to women, our sexual appetite is much more specific and it could be impacted in much bigger ways. You know, performance pressure. Am I going to be wet enough? Am I going to be smelly? You know, those types of things tend to take play into that. Things like, are you familiar with this partner? Is this a brand new person? Do you have anxiety issues? I mean, all of those things come into play for women and their orgasm. And oftentimes, even more so than
Starting point is 00:08:12 it does in men, because those emotions impact our hormonal levels and vice versa. So if our estrogen levels are off, well then sometimes our orgasm will be even harder to reach. So it's those types of things. We've just got a much bigger white burt board, if you will, when it comes to getting to that orgasmic state, then men usually do. Yeah, I mean, the truth is, like when people say, like, men think with their decks. I mean, like, there is, like, no disconnect between, like, a man's mind and his penis, right? It's like the same thing. Whereas with a woman, they're not, they're not one. They're complete. like disconnected and in order for a woman to bring her attention down to the middle of her legs,
Starting point is 00:08:57 she's got to let go of what's going on in her head. And that doesn't happen immediately like it does for a guy. And I think that that's where like when you talked about the pressure that women have just going on emotionally, right, to relax and orgasm and get there. It's because like we we see porn, right? And like in porn, like women are getting aroused in two seconds. And in reality, that's not the way that it goes. It takes a while for a woman to like, let go of everything in her head and like relax for like all the reasons you said and then to really focus where she needs to be which is between her legs and that's very different than the way a guy is wired and I think women feel self-conscious about that because a man walks in a wrecked and he's ready
Starting point is 00:09:37 and then the woman's like why am I not ready you know what I mean I should be ready like people in porn are ready but that's not the fucking truth and guys think oh what's wrong like but do women need longer there is an orgasm gap right and the clitoral like you said needs to be stimulated. I know I've had Susan Bratton on takes 20 minutes, like to get that erect. It takes a guy two seconds to get erect if he sees like the right kind of boobs or ass that he's into. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:10:02 That's not the same for us totally, right? Yes. 100% yes. We need a lot more time. 20 to 40 minutes is really the average it takes to get a woman to be fully, as you said, between her legs. It's not something that it comes to us. quickly. It takes a lot of time. And I think, you know, the trajectory a male has when it comes
Starting point is 00:10:28 to that pathway is, you know, A to B. I think it's just A. It's the same thing. It's no pathway. It's one. They are one. And then for women, it's like A to, you know, W. You're right. Yeah, you're right. But wait, Robert, let me ask you this. So, like, does that oxytocin and epomomone? morphine, help with that mental stuff that is sometimes going on or all the time going on for women? It can. Absolutely. Apomorphine, the reason why you're seeing it in more men's compounded ED medications is because
Starting point is 00:11:06 if you think about the way that todolafil or sylidophil work, they increase blood flow to the penis if the person is aroused. And what apomorphine does is it starts to create that arousal in the brain. It's a dopamine agnest and I'm not going to. get nerdy with you. But basically it stimulates dopamine for a few minutes and kind of starts that reward program, makes you start thinking about sex. And so it can increase the speed that that happens with women. It's not going to be, you know, it's not going to make them as fast as a man, of course. But it does help to speed that up. That's really the purpose of that medication in the men's
Starting point is 00:11:43 medications that you're seeing advertised all over the place and now in shameless desire as well. Yeah, I love it. Okay, let's go to number two. What's the biggest minimum? misconception men have about women? Maybe it's that it takes them short, like they, that they should be having orgasms quicker. I don't know. Maybe you could answer this one, Robert. What is the biggest misconception men have about women and orgasms? Well, the biggest misconception, like Anna said earlier, is that intercourse itself should be enough.
Starting point is 00:12:10 Yes, you're right. I forgot about that. Right. Totally. And I think women, that's another thing, that I think women sometimes feel, like, inadequate if they can't. But the majority of, they don't realize that the majority of women also can't, right? But they think that they should be able to. And a lot of women won't stimulate their clit. They won't, you know, raise their hand and say, this is what I need, right? So they're just like
Starting point is 00:12:32 faking it or I don't know what they're doing. And another misconception might be that men would mind if they break out a toy. I know that I certainly often ask women, you know, do you normally orgasm during sex? And if so, if the answer is yes, then what? normally gets you there. That's really helpful to know as a guy because if it's going to require a toy and she knows it's going to require a toy, then for heaven's sakes, let's break out that toy. Let's make this happen. Let's have some fun. Yeah, totally. What about multiple orgasms? Because I am someone now, Anna, I don't know about you, okay, but I'm just going to cop to the fact that I've never been multi-organismic. I've never also been able to squirt. I can't deep-throat. There's a lot of things I
Starting point is 00:13:12 can't pull out of my back pocket that I wish I could because they're like fun party tricks and multiple orgasms is one of them. What about you, Anna? Can you have multiple orgasms? And then give me the reason why some can and others can't. But first, I want you to answer personally if you don't mind. I'm one of the lucky few. I can orgasm very easily and very often.
Starting point is 00:13:34 So I am one of those lucky few. And it's not the majority of women who can do that. I think that's another misconception, to be honest. It's about 14 to 4. 40% of women who can. And it just depends on your anatomy. It also depends on your nervous system and your pelvic floor muscles. All of those things contribute to your ability to be able to have multiple orgasms.
Starting point is 00:14:04 And the reason why women can is because we don't have that hormonal refractory period that men go through after they ejaculate. We don't have that, that hormone that just kind of goes down. Oh, interesting. Absence in women. Yeah. So we're able to just keep going. And actually, the best way to make this happen is after your first orgasm, if you continue to have clitoral stimulation in whatever way you like your clitoris stimulated, it's the best way
Starting point is 00:14:37 to unlock that door to have another orgasm. So you have to get used to, and that takes training. That's not something that comes right away because that can be super sensitive. You have to figure out what way to stimulate it so it doesn't become, you know, hurt or anything like that. So it does take practice to get to that point. Listen up. Why not end the summer with a bang by totally changing things up in the bedroom by learning some new tricks? Because the truth is it's never too late to learn some stuff.
Starting point is 00:15:11 new, especially in the bedroom. Because listen, sex is a skill. And like any skill, it can be learned, practice, and mastered. And you know where you're going to learn some new skills in the bedroom. It's on beducated. Beducated.com is the Netflix of sex education. Okay. They have over 150 courses online, all on sex and intimacy. They have courses on massage, squirting, prostate orgasms, oral sex courses for both men and women and so much more. Want to give your partner, kill her head the next time you go down on her. Okay, well, then you need to take the cunnelingus course. It's going to teach you 10 new moves that you can use the next time you go down on her that are going to blow her mind. And what I love about bedicated is if you take that course,
Starting point is 00:16:00 you're going to learn by actually seeing a guy doing those 10 moves on a girl. So you literally learn by seeing the action, not just reading about it. And that's what I love. about beducated and that's what you're going to love too. So what are you waiting for? Go get beducated and end your summer with a bang by learning how to be better in bed by taking the beducated quiz. All you got to do is go to the description, click on the link and you're going to get your own personalized roadmap to sexual happiness. Again, just go to the description, click on the link to get your personalized roadmap to sexual happiness. Yeah, because practice, I think the reason why I can't be like I'm not multi-orgasmic is because I think I have practiced the wrong way all my life
Starting point is 00:16:46 and I over-stimulate my clit so that by the time I have that intense one orgasm, it's like get the fuck off me. I can't push through it. And I remember I think it was maybe Susan Bratt and that said like you don't need to over-stimulate that much, right? You shouldn't be overstimulating to have that first one. And that's like pretty key. I was going to ask you like maybe you like sort of learn to get off yourself, like in a different way. I think I learned to get off by overstimulation. And that didn't help. And that's why I think, you know, I get when you say like you have to push through it and how that could help you do it. Right. But it's like always so hard for me. And I think other women, because you're just so sensitive. You can't. Like, you're not so sensitive right after that you can't,
Starting point is 00:17:26 that you could just keep going on. Some women are and some women aren't. But oh, you. It just depends on the person. You're not. You're not. Obviously. No. Yeah. I'm not. I'm not. I'm Again, I know I'm the anomaly here. You know you're bragging to me right now? That's how you're so, yeah. I'm trying really hard not to you. I would brag. Go for it.
Starting point is 00:17:52 I'm, you know, I love it. So you just don't get overstimulated. I can on occasion, but that's, again, occasionally. Yeah. That's key. That's key. Okay. How many different?
Starting point is 00:18:09 Okay, you guys, this is a good question. Because I learned that there's certain kinds of orgasms that I never knew existed. Like, is there a definite answer on how many different kinds of orgasms there are kinds of orgasms the women can have? And can you name them all? I remember learning that there's actually a cervical orgasm and I was like blown away. Because I had never heard of that. I had never had one. That's always my biggest fear.
Starting point is 00:18:30 I don't want it to be pounded out. Like, I don't like it to be touched. But supposedly women could have orgasms that way. Yes. And we actually did an entire podcast on this because there are so many in the pathways and the nerve systems for each one is so complex. I'm not going to bore your listeners with all of the. Well, they could go listen to the episode. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:51 But they can listen to the episode. We talk about the different kinds of orgasms men can have as well because they can also have different types of orgasms. Right. But for women, there's studies vary. It's between 8 to 12 distinct different types of orgasms. And one of my favorite things, like you were saying, the cervical orgasm, because that one is actually controlled through stimulation from the brain. It's one of the few orgasms women can have after they've been paralyzed from the waist down. Because if you don't have any sensation, you think, oh, there's no more orgasms that can take place.
Starting point is 00:19:32 But actually, because of the root of that particular type of orgasm, you can still. still have an orgasm with cervical stimulation if you are paralyzed. You are kidding. No, it's, again, super nerdy. No, I like that kind of stuff. It's interesting. Yeah. Very cool, very interesting.
Starting point is 00:19:51 But, you know, the most common ones, you know, clitoral, vaginal, and then the G spot, this is one that's kind of different per person, but that is a known one. The cervical one, like we were talking about, there's something called a blended type. of orgasm and that's when you've got multiple sources that pull the same type of orgasm, you can have anal orgasms, you can have orgasms depending on the person again. Everybody's nerves are different just from breast and nipple touch. Yeah, can you believe that? Just from that, yes.
Starting point is 00:20:29 And then there's something called the anterior fornics. It's called the A-Spot. And if you were to look at a side cut of a female, anatomy on that. It's the area in front of the cervix behind the bladder, but still in the vaginal canal. There's this little pocket and there's another little area where a bunch of nerves pack through through there and that's another area where women can have an orgasm occur. So what's also really, really fun is that women are also known to have exercise-induced orgasms occasionally, and they can also have fantasy-only orgasms without any touch at all.
Starting point is 00:21:12 So these are things that are exclusive to women, and I thought that was really neat. Fantasy orgasms, meaning like just thinking in their head, they could get, like, so aroused there and actually orgasm. Correct, yes. Interesting. What about, let me just ask you this, okay, Anna. Can you, have you ever had a cervical orgasm and do you like that? Like, does it feel different? Like, or have you had any of these like these more obscure ones? And can you explain if they're different or better than anything else?
Starting point is 00:21:47 I have had a few of these. I had my uters removed over five years ago now. So I don't remember if I've ever had a cervical orgasm. But, um, I have had a few of these other ones. And yeah, they are. are different. Like the buildup to them is different and the way they kind of wash over you is a little bit different. The intensity is a bit different. So yeah, every single one has these nuances where it's just not exactly the same. It's kind of like if you're looking at a whole bunch of Manet paintings of all of, I think he was one who did the haystacks, how they all have this similar, you know, image, but the colors are different and the way that it's painted is a little bit different. So it's just, again, same good experience, just a little bit different way of
Starting point is 00:22:42 getting there and a little bit different way if it kind of falls over you, if you will. Let me ask you this, because we just mentioned the G-spot orgasm. So I'm going to go to the question that I have for the G-spot next. It's so like, you know, is it a myth or is it true that Every woman has one. Well, I think the real answer to that is that there is actually no known structure in a female anatomy that is the G spot. You're kidding. There's not an actual, yeah, there's no actual structure that composes the G spot. The leading theory is that it's the area of a woman's body where there's a, believe it or not,
Starting point is 00:23:25 The clitoris has legs. Yeah, yeah, I've seen a picture. Yeah. Uh-huh. So it's where the internal legs of the clitoris, part of the urethra, which is the canal that we pee out of, and part of some of the vaginal wall where all of those nerves converge, that is the theory of where that G-spot is. That being said, you know, someone then just don't.
Starting point is 00:23:55 don't have that conversions as prominently as others. All of our anatomy is different. So if you have that convergence of all of those nerves, that is going to be where that, quote, G spot is. And so there's not an actual structure. It's just where all of those nerve endings kind of cross paths like a highway system. Right. And can't like you or a man feel it?
Starting point is 00:24:22 I don't know. Maybe you could answer this, Robert, if you've made a lot of girls have, you know, hit their G spots and made them squirple. Like, isn't there supposedly like a spongy sort of feel to it? Like, you actually feels different like inside of where it actually is. Is that a true thing? I've definitely felt things like that with my finger where it feels like something is just a little bit different right there. But like Anna said, the research is kind of just inconclusive about if that's an actual specific thing or just where some nerves.
Starting point is 00:24:54 come together. But there is absolutely something there that feels different, that's for sure. And quick question. Like, is a G-spot orgasm always, like, involve squirt or, like, or can a G-spot orgasm not involve squirt, right? Like, they don't have to, they don't exist always at the same time, correct? Is that, am I saying that properly? Yes. They are separate entities. Right. So, yeah. But a lot of times, that is what's going to make a woman squirt, correct? Why don't you guys want to answer that? There was a long pause. So what happens with squirting is you have to have these skeins clans and certain areas of the female anatomy to be stimulated in a correct way so that they are able to eject fluid.
Starting point is 00:25:47 And depending on what is stimulating your G-spot and how it's being stimulated can also coincide with that physiological process. Right. And that's why some women can and someone men can't when you're doing this type of stimulation because while they are hugely structurally close and can be stimulated with the same, you know, activity, not everybody's the same in that. And not everybody actually has that physiological ability to have that female ejaculation or that squirting just because of how that.
Starting point is 00:26:24 anatomy is structured differently. Yeah, interesting. And just to clarify, female ejaculation and squirting are two completely different processes, but I don't know that either one of them are genuinely always related to a G-spot orgasm. Interesting. Because typically, like, because, you know, I always make jokes and it's very true. Like, you tell a guy that no guy has ever done it something to you, whatever that is, he's going to go off and do that for you. You know what I mean? Like, so, like, the fact that I have never had a guy make me squirt, every guy wants to be that guy, right? So they go to fucking town on me trying as hard as they can.
Starting point is 00:26:57 And what they, you know, the way they all try is they try to find the G-spot. Like, that's what every guy is going for when they want to make a girl squirt, right? Like, that's what it's all about. So I've always sort of put them two together in my hat. But maybe it's not true. I don't know. Because that's typically where a guy goes when he's trying to make you squirt. That is typical, yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:20 And it's in a similar area. But like I said, everybody's anatomy. different and some people can squirt without that stimulation in that area. So it just depends on your body. Yeah, totally. Okay, what are the biggest orgasm killers for women? I'm sure some are kind of obvious like stress and menopause. I don't know. You tell me is there's, you know, the list if you have one. Well, I would say the number one orgasm killer in women is actually antidepressants, specifically SSRIs, to be very honest with you. There's about 30 to 80% of women, depending on which drug you're talking about,
Starting point is 00:28:01 that just cannot get to an orgasmic state because of their antidepressants. Yes, so true. The nerves from functioning. So I think that's one of our silent orgasm, because the killers that people don't talk enough about. But it's a big deal. And then the other thing, this always cracks me up because chronic stress, 100% is an orgasm killer. And as a woman in this world, there's a lot to be stressed about. Yeah, and it's a libido killer.
Starting point is 00:28:34 I know if I am very stressed out because there's a fire in my life and that happens as an adult, you're going to have to put out some fire sometimes, right? And you're just like fucking under the weather. Right. Like you got a lot going on. I'm not horny at, like, it's, that's just not on my mind. Do you know what you mean? It's just like that's the first thing that goes out the window.
Starting point is 00:28:51 So it's definitely like a big thing for women, for sure. It really is. Cortisol raises with stress and all of a sudden cortisol starts having the suppressive effect on all of those healthy, happy sex hormones. So absolutely that's a killer. And then another one, believe it or not, is alcohol. Alcohol can also suppress orgasms. So you have to be careful with how much you're drinking when you're heading into a
Starting point is 00:29:18 sexual situation. Yeah, it could make you like numb, numb, I think, right? It can, yeah. Same with the SSRIs. And that's the same for men, too, right? It affects them as well. It does, yes. Yeah. And so many people, I'm, like, blown away by how many people, because, like, whether I'm watching TV or listening to podcasts or whatever I'm doing, like, I just hear people talking about popping this and popping this and taking this and taking that. And I just can't believe so many, it is like the majority, like so many people are on that kind of stuff. nowadays and they don't realize like the effects or maybe they do and then that's what happens is then they're prescribed another pill for for you know they're gaining weight and another pill for their libido
Starting point is 00:29:58 you know and it's like before you know it you're on like five different things uh and it's a problem I personally think this is where maybe I think like shameless desire or these great things that are available for women to can use to help them through times like that right especially menopause too no Oh, absolutely, Kathy. And help, I think, is the right word here. So when I think about the best sex that I've had in my life, you know, I was just giving off a certain energy. And then she was feeding off of that energy and giving it right back to me. And we're kind of feeding off of each other and having this reciprocal, magical, organic, you know, event.
Starting point is 00:30:36 And so that's exactly the right way, I think, for people to think about these medications is that they do help. And sometimes when you're being helped 5%, 10%, 20%, 20%, percent, that just makes your energy better. And then that makes your partner's energy better. And then the next thing, you know, you're having much better sex than you would have in the first place. So that's exactly, I think, the right way to think about these medications like shameless desire or shameless arousal, which is a topical sylidinithil cream that you can use externally or even PT-141. These are all things that can definitely help a lot of women, because as we've talked about today, and I'm not mansplating this, it appears to be much harder to be a woman than it is a man. comes to all things sexual and that's why we're so proud to bring some of these things and you should definitely use coupon code strictly you get $15 off and help the podcast as well. Okay guys listen up. Now I know because I've hooked up with a lot of guys that men are obsessed with shooting big loads right like the bigger the better and the good news is I know of a supplement that is specifically designed to not only increase your load and your pre-com volume.
Starting point is 00:31:44 but it's also going to make your jizz taste better. And it's called Load Boost by VB Health. And it effing works. And I know it works because I got so many DMs from so many guys telling me. So, okay, I'm going to read you one DM that I got from a guy. This is exactly what he said. He says, my loads have almost doubled in size. And I get so much pre-com.
Starting point is 00:32:06 And the best part is my wife tells me my come now taste sweet and even smells good. Okay. She loves it. Okay. That's a real deep. from a real listener who bought Load Boost. Now listen, Load Boost isn't just a favorite supplement of my listeners. It's a favorite supplement of adult stores too. And that's because like I said, it works and it works fast. Some people see results in just two to three days of using load boost with most people seeing results after just two to three weeks of daily use. So what are you waiting for? Go get
Starting point is 00:32:40 yourself some load boost by VB Health. They also have other products. They just drop a new product. called Energy Boost. That works. Use my code strictly for 10% off or just go to the description, click on the link, and use my code strictly. Yeah, I'll always have the link in the description for people that are driving.
Starting point is 00:33:18 It's shameless care.com, but go into the description, click on the link and use the code strictly. You'll get 20% off. But can you explain that PT-141? Because a lot of people are talking peptides, you know, and I'm sure people have heard that in conversations when it comes to peptides. I know I have, and that's the one that could help with desire, right? And that's like the one of like you want to have great sex. I've been hearing a lot about that one. Now, you have it available as a spray, correct?
Starting point is 00:33:42 A nasal spray? Yes. Absolutely. So it was, this is a really funny story, I think. In the 1980s, in the University of Arizona, they were working on a drug that could make people tan. And what they found out is that it was making people tan. It's sort of the history. It was started that way. Yeah. But they found out that it was also making people erect and aroused. And as soon as they found that up. Now, I think they should have left it like that, Kathy, because I think you and I were both alive in the 90s. And in the 90s were all about being tan and aroused. But I can be tan in a wreck now? Yeah, they split the molecule. Well, they changed the molecule. They really just tried to focus on the sexual side of things. And that's what PT-141 or Brimelenetide, as it's also known, is.
Starting point is 00:34:29 It's FDA approved for women under the brand name Valisi. And so you can certainly talk to your physician about that if you're a pre-menopausal woman. If you're a man or a post-menopausal woman, there are companies like shameless care that are offering it what's called off label. And we do offer it as a nasal spray because it's a little bit better, I think, from a nausea point of view.
Starting point is 00:34:51 The injection has nearly a 40% nausea rate, and that's pretty high. You're kidding. And so that's why we decided to go, yeah, that's why we decided to go with a nasal spray. But that is the medication that certainly helps a lot of people, and we get great feedback from it. What does it do for somebody?
Starting point is 00:35:06 Like, have you ever tried it, Anna? Or, like, if I tried it, like, what would I experience? I have tried it. And, you know, I will give one caveat in this and that I've tried it a couple of times. I tried it one time when I was in a really bad mood and it did nothing for me. So I'm just going to put that out there. You should have tried shameless desire that time. Right.
Starting point is 00:35:32 So where you are mentally and physically plays into this medication, but I tried it a couple more times. And when I was in the mood and ready to go, yeah, it absolutely. absolutely had an impact on me. I'm not saying like it was mind blowing, but it was one of those things where it was like, ooh, all right. Like stronger orgasm? More into it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:55 Yeah. But for me, it was more like more lubrication and honestly just having more of that desire to flirt, if that makes sense. Like it just made me want to be like, well, he's really cute and I'm going there. Like. Right. Because sometimes that's hard to hit, especially if you've got anxiety or things like that. It just helps take that edge off and helps kind of give you a little nudge to just kind of jump off the cliff, if you will.
Starting point is 00:36:27 Yeah, I love it. I've heard a lot about it. I also heard about the one that I think when they split it, they still give the peptide out to make people tan because I've heard people talk about that one. I'm like, that's a fun one too. You know what I mean? It's available now as a peptide, the one that makes you tan. Okay. how much does menopause affect libido and orgasm?
Starting point is 00:36:44 Because sometimes you do talk to women, women, and they're like, oh, I went through menopause and I didn't lose my libido, but, you know, most women will say that it goes out the window at menopause. Like how much does menopause affect libido and orgasms, since we're talking about orgasms? And what actually helps? Well, that's a great question. And I'll talk to about the biology a little bit here. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:08 When our estrogen levels decline, blood flow and sensation reduce, right? So low blood flow means less lubrication. And then the other thing that happens, estrogen also feeds the glycogen inside of the vaginal mucosa that helps maintain our vaginal pH. Believe it or not, the vaginal mucosa is supposed to be really acidic. It helps prevent a lot of bad things from growing in there. So as that becomes off balance, all of a sudden we're more prone to getting things like UTIs, bacterial vaginosis, more itching, more irritation. So all of that is just because of estrogen going down.
Starting point is 00:37:52 Right. And that's a lot of things that play into our sexual appetite. You're not going to want to go, you know, ride some dude if you feel itchy and irritated, right? Yeah. That's just not what's going to feel good. And then the other thing that's super important. and I don't think enough people talk about is that women do have testosterone in our bodies. And as that declines with menopause, testosterone is 100% linked to desire and sensitivity.
Starting point is 00:38:21 So just think those things alone, two parts of menopause, estrogen going down, testosterone going down. Your vaginal mucosa is going to be drier. You're going to have less sensation, less blood flow, less desire, and less sensitivity. all of those things play into a lower sex drive. Yeah. And I think a lot of people, especially women, sometimes think it's all testosterone, but what, you know, I learned with HRT, it's very much so estrogen as well. And while hormones are certainly a very important part in the name of this game, the other things
Starting point is 00:38:59 like we were talking about apopticotocytocin and other things like that can help. Again, they're not 100% end-all-be-all, but if they can help improve sensation, like shamelessly aroused, the cream, or if they can help improve lubrication, like any of the products with todallifil for women, because increased blood flow, which we talked about estrogen scales back, Sadalafil and women can help improve that blood flow, and that can help with your orgasmic experience and your sexual experience. in general. Yeah, and that's great because so many women aren't on HRT, they don't want to, or they're just not on at this point. So it's so great to know that there are these things that could help women, you know, that are, that aren't HRT, right? And you mentioned the oxytocin. I remember when we talked about that, and I even used it as well as other people in my audience, when they came back to me, they all said they got way more lubricated. That was like the number one thing that happened to them with the oxytocin.
Starting point is 00:40:04 Yeah, it does stimulate the uterus and it does help, you know, with that in a lot of women. Yeah, which is killer because that's the fur, that's one of the things that is a side effect of menopause, right? Like they're not getting as lubricated as before. If you're not on HRT, right? Correct, yes. Yeah. What should a guy or what could couples do, you know, if like the woman is never orgasming during sex? Well, I think the hard part of that answer is that you really have to start with a,
Starting point is 00:40:36 a really tough conversation outside of the bedroom first, right? Yeah. Because unless you're really coaching your partner about what brings you pleasure, you're basically asking them to fly blind, right? Yeah. And they can keep, you know, swinging that bat any way they want. But unless they're hitting that ball, there's nothing that's going to happen. So you have to be brave enough to have that conversation.
Starting point is 00:41:05 And that's tough because, you know, as women were often taught to be quiet and to boost other people's enthusiasm and self-esteem and kind of ignore ourselves. And this has to be one of those times where you really speak up for yourself and advocate for yourself and teach and even show, like, show your partner how you masturbate and how it works and why. Because that's going to teach your partner, okay, so if I press her here and then push there, that's going to be. B-Boy gets her to a better place versus just guesswork because guess work never works. Nobody can read mine. I know. I've like always had a voice and I've always just been able to like if I was having sex with a guy.
Starting point is 00:41:50 I'd play with my clit. I never asked them to do it. Like I knew exactly how to get myself off and I just did it. But it always surprised me how many women weren't the type to really like speak up or do what they wanted. You know what I mean? It's not the norm, right? For women to have that voice sometimes.
Starting point is 00:42:05 times, especially when it comes to like in the bedroom, right, to be like bossy. But like one thing I'll tell you is that guys love that. Like guys, and I think a lot of people like guys get a bad rap like, oh, guys are so selfish and everything in the bedroom. But what I find typically is that guys really want to please women. You know, that's like a big thing for a guy. Like the one thing he wants to do is give you a fucking great orgasm. So the more you could help him do that, the happier you're both going to be because the woman's going to have an orgasm and her husband's going to get her there. And that's what guys want to do, you know what I mean? But a lot of times a woman doesn't speak up or she doesn't let the guy know. And like you said, you can't, he can't read your mind or your body if you're not
Starting point is 00:42:44 giving him clues. You know what I mean? Just like tell him, right? Absolutely. Kathy, when I was, when I was a young man, I always liked having sex with older women because they would always tell me exactly what to do. It's like, grab this, touch this, do this, okay, keep doing that. Okay, keep doing that. Okay, now stop doing that. Go back to what you were doing a minute ago. And next thing, you know, she's orgasming. And that's just great. I mean, I was always so bossy in bed and you would think guys would like complain. But no, guys always thought I was great in bed. And I think it was just because I told them exactly what I fucking wanted. You know what I mean? Because that's, I'm just like bossy by nature, you know? But I think that that's like key. And like a woman should know that a guy is never going to complain about that. That's what they want that information. They want to please you. Like that's the typically for guys, like the hottest thing is pleasing their women. Like that's their pleasure is the woman's pleasure, right, Robert? Absolutely. Everybody wants to be a winner and you know that when she orgasms, you're a winner, right? Yeah, you're the one that did it, right? Yeah. Okay, what is, is there one thing that guys should do and stop doing it? Maybe me and Anna could talk about
Starting point is 00:43:51 for personal experience. I don't know. I haven't thought about this one yet, but like, is there one thing men should stop doing immediately if they want to make their girl have an orgasm, if she's maybe having problems with them. Well, I would say instead of something that men, I would say instead of something men should stop doing, something men should start doing is taking their time. Right. And I just think so many times, like, even if they're in a really passionate, you know, putting the girl up against a wall kind of moment, like slowing down, taking your time,
Starting point is 00:44:27 stimulating all of these different areas and in stimulating them in different ways. It doesn't have to be touch. It can be breath. It can be, you know, with other, like you said, toys or like a feather, things like that. Really slowing down, really taking your time. And another thing that I think men can do, and I don't think this is always spoken about as much as it should be, is to make a woman feel safe. Right.
Starting point is 00:44:56 Mm-hmm. Right? Because let's be honest, being penetrated, that's a big deal. Right. And if you're feeling safe, if you're with this person who's just making you feel like you're on this soft, fluffy pillow, and just is making you feel warm and embraced and that they're going to protect you from everything else in those possible world, and they're going to just keep you in this amazing zone, it's going to be a huge game changer for so many women because sex and safety are not always linked.
Starting point is 00:45:33 And when they are, it translates to better sex. Yeah, for sure. Okay, what is the biggest mistake women make that's preventing them for having better organs? Maybe we talked about it. It's the communication, not telling. I don't know. Do you have a better answer?
Starting point is 00:45:50 I do. And this is going to be maybe something that perks up people's ears, but women don't masturbate enough. They don't? They don't. And, you know, the reason why this is important, there's actually multiple reasons. There's actually been several studies done that showing that women whom must masturbate more can orgasm better in sex. Of course. Right?
Starting point is 00:46:16 And that, because, again, if you masturbate more, you can actually. coach your partners better because you know hey if you press me there you're going to make me dry totally yeah but if you press me here i'm going to get wet well guess what a guy wants to get you wet so if you know what helps get you wet and then helps get you hot that's going to really translate a lot better in your sex life so as much as it's not talked about a lot especially between girls. They just don't talk to each other about it. Masturbation, the more you masturbate, the more orgasmic you can be.
Starting point is 00:46:57 Yeah, I couldn't believe when I met girlfriends of mine who copped to the fact that they never masturbated. I thought they were lying because I'm like, how could you not? You know what I mean? But they were always the ones that had the biggest problems when it did come to orgasms and, you know, getting pleasureed by their guys and stuff. And I would always be, I was like the girlfriend that was always buying my friends toys and stuff and just trying to help them like educate like use this.
Starting point is 00:47:21 They'll figure out how to come with this first at home by yourself and then you'll figure out how to do it with your guy in real life. Do you know what I mean? Because a lot of times they don't. Yeah. Totally. And let's talk about that because like we're talking about, I was just talking about sex toys and like, you know, a lot of times, you know, I never really like to use vibrators that much because I always felt like, oh, I got a little desensitized from them and it's like no guy is going to feel like that. You know what I mean? and I never wanted to get wired into like getting off that way so much. But then I found the wand and I was like, oh my God, that's like the best thing ever.
Starting point is 00:47:52 But like can women become desensitized from vibrators or is that a myth? Because I used to be afraid of them because of that, for sure. Well, it's a myth, to be honest with you. They did a study in 2009. They studied over 2,000 women. So it wasn't a small study. But they found that 71% of women never experienced any desensit. And the ones that did notice that it was only temporary and that it resolved pretty quickly.
Starting point is 00:48:22 So even if you do become desensitized. Exactly. The next day you're fine. Or 20 minutes later, you're okay. Right. Yeah. Correct. So it's not a permanent thing.
Starting point is 00:48:31 Yeah. Okay. What is the most, you said you did a whole nerdy, you know, episode on different kinds of orgasms. And maybe you have a scientific fact in that one. But like, what is the most surprising scientific fact about the female orgasm that most people don't know that? that they would be surprised about. Well, I actually was really fascinated because when it comes to women's sexual health,
Starting point is 00:48:55 the studies, well, to be honest, it took hundreds of years after we knew a lot about men's anatomy before we started learning about women's anatomy. And the original thought was in 1976 that women had about 8,000 nerve endings in the clitoris. And what kills me is that came from cows and not from humans. Can you believe? So that was published as data. Yeah. Even though it was based on an animal that is not us.
Starting point is 00:49:24 And it wasn't until 2022 that a study found out that it's more like, you know, 10,300 nerve endings that are available in the clitoris. And we actually didn't have a full mapping of the clitoris. Again, our first full 3D map was done in 2026. What? This is all, I know. You're kidding. No. And it's finally available, though.
Starting point is 00:49:54 Just like these, all these new medications that are finally available. We're finally getting to the place where, you know, women are like getting everything that they need. Yes, we are getting there. But that was one of those things. When I learned those facts and in that sequential order, I was like, holy Moses. Yeah, that's amazing. I remember hearing about that and that's like there's a big difference, you know, and I don't know how they could have, I don't know how anyone, like, how did that research paper pass? Like, didn't somebody say, like, we can't sort of gauge a woman by a cow?
Starting point is 00:50:26 Like, I don't know. How did that, how did anyone believe that to begin with? It doesn't make any sense to me. But, okay, last question. If you could give every woman one piece of advice for improving female pleasure, what would it be? Is there any kind of piece of advice that you would give to improve female pleasure? Well, I guess my advice is twofold. And the first one is the most important is know your body.
Starting point is 00:50:51 Because one thing I've said multiple ways in this interview is that everybody's different, right? And that's good because if we're all the same, it'd be a really boring world. So thank God we're all different. But you really do have to know yourself. And then the other part of that of advice is find the way to be able to communicate that with a partner. because that can be tough to have that conversation to stick up for yourself and say, no, don't do it that way, do it this way. Because you can just have that apprehension, that fear. Well, maybe he'll be offended and walk away.
Starting point is 00:51:28 So know yourself and know how to speak about yourself to others. And that's going to make a world of difference. Yeah, I love that. Now, let's talk, though, about all the great products that are available. Finally, for women. Okay. I love that this kind of stuff is out there that can help women. If people want to find any of the stuff that we're talking about,
Starting point is 00:51:49 I'm going to put a link in the description. They go to shameless care.com. The link, like I said, is in the description. Bring down the menu, like just go to shop women, right? And then the menu's going to come down. And why don't you talk about, you know, some of the ones that we talked about here and give out the information? All of the pricing and everything you want to know is on the website.
Starting point is 00:52:06 But why don't you explain what the main ones do? And, you know, so people know which one to maybe go. and purchase. Absolutely. So shamelessly aroused is a topical sylidinofil cream, and that's the active ingredient that's in Viagra. That can work topically as well. So you're not taking a pill. It's not a trokey. You rub it on the female genitalia. And what's great about that is it stays localized. And so you don't have any sort of systemic side effects. You're not going to get a stuffy nose or a headache, most likely, because it is isolated to that area. Okay. And the number one, bit of feedback that we get from that is increased lubrication. Now, you're not using it as a lubricant,
Starting point is 00:52:47 of course, but it undoubtedly is increasing blood flow to the female genitalia. And so that is a really nice product for that. Shameless chemistry is a sublingual troche, and that has to dolofil, the active ingredient in Cialis, along with oxytocin, which we've already talked about both of those things today, but essentially a medication that can increase blood flow, and then a medication that can increase those feelings of bonding or togetherness. And so that's been really popular as well. And then the third one is what's known as shameless desire. Now, it has to dollophil and oxytocin, but it also has that apomorphine as well, that dopamine agonist that we talked about earlier, which can help to jumpstart the arousal process. And so all three of those medications get
Starting point is 00:53:35 refilled all of the time and we don't have any subscriptions at shameless care.com. So when I say that somebody has refilled it, they've actually loved it, went back to the website, entered in their credit card information again, no auto renew, anything like that. So that's a pretty big vote of confidence. When people reorder those things, they absolutely ran out, said, uh-oh, I want to go get some more of that. So that's one of the things about us at shamelesscare.com is that we don't have any subscriptions. Right. So you won't forget about something and be billed and whatever like that, right? Like you want to, again, you have to go on and go use it, right? And I'm looking at the shameless desire. Like, all the information is there. Like, it even tells you like, this is how much it is. You know,
Starting point is 00:54:15 this, it lasts like the beyond you stayed five months. Like you use it just every time that you have sex, like, or when you want to, like use it. But it lasts for five months, right? Like, that's what that is on there. Right. Like, you could use it for five months. Exactly. The expiration, because compounded medications don't last as long as like a tablet. Yeah, that's important. But five months we find is plenty of time for people to use up their supply and then they can reorder. And yeah, people just use it whenever they have sex or if they want to have a special date night
Starting point is 00:54:45 of the week and kind of bring out their A game and reserve it for that. That's okay as well. People use these things as needed. Right. And then the last one, just explain the PT-141. I don't know. I'm a little interested in that one. So just remind people about that one too.
Starting point is 00:54:58 That's the nasal spray for desire and arousal, right? Absolutely. That's that one I was saying that started its life as a tanning medication. but now it increases sexual arousal in both men and women, at least for a lot of people, it does. It's an erectile dysfunction medication as well, but it works differently. It's not a blood flow medication. It's something that creates arousal in the brain and a lot of people. And so I don't know that it works super well as an erectile dysfunction medication by itself,
Starting point is 00:55:28 but it's certainly a great medication that can augment an existing regimen with a sylidinophil or atophthalphil or something along those lines. Right. And that's for men and women, right? If a guy's listening to this, you know, for his, for his woman, and, you know, he could also use this. He could get this for himself as well. This is something separate that men could use as well, right? And it's not just for women, right? Absolutely. And Kathy, I'm glad you brought that up because I'm sure you do have a lot of men that listen to the podcast and they're sitting there going, oh, I can buy my wife this and this and this. Yeah. We can't wait to take care of you at shameless care.com. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that these are prescription medications.
Starting point is 00:56:06 So men cannot order the medication, fill out the medical intake information. And then share it with his girl, of course. Or the mistress or whoever. It needs to be her that does it. But one of the things that you can absolutely do is use that coupon code strictly and buy a gift card. And then give that to her and say,
Starting point is 00:56:23 hey, listen to this podcast. Look at all the options that you have available to you in your life. And guess what, sweetheart, I've already paid the bill. Yeah, I love it. You do have gift cards right on there. And just give a quick shout-off for the, other things that you have for guys too because like I do have you know lots of guys are listening to this you have Pt 141 you have uh shameless oxytocin I see you have the doxy pepp you have the best
Starting point is 00:56:44 STI testing I mean just give a shout out to the stuff that you think guys would be most interested in that you offer as well absolutely I think we have almost everything that's currently available at shameless care.com you know I love to talk about STI testing Kathy so I will just remind your audience that most cases of gonorrhea are oral. And so if you're someone who has oral sex or enjoys a good makeout session, which I'm sure is every single person listening to me, just remember that a STI test must include an oral swab or it is going to miss most infections. And it is more than possible to test negative for gonorrhea if your test was just a blood and urine test. When you actually, in fact, have gonorrhea, you can ask me how I know.
Starting point is 00:57:29 They can listen to another episode of you on my show. We got that story. You learn that firsthand, and now you offer that kind of SDI testing, which isn't available in many places, right? Like a lot of times when you're going to your doctor, they're not giving you a full panel SDI test. They're not checking that, correct? That's correct. You know, one of the things, and listen, doctors work really, really hard, and they're expected and know everything. But the truth is they just don't. Yeah. And there was a recent study that looked at 45, million gonorrhoea test in the United States, Kathy, 45 million.
Starting point is 00:58:03 Wow. Only 1.5% of women were oral swab tested. 1.5%. Now, the women who were stroke swab tested were twice as likely to have an oral gonorrhea infection than a genital one. So there's no doubt about it, Kathy. The way we STI test people in this country, we miss more infections than we detect. We tell people to go get tested, but they're not being tested properly.
Starting point is 00:58:27 and that is something that I just cannot let go of mentally. And that's really the reason why shameless care exists. Yeah, I love that. And what I also love that you offer, which helps with the SDI talk that we're talking about as doxypep. Just tell people real quick about doxep because that's like an amazing thing that is available now for people as well. Absolutely. Doxypep is the antibiotic doxycycline, which everybody listening to me has taken in their life for acne or who knows what. It's a very common antibiotic.
Starting point is 00:58:55 and if you take a single dose within 72 hours after unprotected sex, including unprotected oral sex, it can pretty dramatically less than you're likely of contracting gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis. Amazing. Gonorrhea less so, but for syphilis and chlamydia, it's close to 90%. And chlamydia is an extremely common STI that we see people test positive for. Both men and women, gay, straight, you name it. Chlamydia seems to be universal. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:59:24 And in women, it certainly has pretty serious health implications, including infertility, pelvic inflammatory disease, things like that. And so doxypep is a real public health win. And, Kathy, this is the best news. Everybody always thinks everything's getting worse, right? Gonorrhea chlamydia chlamydia syphilis have been decreasing for the past three years. And most people think it's because of doxypep. So that is a huge public health win.
Starting point is 00:59:49 I was going to say it's probably like, does it correlate to when that came out? Like, is that when people started to, like, is that when the usage of doxypep like was higher, like three years ago? I mean, is there a correlation there? Or like, exactly. Yeah. Yeah. The timing is perfect.
Starting point is 01:00:05 When doxypep rolled out, STI started to decrease. Yeah, it's amazing. I love that these things are available. I love that people could just go on. They don't have to walk into a doctor's office, right? And, like, have a conversation. I love that it's like all done online. Even your consult with the person is done online, right?
Starting point is 01:00:22 Because they have to get the prescription. but everything's done online through your site. It's shameless care.com. I will put the link in the description. People will get $15 off their order, right? So, and all they have to use, all they have to do is use code strictly. They're going to get $15 off whatever they buy. Link is in the description.

Starting point is 01:02:03 17 stories. And they're all told in the third person, and they're all true. I took the interview and rewrote it in the third person. And I wouldn't really call it like a total erotica book. Think like penthouse letters. It's more direct. It's not so over the top like erotica.
Starting point is 01:02:21 I don't really like that kind of vibe, right? but these are true stories, 17 of them. They're really short chapters, easy read.
