Okay, today I have on Dr. Willow Brown.
Oh my God, I took her in so many different directions.
I mean, we started to talk about, like, you know,
the things that men should know about women,
like men in tuning to women and what they need to know about women
so they could open her up sexually.
And then somehow she started talking about the fact that she, like, prescribes
or she's into peptides and she prescribes HRT.
And I was like, oh my God, peptides.
I want to know all about peptides.
I've been dying to know about peptides.
I've been dying to have somebody on who specializes in peptides.
And she does.
She gave me so much information about peptides.
We start off with the one that, you know, is the best for sexual health.
P.T. 141.
She talks all about that, but she goes into the list of all the other ones and explains them.
She does not prescribe them, but she knows how to sort of tell people what they should be taking.
And then she works with specific doctors who get the stuff from legit,
compound pharmacies, which is the way you want to go with peptides nowadays, it's like the
Wild Wild West. And everyone has a friend who, like, is buying peptides online. But I wouldn't trust
that. I would trust her, though, because I want to go on peptides. I'm like, I think I'm going to
use her because she talked all about peptides. And she really does help people with all kinds of
sexual problems. She really helps people open up sexually. And she does that through so many different things.
Not just HRT and peptides, but she believes very much in tantra. And then the Taoist view of sexuality.
I don't know if I'm saying that right, but she talks about that too.
She believes in both.
Both of those practices teach men as well as women how to increase their orgasms.
And she talks about the different kinds of orgasms you could have and how you could have them.
And it's so super interesting.
I took her, like I said, all over the place on this call.
Like I said, we started talking about one thing and then started talking a lot about peptides and everything else.
And then we come back to the Taoist and tantra stuff towards the end and back to sex towards the end.
But you're going to learn a lot.
like me, you're just curious about all the stuff, I think you're going to be into every place I took
her. But I love what she offers. And if you want to find her, I'll put her links in the description.
Like I said, I think I might use her because I'm into peptides and stuff. But anyway, I'm going to get
right to be right back on with Dr. Willow.
This is the strictly anonymous podcast. Strictly anonymous podcast.
Hi, Dr. Willow. Should I call you Willow, Willow or just Willow or Dr. Willow Brown?
Any of the above?
All of those work.
Welcome to the strictly anonymous podcast.
I just found out I had your co-host on.
You have a podcast called The Sex Reimagined.
I had Leah on your co-host.
She gave me a great episode.
You're now on.
You're a functional or a Chinese medicine doctor.
You're also a sex expert.
We are going to be talking about a lot of different things.
But, you know, I think we're going to talk a lot about, like, how women.
You're going to explain to guys, like, how they could better understand
to women because with your background, you know women like hormonally, emotionally, sexually,
right?
Yes, exactly.
Yeah.
And I think women are like one of the big great mysteries in life.
We're mysteries to ourselves.
We're mysteries to our partners.
You know, we're mysteries all in all.
So I think the more that men kind of have their finger on the pulse of women, the easier it is
to succeed with them, the easier it is to, you know, open a woman.
up. To masterfully open a woman up as a man is just such a, such a delight and there's nothing
sort of more rewarding, I think, for a cisgendered heterosexual man. Yeah, and I'm sure there's
an art to it. I'm sure, like, listen, I'm sure maybe there's like, you know, select few guys out there
that just have a natural ability to, like, get women and know how to work them. But, like, I think
the majority of men, just like women, sometimes we don't know how to work guys, you know,
or understand them.
But I would think that probably the majority of men don't know how to do that, right?
Absolutely.
The majority don't, especially younger generations these days, they're really at a loss because
they're not getting the interaction, the sort of person to person, nervous system
connection, you know, you don't get that through apps and, you know, screens and things
like that.
So, I had a friend, by the way, wait, I had a friend, by the way, a long time ago that
He used to watch sex in the city, and he was so smart, and he was like the hottest guy I knew.
And he was like, I watched sex in the city because I learned so much about women.
Like, literally, that's why he would watch it.
Exactly.
Smart man.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So sorry, what were you just going to say?
I was just going to say, you know, like women are pretty complex creatures.
And so I feel like, you know, a lot of men are, you know, what worked yesterday doesn't work today.
And what worked two years ago hasn't been working for the past six months.
and they're perplexed, you know.
Should we say why?
Is the question then why?
Can you explain?
Yeah, I think one of the most, I would say, you know, we talk about intimacy and the four pillars
to intimacy being trust, vulnerability, presence, and attunement.
And I could break all those down.
I love that.
But for time's sake, I would say, like, attunement is the most important one, because attunement
holds presence within it.
And when you're really attuned to the other,
because you have such a deep level of attunement inside of yourself,
meaning you have a deep level of trust inside of yourself,
you're comfortable being vulnerable with the other person,
you can create a trust and vulnerability loop of communication
and presence between you and the other person,
then attunement is on board.
And this is why, this is like what men will succeed with women the most with is if they can attune to their woman so much so that their woman feels like, wow, I feel so seen, I feel so red, I feel so acknowledged, wow, where did this guy come from?
You know, so I think in the world that we're living in today, we are really living in, swimming in a sea of disattuned souls.
Like we're just distracted, we're looking at our phones constantly.
Nobody's paying attention.
If you break down that word attunement, attention is a huge part of it.
You know, where's your focus?
And when it comes to sexuality, when we learn how to attune at this very deep, nuanced level,
it's like I'm reading what's going on in my partner's face.
I can see their pupils changing, their skin color changing.
I can see when their nervous system drops out of a sympathetic dominant state, fight or flight,
and into a parasympathetic state, rest and digest.
I can see when they start to move into receptivity.
I can hear it in the breath change.
I can hear it in the moan change.
You know, I can read all of that.
And I'm so finely attuned with what's going on side of them that I feel it inside of myself, too.
Right.
So that's the level of attunement that I would love to.
see men across the globe stepping into.
But how do they get to be so attuned?
Are there certain tells that you could explain in women or things that you would start
with that are pretty basic that would help a guy understand more?
Yeah, I love this question because it's like, let's start with a bigger sort of overview.
How do you attune to a woman?
If she is in her fertility years, meaning she's still having a menstrual cycle, keep your finger
on the pulse of where she's at in her cycle.
Because if she's nearing ovulation or she's in her ovulatory phase, which is a six to seven
day window, she's going to be a lot more sexually, she's going to be a lot more like,
let's do it.
Let's go.
Let's have a quick.
Oh, my God.
Her legito is up.
Yeah, you wake up, needing to have a baby.
Exactly.
And so, like, you should know that.
That's a sort of bigger, broader level of attunement.
If she's, you know, four or five days, three days away from her period starting, then it's a totally different ballgame.
You want to attune to the fact that she needs her feet massaged and a bath drawn for her and a little half an hour sensual massage before you go anywhere near her genitals.
You know, so that's kind of like an outward sort of more bigger picture of how to attune.
But then let's get a little bit more zoomed in.
Let's say, you know, you guys are starting to get frisky and you can feel like you can feel energetically when a woman is leaning in towards you and wanting more.
And then you can feel when she starts to pull back.
A lot, a lot, a lot, a lot of men are just pretty much going too far too fast most of the time.
You know, so they're heading straight for the genitals.
They're heading straight for the nipples.
They're heading straight for the things that they see in pornography, which, you know,
that's their education, so it makes sense.
But most, the majority of women are going to enjoy us, like coming from the extremities
on inward, you know, like start at the nape of the neck or start at the inner wrist.
There's all these secondary erogenous zones all over the body.
And because I'm a Chinese medicine doctor, I've got this whole meridian map in my mind.
And so a lot of times what I'm teaching then is that there's all these little portals of energy and sensation all over everyone's body.
So we all have these little yonies all over our bodies.
And when we know how to like tickle and nibble and bite and scratch all these little sensation, you know, rich places in the body, it starts to stimulate the brain in a more specific way.
And those glands in the brain, the hypothalamus, pituitary, the pineal, all those glands up in the brain start to ignite more.
They start to secrete more oxytocin.
That's where you start to see a woman opening more.
And, you know, and then when she's to a certain level on her arousal scale, we speak about that a lot on our podcast, the arousal scale.
But let's say she's up to like a six or a seven on the arousal skill before you even go to the genitals.
Like what would that be like, you know?
And so there's just every woman is different too.
Some women are going to open more readily from, you know, from the extremities, some from the neck, from kissing, from.
from the nipples, you know, different places on the body.
So again, attumment.
Hey guys, this is your sex drive not exactly where you wanted to be all the time?
Or do you just want to take things up a notch and put a little bit more drive into your sex life?
Well, then that's why you need to check out Drive Boost by VB Health.
Drive Boost is not some sketchy supplement.
It is a doctor formulated with four ingredients that support libido, hormone balance, mood, and
blood flow.
And unlike most libido supplements that are made just for men, dry boost also works for women. For
women, dryboos contains ingredients that have been shown to mitigate some symptoms of perimenopause
and menopause, which can seriously mess with a woman's sex drive. And for men, it's designed to
help support testosterone levels, libido, and overall sexual performance. Another great thing about
dryboos is that it doesn't take forever to work. Some people notice results in just one to two days
with most people reporting results in after just one to two weeks of daily use. I have a guy who
DM'd me who used dry boost and he told me it was like 10 days after he used it. He was having more
sex than he's ever had in the past 10 years. Okay. So you want to naturally boost your libido
and sex drive as well as your partners. We'll then go get yourself and your partner some dry boost by
VB health. And they just dropped a new product energy boost. Energy boost is a pre-workout powder that
you drink with effective ingredients for blood flow energy and focus. The blue raspberry flavor is the
one to get. All you got to do to get yourself some dry boost or energy boost or any other
VB health products is go to VB.com.com. And use my code strictly and you're going to get 10% off your
order. That's VB.com. Health. Use my code strictly to get 10% off your order. Or I made it super
easy. Just go to the description, click on the link.
and use my code strictly for 10% off.
Yeah, no, I love that.
And it's, you know, I don't know how guys are nowadays,
but when I was growing up, like, men just didn't seem to really understand
that hormones actually really do affect women's moods.
And you know what I mean?
Like, I feel like they kind of get it when they're way older.
And they start losing their testosterone and it starts affecting them.
But, like, I always felt like as a woman that, like, guys don't really understand that it's all
like, hormones really affect you, right?
and they affect men too.
But because we go through this whole cycle,
you know,
it is the reason why she gets kind of crabby.
It's why she gets really horny.
Like I feel like I don't really believe that it's true.
They don't believe it.
But it's so true.
Yeah.
And I think when they start to go through endopause,
they're like, oh, wow, I feel funky.
Like, this feels weird, you know.
Yeah, then they go on TRT and it helps.
It's like, yeah, because you have hormones now.
It's hormones.
Right?
Exactly.
Yeah, hormones.
Endocrinology is a huge part of my
practice and a huge part of what I teach people about each other.
I have a lot of perimenopause and postmenopausal women and andropause men in my practice.
And, you know, for them to like really understand and grok and get that having optimal balance is
where you're going to feel the sexiest, the most vital, the most alive, the most creative.
And, you know, in my training, in my world and everything that I know, the foundation of our sexual energy is our adrenal glands.
Right.
Which is just comical because we're all walking around totally adrenally depleted.
Right.
You know.
And is that from high cortisol?
Yeah.
High distress and not eating well and screen time late at night and all of those, you know, lifestyle things.
Yeah, waking up at 3 a.m.
Needing wine to wind down and coffee to wake up.
Those are all signs that the adrenals are probably not at their optimal levels.
I mean, you can always get your labs run as well, but, you know, we can really just look at
someone's lifestyle and be like, okay, you need some aschaganda.
You need some, you know, adrenal support at some level.
But when there's also what I want to say is, like, within the Taoist sexology system,
So I teach a lot of tantra and I teach a lot of Taoist.
Yeah, I want you to explain what Taoist is and all that stuff because I find it fascinating.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
So tantra is like really this great beautifier of sexuality and it's coming from India, from the Vedics, from the East.
You know, it's very, there's a lot of very specific tantric practices.
To be in tantric union with another person is going to be like the most magical, blissful,
rapturous sex of your life.
You know, to be in tantric union with life is very rapturous and blissful.
So tantra doesn't have to relate to sexuality.
It means union.
It means union of divinity for greater expansion of consciousness.
So that's beautiful, right?
And then we've got Taoist sexology, which is coming from, also from the east, but coming
from, you know,
Oriental lineage,
not just China, but like
the Orient.
And it's more, like,
they really bring sexuality forward
and cultivating arousal,
energy, and sexual
chi, we call it Jing Chi.
We use that for health,
for vitality, to rebuild your adrenal glands,
to bring more energy up to the
hypothalamus and pituitary,
to have what we call
superior orgasms, which are like organ orgasms.
So you could have a heart gasm, you could have a uterinegazm, you could have a pineal gland
gasm.
You're kidding.
Now, and it's amazing because that's the, you know, they call them superior for a reason
because they really are.
They last longer.
They're stretched out.
They're way more sensational because you're feeling them at this like deeper internal
visceral level rather than just like your clitoral head or the glands of your cock.
Are they, is that a blending though of energy with you and another person or could that be like
on your own?
Such a good question.
Yeah, you can totally do it on your own.
And I often will teach women and men both how to do like the Taoist sexual practices on their
own so that they know the pathways of energy that they're running.
their higher levels of arousal through because enter another person and you're like oh what am I doing
now I'm dealing with someone else's energy you know so it's really nice to practice on your own and get
the system and the flow in your own body so that when you are with another person it's just you it's easy
to run it like I'm I'll be with partners and you know they they have no idea what I'm doing
but I'm running energy through my, my Yang channel, my Yin channel.
We call that the microcosmic orbit.
I'm running, you know, orgasmic energy up to my adrenal glands, like all the time.
Anytime I'm in an aroused state, bringing it up to the back of the heart, the sinus gland is the immune system regulator, you know, and it needs a lot of support, especially as we age.
So bringing, and that's at the heart level, so bringing orgasmic energy to the heart can support your immune.
I mean, it's just really fascinating to sort of, you know, play with this energy in your body, especially if you're working on something specific, let's say you are working on increasing your immune system or increasing your energy levels or being somebody who's more emotionally balanced, then there's going to be specific like Taoist sexual.
protocols for you to do that, which might also include herbs. And, you know, I use HRT and peptides
in the whole nine yards. I love peptides. Yeah, me too. It's so fun. The peptide conversation these
days. Yeah. I mean, you prescribe, I mean, do you, like, because nowadays, I could just talk to probably
just go off onto peptides. I don't want to get too off track. But like, you do prescribe peptides and
HRT to people. I'm just like asking. Yeah. I do work with.
can prescribe HRT, but you have to be a medical doctor or I think, I'm not sure, I think naturopath as well
can prescribe peptides.
My license doesn't allow me to do that.
But what I do is point people to peptides, and I've got a company that I work with where
there's medical doctors prescribing.
Oh, that works really well for me.
Right, because I'm so, that's all I've been seeing in my feet.
I'm like, oh, I want someone to come on and talk about peptides and educate everyone, including
me.
Yeah.
Go there.
Let's go there.
You want to go there right now?
Let's go.
Sure.
Why not?
So, well, PT-141 is probably the most common sexual health peptide on the market right now.
And that, what's cool about that is like, you know, a lot of men who might be having erectile dysfunction
issues, they'll reach for Cialis or Tadalafil is the other name for Cialis.
And those two drugs basically run more blood flow into the genitals.
And they do that for any gender, but it's more common for men to take it.
And so the blood flow going into the genitals is like, okay, yeah, now we've got more blood flow.
We're hard again, but it's not necessarily working on the pathway of the brain.
Right.
So that's what I love about the peptides is they're actually going to go and PT-141 is going to work on the hypothalamus and pituit.
and get those hormones functioning well.
There's other peptides that, you know, are secretagogues for growth hormone,
which means that you're not taking growth hormone.
You're just stimulating the glands in your body that secrete that.
Right.
So it's not HGH, which sometimes people are afraid of.
Like, I've always been a little scared of HGH because I've heard,
oh, it could grow other things if they're not good, you know, and whatever.
So you're saying that now they have peptides that will do the same thing that
HGH would do, but it's helping your body to naturally do it.
Exactly. It's stimulating the endogenous growth hormone rather than adding an exogenous
growth hormone to your body. Which I think is major. I feel safer. Like when I hear stuff like that,
like that's like interesting to me where I was always a little afraid of HGH. Yeah. I mean,
and it makes sense. And you know, there's there's conversation going on right now around like,
well, our secretagogues even safe. And you know, there has, truly there hasn't been an
research and a lot of the research that has been done on peptides is coming from you know one company
so they're definitely yeah there definitely needs to be a lot more research done but what we are seeing
like in clinical practice is that people are feeling so much better they have more energy they're
sleeping better they are building muscle quicker so this the secretagogues that I want
wanted that I'm talking about right now are like the one called samorlin one called tessamorlin one called
ipamorlin a lot of times tessamorland and ipomorlin are stacked meaning that they come together in one
um you know little vile but um and the samorlin i like a little bit better as as a female and a sort of
a smaller female too because i feel like it's a little bit more gentle a little bit more yin to the to the
young of the Tessa Ipa.
But that's just my experience of it.
And everyone has their own unique experience with these peptides.
But what they are basically is they are like small chains of amino acids that your body normally
naturally makes.
And when you're 25 and younger, you're making plenty of them.
You're good to go.
But then as we start to go through, you know, the aging process, stress, mold toxicity, you know,
as COVID long COVID all the illnesses everything that kind of like knocks us down stress loss all of that
we just don't make it as much so that's what's so great to have things like hormone replacement therapy and peptides
to to meet our body where it's not um functioning anymore we've got these little receptor sites on ourselves for these amino acid chains
So it's kind of like putting the jumper cables back on your system.
And you don't get addicted to them and you don't have to stay on them long term and you can take them for a period of time.
Notice the change in your body and then keep going with everything else.
These are also, I want to say, peptides and hormone replacement therapy.
They are secondary, sort of a secondary layer to, you know, eating well, exercising, getting morning sunlight.
You know the basics.
drinking enough water, which is a huge thing. Like, even getting enough water is like one of the
leading causes of depression. People are not getting enough. So, yeah. And no more pro,
microplastics. But wait, about the peptides. First of all, this might be a dumb question.
Maybe you already explained it. But like, what exactly is a peptide? Are we putting in something
like that's not, that's foreign? Like, what is a peptide? Is it an amino acid chain? Like what,
because we know what HRT is. It's hormones. We have the inner body. So what is a
Right. Right. Right. Yeah. So it's a, it's a, it's a amino, a small chain of amino acids. Right. So amino acids make up a protein. And so these are not exactly proteins. They're just smaller than that. And they basically hook into receptor sites on your cells and tell those cells to function in a certain way. Oh my gosh. Who figured this out? I know, right? Scientists, smart people.
I love it.
Yeah.
So if your body is no longer producing also because of gut health, you know, a lot of people
have poor gut health, which is where a lot of peptides and hormones are created.
So when we don't have enough health going on there and we don't have enough of those short chain
of amino acids, then the cells, the receptor sites on the cells are not getting, you know,
they're not getting ignited.
and those cells aren't functioning the way that they used to.
So that's why it's really, you know, it's such an individual choice to get on peptides and to try them out.
But, you know, I think more, over these next two and a half three years, we're going to be seeing so much more research.
And it's going to be very informative to longevity.
You know, Chinese medicine is a longevity practice.
I've been in that medicine for 20 years.
and to see something like peptides rising up right now,
it's pretty exciting for those of us who are longevity geeks.
And I think sexuality, too, is a huge longevity practice.
You know, a lot of people get to a point where they're like,
oh, just sweeping under the rug, okay, I haven't been sexual in six years.
I'm like, oh, my God, that must be affecting everything in your body,
including your mood.
Totally.
And I think we can bring sexuality after.
medicine. In fact, I'm publishing a book this summer called sex as medicine because I really see that
when we know how to cultivate our sexual energy, meaning harness and move it through our bodies
in specific ways, we can absolutely heal our bodies dramatically. I really believe that all the
medicine we need we already have in our bodies. We just don't really know how to.
you know, use it. Okay, listen, the summer is coming to a close. And why not go out with a bang
and take things up a notch by learning some new tricks for the bedroom. Because the truth is,
it's never too late to learn something new, especially when it comes to sex. And that's because
sex really is a skill. And like any skill, it can be learned, practiced, and mastered. And you know
where you're going to learn to master your skills and learn some new skills in the bedroom.
It's at Beducated.
Beeducated.com is like the Netflix of sex education or like the Sephora of sex education.
They literally have over 150 courses to choose from and they have something for everyone.
They have courses on anal sex and fisting.
They have courses on how to give a blowjob or how to go down on your girl, how to talk dirty.
And of course, how to squirt, taught by a former guest.
She was on my shell, Lola Jean. She's like the squirting queen. Okay, she holds the record for squirting. So if you're
going to learn to squirt, that's who you need to listen to. She's the expert. And the great thing about
Lola is she not only tells you what to do with your fingers. She shows you exactly what to do
in videos with real people, okay? And that's what I love about beducated. You want to learn how to
go down on your girl? You're going to learn by seeing it. So what are you waiting for? Go get bedicated
and end your summer with a bang by learning how to be better in bed by taking the educated
quiz. All you got to do is go to the description, click on the link, and you're going to get your
own personalized roadmap to sexual happiness. Again, just go to the description, click on the link,
and get your personalized roadmap to sexual happiness. Right. And in our medicine, I mean,
it's typically like take a pill for this, everything's sort of disjointed and stuff. And that's why I think
peptides are really cool because it's like it's not a medicine.
right? It is something that is more natural. Right. It's not a medication. Yeah. It's the reason it has to be
prescribed by by medical doctors because of the injection part of it. But back to the Tessa Ippa and the
Samoralin, those will also, they'll reduce visceral fat, which like can't go wrong there. They'll
help you sleep better. Can't go wrong there. And I don't quote me on this, but I believe they also
support androgen pathways like DHA and testosterone function in your body.
Oh, that's amazing.
What about RETA?
That's one I hear all about.
I hear a lot about.
Reda Trutide.
Yeah.
So that's basically a form of GLP1.
There are sort of like three different major ones out there.
And the one with just GLP1 is drawing a blank on the name of
it right now but then there's one with gip and g lp1 and that's trezepidide that's probably like the one that
everyone knows the most and then the redotrutide has the glp one the gip those are two separate
peptides together in one plus one more so it's basically three and those um all of those
GLP1 style of peptides are going to not only support weight loss, which is why they're so popular,
but also it's going to support inflammation, like bringing inflammation down in every little nook and cranny of your body.
Your brain, your gut, your joints, it's pretty remarkable.
And with all peptides, you want to start low and slow.
low. I was going to ask, yeah. You take them, I'm assuming, right? You want to do the most minimum
amount that you can to get the result that you're looking for. I personally am taking
transepatide and I don't have weight to lose, but I certainly had bloat and inflammation to lose,
you know, and I've actually never found anything that's been so effective for lowering
inflammation in the gut. Wow. And in the brain, I was heading toward that, that perimen
Eposal brain fog zone.
And I was like hanging out with my girlfriends who were definitely there.
And they're like, what was I just saying?
You know, they're constantly forgetting what they're trying to say.
And I was like, gosh, you know, how do I avoid that?
And so, of course, again, diet is number one.
We want to eat like a good Mediterranean, you know, low carbohydrate, not completely free.
It depends on who you are, of course.
Women generally tend to do better with some little bit of carbs.
And then we also, you know, we can use these peptides.
We can use hormone replacement therapy.
We can use these sexual health practices to augment and support our longevity and our vitality over a long period of time.
Yeah, no, I love it.
And the truth is with these peptides that, like you said, you don't prescribe them.
You have to go through a doctor to give them to.
Some of them are not FDA approved yet.
but you could go to, like you want to, because a lot of people are getting them off market and
they're just like ordering them online from people. And it's like, you don't even know what you're
getting in those things. But you, you actually have specific doctors and they are all getting
it from the same lab and they've like tested it and know that it's the real deal and all that kind of
good stuff, right? Like, because you don't want to go and get it from your friend that knows someone
that's getting peptides, right? Because I have a lot of people coming to be like, oh, I have a friend that got it
and I'm like, I don't know. I'm like a scared to just get it from someone like that.
Yeah. Yeah. No, I think that's a good healthy fear because
You really don't know what you're getting from like research grade companies.
Exactly.
So yeah, the company that I work with is compounding pharmacy.
So it's really important to get it from a compounding pharmacy.
And then it's really important.
The company I work with, they filter everything that goes to the shelves three times, four times sometimes.
And I think that is why I've been working in this peptide space for a little.
over a year and I've seen people take peptides from other companies and be totally fine and
then I've seen them take from other companies and have issues.
So it's sort of been like hit or miss, but anyone who's taken the peptides from the company
that I work with, they, you know, they've always had a pretty smooth, easy, easy sale.
So I, and again, though I will say, you've got to get the dosage.
right. Everything is all about dosage, including having enough sex. You know, it's like,
you don't want to overdo it. You don't want to underdo it. You don't want to give out too much of your
chee, right? Exactly. You don't want to give out too much of your cheat. That's right. And so,
you know, even like the dose sometimes that my company will prescribe me, I take way, way less
than what they prescribe me. And I always tell my people that I'm like, okay, well, they're probably
going to prescribe you around 50 units, you know, but you might only need 20 or 10.
Right. And how does it hurt to start there, right? And just see.
Exactly. Yeah, you can always start low and, and also it's okay. If you like take a dose of 50 and
you're like, whoa, that was way too much. It's not a big deal. Peptides, basically, they have a very
short half-life. So they, you know, that's why it's very difficult. You can't really like test for
that. Like, am I taking too much? What you can test for is functionality in your body.
But, you know, they just like basically, for lack of better word, disintegrate quickly within your system.
That's why, you know, you take them consistently and regularly depending on which ones they are.
How quickly do people see results like on a peptide around?
I mean, quickly.
Yeah.
Really?
Quickly.
24 to 48 hours.
You're fucking.
Like, it's not like something that has to like, sometimes with HRT, like they say it needs to be dialed in and sometimes it takes a little bit longer, you know,
but you're saying with peptides, you're going to see results that fast.
I mean, it depends.
It depends on which one.
Yeah.
But you'll, I think you will notice something in your system within that time.
Like you'll notice more energy or you'll notice, gosh, I can't eat anything.
I'm not hungry at all.
That would let you know.
Like you probably took too much of a semi-glutide or chiseptide.
That's what that, you know, GLP-1 only is called the semi-glutite.
But anyway, yeah, I think that.
It just depends on...
Which one you're taking in the side of fact of it.
What you're taking.
Yeah.
And a lot of people are stacking, you know, like three or four at a time.
And so then that's going to be a factor as well.
Another factor is, you know, how resource are you to begin with.
Like how well slept are you?
How well fed are you?
What's your starving place.
Are you under a lot of stress at this time?
Or are you pretty chill at the moment, you know, all that stuff?
Yeah, I love all this information.
The last one I want to ask you about is glow.
That's a big one I always hear about because it's all like anti-aging makes you look great, great for your skin and rejuvenates you.
Do you know that one?
That's a stack, right?
The glow?
Yeah, that's a stack of three different peptides.
Yeah.
It's got the GHKCU in it, the BPC-157 and what's the third?
KPV.
So the GHK-C-C-U, the GHK-K-C-C-C-C-C-C-C-C-C-C-C-Per is basically, you know how everyone's putting
like collagen peptides in their coffee and in their smoothies these days.
I often will tell people to not waste their money on those powders because not that much
of that collagen is actually getting utilized.
Right.
Like it's not really absorbing and it's not really, you know, functioning in your body.
You want to get collagen like my, you know, the tried and true Chinese.
medicine way is drink bone broth, you know, bone broth all the time. And so that's my tried and
true way of keeping skin and hair and nails healthy. But the GHKCU basically stimulates
natural collagen production in your body. So similar to those secretagogues for growth hormone,
this one is going to bring more of your endogenous collagen forward. So that is why
They're really talking about that one for like skin and nails and hair.
And I've had people, you know, clients and people in my company that I work with who are maybe like in their late 60s.
And they've done just a round of just that one peptide, the GHKCU.
And within like within 48 hours, they're like, wow, look at my skin.
Wow, look at my face.
You're kidding.
Total facelift.
Yeah, which is really exciting, you know, especially if you're a woman and you want to maintain a certain look in your later years.
And so I think that one is really great.
It's also because it's college and it's not just for beauty, but it's also going to support joints, spinal health.
I had another woman I was working with within this company and she said she was having severe, you know, chronic, long-going.
standing back pain for years and years and years.
And once she got on the GHKCUU, it started to shift, started to change.
Now, the BPC 157, that is in this stack that we're talking about, is also for joint pain
and repair of tissue.
So that BPC 157, I actually took it as a standalone peptide when I had,
some severe nerve pain in my left neck and shoulder that I'd had for about seven months.
You know, the kind of neck pain where you're like, let me turn my whole body to the left
in order to look at you.
Yeah, yeah, it's bad.
Like you can't turn your head.
And that, I mean, it got, I had it for seven months.
I'd done all the acupuncture, all the chiropractic, everything, you know,
was doing all the low inflammatory food diet stuff.
Nothing was really helping.
And within seven days of taking an oral,
BPC 157 supplement, I was so much better.
So much better.
And then within two weeks, the pain was totally gone.
So, you know, that took a little bit more time.
That peptide can take a little bit more time to notice.
Plus, because it was oral, but these are now being injected.
So maybe it's like quicker than the oral.
But in oral, that's pretty fast for something, taking something orally.
Exactly.
It was still pretty fast.
Yeah, I think so.
And I think, you know, even with injectables, the BPC can take a little bit more time because you're working on like, you know, joint pain.
You're working on things that are a little bit deeper and more systemic.
Also, that one is for healing gut wall lining, which pretty much everyone needs.
Oh, my God, right?
Who doesn't?
Everyone has leaky gut.
So the BPC is working on two really, really important, you know, part.
parts of your basic functionality.
And then the KPV is also a gut health regulator.
And I believe also, I'm not, can't speak to that one as eloquently,
but I believe that one also is a gut wall lining rehabilitator.
So if people are interested, right, in getting on a peptide or something,
you offer these services like people, and I'm assuming that you could treat any other.
do they have to be in your state or you,
because you're not really prescribing these, right?
So do you see people all over and then you direct them
if they wanted to get a peptides like you help them through you?
And then you direct them to the right people that you know and have vetted
and trusted and everything and that's how it works, correct?
Exactly.
Yeah.
So if anyone listening is like, oh, I want to talk to Dr. Willow about what just.
Just shoot me an email.
Yeah.
Just shoot me an email.
Yeah.
It's connect at Dr.
Willowbrown.
connect at DR willowbrown.com.
And I'd be happy to hop on a call and talk to anyone about it.
I love talking peptides because honestly, I feel like they are giving people back their brains,
their attunement, their capacity to pay attention.
Like what you're saying.
It's really hard to pay attention when your gut is in the toilet and you didn't sleep last
night and you're eating McDonald's for breakfast.
you know, it's hard to be attuned when those are the cases.
Yeah.
And the big one for sexual health is the PT-141, correct?
Correct.
Right.
So that's what people could look into guys, right?
You don't have to take Cialis or Viagra.
This is going to do it.
Is there one that, this is my last question because I was thinking of the copper one.
Have they got one that changes reverses graying of the hair?
I don't know.
I don't know.
That one might.
It's not going to be.
very immediate. I will say that.
I feel like they have to learn
how to reverse that.
Yeah, I'm sure that'll be coming.
I mean, the science on this stuff right now is the Wild West right now.
So anything is possible.
But who's I going to say?
Something about, I don't know, I've lost it.
I was going to say Malanatan might, but I don't know.
That's okay.
Let's get back to you.
So the Taoist and the tantra, like the tantra, like do they work together or is one
totally different? Are they very similar in saying the same thing but in different ways? I mean,
you teach both, right? So I'm just, I'm assuming they're like very different. Could they,
do they work together? Like, because they're from different, right? They're from different places.
Yeah, they work. They work together. I mean, they're from, they're both from the east.
You know, I had a teacher at one point along the journey who was more, he was an Arvading teacher,
old school Chinese guy, you know, just very traditional. And he was very into.
Arveda as well, but he was a Chinese medicine teacher. And he was adamant. He's like, it all comes
from Tibet, you know? Right. Like, okay. Well, that makes sense. Like, Tibet is right in the
middle. It's a little bit higher. And like, we don't really hear about Tibetan medicine as much,
but there is Tibetan tantra. You know, there's a whole bunch to know about what, you know,
philosophies and lineages are coming from that tradition.
It's just that this is my understanding is that, you know, like the Chinese basically
stole a lot of that wisdom and tradition and called it their own or whatever.
So I'm not going to go down that rabbit hole because I'm not as educated on that as I would
like to be.
But basically, they are very synonymous.
You know, there's a lot of different breath holds, breath techniques.
that just blend and overlap and work so beautifully together.
So I think for everyone learning how to draw fire levels of arousal into your low back,
which is where your adrenals live,
I like to think about your adrenals as like a cauldron for your sexuality.
And some people's cauldron is empty.
And some people's is halfway full.
and some people is rolling and boiling.
And when we see, when we meet someone in there, and they've got a shine that's coming out of their eyes and they've got a glow to their skin, then we can kind of surmise like, wow, they've got a good cauldron full of Jing Chi.
In Chinese medicine, there's five different kinds of chi, and Jingchi is sexual chi.
So, chi, if you don't know what that is, it's energy that makes sense.
all of life happen basically it's in everything it's in those trees it's in that dog it's in the
air it's in you it's everywhere and so um jing chi the word jing jing j and g it translates to sexuality
and it also translates to essence and so this word essence you know it's one of the first
things that i kind of orient to people people too when they come to me is like what you know could you
paint a picture of your essence. Like, what is your essence do? How does it move? What does it
attract? All of these different things. And a lot of people are really having no idea what I'm
asking them. Like, what are you talking about? Exactly. Right. Yeah. You know. And so I feel like I
love getting people in touch with their truest, most authentic essence. Because what we do in this life and in this
world is we, we, you know, achieve to succeed. Like, I am a woman. I am a Chinese medicine doctor. I have this
much money in my bank account. I am a mother. I am a nurse. I am a whatever. We put all these different
hats on, right? We put all these different archetypes on. I am a calm person. I am a angry person.
Just whatever, all these different sort of egoic masks that we wear. Right. And underneath all of that,
when you take all of that away is your essence.
Right.
And so your essence is like your truest, truest self.
And when we are in a state of total rapture, you know, like when we're riding an orgasmic
high of like a level eight or a nine, we're in our essence.
Right.
You know, we're just, you can see someone's truest, most authentic, most beautiful, radiant self
in that state.
And so when we get to know
our sexuality
at this deeper, more refined,
more attuned level,
then we know ourselves
at a deeper, more refined, attuned
level. And when we know ourselves,
we know God or
spirit or essence or whatever
you want to call it. And from
that place, we can bring
more wholeness
to every encounter that we have.
And then we're bringing our
our own innate medicine, right? If we think about ourselves as little elixirs of medicine,
then we're bringing that to the people in our lives, the people that we are intimate with,
the people that we love, the people that we care about. And, you know, if we could all do that
at a higher level, the world would be a lot more fun to play in. Yeah, because listen, I do believe
that on some level, we could all kind of feel stuff about people, right, a little bit of
energy there when we start engaging with them.
But you're saying like you could like take that to the 100th power, right?
That's what is the ultimate goal.
And you have the, you know how to guide people to do that.
Yes, absolutely.
You know, I think sexuality so often we learn like, you know, it's, it's all about
sex is penetrative sex.
It's get it in, get it off, get it out, you know.
And there's so much more.
There's so much more.
Like we're looking through a tiny pigeonhole of what sexuality is.
If we move away from that tiny pigeonhole, we can see that sexuality is like, you know, a whisper on the neck, a graze across the ass.
And it's like when, you know, back to men opening women, you know, it's like instead of going straight for the genitals, like brush past them.
Like run your hands along the whole inside seam of the leg.
There's some really important channels or meridians that run.
along there. And as you run your hands along those channels, you're opening up, you know, titillation,
you're opening up inspiration, you're opening up more excitement in her body and you just graze past
the yoni. You touch the lips. You flutter your fingers across the clitoral head. You don't like go
straight for it. You want her to be at a certain level of arousal. And there's all these Taoist,
you know ancient books about like you know her breath should change to this level her eye
eyes should dilate to that level you know her she should be at this level before you even get to
the yonies yeah exactly yeah i mean listen as a woman i love foreplay we need foreplay you know we're just
not ready as quickly as guys right it just even just physically right how do you work with clients
Gosh, in all different ways.
I do coaching with clients online, so I've got clients all over the world, actually, all over the country.
And then I also do in-person with clients, so I'll do, you know, like a VIP weekend with a couple, or I'll put someone into, like, if they're local, I'll put them into a three-month container where I get to pull out whatever I want out of my bag of tricks.
them you know just kind of they're buying the transformation that they want i had a client recently
who was a younger woman who was having some serious pelvic pain and she had for seven years she'd
been in this pain and fear cycle and she went to every expert every doctor every test every
lab everything she did she couldn't figure it out and everyone was just like you've got this incurable
thing and you're never gonna sorry you know that was what they left her my god
And I was like, what?
And she's young and beautiful and like, you know, wants a life and wants to have a baby and a partner.
And great sex, yeah.
In great sex.
And in different positions, you know.
And so within three months' time, we have got her shifted pretty dramatically.
So it's pretty exciting to, you know, for her to have a lot less pain for a lot less time, more longer periods of no pain.
of no pain and also because I'm not just working with her body I'm working with her her psyche
her her ancestral lineage you know basically like I'm pulling the patriarchy out of women's vajajs
all the time right and it's like profound you know how it got by a lot of times my mom or my grandma
put that limiting belief inside of me that's where that came from you know and so pulling all of
that out of the tissues, working with people somatically, like getting somatic healing, you know,
in place in people's bodies is so profound. I mean, for me, it's just candy. You know, I love it.
Right. So you'll do an assessment and then you have all these different tools you could bring, right?
But it really, like you take into consideration the mind-body connection, but you also have like
HRT, the peptides to pull out, right? And then you'll direct them to different places.
if they have to.
And you could work energetically with people like online.
Oh yeah, definitely.
I do all the time.
Yeah, I love all this stuff.
Like I, you know, I'm very into the mind-body connection.
I've always, you know, I used to go to acupuncture all the time when I was trying to have a baby.
I love Eastern and Western ways of looking at things.
I think you have to take it all into consideration.
I have, you know, I love the whole tantra thing.
I mean, we all learned about it from St.
you know, that's my day.
Like, you're like, oh, you know, you could fuck for like 18 hours.
But, you know, I've had much, I've had a lot more people coming on my show and really
explaining it.
I've never had someone come on and talk about the Taoist, you know, view of things.
And that could really help guys or couples, right, just have better sex.
Yeah, absolutely.
Yep.
And there's just, and there's, it's, it can be, I can feel like a little bit of an
overwhelming body of knowledge, but I really encourage people to just, you know,
get your feet in the water and then slowly start to wade in.
And it doesn't take long to, you know,
learn and integrate these ways and these practices,
this higher level of attunement,
all of that into your system.
And it's so worth the journey.
Like no man ever who learned how to have non-execulatory orgasms has ever been like,
gosh, wish I hadn't learned that.
Oh, no.
I don't know if it was layered.
I had that episode on recently.
Maybe it was Leah that talked about it.
It might have been.
Yeah.
And I was getting a lot of emails about it.
And it does work.
I mean,
people who have,
you know,
tried the,
like,
it is something you have to,
like,
commit to and everything,
but it's great that there are people
like you and Leah
that could help people work through it
or they have programs
that teach them how to do it,
but that kind of stuff
really works.
And do people,
do you have,
I mean,
why don't you give out all,
like,
your shout out to your website
where people could find you, what is on your website, your podcast, all that kind of good stuff.
Yeah, you can either go to Dr. Willowbrown.com.
So, DR.willowbrown.com.
That's my website.
And there's, everything is on there.
Or you can go to sex reimagined.com.
And that's where Leah and I is podcasts and all of our programs and courses.
I've got programs and courses my own.
She has her own.
And then we've got our joined everything.
So I mean, gosh, so much education over in our corner of the world.
Do you want me to put your link tree or your website?
Which would you rather or, you know, for your episode?
Okay, I'll put your website on.
And so if anyone wants to go to you, I mean, I feel like I had you all over the place.
Peptides, we talk a little bit about a tune, men, Taoist, Tantra.
I like it.
I don't know.
I learned a lot from you.
Yeah.
I learned a lot from you.
I'm like, I would use you.

interesting and fun so fun yeah it was great talking to you Kathy is such a pleasure
thanks Willow have a good day bye okay bye okay okay I just want to tell you that my book
Strictly anonymous confessions, the secret sex lives of total strangers is available now as an
audiobook. I've been waiting for this since it came out in December. The book is basically 17
different stories taken from my show. Some of the best stories, okay? I kind of picked one from
each category that I talk about on my show. There's a hot wife story, a cuck queen story,
a gangbane girl story. Like I said, it's 17 stories. And they're all
told in the third person and they're all true. Okay, this isn't like an erotica book that's made up.
These are real true sex stories, okay? It's written in a very direct tone. It's not so over the top like
erotica. I don't really kind of like that vibe, right? But these are true stories. They're short chapters.
They're easy to read. And now you could just sit back and listen because it's going to be available in
the audiobook. I didn't do the audiobook because I sucked at it. Okay, so I let them hire a professional,
and I promise you she sounds hot so you can get the audiobook and sit down and listen to some
hot stories while you're driving around, just like you listen to my show. The link will be in the
description. And if you get my book in any format, it's available in ebook, paperback, and
audiobook, I'll throw in a complimentary link to my Discord. My Discord does not disappoint.
there's no way to get into my Discord
unless I send you the link.
All you got to do if you get my book
is send me a screenshot of your purchase
to Strictly Anonymous Podcast at gmail.com.
