Strictly Anonymous Confessions - 1589 - Tracking Libido, Mood, Sexual Activity & More w/Tracy

Episode Date: September 12, 2026

Tracy created Moanr, an app that tracks your libido, mood, sexual activity and other relationship data with up to eight partners, and she called in to talk all about it. Tune in to hear all the detail...s including what couples can use the Moanr app for, how Moanr combines personal check-ins with data from Apple Health, Google Fit and wearable devices, exactly how users create their dashboards and choose what information to share with each partner, what Tracy and her husband learned from sharing their own dashboards, how the app tracks libido and reveals mismatched patterns that can help couples find better times to connect, the feedback they received from both monogamous and non-monogamous couples, how Tracy and her husband went from completely monogamous to ethically non-monogamous and discovered they were both bisexual, the new features designed to spark conversations between couples, what happened when they had their four adult children beta test the app, how its encryption keeps users’ private data from being seen, shared or sold, how users can connect with up to eight partners, where to find Moanr and how to sign up, why Tracy and her husband are out and proud as a bisexual non-monogamous couple plus a whole lot more. Okay, today I have a fun episode on. I'm talking to Tracy Daley. She's the co-founder of an app called Moner, Monor app, M-O-A-N-R.
Starting point is 00:03:41 It's this amazing app that her and her husband created. She's got a really super interesting backstory of how and why she decided to create the Moner app. Her guy is into tech. She became a sexologist way later in life. And I find out like mid-conversations. that her and her guy are non-monogamous. They started out sharing their Monor app with non-monogamous,
Starting point is 00:04:05 the non-monogamous community in Ontario that they are a part of. What's great about their app is how you input your information and then how you get to share it with your partner. It's all about data. I love data. I talk about how much I love data. I think you could find out everything with data. And without data, you're fucking clueless.
Starting point is 00:04:22 So this gives, you know, so much data about each partner in a relationship and what's great is that the data is shared on a dashboard for both people to look at. So it gets couples talking. What's cool about this app is, you know, it's not just for two people. You could input up to eight separate people into one dashboard. So like when I say that they started out for non-monogamous people, they created it with them in mind. So if you're a poly, if you're in a thruple, you have a lot of partners you want to add in.
Starting point is 00:04:58 track with the Moner app. You can do that. But it's great for even a couple that's together at any time in their relationship. It's going to get you talking. It shares so much different data in the app, including sexual health and safety. And with that data, you could figure out different things about not only yourself, but your partner too. She talks about how her partner use the app to figure out something that was going on with her. And then she also talks about, you know, early users of the app and how it changed their relationship and what they got out of it. She talked about how she got all her kids to use it at first, and they still use it now to this day.
Starting point is 00:05:38 She talks about a new fun addition that's coming to the app in a couple of weeks. I love apps like this. I think anything that gets couples talking and sharing information, and because I love data, I think this is a great app to sign up for. She talks all about it. You're going to find out exactly how it works, what it does for you. and she talks about how to sign up for it. There will be a link in the description.
Starting point is 00:06:00 I told her she's got to come onto the show. She was a listener of my show. She talks about that at the end of the conversation. And I do get a little backstory on her second marriage, and it's super interesting. So she's going to be back on to talk about it. But anyway, we talk all about Moner app. I think it's a great app.
Starting point is 00:06:16 If you want to sign up, I'm going to put the link in the description, but you're going to get all the details about it now. So I'm going to get right to him to be right back on with Tracy. This is strictly a number, Anonymous Podcast. Strictly Anonymous Podcast. Hi, Tracy.
Starting point is 00:06:33 Welcome to the Strictly Anonymous Podcast. How are you today? I'm fantastic. Thanks for having me. Listen, Tracy, you are on because you're the co-founder of a great app. I love apps for couples. Okay? Like, I really think a lot of times people have a hard time like talking to each other and stuff.
Starting point is 00:06:51 And any kind of app, all the apps out there nowadays for couples that help that, like sort of help bridge that gap, right, about, you know, between, I don't know, just giving data to each other about stuff, I think is like really great. And your app is called Moner, M-O-A-N-R, right? It's the Moner app. And I'm assuming they could get that app for Android or Apple, right? Correct? That is correct. It's in the stores today. Okay, so just explain like, you know, what you would say Moner is all about and then, you know, I have a million questions for you. Happy to talk all about it. It's my passion and my drive and my desire.
Starting point is 00:07:33 So Moner is a relationship ecosystem app that allows you to take your emotional well-being, your feelings, your day-to-day moments that you're connecting in with your own feelings along with your biometric data. So think of your whoop, your aura rings, your garment, your apple, Apple watches, takes that data of your stress levels, your heart rates, your HRV, and puts them all together for you to see yourself, your whole body, not just one aspect or another. So with women, sorry, with females that ovulate allows you to check your period and track that. But the best part is you get to share that with a partner.
Starting point is 00:08:15 And you get to share it in an encrypted way. So instead of doing the mind reading, why? is my partner struggling emotionally and is shut down? Oh, I can see that their stress levels are high. It gives me a way of connecting in instead of being accusatory or negative, oh, you never touch me or you never want to talk to me. I can see that, dad. I can see what's going on so you can have a better conversation and really create those empathy insights to strengthen a relationship. Yeah, and you could even do it backwards. You could start noticing the days where things are good and maybe try to correlate, like, why is it that always this time of the month,
Starting point is 00:08:56 she wants to fuck me? It's like, yeah, because she's ovulating. You know what I mean? And now you'll be able to see that. You know what I mean? That kind of formation is really good. It's funny because so many, and I think men maybe realize it a lot later in life when they start to like lose their testosterone need to go on it. That's like, you know, how much like hormones really do affect people's moods, right? Like women are just made to feel like they're crazy their whole lives. I think guys, you know, at least when I was growing up, like, you know, everyone I think that, you know, women were just so dramatic. But like your period affects every, it's, hormones are everything when it comes to mood and libido and all of that. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:09:30 And because a woman goes through her mental cycle, there are different things that are going on at different times. And the fact that you could track it, I think really can help because there are times in that cycle, you're going to be fucking crabby or you're going to cry for no reason or you're going to be wake up horny, right? Like for no reason. Like that's a real thing that women go through. And they're still getting their period. But let me ask you this. What is your background? And then, you know, tell me how it sort of got you into creating the Moner app.
Starting point is 00:09:59 Like what led to you thinking of this app specifically. Like, I don't know if it ties into what you were doing in the past. But you said it's your passion. So I wonder. It is my passion. And it took me a few decades to be able to live my passion. So I've always been in roles that I was a number two. I was supporting someone's vision, someone's dream.
Starting point is 00:10:21 and I was working in HR, working in finance, and really was the lifeblood and the go-to person when something was challenged and something became a personal issue at work. I became a de facto therapist that many people in HR can. And it took me, it took me a few decades, a really nasty divorce to go, it's time to focus on me. It's time to focus on what my passion is. And it's great that I've been doing this for others. and it's great that I really want to support others, but I need to do it in a way that can move the bar forward in really my vision.
Starting point is 00:11:01 So I went back to school to become a sexologist and really loving the fact that I did that in my early 50s. And through my previous marriage and subsequent divorce, I happened to meet my co-founder who is also my life partner. And both of us going through divorce and having children trying to blend that family, there felt like such a bigger stake in making our relationship work. And we looked back on our relationships. We were lacking tools.
Starting point is 00:11:35 The love wasn't gone in some aspects, but the tools definitely weren't there. And wouldn't it have been so much easier if we had access to those tools to not have the resentment build because we thought the partner was acting or thinking one way or another? and we've always wanted to work together. His background is encryption and technology. He's one of the top in the field. So when we started brainstorming probably after sex, let's get real, the post-coidist cuddle.
Starting point is 00:12:08 And we're like, how do we figure out a way to work with each other, work for each other, and build the vision that we have? So that's what led us into Medi-Eng Technologies and into Moner itself. Right. And Med-Inc Technologies is, there's a couple other apps that you have in there and everything, but this is just one of them underneath that company, right? Yeah, we're a new startup. We've been around for about a year, and Moner is our app that's out there for relationships.
Starting point is 00:12:38 We're growing a few other apps, and those are in development right now that will focus on platonic friendships and also connecting some of those, relationship aspects of mowner into therapy dashboards. But all of that is built on encryption that makes sure that all the data is yours, can't be shared, can't be sold, and there's no risk of having that data out there, which is really important when you're talking about sex, when you're talking about intimacy, when you're talking about relationship struggles, you don't want to turn out to be on someone's spreadsheet that's now selling you
Starting point is 00:13:14 stuff you never agreed to and never wanted. Yeah, imagine. That's not something you can do with us. Yeah, that's why we all have all these crazy emails coming in, right? Because we don't realize. But every time you're in anything, right? They're like sharing all your shit, right? That's happening all the time.
Starting point is 00:13:28 It's terrible. Yep. So like, what kind of research did you do, right? Going into this to hone in on like exactly what you decided to like include or, right? I don't know if that's the right. You know what I'm asking you. Like, that's the right way to say. So there's many pieces that we,
Starting point is 00:13:47 We've linked in our website that really talk about the psychology behind connection and making sure that we are paying attention to each other and to ourselves. So we've really focused in on some of the fathers and the grandfathers of psychology that help you understand yourself better. The technology aspect is something that's not there yet. And that's what we're putting forward. We stare at our phones like all the time. Who leaves the health anymore?
Starting point is 00:14:17 for getting their phone. You go back to go get your phone. So to us, it only seemed natural to build that technology and make this type of technology not so fearful because you know that that privacy is there. And having those tools at your fingertips when you're standing in line at the grocery store going, well, you know, I buy flowers, but I don't even know that that's something that they're going to even care about. It's going to even respond in the right way today. So I can see that. So that's really what got us getting into that space was really building, building something
Starting point is 00:14:55 accessible. Right. That's backed by fact and not by, not by something that just is a meme on a Instagram. Right. Okay, guys, want better orgasms and way bigger loads that also taste better? Well, there happens to be a supplement that will not only increase your loads. It will make your jizz taste better, okay? And it's called Low Boost by VB Health.
Starting point is 00:15:24 Load Boost is not some sketchy supplement, okay? It is the one supplement that my listeners email me about the most. And besides being a favorite supplement of my listeners, it's a favorite supplement of adult film stars too. And let me tell you what? else load boost is good for. It's great for prostate and sperm health with ingredients that promote fertility and improve sperm motility and morphology. Their latest formula also includes an enzyme called bromoline and that's what's going to make your jizz taste better. Okay, maybe you could get your
Starting point is 00:16:01 girl to finally swallow once you start taking load boost and the good news is. Okay, she's going to start swallowing sooner than you think because load boost works super fast. I'm people see results in just days of taking it with most people seeing full results just after two to three weeks of daily use. And that's not too long to commit to bigger and better tasting jizz. Now listen, all you got to do to get some loadboost is visit loadboost.com and use my code strictly and you're going to get 10% off. That's loadboost.com. Use code strictly for 10% off or just go to the description and click on the link and use my code strictly. How does it track the different things that it tracks?
Starting point is 00:16:46 Like with mood and energy tracking. There's libido tracking. Like where is it getting its data and what is it using? And you know, how much of it is you inputting in as well as like, and I would assume the other data is like from your wearables, right? So it's about 50-50 because at this point we haven't gotten into your feelings in a ring and in a bracelet. it in a patch.
Starting point is 00:17:12 Imagine we could. I'm not sure if I'm ready for that stage of technology. I'm sure it's going to need a lot, a lot of tweaks. But there is a physical check-in that takes you about a minute and a half to add that information in. And the rest of it is through your wearables, connecting it through that data. You don't have to have a wearable to have that information. You can just go off of a physical check-in.
Starting point is 00:17:40 but you're you're missing a big segment of understanding the whole whole part of your partner. Not both partners wear wearable. So it doesn't prohibit you from using it if you don't use it. But if you don't use a wearable, but it definitely enhances the aspects. Would an iPhone and just the health app on it be something a little bit more than not having a wearable and not having anything? Because don't you, doesn't that track some stuff in there? I know my health app does for sure. Yes.
Starting point is 00:18:13 So if you have your phone and you have connected to Google Fit or to Apple Health, there are some basic components. But as the wearables market will tell you, there's only a certain level of information you're going to get that way. Right. You're tracking how much sleep that you have. Well, how close is your phone to your bed? I know.
Starting point is 00:18:35 It's hearing snoring is that you or your spouse. Right. That having having the best data, the most accurate data is really key in that. Otherwise, you're deciphering it. You're breaking it all down. That's not as helpful. But by all means, like I've got two wearables on most days because I like to see the different ways that they pull data and which one I think I feel is more accurate.
Starting point is 00:19:00 And that's, but I also don't need it as well. I've got my phone on me 90% of the time. So you can use really, really either way that you want to go. And so how does it, like, walk me through, like, using the app, you know, as a, you know, and then we'll talk about, like, when your partner goes in and what they see and stuff, but, like, walk me through you going in there yourself. So the first thing that you do when you open up the app is it brings you to our education, which is our blog information that tells you latest articles, whether you're tracking about
Starting point is 00:19:30 your, your HRV and understanding what that component is, information around decoding the secret stressors in your relationship, learning how to, you know, to talk about sexual communication and making sure that you're initiating those intimate talks in a safe, protected way without communication breakdown. So you step into the education, you can read all those articles right at your fingertips. What you then go into is your dashboard. There's a button to click dashboard and you see all of the calendar. it shows you if you're a female that you get your period.
Starting point is 00:20:09 You can see when that is. You can see when those gaps of spaces, when your ovulation is. You log in your sexual activity, so who you're having sex with. We do support up to eight partners, so it's not just you and one other partner. We do support those that are in the ethically non-monogamous and the polyureate community as well. And you can love in when you're having sex, you log in your emotions. and it pulls in your biometric data as well. And you can see a report.
Starting point is 00:20:40 You can see it daily. You can see it weekly. You can see it 90 days and 120 days of who you are and what's going on with you and how many times you're logging pain. It was something that I had noticed. Actually, I shouldn't take the credit. My partner noticed, and I'll explain that a little bit. He was able to pull, by seeing my data, he was able to warn me of something that I was
Starting point is 00:21:05 ignoring that I ended up having, which was diabetes. You're kidding. He was able to nudge me in that way because I'm someone that doesn't go to the doctor. So seeing the, your ankles are in pain, your feet are in pain, you're constantly thirsty, something's going on. But I'm kind of getting a little bit ahead of myself. I didn't see that information. It was there right in front of me.
Starting point is 00:21:26 Right. That's what we get to the partner going in as well, right? Yeah. Yeah. Like I figured, oh, it's perimenopause, whatever. or like it's, you know, there's amongst a plethora of issues. That's probably all it is.
Starting point is 00:21:37 Yeah. In the app, you get to share that with, like I mentioned, one partner or up to eight other partners that allow you to choose how much information that you want to share. You can choose how often you're masturbating or having sex with your partner or not share that information at all.
Starting point is 00:21:56 You can share your biometric data, not your biometric data. You get to granularly choose how much. you want to share with whatever partner that you have, they can see that information in their dashboard. So for me, my spouse is in there. I can see how he's feeling. And that's where the story that I just mentioned before came up, he was looking at the
Starting point is 00:22:19 dashboard for me and noticed all of these logs of me saying I was thirsty and having ankle pain and calf pain and just constantly having little bits and pieces of issues that you could see my stress levels were up and that allowed him to have a conversation with me about do you think it's time to go to the doctor i mean i'd like to say that i actually listened to him it it took a an awakening health-wise to go okay maybe you're right i guess i'm right and i'll go yeah um but he he could have said I told you so. He chose not to say I told you so, so I'm very grateful for that. Along with him seeing my information and me seeing his, we have what's called a shared dashboard so you can see where you're sinking and where you're not. We have questions that you answer
Starting point is 00:23:14 at the end of your check-in every day that allows you to get to know your partner better and share that information back and forth, whether it's intimacy-style questions or date-night-style questions to build that connection better. Maybe it's something that you feel like being playful or don't want to be playful. They see where your desires lay. You just get all of that in your relationship dashboard between the two of you to really understand each other better. You can map where you're sleeping better together, where their heart rate levels are not
Starting point is 00:23:51 calmer when you're together. You can see all of that to really strengthen the relationship. that you have between each other and open up those conversations. Does it like condense the data and then like make suggestions or explain things? Like is it hard to, I would assume it's not hard to read. Like you did something to make it so that when people could go in, is it like, oh, this is like your libido, this is your emotion. You know, like how does it sort of look and how is it all the data present it?
Starting point is 00:24:18 So that, because I love data by the way. And I would be like your husband. I would be figuring shit out. I feel like there is so much you learn. Like I'm obsessed with data and I learn everything from data and I love anything that gives me data. You know what I mean? And some people though aren't so data interested. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:24:34 But you can, right? Like your husband is, but you not so much. But like, you know, how does that, how is that data sort of condensed and given to the user to make that? So, you know, is it separated like libido, mood, sleep. Like, I don't know. Can you explain? It is. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:51 It's separated just for you to see yourself. Right. just for you to see your partner. Yeah. And also in the third window, sees the two of you together. So you can see where he is more horny in the morning and I'm more horny in the evening.
Starting point is 00:25:08 Yeah. So you can see where those obedo mismatches happen and create those spaces in between to try to bridge that intimacy gap. It's very clear and concise and breaks down the important components. and if you want to dig in further, then there's spaces to dig in further. But there's a really straightforward user dashboard that gets you a good overview of all of that information. How does it know when you're horny?
Starting point is 00:25:35 Is that you giving it the input? That is you giving the input. Until the technology gets better that wearables are reading that, it is a manual entry. Right. But, I mean, like I would assume that menstrual cycle information, you know, probably could help, right? I mean, I don't get my period anymore, but I feel like for women that do,
Starting point is 00:26:01 you could track libido with a menstrual cycle. I mean, nature just makes you hornier when you're ovulating. I mean, that's something that people should know, no? Isn't that true? For that, yes, but when you get to right before your period, some women get extremely horny right before their period as a way to that desire of procreation that gets in the back of your head. Some women go the opposite direction.
Starting point is 00:26:25 So the only way that you're going to know that that's going to be something that you specifically are going to feel is by logging that. Yeah, that's smart. Yeah. Yeah. So that's how you know. Then you know. Then you can track it. And not just you.
Starting point is 00:26:36 Yeah. So I'm in pariopause. Yeah. Why is this symptom and that symptom happening? Is it just in my head? No, I have that data to go, hey, I noticed that I have more dryness. I need more lube when I have sex. I notice that I have issues in this space or this space.
Starting point is 00:26:56 I have all that data very all put together all in one spot that allow me to share that with my doctor. And that's actually one of the components that we're working on next that we're looking to release in the fall is a way of sharing that encryptedly with your doctor as well to help get those 15 minutes appointments. That's all you get with your doctor anymore, really condense and have that data driven. because that's what they need to do to make their decisions on how to support you and your overall health is to have that data concise and direct to know what's going on. And what was your feedback like from early users or even from you and your partner? Like what did you find out over time besides the fact that you were dealing with this other thing?
Starting point is 00:27:39 Like how did it help? Like what did you find out? Like how long did it take before you started to see trends? A lot of questions. We launched this out. no, that's quite okay. I'm happy to answer them all. We launched this in the ethical non-monogamy space because it's a space that I'm familiar with people in, in my area in Toronto, Ontario. That they, they were, a lot of the users that were connecting to the app were going, so I'm,
Starting point is 00:28:06 I'm horny and I can't seem to line up with my spouse between work and between kids and between different aspects of life. When is their time? By the time you initiate, it's already too late. So one of the first things that we got feedback for was that alignment of intimacy. And no one likes to schedule it, but at least to know here's a better window. He's typically going to want it in the morning and I'm going to typically, by my data, want it in the evening. Let's have those conversations that will allow that to happen more often because you can
Starting point is 00:28:43 have that window of, okay, this is when he typically is. I can approach him in a way that's going to make him feel supported and loved. And vice versa for that matter. That was one of the first responses that we got was the libido mismatch. And then it really focused around relationship challenges. The stress levels have been something that a lot of our users are really stepping into understanding how you might physically forward-facing present stress versus what your wearables are saying are the stress.
Starting point is 00:29:19 We each handle our stress in different ways, and we don't always pick up on that. That's something that our users were really excited about getting down into that nitty-gritty of understanding someone being Kurt or someone being short really wasn't about them. It was really about their stress. Let me ask. Listen, I talk to non-monogamous people all day long. You know, I mean, that's like kind of what my show is built on to just show. show that like, you know, I always say like the point of my show is not that like everyone needs
Starting point is 00:29:48 to be non-monogamous. I'm not even, I've never even been in a non-monogamous relationship, but what my show is here to say is like not only can it work, like when it does work, a lot of couples are closer because of it. And I think many people would be surprised to know that, right? So I've talked to over 1,500 people all about not, mostly about non-monogamy, you know. And so you said you focused on the non-monogamous community in the beginning. Were they the people that you had in mind? Or was it like every couple? And those, those are the people that you just just sort of tested it out with in the beginning? It was because both my partner and I are part of the ethically non-monogamous community.
Starting point is 00:30:25 So it was very easy for us to step into that space because we already had many friends and a large community. I also am the socials manager and events manager for the largest club in Ontario, which is Club M4. So it just naturally, like, the people are there. Yeah. Why would I not reach out to my people? All right, guys.
Starting point is 00:30:48 The next time you have sex, want to feel fully on and ready, both mentally and physically, well, then you need to check out Blue Chew Gold. So you're not just physically ready. You're actually going to be in the mood
Starting point is 00:31:26 because, listen, getting hard is not the same thing as getting aroused. Now, I can't take blue chew, so I've never tried it, but my co-host, Adam, tried it. And this is what he had to say. These are his words exactly. Not only did I get horny and erect. I came three times in one, nine, which never happens, okay? So want to feel like Adam did the next time you have sex? Well, go get yourself some Blue Chew Gold. There's a reason Blue Chew is the number one brand for better sex. And I thank Bluetooth for sponsoring the pod and the bedroom. Yeah. And they're pretty open people too to begin with.
Starting point is 00:32:30 Let me ask you this. Now I have questions for you real quick. Were you and your guy both non-monogamous before or was it something that you guys decided to like was one of you that non-monogamous before, then got the other one into it? because you're both like second marriage, right? So like, who were you guys before? We were 100% monogamous. Before.
Starting point is 00:32:49 Before. Uh-huh. And we decided to step into non-monogamy about a year into our relationship. And it wasn't for anything more than an information article on the news when we were driving. You're kidding. You're kidding. About a club that said, hey, this stuff goes on. And we're like, I've always been curious.
Starting point is 00:33:09 Yeah. And he said, I've always been curious. And we trusted each other and said, we don't have to do anything. Why don't we just go to the club and see what it's about? And we went and we were embraced with open arms and felt community right away. We're encouraged to step in and get to know people in a non-judgment, non-threatening way, very warm and welcoming community. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:37 And we started going to that club for about six months and then started branching out further. And it took us about nine months or so before we decided to step into practicing ethical nominogamy. We just kind of like the openness in space. During that space, we also figured out that we were both bisexual. So that wasn't something that we were able to really embrace or stay out loud with our previous partners. but in my connection with Kevin, we were able to come out to each other and to our children. And it just seemed like a natural space to be part of that.
Starting point is 00:34:21 Amazing. I've heard this story many times before, you know what I mean? Like the vanilla people decided to do it totally different second time around. You know, I love it. I think that that's amazing. And especially like, listen, you know, what always blows my mind,
Starting point is 00:34:33 and I'm going to get back to your app, but real quick because you said like, both of you figured out that you were both by, you know, together. And what I always found surprising when I first started to talk to people in the lifestyle is like how a lot of times, like a by guy is still like, you know, there's still a little bit of a stigma attached to it. Even at, even in the lifestyle, at the swinger clubs and stuff, is that club that you're talking about in Ontario, like super open and like accepting of by guys? Because it's typically like not the case. So I will tell you that the clubs in Ontario are much more accepting of bisexuality and gay than other clubs have been in down south.
Starting point is 00:35:19 Yeah, but you know. So even with that, though, there still is a stigma. People are still fearful that, you know, that because you're interested in the same sex and they're not interested now, they can't be around you. Oh, my gosh. Just because I'm interested in people of the same sex does not mean I'm interested in every person of the same sex. And men in the misogyny and the phobias around so much is still there. Not so much as women, but heck, we get fetishized.
Starting point is 00:35:51 So I don't know which way is better half the time. But the men really struggle. And that was something that my husband and I really built a community of bisexual people. that embrace that and we've really pushed that through some of the social media groups that we belong to and creating some events that allowed bisexual couples whether one person or both people are to just be in like company and that's that really changed a lot for us
Starting point is 00:36:20 and it's getting getting better and getting stronger for the men but it still has a far way to go no I mean listen I'm so like you know it's so great that you're just so open and out and proud about it. You know what I mean? And that's what's going to help that stigma go away, right? Because it's not like it doesn't exist. It's not like there's not tons of guys in those clubs that are hooking up with guys. They just still sometimes don't want a cop to it because of the stigma, right? So the more people that are just going to raise their hand. Because listen, I'm in my 50s. Okay. Like I remember a time when there was a massive stigma even for girl on girl action, right?
Starting point is 00:36:58 And then that all changed. And then every girl's like, oh my God, I got a girl crush. And it's like, the coolest thing is to be into checks, right? But like, that still hasn't happened for guys, you know? And so I love having guy and guy action on my show to be like, you know, it's this is like, there's just as many guys that are into it as women, you know? And it just is. And I love that you're out and proud. Now, let me ask you this. So, like, you input this information, right? Is it like a one-time thing do you do it during, like throughout the day? Like, does it prompt you, remind you? You choose when you want to do it. There's notifications, reminders. you can put in there too so you don't forget.
Starting point is 00:37:34 You can even nudge your partner. So like this morning I went in and did my log. Yeah. And I was able to nudge my partner to say, hey, have it logged in today. Just as a friendly reminder to make sure that he adds that information to. And it's it's a basic notification that you're not available. You want to swipe it and clear it. Then you don't.
Starting point is 00:37:57 But it's helpful to have those moments to remind you to check in and look after yourself. For sure. And then how do couples use it together? Like, is it something that they should use, like, look at their dashboard separately? People do it together. Like, how did you and your partner and how do other people sort of use it, like, together? So a lot of people will sit next to each other and talk about the information that they're seeing in there and talk about some of the questions. We're just going through the next iteration of the app that really creates, for lack of better term, games into the phone that allow you to ask some of those questions. back and forth, just like, like, date-night things.
Starting point is 00:38:35 Just, you know, what's one of the things that you did this week that made me feel connected to you? Yeah. That praise, that reminder that you do things right, even when you're the most stressed that can be. Having ways that you can explain how you want to be supported, we put some of those aspects into our games, and that release will be coming in the next couple of weeks to add more interactivity into the app. Yeah, because like you said in the beginning, you know, you realize like you're both of your failed marriages and this is the same for everyone. It's just like, you know, things probably at some point could have, if tended to, right, maybe you wouldn't have wound up getting divorced. And I think
Starting point is 00:39:20 the biggest thing is like communication, anything that you could create to help people just fucking talk to each other. That's why I think non-monogamous people are so much happier than vanilla people. And I always make jokes. I'm like, you don't need to go, other people. You just need to talk about shit to your partner because that's what non-monogamous people are doing. They're talking ad nauseum about so much stuff. Like, how do you feel about this person? Let's go on the app. Like, what do you think? These are our rules. Like, what did we do last night? You know what I mean? And it creates this whole new conversation that like the Nella people just aren't having anymore. Because like, you know, your life is like groundhog day after a while.
Starting point is 00:39:53 Marriage, kids, same person, you know. And it's, it just creates this whole new thing for them to just like constantly talk about it. And like, that's why at the end of every episode, when I, say like how has like non-monogamy change you they're always like we just feel way closer because of it and I just think it's because they're talking to each other like that's a huge thing that just like goes out the window after you've been with someone for a long time you know I think it also really increases the way that that you can strengthen your relationship because in in monogamy you don't necessarily hear some of the the deeper darker parts of a marriage that ethical non-monogamy makes you have to open up.
Starting point is 00:40:31 You need to check in on that jealousy. You need to check in on that trust before you're going to sleep with someone else's partner. You're seeing those relationships succeed, fail, why you don't connect to a couple anymore or why you want to pursue another couple. You have to have those dialogues between you and your partner that you just don't have as deep in monogamy because it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter that your neighbor doesn't sleep with her.
Starting point is 00:40:58 her spouse, that's anecdotal. But it does matter when you're trying to be intimate with someone else's spouse because you don't want jealousy to come up, that you're taking something that someone else isn't having, and that their marriage or their relationship is solid enough to expand in this space. That is definitely something that non-monogamy couples really get to thrive in that I think the monogamous space could really, really use to. to strengthen their space. Yeah, I'm so glad you said that because that really is what I was saying,
Starting point is 00:41:33 but you're more, you're being more precise. And it really is those vulnerable convert. It's like the vulnerability. I remember having a guy on it recently. And I'm like, oh my God, I'm so glad you said this because probably so many other guys who have been on my show never put it this way. But he was saying, because he was like into hot wiping. And the first couple of times he was very jealous watching his partner. But he was, you know, determined to work through it. And he did. And he said, you know, what being vulnerable with his wife and letting her see his jealousy and working through it with her made him feel seen by her and feel closer to her than he ever had, right? Because how many times are men really vulnerable with their partners, right? Not so much. And it's like, like you said,
Starting point is 00:42:17 it does force you in these situations because jealousy and these kinds of vulnerable situations will come up, not just for men, not just for women, for men too, right? And then you start talking about that stuff and there's that depth that you're talking about in conversation that really creates true intimacy and that's what sometimes leaves these other vanilla relationships, right? I think without those conversations, there's a big component that gets lost. Yeah. And that's really where the gaps start and they grow and they build into resentment and they build into, they can build into separate lives and they can build.
Starting point is 00:42:56 into wondering why you're connected until you go, why are we connected? Maybe it's time to call a lawyer. Really, that's my point. And that's our point in creating Moner, is we've got all these great relationship apps to get a date. You got the bumbles, you got the tinders, you got all these fun fields and whatnot,
Starting point is 00:43:17 and you've got plenty of divorce lawyers. Where is the space that's in between that's going, we don't want to end at the end. We don't want to spend all that time and energy to find a date and find a relationship to see it fizzle in six months, to see it fizzle in a year. I need the tools. People need the tools. This is why we really dove into what we built because we didn't have the tools. We want others to have those types of tools.
Starting point is 00:43:47 Yeah, I love it. And so, like, what is the, you know, what kind of like success stories or, you know, have you heard from? people who have used your app in the past year? Like what has it done? What have they said it has done for their relationship? So I can I can mention one one couple that were just starting to date and they were struggling with how to figure out what each other wanted in a non-clinical way of talking about things. Yeah. The app allowed them to start those foundations to build those foundations because we have we have questions and components in the app that opened up that dialogue that that allowed them to get to know each other better they really weren't sure if it was the relationship
Starting point is 00:44:35 for for them they didn't know really how to start the app gave them that that start to strengthen the relationship they'd now been together for I think about 18 months now and it's going strong so that's that was a good way of like they they met over the apps they met all over that, but they didn't know where to step and we actually met them at pride and started that conversation and said, give it a try, give us some feedback. And they were one of our early adopters that stepped into the app and really love it. That's probably one of, one of my favorite stories of people finding tools and using tools and having the tools. Yeah, and that was an early relationship, but this could also like help, I feel like, you know,
Starting point is 00:45:20 long-term relationships, right? Open relationships, all of the above, right? I mean, if I were to say who's the perfect user, it's like it would be anyone in a relationship at any point, correct? Yes. We have four adult children and a requirement to be our children as we make them do things, whether they like it or not, and we're glad that they ended up liking this because we said,
Starting point is 00:45:45 you're all beta testers. Oh, really? I love it. You're not. You're kidding. You're going to try it. happened. Yeah. A 20-year-old, the friend in the relationship now for, for two years and, and lives outside of Toronto, just finishing up school with her partner. And she was like, okay, I guess I'll
Starting point is 00:46:04 do this, but, Dad, I don't want you to know when I have sex with my boyfriend, and you definitely don't need to know my period. And, ooh, I don't want to do this stuff. Yeah. And, and once we, we explained how the encryption worked and how we couldn't see anything, she jumped right on it. Her, her partner was a little bit hesitant being a student and creating any time. He realized very quickly that he could jump on it without a lot of commitment and gave them things to talk about. And I'm so proud that all four of our children end up using the app. And now it's not just because of Mommy and Daddy made you if they find use.
Starting point is 00:46:43 And they'll message us and go, oh my gosh, I just saw this and I thought this great thing. Have you thought about adding this? And one of the gamification components actually came from our youngest daughter's partner that gave us some insight. So the age range is huge, whether you're a senior or a young adult, there's aspects for you all the way around, whether you're just starting out in a relationship or you've been together for 20 years and going, okay, so we need something a little bit more fresh. And, you know, people change, people grow. Do I really know who you are anymore? this gives that space as well. Yeah, I love that.
Starting point is 00:47:22 And it's not just for monogamous people. It's for non-monogamous people, poly people, throuples, right? Like, you need, like how many users again could log on to one dashboard? Eight. Wow. Eight, yeah. And we make the joke. Like, we want to find a person, not that we could find them because we can't see that
Starting point is 00:47:41 data, but we'd love to have someone identify themselves as the person that has eight in their fuel, but they're actively having a lot. because I'm like, you need to get flowers. I want to know how you manage that much time. Like, we make a joke like where we, we are non-practicing polyamorous as the way that I view it. Okay. And we make a joke that we are in a relationship. Our girlfriend or our boyfriend, depending on whichever way you want to call it, is our business.
Starting point is 00:48:09 Yeah. So this is our love and our passion and desire. Maybe as things settle and start up worlds, we'll step back into that. we still are well connected in the ethical non-monogamous community, but polyamory is something that takes a lot more time and a lot more commitment. And that commitment, that goes to my baby, and that's Medank, that's for sure. Yeah, totally. So explain how people find the Moner app and how it works, how they sign up.
Starting point is 00:48:38 And by the way, for people that are driving, I'll put a link. You want me to put a link for you in the description, send me whatever link you want me to put in. but just explain like the details of how people sign up and all that kind of good stuff. And is it like a monthly thing that they pay for? So, so as far as finding the app, you can go on our website, which is mowner.com. That's m-o-an-r. dot-app. We're also in the Google Play Store and also in the Apple Store.
Starting point is 00:49:11 You can, you start off with a 14-day free trial. And unlike some of the other apps, when the 14-day. trial ends, we don't automatically charge your credit card. We want you to choose to engage again and pay either the monthly or the annual subscription. And that's the, when you're paying it monthly, it's less than a cup of coffee. It's three bucks for you to end up being able to use it in its full capacity. You can continue with it free. There is a free version, but that doesn't allow you to share that information with your partner. That just allows you to keep that information. yourself. So it's really accessible. You know, like I said, on the Google Play Store and the
Starting point is 00:49:54 App Store on Apple and sign up, log in. You need to save your codes that only you have. If you ever have a security, sorry, not a security, a tech support issue, you will need those codes to access because we can't, we can't access any of your data behind if you ever have an issue with your phone and you lose your information, we can end up supporting you that way. And log in, create your account, link it with your partner, and you're really set to go. Yeah, I love that. And like, privacy is a big thing. Like you said, like what you just said is true. Like, you guys can't even see the data. Like, that's how private it is, correct? Like, you're not getting any kind of input of, like, what's going on. You can't do any research on
Starting point is 00:50:40 couples, right? Because this data is not even being shared with you guys. Only with the couples. That is correct. The way I always put it is we can't see it. We can't share it. And we certainly couldn't sell it even if that was some craziness that we wanted to. There is an aspect through your terms and conditions that you actually have to approve. There is a space that allows you to aggregate the data that has, that autonomizes the information to allow us to create a report for those users that want to share that.
Starting point is 00:51:14 But even the data that we see from that is so removed from a user, we wouldn't be able to track it down or trace it because there's no, we don't see the user information from your phone. Right. We only see what gets spit out at the other end. So that information, we built it on user encryption keys that really protects anyone from accessing that data, especially in this day and age of insurance companies denying claims that they see things and who knows
Starting point is 00:51:49 with the government. I mean, I'm not touching politics, but let's just protect ourselves with that information. No one needs to know when I'm having sex and no one needs to sell me that information. I'll just go on those sites myself if I want to. Oh my God, you know, it was always funny when I got thrown off of YouTube and my show used to do really well in there. But I'd always get all these comments on YouTube like, oh, these people that are like, fucking all these people. These not, like, would they go,
Starting point is 00:52:15 would they tell their parents what they're doing? Like, would they tell their kids? I'm like, would you, do you tell your parents that you fucked a missionary last night? Like, nobody tells people what they do sexually. So why should they? Like, it doesn't make any sense. You don't know what anybody cares.
Starting point is 00:52:28 Nobody wants to know. No one's parents wants to know even what their monogamous children are doing together at night. Like, it's stupid, you know? So it's like, it's private information. It remains private. But what's amazing is it could be shared. with couples. I really love all these kinds of apps that are out there nowadays. I love that you
Starting point is 00:52:48 created Moner because it seems like it's like nothing else that's out there right now, right? I've heard of other types of apps that share other kinds of information, but this is like a super interesting way to share and figure things out. Like I said, I love data and this is like so much data and more. You know, and I love that new feature you're coming that's going to prompt games and stuff for people to talk about things more. And I just think the more you could get couples talking to each other the batter, you know. So thank you so much for calling in and sharing your story. If you ever want to call in, you and you or your husband, call in and tell your non-monogamy story. You can. Because that's what I do in my show all the time. You can promote your app again on that episode.
Starting point is 00:53:26 If you ever want to come back or no, you know, anyone in your community, I talked to a couple all the time. I think your story's super interesting. But I love your app though, too. And I'm so I'm happy that you called in and shared it with my audience. And anyone that you use it, come on and tell their story. You know, anyone that hears this message, uses it and, you know,
Starting point is 00:53:46 come on and, and let's talk about it. I have a sexual health Saturday series. So like, you know, that could be a good, that could be a good
Starting point is 00:53:52 conversation, you know, that could be a good episode as well. Awesome. Thank you so much. I'm so glad that we got to speak today. Yeah, this was fun.
Starting point is 00:54:00 And so like I said, Tracy, if you ever want to call in and tell your other story or as a sexologist, you're a sexologist. You want to call in, you know,
Starting point is 00:54:07 I'm always looking for experts. You could feel free to, you know, email me if you want to be back on. I appreciate that. But the only thing I, like, when I connected with you, I was like, the only thing I am not is anonymous.
Starting point is 00:54:19 I am out there loud and that. No, no, no, no, no. But no, I love that. I have people that are anonymous, that are out and proud. I love that. You don't have to be anonymous. Then I don't have to change your voice. I love people that are not anonymous on my show.
Starting point is 00:54:33 So that's like a great part of your story. And you don't want to be, you wouldn't be anonymous on my show just so you know. So don't worry about that. It just called anonymous because I would say 95% of the people and the way I've been able to get so much of this kind of, you know, stories out there is by keeping people anonymous. I'm anonymous too and I'm glad I am because I'm old, but I had a kid older in life and I have a 10 year old. And even though I live in New York City, probably people would have a problem if they knew what I did with my, you know what I mean? So I'm kind of glad now that I am, you know, but I'm a very out of town person too. But like with a younger child, I just feel, you know, so so many people have to remain in. anonymous, but what I love is that, of course, I have people on that are out and proud, and that's even better, you know what I mean? Because the more people that talk about, you know, and are open about alternative lifestyles, the better, right? Well, it's a privilege to be able to be out loud and proud. That isn't something that
Starting point is 00:55:26 everyone can do. So it gives strength to those that want to do that, want to step in that space. Especially the kids with teenager. Yeah, that's like that, yeah. I mean, my son knows what I do for a living and, you know, I don't talk about like explicit stuff, but he knows. because I'm not ashamed of what I do. I would be out and proud too, but I'm glad that, like, I was anonymous way before I even had him for other reasons, but like, you know, that it worked out that way. But I do think what I love about your story and why I think it's great is how open you were about the by thing for your husband specifically. You know what I mean? Like just like straight to it. Like, this is who we are and this and how great it is to finally be yourself, right,
Starting point is 00:56:04 in your 50s, right? And be able to say that out loud and be proud about it with your kids. is with, you know, and stuff. So I think that that's great. So if you ever want to come on and tell that story, I'd love to have you. Absolutely. Thank you. And I just wanted to say something personally. I've actually been a listener for quite a while.
Starting point is 00:56:20 Oh, you're kidding. Someone had shared on your podcast. Oh, my gosh. You don't believe this person said this. And I was like, what in the world? And one of our driving trips started listening. And I love the way that you connect to your audience and really, engage people because it was it was really like we were just like oh my gosh this is early in our
Starting point is 00:56:44 group you did that okay yeah isn't that great yeah it helps other people and that's why I think even your story and talking about figuring out and coming to terms of the fact that you're both by and having like coming from vener you know I love those kinds of stories because it really like helps other people so now you have to come on and tell your story yes it sounds like I have to I really love connecting. Thank you so much for this today. This was a really great way to start my day. I really appreciate it.
Starting point is 00:57:16 Yeah, I love it. And I have a big audience, so you should definitely get people signing up. So let me know how that goes. And good luck with everything. Thanks for calling in. I will. Thank you so much. Have a wonderful day.
Starting point is 00:57:26 You too. Bye, Tracy. Bye-bye. Okay, I just want to tell you before you go that my book, it's called Strictly Anonymous Confession, Secret Sex Lives of Total Strangers is now available in paperback or e-book or audiobook version. The book is basically 17 different stories taken from my show.
Starting point is 00:57:46 I kind of picked one story from each category that I talk about on my show. Like there's a hot wife story. There's a cuck queen story. There's a cuck story. There's a gang-being girl story. Like I said, 17 stories. And they're all told in the third person, and they're all true. I took the interview and rewrote it in the third.
Starting point is 00:58:07 person. And I wouldn't really call it like a total erotica book. Think like penthouse letters. It's more direct. It's not so over the top like erotica. I don't really like that kind of vibe, right? But these are true stories. 17 of them. They're really short chapters, easy read. You could read, you know, one or two and then skip around. You could read the whole book. It's available in eback format, paperback format, and finally, the audiobook is available. And if you buy my book in any format, I will throw in a complimentary link to my Discord. My Discord does not disappoint, okay? There's no way you get into my Discord any other way than getting the link from me.
Starting point is 00:58:50 Okay, I give it to people who buy my book. There's tons of people in there. Everybody shares content with each other. And that's what you get to do there. You could post your own pictures and videos. There's tons of channels. We have lots of contests where you can win a lot of money. It's a super fun place to be.
Starting point is 00:59:04 It's a total strictly anonymous community and you will love it. I will be giving anyone who buys my book access to my Discord. It's private, like I said. All you got to do is email me a screenshot of your purchase, whether you did the audiobook, the ebook or the paperback. Send it to me at Strictly Anonymous Podcast at gmail.com. Starting point is 00:59:34 So anyway, thanks so much for tuning in. This is the Strictly Anonymous Podcast. Strictly Anonymous Podcast.
