931. 931 without any supplementation? Without testosterone. Wow. That's high for a guy, right? For your age? Well, it used to not be high. When they first started testing in the 50s and 60s,

they found that men my age had natural testosterone of 14,500. It's just recently with all the chicken nuggets and everything, everybody eats that it's going down so bad. Oh, interesting. And people don't like the idea going and working out, training, and eating the right things. And I do. I like it. I enjoy the good foods that make me feel better. It's giving me longevity and even age reversal.

And that's a big thing now. For sure. Age reversal. And it's possible. I know a lot of couples and they're miserable. and they get fat and they get disgusted with life and you find out they never have sex. Most of Ms. Sophia's friends that are around her age, the 50s, 60s, and the 70s, most of her female friends are all alone because the husbands all lost their ability to have sex. Yeah.

And I would talk to them. I said, man, you need to have some testosterone replacement therapy. Oh, I ain't doing that. exactly and it just drives couples away you have to have sex yes and miss sophia okay all that jizz inside of her and all that sex and all those guys and all that rubbing up against men is giving her testosterone no i believe it 100 fucking percent okay i was never lower in testosterone within the first three years of my son's life when i was a single mom and i was only staying at home with my son and I wasn't working out with guys in the gym and weightlifting,

and I was around all women, all women in the fucking nannies and the kids. And I was like, oh, my God, I'm like full of estrogen and zero testosterone because I had none of that male energy around and I wasn't working out. And it was all female, female. You need some testosterone. Well, most women think that if they take the testosterone replacement therapy for them, that they're going to grow hair and get masculine and all this. And it's not true.

a woman should have a testosterone level of about 60. Yeah. And if they have that, then everything else clicks in. Oh, yeah, I'm going to do a whole episode on HRT. I went, I've done all different.

Oh, please do because it's important. It's very important. It's not like the old days when women were scared to get all this stuff and a hormone replacement they thought was leading the cancers and all that's over with. And if they're married or they have a boyfriend, girlfriend, the testosterone or the estrogen or the estrogen, you have to find a way to fix it.

We're not dying at 60 anymore. You need it. What I wanted to wait to do is I try pellets. I've done creams and now I'm doing injections. And what I wanted to wait for to do the big episode I'm going to do is I try to a telemedicine place that offers really great rates that are really big. And I wanted to make sure that they were legit. I'm not going to throw anything out there until I try it out myself and know that it's

fucking the real deal. So I've been with this company for many months. I've had all kinds of things go down and I dig them. And now we're going to do a whole episode in September where I pitch a shit out of it and I talk about my journey and we give all that information. It's not just going to be for women. It's going to be for men too because. Well, you're not growing any facial hair, are you?
