it happens at the same time. Those two things happen almost simultaneously. But for me, I guess because I've learned to train my body and I've done a lot of reading about tantaric activity and stuff, I have the orgasm and then I have the ejaculation. And I can have the orgasm without having an ejaculation. Sometimes I can have an orgasm without even having an erection. Really?

And wait, how long is the lag time between? Does it vary? or is it typically like a minute later or five seconds later as far as the orgasm and ejaculation? The ejaculation sometimes never happens.
