So I'm just going to get right to it and be right back on with William Moore. Hi, William Moore. Welcome to the Strictly Anonymous podcast. William. You are the founder and innovator of something called Thalofil, which is a male enhancement procedure, correct? That's exactly correct.

Yeah, we make your penis thick. Yeah, I was like I already have the title for this episode, like how to make your dick thicker. I know it's going to be highly downloaded because I feel like everybody knows, or at least, I mean, as a woman, I'm always like, for me, girth is more important than length, right? Honestly, like I think girth is a big thing, right? For every woman, I think that it's actually girth because whenever you put an orifice on a stretch, it feels better.

So if you have a female partner and you open her vagina and make it be stretched because of your thicker penis, it feels better for her, not link because that can be painful. And then also if you happen to have a male partner and you open that orifice, the girth is better in both situations. So I think that the consensus for most women is girth is better over link. You're right. Yeah, for sure. So how did you come up with this procedure? And what is it and explain it all? Okay, well, let me tell you where my whole road with this began. So in 2010, I went to a training class. I used to do facial aesthetics and facial injections and I own med spas for 20 years. And at one time, I had four. So I was pretty involved in the med spa industry. I was a speaker for Allegan. So I taught things for them on cool sculpting and different procedures. But I went to

learn a procedure that you probably have heard of called vampire facelift, which uses platelet rich plasma, and we draw blood, we spin it out, we separate out the platelet rich plasma, which contains the growth factors and everything that can tell a cell how to rejuvenate, and we would inject it into the face, and that was called the vampire facelift. And that was developed and owned by a physician in Alabama named Charles Rundles. And so when I was there training, at the time, my med spa was primarily, it was it primarily, it was more skewed towards men. I had probably 55% men, maybe 45% women that were coming to my medsvall, which is sort of unusual. Most men's spas were skewed towards female clientele. I was a little bit heavier on men. And so we were doing

some hormone replacement therapy. I had a hair restoration surgeon. We were doing transplants. And Dr. Ronald said, hey, I'm going to tell you about this procedure that I have. It's called the priapus shot, which we now know as a hair. as the pea shot. Oh, yeah. And it was, yeah. And so it was drawing the blood, separated out the growth factors, injected those into the corporal, which is the part of the penis that makes your erections.

And so I was the first person that was ever taught or heard of the pea shot. He had not even discussed it as far as I understand from him with anyone else. And so I learned it together. Dr. Ronald and I exchanged information about what we were seeing. and I think he sort of developed his protocol off of a little bit of what I saw, a little bit of what he saw. And I did it for about a year. And I had sent out an email. I think at that time I had about 10,000 people on my newsletter list.

And I had sent it out and I had a tremendous response for men who wanted to enhance the size of their penis. And the P-shot was intended to enhance the girth and length of your penis as well as sexual performance or maybe help with erectile dysfunction. What I found is that it did not help. with girth or length at all. It did it does help with sexual performance, but it did not do anything for the length of girth. And so I had to stop advertising for that because I got to be able to sleep at night. And so I stopped advertising for that and I continued to do it for for the sexual performance or for sensitivity, a loss of sensitivity, things like that. So I realized at that time that there were a tremendous amount of men that wanted to enhance the size of their penis.

So I no longer had a procedure to do that. So then I began to notice probably around 2015, 2016, I was getting a lot of phone calls for men who wanted to use the P-shot to try and repair damage to their penis that was done from bad dermal filler. So at the time, people were doing a lot of permanent fillers. And they're not actually even dermal fillers. They're silicone. There's this product called PMMA, which is a. actually acrylic beads. There's these products that are used in other circumstances, not even actually FDA cleared, but they were injecting these products into the penis,

and they were lumping up. They were forming granulomas. They had, I saw some disaster. I saw some penises that you would not even think was a penis. Wow. That came to me that were trying to get me to fix this with player rich fast. That's obviously not going to fix it. So I started, I began to see all these guys and I was thinking, wow, somebody is really, these guys are really causing some damage to these men for the rest of their lives because these fillers are permanent. And permanent sounds amazing. Whenever somebody says, hey, I have a permanent filler for you. I'm like, oh, of course I want permanent. Why when I want to have to have something redone if it's how you want to gas it, it's temporary? Yeah.

Versus something that's permanent. Well, permanent causes permanent problems. And they cannot be reversed. I mean, it's, it's horrific. Permanent is not. not done right. You're screwed. I get, I'm not interested in, like a permanent scares me. Nobody should walk permanent. If somebody says permanent, you should turn around and walk away immediately. That is, that is the cost of the ethics that the, that the provider has, because they cannot give you a, they cannot give you a desirable result and they cannot correct it and tweak it if it's permanent. So you definitely want to turn away and walk as soon as you hear the word permanent when it comes to dermal fillers. But anyway, I was seeing these dermal fillers and I was thinking,

wow, these guys are really being destroyed. Then I began to hear about how aeronic acid dermal filler being performed. Howlionic acid is what we use. And the nice thing about howdyronic acid, which is what you use in the cheeks, the lips, the bas, the labial folds, is that we could use a product called hyuronidase. And it's an enzyme that dissolves high aromatic acid. So it turns hydrogen acid basically into sugar and water, and then your body reabs it and it goes away and it doesn't leave any signs that has ever been there. So it's so easy for us to reverse hydrogenic acid, tweak, hydrolymotic acid, do sculpting, do very, very precise things with howdyuronic acid dermal

filter. So I was seeing it, but the problem was it was all lumpy as well. But at least it could be dissolved, right? So I'm seeing these sort of ugly penises, but at least they're not permanently damaged. And I decided that I needed to find a way to do it better. And so in June of 2020, when we were closed down for COVID, I watched some videos and I started doing some research of what plastic surgeons and dermatologists and urologists were doing. And I came up with a way that I thought was a better way to inject this hylionic acid dermal filter into the penis, sort of combined. finding a whole lot of things that I had seen plus some things that I knew on my own from

Hollywoodic acid. I was getting excellent results. June and July, I treated friends that just volunteered their penises to me. I was going to say, like, how did you practice? Who did you practice on this or your guy friends? Friends. Friends that trusted me that I explained that I could reverse it if there was a problem and that it wasn't going to cause any type of permanent injury to their penis. And so I ended up having really good results. And so June and July, I sort of called myself practicing. And then I got a really good procedure down.

I hadn't named it yet. And then in August of 2020, I began to tell my patient's word of mouth. We opened back up in Dallas at a 30% capacity, I think in the middle of maybe late June. And so we had a, we were able to open. I was able to be in the clinic with a limited capacity. and I began to tell men about my procedure. And so many of my regular patients that had been seeing me for 10 years or so that trusted me said, I want to do it.

And so I began to charge for it in August. And then in September of 2020, I put it on Google AdWords and it just blew up. Literally, I had to stop injecting faces. I had a full bulk of patients for faces. I did consultations for lasers, for skin resurfacing, for acne scars, for body contouring. I was the number one cool sculpting provider in Texas for several years. I was very busy with other things. And this, my procedure for growth enhancement completely took over everything that I was doing.

And then in October of 2020, I think we had one of our biggest months ever for growth enhancement in October of 2020. then in December of 2020, we had our first cold front in Dallas. And all my patients came back to me a little bit uneven and a little bit lumpy and bumpy. And I was like, oh, my God, they're going to have retraction when they get cold. And it's going to make my dermal filler move and migrate, just like all these other problems that I've seen that have been coming in for the past four or five, six years. now I have it because of retraction. And so I realized that I had to come up with a way to be able to keep the penis compressed and elongated

in order for the dermal filler to become encapsulated and stay in place. So it will become encapsulated, the body builds a capsule around it, but I had to keep it there long enough for that to happen. And so I began to work on a post-care garment that I had designed, I patented. We are now in the process of having it patented in Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom, and the EAU,

and the Saudi Arabia, and Australia. And so we're going to have, we're going to have these, this post-care garment available in all these countries so that I can start teaching this procedure around the world. but this post-care garment that that I developed is literally what is our secret sauce. It's what keeps the dermal filler in place. And so we put it on the patient. I have different, different designs and different sizes. So we have one for everyone that comes in.

And literally they wear it under their clothes. You can't tell that it's on, but the dermal filler does not migrate because of this particular post-care garment. If they don't wear it and they come back in, I could tell immediately that they didn't follow the post-care instructions. And I'm like, okay, this is your fault. I can fix it because it's so easy to fix. How do you want to gas the dermal filler? That's the beautiful thing about it.

I can correct and adjust either with more dermal filler or by using the high of your water days. But then I have to lecture them and slap them on the wrist and say, listen, you're paying money for this. That's right. You are, this is your money. You pay to have a nice penis. I don't know if I can say the D word on your show. Of course, yeah. But okay, well, you pay to have a nice dick.

Yeah. And so give me the post care, follow my post care instructions and do what I ask you to do. And then they come back in and they look good the next time. And so sometimes they think that they can cheat a little bit, but you really have to follow our post care instructions. They're so important. But that is the process of where I got. So then I showed a reconstructive urologist at Mount Sinai in Miami about the procedure. And he said, Bill, we had been looking for this.

being urologist have been looking for something like this for so long and we don't have anything that's reliable that that we can replicate that leaves a good aesthetically appealing outcome that leaves a patient symmetrical you have to do something with this and so i named it and i did a food i'm going to call it a focus group on my facebook page i came up with a few different names and put it on my facebook page and said what sounds the best of you yeah i got votes and they came up with foul fill and so Fowlfiel is the name that I came up with and we trademarked it. And luckily, when I did a Google search, nothing came up. Google said zero results for Fowulfill.

So it had never been used before. So the name that was born on March the 12th of 2021. And I began preparing a training manual and a training program and ramping up the production of my post-care garment and getting everything ready. and we began to slowly train providers. And I thought, if I can get 10 providers doing this across the country, then I've really made a difference in men's lives. We are at 27 now. We have 27 providers.

And I've got about five more on a wait list. And every day we have them call us trying to get in. But we are very particular about who we bring on to the Falafel network. We start immediately when someone calls us by looking at their website. trying to see what type of professionalism they have from their online presentation. And then we go and start looking at reviews everywhere, any possible place that could have a review left for this particular provider. We start digging.

And so we turn down the majority of people who try to become valid field providers. We're very, very selective and who we take on. Yeah, yeah. I think that that's really smart because I do my due diligence when I'm going. going to somebody. And I look at all those things just like you do. And if I'm like, you just don't want every person out there doing your thing. And then it starts to take down your reputation. Let me tell you. If I, if I wanted to, if I did not have the, did not have the ethics that I have. Yeah. I would be able to sell this. Yeah, totally. And teach this to so many providers

across the country and across the world right now that I will not even need to be on this podcast, talking to you, I would be in the Mediterranean Sea. Oh my God, flooding around between Corsica and and and and mecanos and wherever I wanted to float around over there. Really, I could have done this so much different, but it would ruin the name of highly bonding gas and dermal tour. Men would be afraid of it. Like we would have had the opportunity to really ruin it and I could have gotten very wealthy off of this, but we chose to keep it small and in a family of network providers that we know that we can trust

and have good bedside matter and spend their time and don't rush a patient through the procedure and offer a really good experience that makes them want to come back and have it done again. Now, are you have, how many providers again, 27 now? I think we've, we've got 27 trained. Some of them are onboarding still, which means that we're still getting, you know, the description of the, bio and we have to get certain photographs from the inside their clinic. So there's once I train, then there's an onboarding process that they have to go through with my team

to get them on the website. So I don't know if we have all 27 on the website, but during the process of the coming on the website. And then I've got more scheduled for training. I don't have anyone. I'm taking a little break from training in June, but I'm starting back training in July, August, September, October. Right. And on your website, people could go and that's where they find the locations. Like you could put in your zip code or whatever and find out whether there's a provider, like where the closest provider is to, to you. Exactly. And we're trying to expand. Like, we don't have anyone up in the northwest. And we have just been struggling. We go to urology conferences. We go to the North America's Sexual Medicine

Society conference. We just have not had anybody come by our trade show booth that we are interested in taking on. And we don't reach out to people. We've never reached out and tried to contact someone. We let them come to us. And then we've seen. screened in and we just haven't had anyone yet come to us from that part of the country. And we're, that's our, that's our, that is our biggest weakness and, and, and, and, and, and, national network is this, the north, it's the northwest. But we're working on it. We're going to be there. Yeah, well, listen, I got to say, okay, I was able to see your before and afters. And holy shit. They are noticeable, amazing. Like you, the girt that people can get with this

procedure is amazing. Like, seriously. And you have all the before and afters on your website for people to see, right? Like where I would look at. I want to make a comment about that. Yeah. I want to make one comment. So, yes, you saw, and you saw nice girth changes, right?

But I want to tell you that there's other providers out there that are outside the file file network that go three and four times the size of what we do. And they don't look natural. And nobody would ever be born with a penis at large. And we want our penises, our dicks. I can say the word dick on your show. I'm not used to deal with the second word dick. We want the, we want the guys to look undetectable.

We don't want when they walk in on a date with their partner, with their new partner, potential partner, to be exposed for having growth enhancement. So I caution them. We teach our providers to caution them and we think that they're getting to be to a point where it looks unnatural. Maybe the shaft is larger than the gland or the head.

We don't want it to look like it wasn't born that way. And so they are girthy, but they're also natural girth and they're undetectable. And when you touch them, you can't tell. It feels just like the regular penis because some of the permanent dermal filers feel like concrete. And so you can't feel that it's in there. And when they're erect, they're just as firm as they were before. Now, let me make a comment on that. That has to do with my injection technique that I teach the providers.

There are different layers in the penis in which dermal filler, can go. So I'm going to explain something to you. I'm going to break it down into something that you're going to be able to relate to. So you know those water hoses that are five that are fabric and when you turn them off, they're coiled up and they're small and then you turn the water on and they get extended and they're firm that water comes out the end of them. That's that's how sort of how the penis is made. There's two layers of connected fascia or connected tissue. I almost said that wrong. There's two layers of fascia inside the penis that's flexible, that when it gets pressure on it, it becomes rigid. So think about having two layers of

fabric on that water hose that I just explained to you, that flexible water hose. We put the dermal filler in between the two layers of fascia. That means that the outer layer of fascia is still holding the penis firm and rigid just like it was prior to treatment. A lot of providers don't know how to get into that layer. That's what I developed. And that's What I do is teach them how to get into that layer. A lot of them put the dermal filler between the fascia and the skin. So you have an erection, but it's gelatin. It's gelatin.

Yeah. And so that's a lot of, that's a lot of girth enhancement. Ours is not like that. You cannot tell that ours is infected when it's erect because it's still firm because the dermal filler is underneath that outer layer of fashion. It's called the daughter's fascia, but it's underneath that layer of fashion. That makes sense because one of my questions was like, how do you make it look good, flaccid and hard, right? Because I've gotten filler.

Like sometimes you can feel it. And I'm just like, where is it in the penis that it's when it's hard, it looks normal? And when it's flaccid, it looks normal. So we put it on a stretch. So when we inject, we stretch, which will generally stretch to the length of the knee right penis. We lay it in place where it needs to go with maintaining the shape. stretch and then we put our post care garment on top of it so that it stays stretched. And so it will stay where we want it to be when it's erect and when it's flaccid because it becomes encapsulated

and that all has to do with our injection technique and the post care garment that we put on. How long do they wear that post care garment for? Well, they wear it for three weeks, but they're going to get a treatment every three weeks. So this is something else that's a little bit different for other providers. So other providers for growth enhancement, they want to get you in and out and only have to have one treatment with you one, one hour or 30 minutes or so on their treatment table, and they'll pump you full of dermal filler. Think about a, I'm giving me all these analogies, think about a tube of toothpaste and it's fairly full. You can move the toothpaste very easily inside the tube of toothpaste, but when it gets down to the very last

bit of toothpaste, it doesn't move as easily. Then layers of dermal filler stand in place, and don't migrate like thicker layers of dermal filler do. So we limit the amount of dermal filler that a patient can receive a one treatment date. And the patient, so why don't you give me more? I want more. And I say, okay, let me explain this to you. As to my benefit to give you more and to sell you more on any given treatment day, but from my perspective, you have to realize that if I'm telling you that I want you to do less,

that means that you have to come in here more times and spend more time on my treatment table but I'm doing that because I'm going to give you a better result. So we do it in quarter inch increments. So if the penis is four and a half inches erect, we're going to take them to 4.75 inches erect after one treatment. They come back in in three weeks. We're going to take them to five inches erect on that next treatment. And then they come back in for a third time. We take them the 5.25 and so forth.

So they gain a quarter of an inch per treatment. So they do wear the garment for three weeks after every procedure, and then they're going to wear the garment for three weeks after their final procedure. But it's really easy and comfortable to wear. Nobody can see it. If anything, it might give you a little bit of a better bulge. We've actually had patients who finish their procedures and say, hey, could I get one of your post-care garments just to wear under my swimsuit? Wow, that's hilarious. It makes me look a little bit bigger.

almost like a push-up bra for a woman, but it's a push-up bra for your dick. It's not difficult to wear. So it's not something that anybody should dread for our procedure. But it is so important. Nobody else has it. We have called and we have searched. Nobody else has anything that they've ever designed that is being used as a post-care garment. So it is. Yeah. Question, because I'm sure a lot of guys, this is the first question for them because they got to wear that thing for three weeks. When could they have sacks again after? 10 days. Oh, okay.

10 days after each procedure. Yeah, 10 days after each procedure. And that's really, that is very doable for men. So a lot of the procedures, they're required to wait like six weeks. Oh, wow. There's a couple of procedures that they have to wait six months. Oh, my God. It's probably not possible, which also probably leads to something that you get, yeah,

you get someone, some post-carry instructions that they cannot abide by. and you have to expect that they're not going to. And so something else that I'm going to comment on that you just reminded me of is, we've got this post-care garment that we put on the patient and it keeps the dermal filler exactly where we inject it. Almost every other procedure for growth enhancement tells the patient that they have to massage their penis and keep the dermal filler like smooth, smoothed out after the procedure. I personally don't think that you should.

that the outcome or the result of a procedure should be left up to how the patient is going to. Yes, they should not be required to massage and to put the normal filler back in place. They are not sculptors and they're not providers. They should not be responsible for the outcome of their procedure on how well that they do a massage. No, that's your job as the person doing it. For sure. I would feel the same way about fillers in my cheek. Get it right when you do when I'm in there.

Don't leave it up to me when I get home. Yes. Don't name you a luff. I don't want a lump. I don't love on my lip. So by sex, you mean jerking off. Like they can't, they just can't do anything just for 10 days. Yes.

So our instructions, they get a set of written instructions. It tells them exactly how to take care of it. It says no sex or self-pleasureing. I try to be so politically correct. Yeah. So no sex or self-pleasuring for 10 days after your procedure. Now, I'm assuming it doesn't impact sensitivity because you're putting it below the skin, like in between the other part. But does it impact sensitivity?

That's a great question. Great question. So we have never had loss of sensitivity reported ever. Okay. In any of our procedures from any of our providers, we never had erectile dysfunction or loss of sensitivity. To be able to claim that we have never had a report for erectile dysfunction is just absolutely unheard of because men get sexual performance anxiety in their head. They could have erectile dysfunction and it has nothing to do with our procedure. But we haven't even had anyone report erectile dysfunction. Well, that's because if they had it in their head before, once their cock is as thick and big as I see here. And these are like when I see these are amazing, I'm not talking they're like porn star cocks, fake things. They are just like perfect. And it's like almost

when you see a perfect nose job. Like I love nose jobs where you see the regular nose and then the nose job nose looks exactly like the regular nose but better, right? It's not like this cookie cutter nose that everyone has. I love you for saying this. This is just, this is so nice to hear. Yeah, these cocks look, it's like you take

the regular one, what they had before and you're just enhancing it. It looks exactly the same, but it's thicker and longer. Like I just thought it was making it thicker. They're all longer, right? It's heavier. Yeah. Well, so, okay, so Let's make sure that we don't get the wrong impression about length.

Yeah. We do not make, we do not make the erect penis any longer. However, we make you more of a shower rather than a grower because the high rodent gas at dermal filler can't shrink up. So if the guy's penis retracts because he gets cold, there's fluid that can be absorbed back into the body. Blood can go back into the body. Dermal filler can't go back into the body.

I have men tell me that they got a. promotion at work because I've had multiple guys tell me things like that that they were entrepreneur and they had the all of a sudden they had the desire and drive to start a new company that that they changed their dating on Tinder like it took them like two tears up on their dating

who they could date on Tinder because I hear stories from men I had a guy that came into me very recently and he told me and he he did have an unfortunately small penis it was very then. Luckily, he had some link, so I have something to work with it. It was one of the thinest penises I've ever seen. And he told me that he literally had been dating women. And then when they got to bed, they completely broke off the relationship. And he said, that will kill you. That will absolutely kill you. And he said, it happened so many times that he finally began on his first date to tell women that he had a very small penis on his first date. Yeah, of course. I'm going to change this man's life. Totally. Big Dick Energy is.

is a phrase that exists for a reason. I am looking for a piece of art that says big dick energy. So if any of your listeners, know of a piece of art that says big dick energy for me to hang in my in my treatment room, please. No, you know what you should get it. I don't know.

Like all the podcasters get it. I got it on Amazon. You should get one of those neon signs, Big Dick Energy. They actually are really cool. That's a good idea. Yeah, they're really cool.

They come in all different fonts and stuff. I like it. I got one for my son's room and his name and one for my podcast. They're actually really cool. office. Yeah, you give guys the big dick energy for sure. I mean, like the literally, like I said, the before and after, and I'm going to say it in my intro too, so people know before you even come on that this is like the real deal. If I had a boyfriend right now that was not as thick as I wanted, I would be like driving him to the office to get it because it's amazing. Just just think of all the men that have come to see me because their wives gave birth. through a vaginal delivery. So the guy has a child now, but he's sort of destroyed his wife's vagina. And now she can't enjoy sex because she can't feel him.

It's really sad. And so this is a way for them to start enjoying their sex life again. I have a man. He's 46 years old. He and his wife have been married for 25 years. And he says that they are having the most and the best sex they have ever had in their marriage. and it is because of the girth. And he says that he wakes up in the morning with his morning at wood.

Yeah. And she's on them. He's like, and it's not even about me. I don't even finish. Yeah. But she does like twice before she goes to work in the mornings. And he said she never did that to me. And all my years of being married to,

and they have a great marriage, a great relationship. And their sex has been good. But he said it's never been like it is now. Yeah, of course. So it really can make some big changes. And I've had guys that. tell me that their wives were so unsatisfied with their, that their penis,

that they were doing this new trend. It's called cucking their, they get a ball off Reddit, and they have somebody come over and they have sex with their wife. That is a fetish that some people really enjoy. Yeah. But sometimes it has to be done because you can't fulfill your wife. And that is another terrible feeling that you have to have another man kind of please your wife.

Watching someone have sex with your wife because it turns you on, is one thing, but having to watch someone to have sex with your wife because you can't please her, it's something to tell me different. Well, those are always, I have cucks on my show a lot when I have a lot of cuck gone wrong stories. And it's always when it's this extreme scenario where the guy is not, no longer pleasuring the woman and is pushing her to fuck other guys. And I was going to say with the erectile dysfunction, if they had it in their head before, after they get this procedure, that would go away because they're going to feel so confident.

There's two things that I'm going to make comments about this. First of all, we do see a lot of changes in the sexual performance because the guy feels more confident. You're right. You just hit down the head with that. But there's something else that happens. I'm not making any claim for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Let me state that very clearly.

I'm not making any claim of the treatment of very direct to dysfunction. But something happens whenever we do growth enhancement. So the penis, first of all, let me tell you that when men are younger, when we're, when we're teenagers, we can get these erections that are so, we're so turned on that they are just throbbing that we feel like our penis is going to explode. Okay. And then when you have an orgasm, whenever your penis is in that state, it's like the best orgasm ever.

As we get older, we don't get those as often or at all. It's really hard to get those. Whenever we put dermal filler into the penis, the way that the penis works, you know this, is it feels full of blood. And that's what creates the erection. when we put drummull filler into the penis into the layer that we put it in we're basically pre-filling the penis with so that it doesn't require as much blood to create a firm erection they don't the penis doesn't have to function as well so we all of a sudden had guys saying man you you fix my erect on dysfunction and I say no I didn't so whatever you're doing if it's it's an oral whatever you're doing to maintain the health of your penis, continue to do it because we did not change the blood flow at all. We just pre-filled your penis with dermal filler.

And so your penis doesn't have to work as hard to give you that firm erection that you love. And men tell us that they start to get those throbbing erections again because their penis doesn't have to do as much work to get them there. Yeah. Oh, my God. That makes so much sense. Too bad you can't promote that in that way. I mean, I get that.

You can't. But like that just makes the pool of people coming to see you like larger, right? If you could just say it's also. There's so many benefits. Yeah. So many benefits. For that older guy. Now, is there a maximum that people could gain and stuff?

Like, do you have some people that come in and they're totally unrealistic? And you're like, well, I can't do that, but I could do this. Okay. So let's talk about unrealistic patients. So that is a red flag. If I have someone that comes in and I can recognize during the consultation, that there may be some type of body dysmorphia, peanut body dysmorphia.

And I recognize that I'm never going to be able to make this person happy. That's a red flag because you don't want to treat someone and then have to be dealing with them for the next five years because they're unhappy and you can never make them happy. So those people, we try to steer away from the procedure. But my thoughts on peanut body dysmorphia are not exactly the thoughts that everyone else has. So the true definition of dysmorphia is that you look at yourself and you perceive yourself in a different way than what you really are.

So if you're really skinny and then you see yourself as a fat person, or if you have a large penis and you see your penis as being small, that's body dysmorphia. However, there is nothing wrong with wanting to have a normal penis and understanding that your penis is normal and wanting it to be oversized. That is not body dysmorphia, in my opinion. And it has been written up in articles and so forth as that being dysmorphia, but it's really not. And if you have an average-sized penis and you want to make it bigger, there's no reason that you can't be able to make yourself better. We go to the gym. We build our muscles. We make our muscles bigger.

There's other aspects of our bodies that we work on to make changes to them. There's no reason that if you would like to have a larger penis to make yourself more desirable, make yourself feel more. more confident when you look at yourself in the mirror in the mornings, whatever the reason may be. There's no reason that a man shouldn't be able to do that. And another thing that I really am hoping by things like your podcast and the movie that's being made about Thalphil, I'm hoping that we're going to be able to open discussions and so that men can have a discussion with their best friend and say, hey, man, I've been looking at these procedures on growth enhancement.

Have you thought about it? Have you heard anything about it? have you done it, water cooler. Why can't we have a water cooler discussion on the size of our penis? Women can have, can basically have a discussion about their breast augmentation surgery at the dinner table in front of the grandparents. Yeah, totally. It's pretty normal.

Dolly Pardon really made it normal for the discussion of breast augmentation. I'm trying to make it normal for men to talk about the size of their dick. Yeah, well, when there's nothing you could do about something, I feel like you're more likely to to keep it under wraps. The fact that now you can do something about it. And it's safe. That's something we ask. We haven't discussed the safety. It's very safe. Can we also though, and then we're going to get to the safety. My quick question though, how long does it last? I know with filler, sometimes it lasts six months. Sometimes it lasts, it goes quicker because I'm exercising. There's all different times. Do you see what is the length of time that this procedure lasts for these guys?

Okay. So let me go back to one thing that we discussed. So we're putting this, dermal filler in between two layers of fascia. It's called the outer layer is called. Oh my gosh, my so we're putting this dermal filler in between two layers. It's called the Vux Fasha and the DARTISFASHA. Those two layers don't have blood flow and they don't have very much lymphatic drainage. It's so much better for retention of the dermal filler in between those two layers of fascia than if we just injected it free floating into your lips or your cheeks. So the Dermal Filler is FDA, cleared because it's been tested in the face to last for 12 months. We see it last for about three to four years in the penis if we do nothing. However, we tell the patients if they do one

treatment every 12 months, they will maintain their girth ongoing. And generally they get to be a little bit larger with every treatment because they don't really lose that much over the course of 12 months. And so we're just putting it a little bit back in. And they generally get a little bit larger every year. But we can give long, long lasting results if they'll just follow our protocol. Yeah, that's amazing. So that lasts a really long time. It's definitely worth it.

And they just have to do that once a year kind of refill for three weeks. It's just one time coming in, right? Yes, exactly. And they wear the postcard garment for three weeks. And then they're done. Yeah, that's amazing. And just so you know, like these, just for my listeners to know, you were talking about body dysmorphia and all that kind of stuff.

But none of these guys, like everybody on your before and afters that I see, most of them look like they were kind of regular size. Like none of them look like, oh my God, it's not like extreme cases. No. These are regular size penis. But then they go to this fullness that I would, that as a woman, I would be like, oh my God, that's so much better. Yeah.

They do turn out to be we can we can make an ugly penis look pretty hair. handsome. Yeah. We really can. Yeah, it's amazing. And now talk about the safety. Okay, so, so we have a safety study that was a retrospective safety study that was that was based on 471 patients who had obviously had multiple treatments. We're collecting data to put together another retrospective safety study right now. But of 471 patients that we have been presenting at our urology conferences that has been written up in a couple of the urology magazines we had two infections those infections were both from noncompliance so one person had anal sex the day after his procedure that is a no no it says no sex for 10 days because of the risk of infection and migration

but anal sex is worse than vaginal sex exactly oh my gosh so so but the infection was about the size of a pimple in one injection site we cleared it with an oral antibiotic and five five days. So no intervention. The other patient, it wasn't really noncompliance. It wasn't his fault. He was a border agent. He was one of my patients and he was on vacation, planned to have his procedure done. He got called in to work at the border when there were some border issues and he had to sit in his car for several days and he sweated. And he told us that he thought he had an infection. We sent him to a dock in the box because he was five hours away. And they gave him. an oral antibiotic and it cleared him up and he didn't have any any complications from it either.

So those two infections were very localized infections that did not become septic, did not have to have any type of intervention done at all. We treated them both of the oral antibiotics. So that component is very safe. We had one UTI, but the UTI was not related to the girth enhancement procedure because we don't get anywhere near the ureth. It just was a coincidence that it happened and so we counted it in our safety study because it happened during the procedure during the stream process we had one person asked to have it reversed and i talked him into it because he was a farmer from arkansas and he kept telling me that he was losing his sleeve on his tractor and i said i don't understand how you can lose your garment and we repeat that let's edit that he kept telling me

he was losing his garment on his tractor and i kept asking him how could you pull you possibly be losing your garment on your tractor. Are you doing this in the nude? But anyway, he, he was a little bit uneven and he said, I want to come back in and get another growth enhancement treatment. I want to even this out and get a little larger. And I said, okay, are you going to wear your post-care garment? And he said, probably not. And I said, well, then I'm not going to be able to make you symmetrical. You're going to have to wear your post-care garment. If you're not, I think it's best for you to let me just come in and let me just dissolve out this little bit of unevenness. I didn't take all of his his filler out, but I made him uneven by dissolving some of it out. And we consider that a reversal.

So we only had one reversal. We had three patients who had tiny little granulomas, which are like little hard nodules. And any dermal filler, less than 1% of a patient is susceptible to having a granuloma or nodule form in the lips, in the cheeks. It happens. And we dissolve it out with Hyderonase, which is the enzyme that dissolves it. We dissolved all three of these patients out. You never knew that it happened. So we, I think, was there anything else? That was it. That's, that's all that we've had. We really, we've never had a surgical intervention. Nobody's ever been to the doctor. I only know of two infections that have happened outside of my Dallas. So I had those 471. Those were two infections that happened with mine. I only know of two other infections that have happened.

in all of our providers. Actually, I know of three. I know of three. I just thought of another one. There's three that have happened outside of my Dallas location that have happened in our other 20-some-odd providers. So our rate of infection is so low. And they've all been cleared with just an oral antibiotic.

We just don't have to have anything. They can rest assured that they're going to have a clean, safe procedure with the FDA-cleared clean products. Yeah, that's amazing. That's going to lead them in a good place for the outcome. And we also do this for Peronis disease. So Peronis disease is where the penis can have a curvature. If it's stable Peronis disease and it's no longer creating more curvature,

they can come in and we can oftentimes hide the curvature with durable filler. I mean, I've done it some of these times. Yeah, that's amazing. So if somebody wants, like it doesn't have to be the whole thing. You could reshape something and make it to fix imperfection. Exactly. You've got to be a good sculptor, and I am. I have people. I'm also something else that you're probably not thinking about, but you've got listeners right now that have had peanut growth enhancement procedures somewhere else, and they've had a terrible outcome, and they don't know what to do. And I have become, there's a, there's a website called Fallow Bo, B-H-A-L-L-O-B-A-R-D-S dot info. and it is a forum for men to go create a profile, it's anonymous, and they can talk about providers and their experience and what's happened.

And I have become known on that site as like a corrector. And so I have people fly in multiple times per week for me to correct. I do a tremendous amount of correction on guys. And so that is where I put my sculptor hat on. And I love doing it. And I really do a good job with it. Yeah, I love it. All right, so let me just ask you the million dollar question that everyone wants to know, like, how much does it cost? I know that when I'm going to get fillers, it's kind of like buy the vial. It's this much for a vial and depending on how many vials you need. How do you charge and what is the cost to make your dick bigger for all these years? So generally, our prices are about 550 to 400 to 550 per syringe, whether by a package of 10 or 20. So let me give you a,

a little bit of an easier answer. So we really want to think about this probably in quarter inch increments because that's how we increase the penises in quarter inch increments. It's going to be around $2,500 to $3,000 per quarter inch increment. And so most guys want to get three quarters of an inch to an inch increase in their girth. So they're going to be somewhere between 10 and 12,000, probably on average. And then we do, as a company, we send out refill specials. We just set out a refill special yesterday. And so it's good for yesterday, today, and tomorrow. It's like a flash sale. And we lowered the price to $450 per syringe. And so it's for people to come in and get their maintenance treatment done. And so we're going to make it very affordable for them to be able to

continue getting the yearly maintenance treatment that they need to maintain the growth. we're very fair with the pricing. You can get permanent germal filler for half the cost, but the provider is only paying pennies for the product. So their profit is huge on those permanent dermal fillers because they're not FDA cleared. They're industrial-grade products that are not made to be injected into the human body, and so they cost pennies per syringe versus hundreds per syringe that we pay

for a highronic acid germal filler. So our price is higher than a permanent filler, but it's because it's an FDA cleared, FDA regulated, produced in an FDA cleared company that had inspections and things like that. So it's more expensive. Yeah, no, I get it. And now because they're doing it in increments, right? Like they pay each time they go for whatever they use. It's not all up front? They can buy a package.

They have the option. So they can pay per syringe. Our most expensive is that they pay per syringe, we charge six. 50. Yeah. Yeah. So, and that's still less than what most people are paying for their face. Yeah, so it's $6.50 per syringe if you pay for them individually, but then if you buy a package of 20, they generally come down to about $5.50 per syringe. If they buy a package of 20, they come down to $500 per syringe. And I even allow my patients in Dallas, and every provider is individually owned, and so they get to kind of control their own pricing. But in Dallas, I actually will give a

package of 30 and I come down to 475 per syringe. So I can really make it very affordable for someone who really wants to have a much thicker penis if they if they go ahead and buy more. And the reason that it's helpful for me is that when I buy my journal filler from the company, we get discounts as we place larger orders. So if somebody comes in to me and they prepay for 30 and another person pre pays for 30 and somebody else prepays for 30, then I get to place a larger order with the company and my price comes down so I get to pass that down to the patient as well. Yeah, that makes sense. Well, why don't you give a shout out to all of your, to where people could find this procedure,

There's very few. There may be a few men, but most men, if you tell them, I can make your penis a little bit thicker, a little bit larger, and there's zero. There's no, there's, there's no issue with safety. It's 100% reversible. There's no reason not to try it. If every man knew that They had a way to safely and aesthetically pleasing way to enhance the size of their penis, they would do it. They may not admit it. If you ask them in a one-on-one conversation or if you ask them, they may not want to say that because we're not having these open conversations to share that we need to be having. But they do want to do it. Oh, yeah, for sure.

I had a guy call in once who made his dick bigger with jelking and all these contraptions and everything. And let me tell you it was a very highly downloaded episode. And people wrote in and said, oh, my God, I did exactly this. And after six months of doing this and all this work, like, I did get kind of bigger. But it's a lot of effing work. This is like something where you go and you get these treatments. And the difference is major. And it's amazing that it's available.

It's breast implants for women. It was the same thing. Like women years ago, if they didn't have big breasts or they were small, they felt so self-conscious. Nowadays, they could just go and get the enhancement. And to me, it's amazing that that's available. Why not? Now that it's available for men, I never knew that this was available.

and therefore I think like many other people did it, but now my audience does. And I highly suggest for everybody to go onto your website and look at the before and afters because they speak for themselves, right? And then they could go in, though, and to that same website, right, there's that place where they could put in their location and see where the closest provider is as well, right? Yes, exactly.
